I came in after weeks of looking for a couch and found the perfect one on sale. The charge amount was higher than what was advertised and they adjusted the amount to match the lower advertised amount no problem. Scheduled deliver for the following week and they showed up on the day at the scheduled time. It was tricky getting the couch in because of the patio angles (I’m on the 2nd floor of an apartment) and they got it in, unscathed, set it up and it’s perfect. It’s been a month and have had zero issues. Very happy with my purchase and service. The only negative is how many text message I got to leave a review. :)

Do not go here. The most incompetent and rude. Doesn't answer phone calls. I've been waiting on 2 nightstands for three months.

Good experience. We had visited this store before and felt like the person who helped us was pushy and very much like a car salesman. This time I believe his name was Thai.. helped us and he was great. He set everything up for us quickly because we knew what we wanted and it was an easy process!

Helpful sales staff! Our sales associates went over and beyond to find us the couches that would meet all of our needs. We’ve purchased two couches with Ashley over the last few months and both experiences were wonderful. The delivery team is also great!

We had some difficulties with our order/delivery due to an error entirely on our part, but the Ashley team was incredibly kind and helpful in resolving the issue. We LOVE our Midnight Madness couch and oversized chaise chair!

TL:DR - under-informed customer service, services paid for but not rendered, delays in delivery. I purchased a bed and asked specifically if the delivery team would be able to assemble it for me. The salesperson assured me they would and that charge was added. The delivery was scheduled for a week later. I received a call two days before telling me it was going to be later, two weeks out. I got two more of these calls. The bed was not delivered until more than a month from when it was promised. A day before delivery, I got a voicemail from the store telling me the bed was not going to be assembled by the delivery persons, it was a customer assembly item. I called back and asked to speak with the person who'd called me. The customer service person didn't know the name and assured me it would be assembled for me. I called a second time because I was concerned about putting a whole bed together. This agent was quite short with me. The delivery next day confirmed that I was expected to put the bed together on my own. "Don't worry. Tools are included." I want to mention - there were two boxes, one about 4 ft long weighing 35 lbs, the other about 7 ft long weighing 85 lbs. Since the notice was so short, I didn't have the opportunity to call anyone to assist me. I spoke to a third customer service person who was quite kind and also concerned. She asked me to call the store directly. I spoke to the person who had left the voicemail and she assured me she had talked to the salesperson. After I mentioned the charge, she refunded it. It was a huge hassle, and their offshore customer service was mainly not helpful since they were reading scripts and not able to find the information I needed. Between the messed up delivery date, not getting service I needed and had paid for, surly custom service folks and spending 6 hours assembling a bed, I'm confident I won't be buying from Ashley again.
