All the experiences I’ve had with Ashley‘s have been outstanding. They’ve taken care of everything I needed, have worked with me when I needed. I wouldn’t change anything and I am buying a new house so I will definitely be going to Ashley‘s to purchase more furniture.

Lionel was terrific. He and his Associate were patient with me as I tried to complete my payment on line. They were extremely knowledgeable about the bed I wanted to purchase for my grandson for Christmas. Thank you for the quality of people you have on staff.

My Ashley delivery was so easy. The driver and his coworker were on time and made it so easy. Their white glove service was absolutely amazing!

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had, in buying anything, in my life!!! Purchased with the promise of delivery before Thanksgiving. Didn't happen. They called US to schedule delivery. A month later. We gave away our beautiful leather set and have prepped for the delivery for today. Discovered that there's no record of it. Totally unable to reach customer service, nor anyone who speaks clear english! No way to get number to the actual location! So even when we select a living room full from another company, it'll still be weeks! Right at Christmas time! Avoid this store at all costs!!

It was great up until the point we said yes the purchase, then the salesman threw all the upsell/warranties and things like that. I know it’s always our choice, but it was a two day looking at and thinking about the purchase. It would have been really nice to have discussed the upgrades/upsell of the warranties on the mechanical parts of the bed. This is just the suggestion, but it really bothered me when those things were discussed at the end and not during the initial conversation as a consumer. You don’t really think about those things and that is a salesman place to let you know about everything pertaining to the product and not try to upsell you at the end Thank you you

Got a sectional on sale. It's a long wait to get on their delivery schedule, but they did an excellent and careful job dropping it off and assembling it. The delivery pricing is also very reasonable.

We walked around the store for at least 30 minutes and not one of the salesmen, ALL sitting at a table chatting, got up to help us. We know they were aware we were looking. When we finally asked one of them for help, they called a sales girl over to help us Not one of them made an effort!! Disgusting level of service at this store except for Christine who eventually helped us. Your sales team should be fired.

He was super nice, gave us a run down of information, and checked to see if we had any question throught the night. I purchased a couch and a table from here. I called this store to ask about returning the table because Ashley informed me I had three days to change my mind. The woman who answered told me that my sale was final because I purchased it in person. I said understood, especially since it was only a preference thing. I did not however, appreciate her disgusting, rude tone. She cut me off mid-sentence to talk down to me and acted as though this two minute conversation was the absolute bane of her day. I told her she could have been more polite and she just hung up on me. Great service.

Cool place! Lots of furniture selection! We were looking at couches/sectionals, and had a lot of choices!

Don’t buy a warranty. They push you off to a number that doesn’t help. The sales person was goooooood, because we don’t usually buy warranties…..and this is why!!! They don’t honor them.

The service was great and the staff were helpful overall. However, the billing process seriously lacks transparency. I’ve purchased furniture from other retailers before and have never encountered an issue like this. At no point was I informed that I was being signed up for a “credit card” to finance the purchase. There was also no mention verbally or in the paperwork that I was pre-approved for a certain limit and that the full purchase would be charged against that limit, essentially maxing it out. Leonel verbally explained that I was getting a “loan” completely different than a credit card. Had this been clearly explained, I would have taken a different approach purchasing items gradually and paying them off before continuing because why would I wanna max out a credit card? I value transparency and clear communication when making financial commitments, and unfortunately, that was missing here. It felt more like the priority was making the sale and getting me out the door rather than ensuring I understood the terms. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning. Trust and clarity should come first in any customer relationship.

We needed some very specific pieces for our home. Walked in to very friendly and knowledgeable help. She gave us time to look and answered our questions. We were very impressed and will be returning. Thank you!

Although the furniture is beautiful the customer service is awful … we purchased a living room set with a rug, was told our delivery date would be on a certain date. I waited patiently on that date for a call and time , I ended up calling the store only to be informed that not all my pieces weren’t in stock and had to wait longer … the carpet I ordered wasn’t put in the cue and was told that would come later on which was supposed to be today !!! Again I waited all day and ended up calling store again to be informed there was a stain on the carpet and they had to reorder it . Although I appreciate them not sending me a stained carpet my complaint is that they don’t EVEN CALL YOU to let you know about delays . So frustrating sitting all day waiting for a delivery and have to find out myself what’s going on Won’t be buying anything from you again !

