I was greeted when I entered the store by a very nice sales associate. I was looking for a wall hugger recliner and she steered me in the right direction. I bought a nice chair and am very happy with my purchase.
Mike our salesman did a fantastic job of listening to what our needs were, colors that we liked and explaining about the sale discounts. We will recommend Mike and Ashley's to our friends and family.
Very impressed with Mike, who made the whole process very smooth. Extremely knowledgeable about the products. Super pleasant and helpful. This review is really for him. I will have more to say about Ashley-at-large once my orders have been delivered and set up, but so far so good!
Mr. Lahn was very friendly and helpful. The sofa we were there to see was not on the floor. So he took us to one just like it. We bought the sofa and recliner to match. He also helped us with delivery problems. It was a pleasure to deal with him. GG

Becca is AMAZING!! We went to several stores and not a single person took the time and had the awesome personality Becca did. Of course we loved what we purchased but truly couldn’t have paired things together like she helped us do. And BTW, ASHLEY has THE BEST prices and furniture it Kitsap!
I bought a table and had them ship it. It arrived severely damaged, I'm talking fully-cracked-in-half damaged. They've been giving me the runaround ever since, sending out agents, replacing parts 1 at a time, refusing to look at the overall big picture damage. It's nearly a month later, I'm still out $600+ and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I asked for a refund and they started processing it, then I called back 2 days later to check on the status and they never actually started processing it; they just wrote a note on my account that I wanted a refund. I'm not even sure what to do anymore besides a charge back. I would accept a functioning table but it doesn't seem they're capable of making that happen. Edit: I emailed that response in less than an hour of it being posted. Lets see what happens.
Very nice employees!! The best customer service I have experienced in a while!! They don’t follow you around and try to push you to buy stuff they greet you give you information and let you browse around on your own!! Definitely will be coming back!!
Mark W. Was absolutely brilliant. He was very helpful in assisting us in finding the perfect couch and loveseat set for our living room. Very polite, knowledgeable, and listens to what we wanted. And found exactly that for us. The whole experience was fantastic and he even set up delivery for our items. Will definitely go back for furniture when needed because of him.
Joe was great! It was really nice to not have a salesman constantly on us as we looked over the selections. Setting up a time for delivery of our new dresser was simple and the prices were surprisingly reasonable.

Do not buy their protection plans they will not honor them and you will be throwing your money out. Also, they glued our dining room table to the floor, and we can’t move the table without ruining our floor.
Had a great crew for the delivery of our 2 sofas. They took great care of the furniture and were very nice and polite. Will gladly recommend Ashley store to friends and family.
Jacie is an exceptional salesperson at the Silverdale location! She helped us with color, style, measurements, and availability for all of our furniture choices. We bought almost a house full of furniture and she was engaged, knowledgable, and friendly every step of the way. She gave us the best deals available and ensured we knew the details about protection plans, deliveries, everything. The furniture choices are excellent - beautiful, quality furniture at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Jacie and the entire Ashley team. You guys are superstars!

I purchased 3 reclining chairs from this store 1 came broken. They would not take the product back with them I was told I needed to call customer support (this is in the Philippines) I did I sent them pictures of the chair that would not go back to the upright position. I was told they would have a technician out to fix it that Wednesday. No one should up, no one called, no one emailed, no one sent a text. I called customer support again and was told the house was out of the Zone. WHAT ZONE? So now they will call me in 48 hours to set up a new time for repair. They also said that if i went to the store or called them directly that they could not and would not help me. That as soon as i made the purchase they are no longer involved.
We had Dave help us throughout our shopping experience here and I have to say that he was exceptional! We were looking to replace our entire house's furniture. Dave and everyone there were very patient and kind. They really took into consideration our needs and budget. We were very happy with the selection of pieces. Even after we made our purchases, Dave made sure we were taken care of from delivery to any exchanges or returns. 10/10 for Dave alone!

Sales Staff good, ordered 2 night stands, shelf and desk. order was shipped and 1 night stand was damaged. they rescheduled my delivery a whole week further out to today and had a whole slew of confirmation texts confirming the delivery time and that i would be there for it. got called 2 hours before expected arrival time saying it was now on back order and i would not be receiving it for another week and a half. wasted good portion of day off making sure i would be available for delivery. shit communication and execution on fulfillment side of things. try and find somewhere you can get the furniture in person to save the hassle of juggling your time because of their mistakes. spent the extra 200 for the better shipping as a cherry on top.
I’m purchasing my first home, so my cousin and I went shopping for furniture, we drove to Silverdale and our first stop was Ashley’s, Mark greeted us right away, he was friendly, patient and NOT pushy I had changed my mind a few times, but he stuck by us or within reach, but not stocking us, anyway, almost 2 hours later, my whole living room was purchased, so we immediately cancelled our order from another furniture company Thank you Mark
Dave was great to work with. Very helpful with a great, low key sales manner, very much appreciated as my wife and I spent time deciding on exactly what we wanted.

Beware of nonexistent, terrible customer service. First, if you try to call into the store you encounter a “virtual assistant” that provided no assistance. It’s quite difficult to get through their automated system to speak with an actual person. Should you be so fortunate to get through to a human for help with on of your purchases, there’s little chance any customer service will actually be provided. We purchased 4 items of furniture and had an issue with one (a recliner chair). The footrest mechanism was extremely stiff and almost impossible for my mother to close. The response from the person I spoke with; “once you accept delivery of your furniture it’s between you and the manufacturer, we don’t offer any help or options to replace furniture that doesn’t work for you”. Ive spent a few thousand dollars at the Silverdale Ashley Furniture store and expected more. A replacement option, in-store credit, maybe even some advice on how to fix / improve the chair mechanism? I will never shop there again. Terrible customer experience and zero empathy for a me having a brand new chair that I guess I’ll have to set next to the curb now. Shop at this location with caution.

Was perusing reclining furniture. Dave listened to our needs and measurements and style preferences. He gave us plenty of space and time which was preferred. Answered all questions. (Even about where to take our dog for a walk in Silverdale.) Enjoyed our experience and bought the perfect item.
Just want to say Ashley Store in Silverdale and sales staff went above and beyond to help us get a recliner for our friend who was in the hospital with a broken shoulder and would need help getting up out of a chair. Thank you all who made it possible!! For Joann Hansen

Edited review. Rating goes from a 5 to a 3, it may go lower. This is an overall rating across 3 different purchases Purchase #1 at Silverdale, WA (1 star). This was my sister's. Clear bait & switch. Called 4 days before the loveseat was to arrive and was told it was no longer in stock. Tried to upsell us for one on the floor (that we would have to pick up), for an additional $200. Left with the clear impression we didn't spend enough. Other than refunding the payment, they made no attempt to make good on this. Purchase #2 at Silverdale, WA (3 star, so far). My own, made before Purchase #1 fiasco. Sofa, loveseat, power lift chair. Spent about ten times as much as Purchase #1. I called twice to express concern about delivery (Feb 5) due to snow. They almost got here before they said they couldn't (USPS could, so?...). Now I'm waiting 24-48 hours to reschedule delivery which will likely be another two weeks. In the meantime, I have no furniture as I got rid of the old on Feb 3 in preparation for this new furniture. They offered to have me pick it up on the side of the road (again, literally), but after paying $300 for delivery, which wouldn't be refunded, I said screw that. Plus, I'm on my own, 1 person with a 4x4 pickup. Seriously? Purchase #3 at Webster, TX (5 star). A lift chair for my mother. The only purchase that went perfectly. They communicated with me and were able to get my mother the chair she wanted (delivered yesterday, Feb 4), they kept within the budget I provided, and they were able to let me pay for it. I need more furniture, but I seriously doubt I'm going to go back to Ashley. My sister and I will go elsewhere. This has literally been a sh*tshow, at least here in Washington.
It was wonderful! The store is clean & we had the nicest & most knowledgeable sales clerk, Joe. He was so helpful & I ended up buying a few things, that I most likely wouldn't have if it wasn't for him.

Post as of 1/4/2025, when we switched it from 5 stars to 3 stars: "Joe was a great help." That was the original post. He and the ordering process on the day after Thanksgiving still deserves 5 stars and that comment. We were disappointed though that our December 24th delivery was rescheduled twice on us. The first time it was changed to the 27th, then it was rescheduled to January 3rd. My mom had ordered the chair to help with lifting my grandma because of how hard it is on my mom's body and to make it more comfortable for my grandma. We had originally seen the chair in the showroom on October 9th and had taken a picture of both color options, we used the pictures the day after Thanksgiving to order the darker color option (steel) since they no longer had it on the showroom floor. But they must have different lighting at Ashley's since the color is even darker than the picture we took. So a person should be aware that the color it actually appears when you get it may be different depending on what lighting you have at home. The other disappointing thing was that when I checked the website on Jan 2nd and looked up the item that we were still waiting for, we saw that it had dropped to $699.99 dollars and not the $999.99 original price that it was the day after Thanksgiving when we ordered it. When we purchased it, they did give $100 off the chair (making it 899.99) because of the sale that was going on and they had a deal that with the $99.99 warranty she purchased that the delivery would be free. So it came up to 1,091.98 after tax. My mom thinks it would be nice if they would offer a price adjustment since now not only is the base price lower but the warranty is now only $79.99 and the price change happened before it was even delivered, though I don't think the delivery would be free with that warranty. I agree it would be nice if they would price adjust." Update, 1/8/2025. We went to Ashley's in Silverdale today and the nice lady at the desk looked into it and did the paperwork for doing a price adjustment for my Mom. She sent in the request for us and she is going to contact us when it goes through and said we'd be reimbursed the price adjustment. We're just waiting now. Not sure how long it will take. But my mom and I were thankful for her help. Update 3/5/2025. It went past the time the check was supposed to come so on 2/14/2025 we went to Ashley's to ask about it, but the lady who handled it was out but they took a message for her from us. On 2/17/2025, the lady called us and let us know that the people handling the check hadn't even processed it when they said they had but it was processed that day and it would be mailed the next day and to give it 10 days in the mail. We thanked her for her help and on 2/21/2025 the check arrived. We are happy it is finally taken care of. The kind lady earned the five stars back for her help.

I have had an amazing experience with the staff at Ashley Furniture in Silverdale on every visit. They were patient with my visits and questions. Knowledgeable, available and supportive without hovering. Mike helped me realize all the savings I could get with the black Friday specials going on. I am extremely happy with my living room set and the amazing service I received, making buying my set fun and not stressful!

We had been in the store previously to look at a dining set, and Dave ensured that we knew all the options and deals that were available. Normally customers like to be left to their own devices to look around, but that also means you will miss important information. We came back and finally got a whole dining set, chose a couple of carpets and walked away satisfied with our purchase. We wanna thank Dave and his wonderful support.

I wanted to purchase a sectional for my nephews family without being present. I thought this would be difficult but the salesmen found me in the system although i love in Sacramento and i was able to make the sale and have it delivered there in Silverdale WA. I also was kept in the loop regarding delivery and time. It was handled with ease.

Helpful and the prices were good
Ashley’s was very helpful from start to finish. They laid out the entire plan and how my furniture would be delivered. On the date of arrival the workers came in installed it very quickly with no damage to anything else in the apartment. Very kind and respectful. I guess the only complaint is that I had to wait two weeks for my couch because of the high frequency of other orders in Bremerton. But over all the experience was good.
The manager of the store was great, but the store policies themselves are questionable. We ordered a dinette set and coffee table and end tables and then found the same thing on Amazon cheaper with no delivery fee. I called to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. It wasn’t supposed to be delivered for approximately 4 to 6 weeks, I was told I could not cancel the order as it had already been “pulled“. If you don’t pay for their extra set up fee, you cannot have Ashley‘s return the items and you have to take them to the store which is an hour away. These were large items and I could not fit them in my car. After talking to the manager , several days of waiting anxiously she was able to cancel the order for us. I will not order from Ashley’s again.
Ashley Furniture in Silverdale has a great crew and wonderful selection. Keston was incredibly helpful to us finding the right couch for our small living room. He brought points of view we hadn’t thought of and we found the perfect couch!

The salespeople are nice and helpful. I’ve bought a lot of furniture here. The quality has gone downhill though. Sofas I purchased 10 years ago are in better condition than one I purchased 3 years ago. All are used daily by kids, pets, etc. I bought the added insurance for a power recliner and when I called it in for damage repair, the recliner had been discontinued so instead, I received a credit toward the purchase of a new recliner or other living room furniture. I had just made a large purchase of living room furniture a week or so prior to the decision to give me a credit and was told by the manager that they would apply the credit to that purchase and to give it a few weeks to see the credit on my statement. After a month of not seeing the credit, I spoke with an Ashley employee in person and was again asked to give it some time to see the credit. Wash, rinse, repeat for another 3 months with no credit. I called a final time and was told they decided not to honor the credit unless I made another living room furniture purchase. No thanks - not spending any more money at a business that gives me the runaround like that. Happy to make a sale but not stand behind your product is bad business. Still salty :(
Horrible quality furniture! What you see in the showroom is not what gets delivered. BEWARE on their nonexistent return policy. The only reason I was able to return my bed (which was a long tedious process) was because the bed was defective and the assembly guys weren’t able to put it together, though they tried to skip some of the defective screws/misaligned holes… but I NOTICED! Will never buy from there again.
Experience was great. The ordering took less than an hour in and out. Delivery was as expected and on time. Love our new furniture!
The Altari Sleeper is very uncomfortable. Bed is awful couch is ok for sitting. Would not recommend

Had a great experience shopping here with my grandmother for some new furniture for her. The staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We came in with specific requests (a fold out couch, recliner and TV stand) and were led to the right things right away. The furniture quality has been great for her and was all at a good price. Delivery was scheduled and prompt. 5 star experience and a special thanks to "Mike".
Worst customer service experience ever. Just bought a new house, went in to look for and buy furniture and not a single employee said a word to us. There was one other customer in the store and maybe 4-5 employees in the store. We walked the entire store, walked by each employee at least once - not even a “hello, let me know if i can help you.” One employee was on her phone watching videos, didn’t even look up when we walked by. Two employees were talking with each other. One guy, who looked to maybe be a manager, was helping the other customer in the store, walked by and made eye contact with us twice. He likely even heard us saying how bad the service was.
Big warehouse with quality furniture.
Do not do business with these people. They will delay a bed you spent thousands on for a month without telling you, with no recourse and no one you can talk to. Awful. To your response, customer service most definitely did not address this issue with me. They told us too bad, that's when it's in the warehouse. Someone at the store said they'd talk to the manager and call us back but they never did.
Spent my entire afternoon in the store and placed a large order only to get home and realize that the sales agent put in almost my entire order incorrect. 4/5 items were incorrect, thankfully I caught it. I called the store and their solution was to have me come all the way back into the store and place another order which would require more of a down payment and separate financing plan. So I cancelled the order. A heads up that if you do any financing even if you have plenty of credit, they require a down payment, which basically defeats the purpose of financing. The sales agent seemed annoyed the entire time so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised she messed up our entire order. Really glad we wasted our entire afternoon dealing with an incompetent staff.
Would love to shop here but the automated answering service makes it impossible.. wanted to know if they could deliver to my area and couldn’t get through to a living person in 4 attempts.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Had a scheduled delivery, confirmation of delivery, never called, they never showed. I had to call them and when confronted with their failure to deliver customer service said they would get back to me, never got back to me. Called again today and asked for a refund and this almost a month after our initial order. Do NOT purchase through Ashley
Came inside not planing to buy anything. Came out buying furniture because of the excellent customer service. Our sales rep Isaac was very knowledgeable and very friendly with our kid. Will update review after receiving our furniture.
We bought a sofa after several trips to Silverdale Ashley. Each time Mike Martin was gracious and helpful, kept an eye on us as we tried to make decisions, never pressed us and graciously agreed with our final decision, although it was to go cheap for now.

Mike was super knowledgable snd the store was clean and organized. The prices are reasonable. Im very pleased with my experience. Have been shopping Ashley for a long time with most of my furniture being from there. Always a good experience.
My wife and I went in to buy 2 couches. A sectional and a pullout sleeper. We spent probably 2 hours looking through out the whole store. The store was great, and the selection was great. We wanted to get our couches as quickly as possible. We opted to go pick up our couches. When purchasing our couches, the sales guy said they were available, except...1 piece. We would have to pick that up a week later. We told him not a problem... Fast forward to Monday, we get a call. None of our furniture is available, and we will have to wait until July. I told the lady that wouldn't work and we needed to cancel our order. We will buy a set elsewhere. Then I called and spoke to the store, they take my number and the General Manager calls me back. She was sorry about the confusion. We were all set to pick up our items. She even set a time for us to pick it up from the warehouse. Tuesday rolls around, the office manager calls me. Our items aren't available. It will be July. I told her about her GM, and she set us all up, and we were sat to pick up our items on Wednesday. She said nope, not happening. Inventory is off. It will be July. We ended up canceling our order and went to JR furniture in tacoma and picked up our items from their warehouse, same day. If you have the ability to travel a little further. Stay away from these guys. We also saved 300 dollars with JR Furniture. Ashley doesn't know what the hell is going on half the time. Save yourself time and money and look elsewhere.
The environment was well managed and clean. The salesman was an excellent guide without being pushy or smothering. I did not feel pressured. In fact I needed to go for an appointment that was scheduled close by and said I would return to pay for my items I had picked out. They were easy going and trusting that I would return. When I did, they were welcoming and fun! Thank you! I look forward to receiving my purchases. Thank you for being patient and kind!

I Don't feel like I saved money with purchase but employee Mike was also frustrated with false advertising and tactics displayed by Ashley's. I guess the experience is about two stars worth. I have furnished two entire houses with Ashley's furniture because I love how the product looks compared to its competitors. I haven't had any issues at other stores although certain people within the store at this specific location make you feel like you're challenging them with questions and can be a little combative when everything doesn't align ie: shipping delays, back orders, and advertising and when you ask for savings for inconvenience you are made to feel lesser then and ultimately leave with a large purchase and about a 2 star experience. This is my second 2 star experience at this location one almost leading us to over spending on a couch becuse the employee insisted the couch we were look at was 5 pieces and after being condescending and rude he was corrected by another rep and apologized but it was the people you buy from that are combative or condescending.

Purchased a set of mattresses. At the time of purchase we inquired about the return policy. Salesman stated they do not accept returns. When I pointed out the manufacturers return policy, he discussed with his manager and they agreed they would honor the manufacturers policy. Fast forward two months, and the manager on shift stated they would not accept returns. When I pointed out what the salesman/manager previously stated, she said she didn't know what was discussed that long ago (two months). She said they follow the manufacturer's policy. I pointed out the manufacturer offers returns, but she repeated they don't accept returns. Which is it? Do they follow the manufacturer policy, or do they not accept returns? Dishonest sales staff saying whatever it takes to get you to buy something.
I was there to order a replacement cushion for my 3 year old sofa from Ashley’s. Sounds simple but required a lot of research so was there a half hour. In the end she found the cushion and ordered it for me. The experience was very good, employee was very helpful and personable, and I will be getting a new cushion.

