Drop by from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, or from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. We found a sectional we liked and told the sales person we ideally wanted it by Christmas. We were told that since they worked there nothing had taken longer than a few weeks to come in. Once we purchase the sectional we're told it was going to be January 15. January 15 comes and goes and no phone call so we call the next day and all they say is hopefully it will be here next Wednesday. Of course that next Wednesday comes and goes with no phone call. Finally get a call on a Friday, 2 months after the initial purchase, that it finally made it. We move our current couch out and go down to pick it up. We get there and are told only three of the six pieces are there. Again are told the rest will hopefully be here Wednesday. Got a call today that they have to reorder the missing pieces and couldn't even tell us when we can expect them. If you're buying something from them that isn't in stock beware it could take months before you get it.

Scott took good care of us and offered top tier customer service. We found a dining table set online and wanted to try and see a display model in person. They didn't have it in store but he took us around to see alternate options without pushing for an upsell. He then helped us get the item we found online even though it looked to be unavailable. I will consider Ashley again for future purchases.

It took me a year to find exactly the furniture set I wanted and finally found it at Ashley Furniture in Parkersburg. I got a great old-fashioned fold out hide-a-bed sofa with a matching loveseat and chair, all with removeable cushions, in a dark slate gray. Perfect! I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and had questions ready about financing and delivery. Coach was very helpful and made the process quick, easy, and seamless. He let me know exactly what my costs were, details about delivery, and answered all my questions. He was respectful, didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want, and was super friendly. The delivery crew were quick, respectful in my home, and did a great job with assembly and set up. Coach called the next day to make sure the delivery had gone as planned. I will definitely recommend Coach and Ashley Furniture to friends and family!

Scott Grimm is the best and most customer caring sales agent. He is very knowledgeable of Ashley products along with the products of Ashley’s competitors. He puts his customers first and works hard to make sure his customers are very satisfied with their purchases. He is the only sales agent I will go to for my furniture and bedding needs.

Delivery of the power lift chair was ok but the remote and chair’s power supply were not included in the delivery.

I’ve made furniture purchases in the past from Ashley. This experience was the same, fantastic! Coach Rick greeted us at the door and listened to what we were looking for. (Recliner) We walked back and looked at two chairs. Both recliners were nice. Rick suggested we look at another recliner. Wow! All the buttons & whistles. I recommend Coach Rick to everyone shopping at the Parkersburg Ashley Furniture. Polite. Knowledgeable. We paid for the chair on the spot. Delivery was their first stop of the day. Two workers delivered and tested the recliner, then explained there would be a survey. They were in & out of the house in less than 15 minutes. Overall…a great experience!

Scott was my salesman’s he was fine to deal with but my order was late and I’m still waiting on it was hard to even get a clear answer on when I would receive my order and even harder to complain to someone in corporate I called the store on day I was told it would be there the woman who answered the phone said she leave message for manager to call me back I waited over 7 hrs for call back from the assistant manager, never received one so I called to only find he went home and didn’t care to do any kind of customer service before he went home for day I would never recommend anybody buying off this store they only want your money and once they get it they care very little about getting you what you paid for I know I will never buy anything from here again I recommend big Sandy’s they know how to treat customers

I have no idea how this place is still in business. I bought furniture July of 2021 and still don’t have my furniture with no delivery date in site. I spent a small fortune to furnish my house instead of getting everything and giving a positive review I’m still waiting for tables nightstands etc with the delivery service saying maybe we can fit u in next month. Absolutely unreal I highly suggest buying from anywhere else I’d rather of cut trees down with a butter knife and widdled the tables myself still would have been faster service and wayyyyy less expensive.

Went shopping for a power recliner for my husband who has upcoming knee replacement surgery. We were not thinking about supply chain shortages. Scott did a nice job helping us navigate what stock was available in our needed timeframe. Unfortunately, the chair we chose needed transferred from Tennessee and adds to our pickup date because trips to Tennessee have been changed to every other week instead of every week. This was out of Scotts control but he assured us that he would regularly check on the status and let us know if the pickup date can be earlier.

