I generally hate going to furniture stores and being followed around by a salesperson constantly asking me if I need help and pushing. I was approached by Mell and asked if I needed help -- I told him I'd like to look around and that I'd find him when I needed some assistance, and he gave me space to explore the store. He was nearby when I had questions, and when I made a decision, he helped get me all set up quickly and efficiently. Overall it was a very good experience and I look forward to getting my new sofa delivered this week.

We ( Cheryl and Thurston) had an Excellent experience at the Ashley Furniture store. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and well-organized, making it easy to browse their wide selection. The salesperson, Baraa who assisted us was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Later, the Ashley Manager, Alissa came to introduce, herself; which was very welcoming. Alissa, stepped in to assisted us, as well. She was very patient when we were confused about what to purchase; and assist us to making a solution. After spending hours and hours, looking at furniture; we shift to looking to purchase a mattress. Both Baraa and Manage Alissa took the time to understand what we was looking for in a mattress, explained the different options clearly, and helped us find the perfect fit without any pressure. What stood out most was their friendly and conversational approach—they made us feel comfortable and valued as customers rather than just another sale. By the end of our visit, not only was we confident in our mattress purchase, but we also felt encouraged to return for future furniture needs. It was a smooth, enjoyable experience that truly reflected excellent customer service. We feel as though, Baraa and Alissa from Southcenter location Ashley Store, are apart of our family!