Everything started out great, we found a couch that we liked and Mark was not pushy at all. He got us a great deal and we were excited and happy. Couch gets delivered and we have a piece that we no longer want and has a large snag, we aren’t able to return it. We were hoping to return this and swap it out for another piece and pay the difference. We did not know that you can’t return anything, so now we have a defective piece that also doesn’t fit. We were told we can take it to the Spanaway warehouse 3 hours away to get it repaired…We are frustrated that we can’t return this piece and Mark did not go over that with us. We aren’t trying to make things difficult and understand that there are policies that Ashley has to follow but I truly wish we were at least told we couldn’t return anything in the beginning. We are both in sales and know how important it is to reiterate certain policies and rules and this did not happen with Mark.

Outstanding customer service!

The employees were very helpful but gave us space to look which made the expierance easier than other furniture stores. Found a nice couch for a bargain and the delivery went smoothly. I will be shopping there again for more furniture.

It was good except the salesman didn’t know what he was talking about. He sold my wife who asked for something that would fit a 75” TV, one that the overall length was only 103” including 2 book shelves. Your web site says it only fits a 63” TV. His solution was to leave the top piece off and slide the sides out further leaving a gap and using the top board to set the TV on.

Everyone was free, helpful and they accommodated me with the online sale was different from the in-store price.

Staff was very friendly and personable. They were very thorough in finding the best deal for us and they go above and beyond for their customers. Joey helped my partner and I and she was great! So was the Manager who together with Joey made sure we were taken care of!

The associate, Michael, was extremely helpful on the initial phone call and when we arrived at the store! He knew the inventory and was able to aid us quickly on the sale! We WILL be back!

I ordered a couch in cocoa color and received a mid-gray couch... Customer support eventually responded but only with me making the calls. Their so called specialist insisted the couch color is cocoa, eg mid brown. I would not recommend ordering anything online at Ashley furniture. it's easy for them to say that it was my phone or computer screen but the discrepancy between mid to lightish Gray and cocoa color is obvious. Beware... there are three days to inform them that you wish to return an item. After that their policy is you keep it. I notified them of the return on the day I received the couch and was assured I was within their 3-day policy. It is now day 8 and their so-called specialist has again told me by email that the couch only came into colors, a white and the cocoa so I must have the right couch. They appear to be doing nothing after numerous phone calls and emails and the couch sits unused, the wrong color for my decor and as an elderly person cannot move it or dispose of it. I've requested a refund and so far nothing. Would not recommend .... If you are going to purchase a couch I suggest you go into a store and see and feel items in person.

Great to do business with in every way. I purchased all you see here in the last two months. Reclining sofa and love seat, three round tables, pillows and rug it all sits on plus a counter top height "BISTRO" style table with four bar style chairs. I made another purchase later delivered today, a dining table, four chairs & a bench. Same salesman (Jovanny Rodriguez) took great care of us so we asked for him on 2nd purchase. We had a quick delivery both times and were updated throughout the process. Delivery guys were great, too. I'll be going back in September for some additional furniture I'm thinking about........

Stay away!! Used to be a good store but it’s gone down the drain. They do not care about the customer and don’t care about doing basic good business practices.

Its funny how they swarm you to get a sell out of you but wont take the time to actually explain how to product is in detail so long as they stuff down the bill in throat. Wasn’t explained that one of the pieces was unfinished and charged me 32 hundred dollars. I went down to talk to the manager and she promised to fix it with no delivery fee and then went around and billed me shipping even though she promised that they will own up for the mistake. An top of that they ordered the wrong pieces , and i want to assume the pieces they ordered was on purpose so the bill can be high so the sells person can get a bigger cut out of the bonus. Take a look at what you get you're self into . Just make sure you are not late on you're first payment .

Ashley just what I needed. I received a nice sale price. Which just about paid for the shipping. Haven't received the item yet. The sales person was knowledgeable and very friendly.

Easy quick and found what I was looking for!

Sales people were cordial and tried to help (guess they know where their next paycheck comes from). That aside, ever been someplace where an employee makes you feel like you need to write a negative review? First, after the sales agent who sold us the fifteen hundred dollar bed told us we had 72 hours to pick it up, we drove the hour there and did. Today (6/23/2025), a snotty female agent at the check-out center informed us PICKUPS WERE NOT DONE ON MONDAYS AND. . . . Again, we were told we had to pick up the bed within a 72 hour time period. THEN there was that the paperwork says "48 hours." Both of us noted a snide attitude from that same help desk agent the day of the sale. I assume her apparent disdain was for peons who bought a display model they were moving to make room for a new line of inventory. Next there was the issue of the remote. There wasn't one. Not a big problem, since the sales agent said he would get one from another display. Obviously, paying the extra several hundred dollars for a bed requiring one would be nothing short of stupid. When we loaded the bed, the remote we were given had no battery cover. The snotty sales desk agent claim the "as is" crap, but which does not mean ASHLEY could give us a remote we'd have to jury-rig, to keep the batteries in, to allow the remote to function. That this bed was a display model does not mean the store could, after holding the bed out as being a fully functioning bed (adjustable base) give us a bed missing parts that rendered the bed base inoperable. We were told the bed was a working bed, that all we need was a remote and the sales agent would get us a nice one from another display. We, reasionably, relied on the assertions the bed was fully operational and bought it in good faith. That's called a contract (even something as simple as buying a candybar involves a contract). THEN there is the frosting on this cake - setting the bed up, we discovered there was no power supply. Trying to get the battery cover, or a new remote, a power supply and the 120 volt power cable has resulted in run arounds and demands we buy those things. In short, ASHLEY violated the terms of the contract and is attempting to use its superior might to avoid performing on the contract it entered into. Per contract law, we have the legal right to expect what we paid for - a working bed, AS IT WAS HELD OUT TO BE. CORPORATE NEEDS TO RECOGNIZE the several factual reviews I write are going to negate several thousands of dollars of advertising. SIDE NOTE: As they say, do me good, I'll tell a few. Do me bad, like ASHLEY agents are trying to do, and I'll tell as many as I can.

