Bear is wonderful. I came into the store looking to purchase a couch. He was very personable. He was there to help us but he didn't pressure me and hover over me. I would definitely ask for him again next time.

I've always appreciated Ashley's prices and quality compared to other furniture retailers, but wow - good service too! Bear was absolutely fantastic. He let us know he was there for questions, made some suggestions after we showed interest in certain pieces but was never once pushy or overbearing. Personable, knowledgeable and kind.. with a follow up card to boot! Thank you for taking great care of my mom and offering suggestions for where she could get help with the old couch. It means more than words can express.

Scott took good care of us and offered top tier customer service. We found a dining table set online and wanted to try and see a display model in person. They didn't have it in store but he took us around to see alternate options without pushing for an upsell. He then helped us get the item we found online even though it looked to be unavailable. I got a great old-fashioned fold out hide-a-bed sofa with a matching loveseat and chair, all with removeable cushions, in a dark slate gray. Perfect! He let me know exactly what my costs were, details about delivery, and answered all my questions. He was respectful, didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want, and was super friendly. The delivery crew were quick, respectful in my home, and did a great job with assembly and set up. Coach called the next day to make sure the delivery had gone as planned. I’ve been turned off by Aggressive sales persons, in my area. But Lisa at the Parkersburg store, was absolutely the best. She greeted us, with a friendly hello, and asked if we were looking for anything specific and showed us where to look. She then stepped back and let us take our time to look. We found exactly what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions, and made the purchasing process quick, and easy. I would definitely purchase from her again!
