When Dennis and I arrived at Ashley we were greeted by Avery, a very pleasant young man, who asked what he could help us wirh. We had just purchased a home and needed bedroom and livingroom furniture. He showed us where these items were and stated he would leave us to look around and would check back with us on occasion, which he did. He was never pushy or steered us in the wrong direction. He explained the furnishiings we were interested in and then left us to consider our options. He was very considerate and polite through the whole processs. I would recommend Ashley Furnishings to anyone and hope to meet Avery again in the near future.

My husband is sleeping on his new pillow right now and the snoring is so much better!!!! 🤫 Mark was also a huge help! Went to Ashley in Beckley WV to look for bedroom furniture. Didn't find what we wanted, but Benjamin asked if we wanted to consider getting "analyzed" for a mattress. We did. He was very helpful and spent a lot of time helping us consider the options (important for us due to back issues we have). We bought one ... and he has been helpful even after with a pillow exchange (unused) we wanted to do.

Purchased a entire living room suite in March 2021 with the $599.95 4 year warranty, it was replaced by manufacturer warranty in February 2022, the 4 year warranty did not/ is not transferable (even though the sales associate told me it would be) here I am 3 years later with a bad motor & out $600.00. After explaining it all to the lady her response " what's your point".... WOW!!!

The Ashley furniture store in Beckley was wonderful and Avery was wonderful to work with. He took the time to show us different options and took the time to explain the benefits of each. If you have any furniture needs or questions, call or go in and ask for Avery he will do his best for you.

Our salesman Avery was very helpful and gave us suggestions as well as allowing us to browse. We never pressured us and allowed us the time to revisit sets that we were attempting to choose between. We have not received our set quite yet but are excited and have high hopes that it will last our family and dogs!

Purchased bedroom set from Beckley store, when delivered the footboard and chest was damaged. To fix the footboard, they ups a replacement drawer to fix a bet up footboard with scratches on it, and the replacement chest came delivered to us damaged, they took the drawers out of one and put in the other, still scratched up. This bedroom set was ordered in November, now half way thru February we are still trying to get a complete and new bedroom set that we have already paid on!

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I purchased furniture protection care for my living room furniture. I submitted a claim, sent a technician out to repair my furniture. He said he was not able to repair it and the parts that was sent wasn’t the parts that was needed to fix the issues. He said he is suggesting a new piece be sent. Three weeks later, today, received phone call and they state the parts was used (they wasn’t, I still have them in the box) and they are closing out the claim as they are not going to replace the product. I explained to her that the issue was not fixed and technician stated he couldn’t fix it. DO NOT BUY the protection plan. You are seriously wasting your money. It’s a hastle for them to even come in the first place. The technician stated that everything is made in Vietnam and it’s made cheaply. Please go somewhere else to purchase furniture.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is awful, delivery is awful. Everything about it this place is AWFUL. They broke my headboard, shattered my mirror, didn’t doANYTHING they promised. Had to wait months for the replacement, only for it to not be put together right. When I called about returning that’s when they didn’t want to do anything to help me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Terrible experience. When I went into the store, a gentleman helped me pick a couch out and got on the computer and quoted me $1100. Great! Decided to finance it for 6 months. The guy helping me got pulled away and swapped out with a lady. Got applied and approved for the financing. Then she tries to rush the order without saying anything else. I have to ask what the final price is, and she quotes me $2700??? Didn’t say anything. Long story short, we end up ordering it for a little over 1400. Supposed to be here in 6 week. Great! Whatever. That’s fine. This was the first week in April. Fast forward to today, I still do not have my couch. The keep pushing ETA back every time I call. Now it’s supposed to be here next week, but we all know that’s not happening. My order will be cancelled if it’s not here and they don’t offer an incentive to wait longer. No integrity on the sales team and can’t trust the companies ETAs. Update 7/2024: They have recently brought in a new terrific manager, Mark Davis, since purchasing the furniture. Mark did an excellent job at trying to make things right. If I could give mark alone a 5 star I would. When in doubt, ask for him!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only negative was having to wait about 20 minutes or more to pay for my purchase because either only one person at the store is allowed to handle all purchases, even if you are paying cash, and that person was not in the store at the time I needed to complete my purchase. So, if you are in a rush, this may not be the store for you if that person is not available for you to complete your purchase. This store needs to look at training one or two more people to be able to complete purchases. If I hadn't needed the product that day, I would have gone to a different store.

Customer service was great. Leaving 3 stars because I feel like Ashley throws in a lot of charges that are unnecessary. They charge $99 for delivery and $49 for a bag for them to take your old mattress so I told them I will just pick it up. Just to pick it up they charge $49. Feel like that is a rip off. Also not happy that you kind of don’t have an option but to spend even more $ on mattress protectors or you won’t get a warranty. Also have to wait 2-4 weeks for it to come in because they can’t keep anything in stock at the store. Hopefully it will be worth the wait once we get the new mattress.