I just loved my salesman Leo. He was so helpful and accommodating and found me the best price he possibly could. . I usually buy my furniture at complete suites or furniture row but I’m now definitely considering a change.

Very professional and quick attending service

My sales person Joey was very knowledgeable and professional. For being a young lady, her knowledge base was well beyond her years. She was package a great deal for me, that other stores were not able to match. She also made sure to price match store prices with online prices to make sure I was getting the best deal. My goal was to visit other stores to shop around, however after an hour or two with Joey. It was clear where I wanted to spend my money, and who I wanted receiving any commission. Joey is an asset to the Ashley team in Richland and should be up for consideration for a management or leadership position. She did so many things right, that it would only seem natural to have her share her knowledge, and customer service skills with others!

Had a great experience in the store. The man who helped me was able to get me a great bundled deal for the pieces I needed and made the whole experience quick and easy!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing I feel compelled to warn others. I ordered furniture from this store with the promise of contact and delivery within a certain time period. Didn’t get a call, so I called and was greeted with vague answers. When I decided to cancel my order, not only did they refuse to take me seriously, but the person on the phone actually laughed when I expressed my frustration. Absolutely ridiculous. Not only did they fail to deliver what they promised, but the complete lack of professionalism and customer care was shocking. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected and left in the dark. I will never shop here again, and I strongly suggest others to think twice before doing business with them. I took my mother to Ashley's Furniture so she could buy a mattress. She also wanted a regular bed frame, not a powered one. She paid for everything thing, but we did not see on the receipt that a powered bed frame was ordered instead. It was delivered to her, and we called Ashley's to tell them we did not want a powered frame. They said "all bedding sales are final, and there are no returns"! We put her old frame back together and put the new mattress on it. The powered frame is in my garage. I do not recommend this store, but if you do buy something from there, double check your receipt before walking out!

I would give it 0 stars if I could, worst experience ever. I bought two bedroom sets almost 2 months ago now and on top of the fact that my delivery was rescheduled extremely last minute, one of the beds came broken, now 2 weeks later the replacement comes and it’s missing something so they are not able to put it together again. Very very disappointing.

I'm a previous customer. When I went in to purchase a new couch. The sales guy made me a new ashley account. Why who knows. When I noticed that I had 2 different accounts coming from Ashley's. I called the store and asked why. Of course, nobody could really give me an answer, but my new purchase was not popping up. I didn't get a thank you for purchasing anything. I didn't get an acknowledgment that I purchased anything and I keep running getting emails from my old account stating that I have stuff sitting in my car. And it is the culture that I already purchased. That was very frustrating, then the second thing they called me the day before. Delivery told me in between 1245 and 4:30 PM. OK, and then they call me the next morning. I'm at work everybody I know. Works just like they do and told me that they were 4 minutes out at 10 o'clock in the morning. Thank goodness that I just so happened to have a neighbor that just so happened to be home and she was able to let them in otherwise.I wait ahead to tell them to wait for me.Clock out from work, run across town.Let them in to deliver a couch That was a few hours early. Or otherwise my delivery would have been canceled and it would have been my fault.I don't know what's going on with Ashley furniture.I have always bought my furniture from them but after this little move.Im gonna think twice.

Worst furniture shopping experience ever. Bought my furniture in February and one of my night stands came cracked, they took it back and told me a replacement was coming in a week, well 4 months later and 3 delivery attempts that randomly get cancelled the day of (Which I took time off of work each time for). I call this Richland store where I bought the set from and they tell me they have a display model on hand but the store manager is too worried about their upcoming corporate walkthrough and need all of the store items on display instead of giving it to a customer whos been waiting 4 months. What's more important the corporate walkthrough or the customers? yeah... never buying here again, 10 outta 10 don't recommend. Please don't reply store owner, your team had their chance to make this right multiple times.

