First time that me and my wife shopping at Ashley , and we had help by Sydni H , she is wonderful and helpful .
Awful service. We purchased three nightstands from this store and they confirmed the delivery date and the purchase went through. Then on the delivery date, we received no calls, no emails, and no communication about the order and they never showed up. I called customer service that evening and they said that they had cancelled the order and put a financial hold on my account with no communication about it. They told me to contact the store to figure it out. I went to the store in person and they said that they had made a mistake and forgot to attach a sheet to the order for the warehouse so they weren’t able to process it. They claimed that they put in a request to expedite our order and that the warehouse would contact me the next day to schedule the delivery. Three days later, after receiving no calls, I called customer service and they told me that they went ahead and scheduled the delivery for a month from now. However, I received no contact or confirmation about this decision and I had to reschedule it over the phone. I am very disappointed with the service here as we have been customers with a different branch of Ashley’s for many years but after this we will definitely reconsider purchasing from them in the future.

We went to the store on July 6 to browse dining set and couches, met Jamal as our sales associate- he was polite, informative and pointed out features of our interested items. He and manager offered us good discounts- set up next delivery - the delivery and set up was flawless and on time. Went in to Ashley's just to look around for some furniture, but left with many items! The worker who helped us, Jamal, was very kind, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. He made the experience comfortable and less stressful. He even let my family and I move items around the store to help us envision how our setup would look like. I'd recommend checking the store out during sale season! 🙂

I have never experienced customer service as bad as Ashely furniture. Their furnitures broke within a month of using it, mind you we barely even sat on the chairs. We have purchased insurance, which was a waste of money. Their customer care went back and forth with us repeating themselves for the past few months until they finally sent a delivery driver who literally came, looked at us and drove right off and when we called customer care they said contact the store we can’t help. The delivery drivers name was felipe. He literally pulled up, and left while we are WATCHING. we had to spend hours trying to get a hold of someone during our work hours for zero help and no answer and then drive an hour just to get a hold of a manager since no one will pick up the phone at the store. Absolute garbage, shame on your customer service Ashley furniture.

*Disclaimer: Really long review due to the nonsense and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with this company/store. Really poor experience and customer service. I intentionally chose Ashley’s since it’s a well known furniture chain hoping they would have better operations, communication and customer service. Bought a sofa and booked delivery for a week out. The day of they called and informed me they were unable to delivery since the truck was too big and roads too narrow. Informed me they would call and reschedule. Did not call to reschedule. I called a few days later to find out what happened. They apologized and said they would connect with the warehouse for an availability. I told the person (I think it was a call center) what day and time and was informed they would call in few days to confirm the delivery. Again, did not receive a call. The day I was supposed to receive the sofa I called the store to find out what happened. The store associate apologized, he said he see’s the notes and that I called. He tried reaching the warehouse but was unable to since they were closed. He informed me someone would call me the following day. This is now going on 3 weeks. I received a call from the call center informing me of my delivery options. I told them I was on a tight schedule, had limited windows and would be out of town for 2 weeks the following weekend. She said she would see what she can do. I informed her of my experience thus far and let her know that it is their responsibility to make it right since they have not followed through on their obligations. She said I would receive a call within 24-48 hours and I informed her that 48 hours is Memorial Day so I would need a call by Sunday to make any adjustments to my schedule. I never received a call. I called the store asking to speak to a manager and the person that answered stated they were the office manager. I informed them of my experience and requested a refund since I no longer wanted their product. She apologized for my experience and stated that I would be receiving my refund within 24-48 hours. 4 days later, still have not received my refund which is why I’m writing this review. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and the person that answered the phone stated they were the office manager. I informed them of what happened and they stated I did not receive my refund since the sofa was still on the truck and not in their inventory. WHAT?!!! I was/am livid. I paid $1400 for a sofa that I do not have, I’ve been misinformed about the process, I’ve had beyond poor communication and due to your lack of follow through I have not received my refund?! The person on the phone informed me I can come in store and get a refund. I told her I was out of town and told them that for the past 2 weeks so they need to figure out a way to make it right. She informed me that she’ll allegedly be able to refund me today and would call me back within a few hours. I told her my credit payment is due and need the refund so I don’t pay interest on it. They’ve had enough time to figure out a solution and I’ve been more than patient with them. So here I am at four weeks with no sofa and money still not refunded. I wish I could go to the store and tell the people looking to purchase from them to not and tell them of my experience. They need a retraining on effective customer service and possibly new management because this is beyond absurd. Do better!
We came in to order a coffee table and the African American lady that helped us barely cared to go over terms and conditions, any shipping or pick up information, wasn’t paying attention to see if she did in fact added the military discount, and overall body language was just off. I can tell she mainly cared to get rid of us and help the other family that was nearby. I don’t care if she’s helped them before, she needs to work on her customer service by a lot. I never got an emailed receipt. I regret having her help us tbh.

My husband and I went to Ashley Store to look at beds for our guess bedrooms. The sales rep Jamal greeted us upon our arrival with a friendly smile. Jamal introduced himself and asked an important question “are you looking for something specific? We said yes and he said I can show you where are bedroom sets are! From that moment on Jamal was not pressuring us but standing by to just answer our questions. We decided to purchase a bed and mattress for both guests rooms. Jamal was professional, knowledgeable of Ashley’s products and had a genuine concern about our needs! We will be shopping at Ashley in the future and we will be asking got Jamal!!!

I ordered a dining table and chairs, but what I got was completely wrong. The table was different from the one I saw in the store, and the chairs were the wrong color. I tried to fix the problem by calling customer service and visiting the store, but they still sent the same wrong chairs on the second delivery! I'm fed up with the store's poor communication and excuses. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Every time I call, they make excuses and take forever to fix the issue. It's really frustrating and disappointing.

Sydni helped us over a period of 2 days as we bought a lot of living and bedroom furniture. Her manager also stepped in to assist us, provide all the useful information and they helped us with getting good discounts. Overall extremely satisfied with their professionalism, cooperation and all the help. I tend to pay close attention to detail and understand I can get a little too detailed about little things. I’m happy both of them were extremely patient with me and cooperative.

We were greeted though mostly left alone, as I prefer. I hate it when people are 6 inches from you. Both Josh and Bo were very helpful and I made a good deal today with both a chair, ottoman and a Tempur-pedic mattress.

We purchased a sectional couch and a rug from Ashley and had it all delivered. The purchasing experience was good, fairly speedy and the sales person was very helpful. This is the only reason this review didn’t get 1 or 2 stars. We took the day off work to be home for the delivery which never came. Ashley had decided to reschedule our delivery for the following week with no communication to us. We now had to take an additional day off work. We asked for our $250 delivery charge to be refunded and Ashley declined, they eventually agreed to refund half the charge which does not make it good since I had to burn a day off to be home. The couch is great.

We had the couch delivered and assembled in my unit within 2 days of picking it out at the showroom! The prices are also very affordable here (in comparison to the Macy’s CLEARANCE store where prices do not even drop below $1000). Highly recommend this shop for buying a sofa!

DONT BUY the protection plan especially protectall. Even though you are still within the warranty, they will find the loop hole called "Gradual wear" to deny the claim. If you get a protection plan, use it within that 1st year of purchase.

It was a great experience in-store, Ariel did a fantastic job working with us and being patient as we discussed options. Ended up getting a couch and a rug. This was in January 2024, scheduled to deliver 3 months later in April. On the other hand, the delivery process has been a disaster. It was supposed to be delivered Monday 4/15, to our new place. I called the Saturday before to confirm the delivery date. Monday midday rolls around, and I haven't heard anything from Ashley's. I call in to track my delivery, and am told that the delivery was cancelled because the rug wasn't in stock. I don't care about the rug as much, it can just be put in after the couch is placed. They tell me they'll expedite the couch to me by Tuesday or Wednesday as a "partial delivery" then deliver the rug later. Wednesday morning rolls around, and I still have heard nothing. I called in and found out it was cancelled AGAIN. It's now set to arrive on Saturday, a day I won't be home for and have to send someone to sit at my place to sign for the pick-up. The cancellations and reschedules were frustrating, but things happen (though maybe they should have it more together for a delivery 3 months in advance 🤔). That part's moderately understandable, and forgivable. The unacceptable part of this was that I didn't receive ANY notifications/calls/emails about any of this. All communication happened because I called in. A ridiculous lack of customer care happens once the money is paid.

Horrible customer service, they lie and will rip you off. DO NOT SHOP HERE. We bought an adjustable tempurpedic here in 2020. They charged us $10000 total. I thought that was high so I went to mattress depot and they quoted me THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS for the same exact setup. Then when I tell Ashley, they say I can't refund the item but they'll give me gift cards to make up the difference. I have no choice but to take it. Turns out the several 50 or hundred dollar gift cards they gave me can only be used individually. This is probably the worst place you could go to buy furniture, not to mention none of their stuff is even comfortable. They've been scam artists since they were Levitz. Avoid this horrible business at all costs.

I bought a couch from Ashly in 2020 with a protection plan. It broke and was repaired once before GSB refused to fix it and dragged its feet with the store credit for the replacement. GSB is no longer used for the protection plane with Ashly due to similar issues, and this is not a review for GSB, but I needed to provide the context for the following part of the review. Helyn from the Tukwila store assisted me in getting the store credit. After she got involved, the process flowed in a couple of days. They allowed me to go pick out a replacement with sales rep Albert who helped me pick a fantastic new couch and coffee table. They let me use the sales that weekend even though the store credit had not cleared. I returned once the credit was paid out and paid the difference with the sale. Both items shipped and were delivered within a few days without issue. Thank you again, Helyn and Albert, for all your help. You made a frustrating situation with GSB turn into a good experience once you got involved.

Ashley Furniture’s handling of my dining table and chair order was a disaster. The salesperson messed up the order, resulting in split deliveries and delays. Customer support was unhelpful and unable to resolve issues effectively. Cancelling the order was a hassle, and I received no confirmation. Ultimately, I turned to Costco for a better experience. Avoid Ashley Furniture if you value efficiency and good service.

I really do not like going to large furniture retailers as it reminds me of going to an auto dealer. And all the pain involved just to get a price b/c many times the online catalog doesn't give you the feel. I retired from 10+ years in tech business development. My last stint was in cybersecurity. "We" were dreading the journey. HOWEVER, @Ashley in Tukwila, we met a very good salesperson - Ricky. He is excellent and made the sales process a nice adventure. He's taking a break from tech startups. ;-) Friendly and took time to understand what our needs were. I was ready for the negotiation. The price was below what we anticipated so good on him and his manager for that. Based on our experience I recommend Ashley and look/ask for Ricky. You should be pleasantly surprised. Especially if you are a business dev/sales person and appreciate thoughtful, customer oriented selling.

We’ve driven by Ashley Furniture for many years and today was the day we went in. Omg! The moment we entered the store, we received the best customer service from RR! He explained it’s a showroom it would take 10-12 business days for delivery with assembly. I found a fabulous couch and dining table! RR was knowledgeable, professional, fun and, honest. Checking out was quick and easy. We picked the date that our furniture will be delivered as well. Consider stopping in Tukwila location Ashley Furniture and looking for RR! He’s the best.

If I could, I would rate them 0 stars!! I have never had so many issues with a furniture purchase. First, the salesman lied to us on the delivery date of our furniture, the delivery date arrives and they bring us the wrong sleeper sofa (the other sofa had to be delivered a different date), they come back to pick it up but can't deliver the correct one because it was damaged. We waited a two more weeks for it to get delivered only for it to break after 3 weeks!!!! File a claim, wait another week or two for a tech to tell us that it needs to be exchanged which we figured because the frame hold our sleeper mattress broke. Spend a week calling ashley to get an update and finally get it delivered today. Only to see that the couch is stained with blood and has an odor!! This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a new couch not used. If i wanted used, i could have found one on online. Customer service is hit or miss and now we have to wait for ANOTHER person to look at it before they can even do another exchange. The original rep said they could clean it 🤢🤢🤢. I'm sorry but I don't want furniture with someone else's blood.

"Four stars" is my initial rating based on the ease of finding and purchasing what we were looking for. Russ, our sales person, did an excellent job of actually listening to what we wanted (so many sales people try to direct you to what they want to SELL rather than what you want to BUY), showing us the options and then completing the sale remotely, after we'd taken a few hours to consider our options. I say this is my "initial" rating because the item we ordered won't be delivered for several weeks, so I can't yet provide a rating for my total experience but so far, so good!

The only disappointment I have is that after paying in full for my purchases, I now have to wait almost a month for my delivery. Had I known that, I might have chosen a different furniture store!!!
Isn’t it bad when you have to ask a sales associate to stop following you around the store ? As I walked in was asked if I needed help and replied “I’m just looking”, she then followed me around the whole store staring at me. I made sure she got her daily steps in though !!! As a side note their furniture is grossly over priced for the quality it is. The furniture is made of poorly covered MDF, pay a little more and get good quality classical furniture that will last. The trash they sell here won’t last a couple of years, Ikea is better quality.

We ordered a lot of furniture from Ashley a few weeks ago and our barstools came to us as bar height instead of counter height. The sales associate incorrectly entered the item number in her POS system and my wife and I didn't notice. We asked the associate numerous times to make sure she ordered the correct item and she said she did. When the product was delivered, there were numerous deliveries arriving at the same time and we didn't check the shipping bill. I called customer service to simply ask for an exchange as these bar stools aren't even being used yet and in the same packaging that they arrived but was denied. I asked the customer service lady for a manager's phone number at the store and she was not allowed to give it out. LOL. What a terrible customer service organization......I guess I will cut them down myself and will never shop there again. This will be a great teaching moment for my 60 employees about how important it is to make it an easy enjoyable process for the customer rather than pointing at a bill that says they shipped the correct product. So frustrating.
We bought a sectional from Ashley Furniture and its arrived in a couple of days they delivered and arranged all the pieces. We are so in love with it.

I went in to look at furniture, ended up buying two pillows on clearance because we ran out of time. Well to buy these two pillows, we had to create an account, pay for the pillows, then wait for all the paperwork (again for the clearance pillows) to be collected from two places in the store. Since then I've received three emails and two texts from this store about my purchase of eleven dollars worth of pillows.

We live in Issaquah, but make the trek to Tukwilla to go to Ashley anytime we need furniture. Recently we purchased a next generation couch, plus side tables and coffee table. Pat was amazing working with us! We were in and out within an hour. 12 month no interest financing is the way to go.
Furniture is really good quality, also considering they have a good warranty. Carlos helped me find a couch that fit my small apt perfectly, and taught me soo much about how they make their furniture, it was a pretty awesome experience 10/10.

great selection, but the staff are like poachers. you get different price’s depending on who you talk to. They say “free shipping” but charge $200 for them to bring it inside “assemble” . i’ve bought a couch here in the past and wasn’t happy with it. Only reason i came back to try again is because they messed up my order 2 years ago and i found out i had over $100 credit. 2 years after my purchase. i wouldn’t recommend to my family and friends better off buying at fred meyers or even costco!

Chair was delivered and made awful creaking noises. I thought this was maybe because it is new. I gave it two weeks, then noticed broken wood coming out the bottom. Ashley's said they can only exchange furniture within 72 hours. I had no idea. This was not stated anywhere. So now, I paid almost $1000 for a broken chair. I hate the loud creaking sound so we don't use it. This company does not stand behind their furniture or its quality. Needless to say, I bought my bedroom set, couch, and entertainment set from a different company.
Came into Ashley today because I needed a new couch. September greeted me at the door and was nice enough to guide me to a couch within budget and that I liked . She had a great attitude with a willingness to help. I had been to a couple other stores before walking into Ashley and the employees were nothing like that. Needless to say I made the purchase with her. Go see September at Ashley she won’t let you down !

I first went to the Auburn store and was hounded by attendant’s after asking for time to browse through the store. When it came time to purchase I was told that my furniture could be “thrown” at the front door if I didn’t pay for the premium delivery. I visited the TUKWILA store and it was a completely different experience, Anissa and her manager Mary were very detailed oriented and explained everything about delivery and premium pricing.

We bought a new couch and were promised a delivery date of Wednesday. In order to be there for the delivery, we took a vacation day. When the couch arrived, it was unpackaged and damaged. The delivery people advised us not to take it, because they said it appeared to be used. we were then forced to get a redelivery a week later, but a big part of our motivation in purchasing this particular couch from Ashley was the delivery date. Ashley declined to give us any compensation, or find a way to deliver the couch earlier. Disappointing to say the least.
Mary, Jose, and the whole team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in answering any questions and concerns I had and were all around so wonderful.

The sofa has a nail sticking out and insurance asked us to fix it after which they would patch the hole…2 years of use but the sales people have lied to us about the insurance . Will never be going to Ashley ever again.

I ordered my son a loft style bunk bed with computer. It came out to almost $400. I ordered it online. I got no email, follow-up no phone number to contact anyone. No order of confirmation so I couldn't find my order for them. Took 4 and a 1/2 months to deliver the bedset which I was unaware of what's coming and I was out of town so though the bedset was taken by a neighbor. I filed a claim with Ashley found out the delivery date. I then found my bed now Ashley will not assist with the return. Of the bedset. They're stating it took me too long. To reach out to them. I had filed a stop payment with my bank. Because I thought it was a scam since I had no contact information. Ashley has no help to me at all. And I'm out $400

I went to lynnwood store and the manager were not helpful and did not care about our wishes and what we wanted. He was very unpolite with us and wasted our time. We ended up driving 1 hour to Tukwila because of the bad sales they had. DO NOT buy from Ashley. I purchased a loveseat on 6/3 with the expected delivery date on 6/6. A couple days later I was told it was out of stock and will be delivered on 6/13. The next day I was told it will be delivered on 7/1. So I called to canceled the order on 6/9. Now it's been two weeks and they still haven't given me the refund, and they told me to wait for another 3 days to get a response. Absolutely terrible service.
I'm certain that no buyer has received his item on time, or at least a week after the specified time. This store needs to be monitored by the owner and the concerned authorities. Look at all the reviews. Everyone complains about delivery and constant lying in set up the delivary time, not now but over the past 8 years. I bought some furniture almost 6 years ago, and I got a very funny story where I did not receive the furniture even after a month of purchase and communication with boring customer service, and I've already decided not to deal with this store again, until 10 days ago, I had to buy something new and my wife told me that she does not think that the problem of six years will be repeated, they must have improved and developed. Look what happened today 🤣 Within one hour I received two calls from Ashley's staff, the first told me that we have to delay your order by a week, and the second said we need to delay your order by two weeks behind the specified date and there is no guarantee of that. I'll leave the decision to y'all!
They will be nice to you until sale is complete and that's it. The dining table I bought was delivered to us a month later (this was agreed upon, so fine) and the guys that came to deliver were in a hurry to leave, and they didn't assemble my table well (for which we had paid $100+). On calling the customer service back, they promised that they'd send a technician 3 days later. I took off expecting the technician only to realize later after calling them that they rescheduled on their own without letting me know. The lady I originally spoke to said she will initiate an email for refund, however, the new lady who informed me of the reschedule said need to go to the store where I bought. Sneaky practices, subpar delivery and assembly experience. Never buy from them. Edit: after a year the dining table broke, however, Ashley actually gave me a replacement table for free. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars just for this gesture.

