Experience overall. Got a great deal on the item we were looking for. The only downfall was how long it took from the time we made our decision until the time we were able to put the item in the vehicle.

Showed me several items that met my criteria. Did not waste my time on things that didn’t. Very helpful with questions. Friendly.

I had looked all over town without success for dining set to suit my purposes. Macie at Ashley listened to what I was looking for and found me the right table. She helped me choose different chairs than came with the set. She hauled the chair up from downstairs, measured, took the leaf down so I could see it smaller. She was great!

Salina is such an amazing Sales Representative from Ashley! She walked my mom and I around looking for a mattress and bed for my grandparents. Went in to get a bed and it feels like your buying a car even if your buying with cash with all the questions and crap. I got a bed it was a month out wait time then the day came to have it delivered they still don't have it and no eta on delivery never again with this store

I had a really disappointing experience at Ashley Furniture recently. My girlfriend and I, both 19 and working full-time, came in ready to shop for a coffee table for our new home. We were genuinely interested in making a purchase, not just browsing. However, shortly after walking in, a salesman approached us and told us that unless we were planning to buy something, we needed to have a guardian over the age of 25 with us. That was honestly shocking and pretty insulting. I’ve never heard of anything like that, and it felt like we were being judged purely based on our age rather than how we presented ourselves or our intent as customers. I’m not trying to boast, but I work in property management and make decent money, so being treated like we couldn’t afford to shop there or didn’t belong was frustrating. We both work hard and are financially independent, and we came in ready to furnish our place just like any other customer. Even if there was some kind of store policy (which seems questionable), the way it was communicated lacked respect and basic customer service. We came in excited to furnish our home and left feeling unwelcome. So thanks to the gentleman in the green jacket named Alex, we won’t be returning and will be doing business elsewhere.

Was our first time in their big new store last weekend and it was nice to check things out. I like how well lit the store is. We found a couch and loveseat that fit our needs and ordered with with Kevin's help without too much pressure. We'll make this part of our regular stops when furniture shopping in the future!

We originally went to Lazy Boy to look for a specific sofa and table set and their associate told us look around and ignored us the whole time we were looking around. When we walked into Ashley, Kaleigh welcomed us with open arms. She asked us what we were looking for and I had an idea of what I wanted, so she took me through the entire store looking at specific options for my odd shaped space. I gave her my thoughts and she showed me a new piece based on the ideas that I gave her. I have never felt so comfortable and so welcome in a furniture store and will definitely shop here again!

Never been to an Ashely store before. Had a piece of Ashley furniture before and it was great until its last breath but anyways, walked into the store to look for a mattress and Sabrina found us and totally helped us out. We walked out of the store one mattress richer but I don’t have to set it up. Sabrina totally helped us find exactly what we were looking for and even made good suggestions that we took . I happened to drive by a brand new Ashley’s on N. Division in Spokane and decided to check it out.! Ashley’s has always had a reputation for quality furniture. A young woman slowly approached me and listened to what I was looking for., listened is the key word here. What I really appreciated was no hard sales approach. She was knowledgeable of the product and didn’t rush me. I ended up leaving with a table lamp and a multicolored pillow! A very pleasant shopping experience! Thank you Kendra!

Salina was awesome. She walked me through all the features of the mattresses and let me try all of them out. Highly recommend. If she doesn’t have an answer to a question, she’ll find someone that does.

After going through five furniture stores, Ashley was the one. Sabrina was very patient and super knowledgeable while we were picking our perfect sectional. Sabrina is amazing, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond. I would recommend her to everyone! Thank you Sabrina!

