Very friendly and accommodating staff who (ladies!) even helped load my recliner into my truck as I needed it immediately. I am very pleased with the product.

The sales people were great! I was there on two separate days, so was helped by two different people and they were both wonderful. Delivery was quick and smooth, and the furniture is beautiful! My only issue was the way the manager was berating an employee very loudly while I was in the store. Even after being told there was a customer in the store, he continued. It was very rude and unprofessional, and if it weren’t for the salesman working so hard to get my order written up, I would have left.

I will not be shopping here again. I drove an hour to pick up my sofa after being told it was in stock and would be in the back waiting for me. When I arrived, they couldn’t find the sofa at all. I was told they would call me on Saturday with a delivery date for this week and that they would deliver it for free due to the mistake. No one called all weekend. I ended up having to call them myself on Monday, only to be told the warehouse would reach out—of course, they never did. They also promised the sofa would be delivered before Thanksgiving, and at this point that clearly isn’t happening. It’s extremely disappointing to spend so much money only to have my furniture lost and to deal with such poor communication from the store. Earlier this year I had purchased a dining room table from this store location but after this experience I will NOT buy from here again nor recommend it to anyone. Truly a frustrating and unacceptable experience. *update regarding the owners response” I was never contacted and I will give you my call history, with any number on file. Your communication is poor and you can’t own up for your own mistakes in your store. Carole advised me when I purchased the sofa to come up the next week and pick it up to which I did . They knew the address on file is Paden City because we gave her the address on Friday. What a shameful business.

We loved the store and was so excited! We loved working with Carole. The delivery men were very professional. The furniture is beautiful BUT the chest has a mark on it. A dent. The delivery people tried to fix it but told us about it. We say thank you. We were offered the floor model in exchange 😞. We saw the floor model, the drawers didn’t open easily. This is the first that we’ve heard from the store and I am sure this is sent out to everyone. I hope that we would hear from Carole, or one of the Wilsons. Maybe a store credit. We would still go back there accident happen but should also be acknowledged Just as a follow up!! Jason Wilson did call and addressed the issue!! He was wonderful and came up with a solution that was good and fair for both of us Thank you Jason and Ashley Furniture!!

Dave was great. Recliner exactly what we wanted (looks great in our living room) and a great value. Delivery was spot on.

Great service, our sales rep was very kind. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture called ahead and arrived when they said they would. They gave us a deal on a matching chest of drawers to complete our set.

This store has a good selection. The delivery guys are friendly and we got our furniture on schedule. I only had one issue the day of the sale. The salesperson came off as unfriendly and didn't seem to really care about the sale. I give this person the benefit of doubt. They could have just have been having a bad day or such. I will continue to shop there but this was the reason they only got 4 stars on this review .

Very helpful

I had a good experience in the store. Carol is good at describing and recommending furniture. I just told her what I was looking for and we found it. I bought a guest room Queen bed with a night stand. Also a reclining couch and love seat. I'll be going back soon because I decided to get a new coffee table and end tables.

Sonja was very helpful she kept showing us different items til we found the one we wanted. She wasn’t pushy she gave us time to talk it over I recommend her The furniture seemed well built and just what we wanted.

I knew what I wanted and found it within minutes of entering the store. The salesperson told me the items I chose would be delivered in 2 - 4 weeks. I was pleased to have them delivered within the first 2 weeks. The delivery people were friendly and took the time to introduce themselves. Overall I had a very positive experience.

Lamar was an excellent delivery man. He made sure everything stayed clean despite poor weather. There was an issue with the reclining mechanism, and despite him getting little help from the numerous phone calls he made, he was able to fix the issue rather than a new loveseat needing delivered.

Carol was very nice and welcoming when I walked in the store. She helped me find exactly what I needed and was very kind and sweet and a great person to talk to. Only down side was there was a chip of wood missing from the bed frame I bought.

The sales person was really nice. I was told it would be 2 to 4 weeks Four weeks came up. I called and I was told that is 2 to 4 working weeks. I was told it was going to be another week in on a Friday Friday game we called back. I was told it was going to be on Tuesday. Didn’t show up till a Thursday 45 days late. The sad part is I sold my furniture and the people that bought it. I told him it would be 2 to 4 weeks. They was getting impatient because I didn’t have my furniture yet.

Although store staff and especially Sonya, were very competent, my delivery didn’t go well. It was very rainy. Delivery men had no shoe covers, which could have made a mess on my cleaned carpets. As they carried furniture in, they damaged both pieces with dirt and mud. I was told to report it to service at store, which I did, but I’ve yet to hear back. It’s been almost a week.

Very grateful for the free mattress. Thanks for caring about the local community in this time of need.

Very nice store with a large selection. Sonia Silver was my sales person. She’s very patient, helpful, and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I may have had. I would also add that the delivery service was excellent as well.