First off the person who sold us the couch was amazing, think his name was Devin or Dustin? Now, we were scheduled to have our couch delivered April 16th after waiting almost two full months to receive our almost $4,000 couch. We received MULTIPLE emails, texts and I called (the store and call center) several time to confirm the date and time especially with us living on base I wanted to just make sure everything was in order considering I was having to get off of work that day just to be available. Come April 16th after waiting ALL DAY I decided to call Ashley’s to see when my couch would arrive (it was already passed 4pm and couch was said to be here before 6pm) the woman at Ashley’s said it will no longer be coming today and instead come on Friday because they cannot deliver on base except for on Fridays. What’s most upsetting is I called SEVERAL times asking specifically that and I was told they will have NO ISSUES delivering on base on a Tuesday. Not to mention the multiple emails and texts I received confirming this date! When I spoke with the manager she tried telling me I didn’t speak to the store I spoke to an Ashley’s call center and I told her absolutely not because I called asking if Devin or Dustin was available for me to speak to and they said he wasn’t in which shows I spoke to the store directly! She also said the emails and texts i received were only an “ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE” when in the texts and emails say nothing about it being an estimate plus the texts asked me to confirm the date and “no delivery date changes can be made” which she then said “it’s all done on a computer that’s not our fault” and when I said no one called me to tell me the delivery date changed she said they didn’t know it changed until I called and asked to see how much longer until they deliver it. So had I not called I would’ve been waiting all day just for it not to show up…. I expressed I was really unhappy and wanted free delivery, they said they could only give me 5%off my purchase which doesn’t even cover the delivery fee. After spending almost 4000 dollars plus a 200+ shipping delivery fee I expect better service. Instead I was given excuse after excuse and zero accountability or sympathy. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from Ashley’s. I’ve had better service with Amazon

I do want to start by saying that the store employees are amazing especially my salesman Mike he was amazing!! I’ve had good experience over the years with Ashley since buying furniture from them over the last 15 years. All my friends and coworkers have told me all of their bad experience with Ashley mainly when it comes to the differences in their purchase and actually receiving product, everybody has told me that, the warehouse and delivery is trash. I have had good experiences until now… I Purchased, a bedroom set and a sofa and loveseat recently. The delivery was set for tomorrow. I took tomorrow off of work put a day of vacation to receive items I had not received any calls or emails besides the email two days ago where I confirmed the delivery so I called. To verify the delivery time tomorrow and I was told oh I’m sorry your delivery isn’t going to get to you for another three weeks. I went into the local Ashley store in Silverdale Washington and the best they could do was give me a partial delivery 11 days from now am livid because I took a day of vacation tomorrow. Had I known about the cancellation even yesterday I could’ve gone to work tomorrow I was told a Manager would call me and I’ve yet to hear anything. I’ve always pumped up Ashley furniture to everyone but this is just disgraceful. I ran into one of my coworkers at dinner time, and she said see I told you. I guess they aren’t the same as they used to be. I realize it is out of peoples hands, I know stuff happens i’m not asking for perfection, but what really irritates me is again I took tomorrow off of work. I used a day of vacation to receive these items, and I have heard nothing and I was the one who had to call to find out that I wasn’t going to receive anything. When I went into the store today employee looked at the records and said that someone called And left a voicemail. I showed to her there was no voicemails or calls on Wednesday on my phone She said that that happens quite frequently where warehouse worker say they do something and it doesn’t happen according to customers. I want some action taken I received a voicemail today from that lovely lady at the store saying that I’m going to get a partial shipment 11 days from now but that doesn’t help me with a lost day of vacation tomorrow

I am so very pleased with Ashleys furniture Silverdale. I would say I'm a frequent online shopper and this last purchase just hit it out of the ball park. Its been a while since I've been in store, I walk in and I'm immediately greeted by sales associate Keona. I'm looking for a new coffee table, I describe my needs and dislikes. She walked me around the store explaining the detailing of each, and wasn't pushing furniture that was outside of my budget. She let me come to her when I needed help and didn't over suffocate me. We had a great laugh and conversation, I feel like I left Ashley's with a friend and beautiful furniture. I will definitely be coming back!!

Our bedroom suit is as expected. Not incredibly fancy, probably not worth the money but unless you want to spend 5-6k we don’t have many choices. The salesman asked if I was military in an effort to offer a military discount. I confirmed my service however surprisingly he said he wasn’t going to ask for proof. I do think this is disrespectful and causes the store to lose money. The wrong boxspring was ordered and delivered. The delivery folks kindly returned it to the warehouse. It sat in some sort of queue for a few days before the order could be corrected. Upon calling a couple times purportedly the store doesn’t have the ability to call the warehouse…seems weird.

I've shopped at Ashley’s for years and bought multiple pieces of furniture over the years. I’ve had no problems with any of the furniture in this time. During the process of buying my most recent table purchase and my girlfriend’s bed, Leon helped me and my girlfriend find exactly what we wanted and worked with us right until the very end to make sure we got what we wanted. He presented us every option available to us without any pressure and exceptional levels of patience and friendliness.
I've used Ashley's to purchase furniture for many years. Leon was my sales guy today though and he has been one of my favorites to work with. Very friendly and easy to relate to. He's not pushy and is there to actually find you what you want over the sale. He sat with me for hours while I debated between sofas and was so patient and helpful while I made my decision. Make sure you understand the fine print. When I purchased the recliner in store, I asked the sales rep what happens if the chair just isn’t right once it’s set up in my home. He said to call back the day after delivery if it’s not working . Recliner wasn't quite right for me, so I called to ask about a return. Turns out, they don’t allow returns for undamaged goods. The store manager would not work with me or do anything to help. I told him he had a unsatisfied customer who wouldn’t shop there again, and his response was, “I understand.” I would have been better off kicking in the side of the recliner and returning it “damaged”, but that’s not my style!

I call to get an estimated time of delivery as I'm set up to have a delivery 2/21, then to be told it won't come till 28th without notice without a phone call. I got rid of all my bedroom set to prepare for the delivery that's supposed to be in 2 days!!!

The salesman, Mike, wasn’t in our faces but stayed close enough to answer any questions we had. He was kind, funny, and allowed the experience to be a good one! Needed 2 lift chairs. Bought the ones "guaranteed" to be in stock at the warehouse. Needed before a specific date. Was promised the date. Get a call a few days before. It will be a month for one and 20 days late for the other. I go back to the store. Re-explain my needs. Re-explain that a person will need this lift chair by a specific date. Cancel order. Order a different more expensive model because it is "in the warehouse" and can be delivered well before the needed date. Get a text trying to set up deliver after the drop dead date. Call the warehouse....they never had the chair. It was at the manufacturer. The store has no idea when or if you can get furniture even if it is needed. The store has no "inventory". Do not recommend this place. I feel embarrassed I was taken in a 2nd time with they false delivery projections/promises.
Mike was a knowledge, helpful, and patient salesperson. So much so that we decided to wait to come back to work directly with him when he was back at work for his days off. Updated Review: I still stand by the review of salesperson Mike. However, I am thoroughly disappointed in the now-fourth rescheduled delivery of our item. The company should understand that this jeopardizes the credibility of the salesperson, eliminates the possibility that I’ll ever buy from this company again, and I’m still concerned that when the item does come whether or not it will be in good condition for delivery. (The delivery scheduler said that this is the only thing that might delay the delivery further.)

I walked around alone and found a chair I wanted. I was told I had to order it and when it would be delivered. This was by the lady boss. I came back later to find out there is a pretty steep delivery charge which she never mentioned. You post one price but that is not the price I can buy it for. Very misleading. And the store needs to get WiFi that works
The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. I found exactly what I wanted, but shopped the other furniture stores in Silverdale to compare prices etc. Ashley had by far the best price and, as I said, it was exactly what I was looking for.

The only good thing was you were on time for delivery. The Bad thing is the two guys in the truck couldn’t speak any English at all. I’m handicapped and asked them to just set it inside the door and they had no idea what I was asking. You guys should at the very least have one person that speaks English this is America! They had a really hard time driving the truck up to my house. You know if you can’t treat your customers better then you shouldn’t be in business. HORRIBLE! I had the worst experience with this Store specifically. They ordered my items in the wrong color and I waited months just to recieve it. I Received every excuses as to why they were not delivered when they were supposed to be, and the delivery was delayed numerous times. I will never shop With Ashley ‘s again and this store specifically, and I do not recommend anyone to as well. I heard horrible things about Ashley in general, but never thought that it would be this bad, so please go elsewhere if you do not want The frustration. It’s truly not worth it.

I would give zero stars if I could. In a nut shell, I was lied to about a $500.00 discount, a $1000.00 gift card, and most importantly, fraud was committed on my account by Andrew. He charged my account and then said my husband okayed it. My husband is not on the account to ok anything and he did not. Then the blame game began. Ashley blamed Synchrony and said they mischarged me. Synchrony did not. No one will take the items back, though they are unopened. The district manager refuses to call me as he is too busy with important decisions. This is something I was told by the Silverdale store. I've been fighting this for months. Horrendous customer service. I will never shop there again and warn as many people as possible. It would have been solved immediately if they'd apologized for the fraud and ignoring their promises, but it didn't happen. I asked to return the unopened furniture because of the fraud. Never a single apology and I have been made fun of by some associates. Terrible experience that is still happening.
We purchased furniture couch & love seat that recline. On last Sunday 10/22 2023 they delivered it on Wednesday 10/25/2023 so we had a few days to try it out. I have a bad back . Just does not work for me. Call to see if I could exchange & upgrade. They said no. So they don't Guarantee there furniture!! So we will sell on are own. Then go to a better furniture company!! I heard Arnold's is great..I don't recommend ASHLEY

Dont even try to call customer service... it just sends you to multiple location. They put you through circles to even get any assistance. Plenty of other places that are significantly cheaper and Free delivery!!!! They charge 400 dollars to deliver... They ONLY pricr march stone and mortar companies. If you find it online 9/10 times they dont match. So you can go to other places and get it significantly cheaper and free delivery. Edit: Now they had to cancel my delivery because they overbooked the date. To owner. I cant reply but I've tried to deal with your customer service I'm not going to email a email that goes to them and complain. We know that goes in round file. Stop trying to have me delete my bad review.

The sales staff were very helpful. However, the $500 table has been consistently chipping and had to be "repainted" but it isn't staying. We love the table otherwise. It's very functional. The beyond expensive leather sectional couch is very comfortable and we are happy with it for the most part. However, it does not stay together and it has ruined my hard floors under it. I would NOT recommend a sectional if you don't have a rug under it or carpet. One of the bolts to keep it together is straight up broke and the couch slides all over the place.
Mike was great! He was very nice and informative. He wasn't pushy or overbearing and helped us find the right couch for us even after having to cancel the original order because that couch would have been way too big in our living room. Can't wait to get our new couch next week!
Service is great at the store. A lot of selection of things. I am just having a problem with the delivery of the furniture not being complete when it’s delivered and having to wait a long time for a redelivery.

My fiancée and I went in to buy a couch and loveseat, found a set we really liked, and we’re told we could pick it up at the warehouse the next day. We were excited because the timing was perfect. We paid good money for that set, Ashley isn’t cheap, not in the slightest. We called the warehouse to set up the appointment to pick it up and they said it wouldn’t be ready until the next week. I called them a week later, they said the loveseat was in a truck but they wouldn’t unload it till the following week, and the couch was on backorder for two weeks. We called the next week, when they said we could pick it up, and they said it would be another 4 weeks for the loveseat, and no word on the couch. We got the loveseat six and a half weeks after they said it would be ready, and the couch is on back order for another two months. I understand there are supply chain issues, but this is absolutely no way to run a business, you cannot promise someone something and have them pay you thousands of dollars just to have them wait over 3 months for their product. Ashley has definitely lost a customer, their customer service is superficial at best, they have mid tier quality and overinflated prices. They are not a company with any integrity, and do not know how to interact with customers. And once again, I will be doing my shopping on Facebook Marketplace.

The staff were very efficient and helpful. Not quite as friendly on my second visit when I actually ordered my items, as they were on the first visit when they encouraged me to contact them. Don't know if it was because I was accompanied by a man on the first visit, whereas on the return visit I was alone...
We spent 5k on new furniture and were told it would be delivered today. Received no communication...no text, email, or phone call. I called the customer service and spent several minutes going through the automated phone system before being told that our furniture won't arrive until the end of August. That puts us sleeping on a mattress on the floor of our new home for over a month. Poor customer service. It was my first and LAST time buying furniture from this terrible business.
We went to look for Recliners, and Elizabeth was amazing. She had recently moved from NC as well. She gave us no pressure and told us to sit in as many as needed to find the one that fits right with us. She understood our use of the recliners and wanted us to find one that had a long life and fit our lifestyle. We then looked at chairs for our countertop, and she made a recommendation for ones that were some of the least expensive but most comfortable. She wasn't looking for an expensive sale, she was looking for a repeat customer that had a great experience. Elizabeth didn't just focus on the sale of furniture, but got to know us, our lifestyle, work, hobbies, etc. She got another associate to recommend some hikes and waterfalls as well. A+ Customer Service!

Salesperson flat out lied to me. I placed a $10k order with delivery to my home. Delivery cost $600. I asked if they would move my old furniture to another spot in the house, and he said it was included in the price. Delivery people showed up, and said they weren't allowed to move old furniture, and the store confirmed. No place to put the new furniture, so I cancelled the whole thing.

wish i can not rate a star. horrible customer service, lack of communication, unsatisfactory, no accommodations for their customers, not holding accountable for their false actions and no empathy. been waiting for a dresser mirror for a month. when my bed set was delivered, the dresser mirror was cracked. it was then reordered for a replacement. since the incident, they have been playing this back and forth game with me. continuously canceling and rescheduling my delivery date without contacting me ahead of time. i have to find out my delivery has been canceled by contacting them myself. which you are supposed to contact your customers of anything regarding their order. not just have them wondering, waiting or wasting their day. as i was saying, whenever i do call customer service, they give me delivery date options and after i confirm what day works for me, either they don’t save the information, their system or software is not reliable or the delivery people are the ones canceling my order. but it’s pretty funny to me i always get emails and automated texts confirming the delivery dates i chose just for it to be canceled without me being notified first. i was informed today that they only deliver to military bases on a specific day. mind you i just started a new job recently and have been requesting days off from work to be able to be home for my delivery. my time is literally being wasted. i then call the store and request for an accommodation; refund on half of my purchase or store credit towards a future purchase. can’t get neither because “my mirror is only $90”. this proves how much they don’t care about their customers feelings. all they care about is making sales but they will not be making any if this how they treat their customers. screw this company and the manager! can’t even at least remove $5-20 off for my mirror. or provide a store credit for a future purchase of my choice. or at least have it delivered to the store so i can pick it up when it’s convenient for me. DO NOT recommend.

I had a bathroom emergency and your wonderful sales rep Gabe allowed me to use the bathroom with no hassle or judgement! He was so kind. I’m poor right now, but I was curious about the costs for various things and he answered my questions with interest and delight as if I didn’t look like a total scrub walking into the store. If I could afford to buy furniture without dogs or kids in the home, Ashley’s is the first place I’d go, and I’d make sure to buy it from Gabe, so see ya in 15 years lmao
My husband and I went into this Ashley store just to shop around for some nightstands. To our delight we had the absolute pleasure in meeting Gabe the sales guy of the year. Gabe was an absolute pleasure to talk to and made sure to help us every step of the way! If we had any questions he was more than happy to help. Not to mention such a funny and laidback person. He was not your typical sales person but felt like an old friend for my husband and I! 10/10 would recommend Gabe to anyone who goes in to Ashley. I’m not sure about the Marsha sales rep. But no one compares to Gabe! :)
I just moved across the water from Seattle. I got rid of all my old furniture and wanted to start fresh, so I stopped by the Ashley furniture in Silverdale. Jacie was engaging the minute I walked in, but not overly aggressive. I wanted something similar to a set on the floor. Jacie searches through her online inventory to find me an exact match. I was so excited, I upgraded my purchase. We had a lovely conversation while I was paying and I felt welcomed by her. This felt especially good as I know very few people out here. Keep Jacie around, she is an asset to your store, the community and your company.

They gave us space to look but were close enough to answer any questions we had. The selection we were looking for (love seat with twin power recliners) was more than we expected. We found exactly what my wife wanted and the color we wanted. We purchased the extra warranty and it was that expensive for the piece of mind! Mike was our salesperson and he was great.

Danielle the Manager was fantastic. Helped me pick up a set of chairs. Danielle answered all of my questions. The protection is also worth it! Only grip is the selection of office desks. They are all below 60" long. I need a bigger desk for my office and was really hoping to find something here. Still 5* as that's not Danielle's fault. Website doesn't have the best selection of office desks either. Thank you Danielle!
Went in yesterday and contemplated my purchase. Went in today and made my purchase. Sales was quick and to the point. Entire visit was maybe 10 minutes. Staff are real go getters!
Bought a couch from these guys and I have been waiting ten days for it to show up I would suggest going to ikea before buying anything from this store they will jack you around waste your time and lie to your face that it will be there by the day they said it would be..........I drove 200 miles from Spokane back to kingston just to have them yell me the delivery was re scedualed and I can't even drive to pick it up it has to be delivered. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN.
Was really looking forward to buying a couch today. We got inside the store where we were greeted at the door by Camron at first the guy was nice but then he wouldn't leave us alone when we said we were just browsing. We walk to a table where he proceeded to tell us that we would need this with a couch. I understand he was just trying to do his job. but he wouldn't leave us alone at all . when we even walked to the other side of the store. He was always about 5 ft away and anything we seen he was trying to get us to buy. Was in the store for about 45 min and it got to the point where we felt highly unconfutable. We left the moment he turned around, but in the end he did help us out because we went to Eclectic Home Furnishings and found the most beautiful couch ever

Our salesperson, David, was outstanding! He worked behind the scenes to get our add on furniture to come with the original delivery date. With that said, I gave Ashley a two star review because there were several missteps with the delivery of our furniture and communication. One delivery company was so rude, and informed us they “didn’t work for Ashley” and had to go. They left while we had Ashley on the phone to confirm that they were suppose to assemble furniture. After two failed attempts at assembling that furniture, we did it ourselves. The furniture we received was as expected. It was disappointing that the execution on delivery and set up didn’t match our in person sales experience.
Helpful staff. They didn’t hover and weren’t pushy, but were available as soon as we were ready to make a purchase.