We started looking for a couch and I was not thrilled with a lot of the local options. I had previously ordered a couch online and found it to be less firm than desired. My last stop was Ashley, not only was I met with exceptional service but Ashley worked with me to get the best option for our family needs. I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture enough. Staff was very helpful and kind without being pushy. Highly recommend. Update: I ordered a coffee table and asked to have the delivery people set it up as I can’t due to the heavy weight of the table and as I just had surgery, however the associate forgot to mark this option and the table was delivered without set up. I then called to ask if they could set it up still and they said they were unable to. I still give them 5 stars since they tried everything they could within company policy, however just make sure your receipt has all the options you selected when buying.

Pricey store, but the quality seems to match the prices. I was in need of a living room and after much searching (by my wife), we (by that I mean my wife) found what we (she) was looking for. The first time we went, the salesman that greeted us tried a little too hard to sell is what we were going to test out first, to the point of being misleading a couple of times in regard to the near-term available of the couches in question. He claimed that the sofsd would be gone if we didn't buy it because it's a popular model. However, the couch has been on sale for months, which he was told, and for which he had no comeback. We left that time without buying anything. The second time we went, the salesman that attended to us was more honest, and even gave us a better deal than the first person. We bought it, and the experience was passable. The quality of the merchandise is definitely there, the staff? I feel like they can do better.

We had a great experience shopping at Ashley HomeStore. We felt very welcomed during our time there. All our questions were answered, and we were well guided through our process of purchasing our furnitures.

Great seevice and quality products

Seen product online then went to the local Ashley store to check for comfort and fabric feel. Salesman matched prices and placed order. Easy purchase and short delivery time for this furniture.

Ashley's motto should be. "Over promise, under deliver." We bought our sofa and love seat at the end of February. And was given the delivery date of around March 10th. Well, that day came and went with no call explaining what had happened. I called "customer service" and was halfa$$ed apologized to. And when I asked how they were going to make it right. They said they would put it in the notes. That I was upset with it and to see if a discount would be issued. That was two weeks ago. We've bought other furniture there. And they sent the wrong color of dresser. Unless Ashley makes this right. This will be the last time I shop here. Zach was the only positive in this experience. He was pleasant and easy to work with.

A little on the higher end but still great looking furniture. Picked up a swivel recliner for a discounted price, they even helped me load it into the truck. Overall easy and fast experience.

The associate who help me give me a deal

Terrible customer service. I purchased a brand new sectional with ottoman from here, it was delivered yesterday and the ottoman had a stain on it out of the box. Their idea of fixing it was telling me to drive the ottoman 4.5 hours to a warehouse and drop It off to be cleaned. No apologies, no actual attempt to make it right. Just told me to waste my time and money (9 hours of driving) to fix a factory issue. Don’t buy from this store, wish I hadn’t.

The salesman was great. He was efficient and friendly. It was a painless process and we received our couch exactly when he/they said we would. I would buy here again.

I will save you some time. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not purchase insurance it is useless, Customer service representatives are overseas very hard to understand and poorly trained. The furniture we purchased turned out to be poor quality. When I contacted store directly they refused to help, stating its up to the secondary insurance company. We had the furniture for 3 days and still under 1 year store warranty. This is an ongoing unresolved issue for a few months now. Take your business elsewhere!

Decent furnitures.

The only issue that I had was, we ended up working with two different sales people. And it appeared that the information between the two was not consistent. So in other words, I pricing of a mattress with one sales person was different, too include the bed frame that we purchased. Overall, the experience is good, and the price was more than acceptable. Only issue was it seemed like inconsistency with the two sales people so it appeared to me that you didn’t have consistent pricing.

My husband and I purchased a rocking recliner for our nursery on the 1/12/25, we were not told about the $99 delivery fee. We set a delivery date for today 1/16/25 and I told the sales person that I wouldn’t be home until 12pm because of an OB appointment and she said that’s fine it would be between 12-5pm. I get a call at 11:15am that they are waiting outside and I would have to reschedule in 24-48 hours. I canceled my order and will be purchasing a chair from a chair from a company that is more forthcoming about their fees/deliveries.

Chris was very helpful. He was attentive and gave us a variety of options to choose from. He understood what I was looking for and directed me to comfortable and affordable options. I also got a great frame with plenty of storage. Super glad I found what I was looking for. Thank you Chris for helping me out. :^)

Delayed my delivery and not even send me a message to let me know. Bought the dinner set on November I was clear that it was a Christmas present. Remarked to the manager that I needed to be delivered on December 20 2024. They insured me that it will be delivered on time. Well, they delivered it January 3 2025.

