They said everything I wanted was in stock and because of this I ordered5k worth of furniture. Delivery day comes and 2 pieces are missing, including one of the sectional pieces. I call and they said it was a mistake. Offered me 400 off. 6 months later still havent recd my other pieces.And I HAVE TO CALL THEM, THEY NEVER REACH OUT!! Exact same thing happened to friend which appears like a SCAM. HORRIBLE!

Bad experience. Everything was delayed multiple times. We were lied to by multiple customer service representatives. Can’t get ahold of in store people, just re routes you to call center.
This Ashley’s store is killing it with great people, keep up the great work and shout outs go to the 4 employees that took amazing care of me on Sunday the 18th until close. Super huge shout out to Adriana for digging in over the past two years and an overall congratulations on your next adventure. Looking forward to working with you all over the next few weeks designing the new home.
This company is a joke. My couch was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday… but they never showed up. So I called & they said the could bring it later on Wednesday. So the delivery guys show up & informs me they cannot deliver to a 3rd floor apartment. No where did it ever say that they can only deliver to first floor apartments (unless you have an elevator 🙄) Calling “customer service” is awful. No one seems to know what is going on. And there is definitely a language barrier. Even the delivery guys didn’t speak English, they had to hand me their phone so someone could translate! 😳 Needless to say, I canceled my order. Save yourself the headaches, and buy from a better company.
Reschedule my delivery without my consent. Canceling my order just because the inconvenience.
Ashley Furniture in Tacoma, has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased a sofa. The wrong sofa was delivered. One of a lesser value. When I went back to the store, I was treated in a rude condescending, dismissive manner. The remedies offered were.not acceptable. I finally just asked for a refund. I will never shop there again. The staff is fine when you're spending your money, however if there is a problem, they are herrendously thoughtless and extremely unprofessional.
Absolutely atrocious customer service. Terrible delivery, zero Sales professionalism. To start with delivery, we were not notified 24 hours before, they told us 2 minutes before it was delivered leaving us no time to get the couch that was there first. The couch that was to be delivered was the wrong couch. We had to refuse delivery, which then prompted a call to customer service, we were on hold for 25 min so we just drove to the store still on hold. Moving on customer service, none. The salesman took no care in the details of our order and wrote our order wrong so the person charged us for one thing yet delivered another. Customer service to help us fix this issue was non existent and dismissive. We will not be returning to this establishment nor will we be recommending this to anyone else. Pull it together

The in store experience is great. The delivery experience is a nightmare! First they said it was in stock, but I couldn't get delivery until the following Monday. Them I got an update that it changed to Thursday. I took off both days from work, only to learn, the day it was to be delivered, that it changed again, for a new scheduled delivery on Monday. At this point I just want my money back.
