Awesome location!! We’ve bought all our big furniture from Ashley’s this time we came in to look around and Sydney did an amazing job showing us their mattress collection and informed us very well of each one and its benefits! She was super kind and open to working with us & understanding our budget! She’s got personal experience with some of the mattress which made it easier to connect! She gave us an awesome deal and so excited for our set up to come in and be set up this upcoming week! Thank you so much !!

5 star all day everyday for this store my husband and I came into this store like 15-30 minutes ago and the sales person name is RR he was super helpful and helped us what we need for our apartment and we go the couch that we needed will definitely come back here again in the near future or in a couple weeks

We ordered a king bed online from Ashley HomeStore and were disappointed with the quality once it was delivered, something you can only assess after seeing it in person. Despite notifying Ashley within 2 business days, we were told the item cannot be returned unless it’s damaged. The website wording that orders “may not” be returnable is misleading and gives customers a false sense of flexibility for a high-value purchase. This is an unreasonably strict policy for furniture and the customer service response was dismissive and unhelpful. No attempt was made to resolve the issue. Buyers beware: ordering online from Ashley means no real return option, even if you act immediately and the quality doesn’t meet expectations.

Very welcome staff and their shop is well arranged with high quality merchandise I enjoyed doing shopping there . Coming back for more household furniture.

I am having a nightmarish experience with damaged items from this company. 3 or 4 times i have been delivered damaged products and each time it was a headache to get it replaced. Recently I was delivered a damaged coffee table and I paid full price for it. But when I report the product damaged the same day it was delivered, they was to fill the damaged wood dent with some paint and expect me to go on with it. They are absolutely refusing to refund the amount. I am done with them. Its a shame, the staffs in the store are very friendly. And thats where all the niceties end. The delivery and customer care handling issues are horrible. Atleast the policies are to not help customers. Looks like their motto is to scam customers by delivering damaged products and make customers live with the damaged goods. Slowclaps.

Hey don't honer the delivery dates, they give you early delivery dates during booking and after the booking they will delay very conveniently. Therz nothing you can do after that, they don't care if you are not satisfied. You have to cancel it or live with it. Not at all a good customer service.

Everything went smooth from start to finish. The salesman was very helpful and courteous. My husband Sanders was well pleased.

Some turnover in sales staff - after several visits I met and purchased from a very knowledgeable sales person who was an extremely good resource about fabrics, features, pricing, AND delivery schedules. AND, Yipee!! Even had valid experience in design!! The manager worked to get me the best pricing that occurred during my selection visits. Yes, I’ll shop here again.

The delivery men were efficient and respectful, this has always been my experience with Ashley.

Very poor costumer service. They actually don't care about costumers at all. This is my last time purchasing from them. I went to their store on 11/16 and purchased a sectional that was promised to be delivered on 11/26. Then I went to store on 11/22 and purchased 6 dining chairs that were supposed to be delivered on 12/3. On 11/26 they sent only 3 chairs!!! Costumer service lady said they didn't have all the parts of sectional in warehouse so it will be delivered on 12/3. I was disappointed by this unprofessional behavior but agreed thinking I will get it with rest of my chairs. Then I notice in my email that I will only get sectional, no chairs. So called costumer service again. I was told that I they (store) ordered only 3 chairs for me, and no matter how much I was insisting that I have a receipt they didn't offer help. So I called store directly and spoke to a person who made order (she remembered everything) and she promised she will fix it. Next day she called and said you will have your order deliverd on Friday 12/5. They would send it with sectional but recieved their email late and truck left. (I recorded conversations). As I didn't recieve any notification on delivery I called again just to be told that it should be delivered on 12/30. Is this normal and professional behavior? How can you do business like this?

I had a terrible experience with Ashley. The furniture I bought last month was delayed with no apology, and the store told me they “would not charge me a delay fee” like it was a favor. For the dining set I ordered, only one chair arrived, and we didn’t open the box until today. When we finally checked it, the chair had four legs with different lengths. This is unacceptable for new furniture. When I reached out for help, the store told me to contact customer service, and customer service told me to contact the store. They kept pushing responsibility back and forth with no solution. Poor quality, poor service, and zero accountability. I definitely do not recommend buying from Ashley.

Ask for Jay! He was so knowledgeable and knew when we needed space to discuss decisions and details and when to check in with us! We went to many furniture locations around Kent/tukwilla and ultimately decided on Ashley’s for value and convenience and overall service!

I will say I was going to buy some furniture from my local Ashley store in Tukwila but thank God I came and read the reviews because the delivery process seems like a complete Nightmare and no one does a thing about it. So I will be taking my business to a different store

I would be very cautious about buying anything from Ashley. Despite spending $1800 with them, we have had an ongoing issue for TWO Months because they couldn't deliver a rug as promised. 1. The store in Tukwila, Washington switched my invoice with another customer and compromised both sets of information 2. Because they switched the invoice, they canceled my order and had to delay my delivery 3. Despite numerous calls and emails to Ashley customer service, over two months (entering the 3rd month) they have not been able to resolve this 4. All of this over a $100 rug, I canceled the order but had paid in full at the store. It is mind boggling how they are unable to tell this and have pushed back SO much to burn a customer over something so simple, that was their mistake from the get go 5. I will say the retail experience in the store was great and the furniture I did receive is great. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating. Update, yes, you did finally do the right thing after HOURS of calls and emails and TWO Months later. Thanks.

Delivery guys would not complete the delivery

Do not go to this store! The salesperson tried to add a protection plan and lied that he was giving me a deal on it, he ordered the wrong color couch and charged me $500 more for a couch in store than it was on their website for cheaper. The financing they offer is a credit card and they are not transparent about that or anything. Trying to get the exchange and credits for the price difference from the same exact couch on their own website is a nightmare. One of the credits just disappeared and a month later I’m still having to contact them about it. When the couch was delivered they give a delivery window. They were 45 min early before the delivery window started and I was still asleep. Very unprofessional and only care about swindling you. When I try to get it resolved they act like it’s no big deal. I will never buy anything from there again.