Jacie greeted us as soon as we entered the store and patiently waited for us as we slowly walked around the store. She constantly checked on us and didn’t make us feel rushed in our decision. She was very polite and answered all of our questions. She even looked back at the previous purchases we had to help us figure out the dimensions of our old couches so we wouldn’t have to leave the store to come back.
Jacie and Keston were amazing and very accommodating to what we needed and the baggage we carried with us (10 year old and a 1.5 year old)! We had to come almost an hour before closing time but they didn’t bat an eye at the clock when it struck 9:00pm or even when it hit 9:30pm!!!We got everything we needed thanks to their their knowledge of products as well as the options for close alternatives! To say they were incredibly nice or amazingly wonderful would all be understatements. It felt as though we were talking to family and/or friends while shopping for furniture, not a persistent incentive stalking salesman. At one point our 1.5 year old started to get fussy and antsy which led to my husband and I running around like chickens with our heads cut off. Linda who worked behind the customer service desk came out and gave our beautifully rambunctious little girl a toy to play with. All and all I have to say I’m so excited for my beautiful BEIGE comfy couch to show up at my door🥰😜 and I am super thankful for the wonderful experience we had today!
If you’re looking for a friendly, low pressure shopping experience, I highly recommend working with Edith. She understood the aesthetic I was going for, took my comfort into full consideration, and made shopping for my living room a breeze. She even remembered the accent chair that I immediately fell in love with, and offered to bring it over by the couch I picked out so I could see it all together. Just the offer alone was above and beyond what I expected when I walked in, and I really appreciated it. I absolutely loved her and will absolutely be going back when it’s time to upgrade my dining room. I can’t wait to get my new furniture! The only feedback I have is for the company. I think financing over $2000 should qualify for more then 12 months. Offering longer terms probably would’ve incentivized me to upgrade more at once, but oh well. I’ll still be returning, just not at all for the financing option.

Purchased a dining table from here. Less than 6 months later, the finish started wearing off. Ashley refuses to honor their warranty. I'd buy anywhere else!
As a Ashley customer, I will not purchase nor recommend their services to any other person who may be need of procuring furniture. The bed frame was finally delivered after 10 months. We asked the delivery to come after 3 PM, 3 different occasions. The delivery came at 1:20 (at least they called ahead of time- even though that was not the desired time agreed upon by both delivery service and the customer) and that was after being 1/2 an hour late. As far as customer communications - We had to physically go in to check the status of our order over the duration of the past 10 months (we went in about 4 times with receipt in hand). Only once, have we received a call about our order status- and that was a result of my own efforts because I previously contacted them to tell them that they need better communication with their customers- instead of having their customers physically reach out to them on numerous occasions to determine order status. Luckily, they reached out to us telling us our order was ready. On one occasion, while I was in their store, asking for them to send me an order update in the future, there was another customer expressing the exact same concern. It is not the product that warrants a one star review, nor is it the long lead time. I understand inventory and the supply chain are a concern for a lot of companies in the industry. That's not what warrants a review. It is simply for the lack of transparency and accessibility for your customers. Is it really that hard to call up your customer on a once a month basis to describe the order status? After you had failed to deliver months past the quoted date, which mind you was THREE WEEKS after purchase? *new appended review* Lo and behold we deconstructed our bed frame to move and were disappointed in what we found. They used a torque bit for installation which stripped most of the bolts, in addition to not having 6 bolts (missing entirely from the frame). We went into the silverdale location where we had bought the frame. They wrote down that we needed them to order new bolts after they denied refunding our delivery fee of 200 dollars for complete garbage of installation. Hopeful, we waited to hear back from them. No response. Three weeks later I called the office and they said they had our note but it was never processed and that this issue was out of their control. They gave me a corporate number to call- which I have given up on after such horrific service. Now we are left with a bed frame and stripped/missing bolts that Ashley will not compensate us for. Mind you, bolts are inexpensive but it just shows how devalued the customer is and a great lack of accountability on their part to fulfill basic customer needs. *new appended review* We went to the Ashley furniture in Bozeman, MT and described to them our situation. They gladly ordered the bolts on the house to redeem such a horrible experience. They were kind and considerate- something entirely lacking of the Silverdale staff. I guess not all Ashley furniture stores are bad- but will never recommend this location to anyone.

David the sales clerk in Silverdale is absolutely wonderful! We needed a new sleeper sofa and he went above and beyond to find us what we were looking for and for the best price. He gave us exemplary customer service and we love our new sleeper sofa.

The quality of furniture is nothing like it used to be. Today's furniture is overpriced pieces of laminated pressed wood.
1) I made a $4500 purchase 4 Dec, I was told if I wanted to add a kitchen set to the order that I would not be charged an additional shipping fee. Guess what happened when I ordered the additional $2100 kitchen set? I had the pay the shipping fee. You can waive a $300 surcharge when people spend over $6000, that’s bs. 2) I purchased a mattress as is. I asked then to wrap the mattress in plastic I was told that was not going to happen because it is “as is” that is totally unacceptable. You still have an obligation to your customers to assist them in protecting the goods they are purchasing. If you don’t carry plastic in the back of the store to do that then you need to start.

Online said the store in Silverdale WA is open, but outgoing message said they're closed. And that went on for several weeks. Finally talked to a manager who explained that Corporate has CONTROL over their outgoing messages nationwide and has been told numerous times for weeks to change it to their new hours. Aside from that, the store hardly ever answer their phones, so it took countless calls to ask questions about a couch seen online. We almost bought it from another online company - and MUCH less expensive too! But we wanted that couch badly enough to put up with all the nonsense, and realize that buying from a brick and mortar store has benefits that online stores only do NOT offer. Those significantly lower prices will eventually mushroom out of proportion, and getting anything solved is far too aggravating. The trick at the store number is to chose prompt #2 to want to BUY something, even if calling about an order, or the call goes to a NATIONWIDE CORPORATE call center. But every time we had to talk to them, their phone system was very garbled and echoing so we didn't understand half of what anyone said. Worst time was when they left a message to call back and confirm delivery. Literally had no idea if they understood what WE said and feared they won't show up!!! Bottom line - we are NOT impressed with Ashley's phone system and related policies, causing their stores and potential customers (NOT GUESTS - what is that nonsense all about calling paying customers GUESTS???!!!) to lose business. On a positive note, our sales person Mike Martin was very helpful and knowledgable.
Jacie helped my wife and I out with getting a new living room set and she made sure we were taken care of. She worked diligently and presented herself professionally while building a great repoire. She was able to get us a huge discount and never once pushed us into making a decision. Amazing service and I highly recommend Ashley's for top quality products and service for a reasonable price!!

David was great. Delivery took a year and only because my husband came up with the solution. Delivery kept giving our furniture away to other people because it "wasn't all together" when the delivery date came. So my husband said to them, just separate the orders and delivery when the piece arrives... one year later we have the furniture. My husband took time off work because they "promised" it was the date to get it. We even drove to the warehouse a few times to get the furniture, but it wasn't available. They never had an answer for us which was the most frustrating. David was great when we were in the Silverdale store, cooperative, helpful, creative, honest, but delivery was the main problem...so frustrating that we had to wait an entire year for our furniture to arrive in our home!
Horrible customer service experience. Ordered in store and sales rep Jacie stated she could price match their online price for a set of table and 8 chairs. She did price match but only 4 chairs arrived, and the store and warehouse are both adamant that it was the only thing we ordered which is simply not true. My receipt states 4 boxes of 2 chairs each but the warehouse and store say that isn't true even when I have the invoice in my hand. They also charged us the protection plan price even though repeatedly we stated we did not want it. She lied and cost us the same amount of money for four chairs as online charges for 8. Their customer service solution is for me to spend more money and order 4 more chairs, that I already ordered. Will never buy from Ashley again because they are dishonest and deceptive. Edited to add that I cancelled the other part of my order and was told on multiple occasions that the refund would show in 7 days. It has been 2 months with no refund for $715. I filed a dispute with my card company instead.
3 months and counting, I still don't have what I ordered from this store. I went back to the store after 2 months to check what happened to the order, the guy at the service desk said he'd call back. The guy called back when I was busy and didn't even leave a voicemail and that was the last time they called. I think they don't care if they deliver the product or not... Buy online instead since they're 2 different entities and online store orders arrive within a couple weeks or a month depending on your item.
They sing a different tune when your there to buy an entire sectional or bedroom set. But they seemed extremely put out with my request for additional single pieces (they didn’t have a problem selling me before) super unaccommodating- over all yucky vibe.
Terrible and stressful experience, terrible customer service, no one to speak with and when I finally got a call back after 4th attempt there going lady hung up on me while I was still talking to her and she said"ok I'm going to stop taking now, goodbye" and hung up.
We have been a long time Ashely customer, our house could be used as a showroom we have so much, but after this last experience I think we will look elsewhere. We walked in and was met by a sales person, we told her we were looking for a smaller round dinning room table. She took us over to some tables that were rectangler. When my wife said no, we need round, she said this is all we have and walked off. We walked around the store for a while and found a few that would work and found David. David is awesome, he helped us after finishing up with the previous customer and help us find a table that matched the colors we wanted and size. Delivery was set for yesterday. I stayed home to receive it and even trimmed a few branches overhanging the road so the delivery truck would not have a problem. The delivery was suppose to be between 11 and 3. Around noon I got an automated call saying they were 27 minutes away. 30 minutes pass, 1 hour pass, at 1.5 hours no one showed. I called the number that had called me and was connected to someone in deliveries. She put me on hold for a bit and came back and said the table had not been loaded that day and will not be delivered and that the next delivery date would me sometime next week. After explaining how my day was wasted and that I expect Ashely to step up and right a wrong they said this is all they can do. So I cancelled the order and we went and purchased a table in Sumner that was cheaper, solid wood and let us take it home and not require to be delivered.
David P made this the easiest and most enjoyable furniture shopping experience ever. He asked questions, listened and was able to help us find pieces that fit our style and comfort needs. He helped us choose items that will pull in and compliment our existing accent and artwork. Hopefully we won’t need furniture again anytime soon, if we do we will definitely go bask to Ashley and work with David P.

Ordered furniture in January. Still haven’t received it. Edit: I cancelled my order and drove half an hour away from the store before they called me to tell me that they need a written statement from my bank to credit the 3.5k back on to my account simply because I have a new debit card for the same account. With the price of gas and the hours of time wasted on hold with this company, I beg you, do not ever buy furniture from Ashly Home. They are shady as hell.
Great furniture, but DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO PAYING FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY "REPLACEMENT" PLAN. The company they've partnered with will make you jump through a million hurdles to get anything fixed or repaired to the point where you're so exhausted from trying that you just stop caring. I have two sofas rear have stains on them, a dresser with a scratch and tables with a scratch. All under the warranty option that Ashley sold me. So far, after countless phone calls, unanswered emails, etc. nothing has been done to remedy it. NEVER BUT THE WARRANTY. it's a waste of your money and just gives Ashley free money.

I have been waiting for my bed foundation to be delivered for over a month and they keep rescheduling over and over I wasn't supposed to be charged until everything was delivered but have been charged anyway. I have been trying to call they customer service desk and was put on hold for over an hour before giving up I want to speak to a manager for some sort of compensation because this is unacceptable.

I was only customer in the store. Three sales people standing behind counter talking, never stopped to ask if I needed help. After looking for 10 minutes I left. From what I saw, prices were a lot higher for same brands. Bought elsewhere.
We had made a purchase from Ashley's before and need to pull outlet order history for reordering a couple of items. We ended up interacting with Mike Martin who not only retrieved the information quickly but had actually remembered us from previous visits. Mike helped us not only find the items that we were looking for but also gave us a pretty good deal on another item that caught our interest. My wife even commented to Mike that she hopes he sticks around for awhile as he is her favorite associate in the store. We are looking forward to our next purchase from Ashley's.

I purchased a leather couch and loveseat with the protection plan. Owning them less than 3 year and the couch has begun to crack and peel. The Ashley furniture sales man lied to me and my husband as we were told that if either starts to crack or peel it would be covered.

Don't buy here! They only take your money, but never deliver what you payed for. You will just keep on waiting for months and your delivery kept getting rescheduled into forever. Shop elsewhere!
So far we have loved the furniture we have gotten here, it just takes forever to get here. Also not sure why the prices in the store and on line are so different. I understand that with our first order it was being delivered in two shipments. The first was estimated 1-4 weeks and the second 6-8 weeks. We received a notification that the first part could be delivered around the 6 week mark but we were lucky enough to get it at wk 5. The second part we haven't received to date and it has been 8 weeks. We recently went in and bought a couch and left knowing it could be 4 months but since we can't find anything else we are waiting. UPDATE: We love our couch, coffee table, dresser, and bed. Now the office chair, the only reason we don't fully love it is because of the hardware used to assemble it. One bolt wasn't installed, one bolt was stripped, one bolt broke as soon as my 11 year old sat in the chair and the last was the only one that lasted. Unfortunately this wasn't seen until after the delivery crew left.

My husband and I are thinking about cancelling our $5,000 order with Ashley's that we have yet to receive. We ordered a bedroom set, sectional couch and a medium sized rug on 8/21/2021. Jake helped us out but only in the means of ringing up the sale. His lack of experience or of personal interest made the whole experience unimpressive. The sale is what made us stay. Ultimately the manager came by to speak with us when he heard we may be interested in a specific mattress. We didn't end up buying it, but the 3 minutes we spoke with him he showed more interest in us as people than Jake did the 2 hours we were there. Maybe I'm wrong but when I was in sales, I was taught to treat people as people, not a sale. Either way, Jake promised us we would receive our bedroom set on 9/6, the couch and rug would be delivered on 10/5. On 9/6 we had our bedroom all ready for delivery, however nothing came. We tried calling Ashley's furniture in Silverdale, there's no direct line to the store. So I sent him into the store. Our delivery date got moved to late November without us being informed. Now it's 10/5, our delivery was confirmed on 10/4 via email and text. On 10/5 we received notice our order will be delivered on 10/7. Nothing told why our original date was cancelled or what is being delivered. Come to find out, we're not getting the couch until late November as well. The only thing we may get on 10/7 is the rug, if that doesn't get pushed back. Our couch delivery date was moved without us being informed. AGAIN! the lack of personable interactions and professional demeanor of the store is utterly disappointing. This why we very well might return everything before it even gets here. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I purchased a couch in store here and I was told it would be delivered in 6 weeks...it has been rescheduled over 8 times. It is now 5 months later and still no couch. No discount. Nothing. I gave them almost $3,000 and have nothing in my living room. I would have cancelled had I known it really wasn't going to be delivered. My husband is 100% disabled veteran and cannot sleep. He sleeps on our couch most nights. We got rid of our couch the day before our delivery date because.... our new couch was supposed to come. They canceled less than 12 hours from delivery. Every time I call to ask where my couch is, I sit on hold for 30 minutes (minimum) and THEN 9 times out of 10, I get HUNG UP ON! This place is going to go out of business within the next year. A business cannot be ran this way. They're stealing money. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You will lose time, money and not receive your purchased items EVER.
I ordered my furniture in August my delivery date was Supposed to be in early September then October now it’s November,
Salesperson was knowledgeable and pleasant. He made no promises about delivery but said he wou;d keep us in the loop with any delays. The store was busy but we were helped as soon as we entered. On the whole we are very satisfied.
We just bought a furniture set from Greydon at the Silverdale location and he definitely helped us figure out which couch set would be the best fit for our family with kids and dogs and answered all of my extensive questions! Can't wait to get our set. Thanks Greydon!

I order a living room set the very beginning of may, i finally received part of the order after 4 mo and now they are way the rest wont be available now until Dec. This is REDICULOUS TO HAVE TO WAIT 7 MO TO COMPLETE MY ORDER.
Mike was great at helping us pick out the mattresses we needed for our family. He was quick to give us the info needed to make our decision, show us choices, schedule our delivery, and ring us up. He price matched the manufacturer's website sale and even made up for the promo deal they had going on for Labor day because we weren't buying a set. We've had Mike each time as our salesperson and we'll go to Ashley Furniture again in the future.
Rick was awesome! He let us look around the store without being sales-y. He followed distantly around the store in case we had questions (but was never invasive or pushy). There was one couch I really liked but couldn’t tell if the color was right so he suggested I take one of the matching pillows outside in the daylight to see…that was a big game changer for me because it showed me it was a good color for my house (grey, not brownish like it looked under the store lights) but I still had other stores I needed to go look at so he said he would be leaving at 7 but the store was open till 8. We went looking and nothing compared, so we made it back just before he was getting off work to buy the couch from him. He was quick, and helpful and really easy/nice to work with. Highly recommend tall Rick!!
Garrett was very helpful, professional, and honest. I bought a couch during the Labor Day sale and he was able to help navigate the best discount possible. Very willing to help find the best availability and option for my situation. If I buy more furniture soon, I will ask for Garrett.
My husband and I bought numerous pieces of furniture at Ashley's last weekend with the help of Greydon. He was fabulous! We not only enjoyed his company, but also his knowledge of the products and delivery times. He was more than accommodating as our list of needs grew and when we occasionally changed our mind on what furniture we wanted. Just moving from Bozeman a few weeks ago, it was nice to encounter such great customer service. Thanks Greydon. We'll be back!
Good salesman. 2 things I'm disappointed with is the 2 month delivery delay. My wife is not in good health, and I bought the furniture to make her happy. Hope she's around long enough to get the furniture. The other thing is no removal of old furniture. I'm an old guy, and don't own a truck, nor do I know anyone with a truck to take the old stuff away. If I'd bought a refrigerator at Lowes, they would've taken the old one away. UPDATE: cancelled my order. An October delivery date was made, but no one bothered to tell me. I only found this out by calling a number on the salesman's business card just to see how long it was going to be, and was given an automated response of the October date. Since I hate automated stuff in customer service, I called again, there's no option to talk to a person. I pushed 0 and it put me through to a human being, 0 was not an option, but it worked. That's when I found out that it would only be a partial delivery, and the piece that I went in to buy originally would not arrive for another month. All I got from the agent was gibberish. I went to the store where I purchased the stuff, and told them to cancel the order and return my money. That wasn't easy either. The furniture that couldn't be delivered until October 14th, could now magically be delivered right away. Nope, I had to be assertive to get the order cancelled, and won't really know it's been cancelled until I see the money back on my credit card. By the way, they didn't want to return the delivery fee, but I managed to get that back as well when I told them that nothing was delivered. I guess they thought I was some dumb hick or something.
Do your due diligence don't be overcharged some items are ridiculously overpriced just a little research and you can find the exact items for way less at other places, I will be posting pics to emphasize this point. Some "special"!
I got great service from the sales person. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. My interactions with him had a lot to do with me deciding to purchase from Ashley. I was made aware that two of the items I purchased were not in the local warehouse and would take two or three weeks for delivery. I followed up three weeks later and was told that my delivery would not be available until November or December. Had I known that, I probably would have chosen something else or gone to a different store. I haven’t heard anything since my follow up three days ago nor have I been given any update on my order since I made the purchase three weeks ago. I receive regular emails from Ashley, but none about my order. At this point, if my order cannot be expedited, I will probably cancel my order
Was luck to meet a nice lady named Stephanie. She was patient and fun. Truth be told, I walked in just wanting to use the bathroom. We have been looking for a new couch for over a year but really wasn't there for that. I told her the material we I loved and she found our family a great match. Price was amazing too.