I recently made a purchase from Ashley and was having some issues with a defective product. I reached out to the customer service line and was having trouble getting information about what I needed to do to file a warranty claim. I decided to reach out to the Tukwila store and ended up talking to Helyn, the office supervisor. Helyn was extraordinary, she immediately took charge of my issue and began working on getting me a solution. Getting everything resolved took a few days and Helyn stayed on top of it the entire time. She said she’d call or email me to keep me in the loop and, to my honest surprise, she did exactly that. I was able to be connected with the escalation team who set me up with a technician. After getting the appointment set up, Helyn called to make sure I had received a call from Ashley and had gotten my appointment scheduled. I am so impressed with this store’s commitment to customer service and specifically with how wonderful Helyn was throughout the process. I can tell you, as I continue shopping for furniture pieces, this is the store that will get my business every single time. Huge thanks to Helyn and the Tukwila Ashley team!

When I arrived at the store with my daughter, two sales representatives were having a conversation. One of them saw me looking around- Kumamoto Agnihotri. He interrupted his conversation with his colleague (who clearly saw me and didn’t pause one second). Mr. Agnihotri asked if he could help me. It was perfect because I knew exactly what I wanted (I had been on-line) and he assisted me in making a purchase for my deck. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and certainly reflected the motto, “customers come first.” I was happy to make the purchase and am thrilled to give this five-star rating to an awesome salesman and human being who saw me when his partner refused to.
Trinity was really patient and allowed me to ask question after question I not only ended up with a bed, but I also ended with a nice couch & dining table, with an plan to finance these items with a low interest credit card . Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT shop here. I got a defective couch that was exchanged. I had to purchase a new warranty and was told the warranty on the defective couch would be returned. I’ve been calling every single week for the last 2+ months and every time I get told “you will receive the refund today or tomorrow.” Still nothing. Very shady business practices. Also be warned that when you exchange a defective couch the refund you get will be much smaller than what you paid, since they won’t refund all the taxes and fees. The couches are also poorly built.
Delivery was great. Very pleased with the sofa and the price.
Trouble shooting is clutch. Not enough said in reviews when all the team works like a “TEAM” a win for both the customer first and the sales team. Will continue to shop this Ashley whenever able!

I went to the Ashley Furniture store in Tukwila to search for a chair for my dressing area. Helyn was my salesperson and was very patient and helpful in my selection. if you are looking for new furniture for your place just go somewhere else i have good service from the sales guy but he lie , after payment was done he told me i have to wait 1 month for delivery is ridiculous i have and other quote from other furniture they told me 3 days delivery after deal close anyways i trust on sales guy i told him its ok if delivery is made before april 19 because i have a trip out town after the 19 april and guess what i have delivery but incomplete they told me i have to wait another month for the rest of my order B S , I dont like to leave bad reviews but ashley furniture deserved it,im still waiting for the shipment from china or i don't know from where but 2 months is ridiculous so they can bring the rest of my order !!!!!!!!

I met a very patient sales associate name Lacey Johnson. Being sixty nine years old and being my first time shopping for new furniture was kinda of scary. But she has excellent customer service. I walk out with all the things I need. She made sure my things were delivered on time. She told me that she would make it hassle free and she did. I have told several friends to ask for her. I just want to say good job young lady.

This place is awesome for people moving into their first apartment or home (me). I went in and kinda walked around looking at sofas and an associate helped me out. He asked what I was looking for and I gave him a very general idea and so we started looking at different sofas and was able to give him and idea of what I wanted as far as color or style of sofa. After a few minutes, we were able to find a sofa in stock at their warehouse and was exactly what I was looking for. Don’t bother going to IKEA. Ashley’s has proper furniture that isn’t cheaply made college kid products. If anything, Ashley’s prices are lower and better quality. Out the door with taxes and delivery/assembly includes, the total was lower than even the cheaper sofas IKEA sells without tax and delivery. They were so helpful and were able to narrow down what I wanted and that’s exactly what I got for much cheaper than I predicted.

The store staff were great at time of purchase. After giving my NEW phone number 2x. It still was not in system I set up my delivery and setup for the 24th. Heard nothing. Went into the store to find out it was there error and then wouldn't refund my delivery fee. Could NOT guarantee next day delivery. Had to cancel my order. How unprofessional. My friends daughter brought a bedroom set and paid for delivery...that was left at the office for her to take to her apt. Horrible!
Ashley has a very good selection and I just took my time and browse the store. When I found what I wanted my sales rep was super helpful and we got the transaction completed very efficiently. My delivery won’t be for one month so I can’t speak about that yet. But my sales experience was very good. Update: delivery was excellent. It came when it was scheduled, I was kept informed by the driver of when they would arrive, and when they did get here, the delivery staff was so friendly. They check to make sure each piece is in good condition and made my delivery a really good experience.

I bought i mattress from there was not what i wanted not firm had holes they came took pictures and still no solution they said 72 hours will contact you to see what will happen and nothing I got my mattress since dicember and now they will not change it for another one, I have a 1 year warranty, they had me go back and forth im really disappointed. Never will buy from there again I was told it was a great place to buy i guess not !!
Updated* Recently purchased a bedroom set, dresser and two night stands. Delivery was scheduled for February 26, 2023 between 845am and 1245pm. It showed up at 8pm that night. We called 3 different times that day about when the delivery would arrive and spoke with call center staff that sounded like they were stoned out of their minds. Not one call from Ashley saying the delivery was delayed. The furniture arrived in undamaged boxes for a momentary sigh of relief. Once we unboxed the the furniture one of the night stands marble tops was unlevel and there was a tear in the felt lining the top drawer. We called the Tukeilla Ashley store where we purchased the furniture the next day and were informed that since we didn't pay for "premium delivery" we would have to return the piece to the warehouse over an hour away south of Tacoma. This is insanity. For clarity, they delivered an expensive piece of furniture that wasn't damaged from delivery but defective from the manufacturer. And now I have to take half a day out of my time to deliver the defective piece to your warehouse so you can have another one delivered to my house? Guys, this is 2023 we all have camera's phones and email. The office manager at Ashley Tukwilla says that "it's against Ashley's policy and there's no way to send pictures of the defective furniture". I tried to reason with her, look you're going to have to deliver a new piece anyway. Let me send you pictures of the piece, it's obvious it is defective. Then deliver the new one and pick up the trash you sent in the first place. This "policy" is a complete screw you from Ashley furniture to every customer. The lack of customer service is absolutely mind boggling. We are currently awaiting a call from the general manager whom I called two days ago without response. Called again today and have a second request to speak with the manager. Never received a call back. Update* Visited the store March 9th and again the office managers complete lack of interest in rectifying the situation was really crazy. Then, thankfully the sales manager came over and listened to me, looked at the pictures and said, "It's clearly not damage from shipping, I don't know why we couldn't equal exchange the bad piece for a new one." She then needed to talk with another manager to clear it. Thanked her and went on my way. Received a call the following day to schedule delivery. Bottom line, is it shouldn't be this hard to get somewhere when a company like Ashley delivers you a piece of trash furniture.

The delivery and return process were abysmal. My situation: I had to exchange some furniture because it was too big for my space. During the exchange process, they didn’t delivery when they said they would. They did not coordinate to have the love seat I was returning to be picked up when they delivered my sofa. For weeks, I received messages twice a week with incorrect information. Then I had to spend time calling Ashley to correct the delivery and pickup. Overall, very frustrating experience.
I’ve been trying to get my elite award for months now. My order was complete in July and no one is helping me. I keep getting told my name is added to a list to be emailed but I haven’t received anything. Then when I call back, I’m told my name wasn’t on their list and they would expedite it. Now they aren’t answering at all.
So far so good. The furniture is beautiful great color. The seat cushions are a bit stiffer than what we sat on in the showroom but they may soften as we use them. Sales person was great not pushy and worked to get us a good deal
Stay far away! Price does not match the quality or service provided and there are so many other furniture options in the area. You will waste your time and money. I purchased a bed and dresser, the first noticeable issue is the off gassing . These pieces smell like they were just varnished morning of delivery and the smell doesn’t disappear. The main and major issue is they delivered broken pieces, i drove the broken pieces to their warehouse but they couldnt not be exchanged 1. Thats not their process (even though i was told by a sales rep to do that) 2. They didnt have the pieces in stock even if they could exchange it. The new pieces they scheduled for delivery and canceled/changed the delivery twice. Only to finally deliver more scuffed and broken pieces. Their solution? Send a technician out with a brown marker to paint the cracks. For the cost, it’s unacceptable.

I left my first review 9 months ago and guess what?? I am STILL trying to get resolution from Ashley Furniture for a broken sofa sleeper! If you really want to experience the WORST customer service buy a piece of Ashley furniture, it will break and then you can spend the next 1 1/2 YEARS (yes years!!!) trying to get resolution. As it stand ZERO resolution, zero help, zero replacement...zero! I still own a sofa sleeper bed that has NEVER worked! Yea! 0 stars! Bought a sofa sleeper. Pulled bed out sat on it and the frame bent. Broken! They will not return this as I moved from the zip code I purchased it in. The "warranty" is there to cover THEM not you as a consumer. I would be so very carful buying furniture from here. Ask in detail what any warranty covers because it's there to protect them not you!
They ran two of our cards over and over again saying it was our cards declining when we knew it was your system. Once they figured it out and it finally approved, I asked for their names and business cards for the three people helping us in case all the times they ran our cards end up going through. They ignored me. I had to ask several times and finally the only response I got was to just call the store number and someone will help. One employee said to my wife "its not my problem, I don't know what to tell you". Needless to say there are a lot of furniture stores that will gladly take our money so we will never step foot in your stores again. I now see why you guys keep downsizing. Your customer service is a joke.

I walked into this store late evening after my days work. These ladies are in this store were welcoming and full of positivity. They guided me through after telling them what exactly I needed. It was closure but they stayed until I were satisfied with what I needed. I couldn’t get it all done in one night so I came back the following day to have my entire purchase complete. They were really helpful, knowledgeable and too welcoming which put a smile on face all through. I left the store with what I needed and fortunately my what I picked was all in stalk and going to be delivered on time as I requested.

Bought a sectional from here 4.5 years ago and yesterday one of the seat covers ripped in the wash. Came into the store today to ask if I could buy a replacement cover (did not buy their protection plan originally) only to find out the model had been discontinued. A few different people on the floor told me buying just a seat cushion cover couldn't be done and I would have to buy an entire sectional piece, but the ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help and eventually reached someone at the parts department that could send me the replacement cover for free.
The best way to review this store is to look at the experience we had of buying a kitchen table from them. We bought a beautiful table from Ashley Furniture. We loved how it looked in the showroom, and were happy with it at first. Very sturdy and high-quality. Then over the course of just a couple of weeks through normal dinner time use, we noticed it started to show a lot of wear. The finish essentially comes off! After a bit over a year, it now looks absolutely awful and we're very disappointed with our purchase. I made the mistake of not acting on the table issue sooner, as now that I'm past the one year warranty, Ashley Furniture won't do anything to help. Their online support people say to contact the store because it's past 12 months, the number you get for the store says to call warranty support, and I can't even get the warranty support system to understand I'm pressing "1" on my phone for English. I won't purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again given the poor quality of what they sell and lack of customer support on the purchase.

I thought we had a great experience in the store but when we verified the receipt after we left I saw that we were charged for delivery , which we do not need. My mom returned to the store 40 minutes later and was told they would cancel the delivery and fee, no receipt was given to her to confirm. A few weeks later we get an email that the items are in stock and to select a delivery date, again my mom talks to someone and tells them that the delivery charge was supposed to have been reversed and we want to pick up as previously discussed, they promised this will be done. A couple days later we call to confirm the warehouse location, so the person we have arranged to pick up the furniture can go. Now my mom spends an obscene amount of time being bounced around several people and told that we have to take the delivery option and pushed into several options for days and times, none of which work around her schedule. So she canceled the entire order, hopefully they actually canceled it instead of promising to and not ever canceling it like they did the delivery charge. She was told they could not produce a receipt for the cancelation, which I think is odd because isn't that needed for customers records?
We purchased a chair and couch that we were really excited about. After it was delivered we were getting settled into our new place and didn't get a chance to enjoy it. Once we started sitting on the furniture for an extended period of time we realized it is extremely hard on our backs and we wanted to exchange it for something else. After submitting a claim with Ashley customer service, we found out our exchange was denied because we hadn't contacted them within 72 hours since we had selected a special delivery. This return policy was not mentioned to us at the time of purchase or included on our receipt. Meanwhile, if you select standard delivery you have up to 30 days to return according to their website. Ultimately it feels like Ashley Furniture does not want their customers to be satisfied or love their purchase. Now I'm stuck with furniture I can't enjoy because I'm worried about getting back problems but don't know what else to do. It's also a shame because my husband and I were planning to purchase more furniture from them but they just seem unreasonable. Would love to see Ashley furniture have a human element to the way they handle their business.

The worst experience in my life. Ordered furniture in April 2022. Informed due to COVID back orders are greater than normal. From July up to my scheduled delivery date of Sept. 27th I spoke to 4 people to confirm delivery my date. Day prior & day of my delivery I receive text confirmations. Not to mention the texts and emails received up to delivery date that there was availability to deliver my furniture earlier. Day of my delivery I received a phone call at 10:30AM stating that the drivers are a MINIMUM of 15 mins. out. 1 hour and 1/2 later no Ashely. I called the delivery dept. only to be told there was a Credit problem with my delivery. I was approved for 12 months No Interest and used that account card when making my purchase in the Store in April. Needless to say I was livid, I mean livid and was very rude to the young man taking my call. I have now been on hold with Ashley for about 1 hour to speak with someone regarding this issue, The store does not answer the phone, therefore my call was rerouted to Customer Service. Ashely has very serious and poor customer service issues. I will be cancelling this order and shopping elsewhere and will never, ever step foot in an ASHLEY STORE.

We got a couch set and spent about $3,500 for our living room furniture. After struggling to fit everything in the right place for 5 days straight, we decided to just return the recliner. When we got our receipt out, we realized that they do not allow returns unless it is a damaged piece. I am not writing this review to complain. I just want to let people know that this store and maybe other furniture stores as well do not allow returns. We rearranged our furniture to a not very ideal way to fit in the recliner since we couldn't return it. We will not shop at Ashley's again knowing they have a No-Refund policy.

The sales associate kept following me around the store commenting on the furniture that I was trying out, and it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I know he was trying to be helpful, but it was entirely evident that he was following me the entire hour that I was there. lol It was just weird to me...especially when I said I wanted to browse and test things out myself. However, as soon as I purchased a couch that I liked, it was very clear that he was done helping me. He gave me very short responses and even said that he needed to go do some other work. I still had questions about the delivery of my furniture, but he was not interested in helping me out. I guess the sale is the only thing that mattered to him. I shop at Ashley because of the vast furniture selection, but each time, the customer service is the literal worst. I'm going to be rethinking where I shop for furniture in the future.
Sales reps were nice and helpful. But my sectional which was purchased in August, has had its delivery delayed 3 times, and will maybe show up October. If you want to buy furniture and never see it go to Ashley.
Ashley Furniture If you buy Ashley Furniture protection plan FORGET IT!!! ITS A SCAM!!! This is very frustrating to get an answer from anybody that works for this company. They transfer my calls 3 times to 3 different people to explain the wears and tears of mf sectional couch. I purchased the 5 protection plan and was promised with any damage for any reason they will Replace it! BS! This is really disappointing.

Went in to buy 3 sofas, got to the point where I was ready to order. Started giving my information, they were offering free delivery. Driving a sports car that was really important to me. Except, then they wanted me to pay an increased fee to bring it in my house and I inquired why it was more and not the free as advertised... they advised me if I did the free delivery that it would be placed in my driveway in the box it's shipped in and left; if there was any issues with the order, i.e. damdamages, I would be responsible for transporting the item(s) back to the warehouse to deal with on my own. The salesman advised me that they were not even allowed to open the packaging for inspection with the free delivery. At that point, I stopped the order. Told the salesman thank you for his time, but I felt that was very shady business practice and left. They lost over 6k pre-tax in sales over trying to charge extra for free delivery.

Took 7 months to deliver the table that was on display , and was promised to be delivered in a month. When it came it came without an extension that it was supposed to come with. A lot of headaches and time spent trying to get the product we paid for.
Worst experience with delivery team
Absolutely horrible experience with Ashley. Waited 6 months for our bedroom furniture to get delivered and when it finally showed up it was damaged from the factory and the contractors that were hired to deliver and set up our furniture didn’t have all the hardware needed to set it up so I have a bed that isn’t set up and we are forced to sleep on our air mattress until they can get back to finish the installation. When I called Ashley the rep couldn’t care less about our issues and tried everything she could to sell me on insurance for a product they shipped damaged. This isn’t the first thing I purchased from Ashley either. We purchased a tv stand and it was damaged as well and covered up by packing foam. Unfortunately we bought this off the show room floor on clearance so we were kinda stuck with
Bought a powered couch, loveseat, and recliner from them a little over a year ago. Recliner stoped working within the first 6 months we owned it and the loveseat began having frame and upholstery issues 2 months ago. I paid a lot of money for the set and purchased the 5 year “warranty” they sold me only to be told they will not honor the warranty whatsoever. Absolutely a terrible daily experience for my family who has to live with this garbage in our living room.
I had some issues with an order and went into the store to discuss with the Manager and I was blown away by the level of customer service. Ashley furniture turned a bad situation around and made it right. I am so grateful to the manager and team at Ashley in tukwila. The manager listened, cared was sincere and helped resolve our issue. This company is so trash. I put my order last September. now it has been a year already and my order is still not delivered. Every month I got an email saying it’s rescheduled to the next month No matter how I call the store or customer service. Part of my order is already in warehouse, they promised to deliver those items in stock first. And after another month, I was noticed my order was rescheduled because there are miss items🙂. Avoid this place. Live a happy life.

I have been super unhappy after all of my interactions with the staff at this store and Ashely customer service in general. There is a huge miscommunication issue between the store, Ashley customer service, and the delivery company they used for my furniture. Every time I have called, I am told new information and promised that someone will follow up with me - though this has not happened in over a month. They delivered coffee tables to me over a month ago and had an issue setting them up, and I have yet to be able to talk to anyone about when I will be receiving all of the parts to my tables. I finally asked if I could just return them because they are half set up and of no use to me and they said no. It has just been odd and I would encourage you not to deal with any of the delivery services if you can work around it. I'm honestly hoping this review sparks some kind of response from Tukwila staff because as of now I have had no way of getting any staff (have probably talked to over 5) to show interest in helping me out, or take steps to getting my issues solved. Their furniture is overpriced anyways so probably better off paying less elsewhere since the service is so terrible.