This was my first time buying new furniture and I was pleased to not be bothered while looking around the store. Everyone was polite and the experience overall was pleasant. I feel there is room for improvement in providing more education to the sales people about financing and inventory. I got the general feeling the sales associate I worked with didn't know much and perhaps couldn't make decisions without asking his manager (like honoring the online price for delivery - for some reason they were going to try to charge me $150 more than is stated if I ordered online, which was $99). The manager was very helpful and explained to me a bit about inventory. Delivery went well, two men came and promptly brought in and set up for me and I'm very happy with my purchase!

Was told item was in stock and would be delivered. Receved call 2 days before delivery saying item is not in stock and delivery will be delayed becuase item is not in stock. Employees will lie to you just to get you to buy something so they can get their commission

Furniture is great. Customer service is not. Sales rep rung up the wrong item. Wrong item was delivered. We came back to the store to get it resolved. They could only give us a phone number. The rep on the phone said we can exchange it but we would have to come back to the store a third time to process the exchange once they have a new sales order. Wasted 2 Saturdays.

Call center appears to be in another country, they try their best but sure wish it was American. In store help was ok but definitely didn't get a lot of clarity on delivery process. One item was not listed in delivery so I had to phone multiple times to get an understanding of what was happening. They said it was back ordered with no delivery date and I would have to phone back everyday to get a delivery date. I phoned back the next day to cancel the order, they said cancellation department would get in touch in 4-5 days... hun? Cancellation department said it can't be cancelled for some weird reason I don't understand. Wake up a day later to find carpet delivered but left outside in the rain, no messaging or ringing the door bell to let us know it was there so no way to sign for it or refuse it. Definitely would look elsewhere first in the future. Doesn't feel great to drop a few thousand dollars and get such low customer support after the fact.

The furniture we bought seems to be fine so far but the so called white glove delivery was absolutely terrible. I had the option to buy this same couch on Amazon and that’s what I’ll do from now on because the delivery would have been $20 vs $100. They didn’t show up the first two times nor did they call to let us know they weren’t coming and then on the third time when they did finally show up, they came almost 90 minutes earlier than the window they gave. They arrived before 8am when nobody was even home yet. The next problem was trying to get in touch with customer service. They said they would call back in 24-48 hours and nobody ever called. I had to reach out again and still nobody with any authority was ever available to speak too. Basically once they found out I was calling with a complaint they did everything they could to avoid me. Don’t waste your time or money here. Might as well just purchase online as you’ll almost guaranteed have a better outcome for less money. This is my first and last purchase I will ever make from Ashley. Lots of options in the area, no reason to go here.

We bought side lamps yesterday at this store and were told they would do ground shipping but later got the call saying we need to pick them from store as they don’t have Inventory. We drove for 40 mins and when we went to the store, the items were not ready and they took more that 30 mins to figure out in the system.we were asked to takeout the lamps ourself which were plugged in deep behind the bed and no one was there to help and we were treated like workers than customers and the customer service desk people were behaving like owners.We had terrible experience this is the third time we are buying in 2 months and each time we had some or the other issue.This experience was final nail in the coffin.GOODBYE ASHLEY

I placed my order at this Ashley store, I was clearly assured by both the customer representative and the store manager that I would receive White Glove Delivery service. I also paid an additional $229 specifically for this level of service. However, when my order was delivered yesterday, it was only a doorstep delivery, not the White Glove service that was promised and paid for. I immediately contacted Ashley Customer Service in the morning to report the issue, but the representative was unhelpful and appeared untrained to handle such matters. I then called the store where I made the purchase, but was told that their systems were down and that someone would return my call later. Unfortunately, no one ever called me back. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially after being assured of premium service at the time of purchase.

The collection at the Tukwila outlet is outstanding. Each piece was too good to be not bought. Mr. Jay was very gracious and courteous. He patiently answered all our queries and also explained, guided us and also understood what we wanted and gave us exactly that. I am not going anywhere else for my furniture needs in future as well. We purchased the Wildenauer dining table, 2 chairs and one bench. I absolutely love the set! Zana was our sales lady and she has been pleasant and helpful to work with, even through a slight mistake in our order. The mistake was fixed promptly and fairly. My husband and I recently had an exceptional experience shopping at the Ashley Furniture store in Tukwila, and I can't recommend it highly enough, especially thanks to Pat and the helpful floor manager who introduced us to her. Right from the start, we felt welcomed and valued as customers. Pat stood out with her friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge about the furniture. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, which made the process of selecting furniture enjoyable and stress-free. One of the highlights of our first visit was when Pat offered us cooling pillows for free with our purchase of two beds. This thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of value to our shopping experience. Later we returned to purchase a large sectional couch and oversized ottoman which has become the centerpiece of our living room, and it’s amazing how it has drawn our gamer kids out of their bedrooms and into this inviting space. Gross store rude workers horrible service

The salesperson was great. That was the only decent part of my experience with this store. After waiting a month, the day before my order was supposed to deliver, I get a notice that they actually can’t deliver for another 15 days. In the time leading up to this delay, I had gone into the store twice to inquire about earlier delivery and indicated that I could pick up the back ordered pieces. I was told that they would email the warehouse and get back in touch with me. No response. I called and spoke to someone and they said the same thing. And I got the same result. No response. When the order was delayed another 15 days, I told them I wanted to cancel the order. The store where I bought the items apparently is not capable of processing a cancellation. I was given the number to a call center. The person I spoke to said there was a problem with the account and she couldn’t process the refund and would need to speak to another department. After nearly an hour on the phone, she assured me the issue had been resolved and that she had been able to cancel the order. I wait a week and the refund never hits my card. So I call back and the guy tells me that the order still shows active in the system and he will need to submit a ticket to get the order cancelled. Someone from the cancellation team will contact me within four business days. I asked for the ticket to be escalated because I requested the cancellation a week ago and it was never processed. He said there wasn’t an escalation process so I ask to speak to his supervisor. After a 10 wait, he comes back and said the supervisor confirmed that there’s nothing they can do.