Here is the sequence of events: 1) My wife and I decided to walk into Ashley Furniture due to our couch being completely done (springs, worn frame, and 2 out of 3 of our dogs having issues with continence due to age). 2) Wonderful sales rep approached us, Michael, and we had the opportunity to work with him and a wonderful finance lady. Michael, along with the team, were very helpful in helping us choose the 5 piece sectional. 3) We received the delivery about a month after we purchased. The delivery gentlemen were quick and set the couch up. The battery pack that came with it did not have one of the wires it needed, so he did not set up the battery. I got ahold of Michael and he got the wire I needed. 4) My wife came home about 20 minutes after delivery and noticed there was a rub mark on the left upper corner of the corner piece down to the wood. I then noticed there was another on the other side. I sent pictures to Michael and he had an agent call us. Because I signed the iPad with delivery, it was not something they would replace. Instead, they will be shipping a new back panel via FedEx and then have someone come out to remove the back panel of the damaged piece and replace it and reupholster. Seems more expensive for them, but as long as the $5,000 couch is fixed, we are happy. 5) The next day, my wife and I got home from getting the other wire we needed, set it up, and everything worked great. 6) Two days later, the recliners stopped working. I checked the app and the battery said 75% still. I reset the battery, checked the motors for each recliner to make sure they were good by plugging each one into the wall, and checked the wires to ensure they were good. No idea why it stopped working, but it did. I reached out to Michael and he was off for the next few days. 7) A few days later, Michael gave me a call and I explained what happened. He then sent me a text a little while later letting me know they would contact me for further information. I haven't heard a word back yet. Here is our frustration, we just spent over $4,000 on a new sectional. We didn't have it for an hour and there was already wear on the corners down to the wood. We didn't have it for a week and the battery is broken. This is unacceptable for the price we paid.

Nice selection and flexibility in getting the exact pieces I wanted. Checking out process took a little longer than I wanted due to one piece of the set being entered incorrectly, but overall, pricing and financing were very reasonable.

What an upgrade for Spokane - quality furnishings and knowledgeable Sales Associates- just ask for David ;o)

My wife and I were greeted by a young lady who showed us around the store! We found the furniture that we wanted! The sales personnel were informative and helpful! The only thing was the price of the delivery!

Went in to explore some options, I had a wonderful experience. I was talking with Hope and she was wonderful, she was really easy to talk to and informative!

I worked with David to purchase a new couch. It was the fastest and easiest furniture purchase I’ve ever made. David was able to show me multiple options that worked for my space and budget, and he was able to get me approved for 6 months same as cash financing. I would absolutely recommend this store and staff.

Excellent customer service by Sabrina at the new Northtown store in Spokane. She went to bat for me with her manager so that I could get a good deal in the purchase of eight dining room chairs. I only wish that the manager had chosen to honor the $50 coupon that I had downloaded on my phone. If I go back to this store for another purchase, I will definitely look for Sabrina to assist me.

Sales persons are not pushy, came in a few weeks ago and walked out due to not being ready yet. Came back today and the salesmen were again not pushy, it made our large purchase a little easier!

It was our first time in an Ashley store. We had a good experience which was mostly due to our wonderful salesperson Brent. He was patient, professional, helpful and went above and beyond to complete our purchase.

Sabrina the sales floor rep, literally helped us test drive every bed until we found the right fit. My wife and I are super excited about our new temperpedic with adjustable smart base. Sabrina took the time necessary to make sure we got what we wanted/need. Super happy, recommend highly. Small investment in our health and future.

The pushiest sales experience of my life. He tracked us up and down the escalator. I was scared to sit on or touch anything of the sales guy was going to come talk at us. He lingered a few feet away from us until we escaped. We went to 3 other similar furniture stores after and every single other one the sales people greeted us and told us their name and respected that we were just browsing. I recommend Mor. I wouldn’t go back to this place for any reason.

Our experience at Ashley Furniture was excellent. Our sales associate, Macie, did a fantastic job of facilitating the sales process. We found her to be professional, friendly, and all around helpful. She helped us select a dining table, chairs, and matching bar stools for our new home. She advised us that she will be our contact representative throughout the delivery process and beyond. Our experience with Marcie and the Spokane Ashley Store exceeded our expectations.

