Purchased a entire living room suite in March 2021 with the $599.95 4 year warranty, it was replaced by manufacturer warranty in February 2022, the 4 year warranty did not/ is not transferable (even though the sales associate told me it would be) here I am 3 years later with a bad motor & out $600.00. After explaining it all to the lady her response " what's your point".... WOW!!!

Purchased bedroom set from Beckley store, when delivered the footboard and chest was damaged. To fix the footboard, they ups a replacement drawer to fix a bet up footboard with scratches on it, and the replacement chest came delivered to us damaged, they took the drawers out of one and put in the other, still scratched up. This bedroom set was ordered in November, now half way thru February we are still trying to get a complete and new bedroom set that we have already paid on!

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I purchased furniture protection care for my living room furniture. I submitted a claim, sent a technician out to repair my furniture. He said he was not able to repair it and the parts that was sent wasn’t the parts that was needed to fix the issues. He said he is suggesting a new piece be sent. Three weeks later, today, received phone call and they state the parts was used (they wasn’t, I still have them in the box) and they are closing out the claim as they are not going to replace the product. I explained to her that the issue was not fixed and technician stated he couldn’t fix it. DO NOT BUY the protection plan. You are seriously wasting your money. It’s a hastle for them to even come in the first place. The technician stated that everything is made in Vietnam and it’s made cheaply. Please go somewhere else to purchase furniture.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is awful, delivery is awful. Everything about it this place is AWFUL. They broke my headboard, shattered my mirror, didn’t doANYTHING they promised. Had to wait months for the replacement, only for it to not be put together right. When I called about returning that’s when they didn’t want to do anything to help me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Terrible experience. When I went into the store, a gentleman helped me pick a couch out and got on the computer and quoted me $1100. Great! Decided to finance it for 6 months. The guy helping me got pulled away and swapped out with a lady. Got applied and approved for the financing. Then she tries to rush the order without saying anything else. I have to ask what the final price is, and she quotes me $2700??? Didn’t say anything. Long story short, we end up ordering it for a little over 1400. Supposed to be here in 6 week. Great! Whatever. That’s fine. This was the first week in April. Fast forward to today, I still do not have my couch. The keep pushing ETA back every time I call. Now it’s supposed to be here next week, but we all know that’s not happening. My order will be cancelled if it’s not here and they don’t offer an incentive to wait longer. No integrity on the sales team and can’t trust the companies ETAs. Update 7/2024: They have recently brought in a new terrific manager, Mark Davis, since purchasing the furniture. Mark did an excellent job at trying to make things right. If I could give mark alone a 5 star I would. When in doubt, ask for him!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only negative was having to wait about 20 minutes or more to pay for my purchase because either only one person at the store is allowed to handle all purchases, even if you are paying cash, and that person was not in the store at the time I needed to complete my purchase. So, if you are in a rush, this may not be the store for you if that person is not available for you to complete your purchase. This store needs to look at training one or two more people to be able to complete purchases. If I hadn't needed the product that day, I would have gone to a different store.

Customer service was great. Leaving 3 stars because I feel like Ashley throws in a lot of charges that are unnecessary. They charge $99 for delivery and $49 for a bag for them to take your old mattress so I told them I will just pick it up. Just to pick it up they charge $49. Feel like that is a rip off. Also not happy that you kind of don’t have an option but to spend even more $ on mattress protectors or you won’t get a warranty. Also have to wait 2-4 weeks for it to come in because they can’t keep anything in stock at the store. Hopefully it will be worth the wait once we get the new mattress.

It was fast service and staff was very friendly but I was disappointed in haveing to wait so long for the delivery of my furniture and I also feel like the delivery fee was to pricey and it should of been lower or free especially when haveing to wait 3 to 8 weeks on my furniture.

I hate that is takes so long to get my new furniture. 5 weeks is ridiculous. Especially for the outrageous delivery price.

