Wish they had more quality furniture. Looks so much better in the pictures on the internet. However, for what they had, seemed like good pricing.
They told me I’d get my bed before Christmas (which was at the time a month away). It is now January 6th (6 weeks) and still won’t reply to my calls about where my bed is.
It's Ashley Furniture so you pretty much know what you're getting into here. The sales associates were attentive without being overbearing or pushy. They provided good knowledge of the products but more importantly the current sales offers and various discounts. The in stock items were numerous which is helpful if you're looking to take furniture home same day. Visit date: 10/29/2022
Went shopping for a new bedroom set for our new house we were building. Was told roughly 14 weeks for delivery which was going to be perfect timing and it was. Delivery of our new bedroom set was scheduled for the day we were moving in. That's when the problems started, 3 of the 5 pieces ordered were delivered broken. This was Sept 17th, I called a couple days later when I had not heard from anyone from Ashley as to how this situation was going to be rectified. When I finally was able to speak with someone (around the Sept 20th) I was told that the replacement items were in stock and I should see them in two weeks. Two weeks goes by and I have not received any calls for delivery. Another call to Ashley and now I am told it is going to be middle of October. Middle October I call to inquire about delivery and am now told it is going to be end of October early part of November. Mind you, I was originally told items were in stock and will be shipped right away. Now my wife calls to find out the delay and the agent talking to her was very rude to her and went on about "Supply Chain Issues". Again, back in September I was told items were in stock. What was supposed to be two weeks is now turning into two months. You would think that when you spend $5,000 on a new bedroom set and wait 14 + weeks for delivery that the items would be inspected when received into their warehouse prior to delivery. If damage was noted then, then replacement items could be scheduled immediately and the customer notified of the problem. There has been not "customer service" regarding this issue, I have had to reach out to them to find the status of my order. The quality of furniture is good when it does not show up broken but the customer service lacks. As I continue to purchase furniture for the house I will be looking elsewhere as well as ask more "What if?" questions.
The salesperson wasn't into his job. Furniture wasn't what you would expect from Ashley.
The only place I buy my furniture. Always friendly staff who take their time and I never feel rushed. Good quality furniture and bedding. Very responsive if there are any issues with the product upon delivery.
Bought a dining room table and less than 6 months later the top surface started lifting. Took pictures into the store with the receipt and was td that they would replace the top and to email the pictures to the warranty manager and they'd send someone out to replace the top. Instead they refused to warranty it saying it was water damage which isn't covered. The table was never wet. Don't buy from Ashley.