Save your time and money and buy furniture elsewhere because they're not going to deliver what you see in the store for 6 months although they tell you you will get it in 6 weeks!! They also have the worst customer service with a lot of bureaucracy to issue a refund. So, they simply keep your money for like 6 months without giving you prior notice and then refrain from issuing a refund. That's just a scam business!
Took order and immediately charged $xxxx of dollars, and 5 months in nobody ever called or updated or followed up as promised either by chat agents or store associates, despite numerous calls/walkins/on-line-chats. This is a scam company to say the least, and customer service is non-existent. Even requesting cancellation takes forever. Do not ever buy from this store.
Wish I could give them a 0 for customer service and quality and only wish I had read all the negative reviews before my mom purchased a bedroom set there. We took the comforter home with us and washed it and it completely fell apart at the seams. Took it back to the store in Tukwila and the manager was rude and refused to replace it. Canceled the whole order. After reading the reviews about the nightmares with delivery and not being able to get damaged product replaced I feel lucky we didn't go through with the order. From now on we will stick with Costco and Amazon.as they back up their products and have great customer service
Horrible Experience, will never ever do business with Ashley again. If possible I would give negative star for the time I had to waste and the effort I put in to get the furniture and service I paid for. - Delayed Delivery: Promised to deliver in 2 months but had to wait for 6 months that too after making multiple calls. They always schedule the delivery and cancel it a day before giving same reasons. - After paying premium price for the delivery and assembly, and 6 months wait, the delivery team tried to rush through the delivery and assembly in 5 mins and leave. While doing so they damaged my property and the highlight of the process is that the team didn't know how to assemble and one of the team member didn't help to assemble, i had to help them put it together. They didn't even bother to check if the furniture is functioning properly until I asked them to. - To put in a complain for the damages to my property I had to literally make more than 50 calls over the period of 3 months and finally give up as there is no satisfactory responce nor reasonable resolution offered. The store I bought from says they aren't responsible after delivery, the customer service says the delivery was through third party so they will have them contact me, it went in circles for months. They make fake promises and none of your calls are recorded or noted to continue conversation from previous discussion and request for what they have promised for damages. All the new person on the call will say is 'I don't know whom you spoke to last time nor I have notes of what you are saying' and will ask you to start over the issue. Don't waste your time and money here. There are much better stores with quality products and good customer service.
VERY untrustworthy and extremely poor experience all around. We were promised delivery in April and still haven't received any furniture. We've been jerked around for 4 months with no updates and a lack of support each time we've called. Thanks for taking our money and going MIA. Congrats Ashley, you lost a repeat customer.
The current supply chain has made it difficult for large item stores like Ashley to promise customer delivery eta. We bought a bed for my son 8 weeks ago and we were told the new eta is an additional 4 weeks. Be prepared to wait 3-6 months for your item to arrive. Ashley will not communicate delays and leaves you on hold for hours as you must push to have your voice heard as a customer. I feel bad for the employees in the industry but it is best to steer clear of inaccurate Ashley and buy from Amazon instead.

Alaijha was super helpful when my boyfriend and I were picking out a new sofa and barstools for our studio apartment. She made sure we got the best price and matched the online prices which were less than in store. She was super patient and I couldn't recommend her enough!
Very very poor and frustrating experience. No one at store is reachable. Mandatory 150USD for delivery. Poor experience throughout. Do not purchase anything at the store. For returns they ask to visit the store in person. Very antiquated
Terrible first time experience. They lie to you in store about deliveries. I bought a couch in Mid April and it was supposedly in stock at the warehouse and should have been delivered within a few days. It is currently mid May and the entire month they have not contacted me to notify me about why my couch continues to be delayed. If you don’t call them, they won’t call you. I have gotten automated text messages asking me to confirm deliveries, and even with doing that, my delivery has still been delayed until the very May and that’s what they told me when I called and asked why my furniture is not here today. Terrible company.
(UPDATE) - Our couch never arrived and they kept postponing the date for 8 months. We finally ended up cancelling it and getting a refund after a long wait. (BEFORE UPDATE)- 5 Stars. Our shopping experience with Alaijha was delightful. She was very patient and kind and helped answer all our questions. She was wonderful in helping us bag the best discounts for our purchase by price matching online. The store had a great collection with some amazing promotional discounts going on during our visit.

Completely untrustworthy and extremely poor delivery experience. Ordered a couch and love seat during thanksgiving and we are yet to receive the furniture. We were promised delivery in February and still (Apr 30th) haven't received the furniture. So we have been waiting for 4 months now since we ordered. After numerous calls and filing multiple cases with them one week ago we got a call saying our furniture was at the warehouse and was ready for delivery today between 8AM and noon. I had been getting mails and text messages reminding me of delivery on Saturday. We cancelled all plans for the day and stayed back waited for the delivery. Got a call at 10.00AM in the morning saying the furniture was on its way and 15 minutes away from delivery. At 1PM I get a call saying the love seat and couch never arrived in the warehouse and I am supposed to receive a callback in 24 to 48 hours to reschedule the delivery. Now this whole processes is supposed to start again.This is the most horrible experience I have encountered anywhere. Completely untrustworthy from Ashley and a horrible experience. This happened to my friend as well, but I thought that it might have been a one time thing and decided to give Ashley a chance. Well it is not a one time thing.
3 times I try to buy furniture here all 3 times back ordered this place sells hopes and dreams straight bs. Yeah yeah I return get my money back but it's the principle don't sell me stuff you don't have.
They have a terrible customer service and delivery experience. I placed the order in November and my delivery was supposed to be in Jan. It got moved to March and I wasn’t even notified. When I called the store to check on the delivery their response was poor and did not make any adjustments to fix it. And in turn the delivery team that came to my home was supposed to wait for 15 minutes after they reach for the owner to be available. But they left in 5 mins and when I called their number there was no response and they said they may not deliver it that day and moved it to May first week. Now as I don’t trust them I called them a few weeks before my delivery and I see that my delivery was changed to 3rd week of May. Again no notification on that. I also reached out to the sales person (Apashra Pat) and she hasn’t responded to me after I made the purchase. I am very much disappointed and I will not recommend, I will even think multiple times before I make a purchase from Ashley. All they want to do in store is to sell their products until which they quickly respond to your questions and concern.

My Girlfriend and I purchase a bed frame on November 26,2021 and we were told it will be delivered in February 2022. It is now April 23, 2022, and now I was told it mill be delivered in May. Look if you are looking for furniture DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY’s furniture! They will give you the run around and you will not get your furniture! I have been told 4 different dates of delivery and they keep moving the date because they are waiting on the footboard lol. Do not waste your time, shop somewhere else!

I had a very poor experience with Ashley furniture. I ordered furniture at the Ashley furniture in Tukwilla WA back in October 25, 2021 and I cannot get them to deliver it to me. First, they told me the mattress, night stand and dresser were available in the store but the bed frame wasn’t and would be delivered on December 15, 2021. I wanted them to deliver it at the same time with the bed frame. When it wasn’t delivered, I called the customer service to inquire the reason of the delay. The person over the phone told me there was back order because of Covid-19 which I understood. But he was very rude and told my next delivery date was February 11, 2022 and if I don’t want that I just can cancel my order. I said it was okay since it’s because of Covid, I understand. I even received a call from customer service to confirm my address so they could deliver it. Later their customer service left me a voicemail saying it was delayed again until April 15, 2022. So I went to the store to make sure they were going to bring it this time, but I was surprised again when I was told the delivery is scheduled again for May 22, 2022. But the sales person wasn’t even sure about it. I even told them i can switch the bed frame with a different bed frame if they don’t have my first option and take the mattress, dresser and nightstand with it. They finally told me none of them was available.I really like Ashley furniture but the customer service isn’t helpful. They are nice until you buy then they don’t care. I waited so long to get my furniture. It’s a waste of time.
I am updating on my last review.. Today ashley tried to deliver the replacement of my initial delivery of the queen bed headboard, footboard rails and box. The first thing i noticed was the items were already unpacked and was wrapped in a moving blanket. The delivery guys told me that it was to ensure there was no damage. I trusted them and while i was inspecting, i saw the damaged footboard again. It looked same as what they brought in last week. I could not accept the delivery.. And i never even thought ashley would do something like this. What should i do now.... horrible experience.. Attaching the photos... you can see it was bought wrapped in a blanket and the chipping.. very disappointing service UPDATE - I am not sure I am not able to add a new reivew or add a response to the store owner's response below. Went into the store to purchase a couch. Great selection, helpful salesperson, found a couch I really liked at a great price. I scheduled delivery for the following weekend, paying $300 for premium delivery. Less than 48 hours before delivery, I received a voicemail that there’s a delay and they’re pushing it out another week. I had already scheduled to have my old furniture hauled away so now I get to spend a week without any furniture. I called the store and they were rude and not helpful at all, not willing to reimburse for any portion of the premium delivery I paid for. I asked to speak with a manager and was smugly told they were busy. I was told they’d call me back “at my earliest convenience” and never did get a call back. I guess once they have your money, they’re not inclined to help anymore!
Never ever buy from Ashley furniture. Store manager helped me buy recliner for 3K and it has been 8months been pushed delivery multiple times . Now i got a call saying it was delayed delivery for another month. I drove 1 hr to the store to talk to the manager and he said he would speak and fix it with the manufacturer, but nothing. I did tell them its getting tough sitting on the floor . They haven’t offered any temporary solution also . Worst customer service faced by me . My suggestion is never ever buy at Ashley furniture.
Awful furniture and the worst ever customer service and support. Bought a couch 3 years ago and had a section defective and it’s been a struggle since then to be able to replace it with weekly attempts for 3 YEARs. SCAM
The experience was good but when the goods were delivered, one of the items was damaged while in the box. So I had to reschedule the delivery for that set of items. I have been rescheduled for a delivery date later this week. Hope the goods are not damaged and perfect this time UPDATE on April 9 - Today the delivery was done just few minutes back and it was again a broken damaged part of the bed. I had to again reschedule as I could nt accept the broken part. This is the 3rd redelivery attempt and it is extremely disappointing
I would give zero stars if I could. Stop lying to your customers. It is not the right way to do business. Do not believe anything they tell you in this store. We just recently moved to a larger house and we purchased a lot of furniture in store with a promise that they would be delivered within couple of weeks( a big lie). It has been 1.5 month now and each time I contact costumer service they give me a different date. I would never , ever buy from Ashley again.
BUYERS BEWARE. We bought a couch at the Tukwila location & we were told it could be delivered the following week. They made it seem like it was in stock at the warehouse. Then they called us & canceled it last minute. Then they sent us another msg rescheduling it for this Saturday 3/26 & it was confirmed by phone. Then shortly after they called us & canceled AGAIN!!! THIS IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. STOP lying to us & other people. I tried calling but no one answers. Why were we lied to in store saying the couch was in stock & now it has been canceled twice!! Stop lying and making false promises & be honest when we will be receiving our couch. That is not okay to have these automated messages saying it's going to be delivered, you get a confirmation, & then get canceled over and over again!! !!
I’ve called the past two days, asking to speak with the manager. Both times I was told he was busy in meetings. I called in regards to no follow up as promised as it relates to my order of several items. It is abundantly clear that the leadership at this location does not have customer focus. They do meetings well though!

Do not buy from them if at all possible! It's a money making scheme not illegal but unethical. 1. Average purchase $3500 2. Lets say 4 people spend that much a day just in Tukwila 3500x4x181 (6 months) = $2,534,000 per 6 months 3. Put that in a high yield investment say of 11% = 300k per 6 months I am in the wrong business :) These are conservative numbers but they are investing our own money, fill your Inbox with offers you cant block cause you are paranoid they will send a delivery date. Quality: In store it looks great Service: Better than years past Delivery: Extremely poor. We received a max of 8 to 10 weeks. It has been almost 4 months. I understand supply chain issues but this is ridiculous and unprofessional? I cannot tell you how many times we have had to change our lives to accommodate emails and phone calls and text message services about phantom delivery dates. We even had to come back from a trip visiting parents because their website said Feb 18 delivery date. And finally when they came to deliver after almost 4 months wait, they came with only 1 item. This warehouse has serious issues holding us hostage with our own money Part 2 Sequel All items came and guess what??? One of the items has major damage it is torn in the back from what looks like a forklift. We send images, they say we will send replacement on such and such date, we cancel everything so we can be at home to receive our replacement. And now: cancelled. We will send you another delivery date. :)
So I went to order something online just to be told that finance has to email you to be approved before you can order online which I never heard of that at all and the person I talked to couldn't even answer any of my questions nor why that was like that never again.
Don’t buy. Bought accent cabinet here early Jan and delivered damaged and requested return immediately and refund but still not received refund, and also representatives said refund is only for cabinet not including delivery fee which is against contract doc. Just poor quality and worst service.
Terrible experience! If I could give negative billions of stars, I would. Ashley Furniture has abysmal service and consistently provides false information. The delivery service was unbelievably awful. If you want to waste your money, time, and deal with headaches, steer clear of Ashley Furniture. Always be prepared for headaches later on if you buy anything from them. We purchased a bed, and KUMA assisted us in the store. He assured us the headboard was available but the bed rails were not yet. He provided a delivery date for both items. However, after waiting for two weeks, only the headboard was delivered, contrary to what was promised. We never received updates on the missing bed rail. When we contacted them, they promised to provide a shipment date but failed to do so. After two more weeks of waiting, the delivery person was incredibly rude. He claimed to be outside but left before I could open the door. He refused to wait and instructed us to arrange another delivery date through Ashley Furniture. We were then informed the next available delivery day was in one week. Frustrated, we decided to pick up the bed rail ourselves from the distribution center. Upon bringing it home, we discovered it was the wrong color. We returned to the store, where they acknowledged the mistake and assured us the correct order was available for pickup in three days. However, upon arrival at the distribution center, they claimed they didn't have our order for the past week. We left the wrong order at the distribution center and attempted to cancel our order and receive a refund at the store. The manager, a rude blonde-haired woman, refused to issue a refund without proof of returning the wrong order, despite our insistence and possession of paperwork. She even threatened to ban us from the store. This level of disrespect and incompetence is unacceptable. After a week, we finally received our refund. My wife and I are beyond frustrated and vow never to buy anything from Ashley Furniture again. They are a disgraceful company, and I urge others to shop elsewhere. Thank you for the headache, Ashley.

The guy I worked with at the store was incredible - super friendly and helpful. I checked out couches, found a few I liked and picked one, and was told it'd be delivered the following Friday. Then I was notified it was delayed a week. Then I was notified it was delayed another two weeks. Then (I kid you not) I was notified it was delayed another two weeks. Not sure if I'll ever get my couch and the worst part is I went with my second choice because my first choice was going to take months to be delivered - turns out both options take months to be delivered. It's too much trouble to cancel the order at this point but I wouldn't buy anything from here again and recommend you find somewhere else.
*Late review alert, but wanted to post it than never posting it* I bought almost 5k worth of furniture from here. I wanted to see if they could bargain the price further down since I'm buying a lot.. it could have been turned down and I would have been cool with it. Instead the manager said she cannot offer discounts.. and looking at the sales rep she said "if theyd like ask them to proceed and buy, else they can leave the store". The sales rep was extremely kind but the manager was very rude and harsh. Definitely not the way to treat a customer! I ended up buying since I value the store and its products than the manager who spoke to us.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not purchase anything from this store or any other Ashley HomeStore. Back in January we had a couch delivered which turned into a nightmare my poor mother had to deal with on my behalf as I was at work. The delivery guy refused to put a mask on initially to come into our home during a Pandemic. My mother asked him several times. He told her "I'm not wearing a mask, we are all going to die someday". She asked him again since he needed to enter our home to bring in the couch. He told her "I dont have to put on a mask, if you dont want me to come in I can leave your couch outside here on the grass". Completely disrespectful, unprofessional and thought it was ok to endanger others inside their own home. I escalated this incident to Customer Support and then refused to reprimand him, nor did they remove the delivery charge. This furniture company is trash. Go to Dania Furniture where the quality, value and professionalism is always consistent. Their prices are just as competitive. I will be taking up my complaint with BBB as well.
Horrible Experience! Would never buy here again! Spent thousands of dollars in a couch, a recliner, a bed, a mattress, and foundation. The saleswoman convinced me that there was a new mattress that was really good. I bought, and when it got home, the foundation was really high. It covered half the bed headboard. The delivery guys told me to call that they could come back and replace it. I immediately called, and they told me to send pictures. I did, then two weeks went by and did not hear back. Called back, and a very rude woman told me that if I wanted a different foundation, I should have refused the delivery, but because I accepted it, there was nothing they could do. I swear, this is the last time I ever buy anything here. Don't let these charlatans steal from you too!!!
Love this place!!! We shopped this store for the 1st time 6 months ago for a Sofa set. Quality of it was very good. Got delivered on time & assembled professionally! Went back to them for a Dinning table set, and got a good deal as a returning customer! Overall great experience for me & my family here :) I got to mention Mr. Ronnie Newton’s Customer service was outstanding !!! He was one of the main reasons I went back to this store for the Dining table set! Overall great store with amazing Customer service… would highly recommend for others :)
Horrendous customer service. Part of order was delayed and and wouldn’t be delivered until 3 months after purchase and customer service refused to process a refund because I had received a new debit card one month after purchase and claimed refunds could only be processed with the card that was originally used.
Terrible customer service. Please train your customer agents well before they start helping customers on field. We made a decision to buy a bed and it took 1.5 hrs for us to get through billing and get out just because the customer service agent did not know how to use the internal systems. Very disappointing and a waste of my time. Not going back here

Terrible experience. I bought my furniture at the store on Dec 3rd. Today is February 9th. When I first complained they promised me the delivery on Jan 29th. They didn’t even called, they haven’t done anything. I’m trying to call again today, I’m number 100 in line to speak to someone. Customer service at the store is also terrible. They promised to call back, never did.
First time and last time ever purchasing furniture here. Horrible experience nobody nows anything made my order since December and nothing has come. I keep calling customers service and they keep changing our delivery dates it's so ridiculous or they will say half the stuff is in the wear house but give it to someone else.

My husband and i shopped around for a bedroom set about two weeks ago. We specifically let the sales lady know we were looking for something IN STOCK as we did not want to wait weeks for our furniture. We had let her know we would pick up Jan 2nd after we got our keys. The bed set we agreed on was supposedly in stock. When we called this morning to set up a pick up time they let us know it was not and that we would only be picking up partial parts of the bedroom set. I wasted my time and money. Wasted time i could have been shopping around at other furniture store. Never considering ashelys in my future. Thanks for the headache.
Ordered a Leather Sectional and scheduled delivery for 12/11/21, I was called a couple of days before and they informed me that delivery was changed to 12/17/21, while waiting for my delivery on the 17th I decided to call for an ETA only to be told that it was not out for delivery because they didn't have it. The customer service is terrible and when I went back to the store to cancel my order there were other customers there complaining about the constant promises and let downs. I bought a beautiful leather sectional from a competitor instead. I have bought furniture from Ashley in the past but never again.

