I got some excellent tips and great customer service from Jacob. He was very helpful and professional and I highly recommend him if you need anything for the home. He was very knowledgeable and patient and he was not pushy. He had excellent communication skills and he helped us with our new furniture project that I am very grateful for. This young man was sincere and very nice. If you want excellent service ask for Jacob and you will not regret it.
Took my Husband into Ashley home store to buy a Recliner . We were greeted upon entry by (TC) Chidi Madujibeya . He then told us to feel free to browse around , and if we had any questions he would be available. My husband tried out a few recliners and then he found the perfect one . Mr Madujibeya wasn’t to far away when my husband summoned him over . He and my husband were joking among each other about the prices . My husband LOL was asking about a 100% military discount. Mr Madujibeya is such a pleasant and friendly man. Our purchase was really a fun time . Thank you Mr Madujibeya. I will recommend you to my many friends at JBLM .
Chidi and his manager were amazing! We just moved to WA, our moving truck is delayed 10 days, they were able to order me the exact same bed and have it delivered so we had a place to sleep. They were awesome!