My husband and I ordered a bed. We where told 3-5 weeks for delivery. The salesman didn't bother to contact us once. On week 4 my husband called and was told they had the mattress and the base was on its way. On week 5 he called them again. They had both peices and now wanted to schedule a delivery a couple more weeks out. After expressing our frustration they told us our bed would be delivered this weekend. The delivery guys show up.. 1st off they where rude. Secondly they banged up my walls and trim, broke a pet gate, broke a clock and scratched up my wooden bed frame. When I point out all the things they done the delivery guy said we should have made you sign a waiver and walked out. In the process of them leaving a couple who I was selling my old natress to showed up. I didn't even know they where here. The delivery guy gave them permission to get in my building then left.

Benjamin was knowledgeable about all of the furniture in the store and wasn't pushy with his sales tactics. He checked on us often, but didn't hover, which is great.
The sales team here is very nice and worked well with my grandparents that needed a lift chair. The delivery drivers went above and beyond helping them get it in even though it was a difficult delivery. They couldn't get the truck up the small one-lane road to the house, and carried it from the corner all the way up to the driveway, and up lots of stairs into the house.

Overall, it was a great experience from the minute we walked into the store to the minute the delivery guys left. Avery was very helpful and patient as we decided on what we wanted. Our furniture was scheduled to be here between 10:45-1:45. The gentlemen arrived at 10:40. They were friendly, and efficient. They had the new furniture set up within just a few minutes. They didn’t let our dogs, who were constantly in their way bother them. If I had any complaints it would that we were told if we were paying cash there would be a discount. When I went online after we made the purchase, I found that we had paid the full price. No discount.
Soon as I walked into the Beckley wv location I was greeted by all the employees and was asked what i was looking for. Immediately after stating that salesman Benjamin had me follow him to show me the sofa he thought best fit my needs. He couldn’t have got anymore spot on for what I was looking for. He didn’t try to sell me the cheapest or the most expensive sofa ,it was strictly based off my needs. The whole experience was very laid back and I didn’t feel pushed just to make a sell!

We shopped around town and didn't find anything we liked, including Ashley's. Avery struck up conversation as we were leaving and we told him we didn't have any luck. He said he loves a challenge and in under 20 minutes we found some recliners that should be here within the time frame we gave him. You have a great employee in Avery Swearingin and he should be compensated accordingly.

I went in looking to purchase a sleeper sofa because Ashley’s had the best Price/product description/affordable quality. After struggling online with the corporate app where I was unable to place an order on online, I had decided to head in to the store front & try there. Once there, I was then directed to Aeriana Wheeler to help with placing my order. During the process, Aeriana was patient with my many questions & listened intently to my needs regarding my situation. After it was all said & done, I got my sleeper sofa purchased that I originally came in for. Including a mattress due to their finance option. In the end, the only complaints I had were the lack of stock they had for mattresses & the Ashley mattresse brand not having a full size option.

I purchased a kitchen island and paid for shipping to the store when we put it together we noticed it was damaged I called the store they ordered another one it took over 6 months to get it then they wanted me to rent a truck or get a person with a truck to get it back to the store at my cost . This is not good business . I will not buy from this store again. The manager wasn’t helpful at all . It’s a thousand dollar purchase

Bought a few items from here. It takes a bit to get here but most furniture places do. But have not had any issues so far with anything being damaged or messed up that I purchase. The sells staff is friendly and helpful. The business is pretty clean and the set up of the store in Beckley is easy to navigate through and is set up nice. So you can get an idea of what you want in your home. A pretty good place to buy and check out in person home needs.

Should it be from Sales agents will give false information about the warranty just to sell it, then will find any reason to deny a warranty claim or how about how it takes months from the date of expected delivery to actually get all your furniture. Disappointed! We were so excited to get our new coffee table. After we got our coffee table together we started noticing little scratches everywhere. $725 later, you don't expect to see this! Not only are there obvious flaws, they said it would be in in about 2 weeks. After almost 3 weeks, I called to find out the status only to be told it was ready for pick-up. When my husband got there to pick it up he was told to drive around back to get it so he did. They had it on a dolly but still wanted him to get closer to their doors. I would not recommend this place to anyone! They are way over priced and they aren't that customer oriented!

