Wish I could give more stars I love my furniture and buying it was a good experience, very quick delivery but the guys delivering it walked all over my brand new carpet with wet shoes on.

Had our couch delivered and we absolute love it, but what took this buying experience to a higher level is when the delivery department gave us top notch service! We had already had Ashley couches that needed to be moved and they not only helped moved them, but they assembled and discarded all the packaging. Thank you to the sales staff and delivery guys!

Buyers beware! Ordered a couch and paid $180 to have it delivered. When the crew showed up, they said they couldn’t get it into the room. They said to call the store to get a refund. Talked to Rachel, she stated that she couldn’t refund the $180, even though it doesn’t state that anywhere in their policy. Wouldn’t budge at all. Asked her if she would pay $180 for nothing…she said yes. She told me I was lucky she was refunding any of it back….Absolutely horrible customer service.

We had a couch attempted to be delivered, attempted in that it never left the truck, and it was determined to not be able to fit in the desired space. I was directed to Rachel, who was able to refund the price of the couch, but would not refund the $180 delivery fee. I asked to speak to her manager, who was “out of the office the rest of the day, with no way to leave him a voicemail, or connect in any way.” We will not be returning as customers to this or any other Ashley Homestore. They do not value their customers. I would give zero stars if I could.

Just BURN your money instead of shopping here. Purchased a recliner and 2 months after delivery the wood in the armrest was collapsing. Called for service and the guy who came out said he couldn't fix it and we'd have to call customer care. Note that customer care does not kick in until AFTER the first year of having the furniture. It is Ashley's responsibility to fix anything in the first year.Since I was on hold for over FIVE HOURS getting the first person to come out I called several months later to get a new service appointment. This is when I was told that my repair should have been handled by the store. Upon calling the store back, I was told that I would have to contact customer care. I corrected the woman and told her that Ashley should be fixing the problem. She then stated that Ashley's only covered repairs in the first year and it was outside of the first year. I then reminded the woman that Ashley's had come out TWO MONTHS after they delivered my furniture about this exact problem but did nothing to fix it. She the put me on hold and came back and said it was not repaired because of "CUSTOMER ABUS.E" I have NO children and do not sit on the arms of my furniture, nor abuse my furniture that I spend hard earned money on.I then asked for the store manager and told he was out and the person Emily refused to give me the STORE Managers name.They act as if it's a store policy to hide the last names of managers when asked by the customer and then say you're being difficult when they can't lie their way out of the valid questions you're asking. BEWARE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE
