I didn’t plan on being in the store very long since I thought I had already made a decision about a sectional at another store. My plan was to walk through quickly then go make my purchase elsewhere. Hadeel was not pushy but was helpful! She listened to what my vision was for the Bonus room and patiently showed me different options and even went along with moving an ottoman from another sectional to the one I bought so see if the fabric matched! It did and I bought it! Hadeel’s a keeper and I’d go back just for her!

We visited the store on March 29 and found exactly what we were looking for—counter-height bar stools. A staff member advised us to place the order in-store, saying it would ship faster that way. Since we needed the stools quickly, we followed his advice. He helped us place the order, and we paid $50 for shipping. The order arrived the following Tuesday, but to our surprise, it was two dining chairs, not the bar stools we had selected. This was very confusing—how could this happen when we were literally sitting on the bar stools by a counter-height table with the staff member when placing the order? I called the store on April 2. They acknowledged the mistake and said someone would contact me in 2–3 days to arrange pickup of the incorrect items and delivery of the correct ones. But now it’s April 15, and I still haven’t heard anything back. This has been really disappointing, especially considering the urgency and the extra shipping fee we paid. I hope the store resolves this soon.

I walked into this store with my wife ready to purchase a sofa today (4/13/25). We were not greeted when we walked in even though we saw at least 5 employees standing around seemingly just chit chatting. We walked around the whole store and sat on at least 9 different sofas, all while multiple employees walked passed us, not even acknowledging that we were there. We even walked within 10 feet of employees while leaving, and still, nothing. Will not be coming back or recommending Ashley to our friends or family, even though our current furniture came from this location.

I liked the initial greeting, but him following me around after I said I'd ask if I needed help? Seriously, after the third time I told him we were deciding and would ask if we needed him, he still shadowed me! It made me leave sooner than I planned.

We have been very dissatisfied with our experience at Ashley and will never buy anything here again. We purchased the extra service that if it was screwed up, they would fix it. I’m not sure what we paid for that but it felt like it $500? The two couches were $3700. The extra service lasted 5 years. So right away we noticed the left arm had no padding and we notified them of that. They sent out a tech who said he could fix it by taking the entire couch apart in our living room, adding the padding to the left arm. Wow- I mean, that feels like the entire couch will be worse off afterwards to me. I would much rather have had the choice to just replace the couch. As you look at the couch, you have to basically take all the staples and attachments off, take the back off, dismantle and strip the couch, put the padding in, which was foam and not sure that’s even the same material as the other ones, and then re-attach it. Part of the reason we choice Ashley was that they are a massive furniture conglomerate. So we figured that standing behind their product would be easy for them. They are a complete scam and joke. Avoid them at all cost. Don’t bother buying anything from them. Go to Costco. Ashley makes it an absolute hassle and unpleasant experience to help anyone that bought something. Avoid Ashley. They aren’t going to help you. Definitely don’t buy the extended warranty. Oh- the arm rest has no padding in it? Let’s just swap that one chair out for you. No problem. Oh- let our tech completely dismantle the couch, stick some padding in the arm rest and leave you with that. That seems absurd.
