I will start my review by saying that the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. That is about where the positive ends. I purchased a queen bed and two nightstands back on Black Friday weekend, and it was to be delivered today. That said after all of my confirmation calls from the delivery folks I received a call late yesterday afternoon to let me know they could not deliver the bed, as it had failed their quality check, and there were issues with the headboard. Things should be checked right when they get them, not the day before they are to be delivered. Now, I am forced to wait to get that room set up in my new home because they have to reorder the bed. I ordered it early specifically so I would be ensured that it would be in the week that I closed, and when I did my deliveries of any new items. Now we have to make other plans because of the negligence of Ashley not checking things when they are received.