The WORST experience ever. We waited 2 months for our furniture to arrive, only for them to not show up during the delivery window. I took the day off work and everything to wait. No calls, no texts, no notice that they weren't coming. Clerk at the store was clueless and couldn't get the drivers to answer. Said the vehicle could not fit on our road when other, larger trucks have made it, and we checked several times during the process if they could make it on that road, letting them know all the details of the road and everyone said no problem. When we FINALLY got ahold of the storefront, they said it'll be another month now. And only if we have the city fix our road. So now we're deciding if we want to cancel our order or wait for them to get their act together. Definitely NEVER using Ashley again.

The pricing lacked clarity. Unless you pay to have the furniture delivered, Ashley charges the customer to have the piece transferred from their off-site warehouse to the store. If I am buying furniture that is in the store showroom, I should not have to pay this "transfer fee". When asked for clarification of the charges, they made it seem as if I was unreasonable to ask such a thing.

Good friendly service at this location, unfortunately this location is not the one that delivers. The nitro store does this so even when you are given a delivery date do not think it will be delivered that day. There is another step involved that you are not told, you will get an automated call two days before the delivery date, if for some reason you don't get that call well it's your fault for not calling nitro to tell them you didn't get an automated call. Even though you as the costumer paid for it, got a delivery date, you are also responsible for making sure that Ashley delivery actually follows up on their "computer glitches" As much as this cost me you would think staying home and waiting for people to do their jobs would be enough..

Robert Petrella was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what we had to say and I mean really listened. Not like other people where they ask you what you are looking for and then show you a bunch of other stuff in the " it's kinda of " same thing. He answered all of our questions and gave more details then what we thought to ask about. The store was very clean and clear of anything that would keep up from trying the furniture and if something was in the way they just move it out of the way. It felt more like being at a family or friends home then a store. Next time we need any furniture we will be going back here.

I must say this was actually an enjoyable experience. Tracy has such a pleasant personality. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about styles and manufacturers. Yet, she was not pushy nor an "in your face" sales person. My daughter came with me and didn't have plans to buy anything. Yet she ended up buying almost double the dollar amount that I spent. She really liked Tracy too. My husband I were in business for 20 yrs. We found a good employee to be invaluable. Tracy is priceless.

Went in one other couch place before Ashley’s. Left feeling confused and not sure about much. A month later decided to try again, went in Ashley’s found a couch in less than 15 to 20 min. I was browsing at a coffee table, I knew there was a sale on mattresses, but had my attention on looking at a coffee table. Avery, asked if I was interested in looking at mattresses, I told him, yes, I almost forgot about them being on sale. He showed me what I was looking for regarding coffee tables. Avery, was so very informative and knowledgeable about mattresses, sleep and how important it is to have good rest. I was overly impressed with his knowledge. I ended up purchasing a purple mattress with the works. I did not intend on purchasing a mattress at this time, but due to his knowledge and patience with me as I looked at several options. I decided to make the purchase. This is my second big purchase from Ashley Furniture in Beckley, I have been very pleased with the staff and quality products.

I have had the absolute worst customer service experience at the Beckley location of Ashley. I had ordered furniture back in August from a sales associate with a contract stating that I would be contacted about every 2 weeks with furniture arriving between 10-12 weeks. After not hearing anything from anyone, I called 4 weeks after purchase to check on the status of my order and was informed that my sales associate had been fired. I was then told that someone else should be calling me to update me in the future. The sales associate said my furniture should arrive by the beginning of October. Again, I received NO calls and assumed my furniture would be in by the beginning of October and called to schedule delivery. Again, I was told the furniture was back ordered. This continued with NO communication up until November 17th. By this point, I was so frustrated with the lack of communication and the fact that I was told my furniture would be guaranteed to be in by 12 weeks (and it was well past 12 weeks) I decided to go speak to the manager about the issue. When I arrived, I spoke to the manager, Roger, and asked for my delivery fee to be refunded and a return on the item that was still showing back ordered as of that morning. He was not very friendly and said that my previous sales associate would just lie to people and that he could not refund my delivery fee but if I chose to select a new couch then he could have that delivered for free. So, apparently, I would be paying for the lies of the sales associate and could only get free delivery on a new purchase. Even though I called that morning about my order being out of stock somehow he called and it was in stock and offered nothing for my terrible experience. I do not want to patronize a business that does not empower their employees to make the moment right for the customer. The fact that I had received NO communication whatsoever and was met with an unfriendly attitude by the manager has made this whole experience a nightmare. Thanks for the poor service.

