We visited Ashley Furniture today to choose a few pieces we need for our new house build. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Greg Winters. We remembered him from our last visit. We didn’t make a purchase that day but his kindness made an impact so we were happy to see him again. Greg asked us a few questions and as soon as we told him our theme we had in mind, he knew exactly where every piece was on the sales floor. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Believe me, we asked a ton of questions! He stayed with us patiently for 3-4 hours while we made some decisions. He took us through our entire transaction and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase decisions. Thank you Greg!!! You have a place in the memories of us getting into our forever home.

Marcus was outstanding and such a huge help to myself and my 95 year old mom who was shopping for a power recliner ( we also purchased a sofa during our outing at Ashley. Would highly recommend Marcus to all and will reach out to him in future shopping adventures. 😊

Had a pleasant experience shopping at the Barboursville Ashley Store. The store itself had the most impressive appearance of all the furniture stores we have shopped in the area. Marcus and Greg were very professional in assisting us in the selection of furniture to meet our needs.
I bought a couch from Ashley Furniture & it was such a seamless process! Mia Bragg assisted me every step of the way, and answered every phone call and text I sent. My couch got pushed back a couple of weeks, and Mia made sure I was taken care of due to the inconvenience. I will definitely go back to Ashley for any of my furniture needs!
