We had the absolute worst customer service at this store. We were aggressively greeted by Reed "the tie guy", then he creepy followed us until told that we would get him when we were ready. When we went to get him to ask him questions he was with another customer, so we asked a different sales person if they could answer the questions. He did nswer the questions, begrudgingly. Once Reed finally made it back to us, he spoke down to my wife. He did at least appear to try to be helpful by "calling around to other stores to see if they had the 2nd night stand for our bedroom set". We went to 2 other furniture stores to see.if they had anything remotely close to the set my wife fell in love with at this store. Unfortunately, none compared and we ended up back at Ashley to buy this set. When we arrived Reed was with a customer. The other salesman refused to take our money. We waited for 40 minutes for Reed to finish with the customer then another 30 for him to do some kind of paperwork. Because the set is a discounted floor model that has been discontinued it could not be delivered and we had to get it picked up. This is where the real issues began. We purchased the furniture on Sunday and we were told that we had 72 hours to have the furniture picked up and that we needed to give the store a heads up. So on Monday morning I called and scheduled a delivery truck to pick up the furniture. When I called the store Monday to let them know we had someone coming to get the furniture ... they told me that I couldn't have the furniture picked up because there was noone in the store to take it to the loading dock. When I asked why we weren't informed that we couldnt have it picked up I was told because they didnt know the schedule of the porters. Ok, we reschedule the movers. Let Ashley know the movers are coming for the furniture. Furniture arrives at our house. Under the bubble wrap/vinyl are marks that were not on the furniture in the store, the non visible bottom of a dresser has a huge crack in it. We are made aware of the crack but obviously there's nothing to be done because its a no refund no returns set. The movers go to put the furniture together... no rails for the mirrors and missing the middle support for the bed. We find the middle support for the bed hiding in a drawer later. We call the store to see if the mirror rails are there... sure enough they are in the loading dock and are obviously ours (direct quote from whoever was on the phone). We go in to pick up the rails. Reed, the salesman who refused to take our money, and some other guy (Dave) are standing at a counter. No hello, no movement, we tell them we are there to get the rails. No apology that they were forgotten in the first place. After a heated back and forth I finally said I just dont understand we dealt with 2 other furniture stores and didnt have these problems. The service was garbage. Im sure.if we didnt spend enough money at Ashley or if the discriminate against the LGBTQ+ community but I am appalled at the customer service we received.

Ashley Silverdale was not our first stop, but was our last. We wanted a loveseat, they had a good selection, good prices, and no pressure sales. We found what we wanted, at a good price, they even gave us a discount. All in all, a positive experience, and we will be going back for future furniture needs. Thanks Ashley

It was our salesmen’s first day on the floor and he was welcoming and genuine. No high pressure sales tactics and very relatable. My son picked out his first bedroom set with ease and I appreciate all the assistance we got!

We found what appeals to us and our salesperson made the rest of the process seemless. Our delivery date was 2-3 weeks out but the furniture was delivered exactly on that date. It was great to be able to track the delivery truck too.

Friendly service,helpful in details, and purchase! Continued support in delivery and confirmation of date and time! And a notice of how far out the delivery truck was from our home ! I am Very happy with the service and will return to Ashley’s in Silverdale for any other future purchases !

Beautiful store, wide variety. Would be nice to offer haul off. Not all of us have access to that when replacing furniture.