Very stylish pieces I can honestly say there was not a single thing I seen in this store that I didn't like in some way which of course made our decision much harder but worth it. Very fair pricing very fair. Friendly and helpful staff that will go above and beyond to help you with any of your needs and concerns. Salesperson Carol was great to work with when we were looking for our couch. The day we ordered the couch she was in no hurry. She took her time with us. The day the guys delivered the couch, they were so respectful of our house. They were so careful moving the couch in.

The product and the customer service were second to none!

I gave them one star simply because the lady that helped my husband and I upon our first visit to the store was very helpful and attentive to our needs in what we were looking for in furniture for our new house. The whole process after that was a nightmare. We spent around $7000 on furniture which included a dinning table and chairs, custom couch, and a large loveseat which was set for delivery from their warehouse. The furniture was set to be delivered within 2-3 weeks of our purchase which it did but upon delivery day we were told that one part of the couch hadn’t arrived to the warehouse yet and would have to be delivered at a later date, then when they went to put our table together the pieces would not fit together and they ended up telling us they would have to bring a new part out at a later date as well, if that wasn’t bad enough the large loveseat seat has a usb hookup and upon arrival to our home the delivery guys realized the power cord was broke as well and let us know that they would have to bring a new one of those as well. Long story short Ashley ended up coming out to our home twice with 2 different tables because each one had an issue and we had to go to the store in between those times to try and resolve the issues with the table. It is 2 months later and we still have not gotten our cord for the love seat and the last table they brought still did not fit together properly but at this point we are DONE with this store and their warehouse🤬. I DO NOT recommend this store nor will we EVER purchase Ashley furniture again.

Shopping here was a pleasure. Carol greeted me quickly and took me right where I needed to go, showed me the product I was looking for and answered all my questions. The store is beautiful, and Carol made shopping so easy. Would certainly recommend this store I anyone who is looking for some quality furniture.

Our experience has not been good at all. We are still waiting on our furniture. Every time we call to check on our order, we are sent to several different representatives (none of which seem to know anything about the order). The store has poor communication and I’m continuously transferred back and forth between the online store and the local store. Associate Mona is extremely unprofessional. I’m glad that others appear to have had a positive experience, but sadly we have not. Hoping that we (eventually) get our furniture. It feels as if we are dealing with scammers. Just looking for answers and our furniture. **Update** We received our sofa and the delivery crew was wonderful. The owner did address this matter. We will revisit the actual Ashley store. However, we will not order from Ashley online in the future. The owner was eager to assist and he resolved the issue. We are happy with our furniture

We Love our New coffee table and couch from Ashley’s❤️ sales associate Loren was super nice and wasn’t pushy to make sale! We really loved the laid back and relaxing atmosphere while looking at furniture! Great experience, good quality furniture and very fair pricing! We will definitely be back! Our only downfall was we had a hard time with the warehouse and getting them to answer our phone calls to get updates on delivery. But on a good note, we were able to get update by stopping in store. Our furniture was thankfully delivered the next week❤️

My delivery men were great. When they got to my house and started to put my table together they realized they had the wrong part. They drove all the way back to their store which was a hour and a half away and drove back to my house which was a 3 hour trip. They put my table together and it looks great. Love it!!

The experience is what you expect at a furniture store. The Ashley team is nice and courteous. They assist you when needed but allow you to browse without pressure.

Great selection , great staff!

We bought the next-gen Nuvella loveseat and console in the ink color. It is beautiful. We have not attached the console to our phones or the tv yet but it sounded great at the store. Everything went perfectly from the sales associate in the Ashley store, Sonia, ( who is amazing) to the two delivery guys. Sorry, I did not get their names. Also, we bought a large Jossich rug. It is wonderful. The color is cream and tan . It is comfortable to walk on and I love it. Would recommend Ashley to everyone.

Spent thousands and they delivered broken furniture and promised to replace. Now 2 months later nothing. They keep promising they will handle it but it seems like they just want us to give up and forget about it. Non existent customer service.

The only reason it is 1 star is that the delivery drivers were awesome! It took over 6 weeks to get my furniture. I was going to cancel my order but the manager at the Ashley store was going to send me a $100 gift card which i never received! Go to value city!

Purchased sofa (#u2800415) & loveseat (u2800418) from Ashley furniture in Triadelphia on 11/1/2024. Purchase was a floor model with buttons on one section that did not work. Was told someone would be contacting us over next few business days to schedule service (under warranty). Over a week went by & sales person called us, she gave the number of the owner and said to contact him for service. Husband contacted owner, he came out to service 11/22/24. He said he needed to order a replacement part. Husband has been texting him, 12/6/24 he said will update next week.12/18/24 no response to inquiry. 12/31/24 responded to inquiry with he was out of town and would check upon returning. 1/2/25 said part would be available within 10-14 days. 1/22/25 husband inquired and was told still waiting for part to show. 2/17/25 & 2/25/25 no response to inquiry. Husband called Raffel Systems, and ended up being able to fix the broken section himself. Spent $4,769.98. Horrible customer service to say the least. Buyer beware.

