Had bad experience we doing my purchase, they said they had my furniture at the warehouse went and the furniture wasn’t there, they gave me another date for pickup and nothing. Guess won’t be buying no furniture from Ashley’s

I hate Ashley Furniture! They sell garbage and do not back the furniture they make and sell to unsuspecting customers. Don't buy the warranty because they will not cover any issues with the furniture even when it breaks after 10 months!!! Garbage store!!!!

I went to Ashley’s to help save me money and to buy a new bed due to back and hip problems. I met Nicole and she was amazing! Instantly greeted me with a smile! She talked me through all of the issues I have been having and with her experience and knowledge of the products she helped me save thousands because I thought I needed a whole new bed. It turns out I have a bad mattress and needed a new one. She did not try to get me to spend money I do not have but rather stayed within my budget. She was exceptionally kind, professionally, and attentive. She also answered every question I had with a smile. Even while the store was full of people she did not ignore me but rather had the ability to assist me and other customers without breaking a sweat or showing if she was overwhelmed with the amount of people who needed help. I saw her treat everyone including me that everyone and their needs were important. If you visit the Clarksburg Ashley Store I highly recommend Nicole. You will have the best experience with her, the store, get the best product and stay within budget.

I bought a couch from Ashley’s furniture on Dec. 28th of 2023 from the Emily Dr. store in Clarksburg. The price tag said it is $1,500 and some change. I paid a total of 2, 100 and some change. I wanted to finance, the salesman said sure but them they put it on a credit card. So now, I have a credit card I do not want. Is this what you call financing? The estimated delivery is 4-6 weeks. The salesman told me “I can get you this couch at a MUCH cheaper price.” This was a lie, he did not, I paid FULL price. Also, he said, “it will be delivered before the 4 weeks are up!” This was also a lie. During the 6th week when I did not hear from anyone from Ashley’s furniture, I called them on a Monday. They told me the couch has not made it to their warehouse yet. I waiting a couple of days to call back on Wednesday only to be told “Oh, we have been trying to call you all week and have already called several times but could not get a hold of you. We could not leave a message because your phone is not accepting messages.” This was also a lie since I have a cell phone and not a land line. I can tell if I had a missed call or not and my phone accepts messages from everyone else just fine. When the couch FINALLY is delivered, it was sinking in the middle within a WEEK! The couch is sinking in in the middle and is not comfortable to sit on at all. I had to call them back YET AGAIN. They send out a “couch technician”. LMAO! What does this tell you if you have to have a tech for your cheap couch? Insta-trash products that are expensive. The tech came out and confirmed that the cushions are collapsing. Now, I have to wait on them to get back to me is what I was told when the tech was done. Hopefully, he will actually call me and I am not going to have to call them again and beg and nag for them to do their job and fix their cheap product. Thanks for nothing, HUGE regret buying from you. Also, my first payment is in 2 weeks and I still DO NOT HAVE A COUCH TO SIT ON BECAUSE IT IS SINKING IN!
