My experience was horrible! While I was trying to decide on a table the sales rep was inattentive and not knowledgeable. They told me my table will be here within a week and scheduled a delivery. When the delivery date came, and I got no notifications and called the sales rep told me the table is on back order and she has no idea when it will be here. Just overall horrible customer service!!!
I purchased a coffee table set and large rug from this location and I love them. The staff is very helpful and so down to earth. Jacob was the sales associate that helped me also the customer service representatives Emily and Ila were also awesome to work with. I met the store manager Tanner super nice guy he definitely knows what he’s doing. Five stars all day!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a sectional couch from here and paid for doorstep delivery. The total came up to around $1700 . It took weeks for me to receive the couch. The couch fitted through the door but the way my hallway is set up the second part of the couch would not fit through. I immediately called Ashley's back to let them know my situation. They told me to send pictures of the couch not fitting through the hallways and I did. I waited 48 hours for them to tell me they would not except my request of exchanging the couch to something smaller. I didn't want to return the couch it checked the boxes of everything I wanted in a couch it was just too big to fit through my hallway sadly... I should have measured the hallway before receiving it but things happen. I can't believe they would deny someone to exchange even when it's under warranty. This is absurd costumer service and they should find some type resolution for a paying costumer. I literally furnished my whole house from Ashley's my bed frame is not even that sturdy but I never complained I will never give them a dime and I hope no one else will. Now I'm stuck with a couch in my hallway. Do not shop here they do not handle situations well I'm so disappointed in this company
The team at Ashley Tacoma was great. Especially Eddie, Maurice, and Edgar! They took time to help find exactly what we were looking for. Eddie can answer any questions you have regarding mattresses and get you in the one that works best for your needs. They were very professional and I highly recommend to anyone!

I recently purchased a very nice wooden bed frame from Ashley Furniture in Tacoma. The sales staff was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable.