Updating my review 10/23/25 The store responded to email them but it’s been a working week and they have yet to respond or come to a solution. Over a thousand dollars out the window. My partner bought a couch on the floor that was marked down and paid over 1k just for chaise to be broken .. these people are really unprofessional and unorganized. Almost let us waalk out signing the paperwork without paying after running his credit and it was just so weird all of it. Don’t buy a couch here there’s better options. I feel like this couch came off of fb marketplace that’s how used it feels. Adding the the review, it was also ripped under the cushion when we picked it up but we signed for it so too bad I guess! These guys are just employees clocking in to get a paycheck, but the managers there … do better

Stay away from PROTECT ALL FRAUDS!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR USELESS WARRANTY!!! Their protection plan is really a scam. If buying anything from Ashley it’s really buy at your own risk and forget as their protection plan is just a scam to fool customers and protect all warranty is the worst of all . It is an absolute nightmare which is exactly opposite of what a warranty/protection al plan should be. When buying furniture they almost force you to buy the warranty saying it will cover any stains or damages that incur during your 5 year warranty. But as soon as you try to use it they will deny it for any reason. I purchased a couch and had a few stains, so naturally tried to reach out to the Protect all company and they had a long claim process just to send the complaint. After 1 month they sent someone to assess it and they guy barely spent 30 seconds on inspection and the very next day I get an email from the company saying the claim was denied.

I purchased a living room and dining room set a few weeks ago, along with two table lamps. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst shopping experience I can remember. I wish there were an option to select zero stars. I paid $400 for premium shipping, but the delivery crew simply left the lamp parts on my kitchen counter without assembling them. About ten minutes after they left, I realized some parts were missing—most likely left behind in the packaging boxes. I immediately called Ashley customer service and asked them to contact the shipping crew, but I was told they didn’t have the crew’s phone number. Over the next two weeks, I continued to call Ashley customer service, only to be put on hold repeatedly. I was told multiple times that someone would call me back the same day, but I never received a return call. While I like Ashley’s furniture styles, based on my experience, I can only hope for the best for anyone considering shopping there.

Antanese was a fantastic salesperson who listened intently on what we were looking for in a sofa. Not only was she respectful of our budget, she took all our preferences into account and we are so happy with our purchase. In a world where furniture stores can be daunting and overwhelming, Antanese is a shining light. If I could buy 3 sofas from her, I would.

Im sure the In-Person store is wonderful, but I’m giving the company and online ordering 0 stars. I placed my order on 9/02/2025 and after purchasing I selected a delivery date of 9/20/2025. I never received a phone call from Ashleys, but instead an email telling me my order will be delivered 10/11/2025, an entire 5.5 weeks after placing the order. The website states the product delivers within 7 days and my order confirmation states They should deliver within 2-3 weeks. It’s incredibly frustrating that I was given false information and when I selected a certain date for delivery, this wasn’t honored. In 2023, I ordered a large sectional from Ashleys which was delivered within 3 days, but a couch and love seat from the SAME collection takes 5.5 weeks. Customer service offered little help by rescheduling the delivery a week early when I will be at work and won’t let me pick up my order from a store or warehouse. Ashleys is an absolute scam and once I receive this order, I will never buy anything from this company again. Wayfair likely delivers faster. Don’t provide your customers with false delivery dates then offer them to select a delivery date if you are just going to deliver whenever you like.

My sales rep Jay was fantastic! However, my delivery is now going to be delayed for over a month. When I called trying to get more information the local and national customer service representatives were rude, snappy and talked over me without answering my questions. Additionally, if you decide you don’t like the furniture for whatever reason or it doesn’t fit- there are no refunds or exchanges! This is quite scary all things considered. I would never purchase anything from them again.

We loved Mike! His 25 years of selling furniture is evident in that he let us look around, but was always near enough to answer questions. We appreciated his kindness, as well. Great process at Ashley, also!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms Sydni, she was so patient, professional and very kind. Normally when shopping for furniture the salesperson wants to get their commission and on to the next customer not Ms. Sydni, she took her time with explaining each item to detail making sure I understood what all my options where, she would also inform me of similar options also giving me a opportunity to test the product she was just a wonderful sales person. Sydni customer service is impeccable. Ashley Furniture Stores is extremely is very fortunate to have Sydni as an employee. I will always look for Ms. Sydni when shopping for furniture because I know I will have the most enjoyable experience at Ashley’s. I ordered a sofa bed from Ashley Furniture and the whole delivery experience has been extremely frustrating. First, the delivery was delayed by a full week beyond the promised date. When it finally arrived, it was handled by DHL instead of Ashley, and the driver was very rude. He was pretending not to speak English (only Spanish), which made communication nearly impossible, and he insisted I sign a damage waiver before even attempting to bring the sofa inside completely unreasonable and not what was agreed. The website clearly states that the measurements fit standard doorways, yet he refused to even try. When I contacted Ashley’s customer service, the representative tried to talk to him, but the driver hung up and left with the sofa. Ashley promised to reschedule delivery within 48 hours with a polite, English-speaking driver but it’s now been 5 days with no call, no update, and no delivery. Meanwhile, the payment has already been charged, but I still don’t have the sofa. This is unacceptable, especially from a company as large as Ashley. I had guests who were supposed to use the sofa bed, and this has caused huge inconvenience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone.

I was immediately greeted by a salesperson, Pat Manapat, who was very helpful. I showed her the picture of the dining chair I had seen on line and she took me right to it. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and was able to accommodate my assembly and delivery date. The transaction was pleasant and smooth.

Low pressure sales environment. Salesperson ask questions for what we were looking for and then left us alone to explore the store.