We went in for some help on a warranty plan with a previous purchase after having trouble contacting customer service. Lei (manager) was more than helpful!! She was very kind and went above and beyond to help us. She had Leonel assist us with picking out new items to replace our previous item that was no longer available. He was extremely helpful and made the whole process very easy. April worked with us on finalizing the order and picking a delivery date. She was very thorough and made sure everything was taken care of. We are so happy with this Ashley furniture store and how they took care of us! They truly are awesome to work with! Ask to have terms and conditions printed prior to purchase. High pressure sales don’t tell you that they have basically a zero return policy. Salesmen will lead you to believe that if you don’t like it just bring it back. Won’t honor their own 72hr return on anything tempurpedic. And all promotional financing signs you up for a credit card. All of this is probably in the terms you sign on a tablet. Again ask for a print out of what you are signing. I will never shop there again. Adding to the review— while not lying the terms for financing are very misleading-sales person stated pay whenever and how ever much as long as it is done before the 5 yrs. actually miss a payment 40% interest and a fee. There is also a promotional fee of 2 % that is on an Ipad in fine print. In the end all my fault for assuming the salesmen was completely honest. Not only will we never shop there again I will make a point to let everyone I know to ask for everything to be printed out prior to signing.

I like my furniture but the experience since my purchase has been less than ideal. Delivery was tricky as what was promised by the sales rep wasn’t accurate. My reason however for a low score is the experience with their in-store financing through Concora Credit. They offer interest free financing and the only way to pay is with either their online portal or through telephone but their payment system doesn’t accept payments although it tells you the payment was made. I had to make multiple attempts to pay my bill and each time the payments were reversed. I pay my bills early but if this had happened closer to the payment due date then I would’ve been late payment and lost my interest free financing, paid a late fee, and have negative impact on credit reports. I caution anybody who decides to use the credit financing offered by this company as they are shady with your payments and it seems to be a real problem for consumers! Buyer beware!

Customer, be aware!! After almost 3 months, we still haven’t received what we paid for. I bought a table from Ashley Richland store and never got it. They send it to a wrong address even after I asked them to update the address before I signed the receipt at the store. Over a month later, we still haven’t received the table that we ordered & couldn’t get our money back. They wanted us to ask the refund to FedEx who delivered it to the address that Ashley got it wrong. What a nightmare!

I really like my choices of furniture. Unfortunately it has been a bit of a nightmare for me. I wasn’t informed about Amica charging 10%, I wasn’t informed of delivery charges. The lamps I ordered were discontinued but wasn’t notified. They tried getting me lamp replacements but it wasn’t allowed due to refund already being sent. Then I ordered a carpet and was told it would be here in 5 days. I get a call later saying it’s back ordered and won’t be here for few weeks. I surprised by all the issues I’ve had. I won’t be shopping with Ashley’s again

This place reminds me of a car dealership. They seem to have an 'up' system salesmen take turns greeting customers and the others sit around on furniture playing on their phones. We asked about a 4 poster bed and the salesman looked at us like we spoke Martian and said to look around. We did see a nice looking patio set but the gang was busy watching funny video on one of their phones so we just left.

It's frustrating that I have to wait so long to get the furniture I purchased. I bought them on April 21st but will not get them until June 14th. I did not find this out until the next day when I had to call to schedule the delivery and then was told it'll take 7 weeks to get it. I won’t be shopping at Ashley’s again. I will even pay more money to shop somewhere else. I set up a delivery date which was a month away, and the day of delivery i double checked and it was changed for ten days later. So without contacting me at all to even see if my household is available that day, they chose a random day. That is poor business and I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future. Also, when I called they said that the delivery department in charge of date changes frequently doesn’t contact the customer. What type of business does this to their customers EDIT: this business YET AGAIN rescheduled the delivery without informing me. Immediately called for a refund. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE!!

The Ashley Store in Kennewick had a great selection of furniture that enabled us to make a decision to purchase exactly what we were looking. Our salesman was Victor and the sales manager was Mike; both individuals were very professional and easy to work with. This is a 5 Star business. Thank you.