I had a nightmare experience with Ashely online so I was very hesitant to try going in person, but The manager Ray and my sales associate Navid truly restored my faith. I left the store happy. Navid was very patient and made sure I left with something that worked for me, and Ray was very accommodating in helping me get a good deal. I will be back!

On black Friday my girlfriend and I picked out a couch, love seat and an ottoman. When we got home we discovered we had been charged for 2 couches. They fixed it but I had to go to the store to get it done. Then they scheduled the delivery for today. December 2nd. I confirmed over the phone yesterday like they asked. Today there was no tracking info on my delivery so after almost an hour on hold I found out not only did they not confirm the delivery, but my couch and ottoman won't even be to the wearhouse until December 8th. I took a day off work to accept this delivery and now I'm going to have to take another. Terrible service and I can't believe this is even a possibility with technology now days. Oh and they don't know if I can go pick up the loveseat myself but we got rid of the old couch yesterday because of this delivery. Not happy at all.
Extremely frustrating experience. We bought 6 couches and the sales rep promised they were all in stock and could be delivered within a couple weeks. Three weeks later I call and they say one of the 6 is back ordered and it will be 2 more months. They said they can't split the order so ALL the couches need to wait. I asked them if I cancel the order and make 6 individual orders, would that get me around their dumb policy....she said yes so I canceled the order. I then spent 2.5 hours trying to place the orders online and their website keeps erroring. Customer service has no teeth or ability to help beyond saying "sometime it doesn't work if your delivery address is different than your billing address"....well, mine is different so I guess I'm unable to use their website, or place the order over the phone. It is worth every single penny to pay more and work with a company that has their act together.
I had an appointment for someone to show me color and texture but they didn't have swatches nor could he help me find what I was looking for. Was a waste of time. Of course they had a holiday sale but I was looking for color. There is plenty of parking. And many things to do around the area.
Bought a sofa from them and a week later the price dropped by $150. Ashley store website says they have price match gurantee. We went back to the store to tell them to match the price and the manager said - we cannot do anything. Online and in-store are different entities. We are really annoyed by this type of service and WILL NOT RECOMMEND BUYING INSTORE Order online or get it from somewhere else.
Don’t fall for their discounts. They blatantly bump the prices 200% and market 50% discount over that. Check the sku online and it would be the same price. The service over phone is even worse.
We ordered a couch from this store on labor day weekend. As soon as I ordered it, the delivery date was set up for mid December. I didn't know the delivery date would be soo far out, but we waited as patiently as we could with nowhere to sit after the fire in our last apt. They came out today to deliver and they rushed me to sign the paperwork even though they gave up before the couch even got in my apartment. They left me with the couch halfway through the door and no way for me to get it in or out. I had to take my door off the hinges (that was super heavy) and and then try to maneuver the couch the rest of the way through the door by myself. If you're going to send out delivery people, make sure they have a screwdriver and give them time to do the job right. I can't believe how terrible the delivery service was.

The store associates were great and very helpful. Delivery is awful. We ordered a couch to be delivered today. They emailed us when they were here. Did not call our phones or on the intercom, we went downstairs well within the 15 minute window with no truck in sight. When we called to see what was going on we were told there was nothing they could do and it'll be delivered Monday now. I am very unhappy especially with the price of everything I'd expect better service.
We were provided an estimated delivery date of 4-6 weeks. I called to check on the status of our order and was provided an estimated delivery of up to 3 months from our date of purchase with some items being delivered end of December. I get the feeling that dishonest delivery estimates are being provided to make sales. Also, while the call center employees are professional, every time I call to check the status of my order, I get different information. This is making things very difficult in terms of scheduling when I will be able to be at my residence for delivery. I recommend shopping elsewhere for furniture needs. Update: Ended up cancelling my entire order and requesting a refund due to another change in delivery date and poor communication. Went to another business down the road and purchased a couch. Item was available for pickup in two weeks. Never shopping at Ashley again.

Overpriced low quality furniture.
I had the wrong order delivered to me. I ordereded 2 of the same accent chairs and got one that was the correct style but someone else's name and address on it (not even nearby) and the other chair was totally different (again, my name nowhere on it). I tried to catch the delivery guys with no luck. Called to open a case within 10 mins and here I am weeks later still trying to get someone to resolve this for me. I've called, I've emailed, I've done the online chat bot multiple times. In fact I just did it again now and was transferred to 4 different departments and had to restate the issue every single time even though I gave them a case to reference. I declined the last transfer to a new team because I couldn't take it any longer. The screenshots I took of our conversations are ridiculous. Don't order from Ashley!! Customer service stinks and now I'm out several hundred dollars because they already charged me for these chairs that aren't even mine and I still need to go buy different matching chairs somewhere else. Good luck! I will never order here again.

But when people waste their money then if something wrong with their furniture , they ignore the people . When we bought the furniture they said delivery will be on the time . Delivery came but their driver he didn’t deliver that day . He made excuse that your doors are small . Furniture can’t go inside and said if u want delivery , take the responsibility and do the sign paperwork . We already had insurance when we bought the furniture. Even my husband told him he can help them if they need help . They didn’t agree . After 15 min they were calling again and again and saying we are ready to deliver then we refused that . After that the same day we went Ashley . We explained everything to manager Ronny and told them just Cancel the order we will buy from other store . He convinced us and he told us he will come at my home to delivery day . Within 2 days they came again . This time they had different driver coz I told him I donot want same driver . They bring my 1 king bed frame , 2 queen . In that delivery one queen they didnot assemble coz they bring wrong things . They bring king size parts . Again we went to store and told them . Again the manager said he already order the parts .within few days we can get that . But the front desk said nobody order anything may be they forget .I shocked to hear her , how anybody can this much careless . We didn’t get our credit card we were asking about that then one of their front desk said if u have problem go out from the store and discuss there . He was very rude . Now come on the second delivery . I called them to confirm the delivery they said it’s not under ur name then we cancel the order .and the most worst part is customer care . The call goes to any other state then they connect to this branch with one to two hours .and we bought their tempur mattress it was also very bad we asked for return then said call to them directly. If they are not responsible for any other product why they sell .am still waiting for my money . Didn’t get yet . If they do mistakes they should except that Than argue with the people . I wish I can give them big zeros .but unfortunately it doesn’t. Coz they didn’t deserve any star.

If I could give this joke of an establishment less than 1 star I would. They assured me that they had the item I wanted in stock and had me come in to purchase it. 20 mins after I walked out their warehouse called and informed me that it would be over a month before they had in stock. After having the phone rung for 40 mins I went online to cancel my order and they told me I have to come in for a refund, this place is a complete waste of time. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs, literally it will cost you time and energy only to end up empty handed.
First time buying from Ashley and it was a terrible experiment. Delivery was on time and as expected, but the delivery team is terrible. First, throughout the whole process they try to rush it and get our of there as quickly as possible. When they arrive, didn't even bother to take their shoe off, my whole Condo is Carpet. One of them even gave me a glance when I ask them to do so. Didn't bother to check if my items is correct or inspect it for any damage before or after. Just want me to sign it quickly when they are done so they can quickly get out of there. After they left, few corners of my dining table have chip and cosmetic damaged on it. I try to call their Customer Services but it's useless. They never pickup their phone! waited an hour two until I just gave up. I paid a premium deliver price and a warranty for a sofa set and a dining table that cost me over $1,800. I will never do business with Ashley again. May as well not paid for the Warranty or the premium delivery services because it is useless.
This store has the worst service. Never buy from this store. They will offer you good to be true deals but will have headaches later on. We have purchased several items last March 2021 and got delivered late May 2021. One of the items purchased was damaged upon delivery. We had to call the damaged items for replacement and after sometime, my wife was told to bring the item back to their store where we purchased as there were stocks available to replace it. As soon as we got there, store staff told us that there was no available stock and that they need to order this and have it delivered to our addressed. After another series of follow ups, we were told the replacement was in transit. After receiving the delivery, we found out the item delivered was the wrong one. We were told to keep the wrong items without charge probably to keep us from doing follow ups and close the case. We did not accept this and pursued to get the correct item delivered. Again after a series of follow ups, we were told it will be delivered within August 2021. August 2021 past and we did another follow up and now they told us that the shipment will be delay and estimate delivery date will November 2021. This is the type of strategy this store is doing. They thought we would be good with the wrong items delivered which we didn't. Hey Ashley management, why don't you do something about this? This is very bad service!
We recently bought furniture from them and was assured delivery would be 6-8 weeks. Prior to coming to Ashley we had gone to a competitors store and found the same product but 3-4 months delivery. Ashley did price match but again 6-8 week delivery sealed the deal. 8/22 we check in on the order in the store and was assured 9/15 product would be delivered. 9/8 I call the customer service number waited 45 mins only to find out 1 of the few items we ordered was on time and the rest would be backordered to October and November. Went to the store that night and was told yea they should t ha e promised that…. Great service to get the order but terrible service after. If you use them know delivery expectations won’t be met
This has been without a doubt the worst purchase we have ever made! We understand that COVID has been causing all sorts of delays, but the lack of communication and professionalism has been staggering. We purchased a sectional around the beginning of July from a very nice salesperson, who then checked on delivery dates and set us up for a delivery on August 1st. As the date approached and we hadn’t heard anything, we contacted you and found out that our delivery date had been pushed back two weeks, then another two weeks. At no point did they contact us to tell us about these changes. The worst (so far…) came when we were on the phone with one of their representatives to check on what was to be the new delivery date. We asked them why they kept pushing the date back when our salesperson had checked availability and timing when we purchased the sectional. That representative told us directly that our salesperson lied to us to make a sale and that there was no way that they could have stuck to that schedule. What?!? We can understand problems with shipping happening during this time, but to not only not communicate those issues to us, but to tell us that we were swindled by a dishonest salesperson is pretty enraging (And it seems like we are not the only reviewer to have been told this). That was about a month ago. They still have our money, and we don’t have our sectional or any communication from anyone on when it might be coming. Now when we call the store , we just get a recording with a new delivery date. Is it too much to communicate with someone who has given you more than $1000 of our hard earned money? We want our couch!
This very bad experience with Tukwila branch. Very Bad customer service . No phone pick up- I received big scratch on the mildly of the tables sets. And delay the other orders as well I could not even contact to escalate my issue and frustration
Ordered our furniture and mattresses in May. Gave them two months to get things together, understanding that covid causes a delay on everything. We called and they said they wouldn't have our stuff ready til November. We just cancelled our order. Why have it on display, without an "out of stock" tag, or a warning that its a slow shipping piece?
Bad customer service. Due to covid continue to have shipping delays in a bed 6 months after ordering. Every week get a call to tell me the new delivery date will be two weeks again. 5th or 6th time this has happened. Definitely do not recommend Ashley
I purchase my furniture on June 15 and knowing that there would probably be a wait of a month because of Covid 19 but didn't except the non-communication from them. I try to use their delivery website and it tells me that I dont have an order. I try talking to a rep and you even wait 15 minutes or more or you get hung up on.
I purchased a sectional sleeper sofa and at first I loved it but we are only a family of two and it doesn’t hold up as well as I had hoped. I also purchased the warranty which was a huge waste of money. They will not come out for a stain removal unless it’s the only spot on the piece of furniture. I was also informed that it’s a one time spot removal. Over all regretting my purchase. It was not the quality I was looking for and the warranty service is garbage.
If I could give zero stars I would! Purchased a sectional on 5/1 and as of today I STILL have not received it. I was originally told it was delayed due to back order. I then continued to receive SEVERAL delivery confirmation texts, emails and LIVE PERSON phone calls confirming delivery and then another call 2 days before expected delivery that it's even further delayed. This has happened to me 4 separate times now. First scheduled me for 7/13 and then followed up saying it was early and would deliver 7/10. They cancelled and told me it was now going to be 7/29 and they JUST NOW cancelled me again saying it won't be delivered until 8/9. When I contacted customer service asking that it will for sure be here 8/9 they told me they didn't actually know when the order will be delivered and to not take any of the delivery confirmations serious. W...T...F...if you actually want to receive furniture you purchased DO NOT buy from here

Im 34 years old, THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Ive never written a review in my life, but this experience was so poor, I had to let the world know. When we visited the showroom, the person selling us the couch tried to sell couch for several hundred dollars more than what was listed. He argued with us about price until we threatened to leave store and then he noticed the “price mistake”. The sales person spoke such poor English, we had to ask for another sales person but he begged us to not do so so we didn’t. We purchased our couch on May 8th and they told us “6-8 weeks for delivery”. The date we were ultimately told was July 5th delivery date. On July 3rd we called them to see what time they were going to drop off couch, and they said “youre delivery has been moved to July 29th, and August 4th for all the pieces” They didnt warn us beforehand at all. We took July 5th off work to be there but they didnt care. While speaking to them on July 3rd they didnt help at all. They didnt care I missed work. They didnt care we had already waited 2 months. NOTHING. Fast forward to today, July 25th. We called to see when our couch and or chair will arrive on July 29thAugust 4th delivery date and ONCE AGAIN! THEY CHANGED DELIVERY DATE WITHOUT TELLING US. Now our delivery date is AUGUST 18TH! When speaking to customer service via chat, their own representative told me the showroom sales people lie to customers. Tell them it’ll be 6-8 weeks delivery time KNOWING FULL WELL IT WONT BE. I have screenshot of conversation for anyone who wants to see. Every interaction Ive had with customer services has BEEN DREADFUL! Theyve been rude and havent given a damn about how much we spent and how long we’ve waited. We called on a weekend. They said someone would get back to me Monday. Ofcourse no one called me. My wife has footage of me waiting on hold to speak to someone and then someone picking up, not saying anything, and hanging up. DONT SHOP HERE! it’d be better to build your own bamboo couch with leaves for padding than to support this crooked deceitful organization of thieves.
Waste of time, we were waiting for our furniture to be delivered for over 3 months, they have rescheduled our delivery date for 4 times, until we decided that it's enough for us and we cancelled our order. Would give it less than one star if I could. Tolal disappointed...
Really enjoyed my impromptu visit after a phone conversation with Helyn. She was absolutely fantastic. I had all kinds of questions and requests that she patiently answered. She showed me every line of furniture that I had found on line and gladly worked with me to see what lines worked together well. She could relate to the husband/wife dilemma of liking different styles: one contemporary and the other traditional. I shared her suggestions with the better half and he sent me back for more of Helyn's insight. Once again tonight I was not disappointed! Go see Helyn! She'll take great care of you! I can understand the pandemic causing delays. What I can’t understand is being told my product will be delivered July 3rd so I don’t book anything. Then I get the call oh it will be July 24 th. Again I don’t book anything on this summer weekend. Then I get the call it will be August 10th. A full 16 weeks since I paid cash for my furniture and I still have nothing to show for it but multiple blown summer weekends. Yes the phones are set up so you can’t call the store, you have to figure out what the magic number is.
If I could put a zero I would ! This store NEVER answers the phone for customer service. Every time I call, I wait on hold and nobody answers then it asked me to rate the quality of the call when nobody even answered the phone to begin with !
We ended up buying a couch here because we found one we liked. It was a decent price even after the sales person added a protection plan we didnt ask for. No one asked if we needed help and we had to ask for help twice to be able to buy what we wanted. All the other stores (macy, jr, etc) greeted and helped us right away. 2 stars lost on bad customer service. The additional compliant is the layout. Everything is super mixed up and makes you travel the whole store. I perfer having the one item I seek all in the same area?

They charged me more than Ashley's online store. When i went for price match, the manager, bald white dude was so rude. He discarded the receipt they gave to me during order. Instead, for price match he pulled out a receipt with higher prices and didn't even consider my receipt which they gave me during placing the order. He didn't even listen to me and ask me to cancel the order. Such a BAD experience.
We went there last year November before Thanksgiving a sales person told us if we open an account Ashley/Synchrony credit card we will get $400 Visa card rebate after the last of my furniture delivered. It's been 8 months now we haven't receive that Visa card, I called the lady who help us that day she told me to call Synchrony credit card so I did but they told me they don't know what I'm talking about rebate. I call the salesperson and told me she ask her manager. Until now we haven't heard from her or the manager.
Sales agent are dishonest. I bought martress and a table. They said they will deliver my mattress after 2 weeks, and my table after a month. I understand its covid, but when i know that the mattress is at the warehouse and they just don’t want to deliver it because they want to wait for my table. Im looking for 2 months before we get our order delivered. This tukwila store does not have a direct line, only customer service that can’t really help you. Never going to buy at ashley again.
We went to try out some couches, we said as much to Russ but all he heard was we need a couch pretty quickly and he practically chased us around the store as we chased our toddler. He also kept pulling down his mask to talk to us. He didn't give us a second alone to try out couches and just kind of lingered around us the whole time. We ended up just leaving, I don't want to feel like I'm being hunted while I'm trying to shop. It was really obvious that he was looking at the price of each couch we sat on. The whole experience was annoying. We went to Mor furniture and had a much better experience with the sales reps.
My wife and I were very exited to buy our Dining table and living room set here. Tony one of the most respectful and best sales person I have encountered made us feel at home. While wondering off apart from him a different sales person approach us while we were sitting/picturing our selfs in our home and made us get up so she can show a different customer the couch. Unfortunately my wife and kids felt very disrespected we decided to take our business somewhere else. Tony deserves a pay raise for sure!
Please do not ever go here. You will never see your order. They don't follow through. They don't care about the customer and it's just a terrible place all around.
ANSWER THE FLIPPING PHONE! Local store won't pick up, and call center I keep getting transferred back to ultimately cancelled my call after 45 minutes wait. 烦死了! Also, salesperson completely misrepresented the delivery charges by more than half what they came out to be until we all but completed the purchase. Not coming back here except to straighten out a double charge they put on my card.
I Love Ashley's furniture!! Great selection of everything,but i believe they should let someone know when their furniture will be delayed again and again! I went in on the 6th of February was hoping i would have furniture by mother's day atleast,but i am still waiting changed delivery 3 times well now 4 times now delivery is changed to the 20th,i understand it's the pandemic but this is the longest i have ever waited for furniture really!!!! And it's ridiculous!! Make you wanna say forget it,but i already waited this long!!

