The service was great and the staff were helpful overall. However, the billing process seriously lacks transparency. I’ve purchased furniture from other retailers before and have never encountered an issue like this. At no point was I informed that I was being signed up for a “credit card” to finance the purchase. There was also no mention verbally or in the paperwork that I was pre-approved for a certain limit and that the full purchase would be charged against that limit, essentially maxing it out. Leonel verbally explained that I was getting a “loan” completely different than a credit card. Had this been clearly explained, I would have taken a different approach purchasing items gradually and paying them off before continuing because why would I wanna max out a credit card? I value transparency and clear communication when making financial commitments, and unfortunately, that was missing here. It felt more like the priority was making the sale and getting me out the door rather than ensuring I understood the terms. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning. Trust and clarity should come first in any customer relationship.

Although the furniture is beautiful the customer service is awful … we purchased a living room set with a rug, was told our delivery date would be on a certain date. I waited patiently on that date for a call and time , I ended up calling the store only to be informed that not all my pieces weren’t in stock and had to wait longer … the carpet I ordered wasn’t put in the cue and was told that would come later on which was supposed to be today !!! Again I waited all day and ended up calling store again to be informed there was a stain on the carpet and they had to reorder it . Although I appreciate them not sending me a stained carpet my complaint is that they don’t EVEN CALL YOU to let you know about delays . So frustrating sitting all day waiting for a delivery and have to find out myself what’s going on Won’t be buying anything from you again !

Everything started out great, we found a couch that we liked and Mark was not pushy at all. He got us a great deal and we were excited and happy. Couch gets delivered and we have a piece that we no longer want and has a large snag, we aren’t able to return it. We were hoping to return this and swap it out for another piece and pay the difference. We did not know that you can’t return anything, so now we have a defective piece that also doesn’t fit. We were told we can take it to the Spanaway warehouse 3 hours away to get it repaired…We are frustrated that we can’t return this piece and Mark did not go over that with us. We aren’t trying to make things difficult and understand that there are policies that Ashley has to follow but I truly wish we were at least told we couldn’t return anything in the beginning. We are both in sales and know how important it is to reiterate certain policies and rules and this did not happen with Mark.