1 star is too generous, but Google will not allow me to give 0 stars. I will and would NEVER shop here again, even if this was the last place to buy furniture on earth. I hesitate to call them a “business” because they are irresponsible with consumer money and no one cares about the situation THEY put me in. I purchased over $2700 worth of mattress (which I did receive) and a mattress cover that I never received in June 2023. I have called the store twice as of July and November, and then visited in person in December and I finally found out the pad was discontinued prior to being sold to me. Each time I called in and visited, I was LIED TO. They would say, “you need to contact USPS,” not even checking the order the first time I called. They realized it was discontinued the second time I called in. From then on, they would say “we’re working on it”, or “we will order you a new model and ship it to you asap”, then in December they said they would ship it to the store and call me to come pick it up. Well, it has been over 8 months that this MOCKERY of customer service has been going on and I am FED UP. I have not heard a peep from the store and I spoke face to face with the store Manager for the first time in December after calling in multiple times over 6 month months. I’m disputing the charge with my financial institution and never EVER shopping at Ashley Furniture again.

I had great service from Susanna and her manager, Mike and the ladies at the finance desk were awesome. Enjoyed my outing and love my furniture.!

Someone was ready to help me right away. I ordered two chairs and they will be delivered to my home. My only complaint would be is that they did not have swatches of the different fabrics that the chair came in. This store did not have the chair I wanted in stock but I had seen it in a Seattle store. I might have chosen a different fabric if they would have had samples.

1st off it is Kim's account not Richard's. The follow thru AFTER the signing of the sale paper has been terrible. They kept changing delivery date and times only after I would call to see where my furniture was several times.We were told it was in the ware house and it would be delivered on 1/5 never received until 1/22/24 The office employee called me a liar and the manager acted as if she didn't hear it They love you until they make the sale then you no longer care if the rest is completed and delivered .Spoke to many employees even at corporate level and nothing was ever done about

What a crock. I bought a dresser a year ago that continues to have mechanical problems with the drawers. The first year of the warranty Ashley sent folks out to fix the drawers, but now that we’re into the second year, the warranty will only cover the dresser if I spill something on it or set it on fire. Lesson learned, and I’m out 800 bucks.

We had such an amazing experience working with Susana who helped us make a comfortable living room for us. The attention to detail up to the pillows and the wall art, we highly recommend coming to see her she will treat you well and courteous. We will be coming back to her in the future.

Great experience at Ashley’s today, Alejandro did a great job I couldn’t make up my mind between furniture, I spent an hour and a half looking at furniture never did I feel rushed or pressured. Alejandro pointed out different build features and availability, but never pressured one or the other. Solid experience 10/10

I recently needed to purchase a new coffee table and some other items for my house. I was very happy with the service at the store Dalene was the person who helped me. She was quite willing to show me all of the tables in the store. I will be shopping there again.

Lie about things that are in stock just so u can buy them then when it comes to delivering it they keep pushing the date further. They gave us a date and a confirmation for or delivery date 2 times and never got it and then they call and say it isn’t in stock when the items we specifically picked we made sure to ask if it’s in stock and they said yes!!! Now they want to say it’s not . It’s been 3 weeks. Terrible

We have had the worst experience ever with this store. We ordered furniture from them the beginning of November and we were told it would it would be here 2 weeks ago. Our stuff is still not here and we were told it could be up to another 4 weeks. No one has a clear answer for me on why it’s taking so long and why we’re being told something different every time. I’m beyond frustrated. Adding to this: I received a call from an Ashley number telling me my order was in and ready to be picked up in store. We set up a date and I drove TWO hours to pick up my furniture only to get to the store and them tell me my furniture was not in and they’re not sure why I got a call saying it was. Worst experience I have ever had and we cancelled our order. Still haven’t heard anything regarding why I received a call when my order wasn’t actually in.

Well not sure where to start customer service is terrible was in store discussing what me and the woman wanted to do while the guy helping us sat there in store stairing at us not giving us any space then during the delivery of the king bed set the bed set was broken guys doing it didnt speak english and the women they called understood less and tried to blame me for it on every turn so when the new part arived today i decided i wont be dealing with them again and installing it on my own much to my suprise as i was taking it apart i started to realize screws are missing everywhere.... so at the very least if you decide to buy from here go into it knowing you should install it yourself and everythings terribly cheaply made thanks

Good service. I was disappointed that on Black Friday they didn't have any of the door busters or sales that the national chain advertised but that is their right. Most of the furniture arrived on time, one piece was back ordered and I wasn't notified until the day before it was suppose to arrive. When I received the pieces only one stool sat evenly with all four legs on the floor correctly which was disappointing for it being an $80 stool.