We were met by Rick (Coach) when we walked in. He was very helpful, friendly, personable, and great to deal with. We told him our needs and he was very helpful in showing us options and answering any questions we had. He was not pushy at all. Update: we ordered our furniture mid-February was told it would be a month. We are now almost into April. They called yesterday to tell us our furniture was in, call back to get a delivery set up. I called them to set it up hoping to have it with in a week or so. They can't deliver it for another 3 weeks. :( Which I think is ridiculous, considering it has already been longer than we expected already, now our furniture is going to be sitting there for 3 weeks before they can deliver it. Had I known this we would not have purchased from them. I feel like I have been lied to by them. 😡

I was supposed to have a credit for an unused fabric protection policy of over $200. I purchased an item and was told that it would be credited. It was not. I paid off the item immediately and told them I was never buying from them again.

We walked in to check out furniture in June and we were helped immediately by Rick. He helped us put together a great selection and we were excited for the delivery. Today, on July 25th, since we hadn't heard anything about our late July delivery estimate, we called twice today after receiving zero updates as promised to find out the furniture won't even be received by them until nearly mid to the last week of August. We are highly disappointed on the follow through on the items we purchased.

Awesome service. Our sales guy, Scott, was off the clock but he stayed to help us out. He waited while we borrowed a couple of pillows to take home so we could see which sofa would look the best. Most of what we wanted was in stock. Some stuff we wanted won't be in until the end of May but I discovered that was an issue with all of the furniture stores I had gone to. I had already looked at so much furniture over the last week that the colors were starting to blur together but Scott was very helpful in showing us pieces that would flow from room to room. The staff was great to work with and was very patient with us. We have not closed on our home yet, but were looking for furniture and have done no research so we walked in with blank slates. We had questions and I was pulling and prodding every inch of the furniture o see what options and quality was being offered. We decided on the Capehorn recliner set, but we left and went to look at 4 other furniture stores also. Ultimately we came back and bought it, as well as returning later to buy a coffee table and end tables. We will be shopping here again when we need furniture.

My husband and I went in looking for a specific reclining couch that they no longer had in the store. The manager helped us find a similar couch so we could make sure it was comfortable for us. Rick (coach) found the couch and got it ordered for us. Everyone was very friendly and super helpful. Coach goes above and beyond to help his customers, this is our second purchase from him. We will definitely be back for our future furniture purchases.

We've been looking for a sectional for months now. After a lot of web searching we found a piece we really like on Ashley Furniture's website. The dimension and minimum door width for delivery information were very helpful. I called our local Ashley Furniture and worked with Mindy to complete our purchase. She was friendly and professional and quickly completed our order. As with most furniture right now, the piece we ordered is on back order. We should get it in a couple months and I'll update this review with info on delivery and the recieved piece once it arrives. UPDATE: the delivery team just brought in our sectional. They were timely, courteous, and professional. The sectional looks great. We're happy with our purchase experience from Ashley.

Husband and I purchased Temperpedic mattress 3 yrs ago . Last spring my husband was the first to complain that when he was getting out of bed sscto sitting on edge of bed, he was almost on the floor as the mattress was sinking as he was sitting. Then he complained he couldn't roll over as he was sunk down in the mattress. As I also started having trouble rolling over in bed, like a hump was in middle of bed, Well I let it go for couple months as I was having surgery on my back. When I came home from hospital I couldn't even sleep in my bed as it was to hard to roll over. So I called and spoke with Scott the Manager he was very surprised of my problem and with in 3 weeks I had new mattress, we did go with the same brand just upgraded to a firmer style. Rick ( coach,) was very helpful to help us pick out the new set we wanted. The delivery guys were also very nice and careful taking out the old ones in exchange for the new ones. VERY HAPPY with the smooth transaction as I was very skeptical of the process, but they stand behind their products.

I was very impressed with the one on one attention that Mindy gave me. Ashley had the living room suit in their store that I had seen on their website. However, I didn't want the matching recliner or the end tables. Mindy moved over another accent chair that went great with the sofa and love seat. She also replaced the end tables with other tables. Not only did Mindy help me decide the right match she also made other suggestions in which I will get later to finish out my living room. Even though delivery will take 10 to 12 weeks it was ok with me. That will give me time to finish painting and have carpet laid. Thank you Mindy for all the attention you gave me and for being so kind!