My daughter and I went to the Ashley‘s furniture Store at Northtown Mall in Spokane. We were greeted by Avery Thompson sales manager. He was awesome from the get-go. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he knew right where it was and took us to it. He was very knowledgeable. Not high pressuring. Made me comfortable closing the deal with him. I’m very excited to get my new piece of furniture. I would recommend Avery if you’re looking for some new furniture.

Big shoutout to Hope at Ashley Furniture in North Town mall! They were super helpful and patient, answering all my questions and making the furniture shopping process a breeze. Her knowledge and friendly service really made a difference.

David was absolutely great! Made sure to show us every function of the bed and made sure we were comfortable, He also went over every step to make sure what we would be getting into and wouldn't have any shocking surprises, he also was very helpful about telling us about the discounts and ways we can save. All around an absolutely great experience.

We had an amazing experience with our salesperson Sabrina! We told her the rooms that needed furniture, colors and the theme of each room ( one is mid-century modern and the other is a sunroom). She was able to show us pieces that would work and suggested accent furniture and accessories that would pull the room together. Sabrina answered all our questions and was very patient with us. She was amazing! Ask for Sabrina you will not be disappointed!

Good experience and good service

It's a huge massive store with over 100k square feet and I would be lost if the salesperson didn't give me a tour! 3 floors, wow! This is not your average furniture store! Happy to see someone take that huge part of the Northtown Mall and make this amazing journey with Spokane!

If you're feeling lonely, come here. The sales people are required to stay within 5 feet of you at all times. You can even ride the escalator back and forth and they will follow you for free!

Extremely pushy. We went to look at bed frames and mattresses. We told the salesman multiple times we were not going to be buying today and we're just looking at prices and seeing what they had available. The salesman kept pushing us to run numbers. He was sitting on a mattress not far from us constantly checking on us. When I finally agreed to let him pull up numbers he called his manager after computing things to make sure the numbers were accurate when he said $2,800 for a mattress protection plan and moving base we thought not bad at all. Then the female manager came up. She was pretty passive and you could tell she was annoyed he was calling her. Then when we repeated again to her that we weren't buying today she said "well can I ask why not ". Um maybe because it's almost a 3000 dollar purchase and we would like to discuss and figure out if we can financially make a decision like that. It was extremely rude to ask us in the way she did . Then she informed us his math was off by over $600.00 but not to worry you can do a payment plan which had already been mentioned numerous times at this point. The payment plan because he didn't calculate it right initially jumped from 54.00 a month or so to over 130 a month. I understand that you are newly opened and probably desperately trying to get as much money as possible to help recoup opening costs. And frankly I'm sure most of your people are not paid hourly. This was pretty apparent based on how aggressive they were. We had a horrible time the last time we purchased from Ashley they sent multiple of the same items that had pieces missing or duplicate of the wrong pieces. Hoping maybe it would be a better experience if we didn't have to order the stuff we came in to look at this new location. Honestly you have lost a customer permanently at this point due to your salespeople. Do better

I absolutely had one of the best experiences I've ever had with a salesman, Avery, the sales manager did an absolutely wonderful job. Very professional, wasn't overly pushy, and took no for an answer. Which is rare for commission salesman. And instead of trying to sell me the most expensive thing, he even told me that he'd be doing me an unkindness if he didn't show me everything. I found the perfect couch for me and my family and their financing is phenomenal. This won't be for everybody, but for me, I got 5 years zero interest. So, I'm paying $50 a month for a couch that cost $2500 and on top of that, he was able to work in the protection plan that covers them coming out to my house and removing any stain that's not pet related for the next five year. Which is really nice because I have three messy kids. I absolutely recommend if you're looking for furniture, and you're on a budget, go down to the Ashley store and see Avery. Tell him Blake, sent you, and I guarantee you're gonna walk out of there satisfied and happy just like me.
