If I could could give 10 stars I would. From the moment I walked into this store, everyone was friendly and I felt as though they truly wanted me there. My salesperson was Leanna I work in retail myself and I want to say that Leanna is an amazing person to deal with she understood what I was there to purchase. She helped me through the entire process as well as financing. I highly recommend that you ask for her when you enter the store. I have just made my second purchase with her over the phone and it could not have been easier to do if you have any questions or concerns she will make you feel at ease. So I want to say thank you. Leanna, you made a difference in my purchase and my day. Hope to deal with you and Ashley furniture in the near future.

Nice furniture with a nice price

The second My son husband and I walked in Ashleys we were greated Tracy was wondering she made sure we had the perfect mattress the only thing my husband and I don't like about Ashleys we had to wait almost 2 weeks before our mattress made it to the store we think they need to keep them in stock and then all the fees you have to pay that's absolutely crazy we will never go back to Ashley due to that I can't wait to get our mattress and finally lay down on it just hope we get a good night's sleep don't get me wrong about Ashleys the staff there are wonderful it's the owner that really really needs to change there policy and these stupid charges they have expecally when someone pays cash for there stuff

When Dennis and I arrived at Ashley we were greeted by Avery, a very pleasant young man, who asked what he could help us wirh. We had just purchased a home and needed bedroom and livingroom furniture. He showed us where these items were and stated he would leave us to look around and would check back with us on occasion, which he did. He was never pushy or steered us in the wrong direction. Purchased a entire living room suite in March 2021 with the $599.95 4 year warranty, it was replaced by manufacturer warranty in February 2022, the 4 year warranty did not/ is not transferable (even though the sales associate told me it would be) here I am 3 years later with a bad motor & out $600.00. Purchased bedroom set from Beckley store, when delivered the footboard and chest was damaged. To fix the footboard, they ups a replacement drawer to fix a bet up footboard with scratches on it, and the replacement chest came delivered to us damaged, they took the drawers out of one and put in the other, still scratched up. This bedroom set was ordered in November, now half way thru February we are still trying to get a complete and new bedroom set that we have already paid on!

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I purchased furniture protection care for my living room furniture. I submitted a claim, sent a technician out to repair my furniture. He said he was not able to repair it and the parts that was sent wasn’t the parts that was needed to fix the issues. He said he is suggesting a new piece be sent. Three weeks later, today, received phone call and they state the parts was used (they wasn’t, I still have them in the box) and they are closing out the claim as they are not going to replace the product. I explained to her that the issue was not fixed and technician stated he couldn’t fix it. DO NOT BUY the protection plan. You are seriously wasting your money. It’s a hastle for them to even come in the first place. The technician stated that everything is made in Vietnam and it’s made cheaply. Please go somewhere else to purchase furniture.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is awful, delivery is awful. Everything about it this place is AWFUL. They broke my headboard, shattered my mirror, didn’t doANYTHING they promised. Had to wait months for the replacement, only for it to not be put together right. When I called about returning that’s when they didn’t want to do anything to help me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