The staff at the store was great but the quality of what they’re pushing is very poor. The dresser drawer guides wouldn’t even meet up with the opposite side. It’s like the bottom of the dresser was made wider than the top.

I was looking for a head/footboard for open stock bedroom furniture I had purchased at Ashley in Mansfield OH. Scott Grimm introduced himself and showed me available pieces. I ordered the bed AND the media chest. Scott is my go-to person. Actually I’m meeting him at the store today so he can help me find a trundle bed for my guest room and a tv console. Scott is the perfect blend of a professional/personable salesman.

I loved the service I got there that being said I was told the power chairs I was buying had battery backup. When they were delivered no battery back up. I called and the saleslady thought they had battery backup. The manager ordered the battery backup for the chairs but the battery back up is worthless I have gotten stuck twice now with power going out and backup doesn't work. I am limited mobility so trying to get out of chair is a chore. I love the chair Other then that so I don't know I may have to replace with a lift chair that has battery backup that works. My other lift chair I wore out had it.

The sales team was great and the furniture is great quality. So why the 2 stars? Because the bed that was delivered was partially assembled by the delivery men. The bed was left in pieces and they said it was finished. Going online, I found the assembly manual. The middle supports were not installed correctly. They didn't even attach the middle support. Just the feet to the slats. Speaking of those slats, they were just placed there and not secured with screws. Even though there are pre-drilled holes for the screwes. I was left with the brackets still in their packaging. And the middle supports. But, no screws for the slats. Very unhappy with the delivery service. Execution of their delivery/assembly should be of up most importance because it shows that they care. I'm just glad non of my family was injured. The only reason there is a second star is because of the sales team. I tried calling the number given to me to fix it. Always went to a voicemail. Maybe writing this review will get their attention. ( UPDATE ) Was contacted by the Distributor Manager, and the only resolve was to send me an in store gift card of $175. Its better than nothing. They were understanding of my frustrations. Was also willing to get the hardware needed to correctly assemble thr bed and fix it that afternoon. I am grateful for that.

IM ANGRY bc he never told me when checking out that I didn't get the 21% or that any of the items I bought $3,000 dollars worth of stuff .He was standing there when u checked out.But did not notify me that I never bought the 21% items ! In my opinion when I was shopping for the stuff and he was right beside me why did he not tell me then ???? So I lost about 600 bucks! Never going back hes a liar.

I don't know how good a deal I got , but I don't even care. The staff here was incredibly nice and professional, from Coach, who greeted us even though he was with a customer, to Marsha, who completed the sale. This experience contributes to my belief that "avoid chain stores and go local" is not such sage advice in this part of the country.

Nice selection and Rick was very helpful while we picked out our sofa. I was disappointed that I was not able to pick up my sofa for a little over four weeks. I also didn't like that I wasn't able to inspect the furniture for damage before bringing it home. The fabric was pulled away from one corner and I have to pull it back in place sometimes. I bought the warranty but I'm not sure I want to deal with them over something this minor, especially given the reviews I've read about their repair service. I'm overall satisfied with the furniture and the Parkersburg store's staff. I'm disappointed with the long lead time and not being able to inspect my furniture before bringing it home and probably won't shop there again for those two reasons. 5 stars to Rick, but the review is for the store.

Please note, this review is for the online store. I purchased 2 recliners on 8/17 and received a delivery confirmation for 8/28 and the money was removed from my account on 8/22. Delivery was delayed unil 9/1 for which I received a confirmation call 2 days before stating my order would be delivered between the hours of 12-3, but then received another call the day before delivery and was told the truck "didn't show up" and it would be another week before I received my order. When I called customer service and asked why the funds had been removed from my account when the order never actually had been shipped to me they swore that they didn't have my money and that it must be an issue with my financial institution. After checking my statement and calling my credit union to confirm that they (Ashley furniture) had indeed removed the funds, I cancelled my order and not an hour later I received an email stating Ashley furniture had sent a refund to my account. Not only did they lie about not removing funds from accounts before an order ships, they were also very rude on the phone and offered no apology for the 3 time delay nor did they offer to look into the matter on why there were so many delays. I just moved back to WV, and was having problems with an online order. I am hearing impaired and cannot hear on the telephone, and after my spouse tried to call online customer service for me 4 times, with a total of about 3 hours spent on hold and getting no assistance, I went in to the Parkersburg store. I fully expected to be told that since the order was placed online, I would have to deal with online customer service. Doug Bennett, the Store Manager, immediately came to my assistance, making calls, and helping me with my issue. He also got Bridget Behn, the Office Manager, involved, and she has been extremely helpful to me, making calls to make arrangements and check on things for me since I cannot make the calls myself due to my hearing impairment. She has emailed me with updates, and taken care of everything for me. Bridget has gone above and beyond to help me, and I am so grateful to her. I could have never gotten this resolved without all of her help. Many thanks to Bridget and Doug! I will definitely be shopping at your store in the future.