I am so disappointed. I had great service from Rachel, she was great and helpful and sweet. But everything after that experience has been awful. I have been waiting since April for my purchase and have only gotten any information when I reach out to them. No email updates or anything. And the date keeps getting pushed back and pushed back. And then I call costumer service and I get hung up on before anyone even answers and then the automated message asks how my service was… WHAT SERVICE? I am extremely frustrated with this experience. Update: just spoke with a lovely woman at the silverdale location and she cleared things up for me and was very helpful. But the online costumer service is terrible
We purchased a couch and entertainment center months ago. Couch was delivered without issues. The entertainment center? Absolute circus show! Our delivery has been rescheduled 6 times now. All due to their inability to manage their stock and have clear communication. So many regrets going through this place 🤦♂️
Poor quality. We purchased two recliners three years ago, they started breaking down after one year..prices were outrageous. We waited six weeks to get our chairs when they had said two weeks, when they finally arrived, one was not what we ordered.

I purchased a reclining sofa in July 2021. The sales associate, Dennis, was friendly and provided direction and product information on the current selections. He was present but allowed enough space for my wife and I to explore and talk while checking in when we had questions or to provide demonstration of the products. Great sales experience. We found a sofa that fit our expectations and delivery was available within two weeks. Which impressed us as three other stores we went to were two to six months out for almost all their stock. I don't know if this is true for all the stock but indicates they have maintained a good supply chain management during the pandemic. The delivery process was great. We purchased and were able to establish a delivery date nine days out. The communications from the warehouse/shipping was consistent and convenient by text messaging and we were even offered to have the delivery early. The delivery team was friendly and polite. They unpacked and moved the furniture to our desired room and assembled the furniture. They tested the functions to ensure the electronics/motors worked and allowed me to look it over before even mentioning signature for receipt. I used to work in retail and this team did a great job. Truly an enjoyable experience.

Do not use this company. They will not provide you any update on delays unless you call them for an update. We ordered furniture in March. We were told it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. 6 weeks past and we heard nothing. When we contacted the store we were told it was another 4 weeks. 4 more weeks rolls around and the day we were supposed to get the estimated delivery time we were told it was another 4 weeks, and that was only because we reached out to them.

Mark was a new member of the Ashley team, but he took care of all of our needs with great customer service. Their Memorial Day sale prices were too good to pass up! We went to other furniture stores that day, but so happy we made a last stop at Ashley’s Furniture. Other competitors had a 4-6 month wait on inventory availability, and Ashley’s only had a couple weeks wait time for delivery with lots of in stock sofas.
We recently bought a double recliner loveseat from Ashley and worked with Rachael, at the Silverdale store, who was absolutely fantastic. We love the new recliners and Rachael was both personable and professional. We had great communication in person and by text and the order could not have gone more smoothly. Once ordered and a date was set for delivery, we were given the option to have the piece of furniture rescheduled for an earlier delivery which was perfect. Again, great communication with the delivery people, they arrived on time, set the love seat up and they were on their way. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Needed furniture this weekend and everything we liked wasn't avaliable for delivery until 2 months from now, no problem. The problem was we wanted to buy a $20 blanket off the clearance shelf. Headed to the checkout and was told our salesmen had to do it, ok cool. 👌 Between the people ahead of me not being able to get their card to work, the guy helping me saying they have to do a work around to let me buy it today, the other salesman coming up while I'm trying to pay and literally STEPPING IN FRONT OF ME AND HITTING THE CANCEL PAYMENT BUTTON on the card reader and telling my salesman that his clients needed to pay first, my salesman needing 5 SIGNATURES FOR A $20 BLANKET all taking nearly an hour! and then he calls me in the evening and says I need to come back to sign more paperwork! Seriously never going back there, I ordered $2000 of new living room furniture from them and it hasn't yet shipped, seriously thinking of canceling it now because of how ridiculous this whole system is.

I guess the people were nice enough in person at this store but we will never be back due to customer service. One of the chairs we purchased did not last long at all and we purchased a warranty sold to us buy the store, but we can not use it, so somebody got our money for nothing. It only took 8 months to finally talk to the store and get the ball rolling after numerous times being hung up on, or just not calling us back, was told the company that handles the warranty changed hands and to call so and so only to find out after talking to more rude people and being hung up on that it was not the case, so back to the original warranty people for more of the same service. Now its been a year and a recliner we cannot/do not sit in. I would not recommend this place
All the employees at this location are phenomenal and helpful, but delivery options are a nightmare. I have previously bought all my furniture from Ashley and this last experience has left a sour taste. I rearranged my schedule multiple times for couches that never seem to come because of incomplete product. After 4th reschedule I was told I can accept a partial delivery, but if I refused the items will go back in rotation and my new delivery (over a month away) may not be ready since the prepared items would be given away.

I would give the store itself a 5/5. David was extremely helpful and helped us look at different options. David and the store associates were great. The delivery team was 100% our issue. We had purchased a sofa, told that there is no furniture take away service due to COVID. We totally understood. We took our old couch to the dump in anticipation of receiving our new sofa. Our delivery date arrives, we were here to receive our new sofa. The delivery team came into our apartment to see what it would be like and from the beginning said it was impossible. Asked my husband to sign paper work stating any damage to the walls, doors, or any other things in our apartment were on us. My husband signed the paper work and they gave us a half hearted try to bring the sofa inside. Still stating it was impossible, deciding after 3 minutes of trying to reload the sofa back into the truck and then call dispatch to let them know we refused delivery. Which at no point did that happen. The person that called to speak with us about options was kind, understood our frustration and was kind regardless of how frustrated we were. Before we received the phone call from the store we were done with the whole experience. We did receive a refund of our money. We appreciate the store immensely for their patience and understanding with some very irritated customers.
I just sent the following is part of an email to the leadership of Ashley HomeStore (including the CEO). I have REMOVED the personally identifying information of myself and the sales rep for safety and privacy reasons. --------------------------------- I purchased a reclining sofa with a drop-down table on Feb. 2, 2021. My customer ID is XXXXXXXXX, and the sales order number is XXXXXXXX. For the sofa and 5-year protection plan, I paid $1,275.28. I was told by XXXXXXXX, my sales rep, to expect the sofa by late March, but if I didn't receive a call from Ashley's by mid-March, to call the store. I called the online delivery number in mid-March by mistake, and the rep explained that I actually needed to contact the store, but the rep on the phone was kind enough to look up the delivery date for me. I was told delivery was scheduled for April 8th due to the Midwest blizzards slowing everything down, and I would receive a call on April 7th to confirm. I've been on the phone arranging aspects of my impending move all morning, so I decided to be a 'nice guy' and call Ashley's myself since today is April 7th. I called the store directly this time to confirm delivery for tomorrow an learned the delivery date was now suddenly May 1st!! I was told that the 'scheduled' date of April 8th was set by the computer and could be moved by the computer WITH NO COMMUNICATION TO ME--THE PAYING CUSTOMER. As I said, I called today and learned the sofa will be delivered May 1, but they did move that back to April 22...yet I have NO way of knowing if April 22 is an actual GOOD date because the computer can move it around again WITH NO COMMUNICATION TO ME--THE PAYING CUSTOMER. To make this more fun, I am MOVING OUT OF STATE on May 3. I went ahead and ordered a new sofa because my old one is, well, dead. Yes, I actually READ the fine print saying deliveries can be rescheduled. However!! YOUR fine print ACTUALLY reads as follows (transcribed DIRECTLY from the receipt): "If there are delays in our supply chain, you WILL [emphasis mine] be contacted by Customer Care to choose a new delivery date. Our trucks are routed by area and therefore, exact delivery TIMES [emphasis mine] cannot be provided." Please note the two points I emphasized. Your own terms said your company WILL CALL ME...and NEVER did. Your own terms say the TIME of delivery is not guaranteed (no problem), but that I--THE PAYING CUSTOMER WHO HANDED YOU $1,275.28 OF MY MONEY--would be contacted by Ashley's if there is ANY delay. YOUR COMPANY FAILED TO MEET YOUR OWN TERMS OF SERVICE BY NOT ONCE CONTACTING ME; I HAD TO CONTACT ASHELY'S MYSELF TWICE. So I ordered a sofa Feb. 2, 2021, and paid Ashley's $1,275.28 for a sofa that is NOW not even going to be here before April 22...but might get pushed into May anyway. This is HIGHLY not acceptable. I am packing, planning a move, planning an eight-week road trip to take care of business while moving, and won't be in Tennessee before July 31. So, here is the deal I, the PAYING CUSTOMER WHO HANDED YOUR COMPANY $1,275.28, am laying out to you. If your company CANNOT give me a GUARANTEED delivery date of April 22, I will simply cancel this order and never deal with your company again. I expect a hard-and-fast answer by noon PACIFIC TIME (my time) on Friday, April 9. If I do not receive a satisfactory reply, I'll cancel the sofa. Yes, yes, I know I'm just 'one' unhappy customer, and yes, I know we have a supply chain disruption problem right now. Had your company FOLLOWED YOUR OWN TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONTACTED ME AS IT SHOULD HAVE, this would NOT be an issue. However, it is an issue, and I will be posting this complaint on Google reviews, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I handed OVER a thousand dollars to your company. If your company won't even honor its own terms of service by making a PHONE CALL, then I will not hesitate to warn others their money is in jeopardy. I look forward to your reply by noon, Pacific Time, Friday, April 9.

Got to store this morning before it opened, did some other shopping until 11am. Waited for store to open, nope, not a soul inside. We waited and finally left. Great, have a sale and then can’t be bothered to open on time. Won’t be shopping there.

The store is packed to the gills with products... Seriously, over stuffed. The prices are high, so be sure to ask for discounts, but even more important, check their website. They will price match which will almost certainly save you hundreds of dollars.

The prices in-store versus online shopping are crazy. The lady who helped me was amazing, but the markup is just insane. They should at least mark up the online shopping. Obfuscating the price behind "sales" that "end today" and 0% interest credit does not convert sales in people like me. Edit: Used car salesman experience by my spouse trying to buy the exact dresser shown online - online website allows you to put an out-of-stock dresser into your cart and attempt to checkout then give you a obfuscated error warning on what happened - had to spend 20 minutes contacting support to find out what the deal was after 20 minutes of trying and switching browsers.

Having never bought furniture from Ashley Furniture before i had no idea it was going to be this infuriating. I purchased 2 nightstands and 2 lamps in early September, which I'm told I'll get by early October. I think okay cool, sounds good. I go in about a month later and end up buying a full living room set. I get an email a few days later and all it said was "sorry for the inconvenience we are working on it" or something to that pathetic effect. It gave me NO details about anything and i have NO clue what it is in reference to. So i go into the local store and ask the service desk to which they tell me my nightstands are on delay and pushed back to November but it'll be a split order and they are set up for 2 different weekends. That is okay, just put them out at a later date so i can get them together. This is in mid October. I check back up on it at the end of the month and as it turns out one of the nightstands isn't even in the warehouse yet and no more information about delivery for it until December 7th.... incredible. I get called from someone in i can only imagine is a call center for Ashley furniture and they tell me I'm gettong BOTH nightstands and only 1 lamp from my first order delivered on the 21st. I have them repeat this about 3 times for clarification because it directly contradicts what ive been told up to that point. I'm just happy at this point i get my things for the most part. Fast forward 2 weeks to yesterday, the 19th of November and i get another call from the call center, which i dont get to answer because I'm at work, to which a very poorly vocalized voicemail is left. For starters with this, i could barely understand whoever is on the other line to the point i couldnt even understand his name, but i managed to make out that they were trying to talk about my delivery on Saturday. They gave a number for me to call which i couldn't understand half of it after listening to this vm 3 times (i still have it btw and still cant understand it) and when i go to just call the store I've been going to, the number provided by Google is the same number for every Ashley Furniture store and it tells me they close at 7, which is wrong mine closes at 9, gives no options from this playback message, and the worst part about this call was that I CALLED AT 645 PM!!!! IT WASN'T EVEN 7. So now I'm annoyed i have to go into the store AGAIN due to what is now just seeming to be utter incompetence by multiple people on the management side of things only to be told by the nice ladies behind the desk my nightstands, that i ordered in September, HAVE NOW BEEN PUSHED BACK TO JANUARY, and in the middle of trying to schedule a direct shipment of something in my order to be sent after the delivery, because this got backlogged too, their system crashes. I had a very hard time keeping my cool because these nice ladies have no control over what the warehouse is doing and it isnt right to blow up on them, BUT HOW IS THIS EVEN REMOTELY CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE???!!!! THIS IS ABYSMAL, THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS, AND THIS IS TRULY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (again, not from the service desk at the store). This is by far the worst experience i have had with dealing with a piss poor excuse for a furniture company and if i could give them a rating score of less than 1 i would. This is highly unacceptable and embarrassing.
I would leave less stars than this if I could. My experience from the sales floor to the delivery process is night and day. Dennis K. did an great job at the Silverdale store with my sale and customer service, kudos to him. I was told my delivery would take 8-12 weeks which I wasn't exactly happy with, but as the 12th week came and they call to tell me my furniture would be delayed I was even more upset. They called again and said my furniture will be delayed, and when I ask why I get multiple excuses on why there is a delay. I ordered my furniture in the middle of Sep. 2020 and they are now saying I have to wait until December, and I am still not confident I will recieve it then. I would have never went through this company to purchase my furniture if I knew my experience would be so underwhelming. I bought my first house in Sep. 2020 and wanted to celebrate with new furnishings but I continue to wait and wait without satisfaction. They say they are deeply sorry but are not doing anything to rectify the situation. I have already told my peers and colleagues of this disastrous experience, and to think twice before buying from Ashley Furniture because I know I will never buy from them in the future.
Incredibly disappointing. We've doubled the delivery window and we're still waiting. I finally told them to deliver parts as they became available because while I'd wait for back ordered parts they ran out of the parts they originally had on hand - if you wait for everything to be at the warehouse at the same time you'll be waiting forever. They've obviously got no warehouse management or order management tools.
Bought a Bed from Ashley’s furniture they deliver the bed frame with no hardware. Been trying to get the hardware they keep telling me I have to call somebody different. So now we have furniture that is completely unusable and no way of getting it fixed. Ashley furniture basically stole $500 and delivered us wood that just taking up room in our living room, kitchen, and hallway!

Horrible! Not only did i go in with my mother to get a couch but we bought 2. They delayed my delivery 1 time. But this is now 3 times and excuses every time! They also still have the couch on sale at the store. My mother even got insurance on the couch. Their sorry was a $100 in store voucher. My parents were screwed by lazy boy and stuck with a couch. Now this B.S from Ashley Furniture in Silverdale! My name is Stacy Eastman and this is wrong!!!
Horrible customer service and all they have done is lie to me regarding delivery of my furniture. Much more to the story but to keep it simple and short for a google review. Only delivered half a sectional after 35 days of waiting then I was told the other half wasn't check in the warehouse in time so it that is why it wasn't included in my delivery. Now after another 15 days they are saying the other half of my couch was never in the warehouse. My complaint of the multiple lies I have been told was forwarded to Llyod in the escalation department and I was told I would hear from him in 24-48 hrs with a resolution. It has been 4 days and I have not heard from him even though I have texted him with no response back. I will never buy furniture from Ashley furniture and as a housing marketer in the PNW I will now send all customers to the competition. I am angry with the company in general but the Silverdale store is where I purchased my furniture and originally told when my it would arrive. I was told/warned not to buy furniture from this company and didn't listen. I hope they go out of business.

I ordered about $2000 worth of stuff from them, delivery came in a week and on time, I was satisfied with delivery, but the mattress that was delivered was NO WHERE NEAR what I had tried in store. I went in immediately to the store and of course they do NOT do returns or exchanges. And this was something they didn’t tell me beforehand. The mattress was hard as a rock. They suggested I jump on the bed, or buy a mattress topper. I spent that much freaking money for you to tell me to JUMP on the bed or purchase an additional mattress topper? Are you freaking kidding me? I wish I never went through Ashley.

Rob was amazing. Offered assistance as we walked into the store and came to us when we were ready to buy the sectional we wanted. We mentioned coming in yesterday to get an entertainment center and was able to get our order another look and got it lowered. Total we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. In store customer service is always great.... but after we bought our couches a year and ahalf ago one is already breaking there stuff looks nice but it's made with really cheap materials... I spent almost 3000 on a couch and love set... do yourself a favor and spend another 1000 somewhere else trust me... you will thank me later
We purchased furniture about a month ago. The customer service provided was fine when we made our purchase. But boy, once they got our money it went down the toilet. They never return your calls. We can't even get our delivery scheduled because we can't get anyone to answer the phone, return our messages or our emails. I am so frustrated that I am ready to cancel the order but I can't even do that because they don't call you back. And I don't buy that they are super busy because both days we were in the store choosing our furniture we were the only ones in there. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
We won’t be shopping at Ashley Furniture again. They mailed our bed set to the wrong place and haven't yet refunded our money. No one contacted us when our delivery date for our mattress was rescheduled and we waited all day. Every transaction we made was painfully slow. It took 4 hours to buy our bedroom set and mattress and 2 hours to buy a cushion and comforter.
Do not trust this store with your business. They are shady and will say ANYTHING to get you to pad their numbers or get out of answering your questions after they already have your money. My parents bought us some furniture as a gift through them and they spoke to a lady named Linda who assured my mother that it was in her best interest to order over the phone through the store not online and it would be delivered to us quicker. I had a hard time believing this when she later told me but understood why the lady would say that because if we ordered online the store wouldn’t get the credit for the sale. Now here we almost 3 months after we made the purchase and since we ordered through the store the shipping situation was completely screwed up and they wont answer our questions. We were first told it would be 3 weeks till we got everything. Then we were told 5 weeks and since Linda forgot that she originally told my mother that it was quicker to order through the store, she used the excuse that “the online orders must have taken precedence over our order because it ships directly”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Then they said that it was a problem with Covid (but wait how did the online orders get delivered). Then when we called her out on it the next time we called in there was “people working on the roof so the internet is down”. This is why i usually refuse to talk to sales associates at stores like these. They will usually tell you anything to get the commission and then when things go wrong its no longer important to get your stuff handled because they already made the sale. Do not trust these people with your money. Ashleys in general hasn’t been too bad but their online customer service hasn’t been much help they keep saying we need to talk to the store to get it handled. After spending 4K on furniture no one should be treated like this. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE TRUST ME
Sales guy greeted us at the door and seemed nice, then proceeded to creepily follow us around the store from an awkward distance. Felt completely uncomfortable and we rushed out of there.
We are thrilled to have stepped into Ashley Furniture in our search for a few items for the house. Mike M. immediately helped us locate specific areas of the store and answered all of our questions. We ended up coming back after getting some measurements and Mike was there to assist us. We borrowed his tape measure multiple times and he patiently waited for us to make our final decisions. Even while he was ringing up the initial purchase, we found another piece of furniture and bar stools to add on to our purchase. He made it all happen and if we go back, and I suspect we will for something else, Mike will be the guy. I can say that there were other sales people on the floor who offered to help too. Not in a pushy way but very friendly and helpful. We definitely had the freedom to roam around unbothered with help always a step away. Excellent customer service!! Thanks Mike M.!!!!!