My husband and I had been shopping for a few months for furniture. We had been to several furniture stores in our area. We found it difficult to find quality furniture at a reasonable price. That is until we noticed the Ashley store and decided to stop in. We were greeted by a lady named Tracey. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, considerate of our space to was not pushy. She would assist us with all questions we had but let us walk through the store without being a pushy salesperson. We found Ashley to have very reasonable prices and the quality of the furniture for the price was the best we found. Tracy made notes while we walked around so we could take home and make sure the pieces we picked were exactly what we wanted for our house being built before we decided. We came back a few weeks later and purchased all of our furniture from Ashley and Tracey was with us from start to finish. We ordered our furniture that day and are awaiting delivery which they will do for us when our house is complete. One time delivery fee and all of our furniture will be delivered in one day and set up. We ordered months ahead knowing that there are delays with everything right now. Thank you Tracey for a wonderful furniture buying experience. We highly recommend stopping by Ashley’s Beckley, WV location and seeing Tracey.

We had a great experience doing business on the floor with Tracy, having purchased close to $4,000 worth of bedroom furniture for our daughters at this store. But the pick up experience was less than acceptable. Because we were in the midst of a house move, I brought a 20 ft. U-Haul to retrieve our delivered items. I had no more than gotten out of the truck when this bald-headed male employee shouted not to bother dropping the ramp in a hateful tone. The command caught me off guard, as I hadn't even gotten close to the back of the truck and wasn't planning on dropping the ramp anyhow. I simply rolled up the door and watched as a couple employees brought boxes and set them at the very rear of the truck. When this same bald-headed male brought his box, he again snapped at me, saying "You better push those boxes to the front. There's a lot more coming." That is when it dawned on me that he didn't want the ramp dropped because he wasn't willing to walk the boxes to the front of the truck's bed. I guess he was mad about having to return to the workforce after having milked the extra unemployment benefits he received during the COVID quarantine or something. I had an hour-long drive ahead of me, so I jumped into the truck and moved/stacked the boxes myself, despite my inner desire to give this lazy, walking-talking stereotype of southern West Virginia a lesson on how customer service works, or SHOULD work. Had I known that the furniture we ordered would only be the same kind of cheap, assemble-yourself stuff found online then I would have spent my money at Wayfair and had the stuff delivered to my front door---minus the smart-mouth side show. This will be my last transaction with this store. But hey, at least the dude saved his legs a few extra steps. I bet he even bragged about how tough he sounded to his buddies when he met them at the bar directly after his shift. Way to get one over on the customer, bud. Glad to know I was able to make you feel so manly. I didn't have any problem lifting the boxes myself. So...

One of our night stand drawers was broken when we received the furniture. Then a few months later we moved and had to buy a kitchenette table and chairs for the new house.When we moved in, the chairs just would not work with the space. The chairs were never taken out of the box and we tried to return them to the store 3 days later. The manager was going to charge $127 restock fee.

I been there multiple times it always been a great place for me. The last time I went I had Tracey and she helped me pick out a bed that they had in store so I didn't have to wait. Very patient with me since the first day we couldn't do anything and I held my promise and came back. I visited Ashley HomeStore in Beckley WV on 6/19/21. My initial in store experience was really great. My sales associate, Avery, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Over $5000 later I found the perfect furniture for my family’s new living room. When the order was placed Avery set my expectation for a 6-8 week delivery because of demand but assured me that he would keep me updated on the status of my order. Today I received a voicemail saying that my order was still “on track” for an October delivery, however October was never in the conversation at the time of my order. I can’t even describe the amount of disappointment I am feeling knowing it will take three times longer for my family’s furniture to arrive. I am just thankful we didn’t order more furniture from Ashley HomeStore.