They sent a technician out to check my mattress, but the technician never set on the mattress to feel what I feel. He took pictures and measurements. How can pictures show the company what I feel. My complaints are about what I feel and how the mattress hurts my back. The damn mattress isn't firm!! He finally had me lie down and sit on the mattress. He admitted to me how he could see the mattress sink down while I'm lying down or sitting on the side of the bed. I'm a 63 years old with a terrible mattress I paid cash for at Ashley's Home Furniture Store in Tukwilla Wa. My back hurts every night. I slide off if I sit on the side of the mattress because the side isn't firm either. A Sealy Princtn firm queen mattress is what I purchased and this is everything but firm. I have submitted videos and pictures of me pushing on the mattress, showing them how soft it is. I have a wobbly coffee table as well that's garbage. I stay alone. No one has touched the furniture but me. I sure did nothing to the mattress nor anything else I've purchased from their store. I should have gone to a second hand store. I spent several thousands of dollars on this furniture from Ashley's that is a huge disappointment. It's like I threw money out the window. They take your money and run. These technicians come out for Ashley's benefit and not the customers. The mattress is like a bed of cotton when you lie on it. There's is nothing firm about it this mattress. I only put 1 star because I had to pick one to be able to post. I would pick below zero to be honest. Something is wrong with their products. It's ashamed how they talk good in the store about their products then when you receive them they aren't good. I thought I was going to decorate my new place up nicely with Ashley's Furniture. I got started but had to stop. Check out furniture stores like you check out buying a new car. You can end up with more than a lemon. Y'all better read these reviews and take heed.

We went into Ashley’s Furniture (Southcenter location) as our first stop to look for a new couch for our living room. We were greeted by Rick. Super awesome dude! I tell ya! Mind you this is our first time shopping with Ashley’s. He gave us a run down on the layout of the store plus told us about the early Labor day sale that’s happening. There was couple couches that caught our eyes but there was one that really sparkled both of our eyes. We told Rick, we had couple other furniture store we want to check out first. He said, no problem take your time. He will be there until closing. I looked on their website to find another couch that’s similar to the one that we have. We both looked at each other and said this is the one! So, long story short after 3 visits in one day, we finally purchased the couch! Rick has been super helpful throughout the whole process he wasn’t being pushy like any other sales person at another furniture store. Haha! We all can relate to that. But overall experience in store and working with Rick was phenomenal! Staff on shift was very friendly as well. We definitely recommend to others if you are in the market for new furnitures! Walked in Ashley store in Tukwila just looking around for a cabinet. Friendly person name Jay approaches asked if he could help and I had to describe exactly what I was looking for. He looked very puzzled but explained look around and if I needed his help he would be available. Well I was stuck on one piece and he observed that I was in one area a long time. He took the time and patience to listen to me. I left the store empty handed but called back for Jay and he walked me through my purchase over the phone. Visited for the first time at the Ashley furniture in Tukwila WA. As we entered someone already came to greet us, introduced himself and asked if he can help us find something. When I said we are just looking around, specifically for accent chair, he assigned Jay to show us where all the accent chairs are located in the store. Jay was very helpful and friendly. He took his time to show us many options based on what specs I had told him. The store is nicely organized, furnitures were displayed like a show room… beautiful space and gave us inspiration on how to create our own space. They have some unique items and quality materials . I did find items for my reading/ hang out nook that I’m trying to create. The items were shipped and I can’t wait to receive them . Will review those items then. Pictures attached were some items that got my attention and bought the 2 nesting table ( great quality solid wood) and the other seating cushions ( not pictured). I was glad we visited Ashley Furniture, a must visit when u are trying to create your space and need ideas, reasonably priced quality items .

I have recently being to Ashley's Tukwila and they have a very good range of furniture and most of it is surprisingly affordable. The store manager was really helpful. She helped us out a lot and gave us a 30% discount which goes a long way. Ameen was also really helpful. He helped us understand the different pieces of furniture, the difference between them that justifies the price and overall was a very cheerful person to interact with. Really loved the place.

My wife and I were visiting from Alaska and we decided to do some furniture shopping. We stopped at Ashley in Tuckwilla and ended up buying all new living room furniture. We received excellent customer service and great pricing on quality furniture. We highly recommend Ashley.

RR helped us find what we were looking for right away. He suggested other things but we need to wait on those. We purchased the end table we wanted and are very happy with the experience.

A sealy princtn firm queen size mattress was delivered to me earlier this year from Ashley's Furniture Store warehouse. A few months later I am sinking within the mattress. How does a firm mattress become soft in a matter of months. I paid over 2,000 cash for a mattress that's worth less than a hundred dollars. The sides of the mattress has no firmness to them. It's like I purchased a mattress material stuffed with cotton. I'm in my 60ties. I look forward to a great rest at night. I have not had one since I begin sleeping on Ashley's sagging mattress. The other issue is customer service will ignore your complaints. They will pass you from person to person without anything being resolved. I wish I had read reviews pertaining to Ashley's Furniture. It has been a nightmare from one item to the next. I thought this company stood by their name and made sure their customers were satisfied. Once they get your money they play you off. This is my experience.

1. They delivered a damaged bed to my home twice. 2. I spoke to customer service reps via text three times, each time with a different person — still no resolution. 3. I made eight phone calls and even dropped by the store in person to speak with the manager — still no resolution. 4. I was in tears on the phone with manager Emma at the Tukwila store. She finally refunded my money after I refused a third delivery attempt for the same bed. 5. I have never experienced this much stress with any other store. From the delivery drivers to customer service to management — Ashley has been a nightmare. I could write a five-page essay detailing the horror I went through, but honestly, I don’t want to waste another second on them. Please, please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!!!