Do not buy from this company! They cannot fulfil their order and will hold your money for months promising it will be just another few weeks, but does not happen. We ordered a leather sofa set in August 2020 and was promised it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. That date goes by and very little updates from the company. Mode over 8 calls to their "Customer Service" center and delivery keeps getting pushed back further and further. I met with the Manager at this store in February 2021 to get an update or refund, and they said for sure it would be delivered March 19th based on the code they saw in the system so we decided to stay the course. Here is is 3/18/21 so 7 months later and no sofa and still saying back ordered and now delivery date is pushed back to April 2021 for a sale in August 2020. That sofa set is still for sale in their sales floor even though they cannot fulfil the order. I guess I will get a refund and go to another company and will notify the WA State Attorney General. We have bought quite a bit of furniture from this store over the years, but never again.
We order a Sofa-loveseat and a table and 2 small tables in Dec 2020. Our delivery was delayed 4 time. We got sofas in January and we got tables yesterday in March, after 4 months. There is a manufacturing defect as the table's measurements were incorrect. It could have been easily fixed by handyman by they refused to provide that as the order was shipped directly to our home instead from the warehouse. We don't want to replace it, as it will take even more time. And we will surely not get the refund too. We have to fix it now, on our own maybe.
I order living room and bad rooms set in December 11 they say we will get it in January 2 and I am still waiting on it I go cancel my mattress because I buy another one so the store manger called us yelling and tell me why I cancel the mattress I told him it’s been four months I been sleeping on the floor so he goad and cancel my hole order can u guys tell me what the legal stuff I can do please call a Laywer and sued them it’s really bad store and the customer service it’s really bad it’s out of control and the front desk people they have bad irritated the hole store is bad I am so done I been waiting for all this months and they cancel my order with out telling me
Ordered a table in-store for delivery in the beginning of December 2020. Delayed delivery 4 times. Finally received my delivery today March 2, 2021, just to have been delivered a DEFECTIVE product. I have had it with Ashley Furniture. I call the Phoenix office and ask about options. They said I could visit the store I bought it at and receive a refund. I make the trip to the store and an employee there tells me I cannot get a refund. My only option, from the employees at the store, is to wait for the warehouse to call me to schedule a day for me to physically drive out there to get it looked at by a technician. In summary, Ashley Furniture has the worst delivery process and after waiting 4 months for this table, I get delivered a defective one that I’m stuck with and cannot get refunded. Even though I got it today. Absolutely frustrating.
Had amazing service! Even in the midst of all the covid precautions and having to clean /distance and all. I just had back surgery, can barely walk and needed a recliner. They took great care of my wife and I and we were able to find something that's not only in budget but also nicer then I thought we'd find!
Ordered a chair and ottoman around thanksgiving. Soonest delivery is march 1 They called today via auto robot to confirm delivery. They have the address wrong even though we have double checked and corrected the address when we have called to check on the order Additionally. We paid for the item in the store during a holiday blow out I think it was the Black Friday sale. They said it was half off but they charged us more then half off. I mentioned something was wrong at check out. The sales rep said I would have to take it up with the manager because he could not override the system. After waiting 20-40min and the rest of our friends already checking out with their orders we were told we could call the manager later on a less busy day to get the price adjusted. When I called back and checked the website the item was in fact less. The manager has yet to give me the refund after months of asking. Next, now time for delivery. I have called a couple times to explain our property is very large and not to rely on GPS we have tons of land and it will say the house is on the left side of the road not the right. Also we have 3-4 driveways so which driveway to take as the safest for service trucks with the least switch back curves for driveway safety to get to our mountain top. The operator said their is nothing they can do. That the driver is supposed to call before arrival. I asked she make delivery notes to give the driver warning. She said she can try but it won’t be attached to the shipping instructions. For Goodness sakes company get your customer service together better. She said the driver will attempt to call but the home is Zoned forestry on a mountain top so the cell signal cuts in and out. I asked for a specific delivery time so my husband can wait for the truck and have them follow him up the mountain. They can not secure a time. She said we were 5th delivery for the day. So irritated. Watch when the furniture comes it’s the wrong color or something.
My husband and I bought a couch tonight from Shwan Saber and had a great experience!! He was very patient and showed us lots of great options. My husband (who's not easily impressed) really enjoyed the experience, and we're so happy to have found the perfect couch- within our budget, and a sleeper. Also was cheaper then if we ordered everything online. Will definitely be back.
Items purchased were never delivered as agreed on. For 5 months we waited patiently. They cancelled without notifications. They even had the audacity to let us know that if rescheduling was going to be on our part that we will need to pay. So, yeah, I don’t recommend this furniture company at all.

We were looking for a sectional and after looking at 8 different furniture stores we finally found the perfect one and the BEST salesperson to help us with our purchase. Albert was SUPERB from start to finish! Ashley HomeStore had such a great selection of furniture and availability that we decided to also get a new bedroom set! We can’t wait to get everything set up. Thank you!
This store need to close. I order in December they keep moving my delivery date. Its been 3 months till now my furniture has not arrived. Worst Customer service.
We bought $12000 worth of furniture here. We haggled to get online prices. They have jacked up the prices in the store. Doesn’t matter it is 50% or 60% the final price will be the same. We haven’t received all of our furniture yet, we ordered early November. We received our couch after months of waiting and that too was defective and they are going to send the technician after 2 months. They have changed the delivery millions of times without even letting us know. We have gone to the store multiple times to ask regarding the delivery and they give diff dates every time. They have wasted so much of our time and money. It is not worth it. I would not recommend buying anything from here. They have given us the worst experience shopping for furniture.
Sales staff are pleasant and aren't too pushy, but it's the customer support and furniture protection packages that have given us the most difficulty. If you pay for the extra 5-year plan on a couch, and need it replaced, they will deliver a new one but you will still be on the hook for getting rid of the old couch, which is not free in Washington to throw away. Moreover, we spent a total of 12+ hours on the phone with Ashley and the vendor company until they told us they weren't going to take away the old couch. The new couch still cost us less than if we had not paid for the extra protection, but the experience was poor.
Diondra was EXCELLENT. She was patience through the decision making process. I appreciate that! I would refer friends and family to Ashley and to Diondra.
I purchased a piece of wall art at the Ashley Home Store in Tukwila. The sales associate was inexperienced and it took him an hour to process the transaction. The store was going to ship the item to my address in Olympia. Later a manager called and said the item could not be shipped since it was from a third party vendor. I requested a refund to my credit card. I was then told that I would have to come back into the store to process a refund, that their policy was to not do credit refunds over the phone. It was a 60 mile each way drive to get my refund. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Bought a $3000 bedroom set in October. Still haven’t received it. They call every couple weeks and change the delivery date. This last time they didn’t even call. Was suppose to get it on Jan 28 but when it no showed I had to call them and they informed me they changed the date to Feb 19 without informing me. At this point I’m pretty sure I just got robbed by a furniture store. I tried to ask for a refund and the lady refused to help me. I will never shop here again *also don’t get excited for their sales. There is no difference in final price between their 30% sale and their 50% sale. I was waiting for a big sale to buy the set I wanted and it turns out that once they did their big 50% off sale, they simply jacked the price of the set I wanted up to 6k (it was previously 4500) We have filed a complaint with the State AG regarding false advertising. DO NOT SHOP HERE, IT IS A SCAM!

I've been trying to contact the store for four days now and no one will answer the phone the store is open but I can't get a hold of a single person about my delivery and when I call the company number they tell me they can't answer any questions that I have to talk to the local store so by far this is been my worst experience yet.
12/24 Still waiting on a couch set that was ordered in August. They have pushed out the delivery window three times now. You can’t get a hold of anyone because they never pick up their phone. I think all the other negative reviews on here do a good job summing up this store. The place is a scam. If for some reason you still end up going here, use a credit card so you can do a chargeback.

As a whole this store is a pain in the a. No deliveries on time, unable to satisfy customers No one bothers and cares BUT Di is one Manager who has the perfect attitude and cares for her clients. She is a real asset to Ashley furniture store. I was surprised when I heard back from her where she went above and beyond to get to the details about my frustration on delivery and she assured me that she will handle it going forward and that I can be assured that she would be personally looking into the problems I was facing. Before this the sales person and some other male manager was only lip service. They were to call me but after I paid the money they don't have time to call back but Di took her time off to resolve my issues. If not for Di, I would not have taken a return step into this ugly and unfriendly store. Di you changed the tone of this store and I wish you stay there forever . I salute you Di and others should learn from you
Worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered furniture here four months ago. They delivered half of a matching set, and rescheduled the other half. Some of the product they DID deliver came damaged and they won't do anything about it. I still haven't received my furniture. They promise to call back, but never do, they have rescheduled my delivery at least six times already, about half of those, they don't call me to reschedule, they just don't show up and I have to call to find out why. The same is true for the "repair tech" they're sending to look at the product that was delivered damaged. The staff both here at this store and at their customer service headquarters DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY! And now I'm stuck with an expensive, mismatched set of furniture and they still won't help me get the other part of my order. The manager Jamari and his office manager Megan are not helpful, and just try to give small (5%) discounts to say "sorry" without actually trying to help. Useless.
Will never go to Ashley! I had very bad experience dealing with both on site agents as well as customer service. They never ever answer calls and are terrible at providing proper customer service. They delayed our furniture by 2 months and then did not remove the hold on my credit card even after delivery. I was literally getting charged twice the amount. When I called them to remove the hold, they kept on shuttling me between agents and one of the agents asked me to physically go to the store for just a credit card hold removal! ( I live an hour and a half away). This is unacceptable and very rude. Don’t get their credit cards, it’s a huge rip off and your credit score is going get a big hit.
GO ELSEWHERE!!! This is by far the worst furniture buying experience I’ve ever had and the customer service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. You are on hold for upward of an hour only to be put on hold again for another 30+ minutes to speak to someone else. My delivery has been rescheduled THREE TIMES and I have been waiting for my furniture for two months, and looking at other comments regarding this store, I see I'm not alone. Covid is not an excuse to have furniture assembled in time when you've had over two months to get it completed. This is not only unprofessional, indicative of poor management, and bad for business but it is stressful. There seems to be no one willing to answer phones and no appropriate option to speak with a person. It’s a nightmare. DO NOT SHOP HERE. There is no reason furniture shopping or furniture delivery experiences should be so abysmal. Your customers deserve far better than this.
The worst furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. The only helpful person was Deirdre at the desk. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. You can’t get a hold of anybody. Between my 2 deliveries they have been scheduled and rescheduled like 8 times. This is so unprofessional. The furniture quality is the worst. I have had my couch for less than a month and it’s already sagging and pilling. I have called and called and called customer service. There is no one answering phones and no appropriate option to speak with a person. It’s a nightmare. Take your business elsewhere. There is no reason furniture shopping and delivery should be so stressful.
UPDATE: Save yourself the trouble and stress. They won't do anything once the purchase is made. GOOGLE SHOULD ALLOW ZERO STARS, EVEN NEGATIVE. I bought a whole living room set sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman. The ottoman cushion is all compressed leaning to one side. I bought their 5 year insurance what a waste of money I have reached out to customer service 4 times with no decent response at all. They just want pictures of the products but never respond back. They originally sent a tech out on my initial complaint. Who did nothing but tell me how to properly use the ottoman. Cant beleive spent so much money and event bought insurance and still receive this terrible customer service.
Please save your money and time and don’t shop here I purchased something and was told & we checked it was in stock I tried calling for two weeks to pick it up and was told they didn’t have it in stock When they finally answered! I go back to the store and the only option was 1. Get a refund that can take up to 2 weeks 2. Wait another two weeks for product . Obviously I asked for a refund this was more than 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my money! I paid cash so I can’t do anything about it! Phone customer service sucks. Updated I just called spoke with Megan and she said the money can take up to 6 WEEKS! When I paid cash in store! I’m calling corporate this is ridiculous
The customer service is totally a disaster. We got the damaged sofa on delivery day. No one took care of our request. The office manager is really tough to state that she is 100% sure that the sofa could not be returned.
Although the sale didn’t work out this time, I know I’ll be back and look for Melissa. She was so kind and patient with me despite my indecisiveness and the fact my husband and I couldn’t agree on anything lol! Thank you Melissa! We’ll be back!

I regret going anywhere near this store! I ordered a desk for my daughter in August. I was quoted 4-6 weeks. A few days shy of the 6 week deadline I got a rushed voicemail after 9pm explaining that my order was delayed. I immediately called back but “customer service was closed” The next day I called back and was told I would get the desk mid to late November at the earliest. I asked to cancel and was told I would get a refund to the same card in 7-10 business days. The next day I get a voice mail from Megan who wanted to confirm that I am canceling. I call back but am routed to the customer service line. I am once again quoted 7-10 business days. That didn’t happen of course so I called back. Calling the store number routes you to the customer service line almost every time. This is where the worst customer service happens!! I was told the order was canceled and that I have to talk to the main store about my refund. Of course I can’t reach them and always get customer service. After several transfers “Jaz” says she will open a case for a manager to call me first thing in the morning. You know what happens next... Of course I receive no phone call from a supervisor. I give it a few days to calm myself down and call back. Two days straight I am hung up on promptly at closing time. I decide maybe email is the best way to go about this. I now have sent multiple emails to every Ashley email I can find without resolution. Now this has been weeks of not having being refunded. I live an hour away from the store so driving in is a hassle. After calling the store number 10 times in one day I get the local store and talk to Megan. I give her my information and she tells me she has no record of a cancellation. THE WOMAN WHO CALLED ME ABOUT CANCELLING MY ORDER HAS NO RECORD OF IT!! She tells me if I want a refund I have to come in the store. 2 hours of my day after already being inconvenienced! Megan then explains that she can reach out to operations and “get back with me” well guess what... I never heard from her of course. So today I harass the local store number again and get Megan. She said “oh yea, they haven’t gotten back with me” I’ll call you when they do.” I fully believe I have been scammed. Making my daughter a desk from scratch would have been less of a headache. Just avoid it at all costs. It’s not worth the headache.
I had a very bad experience at this location. My fiancé and I found a couch we liked and were told that it would be in the warehouse within a week or two and delivered in 4-6 weeks due to delivery issues during Covid. I asked if we could pick it up from their warehouse and I was told yes that is allowed. We thought everything sounded good, so ended up selecting a set of furniture and putting half down, financing the other half with their in house financing -Acceptance Now. Two weeks pass and I call up to see if my order is ready in the warehouse and I’m told that the couch we ordered isn’t even in production at the moment and would unlikely get it till sometime in 2021. (This was in September). I go to the store to get a refund and find the the policy is no returns once you sign... well after a bit of talking they agreed to cancel my agreement and issue my money back (minus the set up fee). They want to put it back on the same card I paid with, but I just lost my card a few days prior to this. I ended up agreeing to them issuing a check. They told me It will take two weeks to come in. Yesterday was the two week mark and so I go back to Ashley and am told that it could be another 30-45 days before I get my money back. I call the corporate line and end up having a district manager tell me there is nothing he can do.... anyways, i am at a loss for what to do except wait... I put $1500 down over a month ago and still I have no furniture. I highly recommend not going to Ashley, but if you do you need be aware that you will get the run around and your furniture will take forever to come.
They misdelivered the bedroom set twice and when they finally brought it, the “white glove” assembly service forgot the pieces to the bed, so they had to come back WEEKS later leaving us with an unssembled bed! No refund or apologies. Overpriced, cheap particle board that fell apart in a year. Absolute junk product and awful humans working here.

The in-store experience was great because the sales associate Darnell at the Tukwila, WA location was exceptionally professional and helpful. He hovered with me and my friends but wasn't uncomfortably close to where you felt stalked. Me and my friends purchased a sleeper sofa, a love sofa, and a couple of bar stools which Darnell really helped us in getting the best price for all we needed. He guaranteed us that the love sofa would be delivered a couple of weeks after the date of purchase and the same with the bar stools. He also mentioned that the couch would be shipped from the warehouse, so we would get it on November 15. Everything went well until my friends and I got a notice saying that we would be getting the sleeper sofa delivered to us via UPS earlier than expected. Around a week later, got another notification telling us that the delivery has been delayed. The call center experience was excruciatingly horrible because not only had we have to call more than several times to get through customer service, but the wait time was long -- like 30 minutes or longer to get through a single agent. When we got in contact with them, explained our situation numerous times, got transferred to people in the Tukwila location, and kept getting different answers regarding shipment and shipment dates. With the first call, we were told that we would still be getting our sleeper sofa on November 15 but will be shipped with another carrier because UPS doesn't take large items from this company. On the other hand, on another call, we were told a different story where the transferring to another carrier has been set but our sofa would be delayed all the way to DECEMBER 28?! The next time(s) we called, it was to the Tukwila store and they don't have the tone where they want to help because we asked for a manager, the manager was not there, we asked for a DEFINITE answer, kept getting different answers every single time. Morale to the story, the only thing that was done right was the love sofa since we got it yesterday, October 14 but will return it, along with canceling our order because it's not worth mine and my friends time to be constantly trying to find out when we really would be getting our sleeper sofa. So I rather take my business somewhere else where the business is more professional, not lie to customers, have better customer service, and act more professional when helping a customer on the phone rather than making us feel like you don't want to help.
Sydni was EXCELLENT! The customer service is impeccable! I felt like I had a personal shopper who truly assisted me in searching for my items. Even the store manager, Heidi, was extremely helpful! There were so many BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) employees, which also enhanced my shopping experience. Representation is so important and valuable in aiding the customer experience and increasing the rate of returning for additional purchases. The quality of the items is incredible by the nature of the brand and the employee team, especially Sydni, were incredible!