I suffer with depression and sometimes new furniture or just rearranging stuff helps and I’m terrible at choosing stuff but she’s super talented like I said I showed her photos and she helped me make my home beautiful on the inside which also helped my mental health. A fresh new look with color. A change of scene. I would’ve never been able to make such pretty ideas come to life like she did. She was telling me she is an artist on the side and I can definitely tell with how she helped me put together such a cute room for me and my family. She even recommended colors for paint and where to place what! I’m so thankful I chose to randomly come in one day. 10/10 recommend! I’ll most definitely be back and asking for Trisha. Sorry for the long post thanks for reading however I just had such a blast when typically it’s so stressful I just had to let someone know if you’re in the market for a change to your home this is the store and Trisha is your girl !

Large selection of nice stuff but when they tell you 2-3 weeks they actually mean months then when you try to cancel they want to charge you a huge restocking fee for the stuff they don't even have in stock to give you.

Walked in was told furniture would be here first week of April...now its being pushed back a month! Possibly could be longer could do a split delivery on my couch and loveseat....I have 5 people in my home and already had promised my other sectional to someone how would a loveseat work for over a month? Plus after reading reviews now I feel they tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign! I see nightmares about this delivery being MONTHS...when I asked about full refund IF it will be more than another month they said we will cross that path when it gets here...they should do something free delivery or something...I by that time am paying for something I don't have, plus I had other options in town with free delivery and can keep promises NOT HAPPY at all.....upon delivery my couch had a cut in the bottom where it was unpacked and one of the recliners was leaning to the side called the next day...waited almost 7 weeks for those parts and another few weeks for a man to come that Sept... the parts was also leaning when put in and he opted to get us a brand new set! Well here it is JANUARY and we still don't have a functional living room!!!! Went to store and they said end of February or trade in for another set and every set they had we liked or would fit in our home was also back ordered so what's the point!!!!! We are waiting to see now what can be done I want full refund and go elsewhere at this point

My husband James and I were shopping for a sofa today and stopped at the Ashley furniture store in Beckley, wv. We have bought furniture from them before. Our salesperson's name was Megan Guire and she immediately greeted us at the door. She directed us to the sofas and allowed us time to look around on our own and checked on us often. She was so helpful with info on the deals and products. We took her card and told her we were going to check out some other stores too. The other stores didnt have the variety as Ashley did and the salespeople were not Megan! We did not receive the attention or care as she gave us. Needless to say we came back to Ashley and bought a sofa and 2 recliners. She took great care of us and is a great representative of your store.

I was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door both days that I was there. Dallas introduced herself then helped me find what I wanted - all the options in gray leather furniture that they carried. I took pics of the ones that I wanted to show my husband. We both went back the next day & tried each set then decided which one we wanted. Dallas went over all the details & financing & when my credit was declined - she financed it in my husband's name. She got us a discount on the piece that was not on sale & a discount on the protection plan. 5-star service!

We were very pleased with our experience at Ashley Home Store in Beckley, WV. Caleb, our Sales Rep., was extremely professional; yet, very personable. He was available to answer all of our questions and very knowledgeable while not being overbearing. One area to consider improving would be the timeliness with which your customers receive the product. We were hopeful to have our new furniture for Christmas but apparently, we will be waiting 5-6 weeks. Overall, the store was clean, well laid out, and all employees seemed very friendly.

