After three visits to the store, finally chose my new living room furniture. Took a bit to get the price match from online, didn't give me a military discount, got doorstep delivery free tho. Doesn't seem to be any continuity between sales people. One says this, another says can't do that. Curious on how delivery will go because I have heard horror stories about shipping delays from many.......

A company that does not care about their customers. I have purchased from Ashley’s for many years. I recently went in store to purchase a couch with a salesman. I paid almost $6,500 and this was to include set up and delivery. On the delivery day, the driver wanted to leave my chute couch outside in the rain and stated they were not insured to come in my home. I reached out to my sales rep who let me know a manager would be calling me and get someone out to my home asap to bring in and set up my couch. This was a month ago. I was also told I would get a refund of the $400 I paid for the service I did not get. Well to date I have heard nothing from Ashley’s. So today I went in the store to get it resolved and the staff in the store was rude and dismissive. They told me it was not their problem and the sales person no longer works there. They did not even apologize. I asked for contact information for a manager and was told no. I will never shop with Ashley’s again.

Buying my chair was easy. Getting it delivered was a different thing. And the phone service was almost as bad as Xfinity. I ended up cancelling my order. Won't buy from them again.

This is the first time I’ve ever left a bad review, but I was pretty disappointed with my overall experience leading up to receiving my couch. The whole process was frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth because the information I was given was very inconsistent. I was given different pickup dates. When I called to confirm, I was told the pickup was scheduled for a later date than what we had originally discussed. I then tried to adjust the pickup, which thankfully they were able to do, but I was told the person picking it up for me needed to be added to my account in person. I had previously been told they only needed the order number. I asked the store again to double-check, I was still given the wrong information compared to what the warehouse told me. On top of that, one of the pickup dates I was given ended apparently being on a day the warehouse was actually closed. I was told they are closed Sunday and Monday. The warehouse doesn’t even have its hours posted, so there was no way for me to know unless I was looking in the wrong place. Overall, the situation caused a lot of confusion and unnecessary delays, and it genuinely made me consider canceling my order. The actual pickup went smoothly once everything was finally sorted out, and I do love the couch, which is why I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1. The lady who sold me the couch definitely did her best to try and make it right but the process leading up to it definitely needs improvement.

“Aloe like the plant” (Alvaro) was a GREAT help when we went in to purchase a new mattress! Great customer service, very knowledgeable and fun to talk to! We will be looking for him again once the holidays are over to continue getting what we need for a room makeover!