Stay away! The worst online customer service in history of customer service. If you want to wait over 6 months for furniture to come in and keep getting the run around then this is your place! I'm still waiting for 2 chairs for over 7 months. They keep sending them to the wrong address over and over, and I've spent over 15 hours on the phone just to get lied to everytime. I will never buy from them and we spent over $4000 with this insult to a company. To top it off I still don't have my chairs. This is the worst furniture company on earth! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have purchased furniture back in the beginning of August and the company hasn't sent our furniture to us until now and we are still missing most of our furniture. They are making us pay for basically nothing which I think is ridiculous. We have been trying to call about the shipments but keep giving us different dates not to mention they haven't even tried to call us about the status of our purchase. I am very disappointed with this store and the customer service they provided us which really was little to nothing. They have no problem taking our money though lol. I suggest to save your money and heartache and go to another furniture store.
Firstly the tukwilla location sells you furniture that they dont have in stock i ordered sept 2nd 2020 and was waiting and waiting for a delivery call which I was told I would get in about 2 to 3 days I ended up calling no email no text no call so on the 23rd Sept I wasnt able to get threw to the 1800 number so I via chat to only find my end of Sept delivery estimate was pushed all the way to November 10th hum that long to get furniture plus i paid 260 card other 500 in debit when I went in they accepted my cash but told me now I would have to wait to get my cash back in a check form hum wow after I had to investigate and call to only hear now there holding my money linger if I spent a check they would have checked it thermally now my lids and I been sitting on the floor waiting for furniture to come at a decent time for them to not even reach out plus they now even playing with the mo ey I spent how do a big furniture store sell furniture that they don't have spoke to a few even a guy behind the counter jumped in to say will get you your money i said how I can believe that when you couldn't get the furniture I paid for so I left with 260 debit credit no furniture and no cash that I spent bad business using customers money for you profit and not delivering i still havent heard anything about my supposively check that I need to wait for that i didn't even spend a check but I now have to be even longer with no money no furniture and havent still had no communication dont buy from ashley they take your money hold it then return it to you at there leisure just like how they sell the furniture that they don't even have smh never again i will attempt to but from them your better to go to a store that honors there receipt also i ask them where is it on the receipt that I have to wait to get a check they did not could not pin point it out they hurried me out and my issue was not resolved
I bought furnitures in the first week of july. we are now in the second week of September. Still we received no furnitures. I know that covid shook everything but it is unacceptable, especially when they expect you to make your payments on time. How could you sell furnitures that you dont have with such confidence. Now I can understand why lawsuits are so common in US. I’d made purchase worth 9k from the store and one of our purchase item was getting picked by 3rd party. Store manager was intervening in my conversation with pick up person so I told him that I’m talking directly to pick up person and not you. And store manager (named Jemari I think) asked me and family to go out of the store and canceled our purchases 😀 if owner is reading the review then you don’t need my advice. If manager’s ego is resulting in losing sales (& it was a hard sale of $9000 which he refunded just to satisfy his ego) then trust me one way or another you will be out of business soon!! Sorry for the harsh review here. If we don’t get sincere apologies from the store management we will consider legal options so he doesn’t repeat this behavior ever again with any other customer in his life.
Staff was friendly & helpful when we purchased furniture. Then we've had nothing but issues with delivery. Every day for 5 days i get a call of a delivery change. Then i was told my items would be delivered but only one came, i wasnt told my other items that are high priority are going to be delayed for 2 more weeks! We placed a order mid July! What's sad is that i talked to a manager and asked her to give me a call back and she never did. Im not mad so much about delivery because i expected that but to not communicate is not ok! Plus i had to call and get told my order is delayed. Call your customers, otherwise you wont have any!
Do not purchase your furniture here right now! Extremely long delays due to Covid. We ordered tons of furniture for our new home on Memorial Day and have yet to see most of it. We've had 3 deliveries so far and are unimpressed with that service as well. Their delivery people tried to leave the furnite in boxes without setting it up! I had to run out to their truck and go tell them to set it up, then they left the garbage and Styrofoam sitting in our living room. I tried to cancel the remaining pieces of my order for a month, but they kept saying "let me see what I can do." I inquired about taking the floor model sectional and initially they offered it at a discount. When they confirmed I could take the floor model they then did not offer the discount. I then asked if we could just wait for our delivery but was told that they already put me down for the floor model and if I wanted a new one delivered it would be a whole extra month out. I again tried to cancel but we settled at about $300 off the floor model, which isn't that significant of savings if you consider having to rent a truck to pick it up ourselves and professional cleaning due to covid. To this day I'm still waiting on 3 pieces of furniture from my Memorial Day order.
They delivered the wrong couch and were absolutely terrible to deal with. Not even an apology for the mistake and now we have to wait 3 weeks without a couch. Do not trust that your order is accurate. They also made me confirm the order 4 times. Exact same confirmation. They still got it wrong. Update: This issue went on for months. With zero concern from their company. In Tukwila or corporate. Hands down the worst company I have ever purchased anything from. If it was possible to give a negative star, I would. I understand making a mistake, but they did it repeatedly. Wrong ottoman, no response, wouldn't return calls, absolutely the worst. Surprised they are still in business. Sounds like this happens more often than a good experience.
Where is my bed that was supposed to be delivered. Today
I’ll start with the one positive, the staff was super friendly and helpful in store when making a purchase. That’s where that ends. After making the purchase there was no care. I was told I’d get a follow up call with delivery date after a couple days after the purchase. Waited a week and then reached out to them. Their response was 4-6 weeks it should be delivered. But they said they’d follow up with a specific date. Still no call. I finally called customer support for a robot to tell me my date, only for them to call and say the order was delayed another 2 weeks. From what I have read in reviews, I’m not the only one who gets ignored after the store receives payment.
Regarding the "South Center, Tukwila, WA location: JEMARI is an absolutely FANTASTIC Representative - he was very kind with an easy-going, "no-pressure" disposition. I appreciated his wonderful courteous and attentive manner, along with his excellent "store knowledge" and ability to carefully listen and answer all of my questions. JEMARI IS A PHENOMINAL REPRESENTATIVE, and deserves to be acknowledged, given a "bonus", and used a model for EXEMPLARY "CUSTOMER SERVICE"! However, sadly, that's where the praise ends... because I ended up being EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! :( After my purchase, I had several difficulties with the delivery process, and was never able to reach Jemari ever again!?! I was UTTERLY FRUSTRATED with the very poor "After-Sell Customer Service" and the TERRIBLE communication from the phone reps.! I also experienced errors regarding the 'delivery date & time' - I had to call several times...but kept being put "on hold" and given the-run-around. Further, after being told that the Sofa that I ordered and pre-paid for was "in stock", when it finally arrived, it was the WRONG COLOR! I ordered Brown...but was delivered an UGLY BRIGHT BLUE!! ...and to make matter worse, I was advised to "keep the sofa for a few weeks until the color I ordered was back in stock"!!! GRRR... After many phone calls to both Ashley's & their storage warehouse, and after insistently speaking to several people to resolve the problem...I eventually got them to find & deliver The Correct Sofa that I purchased! End Result: I feel like after they made their sale...noone really cared about a 'smooth delivery', nor my "customer satisfaction" AFTER I made the purchase. And honestly: once the sofa arrived; and after a few months of use, I strongly dislike the couch - the back is too short, and the seat cushions are already starting to sink/sag! :( I am sooo glad that I did not go ahead and buy their Dinette Set & Mattress Set too....but ABSOLUTELY NOT! And, I cannot and will not ever recommend nor refer anyone to purchase anything from Ashley HomeStore in Tukwila, WA!!! :( :( :(

I received a card in the mail for 20% off sale by July 5. I had to make a online appt to shop at my local store in Tukwila, Wa. So I did, I got a confirmation of appt time. When I arrived there was a lock on door and sign stating stating a rental agency to contact to lease the bldg, also the Ashley Furniture sign had been removed. Web shows it’s open for business. Do not trust this company.

I don’t understand why this company continues to be open for business if covid is causing them such extreme hold times and delivery cancellations. It’s ruining their credibility. I ordered my furniture April 16,2020, I received SEVERAL emails with delivery confirmation dates and today June 16,2020 my furniture isn’t available. I have taken days off from work and they never came to deliver. When I call customer service I’m on hold until they hang up on me. What kind of company would allow this to happen to paying customers? Yes I get it Covid is to blame but close your store if you can’t deliver on your promises. Why do they think it’s better to just have customers waiting and waiting? I get voicemails from blocked numbers from Ashley associates saying hey we can’t confirm your delivery And that’s it I’m stick in limbo until they decide to update me. Now they’re saying it’s July 7 th when the furniture could possibly be delivered. So from April - July 7th? 4 months you haven’t had this product available?? Why are you advertising it??? When you want to cancel the order you have to wait until they call you anywhere from 48-96 hours this is very ridiculous
TL;DR: we have gotten repeatedly screwed over by Ashley Furniture over a bed frame that was improperly put together. The refund process took over 2 months. My fiancée and I decided to buy four pieces of furniture at this location before the quarantine. The salesman that helped us at the store was very unprofessional and was taking forever with ringing up our items. We made it very clear that we just wanted our items, and we wanted them delivered at the same time. We should’ve seen this shady company from the beginning when: A. The salesman forgot to have us sign more papers on the way out. B. We NEVER got our receipt. I had to email them for it. This would only be the beginning of a long process. Our furniture arrived a week later. Our bed frame was put together very poorly. The team who assembled it carelessly threw our mattress and base onto the bed frame. It threw 2/3 pegs that were screwed improperly out of place, and after attempting to sleep on it the first night, the entire frame collapsed and fell apart. I filed a claim that same day. We slept on the floor for a MONTH since that's when the next available technician appointment was. However, the day they were supposed to arrive, THEY NEVER CAME. I called that same day, absolutely livid. After waiting for 30 minutes on the phone, the person who answered said to me, “They didn’t have your apartment number. I can see if they can turn around and come back.” Whose fault is that?! I gave the store our apartment number and the other delivery guys found it no problem! And why didn’t they call or text me then if they didn’t have our apartment number?? The person on the phone then said someone else would give me a call back that same day... they too, never got back to me. So, I called AGAIN a few days later. After hearing, “They said you cancelled the order,” I about had it. After explaining that I personally didn’t cancel the order, I scheduled yet another appointment for a technician to come out and fix the bed frame, and the earliest one they had wasn’t for another week. Finally, he shows up after a month and a half. At this point, we just wanted a refund. He tells me, “Sorry, only stores do refunds. You’ll have to wait another two weeks for a store to open [due to the virus].” He went ahead and ordered the part that was broken (without my consent, by the way). He should’ve ordered new beams, right? You know, since the beams were the ones that were broken and the pegs were fine? Wrong. A week later, we got new PEGS. What an absolute joke. We went back to the same store after it opened again. Finally, someone was coming to pick up the bed frame after 2 months. Just when I thought it was over and I had seen it all, I get a call a couple days before the pick up saying our appointment was RESCHEDULED. No explanation was given on why they moved our order. I messaged another agent, Destiney, online, explained what had happened, and she changed it back and even pre-approved it. Oh, but GET THIS. I get yet ANOTHER call that I missed due to being at work, and a lady named Diana called me with a voicemail saying that "Destiney" didn't pre-approve it, and blamed a computer glitch AND made up another excuse that no one over 18 would be home. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I confirmed TWICE actually, and I STILL GET RESCHEDULED. No one has EVER asked us for a confirmation about our age on this!! Excuse after excuse of not showing up to our door! My future father-in-law felt so awful about our situation, that he offered to pay for a brand new bed and frame himself from another company. No issues whatsoever with the other company. Won’t be ordering anything else from Ashley ever again. What a f*cking joke. The most ridiculous and worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Worst experience ever!!! I purchased a couple of couches and a mattress for a total of $4K after I moved in a new apartment, they said it should arrive within a week and I got the delivery window set with the store. A week later at the specified time and after I got rid of my old furniture and mattress NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!! We called the store many times but no one answered. I had to drive all the way to the store which is about 40 minutes from where I live just to get an update. Upon arriving to the store I asked for a manager and they said all managers are busy and made me wait for almost 30 minutes. After reaching my snapping point an associate got me a manager to talk to, he said he doesn't know when the furniture will be delivered and didn't even offer anything to make up for what happened. My wife and I had to get a futon from walmart to sleep on for a few days! We ended up canceling the order which was a very long process and involved multiple phone calls and hours of waiting!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! We ended up going to Mor furniture which was way better!!
Giant furniture store with a great selection in various price points. They even have a large selection of heavily discounted floor models for various items. I bought a floor model end table here last weekend and just took advantage of their Easter sale/moving sale and bought a couch today. Daniel helped me out and did a great job! Beautiful store and friendly staff.
Kaylee was awesome and helpful! She was patience through the decision making process. I appreciate that! I would refer friends and family to Ashley and to Kaylee most of all!
Kayleen took excellent care of me while I went thru and picked a lot of items from the showroom;she made sure I was getting what i needed and wanted while i added and deleted from the list continuously. she made special arrangements to have two delivery dates so that i could the bulk of my items on the date i needed them and I Greatly appreciated that !
Incompetent workers- they hire anyone regardless of sales experience(it shows). Delivery service is a joke- they are just as incompetent and lazy. I had to cancel my order all together because they would either deliver the incorrect pieces or didn’t feel safe enough to try to get the pieces in my door. I told them they would have to angle it in- they didn’t know what that meant they just tried to stand the sofa up and walk it in; every door doesn’t work like that. I was shocked how horrible the entire process turned out to be. Do not go to this particular location. Perhaps the surrounding locations are better.
We had the worst experience with this store and their furniture assemblers! We waited weeks for furniture to be delivered and assembled and once it was delivered it took weeks to get it assembled!! They had excuse after excuse as to why it could not be done! Finally just returned it all, but that was an argument and many calls later! Terrible establishment! I was warned, but gave it a try. Never again. Should be ashamed of of your management!!

Purchased a couch here! Staff was very nice and not too pushy. The buying process was surprisingly streamlined and easy and they had updated technology to make things easier. The staff was also knowledgeable about the product and financing services they offered. They were also willing to give us all the details. Delivery was on the pricey side, but delivery guys came, unpacked, and put together our couch.
really bummed on the experience we had here. we bought a couch from Ashley furniture. We had it set to be picked up from the tacoma warehouse- my boyfriend called the day before to set the appointment to pick it up. When my boyfriend arrived for the appointment they reported that they had tried to contact him- our furniture was damaged and could not be picked up. We live a good 45 minute drive from Tacoma. Customer service had taken his number down wrong. It was reported when they first tried to contact him they left a voice mail, and the second time the line was disconnected. These calls were both placed on days before my boyfriend called in to make the pick up appointment... So who ever made that appointment disregarded any notes on customer interaction. This by itself is annoying, but could have been smoothed over with good customer service. Instead we were offered nothing to make up for the inconvenient mistake. We even requested free delivery of the couch when it was ready just to avoid a second trip to Tacoma, and they denied that. Coming from the service industry, I’m super unimpressed by their lack of desire to make up for their mistake. But maybe they just have no desire to have return customers? Either way. I don’t recommend the hassle of dealing with this company.
avoid at all costs! We scheduled a pick up of furniture with the warehouse (you actually have to drive to Tacoma to do this, btw!!) because our sales rep told us that we had to pick up one portion of the order in Tukwila, one in Tacoma. Even with the appt confirmed, upon arriving we were told that our order would not be ready for 3 more weeks; we had driven 70 miles for both stops in a rental truck that charged by the mile. We were told that only a manager could respond to our complaints, but that a manager was not available. When we insisted on speaking to one (as we can't go 3 weeks without couches!) we were placed on hold for 40 minutes (and only solved it by calling on our other phone and asking why we were still holding!) Wow. I am still shaking my head at it all.

I bought sofa sleeper 5 days ago and these happens... 1. Bad services! Beware of this store, you cannot change your furniture if something is wrong with it right away. They will try to fix it and if it doesn’t work then they will replace it but that will take another long years for the whole process...sorry, I am just venting as this just happened few minutes ago. 2. Horrible, horrible installation and delivery services! The time of delivery was at least two hours early and I had to rush to meet with them. When they installed it, the sleeper mattress didn’t open all the way. They tried fixing it but wasn’t successful. 3. The fixing time is way too long because you have to wait for schedule that fits the technician. So now I have to wait for another 11 days. It’s not my to go to furniture store anymore now or in the future.
For my order I received four separate phone calls about different items that would not be delivered on the promised day. One phone call was the morning of delivery that a critical piece of a bed was not available. Their answer was for me to take another day off work at their convenience to accept delivery. One item arrived damaged. They offered to mail a replacement - letting me know it would be 7-10 days until they even bothered to put it into the mail. The installers failed to install anti-tipping restraints on the dressers. Installers claimed that installing drawer handles was not part of installation. Installers wanted me to sign documents on a phone without being able to read what I was signing. For the missing bed piece I was promised that they would come Saturday morning with the piece and to assemble the bed. They no-showed. Apparently nobody bothered to turn their promise into a scheduled delivery. I regret every purchase I have ever made from Ashley.
Terrible customer service. They send defective items and dont care to repair it nor accept a return. Its a complete loss of money and need to live with what was sent. Very disappointing and frustrating. Will never recommend this store to anybody and these negative reviews are true. Do not fall for the offers they give in the store. After the purchase is made nobody even cares to respond to your issues .
I would much rather burn my money before ever stepping foot in this store again. 1) my $3,000 purchase wasn't fully delivered because it was lost. the store wouldn't deliver a second one because they had to run an "investigation" I had to go drive 30 miles each way to avoid sleeping on the floor anymore. I didn't get credit or refunded for the delivery. didn't get a call from the store, apology, credit, nothing, didn't even get help to load the mattress onto my car. 2) after making my payments for nearly a year, using auto-payments, i find out that i was lied to by TONY the salesperson that said to me i was getting 24 months financing. instead it was 12 months. I called the store to ask what is happening they said that I chose 12 not 24 "i even signed and circled 12 months". I said why would i sign and circle the number of months that doesn't make any sense she said idk you did. Honestly i would much rather pay a little extra and get treated like a human being. The whole experience i've had here was un-freaking-real.
Ashley Tukwilla is one of the worst stores I have come across. We bought dining room set from them. The first delivery we got came with broken and old server board and different chairs than what we asked. We sent back the entire order and went to store, the sales people were so cold. Only thing they said was it was mistake by warehouse. Next time, the delivery came with wrong chairs again, in the meantime we were talking to customer service, the delivery guy ran without installing the shelves in our server. He didnt even wait for us to sign. We gave the chairs a third try and guess what, one was broken (store said it was broken while deliverin, lol) and other one was in a bad shape (definitely a used one). We have had many calls with the store, but every time they have an excuse. I would NEVER recommend Ashley to anyone, worst customer service.

Ordered a couch they claimed wouldn’t fit into our room. They told us to put it in our garage and they would come back out later that week to install it. Now they are refusing to install it or take it back. Disappointed and frustrated. Would not recommend. Go to a place with better service and guarantees that what you order will be delivered and set up. I’ve had to keep calling the store and still don’t have a resolution.
I will say this from the bottom of my heart.... Donot do business with this furniture store.. The 90 day agreement is a big scam... if you donot pay off with In the 90 days your payment after the 90 days will only be 20 percent of each payment you make monthly.. This means if you make a payment to another company for example of $300.00 each month only $60.00 will be going to your remaining balance of $2000.00. The management of this business must stop this it's not right.. your putting potential future customers in debt.. And I have a AA DEGREE pursuing my business degree.... dont do it.. pay cash only... spread the word.. Ohhhh also they will add a larger amount to your current balance if you donot pay in full by 90 days.. facts..
Was looking to purchase a new dining table for my home and glad that I stopped here. It was difficult to choose a table being that there were so many options of beautiful tables. The young lady that helped me was very informative and help me narrow down my choice. I'll be back for a new bed soon.