Great store! Scott was super helpful but didn’t smother us as some sales people do when we’ve looked other places. He let us shop around and was close by if we had any questions. We don’t have our couch yet but our Ashley recliner from 7 years ago had held up fabulously through our 3 young boys and dog. Barb was also very efficient and nice with getting our payment taken care of.

I just left the same message for delivery management in Nitro. The two fellas that delivered my couch and loveseat were phenomenal. Due to size of truck, furniture had to be carried up a steep hill. Both guys had complete confidence! They deserve a raise, as their attitude and demeanor were exemplary. Couldn't even get them to accept lunch/bottled water on the run.

Best place to buy a mattress during the 0% financing deal. Dealing with mattress sales people seemed like dealing with car salesman. They work the #'s all kinds of ways. The furniture is not good quality from what I saw. But I don't believe there's any place in town that has decent furniture.

I purchased a top of the line mattress from this store and it was great for the first 5 months and then started to see noticeable problems with the mattress. I called customer service and within two days they had a technician out to inspect the bed. After inspection, it was clear the mattress was defective so the store contacted me and I picked out a different one. I dealt with Scott Grimm there and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. When making an investment in a mattress it can be a little overwhelming with all the different options available to you. If you are in the market for a new mattress or something else for you're home, go see Scott for a great customer experience!

I recently purchased a bedroom suit from Ashley Homestore. The service that we received from Cathy was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find the right bedroom suit. However, once our order made it to the delivery stage our experience was awful. Our furniture was not delivered when originally promised, parts were missing, and part of the items that were delivered were broken. I have been working with customer care to resolve this issue for weeks and was just informed that the replacement parts will not be available for over a month and half. I hate to give Ashley's a negative review because everyone within the store has been wonderful. But after all of the issue with customer care of delivery I WILL NOT purchase from Ashley Furntiure again.

I found this to be a very nice furniture store with good selections of various items. Our salesperson, Justin, was very helpful and patient. He was willing to help me define what I really wanted (I did not have a clear idea when I went in-- other than just "comfortable") and gave lots of information about the furniture. He offered "pros" and "cons" for each couch we looked at -- I appreciated that. I prefer that instead of someone just telling you every piece is wonderful. We bought a nice couch.

We were shopping for a rocker/recliner for our son's birthday and met with Doug Bennett at the showroom. Doug was busy with many things but dedicated his time and attention to us and our questions. He helped my son find the chair that he really liked and treated us very well. The chair my son selected was not in stock locally so it had to be ordered; however, the process went well and the pick-up from the local store was a quick and easy process.

When my wife and I had initially walked in we weren't planning on purchasing any furniture but we quickly changed our minds. Great service. The process was made simple. My wife and I purchased furniture 5 years ago as well as the protection plan which was $399.99. Since we didn't make any claims in the 5 year period, we received that money back as a store credit, no catches. My wife purchased a chaise for the library/office and it was a quick and easy sale. When buying big ticket items, the protection plan is definitely worth it.

I have finally found a furniture store that carries quality products but even more than that they stand behind their sales. I can honestly say that because when I was delivered my bed frame it wasn't the one I thought I was getting. When I called them to talk about this, they told me to come in and they would work it out, with just a couple questions trying to sort out the confusion of how this happened. They told me they wanted me to be happy, with that they ordered and delivered the one I wanted and even though it cost a little more they agreed over a confusion and made it right. I ask you, what other furniture store would do that? Certainly not the others I have dealt with. I bought a reclining sectional a couple years ago and we still love it! Great Quality! I am extremely happy!