I visited this store for the first time this past week and bought a sofa — and while there were a few bumps along the way(mainly my fault..bcuz I didn’t measure my space, hence I ended up with a very big sofa), the team here turned what could’ve been a stressful experience into an absolutely amazing one. 🙌 HUGE shoutout to Tyree, Pat, the store manager, and one other incredible store leader (I wish I remembered her name!) — you were ALL phenomenal. Tyree was incredibly patient and gave us thoughtful advice on things way outside of his role. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and informed. 🙏 And Pat… oh my goodness, Pat! She truly exceeded every expectation. She took the time to measure everything, patiently walked me through the process, and resolved all the issues with such care and kindness. Don’t bother going to the store. Buy from somewhere a lot cheaper who values their customers. After a 4th visit having to actually assist the sales rep I still received incorrect items. Once a store manager tells you to your face “we don’t care, we will not be resolving your issue, you might as well leave” you know you should have spent $5,000 elsewhere. Should have checked the reviews. Per Google : Ashley HomeStore has an average rating of 2.2 from 3143 reviews. The rating indicates that most customers are generally dissatisfied.

From the moment I sat in my sister’s recliner, I knew that I had to have one. I embarked on a journey going from store to store trying to navigate through the various kinds of recliners out there. I actually needed expertise to help guide me so my last stop (which should have been my first stop) was Ashley and they did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, Ed greeted me and, like old friends reunited, we eased into conversations about everything under the sun. All the while Ed was educating me about all things "recliner" as I experienced the various kinds first hand. Not only did I find the perfect one for me (Riptyme), they even price matched from their online store! And the delivery was amazing as well. Everyone in the store from Ed to his manager to the delivery guys (who I tipped and sent out with cold drinks) made the experience so delightful! As for the chair, it SWIVELS too. My husband and I had a great experience with Sydni at the Tukwila location. She stayed with us the entire tim with patience to ensure we made the best decision for us and our home, especially when my husband was constantly bargaining the price.

Very bad experience - the sales person gave us the wrong information about the sofa assembly instructions. They are misguiding us just to sell the furniture. The delivery person didn't even try to fit the sofa. We wasted 2.5 weeks waiting for this.

I purchased a queen-size mattress from Ashley Furniture, and to my shock, it doesn’t even fit my standard queen bed frame. It’s either undersized or oddly shaped, but it clearly doesn’t match standard queen dimensions. I double-checked everything — my bed frame is a true queen size, and the mattress is labeled queen, but it leaves noticeable gaps and slides around. It’s both uncomfortable and unsafe. When I reached out to Ashley Furniture, customer service was completely unhelpful. They told me that mattresses are non-returnable, even though this one clearly doesn’t fit properly. I’m now stuck with a mattress that I can’t use, and no resolution from the company. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Ashley Furniture needs to stand behind their products and fix sizing issues — or at least allow returns when the product doesn’t meet basic expectations. I won’t be buying anything from them again.

Romelio or I’m not sure what his name was extremely rude towards customers, incompetent, and seems to be in a rush. He never introduced himself, and argued about what previous employees have told us. When we asked about the delivery date, since there’re so many bad reviews regarding the deliveries, he said that that’s not true and there is only one negative review about the store and all others are positive. He told us we can either buy it or go somewhere else.

Albert was helpful in finding the replacement wood slats that we needed for our bed set. I was disappointed that replacement was missing several parts (i.e., center leg supports and the bolts that hold them in place) that were critical to it functioning correctly.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I just moved into my home and planned a party. Invited all my family and friends. I ordered my couch set over two weeks ago. They first gave me a delivery date on June 2nd. I would be working that day so I asked them to come June 7th. The day before delivery, the call me up at work saying only the loveseat would be available for delivery. I explained to them I planned a party for June 8th, and planned to have my couches here by then especially since I pushed the date further out. Ok so then I asked if they have another couch set available or if they can issue me a refund so that I can have furniture because I am expecting guests. They proceed to tell me not only that no they have no other couches but it would take 7-10 business days just to get my money back. So now i am screwed and they couldn’t care less.

Worst experience ever. Rookie salesman kept promising delivery details from free drop off to the $99 drop off, which I agreed to but had to be on a certain date 13 days from now. He agreed again. Then your Manager Trainee Jennifer Matson got involved and in no certain terms told me the delivery window needed could no way be agreed upon. Her bitchy comment was you will just have to stay home all day and wait for the call. I then told her to cancel the order, after spending 1.5 hours in the store choosing the furniture. Even threatened me to stay away from her as if I wanted to be anywhere near this woman. I have spent thousands with your company over the past 5 years, including a $1200 order online that was in my doorstep when I got home. She should be fired for lack of any customer awareness and not knowing what kind of customer I have been. No more….

The quality of the table is terrible . I received the table today and find there is a huge crack on it. I want to file the replacement and hope you will pickup the stuff and replace a new one.

The Ashley furniture store is very expensive and not trustworthy. They asked us to pay$ 100 to assemble, but my son was able to do it. So we didn't pay 100$. When the items were sent to my house, parts were missing. They don't answer the phone properly and if they do they will make promises they don't keep. My experience shopping from the Ashley furniture store is trouble, stressful and annoying.

Saw some nice furniture, store is bright and clean… but not a 1 of the many employees even welcomed us into the store, all couches we sat on nobody came over and asked if we needed help. Looked at dining room tables. Several employees not helping anyone yet nobody spoke or lifted a finger to help. Then as we approached doors to leave store we got asked if we needed help with anything. Like yeah, help leaving faster. Bought a sectional elsewhere.

I didn’t plan on being in the store very long since I thought I had already made a decision about a sectional at another store. My plan was to walk through quickly then go make my purchase elsewhere. Hadeel was not pushy but was helpful! She listened to what my vision was for the Bonus room and patiently showed me different options and even went along with moving an ottoman from another sectional to the one I bought so see if the fabric matched! It did and I bought it! Hadeel’s a keeper and I’d go back just for her!