In store everyone is great. After the sale, when you have scheduled a delivery prepare to be disappointed and frustrated. I ordered a bunch of furniture. Several pieces were delivered and assembled within a couple weeks. They provide 4 hours time frames but the sales associates warns me to be available all day. First delivery they are way early, and did not call ahead as promised. Fortunately I was able to scramble and have family meet them. The second part of the order was scheduled more than a month out on NYE. a few days prior I get notice its back ordered for another 3 weeks. Ok, fine. Due to my first experience I confirm the day ahead that they can call ahead, and will be there in time frame. Nope! Instead they text from a phone you can't reply to saying they are going to be 90 min early. So I scramble again, having my family go to receive. Did they show up early. Nope, they showed up later within the the original timeframe. To top it off the table and chairs are damaged and missing pieces so I had to refuse. Here we go again with scheduling. Although they have plenty of the items in warehouse they say it has to be at least 4 days to reschedule. At this point Im exhausted by it all and concede to a Saturday further out so I can be there. Clearly after the sale their customer care and logistics operation is terrible. Usually when you call to resolve something, as I had to many times, it takes 15-45 min to get a human on the line. While you are waiting on the line they tell you how great they are and how they invest in their logistics. This is laughable. For the sake of those that work there I really hope they do invest in providing a better experience for the customer after the sale. I happen to work in logistics and fleet management and the excuses don't fly with me, if you want to retain customers and a decent reputation. That said I'm never opposed to changing my review because I understand that reviews of one experience are not the full picture, and not really fair to a business that is truly invested in improving their customer experience. It's up to them how they want to make this right....if they want to make this right. If they don't there is always yelp and of course just sharing my experience with friends and family. UPDATE: At this point this nightmare is being recorded here for my own records. Saturday delivery came. They did NOT have the table put together as promised and guess what, it wasn't right, not the right legs, whatever. They packed it back up in the the truck. I said they need to take the 1 chair they brought plus the 3 additional already delivered. They acted like they were talking to their warehouse, got in their truck and drove off. I called Ashley furniture in Tukwila. They said I would have to spend my time waiting for another pick up to be scheduled next week or I could return to their warehouse in Tacoma and then drive to their to their store in Tukwilla for my refund, oh and that my account is locked and I can't do anything until Tuesday. Nope, I will take them to the store in Tukwilla and get my refund. They said this can't happen I would not get a refund. To be continued....

We recently bought a bedroom set from Ashley store in Renton and even though our shopping experience was good once we had paid for it the experience was totally different. On the day of delivery we were given a 3 hour window in the afternoon, but they turned up in the morning which affected our plans greatly. The storage portion on one side did not fit in properly and we asked for a replacement. The delivery person took a photo and said someone from the store would be contacting us and left as soon as everything was setup. We received no such call and we followed up again . We were again given a 3 hour window on a Saturday afternoon when somebody will be arriving to examine our claim. We waited till early evening and nobody turned up and nor were we given a reason for the delay. All through this any contact was always initiated by us and not the store. The salesperson who worked with us during the sale has been MIA and we were unable to reach him in the number he gave us. We still have the faulty piece and no follow through from the store. Very poor experience will not recommend.
Doug was a solid help. I just moved from California and I checked the place out. It was Friday and he introduced himself as soon as I entered and followed me at a distance as I perused through the showroom. He was able to answer all my questions and e-mailed me dimensions of a living room set that I was interested in. Never felt pressured, because I also wanted to check out other furniture places in the area. I went back the next day and told him the set was actually too big and told him what I was looking for. He took me to another set and i really liked his recommendations. I ended up buying a living room set and a bedroom set that day. He even helped me get all the stuff as soon as possible. They usually do not deliver until they Have everything in stock- but he knew My situation and so he helped with splitting the delivery AND the costs between the 2 orders because I wouldnt be getting some of the units in both sets at the same time. What a champ. Thanks Douglas Benson for your help- I hope to come back to finish furnishing my home!

Horrible, is the word that comes to my mind for Ashley Furniture Tukvilla. This store should be black listed for harassing it’s customers with their unprofessional and unapologetic attitude. Our bed was to be delivered on 4th January and till date it’s still in the process. One part or the other is missing I don’t know how they are in the business and how many customers have faced the harassment because of their reckless business practices. When you contact their customer care the standard answer is well it’s the delivery people mistake. They are so thick skinned that it doesn’t matter to them what awe full experience the customer is going through.

Bought a Sofa, Loveseat, Wedge combination and a Coffee Table. The loveseat didn't work at delivery and it was a hassle to get someone who cared on the phone to help. We had to call endless times to get helped. The Coffee Table took 4 months to be delivered. The same week we went to Mor Furniture in Kent and bought a dining room set. That was smooth and unlike Ashley, the customer service was great.
I was very excited to pick up a bedroom set that I loved. Online, it said stock was limited for the bed and that I would have to purchase in store. I called and spoke with a woman on the phone who said the bed was available for purchase and she could order that size for me once I come into the store, and she would honor the 50% weekend sale for me. The next day, I spoke with a man who told me the exact same thing. The next morning, I drove 2 hours to follow through with what I was told only to show up and be told it has been discontinued and is not available. I asked why I was told by two different people the same thing, and now a different from a 3rd. No apology, just “we have a lot of new people right now.” Not impressed by the customer service and I’m still unsure how something like this happens. Will not be returning.
Nice, friendly staff. Approached us from the get go with a run down of how the store worked, the current deal going on, and then let us explore without hovering. Appreciated being able to look around and find what we wanted without the pressure of "making the sale" that you get at some places.

This store should really look up the term "customer service". After waiting at home for a delivery for my table and two chairs, the delivery drivers arrive and tell me they have ONE chair and that was the instructions they received from the store. After going back and forth with the driver and explaining that on their copy of the invoice it clearly says 1 SET of 2 COUNT chair, they called their warehouse and told me I'd need to call the store. I called the store and the very nice customer service rep helped after I was on hold for quite a bit. At first she said I wasn't charged for two chairs, but I explained the salesperson did a price match based on the price on the website. After putting me back on hold she came back and said that they could have the chair out to me in 5 days. Which meant I'd have to take off another half day of work. I told her that considering the customer (me!) is the only one being inconvenienced in this whole debacle, perhaps they could refund the $59 delivery charge. She came back and said her supervisor said they'd give me a $25 gift card for the store. I told her to keep it and to explain to her supervisor how insulting that offer was. Basically you were telling me I could have $25 back only to use it on your store's products -- which I'm definitely never planning to do again. I explained that the customer should NOT be the one who is inconvenienced in this whole situation considering this was clearly a mistake on their end. I've spent about a thousand dollars at this store over the last few months furnishing my new apartment, but I will not be going back. Their lack of customer service when THEY made a mistake leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

We had a great buying experience at Ashley. Russ was a awesome.. helped us in picking and choosing the right furniture for our new home. I would highly recommend and when you walk in ask for Russ. He is one of the best in my opinion and I am sure he will do a great job.
Dont waist ur tim . Bought a couch from them it was delivered in the wrong color then they brought the right color but damaged, my English is not good I dont understand everything and now they are telling me that its against their policy to exchange or return the couch. I've been on the phone with them a few times and been on hold for an hour each time, they took advantage of the fact that I dont speak English good and made me sign something and now I'm stuck with a damaged couch and they are impossible to get through!
my fire place insert stopped work before the expiration date of warranty so I called and called again they sent email stating I was getting a replacement so I waited no response I called they said now it has expired so we will not help you even though I have a email dated before expiration date of warranty This is the second time Ashley has lied to me Don't shop there!!!!!!
We recently purchased a furniture there. The salesperson we dealt with was at least nice and accommodating but the people at the customer service counter were very rude especially the store manager. She was not very accommodating especially after we turned down their furniture protection plan. Seems like they hate to be there or hated their jobs or hate to be bothered by customers asking questions. As one customer review says, ones they are done with the sale they could care less about you or any issues that happens thereafter. I would never shop there again ever. I can't say much about their delivery service since we opted to pickup the furniture after they quoted us $175 delivery fee. I guess I'm glad I did opt to pick it up after seeing reviews from customers who had delivery issues. Thankfully the people at their Tacoma warehouse are very nice and decent people. They inspected the furniture to make sure all parts are there and if there are any damages. Then they loaded the furniture to my truck. Other than the store sales person and warehouse folks they have the worst customer service people I have ever dealt with. I don't know how they survived this business with that kind of poor service.
My experience inside the store was great. However, after we left, it seemed they did not care once they got the sale. We have had so many issues with the delivery and I am now on hold with them AGAIN (5th or 6th time I've had to call, each time waiting on hold for at least 20 minutes). The people in the call center are nice enough and helpful. I feel bad for them though because I imagine this is why there are always 20+ minute hold times. We ordered an entire living room set, which was to be delivered in 2 weeks. I got a call the night we made the order to verify my address (even though we had verified it in the store). If that was all, that would not have bothered me. But I want you to know we verified the address TWICE on the day we ordered it. They day before it is set to be delivered, I get a text with the WRONG address. I call (and wait on hold for over 20 minutes) to update it. We get the delivery the next day, but the only thing that was there was the couch and the delivery drivers said that's all they had. So I call again and am told that the coffee table was back ordered (I don't know why they did not tell me the day before when I talked to them) and the rest will come via UPS. I get the UPS tracking numbers to follow up in a few days when it's set to be delivered. I look up the tracking numbers when I get home from work that day, since it was not there yet. It says the address is incorrect or incomplete. So I call Ashley again and ask about it. They say it looks right on their end, but offered to call UPS for me. I get a call back a little while later and they leave me a voicemail that I have to call UPS because they can't update the address. Keep in mind this is their mistake. So I call UPS and find out that they did not put the apartment number on the UPS labels. We finally get the majority of our stuff about a week after we move in. We have the table set to be delivered 2 weeks later. I got a call yesterday morning (Thursday- coffee table was scheduled to come on Saturday) to verify someone will be home on Saturday for the delivery. Great. I get a text a few hours later to say the coffee table is back ordered AGAIN, so it will be coming the following week. They also changed the delivery day from Saturday to Friday. No one will be able to be at home during the day on a Friday. I called yesterday afternoon and waited on hold for 30 minutes before giving up because I had to go back to work. I am now on hold with them again, 15 minutes and counting.
I am really surprised how they are still surviving after having such horrible service .Looking at the other reviews here ,now i know that my experience is a standard at Ashley . I had lot of issues with delivery of the product. First of all it was 6 weeks delay in delivery date , they sends you a date and time ; but you can expect them to send to another message 5 mins before the arrival outside your delivery window. If you are not at home , that becomes your fault. You call up to raise a complaint, there is no one to listen in. I am now really frustrated and want to get rid of this though I liked the product; not sure if i will be successful with that ,knowing Ashley's customer service efficiency.

Russ was honestly amazing! I already could tell he was a great guy from the phone and the minute my family and i walked in, we felt his warm presences. He was very friendly and made us laugh the whole time. We came back a second time because of backend issues and it was sooo much fun again to see him! I just bought a sofa and chaise from Russ at Ashley Furniture. What a cool guy! We had a nice chat, and I appreciated his honesty during my sale. My husband and I cycle through new furniture often bc I like changing our decor often. Russ has earned himself a loyal customer. Thank you!
Called at 3:30 to check what time the store would be closing due to special hours... they tell me 5pm. Arrive at 4:10, and the doors are locked and it’s posted they will be closing at 4pm. Another person pulled up in the parking lot and asked what happened, and she just got off the phone with customer service who told her 9pm. Won’t be coming back
This is the second time we’ve shopped at Ashley Furniture, but this time we furnished an entire home. Peyton was so great to us! He moved multiple items so we could see things next to each other, he helped us get the best deal (online/store pricing) and best of all he sent our order to the store closest to our home so they could help. This process was super smooth and we can’t wait to see everything put in our home.

I went to Ashley’s two weeks ago to get my living room set and they told me it would take only two weeks to give it to me because of back order on orders from Black Friday so I would have to wait, but now they are telling me to wait one more week for my set, I’m disappointed. I will never go to them again. I wouldn’t recommend.

Bad service doesn’t really commit to bringing you the whole bed set and the delivery guys would bring pieces by pieces I’ve had trouble with that and nobody from the store would be available not even office manager or manager they guys would always keep changing delivery drop off date and I’ve had enough of this :( Hope u guys do better .
We recently moved to a new place, and with every new home comes the excitement of furnishing and staging the new place. We looked at a few options. Did some good amount of research. But we wanted to go to a place where we can get everything under one roof at a good price and I didn’t want to do any self-assembly. We went to the Ashleys HomeStore in Tukwila (WA). We got lucky because they had great deals and a majority of the inventory was on 35% off. It was great timing! We worked with Jenni who was with us for more than 5 hours in the store when we were picking things. Her patience is inexplicable. Her Manager - Heidi was equally amazing. They were super genuine. I read many reviews on other social platforms which truly surprised me because honest to God, my experience was blissful. Extremely content with the products and their service. Given it was a large order, I was very nervous with the shipping & delivery. But thankfully, the folks who came in very absolutely professional and thoroughly experienced. None of my fragile items were damaged. Everything came in spick and span. There was one nightstand that was damaged during shipping, but I got it replaced within 10 days, no questions asked. Ashley HomeStore Tukwila has the best team and everyone right from the sales rep helping you to the ones seated at the billing and welcome desk, everyone deserves this shout out. I want to give a special call out to Christin and Deidra who are two of the best people out there. They were so kind in helping me with my quick replacement of the damaged nightstand and were fantastic in coordinating with customer service to expedite my request at this busy time of the year. I bugged both of them with my calls and updates, but seriously, hats off to them for being so attentive, caring and supportive. Ashley HomeStore (Tukwila) - you have a happy customer and we will certainly return! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. We are loving it and Christmas couldn’t have been better.

Generally frustrating experience dealing with delivery issues and ultimately unhelpful customer service. Over multiple deliveries, multiple delivery people refused to complete assembly of drawers/handles/other items, despite my insistence with them that I had double-checked with Ashley customer service that this was supposed to be included in the delivery service I paid for. My initial delivery guys did not treat things carefully, mostly seeming in a rush to get out and done ASAP. They dropped and broke furniture, which resulted in more headache for me due to their lack of care. I was also told conflicting stories from different reps at Ashely; some initially told me that bookcase shelves should be assembled by the delivery guys, while finally others told me that this particular assembly is left to the buyer. Not complicated to do, but frustrating to only later be told what you're paying for doesn't actually include what you were initially told (more than once!) would be included. While the customer service representatives tried to be helpful and polite, I had to repeat my story over multiple calls when I was not called back/given the details said to be coming shortly. Despite all the issues, management was completely unwilling to refund even a part of the premium delivery/assembly fee in exchange for my taking care of final assembly to save an extra technician trip.
I purchased a mattress from this store. I was told when purchasing the mattress that the delivery guys would haul my old mattress. The delivery guys refused to haul my mattress and after weeks on the phone with the delivery team and being told someone will come pick up my old mattress someone finally told me the store sale associate was supposed to put recycle on my order and they will not be coming to pick up my old mattress. Now I'm stuck trying to dispose of my old mattress.
My husband and I came in to look at specific couch that I saw on the website. As soon as I came in Tony was there to greet me and had the couch in stock to show me that I saw. It was an amazing experience to shop at Ashley furniture. It was very easy and quick and all my questions were answered. I will be shopping there again in the future. I do not recommend shopping at the store my first problem is they failed to tell me that I have to go pick up at a completely different location all the way in Tacoma my second problem is they failed to tell me my entire 14 piece living room set was on backorder until next month my third problem a couple days before my stuff was to be delivered they send me a text message asking to confirm with the completely wrong address. I gave them a call it took 30 minutes for somebody to pick up. the next day I receive another text message asking to confirm with the wrong address I called again another 30 minutes wait time, this is the day before my stuff is supposed to come and she even has issues trying to resolve the problem. she gives me a call back 2 hours later saying they were able to fix the address but because it was the day before my scheduled delivery it is now delayed. OH and they'll fight you on a refund. F these guys!!
We recently picked up a electric base for a bed, and when we got home we realized that the product wasn't the base that we ordered. We called to customer service and they refused to correct their mistake. This is not the american style of customer service. Don't go to this place.

This was my first time going to an Ashley store... went to buy a couch.. had previously been to 5 other stores but hadn’t found the one my butt liked.. anyways, we were greeted by a cute salesman Russ... he gave us our space for us to check all the couches we could see( there were many of them) then he would casually waltz in every 10-15 mins to see if we needed him... Anyways long story short we ended up loving and buying one couch and a dining table set... Thank you for your great service.

Our experience at Ashley Furniture when purchasing a sofa was an excellent one. Our salesman was Peter Altman and he made it such good one. He was So helpful. You are lucky to have him representing you. He is Very fun and easy to work with. . He explained things about the sofa we were interested in, gave us time to look around, kept checking on us to see if we needed anything, and then when we were ready to buy the sofa he was right there again to help. This place has horrible service they have a no return policy that they don’t share with you once your furniture is delivered there’s no returns bought a recliner and it wasn’t the one that we ordered in the store horrible I never shop there again

Called the number , ext #2 Updated!!!! I just received my coffe table and its rusty, bented , whats going on shley employees , donyou guys inspect the items before Delivery??? My family has looked here several times and purchased a couch here in the past. On this most recent trip we were looking at items in the clearance area when we were approached and told we shouldn't be in there. I looked at the person, perplexed as we were shopping in the clearance section of the store, where we have been many times before. He went on to say the clearance section isn't open on the 'weekends' and they aren't allowed to sell anything in the clearance area on the weekend. It was at this time I realized the main entrance to the clearance area was blocked off, but the entrance we came into through the children's area had no sign. I told him he should put up a sign, which he quickly dismissed, and we left that area of the store, our minds already made up to not buy anything at the store because of the rediculous way we were treated.

Helpful salesperson- great selection- fun features to choose from! Our salesperson worked with us to find the right furniture and accessories that fit our need. She helped pull items together so that we could test pieces together and showed us several options based on what we described. The items seem well made and are exactly what we picked out.
I went into the Ashley location in Tacoma . And the manager Heather Woods was so amazing .Upon ordering it was some problem but Heather went far and beyond to help me and fix the problem and from that moment on everything went smoothly I found out she was at the Tukwila location so now I will be do my business with that location.

