I bought a king-size mattress with its bed frame and another mattress. I hadn’t planned on buying the second mattress, but when I asked if they could haul away my old one if I purchased a new one, the agent assured me, ‘Yes, Ashley can do that.’ However, when the items were delivered, the driver refused to take the old mattress and was even rude. I called the representative who assisted us with our order, and he confirmed that they were supposed to pick it up. Our order was delivered on December 27th, and that was when I spoke with them again. They promised to arrange the pickup, but the agent never called us back.

Picking the furniture out was fine. Getting it delivered is a nightmare. They say one thing but the delivery people are awful.

We thought that we had a great experience and then it all went down hill. Customer service in store was stellar. Ordering furniture was easy and efficient. Unfortunately, fees were added on without being discussed. Just assured we were getting a “good deal.” We tried to cancel 2 items on our order the same day that we ordered them and were told it was cancelled and we would get a refund within 5-7 days. Did not happen. Called again and they said they had no idea that we can cancelled anything. We still haven’t received any refunds and a table just arrived at our house that we cancelled twice. We have attempted to call the store 7 times and it’s always too busy or the call center can’t get through. The two times I did get through, the phone conveniently disconnected when we asked about our order. Will not be shopping there again and it’s unfortunate because I thought it was going to be a great purchase.

So many ideas! We were able to choose what we came for, but now we want to come back and browse to make our space better. Mo, our associate, was professional and yet personal in helping us with our styling choices, and even salespeople not involved in our choices were smiling and helpful. We now have a new store for home fashion ideas.

Super nice guy (Thai) helped us and we never felt pressured or rushed. The lady sweeping and cleaning didn't seem friendly. That probably explains why she wasn't helping customers
