Incredible customer service! Shawn was incredibly knowledgeable and somehow found me exactly what I was looking for, even though it wasn't out on the floor. A couple of weeks after pick up, a small issue came up with the furniture. I was initially disappointed, but Shawn immediately handled it by ordering a replacement part. A week later, he went completely above and beyond by calling me back to offer an even better, permanent fix. I am so impressed with his dedication. I will definitely be back soon for more furniture and won't shop anywhere else as long as he is there!