This Store is the most awful of all the furniture stores by the mall in Tukwila. They didn't used to be this way. 3 years ago I bought a dinning room set and and bed frame, nightstand and desk. No problems. Now they lie and can't deliver what you buy. Do Not Go To This Store. The sales people do not know their stock. The managers lie. The delivery guys, a 3rd party, are way more professional. History - long: So in July I bought a new bed, mattress, adjustable base and two night stands. Andre there was our salesman and we wanted a new mattress with all the bells and whistles to last us the next 10 years. we had picked out a frame and specifically asked him if the base and the bed were compatible because the bed had storage. He went to go find out. he was gone for 15 minutes but assured us it would work. So we scheduled the delivery 2 months out because we were having work done. The delivery day came and we needed the bed because we were having house guests. We got plenty of automatic notifications indicating it was going to arrive. The delivery came and the bases were not included. the delivery guys made lots of calls to find out why it wasn't included no one at the store knew. We refused the order because it wasn't complete. I called the store immediately and I was on the phone with them FOR AN HOUR and had to ask 6 times for a supervisor. No one could would do anything for me. The supervisor couldn't do anything. they had lost the PO. they claimed they sold the bed bases but they are 3rd party items so they can't control when they show up. We spent the next week sleeping on blow up mattresses. When it finally came and was assembled the remote looked nothing like the one in the store and had none of the functions. So the base was not the one I paid for. This time we went back to the store and raised hell with the sales man and the managers. To make this work we had to now take a different bed frame and base and they couldn't give me a date when they could fulfill it. When we got home we looked at the receipt and realized they shorted me $1300 too. I went to the store a second time and made them adjust the price. three weeks later they finally got the order and i pestered the salesman and store they finally got me a date for delivery. It came today. No Base Again. refused the order. They can not seem to deliver anything they promise. Do not trust them.
I am very unhappy with your service. Bought a brand new king size bed, but it delivered with a hole on top of the headboard and scratches. Asking for a replacement, the earliest date is one month after. this is really bad.
We ordered a coffee table, but when we picked we found they prepared a back table. Then they replaced to another coffee table but in different style. Consider two months passed adn we do need a table, we decide to accept the wrong one. Then we ordered a nightstand later (We will never do it again), When we picked it, we found the third draw is broken, they confirmed they will deliver a draw within 3 weeks. Now three weeks passed, they said the order will be ready in Nov. 18th, just the order not the draw. Hope we could get the right draw. The most unreasonable part is when you try to cancel the transactions, you will find money could not go back to your account, but return to your pool, to buy another Ashley furniture...
If you ever wondered where the coked out car salesmen of the 1980's went, Well I found them and their offspring!! I have never been so effectively and blatantly lied to. These people act as if they cant be held accountable for the sale goods and service that just are not deliverable. I'll update this once I prove my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and a proper report is filed with the attorney general's office. Avoid this place and avoid our headaches.
My online experience had me disappointed, but I decided to go into a store and look for what I wanted without having to pay for delivery. Payton was very friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the process of buying my new couch super easy and quick (even after I forgot my credit card at home). If you are in search of the perfect furniture for your home I highly suggest taking a look at the tukwila store for sheer customer service on it own!
I wish I could give 0 star. The worst furniture store I have ever been. I bought tv stand and accessors from that store. They asked me to chose delivery or pick up. I choose pick up then they change their mind they told me that only available for delivery. I agreed with what they said. They scheduled the delivery for a month. I waited for a month and they sent me a broken tv stand. I rejected it and they rescheduled a new one for about a month again. They sent me with a missing Item after waiting another month. I had to reject the second delivery attempt. Now I am waiting for another month for delivery.
Ashley Furniture HomeStore is way cool it's big and has plenty of parking . There lots of stuff to see there . It's easy to see from the road . It's at South Center .
They fake you out of your money. Over charged almost 1k cash THEIR mistake, to have them refund it via 12month interest free financing. Never going back. Beware.....
Formal complaints have been filed with: Better Business Bureau WA State AG Office AMEX Jesse Jones at Kiro7 Television (consumer affairs activist) as well as every social media and review site available regarding our experience Our purchase was scheduled for delivery 23-Sep and Ashley Furniture contacted us with a delivery window as promised. My husband stayed home from work to accommodate; as he's self employed that means no earnings that day. The delivery service employed by Ashley Furniture gouged 2 holes in our drywall and scraped the staircase banister. Then unpacked and discovered a broken footboard. They called in the damaged piece for reorder, said someone would contact us and left. All the other pieces (dresser and 2 nightstands) were left where they sat, not assembled, as well as the other pieces for the bed, all left piled up in our bedroom. I did get 1 phone call later that day saying Ashley Furniture was reordering the broken piece and would contact us w/in 24 hours. We've not heard one word since 23-Sep unless WE call THEM. My husband and I each call once a day every day, including today, 27-Sep, and the date we might expect the replacement piece is pushed out every day. What's disturbing is that the story changes every single day. We asked if, rather than wait almost another 3 weeks, they would come take everything back and refund us and Ashley Furniture flat refused. They have our money and zero incentive to help us in any way, by expediting delivery OR fixing our wall and banister. Apparently we are not the only people with major problems with Ashley Furniture and their customer service. There are entire FB groups dedicated to people's experience with this company, and a simple post to my NextDoor group turned up a number of people saying they had similar experiences. No response from customer service unless *we* call them, waiting months for replacement part(s) for items damaged in transit, damage to walls not repaired, items poorly assembled. I've taken the step of filing a formal complaint with the BBB with my "desired outcome" being a full refund, as well as opening a case with my credit card company and the WA State AG's office. At this point in time, the most recent answer I've gotten from them is Oct 11 - but as with all previous calls I expect that date to slip out. Truly - I would love for them to come take it all back, refund me and maybe I can use that money to fix my walls. At this point - they are losing money as we have no intention of buying the living room furniture we planned on in January, and if even 1 person goes elsewhere to make a purchase then they've lost far more than if they had tried to make this right from the get-go.

ASHLEY IN TUKWILA WA HAS THE WOREST DELIVERY SERVICE, I have purchased a bedroom set on August 25, The delivery was schedule August 27th - NEVER DELIVERED....After I made several phone calls finally on September 09th My bedroom set was delivered BUT with wrong foundation. Since then, the bed foundation never get delivered. I AM MAKING CALLS BETWEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE FOR THE LAST 8 DAYS, please Wish me Luck!
Couch started falling apart after about 4 years. All of the leather started peeling, I suggest paying a little extra and going somewhere else. The stools I bout fell apart after maybe the first year.
I bought patio furniture and paid for delivery and assembly. When the guys delivered the furniture they explained to me that they couldn't assemble it and the warehouse was supposed to do it. An Ashley rep called me to see how my deliver went and after explaining the situation to her she put me on hold for 15 minutes and finally gave me a number to call later to arrange for a technician to come and build my furniture. Nobody answered that number when I called.
Absolutely horrible experience. Our representative ordered the wrong couch orientation. When trying to get this issue rectified, it took a whole week just to get in contact with the right people. When we finally did get around to scheduling delivery/pickup day on a Saturday, we get a call from Ashley asking if we "got our couch yet". Turns out they didn't even have our delivery in their system and we had to reschedule to a Monday. Well, come Saturday, we get a call from their delivery truck saying that they were at our house. WHAT?? It took nearly a month just to get the right couch!!! Absolutely incompetent location, incompetent company, and incompetent employees!
Worst customer service ever! We ordered a table with chairs. The table got delivered damaged and assembly was done terribly at extra cost to us. Tried to get through to talk to someone on the phone took days and hours on phone. We provided pictures they said they will consider it? People on the phone were super rude to. Never again!
The store is a mess; even the employees couldn't figure out where anything was. We came to see a specific product and had trouble finding it. When we finally were able to locate the product we put it on layaway, with repeated and explicit assurances from the salesperson that we could just call with a credit-card number and have it delivered in 3-5 days. When we called a couple of weeks later they had changed the policy, no more credit cards over the phone, we had to trek back to the store to consummate the transaction in person. And it would be 2+ weeks, not 3-5 days, for delivery. We hope the experience with the product itself will be better than that of shopping for it. (We're still waiting for delivery.)

I purchased 2 items from Ashley HomeStore in the past few weeks. One item was purchased online and the other one was in their store. I was told that both items would be delivered on 8/22. One item was delivered to me slightly damaged. This item was supposed to be delivered within the window of 3pm - 7pm, it arrived at 10am.They were good about scheduling a tech visit to come out in 3 weeks to look at the damage. The other item was not delivered on the 22nd and after calling them they stated that it wasn't scheduled for delivery, but they would get it out to me in the next 5 days. The second item arrived with a permanent black marker line about 4 inches long on the furniture. I will have to reach out to them to schedule another appointment to get that fixed now. Hopefully when the tech comes to fix the first issue they can fix the other issue too. Considering the price we paid at Ashley Home Store I expected a better experience. Both items had been damaged when delivered to us. Delivery windows had been missed and some items hadn't been delivered at all. I am really surprised that they failed at every single experience point with this purchase. We have more shopping to do but we will give that business to someone else.
After waiting for the sales person who told me she would be right back. (she did not return until). A very happy and helpful young woman and asked if she could help. She did and was very professional and polite. She assisted me until I finally finished my order. Her name is Evelyn Palos. Thank you for all that you did.
I went to Ashley furniture Tukwila for my refund since the product was being canceled. I had an awful moment there. The staff on customer service desk looks very enexperinced and taking boringly long time. The agent told me that I need to contact my credit card company and get verification letter for the credit card I used for payment!! I called the credit card company though and they said there’s no such a thing they do. I asked the agent if I can talk to the manager. I was explaining the situation but that manager seemed not so helpful either and keep arguing with me. Finally, she said to her staff very aggressively “GET HIS REFUND”. I asked her name she said “my name his Heather”. I told her that “ don’t waste out time unnecessarily” I won’t do any business with these guys.

PATHETIC RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY .. you have to really follow up hard to return or exchange stuff..its been a month and we are still struggling.. VERY BAD SERVICE ..PLEASE THINK TWICE before ordering anything from this store
Couches look great and all but wont last long. We bought a set, love seat and couch and they only lasted about a year. The cusions suck, they flatten quickly, to the point you feel the woods/metals. Spend your money on something more quality that will de more durable. Never buying from ashley.
We purchased a bedroom set from this location. During our visit, the sales rep that was helping us told us we needed a mattress box and I had to confirm it with him three times because I was surprised the bed we were getting did not come with a foundation. But because he was insisting we hot it. When it was delivered, it was a purchase we did not need because the bed does indeed come with a foundation. Not only that but if we added this 10"box it will be impossible to get on the bed, we would need a ladder. When we told the delivery guys we dont need this please, they said they can not take it back and what we need to do is call the store and they will send out another car to pick up the box. So I did just that. During my conversation with the store rep, they told me they will not be able to return it. They have a no return policy. Which is not stated anywhere on the papers provided to us by them and this was also one thing the sales rep decided not to tell us when he sold this item, or I should say forced this sell down our throat. I asked to speak to the manager, I have been on hold for over 40 minutes to speak to the manager. Another rep answered and asked what I was calling about and expected me to explain the setuation again after 40 minutes of hold 😩. After 48 minutes of hold, the manager refused to talk to me. This is absolutely ridiculous. I do not advise anyone to go to this store.
Was told 3 different dates of arrival. Took close to a month. When I arrived for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT they ran hours behind schedule. Decent furniture, bad customer experience.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had buying anything. Ordered $25,000 worth of furniture two months ago and I’m still waiting for missing parts and furniture to show up. They are completely useless after you pay the bill. Even their warehouse people complain about the store. Buy elsewhere.
We order a dining set 2 weeks ago and delivery was moved twice, when the item came, it was missing a chair, so basically a dining table with 3 chairs, the manger was rude and can not give me any answer as to when the item will arrive, please don’t go to this store, poor customer service, poor item selection, online prices are different from store prices, be sure not to sign anything because one can not return the item once you sign something. I’m calling on the owner of this store TUKWILA Branch, you need to check your employees and your flow of business, every time that a bad experience happened to your store, you are losing your customers trust and business. Please retrain your staff to be more customer-oriented. No apologies from your store manager. I hope that Washington state trade and industry will look closely to the way this store operate. Sucks!!!

I'm updating my review now that I finally have the furniture I ordered. After THREE scheduled deliveries were a no-show I was forced to rent a truck and pick up the furniture myself. i would have cancelled the order and gone somewhere else but this was for a vacation rental. Ashley Stores promised repeatedly they would deliver. I traveled 180 miles round trip, three times, to accept the delivery and three times they failed to show. No supervisor either at their corporate offices or the pickup location were ever available to discuss the situation. On top of it all, they still had the nerve to charge me for the delivery.

My mom went in to buy a bed, once she did they had a miscommunication between this location and corporate: this happened three times after the first time (4 in total) . Because this happened it delayed the delivery of the base of the bed by a month. When we would call & or go into the store we would get the run around as if no one had a straight answer! I will never buy from AHS again!!!
I'm so done with this company. We started a warranty case in October 2018. 10 months and 8 service calls later, I give up. Every service call, I'm supposed to contact them to make an appointment when the parts arrive. When they don't arrive after 2-3 weeks, I call. After an hour or more with them on the phone, we find out the parts never got ordered and the order gets placed that day. Then the wrong parts arrive. SIX times this happened! SIX! - same part ordered, wrong part arrived. The last 2 times the correct part arrived damaged. Now the store manager is supposed to call me, within 24 hours. I'm on day 12. I've tried to call him 3 times but he is never available and no return phone call. I'm positive their goal is to frustrate me so much that I give up - they have accomplished their goal. Never again will I buy from Ashley Furniture. Customer service is worse than non-existent. This has been a total waste of time and money. Buyer beware!!
Ordered my dining set and couch a month ago, didn't arrive on time after confirming delivery date and time and delivery guy didn't bother calling for the delay or confirmation on the day of delivery. Ashley staff gave us the run arounds and wouldn't give us any answers. Terrible customer service all around. Save yourself time and headache and go somewhere else. Been over a month and we still don't have the items we already paid for. What a joke.
Went to Ashley's to look for a bedroom set. Was very pleased with the options. I found the set I loved the most and was able to find the best price for me and my needs. When going through the buying process, it was slower because the worker was slow at figuring out the tablet for recording the sales, but other than that, had a great experience.
They lie about their product, selling faux leather as genuine, then do not accept returns, though they had duped my neighbors into the purchase.
Great customer service at the store but once you paid, is horrible!! I bought couple sets of furnitures, and it delivered with missing sets, a bed rail broken, called for 2hours was promised everything will be delivered next day. When the day came, only mattress arrived, still have a broken bed, missing box springs, missing furnitures!!
If I could give them negative stars I would. Ordered a sectional and scheduled it to be delivered on the 6th of August 2019. This is the day my wife took off of work to make sure she was there for the Delivery. We were told that we would get a call to confirm delivery time. No one called us and the day of the Delivery arrived. I called the store and was told that there was no number put in. I told the customer service rep I gave the store associate my cell phone number. He even repeated it back to me. She then put me on hold for 30 minutes and a second customer service rep picked up. She then told me a lie that the wrong phone number was put in and they had called it. The person on the phone told them they live in Seattle and that they didn't order a couch. So at that point we were dropped from the Delivery schedule. I told them I needed the couches by the original date because I was going to have surgery and would not be able to sleep in my bed. We had gotten the area ready by getting rid of the old couches. I was then transferred to the store Manager, Heather, and she told us that she would contact their warehouse manager. She informed us that they do not do next day delivery. I informed them that the paperwork I signed in store for the purchase of the furniture was a contract between myself and the store. The contract between myself and the store stipulated someone would be available the date of the scheduled delivery and I promised to pay for the furniture. Their part of the contract was to provide me with the furniture I chose and deliver it on the specific delivery day. When they failed to deliver the furniture on the delivery date they breached the contract. My wife spoke to a lawyer friend of our and she stated we have a case if we choose to take it to court. The store manager Heather told.us she would call us today, August 8th, by 10 am. At 11 am I called the store and was notified by the front desk receptionist that Heather was off for the next 2 days. Why lie about calling us to fix the problem they caused? You are not saving face, you are just trying to pass the blame to someone else so youndontnget in trouble. They kept telling me their warehouse managers are quick to respond to emails but they still haven't responded to the emails that were sent on the 6thby the customer service rep or by the manager, if they even sent any emails out. I asked the nice front desk receptionist for the name of whomever was Heather, the store manager, and was told that Scott was the regional manager. I tried to get his contact info but they would not give it to me because it is a personal cell phone number. I understand they can't give me his cell phone number but he should work out of an office that has a business number associated with it or a business email, yet they still could not give me that info. I am sure they are trying to keep.it from involving anyone above the store manager but at this point is above her. In summary customer service is terrible, you are fed lies, some of the sales reps seem to be incompetent and just out for their commission, you get the run around from the store manager, warehouse manager, and at times from the customer service reps who put you on hold for over 30 minutes. Very terrible management, extremely poor delivery service, incompetent sales reps, and all to be told they can't do anything. Next step contact the Better Business Bureau and seek legal advise. I am sure they will read this review nor respond to it. Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
Great store! I was looking for a sleeper sofa and I found out that you could upgrade almost any sofa yo see to a sleeper, so thar is great! Our sales representative was very kind and patient with us. Thanks Andrey. Definetely we will come back when were looking for new furniture.
I bought the sofa on 26th and I was told the delivery would be made on 29th, didn't get it on 29th was on hold on their customer care no. for an hour, tried again on 30th was on hold for 30 minutes and then the customer service executive tells me she doesn't know why but it will get delivered on 7th, when I asked why she connected me to the store, Christin from the store tells me she doesn't know why but it will get delivered on 7th, when I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manager is busy and cannot attend the call, and she has now put me on hold again for the past 30 minutes, I still don't know if the sofa will get delivered or why was there a delay, no way to track it online either, the worst customer service by any comy ever
Worst experience I ever had buying furniture. 1st we were told that our furniture will be delivered on a day but in the paper they selected another day. 2nd they chose 2 different delivery options for our furniture and its been 3 weeks and we still haven't received our other part of the furniture. Apparently they were missing our apartment number but no one called us to let us know or to ask us that. Now i had to call UPS and ask where my package is and they told me that they had to send back the package to the sender because they weren't picked up. No one communicated with us that we need to pick up our shipment. Also, customer service for this store sucks because no one ever answers the phone, so i have to drive 45 minutes to the store to speak with someone. Never again!

We ordered a sectional couch from this store. Our experience in-store was good. We found what we were looking for at a good price, the staff was friendly and helpful. We weren’t able to get the couch delivered as soon as we’d hoped, but that’s understandable. The trouble came during delivery. We threw out our old couch the day before our new one was to be delivered. When the new couch arrived, someone had loaded incompatible parts onto the delivery truck, and the sectional couldn’t be fully assembled. So we sent it back and were told a new one would be delivered in two weeks, no sooner... This was frustrating, but customer service waived the delivery charge for the inconvenience. Two weeks later, we received a confirmation that delivery was scheduled. I called and confirmed that delivery was scheduled for between 1 and 5 pm. On delivery day, 1 pm rolled around and I hadn’t heard from anyone so I tried to call and confirm. Long story short I spent about 40 minutes on hold before I gave up. My wife called the store and was able to determine that the couch wasn’t loaded on the truck for some reason, and that even though the couch was in the warehouse they wouldn’t be able to schedule delivery for another two weeks. No attempt was made to have it delivered that day or even to schedule a sooner delivery; no one even apologized. We cancelled our order and won’t be back.
WARNING: The store manager and sales representatives lie to you to get a sale. Once you find out about the lie the store manager will dodge your phone calls and will do their best to avoid you. Ashleys corporate office has heard multiple complaints from this store about this behaviour and is in the process of buying out this store. Until further notice DO NOT shop here!

I have been trying for a week, spent over an hour on hold, been promised a copy of my purchase order and nothing. I have an order set to be delivered too and these people don't care about their current business. My sales person was wonderful so this isn't her fault, but these people are literally IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF, WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEY CAN'T HELP AND YOU NEED TO CALL TEH STORE. Don’t buy from this store, worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Check out online stores like wayfair and colemans. At least you will get a cheaper couch this way. Store managers lie to you here and make false claims to sell a product. UPDATE: The store manager is known for dodging phone calls as quoted from the corporate support line.