My husband and I went into Ashley furniture store on 11/25/23 to purchase a fireplace and a couch set. We ended up finding what we needed and purchased both items. We paid 1,285.77 debit card and the rest on an Ashley furniture card. Originally I tried to pay cash and the rest on store credit card but the store manager Mike who helped my husband and I asked us to drive to the bank and deposit the cash we tried to use and pay with my debit card in case we had to return the purchase that it would take less days to process the return. We got our couches delivered and the fire place insert our stand was to be delivered on a later date. It never arrived and it got rescheduled two more times. I called Ashley furniture store and ask for a refund so I can go buy a fire place at a different store that could have one in stock because I had originally planned to buy a fireplace for my husband who is going thru chemotherapy and he is always cold and I figured this would help him stay warm. But Ashley refused to give me my money back.Now I’m left without a fireplace, no money to purchase a new one. I called the store multiple times I spoke to Mike (he never returned my call) I spoke to Lei another store manager and she also could not help me all she could do is refund the fireplace on my synchrony card but not debit. All they could say was sorry that they made a mistake but they could not help me.

We purchased approximately $12,000 worth of furniture from Ashley furniture. We purchased all of the extended warranties and were assured if there were any issues with our purchases we would even quality for full replacements. The furniture was very overpriced - but we wanted security that someone would take care of future issues vs. saving money. Initially they ordered the wrong furniture, so there were delays in re-ordering the correct furniture. No big deal, mistakes happen. Leter on, eventually one of the power recliners broke down (after about 2 years). When we contacted the warranty company, they didn't have any warranty information for over half of the furniture we purchased. The Ashley Furniture sales associates mis-entered the warranty information for floor rugs (we didn't purchase any rugs). When we went down to Ashley furniture to ask for their help in sorting the issue out, they said we would have to call the 1-800 warranty center and work it out on our own. They said yes it was Ashley furniture's fault, but that the sales associate that mis-entered everything doesn't work there any more. Also, the furniture leather is extremely poor quality. All of the coloring is coming off of the leather (again after 2-3 years of use). Not something to be expected from two recliners and a couch and a few other pieces of furniture costing $10,000's of dollars. Long story short, do not take your business to Ashley furniture. Their high prices do not come with any customer service. Their quality is the same import garbage as any other volume furniture store. Go to a cheaper store - you won't be missing out on anything, and maybe you can avoid the hassle of non-existent pre-sales and after-sales customer service.

We went back into the store later on and asked more questions before finalizing what we wanted. Great experience, great checkout, lovely selections of furniture and very competitive pricing as far as the other stores around go.

Wow. W-O-W! I do not recommend doing business with Ashley Home Furniture. I ordered a bed, nightstand, dresser, dining room table and two dining room chairs from their Kennewick store on Nov. 11. Almost $1500. I confirmed with them, at the time, that they would deliver and assemble the furniture on Black Friday, Nov. 24. I was assured that it would be delivered on that day, since they only deliver to Walla Walla on Fridays. On Tuesday of that week, I receive a text asking me to reply "YES" to lock in the delivery. I did so immediately. Response indicated that delivery was locked in and it was too late to change. On Friday morning, at 7 a.m. … nothing. 8 a.m. … nothing. Finally, at 9 a.m., I called its delivery service and was told that delivery had been rescheduled for the following Friday, Dec. 1. The table was holding things up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and, after being placed on hold for less than a minute, was disconnected. Tried calling the store. Not open yet. Called the CSR line back, went through the spiel again and asked to speak to a supervisor. 23 minutes of being on hold later, a supervisor answered. All she would basically say to me was that the fine print of my receipt indicated that delivery could be rescheduled for any reason by the company. I indicated that I had Nov. 24 off, but did not have Dec. 1 off and that this would cost me vacation time. Not her problem. I mentioned that Ashley had, in no way, attempted to contact me to let me know that the delivery had been rescheduled. Nothing. I mentioned that I had a business meeting on Dec. 1 and asked if the delivery could be scheduled for the afternoon. No. She had no control over the delivery time and I would not find out the four hour window until a text the day before. And then she said, "Well, if you must attend this meeting and cannot accommodate the delivery, you will have to reschedule." And that's when I came unglued. I literally said, "Ohhhhh, you did not just say that to me." And then I went off. And hung up. Got an email the Monday before Dec. 1 confirming delivery. OK, took the day off. On Tuesday before Dec. 1, I got a short call to tell me that the delivery was rescheduled to Dec. 8. Rails for the bed wouldn't be delivered in time. No appeal, no one to speak to. Done deal. Day off repealed. Today, Dec. 4, I received a voice mail telling me that my delivery has now been rescheduled to Dec. 15 "due to inclement weather and a couple of back-orders on a couple of your items." I've been sleeping on a camping cot since Nov. 22. I've been eating over the sink or at my coffee table. I am so done with this company. I don't know whether it is fraudulent, incompetent or both. So, again, I would strongly recommend doing business with some — ANY — other company than Ashley Furniture.