Update: if I can give 0 stars, I will! After almost a month, they said “While we do our best to assist with all concerns, we kindly want to note that all sales are final. That said, we genuinely value you as a customer and would like to offer a goodwill refund of $30 as a gesture of appreciation for your patience and understanding. This represents approximately a 34% discount on your purchase.” Why would I want a $30 refund for products that were ordered mistakenly by the store staff!! And we paid $50 for shipping, for what??? What kind of resolution is this?? We don’t want the wrong items sent to us, and please take them back and give us our money back!! We visited the store on March 29 and found exactly what we were looking for—counter-height bar stools. A staff member advised us to place the order in-store, saying it would ship faster that way. Since we needed the stools quickly, we followed his advice. He helped us place the order, and we paid $50 for shipping. The order arrived the following Tuesday, but to our surprise, it was two dining chairs, not the bar stools we had selected. This was very confusing—how could this happen when we were literally sitting on the bar stools by a counter-height table with the staff member when placing the order? I called the store on April 2. They acknowledged the mistake and said someone would contact me in 2–3 days to arrange pickup of the incorrect items and delivery of the correct ones. But now it’s April 15, and I still haven’t heard anything back. This has been really disappointing, especially considering the urgency and the extra shipping fee we paid. I hope the store resolves this soon.

I walked into this store with my wife ready to purchase a sofa today (4/13/25). We were not greeted when we walked in even though we saw at least 5 employees standing around seemingly just chit chatting. We walked around the whole store and sat on at least 9 different sofas, all while multiple employees walked passed us, not even acknowledging that we were there. We even walked within 10 feet of employees while leaving, and still, nothing. Will not be coming back or recommending Ashley to our friends or family, even though our current furniture came from this location.

I liked the initial greeting, but him following me around after I said I'd ask if I needed help? Seriously, after the third time I told him we were deciding and would ask if we needed him, he still shadowed me! It made me leave sooner than I planned. Edit 5/7/25: Lowering from 2 stars to 1 star, less if I could. I decided to ultimately order a couch from Ashley's website. I opted for the No Hassle Delivery and Assembly as I was moving into a new place. Well today, 5/7 I should have gotten my couch, from the email it had no time so I decided to call in. The automated "agent" said it would be there between 9a-1p. At 1:30p I called in, it took a little work but I was able to talk to a real human. They tried telling me that a delivery attempt was made at 10:23am, when I said I got no call he read back the number. The number was not mine at all, I looked at the email from Ashley that had my correct phone number in multiple places. They then couldn't confirm when I would get my delivery as it had to be rescheduled. Between sales people who can't understand we are looking and would let them know if we need anything to a full on hassle for delivery I can't in good faith recommend Ashley to anyone until they learn customer service.

We have been very dissatisfied with our experience at Ashley and will never buy anything here again. We purchased the extra service that if it was screwed up, they would fix it. I’m not sure what we paid for that but it felt like it $500? The two couches were $3700. The extra service lasted 5 years. So right away we noticed the left arm had no padding and we notified them of that. They sent out a tech who said he could fix it by taking the entire couch apart in our living room, adding the padding to the left arm. Wow- I mean, that feels like the entire couch will be worse off afterwards to me. I would much rather have had the choice to just replace the couch. As you look at the couch, you have to basically take all the staples and attachments off, take the back off, dismantle and strip the couch, put the padding in, which was foam and not sure that’s even the same material as the other ones, and then re-attach it. Part of the reason we choice Ashley was that they are a massive furniture conglomerate. So we figured that standing behind their product would be easy for them. They are a complete scam and joke. Avoid them at all cost. Don’t bother buying anything from them. Go to Costco. Ashley makes it an absolute hassle and unpleasant experience to help anyone that bought something. Avoid Ashley. They aren’t going to help you. Definitely don’t buy the extended warranty. Oh- the arm rest has no padding in it? Let’s just swap that one chair out for you. No problem. Oh- let our tech completely dismantle the couch, stick some padding in the arm rest and leave you with that. That seems absurd.

Worked with an associate named Ashley and was really impressed. She listened to our needs and pointed out which options would best suit us. Great experience, will definitely be back.

Be careful of this store and don't sign up for anything unless you're for sure ready to buy. Came in a week ago to look for a new sofa and somewhat settled on one but weren't sure yet since we had other places to checkout. The whole time their rep Tyson kept telling us to get pre-approved for their credit card to get an additional discount on top of their sale. We asked multiple times if this will be a hard credit pull or final approval and he assured us it wasn't. Well today an Ashley credit card came in the mail and it's getting shredded. We're not going back again.

Unfortunately, they promised to get back with me on Thursday, 1/23, to confirm a potential change in delivery date (regardless of whether it would be possible to not), which they never did. Add on (2 days later) : The customer rep did call me back 2 days later after I posted the above and apologized for not calling when he promised. He was apparently sick. He gave me an update and told me he was going to follow-up with the warehouse and call me back again this week.

This was our second visit buying furniture here and it's my absolute favorite place to go! We just bought a living room set for our lake property and Raquel was so much fun to work with! It was more like shopping with a good friend than a sales associate! I wish I had a couple more houses to decorate!

Walking into the Ashley store in Tukwila, I was not immediately bombarded by a salesperson which is great because I had a chance to just walked around. Then Rick approached me and we started talking about what I was looking for. Very casual conversation, no pressure. He gave a quote of what I wanted and after a few days of shopping around, I went back and purchased them. Rick made the process very easy from beginning to the end.