I just moved into my new apartment and had zero furniture and no idea where to start. I went with my mom to look at Ashley’s and we had the pleasure of working with Rob. Since I had never shopped for furniture before I expected to go in and deal with pushy sales person who would frown upon a strict budget and small space requirements. Rob wasn’t anything like that. He was professional while still being a lot do fun to work with. He put up with my endless questions and lack of knowledge of spacial awareness. He spent a lot of time making sure I was getting the best possible setup for where I’m at. I never thought I would be excited for furniture, but I couldn’t be happier with the pieces we picked out. And the couch....I wouldn’t have found my dream couch if Rob hadn’t picked it out. I have worked in client services for years and I know when someone actually cares about helping their clients instead of pushing sales. Rob impressed me with his customer service and knowledge of how to find exactly what I wanted. The rest of the staff at Ashley is very pleasant as well and it’s a nice layout. Definitely will be coming back here whenever I need to purchase furniture and asking for Rob!

I posted a review 3 wks ago per my salespersons request. Since they offer no way to either purge or edit reviews I am writing another. At this point if I could give minus stars I would. Turns out either my salesperson knew absolutely nothing about all the things he touted, or he flatly lied. I would have chosen the former except that the delivery people told me that all sales personnel know that they can not promise time of delivery, and that the store manager says that they simply don't have, and can not make, what the salesperson told us we were getting. The mgr says he will make this right, but I certainly don't see how as even with a return and reimbursement I will be out the time and expense of the other items our salesperson said we needed, and literally sitting on the floor til replacements can be found as we had gotten rid of our couch to make room for the two recliners.

This was our first experience in Kitsap County buying furniture, we had lived in Seattle for over 18 years. What a difference from the high pressure cut throat sales tactics we experienced in King county furniture stores. Rodney greeted us with a very welcoming attitude and helmade us keep track of the many sectional & couch sets we immediately began to admire. He pointed out some hidden facts that made our choice even easier and made sure we completely understood the pieces we were purchasing and how they would sit in our floorplan. Rodney made sure we received the fairest price he could offer and insisted on our complete satisfaction. Delivery and set up was a complete breeze. The fellows were quite professional and made sure our house & belongings were always protected. She had everything ready when we arrived and even personally helped load it into our vehicle. Mike was so personable, he gave us time to look throughout the showroom. He offered up a tape measure to help us and explained what sofa had the ability to become a sleeper. When we finally decided on the one we wanted he told us the delivery date and it turned out we needed one sooner. So back to the drawing board we went, he was patient with us throughout the process. The young gentleman that assisted us was very attentive, courteous, patient and helpful. He went through the showroom, the computer inventory, and ultimately brought down prices to match online cyber week sales on the sofa and rocker recliner we ultimately chose to buy.
The business' employees and management were friendly and attentive to us as soon as we entered the store. I told them that we wanted to look at recliners, and we were left alone to check things out on our own - which helped us to concentrate on the pieces we were looking at. When we were finally ready to ask questions, they were right there to assist us in our decision. The prices and quality are exceptional, and with help from Lacey, we also chose a bed for my daughter. I would recommend shopping at Ashley first, and if you shop around, you will probably find that Ashley is going to be where you will make your furniture purchases.
The employees were not pushy. They allowed us to look around at our own pace, and when we had questions they got us answers quickly.

This is just a showroom and it absolutely has everything and more anyone could possibly want minus a tufted bed and a bunk bed with the desk under it. It only really lacked in the child area for me. Selection was great, things are overpriced but they do have a great financing plan if your ready to commit to the 12-36 month financing @ 0%. The sales guy that helped us named Mike was friendly and informative. He wasn't your typical talk and schmooze salesguy. He told us about all the specials in the store that day and then would leave us while we talked amongst ourselves to figure out what we wanted to do. He also was readily available whenever we had questions. It was Black Friday too and he still seemed to make it back to us. We ended up leaving and checking out J.C.Penney, Macy's gallery, and Lazy Boy. Those were short lived in and outs in the furniture area and quick back to Ashley Homestore. Glad we took advantage of the great sales they had! Good quality products, great sales people who dont pressure you, and ample parking lot.

We are happily sitting on our brand new couch that we purchased. Ryan helped us find the perfect couch. He was a very nice & showed me everything in the entire store in order to make the right decision. The couch arrived on time & it is awesome! Ryan gave us great service & was very knowledgeable about what the store had to fit the room we needed it to go into. He knew we wanted to get the couch in time for Thanksgiving & it came exactly when the promised. This is our first experience shopping at Ashley’s & it was a great one!
My wife and I were helped greatly by Ryan as we selected a reclining sofa with specific requirements. He demonstrated several models, explained the features of each, and also helped arrange the delivery. Superb service period.
As expected the prices in store don't match the online prices. Make sure to look at their website to see if it is offered on there for less money (saved us a few hundred). Just know that if they are currently out of stock online they won't honor the price even if it shows it before the item is in your cart. Seems more and more retail stores are using this tactic, then offering things "on sale" that are actually just reductions on their marked up prices.
We received excellent service. The person helping us truly listened to our needs and wants. She worked to find options but was never pushy. We found a couch we love and the price point was in our budget too. I will consider going there again when I am in the need for furniture in the future.

My experience with this place has been absolutely horrible. I ordered a bed set in early September and had it scheduled to deliver on Oct 4th. When it arrived it was broken. They took the piece back and sent another one two weeks later AGAIN it came back broken. I am now a month without a bed set, sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The people have NO regard for their customers. SO this week we have AGAIN scheduled to receive this bed set on Monday only to have them not call and for us to find out they won’t have it until Friday. This place has been the worst experience ever. We’ve asked to refund the bed frame but they refuse.

I have purchased most of my furniture from Ashley HomeStore over the last 4 years. Every time I have been in the store I have been immediately greeted with kind employees. Today, Rodney was so kind and knowledgeable. I always appreciate the quality of their furniture and their fantastic customer service!
I wish I could give this company negative stars. We have had the absolute worst experience with Ashley's, and their customer service is atrocious. We purchased a 14-piece furniture set and had to wait over a month for it to be delivered. When we finally had it delivered, it was missing 3 tables, the pillows, and our accessories were not what we had ordered. We had to wait 2 more weeks to get the tables and pillows delivered, and yet again something was missing--a part for one of the tables. This part is not being delivered for 2 more weeks now. After each failed delivery, we had to wait over an hour for someone with customer service to answer. We have not been offered any compensation for our trouble, and when I asked for some sort of compensation from the store location, I was told to tell customer service, yet customer service had already told me I needed to contact the store. Obviously, we are not going to wait another hour on hold only to be offered absolutely nothing.

Update: We originally had worked with a guy named Thorpe at this location who was friendly and promised us all sorts of satisfaction guarantee for anything we purchase. He no longer works there. In August, we purchased brand new furniture plus a insurance plan in the event we need anything repaired. A chaise and sofa, ottoman, side table, dining room set (table, chairs, bench, rug). Our total was expensive so we expected it to be the best. Furniture was delivered in August and we were disappointed. Dining room bench came with a pre-owned wrap. Unclear if it’s a used product but the quality of all the items makes it appear it’s used. When we asked staff at this location about it, they were just confused and unhelpful. Dining chairs came with pen and smudge marks and all the chairs have missing screws but still was set up (set up was by Ashley reps). Dining table has a massive imbedded smudge which looks like a reflection or grease stain, and a large crack. Also bows easily. Tech came and said chairs and table will be fully replaced. Update: It’s now near the end of Sept. Ashley has attempted multiple deliveries of the wrong items and keep not bringing the table. We are told the same thing “call Ashley” and we do, and go through the cycle on repeat. Ashley furniture has been a complete nightmare in dealing with and they can’t get anything right. We do like the sofa, so it’s unfortunate that because of our negative experience with post purchase we will not buy from them in the future.
Disappoint this is my third time buying from Ashley furniture all 3 time has issue like missing parts or incomplete shipment.

Ashley Homestore needs to have better coordination and communication with their warehouse. After making my purchase I tried repeatedly to call and make an appointment for pick up, no answer. The phone would just ring until it dropped the call. I called Silverdale was told "Good luck getting ahold of them, that's the same number I would use." Really?? Are you kidding me? You dont have ANY other way to contact your warehouse? As a business selling quality furniture you need to follow the process through until the end! So congratulations this is the first and only time I will be buying here, Macy's Furniture can have my business in the future.

If you're thinking about saving some money, think about how much the lawyer you WILL need is going to cost you. This has been the worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with and I am 39 years old. We have been trying to get a couch and dining table for over a month and everytime they come to deliver the furniture, there is something wrong. It's also never their fault!! We now have everything but 1 dining room chair and the store manager along with the main office said they are tire of dealing with it. Nobody will help and they always transfer you to someone else.

We found the perfect living room furniture for our home. Rebecca at Silverdale Ashley HomeStore is wonderful. She was helping another couple while we were looking around. When the other couple was deciding on what they wanted Rebecca answered all of our questions and then checked us out. I'm giving a 3 star review because I'm writing this review without having my furniture. They give you 2 options to get your furniture. You can drive to Tacoma and pick it up at the warehouse or they will deliver. Luckily they deliver to our address but it going to take 8 days. It's a 3rd party delivery company. You pick your day from their available dates and they will call you with a time window. If the furniture comes damaged you have to spend it back. The survey should be sent out after they know you have received our furniture so you can give an honest review.
They never seem to get the delivery right - its always someone else's fault .
I ordered a table set . It took a month to get and it came damaged. Possibly a floor model. We have been trying to get a replacement no calls no emails! Had to go to store to get answers. Now we will be almost 2 months to get our table set! Horrible customer service!!

Great people and experience!! The employees here helped us amazingly and quickly. The couch and bed we bought were extremely comfortable and perfect, now we are waiting for delivery. My review is based off the in store experience as I haven’t experienced the delivery yet, but I believe, if they are anything like the I store crew members I spoke with, I will be extremely happy and satisfied.

Robert Wymer was super helpful and helped us get exactly what we wanted. When we walked in to the Silverdale store he told us about the great deal you were having. He was attentive but also knew when to give us our space and look around to figure out what we wanted. Rob checked up us often but wasn't puhy and he ultimately helped us come to our decision on getting the perfect coffee table and some other decorations as well :) Great customer service! I will come back to your Silverdale store as long as Rob is helping us with our next purchase :)

Went in with the intention of buying a children's bed set. Super cute! Also, a entertainment center for our living room and a king bed frame. Walked in and not ONE person said a word to me. I even walked up to the counter myself to grab the 4th of July deal paper. . . NOTHING. I did 3 laps and there was 1 other person in there looking. Nothing. Sorry, I don't care how cute your stuff is. If you cant say even hello to your customer...I will make sure I let the other people I sell homes to that Ashleys in silverdale is not the place to go.

DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE TOUR MONEY!!! UPDATED: 14 June 2019, Still absolutely garbage. So it's now been 3 months waiting for a bed set. Was told delivery of the 25 of may.The day Comes and passes no delivery, no phonecall. Call to see why, im told that I never confirmed the phone call or text ( that I never received). Rescheduled for delivery on the 19th. Was told today that all of my items are on back order now and won't be available until the 24th of July. Nothing but horrible things with this store. Ashley furniture will never see another cent from me or anyone I know. Absolutely garbage service...iv been rescheduled 5 times for delivery on 2 items. Been told it's at warehouse 3 times and "they don't know why it hasn't been delivered". You have to physically go to the store because no one will answer you call. And a soon as I asked for a refund calls start going out to management "to get things done". One of the worst experiences I've ever had.
READ THIS!!! My fianceé and I went in looking for a couch for our new home. The salesman in Ashley was great and things were going very well until we went to finance the couch. The only reason we financed was to help my fianceé build her credit up. That's where this goes bad. We got approved through their in house financing AcceptanceNow. The process seemed to go smoothly and we got told our monthly payments. Well not even a month after we bought the couch our first payment somehow became due and was almost $40 more than what we were told it would be. We got charged a fee we were never told about and doesn't help pay down the balance whatsoever. Lesson learned and we will never finance through them again. Now we are just going to pay it off faster to be done with the whole situation. I'm sorry to have to give Ashley the 2 stars but their financing just screwed us. Great service until that point though.
Terrible customer service. Sold me defective furniture and have been trying to get it fixed for months. They make promises to me and dont keep them.

My husband and I walked in there yesterday and were looking for something particular. When we first walked in a saleswoman was talking to someone in a major pathway to the back of the store. Neither one of them acknowledged us and would not move to the side. We had to walk between the furniture to get around them. We saw no other sales people on the floor as we made our way to the back of the store. Once we made it back there, we noticed the manager of the store was struggling to get a dresser on a rolling cart and was having quite a bit of trouble doing it by himself. My husband and I both helped him put the dresser on the cart and then he walked away after saying a short thanks. He did not ask if we needed any help finding something. We decided to take a walk around the whole store looking at the wall art they had on sale. We walked past the customer service counter where two sales people we leaning on the counter and two people sitting behind the counter, none of them said a word to us. We decided to leave the store very disappointed. We will certainly have to think twice about going there again. And for some background...we have purchased ALL our furniture besides a sleep number bed from Ashley over the past 15 years in 2 states to the tune of about 15K....might be rethinking furniture buying.
if i could give negative stars i would. I ordered my couch, loveseat, and chair 2 weeks ago. 3 different times it never showed up no call, nothing. i would show up at the store after waiting and was told they emailed the warehouse and would call me back the following night. which no one called me back at all. after waiting monday all day, i called and was on hold for hours. i finally went to the store today to see why it wasn’t delivered, after confirming the order for monday with 3 different people, they made up the excuse that it wasn’t confirmed today. Instead of trying to deliver to us sooner, or taking money off for making this our 4th delivery date that it was suppose to come, the store manager Ray, pretty much told me that they won’t make a profit and i would again have to wait 3 more days until the living room set would come in. When i told him to just cancel the order, he told asked me if i knew what the furniture leeway was in washington (?) to which i replied with, no but why give a delivery date 3 separate times and not show up?? and then to make up why it wasn’t coming. i would highly recommend going somewhere else.
Had a bed schedule for delivery today. Called to see why it wasn’t here yet and the lady says it was canceled! If we wouldn’t have called we would have never known! Now I have to wait god knows how long to get my bed. It’s already. Been a week. The sales guy was awesome but very disappointed in how long it takes to get something. You would think they would offer free delivery after this especially when spending over 5000 on a bed.
I am now a former Ashley customer. Totally unacceptable service from this company. Two months ago, in store, ordered an item of furniture. Was told I'd have to wait until it arrived in the Silverdale store on 4/11, that I'd be called. Was never called. Went into store in person on 4/23, told it was in. Wrong item, sales guy tried to give me the floor model which was the wrong color. Apologized, said he'd give me free delivery and get back to me that afternoon with detail. Two days later, no call, I contacted CS (not even in the store), no notes on my order. Am cancelling the order. NO communication, no information, not keeping their word. Done with Ashley. Good bye. ]

1 star is too gracious..... absolutely terrible. I have called multiple times to get no answer during daytime hours, left messages, called corporate offices and the "corporate office" answer to them not answering phones to help a customer was" why don't you just go into the store???? (with an attitude I must say) " are you freaking kidding me? What is the point of having a phone number if that is going to be your answer to horrible customer service. I mentioned i have a baby and i just cant go in right this minute, she said there was nothing else they could help me with other than leaving another voicemail and hope i get a call back and haven for bid i dont miss the call because the cycle starts ALL OVER!!!!!!!They are the worst. I have spent thousands with them, and they have lost me forever. I gave them way too much of my energy I feel bad for the actually good people who probably work in the sore but they need to get their act together and the corporate office needs to be fired.
Recently had scheduled a delivery with them. Called the day of my scheduled delivery because I didn’t hear anything. The lady on the phone goes “oh yeah you were scheduled for today. How about Friday the 29th?” And I was confused and asked “so it’s not coming today?” And she said no and did not give an explanation or apologize for it either. So I had to request 2 days off from work for something that was supposed to be simple and convenient. She was very rude and I will be going elsewhere from now on.

spent almost $10.000 on Ashley furniture 🤔I understand that when I came in I had no credit.....so I bought furniture thru acceptance now the company they have to cheat you😤I was willing to pay cash for my purchases advised not to so I could establish credit,after the first 5 grand that I did pay with cash I was still denied 🙊credit WHY? instead of going thru acceptance now which is a hassel👌been paying alomst 2 years and I can't still get credit
We just bought a couch and loveseat here and one of the reasons we got them here is the sales lady told us they would pick up our old couches. We paid $150 for delivery and when the delivery people got here they said all they can do is bring the new stuff in. So now we are stuck with the old couch that we will have to rent a uhaul for and take it to the dump. The sales person was dishonest to make the sale. We will never shop here again!
Large selection. Sales guy was nice, but not pushy or hovering. We checked out a couple other furniture stores, but this place had a better sofas and beds with reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
Ashley's is the place we always end up at when we go to buy furniture. We have shopped on line and with other retailers but as we commented to ourselves the other day.....for the past 15 years, 3 houses and a few remodels we end up at Ashley for all our household furniture purchases. They have the most current styles and you're sure to find your style no matter the room whether it's your most intimate room, living and dining or the kids rooms they have it.