Ashley HomeStore in Beckley was extremely helpful in our furniture shopping and purchase. Megan, our Sales Professional, researched various color options, similar items and delivery availability for a number of items as we determined the ideal selections for our home.
I began my shopping yesterday. Tracy Vass answered all my questions. I didn’t not feel like she was trying to make a sales pitch or pressure me into buying when I wasn’t ready. I returned today and brought my daughter to help me with my decision. I am excited and can’t wait for my living room furniture to arrive.
So after viewing furniture from Beckley to Charlesto, my husband and I found ourselves back in Beckley at Ashley Furniture. The time constraints on all stores seemed to be exactly the same 8 to 12 weeks before receiving any items purchased this is completely out of Ashley Furniture's hands due to all the craziness in the world right now. We chose Ashley's because of the variety, structure of their furniture, the exact fabric we were looking for. Tracy Vass, M.I.T., she was very nice, well spoken, and knowledgeable on any concerns we had about any items in the store and she gave us plenty of time to make our decision on exactly what we wanted. We ended up buying our sofa, oversized chair, ottoman and our new TV stand yesterday from Ahley's. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We have been to the Bluefield Store twice and this particular store 4 times in the last couple months. Megan was the first person to actively reach out and try to help us with what we were looking for. Her furniture knowledge was excellent. Tracy is always very helpful when I am purchasing furniture. I have been buying furniture from Ashley for over 20 years and I have always been pleased with my purchases. All the employees are friendly and eager to help. They work as a team, which is nice because some furniture stores don’t.
Caught Caleb trying to add $100 to my bill and when my fiance went to pick the bed up, the two women behind the counter were very rude to her, saying she was told not to come after 6. I was sitting beside her when they had the conversation the night before. They did not. And even if they had, don't be rude about it and don't gaslight your customers. I got a reasonable deal on the temperpedic. Same price as their website plus 2 pillows, sheets, and a mattress protector. Not sure if that stuff would've come with it from temperpedic or not so I either saved a few hundred or came out even. Deal aside, this entire transaction felt like doing business with people on work release from hell. I feel bad for all of the mothers buying furniture with their children who have fallen prey to Caleb's poor math skills.
Had a great experience at Ashley in Beckley WV today. Went in to buy a couch and Caleb was both helpful and stepped away when we wanted to talk about it. Friendly and attentive but no pressure!

We visited Ashley HomeStore while searching for the perfect chairs to compliment our off white sofa. Caleb greeted us at the door and directed us to the place where I had the most options. I love that they showcase actual rooms so you can see what your furniture will look like. After looking at a number of great choices, I chose the off white and gray striped swivel chairs. I can’t wait to see them in my home! Great customer service!!

I bought a leather sofa with chaise that was on clearance. Trish Morgan gave me plenty of space to browse and was super helpful when I had questions. I'm not a fan of a salesperson following me around watching me test out furniture (no couch is going to feel all that comfortable while a stranger is staring at me), so I very much appreciated her checking in here and there without hovering. The clearance purchase meant I had to arrange to pick up the item from the store, but didn't have to wait for delivery, which was perfect for me.
The salesman that helped me was great at his job patient understanding and didn’t push stuff on me that I wasn’t interested in my experience was great until I received a call a couple of weeks later telling me my order had been pushed back almost 3 months and I have yet to receive that merchandise

Delivery is the issue. We purchased a new sectional for our sun room over 4 weeks ago. The people in the store was very helpful but when it came to delivery problems just got worse and worse. We now know Ashley doesn't deliver the items you purchase themselves. They subcontract this out two someone else. The day of delivery two guys show up to our home in a enterprise truck and most of the time during the delivery did not even speak English. During the delivery our door frame and wall was damaged by this delivery crew. This was reported to the local store , and forwarded to another third party company Ashley uses and assigned to a claim specialist. Long story short they offered me 80 dollars for my trouble and that was after 4 phone calls and several emails. If anyone has had damages to their home you know how far 80 dollars goes. We will not make any more major purchases from Ashley again.

Quite honestly I hadn't been treated so poorly by a store. My sister spent about $15000 on your store, paid for assembly and delivery. One of the items she ordered wasn't ready on time for you're once-every-3-month delivery to Summersville, which is why I had to rent a truck and schedule a pick up with your store, so you knew when we were coming. Not only was the item not assembled but I received no apology and I was dismissively told we should come back some other time, BY THE MANAGER OF YOUR STORE. Today at that time was the only time we could come, which is why we made the appointment. The manager in the Beckley store is incompetent and rude and completley underqualified, my sister had to ask if we could take the floor model since we were tight in time -- which got us right on track...but only after getting in a verbal altercation with the inept individual Ashley Home Furnitings has chosen to represent them in Beckley. Never coming back and I'm warning every one of my friends and customers. Already started.