The customer service representative was truly exceptional! Not only did he address all of my concerns and accommodate my budget, but he also made the entire experience incredibly pleasant. I recently purchased a bedroom set and other furniture items for my apartment from Ashley Furniture Home Store, and while the furniture itself is of good quality and will likely last a long time, the overall experience was far from acceptable. First, the positives: The furniture looks great and feels sturdy, which is important for a major purchase like this. The technician who came to fix some damaged pieces, Ken, was fantastic. He was kind, professional, and honest, sharing that many customers have had experiences similar to mine. His excellent work was, unfortunately, the only real highlight of my entire interaction with Ashley Furniture. Now, the negatives, which hilariously (or infuriatingly) outweighed the positives: Everything was fine until I received a phone call two days before delivery — and by extension, my move-in date — informing me that the rails for my bed frame were on back order and would be delayed by a week. This meant I would be sleeping on a mattress on the floor for at least that long. I immediately called customer service and the store to see if anything could be done, but I was told to “just deal with it.” They were unhelpful and dismissive, with no offer of a real solution. Hoping for better results, I went to the physical store, where I was credited $400 for the inconvenience. While I appreciated the gesture, they still couldn’t expedite the process. I thought the ordeal was over, but no! The delivery team arrived before I even had access to my apartment on move-in day, and because there was no way to modify the delivery window, they left without assembling or delivering my furniture. I had to move everything in myself, further complicating an already stressful day. To make matters worse, some of the furniture arrived damaged. And just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, I was notified the next day that the rails would be delayed another week. Calls to customer service went nowhere — boilerplate responses and a clear lack of empathy for the situation. I eventually got in touch with Tina McQueen, the saleswoman I worked with. While she seemed to try her best to help, her communication was lackluster. She told me she had reached out to the warehouse multiple times, but they were unresponsive, leaving me stuck with unassembled furniture and sleeping on a mattress on the floor for two weeks. I paid a significant amount of money for this furniture, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Instead, I was met with delays, poor communication, damaged products, and a complete lack of care from customer service. While Tina was amicable, and Ken provided excellent repair service, the rest of the process was a nightmare. UPDATE: After a week of frustrating emails with Ashley Furniture regarding the delays, damaged furniture, and poor service, the company offered a $30 “gesture of goodwill” as their final resolution. I was informed that this amount is a beyond standard policy (standard being $20), rather than a response to the significant challenges I faced. This approach felt impersonal and dismissive, especially given that my experience involved repeated delays, damaged items, poor communication, and unnecessary personal effort to move and assemble the furniture myself. I repeatedly requested to escalate my concerns to someone with the authority to provide a meaningful resolution, but these requests were not acknowledged. The lack of flexibility and empathy in addressing my situation has left me deeply disappointed, and I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. Furnishing my home is a significant investment, and I expected a company of this size to prioritize its customers’ satisfaction. Unfortunately, Ashley Furniture’s policy-focused resolution process falls far short of this expectation. Don't shop here if you value your time, money and patience. It is not worth the terrible customer experience. Go to The Old Cannery instead, they have equally great furniture, and a significantly better customer experience. They even carry Ashley Furniture products!

After having almost 4 months of waiting for the correct Low Profile boxsprings after having the wrong ones delivered. Finally, a call to the store and speaking to Lonnie, The sales manager, He fixed our order and we now have the correct boxsprings and our super happy! Thank you, Lonnie for doing what every other person at Ashley could not!

I had a really good experience buying furniture at Ashley’s in Tukwila. When I first came in R.R assisted me with my purchases. I told him that I would be back later in the week to pay for the furniture. He notified me of the times he would be in the store and the followed up with me. When I came in later that week, he had everything ready to go that I had previously picked out. I made some changes and he quickly added the changes. He went over my address, day of delivery and then went over my receipt to make sure everything was correct. R.R was very professional and detail oriented. Thank you Ashley Furniture for having what I needed and thank you RR for the great customer service.

Ms Raquel was very polite and knew all about our choice of sofa and loveseat. Because she was sooo nice she was the best sales person I have ever had. I have looked at several furniture stores over this year and am glad I went to Ashley Home Store in Tukwila, Wa.

I had a very bad experience with a Sales Officer whose job is to make a good behavior and don’t laugh on customers who had experience of being customer for a long period of time with Ashley. His name was R R as the management desk on Ashley said, he is looking like Chinese or korean and he is short and shaved man (50-60 years old). When I asked about the mattress quality, he said: don’t buy it from us. When I asked about the final price he tried his best with not a nice behave to avoid removing the protection plan for furniture, that I did not like that amout to pay for protection. And at all the one who was working in management desk he also helped him and said the customer is wrong and a customer cannot come and complain about sales officer in Ashley, at all I said I know you guys are cheap and will try to decrease the customers amount.

Loved it here. They were very helpful. Found a new couch today.

Lynnese the store Mgr in Tukwilla made a bad situation PERFECT! She went above and beyond to help us fix a warranty situation that had gone on for a very long time! She also stepped in and insured we got a piece that we had been waiting for months on backorder! Truly appreciate her hard work and efforts to make it all right for us! We will continue to be loyal Ashley customers!

They are charged me delivery fee but on the web site there wasn’t delivery fee. I just payed 100 usd for nothing. I don’t advise that store for buying anything.

Horrible experience! Don't trust and a word they say and double check your receipts! They: 1. Overcharged us for the Protection Plan we never agreed to $499 2. On a day of delivery informed us that we aren't getting the full order 3. Scheduled additional deliveries on December 24(!?) - Christmas Eve, really?! 4. And were 3 hours late from the promised time of delivery We will never set our foot in the Ashley Store and like to discourage anyone from dealing with them! Horrible experience!!!!

No heavy sales tactics. Came several times looking, and sometimes my appearance a bit rough, but I was always treated with the same courtesy. I first purchased just a bar chair. Later, after searching online, I purchased a sectional with ottoman. Alec was helpful in ordering the right size and shape. The 2 men who delivered the sectional on a cold, rainy, and dreary day smiling and accommodating when setting it up. It barely fit in the elevator. I’m grateful for their professionalism and skill. Absolutely worth the delivery fee.

I had a great experience. The only thing I would say is the sales staff is really aggressive and that was a bit of a turn off. I felt a bit stalked by my sales person. But the purchasing process was smooth. My furniture showed up a couple weeks late, but I wasn’t in a rush so it wasn’t a big deal.