Wanted to come on and say how impressed my husband and I were with our experience with Mo. Right away he was so helpful and eager to help. We went to other furniture stores in the area and were barely acknowledged by the staff. Mo made our experience so easy and smooth! Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy!

The local Ashley Furniture store has amazing people who work really hard to help you! They are polite, responsive, and try to find solutions for you. However, I am not impressed by Corporate Ashley or the delivery company they contract out to in Washington. Over the course of a few months we struggled with delivery teams cussing and avoiding speaking to us, and even rating themselves and forging our signatures in front of us(it didn't seem safe to disagree with them when they were already upset). Our local store immediately contacted the delivery company and reported the incident. Yet the next time they came, it was the same delivery personnel and we received the same treatment, but this time they broke the furniture(they checked it, watched the recliner tip sideways and quickly put it down telling us it all looked good to go). Corporate wasn't much better than the delivery service. When there was a misunderstanding (between corporate and local team) about what the original couch was capable of doing, we were called by corporate instead of them allowing our local store to handle it. It took long conversations for them to believe what was going on. Their solution didn't fit our needs but our concerns weren't heard by corporate. Only when we spoke to our wonderful local store, was the solution resolved to meet our personal needs. It was frustrating 3 months but when all was said and done, our local store was so kind and understanding, and processed a full refund. I had to call corporate twice to get the down payment refunded after the store had already put through the approval. It was a frustrating experience for us as well as the local team. Local store 5 stars! Corporate and Delivery Company 1 Star.

It's a nice place but my experience at the entrance was unwelcomed. I was stared at while entering the front door, like I was going to Robbe the store. Both time I entered the door I was greeted with a frown . I felt unwelcomed by the front door representatives but didn't stop me from purchasing some furnitures worth over a few thousand dollars.

This was probably the worst furniture experience we’ve had. We bought an L shaped desk, expecting it to be shipped. They decided to give us the floor model, which is all fine, however they required us to move the desk to the car. When we got to the car, it was too big and didn’t fit. We then had to take the desk apart (in which it was mildly damaged by the worker). We like the desk, but the transfer was very poor, we were definitely expecting better customer service.

This is a place to avoid at all costs. The amount of frustration, delays, excuses and inconvenience is not worth whatever you’re looking for. Three different delivery date changes after speaking with managers, customer service agents and the salesman that sold the items they still would not tell me my delivery date Or provide me with a tracking number. They’ve given me multiple dates the items we’re supposed to arrive only for nothing to arrive, wasting my time and interfering with more important things to do. No one that works there can provide you with an adequate answer and you basically get passed along from person to person ending with no more information than you started with. MOR furniture for less right next door provided a much better shopping experience, they were professional, knowledgeable, polite and the order actually came earlier than expected. I had absolutely Zero issues receiving the merchandise I paid for and left feeling like I scored a good purchase. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that values your time, money and won’t put you through unnecessary hoops and headaches in exchange for your hard earned money. I would give them a negative 5 stars if it were possible. Avoid this place and don’t make the same mistake I did by shopping there.

Updated review: Ashley Store corrected the charge as originally agreed. Problem was a human error on their part due to the way their software works. Would have been 5 stars if I hadn't had to drive back there to get it fixed. Store is clean and personnel are friendly. The floor staff are good to give options when you explain what you are looking for and they aren't pushy at all - pleasant to work with.

The quality of the furniture has sharply decreased while the price has risen just as sharply. The biggest problem with this is that they sell a 3rd party warranty that you will very likely need and will not be of any value. We have been trying for almost a year to use the warranty that cost nearly an extra 1000 dollars with no success. Once we finally were able to convince them that we purchased furniture, which took considerable effort, the company then began canceling claims unilaterally and promising contacts with repair companies that have yet to happen. Steer clear of this place if overspending on furniture that doesn't last a year doesn't sound like fun.

I have purchased two different items from here. The staff who helped me during both experiences were fantastic and easy to work with. The store manager is very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. My only gripe is that the way that the company processes orders can lead to significant delivery delays. Though that is a problem with the company and not at all the staff of this Ashley furniture store. I will likely be purchasing more furniture here in the future.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that had great, no-pressure customer service (thanks for the help, Raiden!). The store had a wide selection of furniture, and we found a well priced 3-piece couch set that we're excited to get into our home. Hoping now that the delivery process goes as smoothly as the purchasing experience. Update: Our couch set was delivered on-time (within a week) and assembled quickly. There was plenty of prior coordination to ensure we were home and ready for the delivery. Great overall experience with Ashley Furniture in Richland, WA!

When you come to Ashley furniture ask for Valary she is the most down to earth incredible person to work with. I got exactly what I needed and left there happy. What I appreciated the most is I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. She listened to what my budget was, what I wanted and found me the perfect thing!
