The sales people were great! I was there on two separate days, so was helped by two different people and they were both wonderful. Delivery was quick and smooth, and the furniture is beautiful! My only issue was the way the manager was berating an employee very loudly while I was in the store. Even after being told there was a customer in the store, he continued. It was very rude and unprofessional, and if it weren’t for the salesman working so hard to get my order written up, I would have left.

Purchased 2 couches on November 29, 2025. Was told by 2 people it would be Delivered to the store within 1-2 weeks. Called for an update today & was told it wouldn’t be here until the end of the month. I’m not very happy considering Christmas is right around the corner & we have family coming in. When you get told something and have high hopes of it, then it’s a completely different turn around time is a little disappointing. Also, the woman me & my husband dealt with told us to contact her for any questions. I texted her. She read the message & never replied back. What a great experience already!! Spoke with Jason, got it figured out. Thanks 🙂

I will not be shopping here again. I drove an hour to pick up my sofa after being told it was in stock and would be in the back waiting for me. When I arrived, they couldn’t find the sofa at all. I was told they would call me on Saturday with a delivery date for this week and that they would deliver it for free due to the mistake. No one called all weekend. I ended up having to call them myself on Monday, only to be told the warehouse would reach out—of course, they never did. They also promised the sofa would be delivered before Thanksgiving, and at this point that clearly isn’t happening. It’s extremely disappointing to spend so much money only to have my furniture lost and to deal with such poor communication from the store. Earlier this year I had purchased a dining room table from this store location but after this experience I will NOT buy from here again nor recommend it to anyone. Truly a frustrating and unacceptable experience. *update regarding the owners response” I was never contacted and I will give you my call history, with any number on file. Your communication is poor and you can’t own up for your own mistakes in your store. Carole advised me when I purchased the sofa to come up the next week and pick it up to which I did . They knew the address on file is Paden City because we gave her the address on Friday. What a shameful business.