We bought a bedroom suit here. The pieces were delivered in about 5 weeks and set up in about 30 minutes. From our salesperson Samathana to both the delivery guys we had a great experience! I actually bought a different set to start with then changed my mind after we paid and Samantha got me fixed up no problem! We also bought a new mattress which I LOVE. Overall, I couldn't be happier!

My experience was great!!! Samantha helped me from the minute I walked through the door. She went above and beyond to help me in any way needed. She returned all my calls and kept me informed about all that was going on with my order. I had no worries at all because I felt Samantha cared about not only my order but me as a person and I felt her concern was that I got what I really wanted for the rooms that I needed things for. So let’s see here........ first off I order a sectional from them and it takes 6 weeks to come in. After getting the couch to my home I unwrap it and find out they have mixed up the pieces. They swapped the ends of the couch so there for the chase on the sectional was on the wrong end so it covers my entire hallway up so you can’t walk down the hallway without going over it. So I called my salesman and informed him, no problem he says we will order the correct pieces. Well the couch has been discontinued and the correct pieces aren’t anywhere to be found so I’m told to come up and look at different couches they’ll swap if I find one. So I waste my time, gas and energy to drive 30 mins to look and find nothing I’m interested in. So the salesman then says I have to talk to a manager about this. Well where I financed it through a 3rd party instead of Ashley’s credit because of god awful interest rates it’s NOT ASHLEYS PROBLEM ANYMORE their words not mine. So I’ve called and called with the run around from everyone. So I call the distric manager and he says that I the customer order the couch wrong so it’s my fault!!!!! I ordered the one on the floor and it was the correct one and this after the salesman confessed and wrote it on the work order that he messed up the order!!!!!! So with this being said I wouldn’t go to Ashley again if this was the last place standing! Such horrible customer service and the worst experience ever. So the company who I financed it through did the correct things and took the couch back and refunded my money. Off to grands furniture atleast they’ll treat their customers like customers. BUYERS BEWARE ONCE YOU LEAVE ASHLEY IT ISNT THEIR PROBLEM ANYMORE..... AGAIN THEIR WORDS NOT MINE!!!!!

I went in today looking for twin mattresses and this very nice guy named Jason was very helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first and told him I would probably be back. I did go back and he helped me and I got what I wanted and I left very pleased.

The store experience was not very good Everyone kept giving me wrong information or no information at all concerning details. No one seemed to know exactly what was going on. I had to call a separate store ( 3 days after i paid cash ) to set up my delivery which i was not aware of. Then the fact that i had to wait such a long period to get my furniture was not good.
I just want to thank Samantha so very much for helping me get a bed for my mother!!! She went above and beyond to help us out. She was so great and so patient the phone sell we had to do! I’m not good with computers and she took the time and explained how to sign my papers from my phone! If you need anything please go to her! She’s awesome and so sweet..

I visited Ashley HomeStore in hopes of purchasing a mattress and box springs. Actually I found what I was looking for at the time. The mattress and box springs we're reasonably priced and they were the Ashley brand. The problem came up when I asked when they would be delivered. The salesman said 3 to 5 weeks. I thought I misunderstood him I thought he should have said 3 to 5 days. No it was 3 to 5 weeks. Seriously! Your own brand! Who wants to wait 3 to 5 weeks! I just left and went to Grand and I'm getting it in 2 days!

Bought a sofa with a full size memory foam mattress, n end table, can't wait to get this paid off tho, so I can go back n get a tv stand!!... I already found the perfect coffee table and end table to match mine.... But trust me I'mma b back just 1 thing after another lol... I luv that place got gorgeous furniture!!!... Worst experience ever. Supposed to be a quality store. Loveseat we purchased had many defects. Basically it was a piece of junk! Took us almost 2 months to get it picked up and get our money back. Will never shop Ashly again!