The couch works great and is in new condition. Ours did not come with the cord to be able to use the USB ports. When picking it up the store in Bridgeport the employee was incredibly rude not just to use but other customers.

Bought a loveseat for my father. Overall, great customer service and staff. Picked up at the store. Store is beautifully laid out and easy to navigate.

Awesome store

My sister and I had a wonderful experience looking at Ashley's furniture displays. Robbie answered questions, gave suggestions, and completed our purchase of a mattress and box springs. Mona and others at the front desk were friendly and fun. I had started shopping online, yet I was very pleased to have a Home Store nearby - Triadelphia, WV - to finalize my purchase in person. We are looking forward to paid delivery, which includes removal of our old set. Great place, people, and products - highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Ashley Furniture. We love our new lindyn couch. We did have to return our ottoman because it was too big for our space & that was so easy to do.

I recently needed furniture on short notice, and my experience began positively. The salesperson quickly assisted me, identifying models that were available right away. After completing the purchase, she followed up with a delivery date for when the items would arrive at their warehouse. A few days later, I received a call from the dispatch center to schedule delivery. Upon delivery, however, the headboard was found to be damaged. I tried reaching out to my sales agent, but she was off that day. I spoke with a manager, who instructed me to file a claim. After a week without hearing back, I contacted the salesperson again, and she informed me that someone from the service department would reach out. Two weeks went by without any follow-up, so I reached out once more. This time, the salesperson offered to place a new order for the damaged item. Despite her efforts, another two weeks passed with no further contact. When I tried reaching her again, she was off, but the manager confirmed that the order had been processed and assured me someone would follow up the next day. Unfortunately, it has now been nearly six weeks since the initial delivery, and my damaged furniture has still not been resolved. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from this Ashley Furniture location again.

Very friendly and helpful

We have had the pleasure of working with Carol Saffield on a few occasions. Carol was extremely helpful in getting the furniture we needed and that was comfortable for us. She is very knowledgeable, answers all our questions and offers sound advice. Carol met with us several times, even on her day off, to ensure we made a good decision on our purchases. She never pressured or insisted, but permitted us to make our own decisions that was best for our situation.

What a great experience! I have to say - I hate recliners! BUT! My hubby is sick and we were looking for a comfy recliner that he could fall in love with. I did some pre-shopping online and quickly determined that we needed to get his butt in several chairs before we could make a decision. Much to my surprise, that cute chicken butt of his sat in only a couple chairs before he decided which one he wanted to bring home. Even more surprising is that my rather fluffy butt only sat in one before deciding that we needed two recliners. The very best part of the purchase was the kindness we were shown by the whole team. Jason worked with us to make sure that we could get these chairs as quickly as possible and made delivery a breeze!! Thank you for being part of our community!

Robbie helped us with designing our couch to fit our space perfectly. The couch came in such great timing only about 2 weeks. The delivery men set it up in about 10 minutes. So comfortable and nice! 10/10

The selection was great and able to match a 2 seater with existing leather sofa and chair. Our salesperson Carol was awesome giving us guidance but not aggressive making it a pleasant experience. Delivery was within timeframe as stated and delivery personal were professional and courteous.

Not only did they make sure I was happy with the set up but he took the extra precaution to ask if I had any felt pads to put on the feet of the couch so it wouldn’t scratch my floors! A wonderful experience from start to finish. The salesperson greeted us right away and was very knowledgeable. He recommended a certain sectional designed to go into most basements. We received our furniture in an expected time frame and the delivery men were professional and polite. They took every precaution not to damage anything and left every piece where we wanted it. We will definitely head back Ashley again.

Have to give credit where credit is due. First off, the showroom is massive and has a lot to see. We love the new couch we purchased, super high quality and fits perfectly in our space. Our salesman was extremely helpful and friendly -great customer service. We purchased a couch on New Year's Eve, 12/31/23 and we were told 2-3 weeks delivery time. So, we're assuming the week of Jan 21st. My wife called to get an update that week and was told it may be a few more weeks. That's certainly a bummer, but stuff happens. We ultimately needed the furniture for our son's birthday party on February 10th. That entire week came and went with no update, so my wife called back, and they quoted her a delivery date of 2/14 - mind you that would be 6 1/2 weeks from the quoted delivery time - but again - we get it, stuff is/can be out of a business's control. Finally, I called and spoke to Jason who was able to find out where the furniture was and promised our delivery 2 days before the party - which did happen! It may have taken a few phone calls and sure the delivery was later than expected but Jason and Ashley Furniture made it right and worked with us to deliver the furniture prior to us really needing it. With all of that being said, I would absolutely do business with them again.
