Very pleasant experience shopping at Ashley today and was able to score some great deals. Isaac was very helpful and the only thing stopping this from being a five-star review is that because the item was on clearance they had no options for delivery. I think Ashley should offer delivery service on all items as I would have gladly paid a few bucks extra to have my furniture delivered. Aside from that, very happy with the service, the product and the price!

We order a sectional couch right before black Friday. Sales people at the store were super nice and knowledgeable. Delivery on the other hand has been a nightmare. When the couch was delivered it was missing one of the sections. No one notified us that a piece would be missing. Delivery guys didn't even know that a piece was missing. Ashley Furniture said it was damaged during shipping. A couple of weeks later the missing section was delivered but it was damaged. Makes me think they just sent the damaged one anyways. We called (good luck getting through to the store) and they sent a tech out. He noted the damaged and said that parts would have to be ordered. End of January and still no parts. We called today and were told the parts will ship the third week in February. Apparently, they cant be bothered to ship the parts right away. They are waiting on a bulk shipment. Not exactly what I would call great customer service. Would I shop there again ?, not at this point. Two stars cause Dave the sales guy was awesome but rest was not.

Second time buying a bed here. Staff is so friendly and helpful, it's a wonderful experience. It's a good idea to try out a bed before buying and they have a good TempurPedic selection.

No one should ever shop here! You can't even call the store directly (major red flag). Reaching anyone is difficult at best and no one is willing to provide any customer service. If contacting a person is purposely made difficult to impossible, then how can you trust them? In November we ordered two couches in the store, one arrive jacked up. The right half of the couch is larger than the left side, plus other issues. We told the delivery person he said "it's been boxed up give it a week". Even worst a week later, went to the store because we could NOT reach anyone through their chat bot "Jenny". The store put in for a Technician to look at it. Over a week later the technician pushed on, poked at it, and said he would order parts. We told him we wanted a replacement couch (we made him write it on his report), there was no way he could fix it. He said he had to order the parts to see if he could fix before he could authorize a replacement. Part arrived a week later, scheduled a Technician who NEVER SHOWED or called. Called the chatbot again and got a Technician who said he couldn't fix it but it was "normal", IT IS NOT NORMAL! He said he could not authorize a replacement anyway. Throughout this process we have asked for a replacement couch and requested a Supervisor 4 times. Twice we were flat out refused and twice we were told one would call which was a LIE. We have plenty of pics to document the problem including photos of the couch in the showroom which has no problems even after lots of customers have sat on it. We've been playing this game for 2 months. We've already cancled an $8,000 order because they were playing games when all they had to do was replace a couch. We ordered a bedroom set from Costco, two weeks after delivery we found a problem, costco replaced the peice the very next day! Maybe Ashley should learn from them.