My experience at the Silverdale store with my Sales Associate and Sales Mangers went well....... Unfortunately, when it came time to getting a delivery time from Ashley’s “Customer Care Representatives” for my furniture, the experience went downhill immediately. On 1/15, since I hadn’t received a call the day before from Ashley, I called the number for Delivery Confirmations and was told it wasn’t scheduled to be delivered on 1/16 as promised. When I asked why, the answer I received was “I don’t know”, when I asked when it will be delivered, I was once again told “I don’t know”. It was obvious I wasn’t going to get any acceptable answer. I then called the Ashley Customer Care for assistance and was told they would look into this and send an email to the 3rd party Delivery Service for an update and I would get a call back before the end of day so I can schedule my day for the delivery. I waited until 4:00 that day, but had not received a call back, so I called the Customer Care Group again, and was told the person I previously talked to had left for the day. I then talked to another service rep who called the 3rd Party Delivery Company and she was told the delivery would not be made as promised. The Customer Care Rep asked if I would be available for delivery a day later on 1/17 and I agreed. During my conversation with the Customer Service Rep, it was indicated that this was just one of many complaints the Ashley Corporate Office have received about the Washington State Ashley stores which use this 3rd Party Delivery Service. I checked the “Yelp” website for reviews and the reviews confirmed that there are major issues with the delivery service out of the Silverdale Store. UPDATE…it’s now 1/16, and I called the Delivery Confirmation number again to confirm the delivery for tomorrow and was once again told my order does not show being scheduled for 1/17. The “Customer Care” Representative called the Delivery Service only to be told that the best they could now schedule is for 1/22. The Cust Service Rep then called the Delivery Service back again and told them that 1/22 is not acceptable. They then said they could schedule it for 1/18. I was told I would receive a call from the Delivery Service after 2:00 today with a time…..which I did not receive. UPDATE….Now 1/17 and I called the Customer Care Center and was told ….once again…they don’t see my order being scheduled for 1/18. I could not get a straight answer from the Customer Service Rep as to why and gave up trying to talk her anymore. So completely fed up, I decided to drive to the Ashley Store and discuss this directly with a Manager. I talked to a Sales Manager and he checked their system and found that the Recliner was indeed scheduled for delivery on 1/18. He said he would call the Delivery Dispatch and confirm, and also suggested I call back when the General Manager was in in a few hours. I gave the Sales Manager my Cell Phone and asked him to call me with an update. I did receive a call from the Sales Manager about an hour later and he told me that he has confirmed the delivery is set for late afternoon on 1/18. The Sales Manager has been the only Ashley Employee that has followed up when promised. I also received an Automated call from the Delivery Service confirming the same delivery information. UPDATE…. It’s 1/18 at 3:30 p.m. and the Recliner has just finally been delivered. I spoke to one of the managers at the Silverdale Store and was told they are aware of the problems with the Delivery Service and are working on a solution, but won’t have one until April, which doesn’t help me or other customers. Just seems if a company is aware of such a major issue, they would find a solution quicker than waiting several months, or at least make customers aware of a potential issue if they opt for a delivery vs. customer pick up. Speaking for myself…they have lost any future business from me.
Ordered a new matress set with a bedroom set. On delivery day, the footboard did not line up with the headboard, so the bed looked slanted, had to call and request a correct or new one be sent out. 2nd delivery, same looking footboard, same problem. Called and told them this is not correct, please fix. Third delivery (its been over a month and a half now) they beought the matching footboard to the headboard, however, this is not what we were under the impression that we were purchasing. Very disappointed. We dont have the energy to call a 3rd time to get satisfaction, will never buy from here again. There were two styles I guess for the bed set, we were under impression that we qere getting the posts, i guess they ordered the panel style for us. WHAT A BUMMER. Ugh!

The sales experience was wonderful but the quality of care after the sale left a lot to be desired. We purchased a floor display, which I knew was sold as is, but when we got it home, it was bent. I took responsibility and arranged for a craftsman to come repair the chair, and on the day of the appointment, he was an hour late and did not call to let me know he was running behind. The store was great, the prices are great, but having to wait a month to have something we bought delivered was ridiculous; when I called customer care to check on my repair status and see if an earlier date was available for delivery, they put me in a call back queue and after 3 hours later I still never received a call back. I managed to contact an associate at the store who could not provide much assistance. I give the sales team 5 stars but everything else I rate a one.
My family has had excellent experiences with Ashley HomeStore in Silverdale, WA. We have purchased 2 large sofas, a love seat, a sofa table, and most recently, a set of bar stools. Unfortunately, we have run into a complete lack of customer service with our most recent purchase. We made the purchase on Nov. 12 with a guarantee that they would arrive for store pick-up by Nov. 26. The 26th came and went and we received no word on the status of our order. We called and were told by Ashley staff that our order would arrive by Dec. 20, guaranteed. It's now the 27th, and Ashley is supposedly going to "call us back." Whatever that means. I'm very disappointed. I will not be recommending Ashley HomeStore to anyone that I know. In fact, I'll be sure to speak poorly of this company to all my family and friends. Lousy.
Always had a great experience here, but today I was pressured into getting a financed payment plan and that if we went somewhere else the sales person wouldn't get a commission. I did not realize buying furniture was similar like walking into a car dealership. If they ask you for help just say you're "Just looking".
Ray's help was fantastic!! We were not pressured in the least. He was patient and very generous with his time! The store was extremely clean and at the same time felt welcoming. A top notch experience all the way around!
Absolutely terrible experience. The staff at the store was helpful through the purchase but then the delivery has been disaster after disaster. Purchased a three piece couch sectional mid November. One of the couch sections was just not delivered, no warning, just didn’t arrive. One of the two pieces actually delivered was not functional upon delivery. The table that was delivered was damaged upon arrival. I had taken my old furniture to the dump earlier in the day before delivery and so I have been living in a house with no couch and no table for over two weeks and it’ll be over a week before they supposedly will make the delivery. The delivery system is a joke. They do not work around your schedule and they only inform you the day before what time the drop off will be. When they scheduled the second delivery to deliver the other half of the couch not delivered the first time I was told the soonest was Tuesday. The call for delivery informed me I’d been bumped back to Wednesday. I told them I wouldn’t be home till the afternoon Wednesday. They said they would put a note in the delivery file. Got a call the day before saying they were delivering to my house at 9am... called them back to repeat to them I would not be home at that time, I was told “sorry we can’t do anything to change it, we will have to bump you back another week.” Called the store. They said that they would arrange to have the delivery sent to the store instead, and would arrive today, available for pickup tomorrow. Sure enough, it didn’t make it onto the delivery truck and will be bumped back yet again to next truck which isn’t until Dec 14. Told them I’m done, take back the broken stuff sitting useless in my house, cancel the deliveries give me my money back. Store said they can’t, that I have to call the customer care line. Called customer care line, they said they can’t take back furniture once it’s been in the home. I tell them it’s BROKEN furniture sitting in my home, that it arrived broken. Still a no. Asked for manager, waited on hold, told there was no manager available. They are supposed to call me back in an hour or two. So here I wait. I’m sitting here out $1500, a couple pieces of broken furniture in my house and all I get is broken promises and “we can’t do that’s” Don’t ever shop at any Ashley store, I never will again.

My sales girl was intelligent and answered all questions plus supplying me with all the information I needed. She was kind, efficient and respectful. I only mention all these qualities because at the 3 other furniture stores that I went to earlier that day, no one knew ANYTHING! It restored my faith in humanity when I went to your store. If I could put 0 stars I would. They advertise that they have a 1 accidental pet coverage but they WILL NOT HONOR IT! And say that they do not provide it but there brochure in the front clearly states it does. The managers said they would take care of it and they never returned any phone calls or emails. They said we have to pay for the repairs. Worst place ever and I will never purchase anything from there again. DONT advertise stuff and not honor it.FALSE ADVERTISING!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE
We bought a big arse couch here. Very large showroom with a lot of options to choose from. Our salesperson was... intense. Their manager was very nice. Couch was delivered and set up without any issues or reschedules. If you can keep up with the sales people and have the money for new furniture I recommend checking them out.
Just calling this store is work.. rings over and over..no one picks up. I called 7x in 20 minutes. Terrible. I never got three so I'm purchasing elsewhere. No way. Terrible

The salesman we had to deal with was positively atrocious and so obnoxious, we barely could stand being there long enough to purchase the bed set. I wish we would have left and just come back another day. The furniture is great, don't get me wrong, but that salesman was horrific. Was an awful buying experience.

We had older Ashley furniture that went bad fast and out of our extended warranty the store told us to put in a claim with Ashley customer service. We got a full store credit for 6 year old furniture. The store explained what the issue was with that product and said they don’t use it anymore. I met Linnea a sales rep and she showed me around we measured and measured until I found what I liked. I had to wait for the claim to go thru but once it was done Ashley furniture called me and said the credit was waiting at the store for me. I went in the verified the credit and amount Linnea was there so my girlfriend and I looked a little more at any other options. No pressure from linnea. We told her we would go with the furniture I originally liked. She wrote it up and applied a 20% discount that was going on. Now I’m just waiting for delivery!!!! Thanks again Linnea!

Great selection, but they messed up my delivery day and time.
Great place, highly recommended. I went in today with my daughter to get a new couch. The sales rep Courtney helped me out tremendously. She was friendly, kind and not forceful. I was a tough customer because I wanted something specific and she listened and gave good recommendations to what she felt would work best for what I needed. I bought my couches financed it with no problems.

One of our power recliners came with no cord. I called and told customer service and the said they would send one out. After a month I still hadn’t received it so i had to make a trip back to the store. He had to take a cord from the showroom. After 6 weeks still haven’t received a cord. This order was never cancelled since the sales guy just gave me a cord from the floor without canceling order. My order of a cord apparently wasn’t very important even though i spent THOUSANDS of dollars on furniture on that one transaction
Courtney was a pleasant surprise for a sales person. Even as the assistant manager she spent an extraordinary amount of time with us making sure we were happy with our selection. Even after setting our initial order and making changes she stayed with us through the process and allowed us to delay shipping until we got our new area rugs for the great room in our new house. We will go to her in the future for any other furnishing needs and recommend both her and Ashley HomeStore to anyone needing furnishings.

The only reason not a 5 is because out mattress was scheduled to arrive on saturday, so on thursday we started to drain our bed( yes after 38 years we are getting rid of our waterbed) then friday evening after confirming our delivery, I get a call saying our mattress wont be available till the following thursday! So now its couch or floor! When I really complained was told the soonest would be Wednesday. It is what it is, but soured a perfect expierence

Bree the salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable and explained in detail when the furniture was going to be delivered and the return policy. She showed me different table's and chairs as options to help me better decide.
Was allowed to wander and sit on as many sofas as I wanted without anyone bothering me. When I was ready to buy, the associate answered my questions satisfactorily, but was not very personable. Options were given and there was no hard sell. The sofa and chair I purchased were some of the cheapest ones, due to my limited budget, but they are comfortable and well made and look great in my living room. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for furniture.

Ray and his staff at the Silverdale store was amazing. He was beyond patient with our decision making and helped us all the way through with our final decision on our new sectional. His sale associate even made sure our kids were kept busy when we were shopping which really helped. I'm sure to recommend anyone to go see them! Good on you Ashley for hiring great people like that.
We had the worst experience with this store. We bought a $1500 bed for our son's 8th birthday. He was so excited that he got to pick it out himself. We were extra delighted when we found out it would be delivered the day before his birthday. Fast forward to that day, bed is delivered and put together but the roll board is missing! This is the piece that holds the mattress up, and HAS to be there in order to put a mattress on it. My husband called the Ashley Customer Care line and was told that they cannot send just the roll board, that they would need to do a like-for-like replacement. They would come and bring a whole new bed package. And it would take a week. Fast forward again to this morning. Delivery drivers show up to "replace" the bed with the new one. Except, that wasn't their instruction. They were there to simply pick up the bed from us. I called Customer Care once again. This lady was helpful and said that the roll board is a completely different billable SKU that the local store (Silverdale) sales person did not include in our order. We had NOT been told that. Obviously if we had, we would have ordered it immediately. After all of this, the Customer Care offers a $50 in store credit to cover the cost of the roll board. I was told I would need to go to the local store to have it keyed in and ordered. I went down to the store today, with my infant daughter, to do this. Completely inconvenient. I spoke with the Sales Manager/supervisor Ray. He looked in their system and said the quickest they could get the roll board would be two weeks! TWO WEEKS! I even told him I would be willing to take the roll board from the floor model. That offer was declined by Ashley Furniture. They would not give me the board from the floor model. So I had resigned to ordering a new one and waiting the two+ weeks it will take for their delivery. They ring it up and then tell me that I owe an additional $5!!!! SERIOUSLY! This store doesn't care that this was THEIR mistake. That my son has now waited over a week to enjoy his birthday present. We have spent at least $10k in this store. But we will not spend another penny there. This store has lost our business. I recommend going to any other furniture store. Pay more for better quality and better customer service. It is shameful that I had to pay anything for their mistake. And to top it all off, they were unapologetic and didn't seem to care. Do not buy furniture from here unless you are ok with terrible customer service
If you are looking to get your order within less than a month to get one bed don't go to ashley. My wife and I have been told repeatedly a delivery date and time and every time it gets to about 3 days before that date we get a call that they won't be able top do that date and it will be another two weeks and that they can't do anything about it. Worst customer service after the sale. First I want to thank Lanae for helping with this matter. We received my sons bed on the last day they gave me. The installers were very nice and promptly set up the bed. They also arrived sooner in the day than was expected which was very handy. We are still buying the second one for my other son.

My purchase went very smoothly. i dealt with a manager by the name of Ray Honne, he was honest, straightforward and did not attempt to mislead me in any way. I am very happy with the service i received and will likely seek out the same person in the future to do business with, when i asked how long delivery takes he expected up to 2 weeks but was able to secure a delivery in 3 business days. Great deals time to time. Just placed an order for sectional and a chair to be delivered. Just make sure you check math on the sales associate's numbers because I caught the mistake which happens to favor the dealer not the buyer. I am sure it would have been caught along the way even if I didn't catch it. They offered me financing for 6 months no interest and 15 percent off plus another 5 for going over 3K. Check math/numbers! Not sure about the product itself or the delivery yet. Will update the review accordingly as they happen.

Amanda Grace at the Silverdale location took care of us. She knew her stuff, had answers to all of our questions, helped us get set up on financing and made the whole experience so easy. I even overheard another customer say the same thing to her, that she simplified everything and it was much easier of an experience for that. The store manager was attentive as well and I felt like we were well taken care of.
After finding a very comfortable couch we purchased the loveseat and couch. The salesman ran through the paperwork making sure we knew we had fourteen days to make sure we were happy. Furniture was delivered and set up. I likened the comfort of the delivered items to sitting on and old buckboard. The quality of what I thought I was buying and what was delivered was not even close to the same. Kind of like bait and switch. I went to the store to complain and ask them to remove it and issue a refund. After an hour or so they agreed to the refund. The deal is they charged me $149.00 for delivery and then another $149.00 plus taxes to pick the furniture up. So I’m the end I’m out over three hundred dollars because what I thought I was buying and what was delivered were not the same quality. SO BE VERY AWARE IF YOU SHOP AT ASHLEY. MIGHT BE BEST TO SHOP FROM AN HONEST ESTABLISHMENT

We bought our couch here yesterday, and of course have not had it delivered yet, but we definitely liked this store a lot. Mike was our sales guy, and he was very helpful and answered all of our questions, didn't mind that we sat on our new couch for a long time talking over our couch buying options. They have a good delivery fee of 149, which is the lowest I've seen in silverdale and bremerton. I also liked the fact that Mike was willing to do the math for me to tell me what my "out the door" cost would be if I decided to buy. With taxes and warranty etc. If this couch lasts a good long time, and delivery goes well, I definitely have no problem recommending this store to other people. Thanks for my new couch Ashley's!
Jen Andresen from the Silverdale, WA homestore was absolutely fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable about mattresses, mattress protectors, and the various pieces of furniture we purchased today. In fact, once she realized that we have grandkids, she showed us some tables that will work out perfectly for our 3 grandsons for puzzles and games, as well as electronics. I was not expecting such a fun experience furniture shopping but it was terrific! Jen covered every detail thoroughly and for that, I’m exceedingly grateful. I am a completely satisfied customer who will make referrals to this store and to Jen. FYI this, like most Ashley stores, is a showroom. They do not cary product in stock. You must order the furniture and pay for shipping. It was a reasonable price though and they set it up at your house and take the trash.

I went in looking for a mattress because my mattress I have right now is giving me pain and discomfort every morning when I wake up. When I arrived at the store Jen walked up with a kind warming welcome and made my experience amazing. It was easy and stress free. I was very happy with my experience at the store in Silverdale. I was greeted when I walked in the door and asked if there was anything they could help with. I was shown what I asked for and told if I needed help to let them know. I have been to other furniture stores where they follow you around and are waiting almost anticipating you purchasing something for their Commission. I did not feel this way at all and was very happy when the salesman helped me choose a coffee table that would work well with the couch I thought I didn't even think of as far as the height.
We just purchased a sofa and a new ottoman from Ashley’s we were happy with customer service and happy with quality and price of the furniture . The only reason I took a star away is because we had such a hard time finding a long sofa and it was also frustrating that they didn’t have more choices in fabric color but luckily we still found what we were looking for !

Sales person was great. Delivery was the worst I have ever experienced. Walked in with muddy wet shoes. Let some sofa pieces out in the rain while packing other pieces in. Not polite!!!! plus I had to pay $150.00 ++ for this delivery. never again. They should take a lesson from Seldens Furniture Stores in Tacoma. Cover shoes, pad floors, pad door and stair corners. Very kind, move extra furniture at no extra cost. etc.

One star is too many. The issue is service, not product. Spent over $3,800 in a mattress that was assured to be delivered 11 days later, if not sooner. After not hearing from Ashley Furniture regarding the delivery, I contacted them on the promised delivery date to discover that it would now be 15 days, not eleven as originally promised. I asked for a refund. After delays and resistance, I was told that they need seven days to transact a refund. If you make a purchase, they take your money instantly. If you ask for a refund, they get to continue the use of your money for a few days. This is my LAST visit to Ashley Furniture.

We did not feel like we were being watched, yet noticed and pertantint information at the right times not all at once. We came came away with a wonderful couch that we had not even considered before walking in however though Chris's recommendations we felt confidant in this buy. We could not be more pleased with our purchase and customer service.
We went in just to look around. Our sales rep Linae was awesome! She didn't pressure us in anyway and gave us space to talk things out as needed. I highly recommend her at this store. The delivery team was fast, but didn't speak good English or decided not to. I asked them if they made sure the zip ties were off the recliners and he replied with "sign" and handed me his tablet.

We tried several furniture stores for recliner rocking chairs and found Ashley to have options in our price range. Also we appreciated that they matched the Ashley online store price for the item as it was $100 cheaper online. We are glad we checked that out first.

I had been looking on line at prices and details of reclining loveseats. It was obvious I needed to see how they felt and fit in person. I stopped in at Ashley Homestore in Silverdale and was comfortably greated by Jen. Without any aggressive sales tactics, she led me to the area in the store that carried them. I described my wants and Jen knows her furniture and lines well. She was able to tell, without looking up, the prices, colors and options. She remarked that the next discount on this sale weekend would start in half an hour. I received an estimate and left the store to visit a couple of other brand name furniture stores. Despite some big names it was obvious the quality of leg extensions and padding did not match Ashley. So I returned to make a purchase. Jen was swift and thorough and informative about the purchase and options and shipping. Turns out there was an error on the floor price and the manager honored the lower price Shipping was very reasonable in costs and included set up

The sales associate was awesome! However, it’s now taken a month to get our furniture! (Still not here) the ladies that call to inform me of the continuous delays are not the friendliest and don’t even act like they care of how big of an inconvenience this is.
Plan on a total nightmare if you have anything delivered. This place is a total joke. We ordered several thousand dollars worth of furniture and were told at the time of sale, that all but a set of end tables (back ordered) would be delivered at our initial delivery date. So delivery #1 comes and there is only a dining table and chairs. No bedroom furniture or coffee table. Delivery #2 a week later, finally get our bedroom furniture and coffee table. Delivery #3 is scheduled for end tables and got a call that we needed to reschedule because there was a delay getting the tables. Rescheduled for a week later, only to need to reschedule another time. Finally over 6 weeks later we received an email that our furniture would be delivered between 2:30-5:30, only to receive an automated call at 12:45 that we were the next stop. Knowing that there wouldn't be anyone home, I called the number back and they were not able to get a hold of the driver. So 30 minutes later, I get a call from the driver that he is at our home. I told him they were an hour early and he said no that they were on time. I told him that no one could be there and that I had tried calling their customer service line to let him know. So the driver left, and they were not able to have him return later that day, and said I would need to reschedule. Finally fed up, I tried to cancel the order. So they transferred me to the Silverdale store. I told the receptionist that I wanted to cancel my order, but that I wanted to speak to the manager to let him know of my experience. He was in a meeting, so I left a message for him to call back. He did call back and left a voicemail that I was right and that the driver should deliver during the time we were told. Thank you Captain Obvious!! So two weeks later, I get another call from the delivery service trying to set up delivery. So again, another call to cancel the delivery that should have been done over a month before that. Two more weeks go past, and there is no credit to my account yet, so I call yet again. It turns out it can take up to 2 billing cycles to get the credit back on my account. So I asked if I would be compensated at all for the horrible service, and the rep had the audacity to tell me there would be no compensation since I cancelled my order. I will NEVER spend another penny at Ashley and would urge you to shop elsewhere. They obviously put customer service very low on their priority list.