Our experience at Ashley Furniture in Parkersburg was great. Rick helped us make sure we got the best deal.
I bought a power recliner in May of 2014. It didn't work properly and was replaced by another power recliner they had in the store. I had to have the mechanism replaced within the first year on the new chair. That chair now needs a second mechanism and I have been trying since October of 2016 to get the chair repaired. Countless phone calls, broken promises, wrong parts, repairmen not showing up to scheduled appointments, missed time from work and 7 months later the chair is still not fixed. Enough is enough!

My family and I have purchased 2 bedroom sets from Ashley Furniture and we have been very satisfied with both our purchases. During our first visit our salesman was a gentleman that goes by "Coach" and he was amazing. He still remembered us when we came back a year later to make our next purchase. He was very helpful and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us plenty of space to talk over our decision. We plan on purchasing all of our furniture from Ashley Furniture when we need our next pieces. We also love the 12 months interest free plans. It makes purchasing furniture easier and more affordable.
Rick helped us with our purchase and he was amazing. We have been shopping for 1 year and could not find the right set. We went in told him what we wanted looked at 2 sets and bought what we wanted that day. We aldo had our eyes on specific end tables and he helped us find them. We were there 2 hours with our 2 kids and it was so easy and enjoyable. The time was well spent getting what we want! Not once did I feel pushed but once we said we wanted it they were amazing to us and got it all taken care of.

I visited Ashley Furniture for the first time on 1-23-17 just to look around with a new reclining sofa in mind. I was able to look around for several minutes and then a salesman Scott Grimm approached me. He showed me the many different options I had. I told him I also was thinking about a new tv stand. He showed me all that were available. He also entered me into a drawing to win a gift card. Needless to say I returned the next day and purchased both. The experience was wonderful. I even took home my tv stand the same day. Very nice staff, clean store, many beautiful options to choose from. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for some new furnishings.

I have purchased pretty much a whole house worth of furniture at the Parkersburg Ashley store. I have dealt with several different sales reps and all were great. They don't pressure you, they even leave you alone to wander if you ask them to. I was able to get good deals on pricing & love the excellent terms for financing. All my furniture came in sooner than expected. Delivery guys are easy to work with, considerate and clean up after delivery. I see no reason to shop anywhere else for furniture.

Our experience with Ashleys store in this location was really wonderfull. Scott was great, made us really comfortable and helped us in a great deal in finding the right furniture for us... scott took his time and answered to any questions we had ... i went twice and will defnitely go again for any furniture we would purchase in the future... also great quality and finish of furniture they have....and great delivery service.... i absolutely had no trouble... in fact had aske to return one of the chair i had ordered on delivery and they easily changed it... only 1 issue i had was the wait to get the furniture...(2-3 weeks), wish could have got it faster, but it was definitely worth the wait... i would still go back to the same place..
Update(2024): We continue to find the best prices and selection at Ashley. Scott has helped us several times over the past 10 years or more and we would highly recommend going to see him. (2017): Very friendly and helpful. Scott went out of his way to help us and make sure we got a great deal. We visited most of the furniture stores in the area and Ashley was definitely one of the best.
I had a very good experience with Ashley Furniture Parkersburg, WV. I knew the couch set I wanted from visiting another store that wouldn't delivery to the area I live in. So I called Ashley Furniture in Parkersburg and purchased a sofa, love seat and chair set over the phone and everything went really well. They had to special order my purchase and it arrived before the estimated date. Delivery crew was very good and, although they forgot to bring the throw pillows that come with the set, the store mailed those to me and I got them in less than a week. Very satisfied with the staff, the service and the products. Will recommend to friends and will do business again!
We had a great experience with this Ashley store. We ordered a bedroom suite on a Thursday, and it was delivered on the next Tuesday. The salesman was low-pressure compared to normal furniture sales, and the deliverymen were polite and very careful bringing the furniture in and setting it up. All in all, a very good experience.