Our salesperson, Bea was amazing. The manager earned this one star review. There were three posted prices for the recliner we purchased. The manager refused to honor the lowest price and charged us the highest price instead. She threw in a cheap pillow and a cheaper rug as the "deal." She wasted hours of our time and we will NOT be returning to this location.

Helpful and Friendly.

Took a few weeks to get the couch. When it arrived it was damaged in multiple places. It took another month for them to fix it. Overall I feel like it was overpriced and made of cheap materials. I paid for the delivery but it really wasn’t that convenient.

I had a very frustrating experience. My delivery date was changed several time because 2 pieces were not available even though I had placed order 3 weeks ago. The bed did not come with a box springs, which I asked the sales person, if one was needed and was told no. I had to sleep on the couch 2 nights until the box springs was delivered. I also kept getting auto calls from their system regarding delivery which was incorrect. Come to find out someone had entered my cell phone # for someone else’s order. Very unsatisfactory experience !!

Won’t shop there again. I bought a wall art from them. They promised to deliver it in three weeks. They will schedule a delivery but will not show up. After six weeks of waiting, I asked them to cancel the order since I was not able to ship it overseas when I had opportunity to ship it. They never cancelled it as requested, but brought it to my door on the eighth week. Now, I don’t know what to do with it. Will not shop there again

When the motor on our recliner couch set unexpectedly stopped working, we were so disappointed and unsure of what to do. Lenise was not only responsive but genuinely empathetic about our situation. She took ownership of the issue right away, walking us through our options. Thanks to her customer-first attitude, our expectations were exceeded. Bought a sleeper sofa, the furniture is fine (not nice, but fine). But DO NOT buy any warranty or insurance. They sold us on Protectall by GBS and it's an utter scam. We didn't get a chance to read the fine print until after it was purchased, which of course means we didn't bother until we made a claim. Turns out the list of exceptions covers so much that it's basically useless. For example, seam rips are not covered. Stains are covered but you have to report immediately and you can't use any cleaner on it unless provided by the manufacturer. Our daughter spilled orange juice on our couch, we made a claim, they sent someone out to inspect and then denied the claim saying it was an accumulation of stains. DO NOT buy the extended warranty or insurance.

Brace yourself for poor and frustrating customer support. After seven different calls with customer representatives and four delivery reschedules, I am still waiting for my product. The worst part is that they never say "no" but simply keep rescheduling the delivery, leaving you in limbo.

Was helped by a wonderful advisor named Bea who helped my father and I pick out a kitchen table. She was incredibly helpful and a great conversationalist.

We took my stepdaughter to an Ashley store in Tukwila, Washington to look for kitchen counter stools. The sales person was very polite, however our biggest complaint was that she never mentioned that the sale was final. There were no signs stating all products purchased are final or no exchanges or returns. When the stools were delivered to our daughter’s apartment, the stools were too high for the counter. I suggested she call the store, explain what happened and ask for an exchange. She was told, no exchange or returns. I personal called their Corp office and never received a call back. My wife called Corp., 3 times, and was finally told to call the store. Our daughter just graduated from college and moved to Seattle to start a new job, and was faced with purchasing 3 stools that she can not use.

The only good thing about ordering the furniture from here was the sales rep in the store. Our order was placed in the store in June with a July delivery date, then the issues started. July date got pushed to August, then September, then October. We had several instances where delivery day and time were confirmed , only for the delivery team to cancel on the day of delivery. The only explanation we got was item is not in stock. Why do you make people block time off, be at home multiple times only to cancel last minute? Horrible experience, we are not buying anything from Ashley ever again.

I came here to the Ashely Furniture in Tukwila Southcenter, with my sister and her girlfriend and came with an expectation of nothing much to be honest, but Ms. Layanna Gave nothing but the BEST customer service to us, she was sweet, kind, funny and helped us out whenever we needed!! and most of all she was very Patient with us and all of our questions lols, we ended up taking a very beautiful plush couch sectional set in the color black! Worst experience ever! Delivery service is terrible, I got my delivery rescheduled 4 times! (and still have not received them) and customer service was very deficient. Designs are fine, but after selling the furniture sellers don't care anymore. So if you need the furniture in a specific time frame, think twice. It is very frustrating.

First time that me and my wife shopping at Ashley , and we had help by Sydni H , she is wonderful and helpful .

Awful service. We purchased three nightstands from this store and they confirmed the delivery date and the purchase went through. Then on the delivery date, we received no calls, no emails, and no communication about the order and they never showed up. I called customer service that evening and they said that they had cancelled the order and put a financial hold on my account with no communication about it. They told me to contact the store to figure it out. I went to the store in person and they said that they had made a mistake and forgot to attach a sheet to the order for the warehouse so they weren’t able to process it. They claimed that they put in a request to expedite our order and that the warehouse would contact me the next day to schedule the delivery. Three days later, after receiving no calls, I called customer service and they told me that they went ahead and scheduled the delivery for a month from now. However, I received no contact or confirmation about this decision and I had to reschedule it over the phone. I am very disappointed with the service here as we have been customers with a different branch of Ashley’s for many years but after this we will definitely reconsider purchasing from them in the future.

Went in to Ashley's just to look around for some furniture, but left with many items! The worker who helped us, Jamal, was very kind, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. He made the experience comfortable and less stressful. He even let my family and I move items around the store to help us envision how our setup would look like. I have never experienced customer service as bad as Ashely furniture. Their furnitures broke within a month of using it, mind you we barely even sat on the chairs. We have purchased insurance, which was a waste of money. Their customer care went back and forth with us repeating themselves for the past few months until they finally sent a delivery driver who literally came, looked at us and drove right off and when we called customer care they said contact the store we can’t help. The delivery drivers name was felipe. He literally pulled up, and left while we are WATCHING. we had to spend hours trying to get a hold of someone during our work hours for zero help and no answer and then drive an hour just to get a hold of a manager since no one will pick up the phone at the store. Absolute garbage, shame on your customer service Ashley furniture.