This place is the worst. We went in to buy a mattress on Black Friday and the sales associate was helpful in finding the right mattress... I think. But I'm not sure because our mattress hasn't been delivered yet. We were told that it would be delivered between 3:30-6:30 yesterday, so we took time out of our day to wait. We waited. And waited. No call. No show. I called them this morning to find out what happened and it turns out someone had typed in a wrong address. I shouldn't have had to call them the next day. They should have called me last night to tell me they wouldn't be here. Now our mattress won't be here until next week. Why a whole extra week? We should have been the first delivery this morning. Now we have to wait longer for a mattress (that belongs to us) and take more time out of our schedules in order to wait for them to make up for their mistake. I asked to have the delivery fee returned to us ($129) since time that we have to take from work is money lost for us, and they told me all they could do was give me a $50 Ashley gift card. That's all well and good, but nothing in the store costs that little. Which is their way of getting me to come back into the store to spend more money. I'm not very likely to go back into the store to spend the gift card because I don't want to give them any more business, and neither should you.

My furniture arrived but found out that one of my night stand table drawer did not work properly. I talked to the manager Ray , who was very understanding and he is sending me out a replacement night stand with no added delivery charge. i thank Ray the manager in setting things right. The sales people were not pushy and let you take your time and the quality of their furniture is excellent!
We have a lot of history, over the years, with Ashley Furniture Store. My wife and I owned a Corp. ,Coto Canyon Interiors, in Orange County, CA. When we moved to Nashville, TN in 2007, we went to Ashley, & now that we are in WA. we went to Ashley. We were meet there by a wonderful person on the Ashley sales force, DAVID. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great time, efficiciently choosing items we needed. We were so pleased with our purchases. Ashley has a tremendous selection for all decors. Went in on Black Friday looking for a gray sectional, which can often run pretty pricey. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for our salesperson Mike was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being over bearing or pushing a sale (as you can often find in sales oriented enviornments). Highly recommend this location. They have a large selection, decent merchandise, friendly staff, and lots of delivery and finance options.

I am giving 5 stars to Josh, the Manager! I would give him 10 if I could. However the customer service of the delivery department is terrible. The WORST I have ever dealt with. We will continue to purchase furniture from Josh, only because he is so helpful, funny, smart and a down right a great guy to work with. If it wasn't for him, we would not be back after our last experience with the furniture...that never came.

My sales person Lanae was very courteous. After the couch arrived though one side was not good, it slanted to the left. It took 2 months to get Ashley Furniture to get someone out to look at it. Once they did, they decided it was normal wear and tear. Complete waste of money and time, better hope it is perfect when you get it because if you spend 2k on a couch and it is broken, they won't make it right.

My husband and I came in just to look at prices for a table and sectional. We happened to come in on a sale day,and we were greeted by Mike very quickly. He asked us about our needs and was never pressuring in any way. He gave us the information we asked for and then set us free to explore the firniture options on our own. Whenever we had questions or found something we liked, Mike was easily accessible and very helpful in answering whatever questions we had. He took time to understand our needs and give us professional advice without being overbearing or forceful. The staff was so helpful. The manager introduced herself. She even asked my kids their names and made them feel a part of what was going on. She made a recomendation where to look for what we wanted and then gave us some space to shop by ourselves staying close by if we needed her. My furniture is on its way and this review is based off their wonderful employee Micaela. Even though my wife and I kept going back and forth over multiple dining sets, she worked with us and got all the information we asked for. Her assistance and awesome attitude got two sales from us. Micaela is the best sales rep and person I have ever met in a retail position.

This review is based entirely on customer service since I haven't gotten my delivery yet, so I cannot comment on the quality of my purchase right now. I called the store with questions about stock and quality of the products. The sales member I spoke with was Micaela. She answered my questions and even went as far as to ask for a picture of my dining room and offered to text me pictures of dining sets from the store that might look good with my floors and cabinets, all with the better quality wood they had. This was really helpful because I have a baby at home and wasn't sure I'd be able to come by that day. She was honest about what I should buy and what I probably wouldn't like. I was able to get my family to the store and she worked with us as we looked at everything and took forever to choose the perfect set. She really went over and above what I would have expected and I am seriously grateful for the help, honesty, and time taken to make us happy. Give her a raise, you guys.

I found this bed frame online, and it was exactly what I wanted at a great price. However, as i tried to complete the order, i was unable to since it was no longer available as an online purchase. Online offered a store locater which I used to find the nearest store, then I spoke with Darren over the phone, and he let me know I could purchase the frame at his store (closest to me), and also informed me he could either match the price I had found online when I originally tried to purchase the bed frame, or he would give me the current sale price, whichever was lower. Once I arrived at the store all I had to do was meet with Darren, confirm the sale price, and complete the sale! It was simple, and I got exactly what I wanted.
Amanda Grace helped us and she was incredible. She staged an entire area for us, to help us decide on our bedroom makeover. She was patient, kind and very helpful. I highly recommend everyone to work with her!

Since the last time we had issues he has vowed to go above and beyond for us and he has yet to disappoint! If he ever left I would once more have to find another place to shop! The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Ever since I purchased my furniture I have had nothing but a complete headache. It's been the most complicated experience. And their customer service is terrible. They messed up my order. I have had to exchange my bedset after two weeks and also exchange my mattress. The manager of the store was not helpful and did not care about my experience whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Your wasting your time and money. Ashley's doesn't deserve a penny of mine but unfortunately I'm stuck Will never go there again nor will ever recommend this store to anyone.

Said they would deliver the correct one as it got put on the incorrect delivery truck. A week later, I have heard nothing. It has been awhile since we purchased furniture and the last few times we even went looking for furniture we felt pressured and stalked by salespeople. Our experience at Ashley Furniture Home Store was so different. Darrren Cupp was very helpful with providing information but allowed us plenty of space and time to look. He was quick to get answers to all of our questions and didn't seem bothered at all by my indecision. He provided a lot of education regarding the different types of furniture fabric and coverings and took the time to help us decide what would be best for our situation (having kids and pets at home). ASK FOR DARREN!!!!!!!! Before we came to Ashley's, we went to many different furniture stores. We were extremely intimidated by the full suit attire and also the pushiness of the sales people. The prices for their products were also crazy high and the variety of what we wanted was limited. We instantly felt comfortable walking into Ashley's with their laid back attire (Semi formal so it didn't make us feel so out of place in our Jeans and shirts) and the friendly atmosphere. Our sales person Darren was AMAZING!!!! He was so sweet and patient with us as we took our look around and asked our many questions. And once we decided on our purchase it was finalized in no time flat! He also made sure to get us the best deal he could. I'm so glad that we went through Ashley's they made our first time buying furniture the absolute best!!!!!

Worst company ever. Stay clear and go spend your hard working money somewhere else. Using them to get something in a desperate time has shown to be an outrageous price for what it's worth. The employees are completely different from 3 years ago and the employee turnover rate speaks for itself. AWFUL! (Original review is for acceptance now) UPDATE: I had no clue that the leasing company we went through "acceptance now" is a different company outside of Ashley. Ashley furniture is great and has earned my business again but not through acceptance now. I will never recommend using acceptance now to anyone. They had completely different employees this last time and I could not have had any better service than what I experienced. Their management team went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted within the budgeted amount.
David helped me with my cheap Irish shopping mind. I had a lot of furniture to buy and I was looking for the best deals. He was awesome with suggestions and his patience. Great experience. The entire staff was extremely polite. Maddie (Maddy?) helped me and was genuine and helpful. Delivery itself was quick (10 minutes from the START of their delivery window) - and the delivery guys were polite and competent. Sale prices were extremely competitive. I could have bought IKEA furniture. . . for MORE based on my research. Furniture itself is solid, defect free, and exactly as I expected.
I purchased 3 items from Ashley last weekend. David was AMAZING. I never felt like I was being sold something. He was very courteous and would be there with any questions. I liked all the different options and different fabrics available at the store. I have to wait a week for delivery but the in store service was great!
Good furniture for a good price. Good selection. Delivery can take a while but drivers were on time and very personable, nice, polite guys.
Every single piece of furniture we've purchased from here is broken in less than 5 years. We've bought furniture from other places that survived multiple military moves, but these have all been in one place. Recliners get stuck, material ripped at seams, 2 of 3 beds had broken side rails in less than a year, dining table wobbles despite the constant tightening of bolts, and 2 of 8 dining stools have broken foot rails. We are currently looking elsewhere to replace bed that we've had for 12 years (and 3 moves) from another establishment. Ashley is just too cheaply made for the prices they charge.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE Had the most unpleasant experience spending $1500 I've ever had in my life. Customer service is a thing of the past. Ordered a furniture set from them, and was told it would take 4 weeks to receive. It was a couch, oversized chair, ottoman, 2 lamps, and rug. We come up to two days prior to delivery, and my wife receives an email with a list of our items to validate for delivery... 1st issue: the couch we ordered was not on that list. We called in to ask what was the reasoning was and we're told that the couch was on back order. We were told we were "supposed to receive a notification phone call". Well that never happened. (They had our order for a month and didn't communicate to us the issue about the couch. ) We were told we'd have to wait another 5 days or so for the couch to be delivered. 2nd issue: delivery day came and the rug we had ordered was the incorrect rug. We called the store directly and told them of our problem.. the lady their was hasty to have me bring it up to them and was told they would swap it out for a floor model they have. So as it was close to closing time for them, I loaded the rug into the car and drove it up to them. Once there, they went back on what they had told me. Was told they couldn't in fact exchange the rug because it wasn't updated into their system as I had just received it that day and the system had some "processing time." I communicated to them my disgust in a VERY polite manor. One of the salesmen stepped up to try and handle the issue.. he told me they would resolve the issue and I was to be looking for a phone call the very next morning from him personally and all he offered was a very insincere apology to resolve my issue. I didn't get that phone call.. not until 5 mins until closing time the next evening. All he told us was that he was working on it.. no details, just that he was working on it. We waited a week or so and called into customer care to find the status on our rug which brings me to.... Issue 3: We were told that it would be a month long wait to get the correct rug. (That's a two month wait time for those of you who are counting.) At this time I decided to file a complaint with the corporate office thinking that I might see some higher authority stepping in the care for me as a customer. Received an email from a "Jo-Lisa".. she offered only an streamline of emails basically apologizing. She said she would now work on getting the rug to us faster. I was promised that the rug would come to our doorstep via Fed Ex... after waiting 4 days I had to reach out yet again for an update... she said that we could expect the rug to come within 2-3 weeks instead of 4 weeks.. what a help. Issue 4: the rug never made it to my front door as promised. It was delivered to the store a grand total of 50 days after my original order had been placed.. all that waiting time for a rug. And they didn't even deliver on their promise. I had to drive back to the store to pick it up myself. So many failed promises on their end.. and all I received were empty apologies that didn't solve a single one of my issues. The worst way to treat a customer is that their problem isn't yours.. To summarize: After the sell, the customer service is terrible. I would never refer anyone to shop Ashley furniture... once they get your money, you're no longer a priority. It's just tiresome to not have company's looking out for the people paying their bills. My experience was everything but pleasant and I will never come back for repeat business!
My review of my purchase has fluctuated over the past couple weeks. We had an initial misunderstanding and I was not thrilled with my service and thus I gave them a 1 star initially. I will give them a 4 star now ONLY because of the initial mess up. After the wrong furniture was identified David and his team were very swift in getting the correct furniture, getting it to me in 5 days not business days but days total. I got the couches I wanted they called me and made me first priority on their list which was very appealing. I can say after reading the reviews on here mistakes may happen, but we are all human including the workers at the furniture store. Don't sign for anything that doesn't seem right give them a call and they will work around the clock to set you up. I am thrilled with the service and I will be coming to Ashley furniture again the future even with the misunderstanding. That aside fantastic service, and great price for the furniture my wife and I received. Thank you Ashley Furniture!
Absolute worst furniture store in kitsap county. I ordered 4 items from here. Movers damaged my bed. One worker named Mike ordered the wrong dresser. All furniture takes way too long to get here. I've officially cut all ties with Ashley's due to poor performance. Horrible prices, horrible movers, and horrible representatives.

Great experience in the store with David the salesperson, but trouble with delivery and quality. Table with 4 chairs ordered, but 1 chair came soaking wet (a hole in the delivery truck allowed rain in!). They took the chair back and said they'd deliver a new one. They did. It had a crack in the bracket holding the leg to the base so the leg is wobbly (see picture). They won't just send a new chair to replace it and take the old one back even though they literally just left my house. They say I shouldn't have signed for it. I sat in it and thought it was good so I signed for it, and then when I tried to scoot it in closer to the table I noticed the one leg is loose due to the crack in the bracket. The driver had just left when I called. They scheduled a craftsman to visit our house 3 weeks later to "assess" it even though I sent them a picture and explained the issue. So now I have to take more time off work because I'm required to be present when the craftsman comes. They only will come on a Thursday or Friday and I have to block off the entire day. For delivery they came on a Saturday, but won't do that this time. I asked if I can bring it in someplace, the answer is no. My only option is to be here three weeks from today - and then maybe again - as they likely won't fix it that day - just "assess" it. I was on the phone for 40 minutes trying to schedule this and speak to a manager about the lack of options when the call unexpectedly ended. I guess that is one way to not have a customer speak to a manager. Just hang up on the customer! Frustrating! Update: they came yesterday. As expected they looked at the chair, said it needs a new part, that takes a couple of weeks to order, and then we can reschedule another time to fix it after we receive the part. Just a bummer we have to wait another couple of weeks before the chair will be fixed.
The store was minimal and overpriced. If recommend trying other furniture stores first.
I would give zero stars if possible - What started out as an exciting beginning to our new home turned into an outright unresolved nightmare. Everything went well during purchase, minus it taking four hours and ultimately being left unattended with a trainee to complete the order. A few days later, we received a call that the delivery would be delayed two Weeks. I followed up and was given a series of false information, leading to it first delivery being sent to the wrong address. Customer support were hostile and representatives in store gave us repeated incorrect information. After missing several days of work to accommodate their delivery, we received the wrong furniture and were told we'd have to pay more. Almost a week later and we still haven't signed a new contract or have any idea when the furniture will arrive. One of the worst customer experiences of my life. 8 recommend Goodwill before Ashley, at least you know what you're getting!

Went in looking for a sectional and found exactly what we were looking for. Ended up there for over an hour just talking after we knew what we wanted. Micaela provided excellent customer service to me and my wife.
Great bathroom
The people here are helpful but out for a sale. I had problems with the overall company in sending my couch, forgetting cushions, and the process of the exchange. I wish the local store would interface more with the corporate side of the company and upgrade their computers. It took longer for them to look up info on their computes then me just pulling that same info up on my phone.
I went in to Ashley Furniture Silverdale early January 2017 just to LOOK at furniture for my new apartment. I was not planning on buying anything, and was just beginning to price/look at what I might want. I however found a loveseat that was on sale that I actually really liked. My mother and I were testing it out, and were politely greeted by associate Gabriela. She was not pushy (I really value this) and made great suggestions (showing me the matching chair etc). Before I knew it, I was testing out both items, and being totally taken care of by Gabriela. The Manager DJ also came and made sure I was having my questions answered, and that I found a price I could afford. I ended up purchasing both items, great deal, and was just so satisfied with the customer service of these two employees. I come from a sales background and I know how it can be and this is a reason I usually sway far away from these type of stores. This experience was by far the kindest, easiest and enjoyable for me purchasing anything ever. DJ and Gabriela were educated on their product, not pushy, and I could genuinely tell they cared about me getting what I WANTED rather than just a sale. I could not recommend these two enough. If you are looking at getting great service and kind smiles- definitely ask for DJ, or Gabriela when you visit Ashley furniture Silverdale.
I purchased a new bedroom set from Ashley furniture that was delivered November 10th, 2016. On December 31st, 2016, I realized that the drawer in one of my night stands was literally ripping off the inside of the night stand. The track on one side was completing coming unglued and ripping. I called Ashley Furniture in Silverdale the next business day they were open. I sent them a picture of the damaged night stand, and they scheduled a repair man to come out almost 2 weeks later (in the mean time, I emptied out the drawer and set it to the side so it was no longer being used). Got a phone call today from them saying that "the repair man determined the damage was caused by excessive weight and they are refusing to replace the night stand". All that was in that drawer, for the less than 2 months that I had it, was pajamas, and the drawer was opened less than once a day, and was not more than a pound of two in weight. After spending quite some time on the phone with customer care in Silverdale, I was finally transferred to the manager who pretty much repeated to me that they will not replace the nightstand because the breaking is due to customer use. The night stand that I purchased cost $400, was used for less than two months, with barely anything in the drawer, was made poorly but I have to suffer the consequences. Never again will I purchase something from this store, nor will I recommend it to anyone that I know. This is just poor customer service, when the night stand was clearly not made well and the damage was not caused by customer use.
Ask for David. The best furniture buying experience we've ever had. He moved different chairs from all over the store to allow us to visualize how they would look with different living room sets we liked. David also has a fantastic sense of humor and an excellent eye for putting different pieces together. Thanks, David, for helping us furnish our home...and have tons of fun too!!
Gabriela was very kind and very helpful and gave us as much time as we needed to find the right mattress. Rachel was helpful with the financing. The delivery was a few weeks out, which was disappointing, but the delivery service was exceptional.
DO NOT!!!! spend a dollar of your money with this company. As soon as you walk out the door, every part or parts of your purchase will not be delivered as promised. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
Albert, the manager, is great. Very helpful and was willing to help out with solutions rather than just nice words. Jean was very nice and stayed with me for over 3 hours. We almost didn't buy, because we were quoted a higher price than it actually was. Not sure how it happened, but when we came back the next day to go over the pricing again, the mistake was fixed and we bought it.
Had a great experience and sale person Mady was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the furniture. I wish I could give her a higher rating. She is a sales.associate in the Silverdale Washington store.
The salesman was awesome. David helped us find the best price for our needs. It's nice to know there are people out there who genuinely care about their job and helping people. We will definitely come back when we need another piece of furniture.

Lanae helped me through the process of finding and selecting a couch. She is one of the nicest down to earth people I've met. A bevy of knowledge and very professional. I wanted to purchase the couch outright and couldn't at that time. She kept me up to date with sales until I was ready to come in and buy it. She really made an impression on me. I'll gladly send my friends and family to see her.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! We wanted to buy a couch so we could have more sitting room this holiday season since this was our first house we wanted it to be special. The sales rep tried to show us the most expensive sectionals first even after we told him of our budget of 2000 dollars. The last couch he showed us was great so we bought it. The sales rep told us that we would receive a call by the fallowing monday for our delivery date Estimated to be that saterday. We try to call on tuesday since we had not recieved a call, where on hold for 20 min then we gave up. We called again on wednesday and after 20 min on hold found out that our new delivery date was 3 months from the origional!!! They kept making excuses when I asked why we wernt informed that this could happen and she kept making even more excuses. Do not use this place. We are going in tomorrow to return the couch and going somewhere else. This is a pathetic busyness with complete disregard for their customers.
My order is 3 months out!!! I was told I'd get it inside of 2 weeks. Don't go here!
Absolutely the worst service that I have ever received in my life. The store experience sucked. The salesperson was horrible. She entered the wrong numbers on the invoice on several occasions and ordered a lot of the wrong items. The in-store experience was so bad that I thought I was on some reality show and I was being pranked and filmed. My sales lady kept disappearing. I ended up in the store for over 4 1/2 hours. The delivery was even worse! On the day that my furniture was supposed to be delivered, out of about 20 items that were to be delivered, I was informed one hour before my delivery that I was only getting three items. As a result, my family had to sleep on the floor for over two weeks. I proceeded to call customer service and they told me we're sorry, there is nothing that they can do, and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with the manager and she responded I am the manager. I believe her name is Kanita or Fanita...she wasn't any help, and continued by transferring me back to a customer service rep...the representative said I will cancel your order and hung up. After several attempts to get corporate involved, I was continuously turned away, hung up on, or no response at all. After nearly a month and a half and three trips to my home, I finally received the correct furniture. Ashley has blown it with my family, and I will never step foot in another Ashley Store!!! The gentleman Brandon and the Manager Albert did a great job of damage control, but that was after the fact. There were so many outside variables beyond them that made this experience a real nightmare. Whatever you do, stay away from Ashley, because the impression I got was that once they get your money, they can care less about whether you get your furniture or not. I do not recommend this company to anyone....SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! Other than Brandon and Albert, the rest of Ashley can kiss my ass!!!
My experience was awful. I bought about $10k in furniture and I will never buy there again. It was fine working with salesperson while shopping, then the wheels fell off. They delivered some furniture, but didn't tell me stuff was on back order. I didn't have a couch to my loveseat for a month. Nobody bothered to tell me. I called my sales rep and she said she would look into it and never called back. I called their home office and they apologized and would get me a $100 gift card and let me know what happened. I never got a call back. They brought my kitchen table with a huge split down the middle and made me jump through hoops to return it. Bottom line. Easy to buy, but terrible service, communication, and product. I recommend you buy elsewhere.
The people at the store were really nice. However, I would never shop at Ashley's again. The follow-up when a piece of furniture was damaged in shipment was not good. Their customer service department leaves a lot to be desired.
We bought the Toletta sectional couch and Malikah was so helpful. We were struggling with finding the right color, material, and style and she managed to help us piece together the perfect sectional that exceeded all of our requirements for under budget! Update: At delivery one whole piece of the sectional was incorrect and they did not have the correct piece. Another piece of the sectional has 2 stitches on the cushion that are ripped out and frayed. No next delivery date was provided to replace our missing piece. Hopefully when I go to their store I will finally get what I paid for!

We went in to the store to look for bedroom sets. We had just moved from Maryland and we expected the experience to be the same as there with several sales people always hanging around and constantly pestering us. This store was the exact opposite. We were pleasantly surprised at our experience and David was an outstanding salesman who let is take our time, was always available to answer our questions and made our shopping experience hassle free.

I was promised two different delivery dates- which extended in to 4-5 delivery dates. Each time something was not on the truck that was supposed to be and one of the times the furniture that came was so damaged that I refused to have the delivery drivers remove it from the truck. Granted this was also at 10pm at night (promised delivery time was 4-7pm) - completely unprofessional and unsafe- and I found that the delivery staff (3rd party) had been at their deliveries that day since 5am and still had to make the long drive back from Port Orchard, WA to Portland, OR. This company not only makes promises that they can't fulfill, but they lie about having pieces in stock when they are not. Thinking about buying floor models? DO NOT! They will find some way to make the furniture damaged. Once it's in your house you would be screwed since it's final sale. Check your pieces before you allow it in the house. Better yet... DO NOT buy from this company. The extra money you might spend at another place will be so much worth the lack of hassle that you WILL have with Ashley. I have returned about 1/2 of what I originally purchased because of their complete ineptitude. In addition, hope that they don't transpose any numbers on your address because they won't know how to fix it in the system. I asked 4 different times and 4 different people to make the change only to have the drivers tell me that they were lost finding my house because the house number was wrong. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID UPDATE - they have now OVERbilled me for approximately $3000 worth of furniture that I do not have in my possession and are refusing to return the money. Neither Ashley nor Synchrony are willing to do anything. The customer care team has told me that they only receive 10-12 complaints out of the 1000 deliveries they do per day... look at the amount of negative reviews on here and judge for yourself how much BS this is.
Absolutely awful! We were supposed to get our couch last Saturday. When I called they said the driver was at our apartment and knocked on the door and no one was home so they left.... my husband and I were home all morning waiting for the couch because I was so excited! Ever since then I have called and called every day and they always say we will call you back with an update and see where your couch is.... but never call me back. I spent $1500.00 on a couch from them, All I want is my couch!!! And I will NEVER be doing business with them ever again!

I was looking for a whole house of furniture because I had just moved from Oregon. I tried a few other places and really felt high pressure as if I was car shopping. I hate high pressure salesman, they make me sick! David made me feel like he was their for my needs. He understood the exact design I was looking for. He showed me and my husband around then just let us be to talk. When it came to the delivery the guys were really nice. David even called to make sure the delivery went well. When a wheel on our coffee table was broken upon delivery he had an extra and showed us how to fix it. I would highly re commended him if you need design help. He was wonderful!
Our sales person, David, was completely patient, accommodating and helpful. The store manager also took the opportunity to check in with us, without any high pressure. I found this store to be far superior to other locations, and would shop here again. Haven't had any problems with Ashley Furniture, as far as quality is concerned, in the past.
Tons of selections. Our salesman David was very knowledgeable without any high pressure sales. Excellent craftsmanship with all their products. Definitely worth the drive and ferry ride from Snohomish.
Over priced crap
My husband (one day away from open-heart surgery ) and I were advised that he needed a comfortable recliner that he could get in and out of and operate easily when he comes home from the hospital to recuperate. We went to Macy's, Lazy-Boy, and Sears and, without exception, the sales clerks were friendly and informative and never made us feel pressured. Our last stop was Ashley Furniture where we were assisted by Sheila Dickman. We found the perfect chair, comfortable but firm enough to give support, and operable without putting a strain on the arms and chest, and the price was right. Sheila went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to purchase the right chair and have it home in time for my husband to rest and sleep in after his surgery. In the over all picture of things, this was a pretty small sale but we felt that Sheila knew it's real importance. Her efforts with the help of her managers were sincerely appreciated! Thank you so much!
Store experience is good. Delivery is horrible. This is the second queen bed we bought and the delivery people brought a Twin box spring. Now I have two days until guests arrive and they can't even give me an estimated delivery date until they check in the wrong item into inventory. Horrible.
Had a great experience at the store and had an awesome salesperson. Our first couch purchase was set to deliver August 6th. No one called one day before, so i called and was told, "we are switching warehouses and your couch is now set to deliver on August 26th at the earliest." Ok, not a huge deal, but would've appreciated a phone call at least. My due date is August 29th and my mother in law is arriving August 26th, so we need our sleeper couch! We went back to the store and decided on a different couch, which was in stock, and set to deliver August 10th. My husband confirmed via email and I confirmed via telephone. It's now past our delivery time, I've been hung up on twice trying to find out a delivery time and I still haven't received my credit from the store as promised. It's honestly not worth the headache. I'd rather go back to Macy's and pay more. Update: Waited our whole afternoon for couch #2 and finally got through and was told our order was cancelled. Again, no phone call and no reason why. Apparently were being rescheduled for Tuesday, so I guess that people missing work doesn't matter all that much to them. Awesome job Ashley Furniture.
While the staff at the Tacoma store was wonderful, I had a terrible experience otherwise. Not only was one of the items that was delivered in correct, but two of the three tables have flaws, as did the sofa! Dealing with exchanging the items was a complete nightmare with Ashley Furniture customer service. Once again, the store itself was great and courteous regarding this issue, but the customer service via telephone was abysmal, at best. After 4 deliveries, my items are finally correct but I still have not heard from anyone in customer service about a resolution for their errors.

I have purchased furniture from this location twice, and completed my financing paperwork through the same individual (Linda). I have had issues with receiving every piece of furniture I have ordered. Both times, I was originally told a date that my furniture would arrive and I ensured I would be home. After waiting patiently all day, nothing comes causing conflicts in my husband's and my schedule. On May 23 at approximately noon I contacted the store and talked to Linda, she stated that it was an issue with the warehouse and said she would email them and call me back. I waited patiently for 2 hours and called back again. Initially, she denied having spoken with me and stated "You must have talked to my manager" but as she kept talking she realized who I was and said she had not received an email back. I attempted to contact the store again at approximately 3:30PM and could not reach Linda or any representative, their phone number continuously went to voicemail. After having called customer service, I was informed that my financing paperwork from May 20 had not been completed until 3:17 P.M. on May 23, delaying my delivery. It is very frustrating having been told a date of delivery and preparing to receive my furniture, to find out that paperwork that should have been completed last week is the problem. After Ashley discovered the problem, I was then told the furniture would be delivered May 25 and I would receive a call to confirm on May 24. On May 24 I waited all day for a phone call which never came so I contacted the number for customer care. They stated the furniture would now be delivered on Thursday May 26. The furniture was delivered on May 26 as scheduled and the delivery guys were great but the practices of the store are ridiculous. I do not feel that this is a professional business practice and it makes me leery about purchasing furniture from Ashley in the future. I should not have to frequently call a business about the products I purchased in order to receive them EVERY TIME I buy anything from this location. It is also extremely upsetting that after all this I still paid delivery charges. Contacting corporate is also a huge waste of time as they just refer you back to the store.
This is the third time I have bought from this store in Silverdale WA. It has continually gotten worse. Bought a bed and four table chairs, the chairs turned out to have bad parts. Took Ashley two months to come out and look at them. The tech said he ordered parts to be shipped to my house, only to never arrive. Another six month has gone by and they still are making excuses why its not repaired. To top it off, my wife went in to pay the final bill so we don't get charged interest. She handed the bill to the customer service rep, the rep looked at it, tossed it back and said they don't except payments at the store. I wouldn't use Ashley furniture if they were the last furniture store on the planet. furniture is not up to par and customer care is none existent. I'll use logs before I ever step in one these stores again. They deserve a negative four stars.

Bought a chair. Electric recliner. Stopped working after 5 days. They won't give me a new one because they need a tech to look at it first. It takes 10 business days to get the parts. So that lengthens the irritation. Then if they can't fix it, they'll give you a new one. Their customer care hang up on you if you're emotional. The employees at the store are nice. That is the only thing I can say positive.
I really like the customer service there. They come up, let themselves be known, and leave you to shop. I think they get negative feedback because the warehouse they use does not have a good reputation for caring for the products, but this store is a franchise. The store is clean, friendly, and I love shopping here. Very family friendly.
Bought a love seat costing $1590 with a one warranty plus I also bought there extended warranty. 8 months after purchase the leather die started to rub off called customer service and was put on hold for hours. Finally got thru and they sent out a repairman (by this time die was coming off the whole couch) he wanted to use a die marker repair the leather which he did, the fix lasted for two week. Again sent out repairmen (which too another month) he end ordering all new leather. Took another two months before the parts show up. Ashely sent another repairman to install the leather, which he did, only problem is that he cut old leather off, when went to install the arms he two right arms. Now I have a couch without a left arm. Repairman order a left arm this was in July, so I went to the store (October 23) to find out when they are going to deliver the parts. They told me that they are not going to fix there screw up because couch is now out of warranty . I hate this place DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
They are nice when you are looking then terrible after you bought. If you try calling the store you will sit on hold for 20 min. Their financing through snchrony bank's cust service is also TERRIBLE. The only good thing about them is the delivery guys. But even that comes with an expensive charge. We will not buy here again.
I purchased my bedroom set and a mattress from this store. They delivered the dresser and high boy and bed frame. They haven't deliver my mattress or the mirror for my dresser and it has been almost two weeks since I have had my bedroom set. Ridiculous.

Our sales person Sheila was great! She was very knowledgeable and helped us to pick out the right bedroom set. She was able to check the availability of the furniture and got it delivered right to our house exactly on the day she promised. The quality of the furniture is excellent. Much better than any of the others we had looked at. The delivery was smooth and the guys were very nice. They even helped move our heavy king mattress into the new room. We love our new bedroom. We bought a couch, end table and chair from the Silverdale Wa. Ashley home store. it has been nothing short of ridiculous. Delivery took almost a month because of the end table not being in stock. we've had the couch and chair now for 4 months, and it is already breaking down and it feels like there are holes. 4 MONTHS!!! I spent $4500 for furniture that will be completely broken down in a year. Mind you only my one year old son, wife and I have used the furniture. Now i have had to reschedule them being fixed twice, the most recent because the "craftsman" couldn't get on the Base. Instead of calling the person whose home he was going to and see if I, the person who lost a complete day off, could meet him at the gate and escort him. I would NOT recommened this establishment to anyone. cant say the same for the San Diego Ashley Furniture. I wish they would just come pick this stuff up and return my money.
Bought my furniture during the after thanksgiving sales and sadly im waiting on a chair to be delivered. Received a confirmation email the week my stuff was suppose to been delivered to my house, when I called Ashley's they said I wont have a delivery until Jan 1 2015. Never received a call from them or anything to let me know that. This will be the last time I make a purchase through them. Good luck to everyone else that buys from their store.
I spent over $3000 on furniture at Ashley during their Black Friday sale only to find out that their SALE prices were equal to or more than another store's NORMAL prices. I only say this because I'm BEGGING you to do a little more research before buying at Ashley based on their "value" claim. Sure, they price match but their service is TERRIBLE. You do not want to be stuck with them and locked in. They don't care about their customers at all and if I could cancel the order, I would. All I would get by cancelling now - even though I don't have my furniture yet - would be store credit. I won't give another dime to this company. I feel bad for the Silverdale location because the individuals that work there are very sweet and do what they can to help. Unfortunately, like many other terrible corporate monsters, the little guy still has to answer to the big guy, and none of my problems can be fixed by the store. In short, do you want a good value? If yes, there are other places, SAVE YOURSELF! Do you want furniture in a timely fashion (weeks, not months)? If yes, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, RUN! Do you want furniture without scratches and obvious defects? If yes, ESCAPE, GO ELSEWHERE, HURRY! Do you want customer service that will actually answer the phone? If yes, DO NOT SHOP HERE! EVER!

Terrible customer service. Had a 3 hour window to wait for delivery and they showed up another 3 hours after our appointed time. Called to complain and was told wait or it will be another week or more for delivery.Called the Silverdale store and got pretty much the same answer "to bad" wait or it will be even longer. VERY unhappy with them . Be warned and read the other reviews.
One of the worst things I have ever done in my life was going to Ashley's. 3 months after I had the couches in my home they started to break down and I live by my self. I had them replaced ( that was a nightmare) and then 3 days after the warranty was up. I had the frame break in 3 places. Low and behold the company would not fix them. I would go to Basset in Tacoma. you pay more but you get a much better product and they always treat you right. Buyer beware of this place... They will screw you...
The reviews here seem wildly... unreasonable. My wife and I walked in to the store, met Lanae, and had a wonderful time shopping for a couch. We felt welcome the entire time we were there. Lanae helped us pick out a couch that we absolutely love. She was friendly and sweet the entire time, despite US giving her a bit of a hard time. We got home and thought that the couch might not fit. We cancelled it... and then ended up reordering it. There were no problems with the process at all and the manager gave us a nice discount. The delivery price was exactly what I'd expect. The porters were on time, polite, and extremely fast. The manager there, Wes, delivered our ottoman himself with his personal vehicle for free because it wasn't available for delivery the same day as the rest of the couch. We found one minor problem on the chaise that we received. I just got off the phone with customer care and they're going to have a technician out here in a couple of weeks to take a look at it for us. My only complaint about this company and the process is that it did, indeed, take about as long to buy a couch once I said to ring it up as it might take to buy a car. Why do you need to ask your manager if it's okay to sell me a couch when I'm paying cash? I was a bit confused by that, but never the less, it was an outstanding experience and if I have furniture needs in the future I will be going back to this store.
Ashley's Furniture is the worst place possible to purchase your home furniture! We purchased a sectional back in March, and received it in April...this is where things begin to go wrong. The delivery: the men didn't speak English very well and I asked them to take off their shoes inside because it was raining out and I don't want mud or dirty shoes on our carpet. They did it any way, but I spoke up again and they took them off. While unwrapping the furniture, I noticed there was a wear spot on one of the corners. Sure enough when they took the covering off it was worn on the corner (probably was leaning on that corner during transit). On top of that there was stuffing coming out of part of the sectional. The delivery guys kept telling my husband and I that we HAD to accept the furniture the way it was, so we called the store and spoke to a manager while the delivery guys were here and got it resolved (we would get a new chaise since that was the part that was messed up). On the way out, the guys RAN out of our place and were speaking in Spanish about how annoying we were with some few choice words (yes, I speak Spanish!). It took about 2 months to find out when we would get our replacement piece! Which we had to go in and ask about it because no body had contacted us in so long. We scheduled the delivery, and what do you know, it was the same 2 delivery guys. Luckily this one went a little smoother (only issue was making them take off their shoes, which I got them to do). Now here we are in October and I'm sitting on the other end of the sectional when I hear a loud POP...what is it. It's the framing of the chaise breaking! No body was sitting in it. It's my husband and I that live here with two cats. We are both in shape, so no you can't say it's a weight issue. Also NO rough housing on our furniture, because again, it's just us. I have had it with this company. We will NEVER buy anything from them again and have told all of our friends and family about this huge hassle! I want our money back!!!!!
Ok, so I bought a bed and the deliverers brought the wrong one, but the actual people at the store were really nice and helpful. Jacob put together my order and even offered to contact serta regarding a pillow in the store that is only sold with the bed, to see if he could get it for me. The quality of their products is not thrift store poor, but mind u its not Bassett either, and that shows in the prices. My recommendation? Ask for Jacob if u need anything (if he wasn't their I'd just go back on another when he would be) and double check your order and delivery. It's the people that u don't get the face to face with that are of concern.