Our experience with Ashley Furniture HomeStore in Parkersburg, WV is a good one. The sales lady (Allison Lowe) that we spoke with was very knowledgeable about the furniture we were interested in and her service was quick.. We feel she did a great job, as well as the Store Manager, and the ladies at the counter who helped with the credit. The furniture was delivered on time. The desk I ordered was damaged and Ashley called and told us about it, they ordered another desk and scheduled a delivery, which was on time. The delivery men, Bobby And Anthony; were very friendly and did a great job bringing the furniture in. The furniture looks great and we have already ordered another piece for the sectional. We highly recommend Ashley Furniture. Thanks to Allison, Bobby and Anthony....
When you're looking. People are always watching every 5 mins they come up to you and ask what you're looking for. Was told the tabels I paid for would be put together ,not together to inspect they were in the boxes,they expect customers to sign everything's ok before you even see what you ordered. Not acceptable. When we told the manager that an employee told us twice his response is we talked to her, not saying she didn't say that but that's not how it works. More less calling customers liers. Never going back to this store. They should allow customers to browse without being on them every 5 seconds. Shopping else where for now on.
I purchased a leather sofa and loveseat from Ashley - Before delivery, we were told the sofa was damaged and needed to be repaired before they delivered it. Due to the high cost of the sofa, we told them that we did not want a damaged/repaired sofa - they agreed! Two weeks later, they delivered the damaged sofa that was unrepaired! We didn't notice the damage until after the delivery drivers left. I called Ashley within 5 minutes of the delivery drivers departure and was told there was nothing they could do but order repair parts! I keep getting apologies but no ACTION! To top it off, I am paying good money for the sofa and I cannot use it! Repair has been scheduled but has been postponed. This is certainly a case for the BBB and maybe the States Attorney General's office - Certainly an unethical business practice to knowingly deliver a damaged unit.
From the person that answered the phone,to the salesperson(Cassie),the manager, and,the delivery guys,everyone of them were very nice,helpful and professional. I tried other stores,but,came back to them because of the customer service. I will return,and,I have told my friends about my experience with this Ashleys. i give them a 12 out of 10. Excellent all the way around.
I only buy from Ashley's Furniture. They are friendly and really ask about what I'm looking for when I come in to buy. I know they work solely on commission but it doesn't feel that way when I am shopping. :) Always a pleasant experience.

When we walked into the store a very nice lady named Stacey walked up to us with a wonderful smile and greeted us.. She asked if she could be of help and we told her what we were looking for, a love seat, and she took us to exactly what we described. She was amazing...also the store was amazing. Clean and in order. We chose the one we wanted from her ideas as well as our own and the next day my husband went in and purchased the sofa. It was brought here to our home a few days later and we could not possibly be any happier with our overall experience as well as the sofa. We are going back soon to look for a desk and coffee table. Sales representative was kind, courteous, helpful. Sales representative was very thorough in explaining all details of my purchase. We love our leather recliner. I only have two recommendations: 1) the pillow back of recliner needs to be bigger as one's head does not totally lay against the back of chair sitting upright; 2) since I watched delivery personnel install feet on the recliner, I believe it could be finished off in a more attractive manner where all the leather is stapled on the bottom (even though I know one does not see the bottom of the recliner). Would I purchase another chair like this - absolutely! Would I recommend others to shop at Ashley Furniture Store I Parkersburg - absolutely!

She gave us all the information we needed to make our choice of furniture and let us know about a special sales event and when it ended. What I most appreciate is that we were not pressured into a sale. We took her card and told her we would get back to her, and she did not call us. I wanted to purchase a comfortable, yet stylish, chair for my master bedroom. I also wanted to make sure that it was well-made and would be durable. After visiting several stores in town, I found EXACTLY what I wanted at Ashley Furniture. The birch color of my new rocker recliner is exactly what I was searching for. My sales consultant, Stacey, was friendly and very helpful. I even received a 10% sales discount. I selected to have In-Home Delivery Service....it was a reasonable price and my husband didn't have to find someone to help him carry it! The delivery men put it right in my bedroom. I love my new comfy recliner and have been enjoying it every eve. I highly recommend that you check at Ashley Furniture before your next furniture purchase. The store looks great! Makes you want to buy new furniture for every room in your house. We love our dining room set and the price was awesome as well. Great customer service and fast delivery and set up. WE are pleased.

My experience at Ashley Furniture in Parkersburg was great! The staff was friendly and helpful without being annoying or pressuring me to buy. The store was clean and contained lots of decorating inspiration. My delivery date was within the timeline they gave me the night of purchase and the delivery team arrived on time. They quickly set up the bedroom suite and it looks wonderful!
