If you buy furniture at Ashley, and they require you to acknowledge that there is no warranty multiple times, assume it is because the furniture is already broken. We found that one section of the recliner sat back farther than the others. The large crack in the wood explains why.

I just purchased a couch here from Taylor and had a great experience. I had been to multiple stores and everyone we worked with was either grumpy or dismissive. When I described what I was looking for to Taylor, he walked us straight to a couch that was exactly what I was looking for (clearly knew his inventory). He was pleasant to work with and made me feel good about my purchase.
Terrible customer service!! I will never buy from this awful store ever again! I spent over $1200 on one recliner that broke a few months later its been about 5 months since they came and looked at it to order the part. Over a month went by and no word from them. So I call but it's always "out of their hands" and blame shipping or other reasons and just leave it at that. I actually bought another recliner smh. It broke within weeks. I'm disabled and need my recliner. Now they have the parts but no one to install... this is a joke at this point. Furniture row has been so wonderful and I love my 3rd new recliner!
We ordered a dresser back in January 2022 being told it would take 12 weeks to receive. Considering the shortages and lack of labor, I was not opposed to waiting this long. It is now June 11 and I am being told July. Having to wait 6 months is not what I would consider good customer service. Even asking to speak to a manager I am still awaiting a call. No stars do not recommend. Update 7/24/2022-Still no dresser being told early August- again do not recommend shopping here
Don’t buy furniture from here. The issues happened within a year of owning the couches. they’ll sell you warranties that the store and the warranty service (guardsman) will tell you that it’s not covered especially leather couches. And there warranty service, is absolutely terrible to deal with and there your submittal process is absurd for today’s technology. The customer service from the store and also from their warranty service is terrible. I’ll 10/10 would never buy from here again. They wouldn’t even refund the warranty service even though they can do nothing. Tell me the pictures below aren’t from a manufacturer‘s defect it’s all tearing and spreading from the seem.
