Patty is awesome!?!

Tanner made the furniture buying a process a breeze. When I told him I was just looking, he allowed me to browse and then approached to ask if I had any questions and explained about customizing, availability and delivery. Never once did I feel I was being hounded or pressured to make a purchase. When it came time to make a purchase, Tanner and I had communicated prior to arrival at the store to ensure he would be available. Once I arrived, I showed him a few items online that I was looking at, he showed me a few similar pieces and confirmed availability. We wrapped the sale and he couldn’t have made the process easier. Thanks Tanner for making the furniture buying process so easy.

We have been long time returning customers to Ashley furniture. And this last time we have ordered had been a disaster. The service member ditched us to use the bathroom for over 10 min. Then when checking out acts like he's been doing this for ever turns out he's Green. Fine but just be honest. Then comes delivery. The original delivery date that we picked they over booked. So we get the next. Well we get 1 dresser and it's scratched. 1 dresser was wrong. So essentially nothing. Then I am told both dressesers will be delivered. NOPE JUST ONE and no one calls to update you on this. Just a mess of a store. We will take our business somewhere else.

Patty C was so helpful. She patiently went all around the store with us as we tested many sofas. She was fun to be with too!

Broke our $1799 couch on delivery and never even showed up which we on clearance. Gas lighted us into saying it wasn’t that comfortable after all the other couches in the store were rock hard that they offered to at the lower price we got the other couch for. The one we got was similar but portly built and just rock hard even a year later. Honestly don’t ever shop here. The manager is terrible in every way demeanor, attitude, and just the over all the way she practices business is astonishingly bad. The way she handled the situation was atrocious and the fact she lied right to our faces was just horrible we sat on every couch in the store before choosing that one. We went to eight different stores and o be told it wasn’t what we really wanted and others will compare is absurd. Don’t ever shop at this store got the Steinhafels they are astoundingly superior in every single way. Ashley is repackaged temu products. I’ve never bought off that site but I imagine they are similar in a lot of ways maybe even better.

Purchase a $4,000 couch from them in January of 2023. Also purchased the 4 year extended warranty on the couch for an additional $350. Noticed within the last week part of the couch was starting to rub off. Submitted a claim on 12/1/2025 including pictures. Received a call today stating they will not be covering this due to normal wear and tear. $4,000 couch not even 2 years old and this is normal????? Wish we would have been told when we bought it that it wouldn't hold up for 2 years. This is not the first piece of furniture we have purchased from them that wore out in less than 2 years! And this is also not the first time they have denied a warranty claim. What's the point of purchasing the warranty if they aren't even going to cover anything???? Take your business elsewhere people. And if you are going to purchase anything from them don't bother adding the warranty. They will find every excuse possible to not have to fix anything!

Cody helped us pick out our prefect bed and mattress for our new house. He wasn’t pushy in the slightest, and made the entire process very easy and stress-free. - Had to drop two stars because getting ahold of someone to address a question about the box-spring has been nearly impossible.

Went into store to purchase Mod Max L shaped sectional. Got two ottomans to boot! Ink color. Sale associate was easy going and made it fun for an 8 year old. 0% x36 months!

I have always bought my furniture from Ashley’s. Not no more. I bought a bed, chairs couch and a kitchen table. This the third couch in 4 yrs. Anyway I got the white glove treatment. They put my bed together but forgot to tell me they cracked the wood . So the had to come out to fix it. Know my table I got polish remover on it call . Took a yr to get someone out here.And it took so long they had to reopen the case. So that ment retaking picture. So they send someone out but couldn’t fix it. Now mined you it was the size of a fourth of a pea. So I waited and waited now there tell me I have to pay 1.90 dollars to have it delivered. I said I have the exceed warranty. She said it didn’t cover so I had to take my table in and pick up my new one. And that one has a dent in it. It’s been 2 days I sent in picture didn’t hear anything back yet and the guy said he would talk to his boss and get back to me. And the lady you take to you is a horrible person. She shouldn’t even work with people. She’s very rude. And does not tell the truth. I will never buy anything for there again and I sent a lot of people there not no more. Let’s see how long it takes to call me back. We probably have to write up a new statement. And I do have a 4 your warranty.

This is what the delivery fee gets you if you don’t do the “white glove” drop off. Was not explained to us during our purchase. Was told if we didn’t get the “white glove” drop off, all we would have to do is “screw on the legs”. Text reminder included leaving a clear path which we did! But for it to be left on our driveway. Good thing we didn’t order in the winter!

We were looking for dining room chairs. Shay was very helpful! He offered his opinion which was helpful. He was really good at listening to what we wanted.

My spouse & I were checking to see what type of furniture this store had, as we are looking to purchase something in the next few months. We were constantly bothered by the sales person to check this or that out across the store from where we're were. It was rather quite irritating. I cannot count on how many occasions (5, 6 or more) this had happened in the 30 minutes we were in the store & eventually just left. It would have been nice to do a circle around the store and check things out without constantly being bombarded. We will not be returning to this store for any purchase, which is quite sad as we like a few things.

From the time we walked into the store we were greeted with a smile and a welcome. We were asked if we’ve shopped here before and what room are we shopping for. We told Tanner that we’re looking for a new bed and what requirements we were looking for. He showed us a few options and we elaborated more on medical concerns and brands/qualities we need from a mattress. The entire time he listened actively and made suggestions on what he recognized we would benefit from. He was never forceful or trying to up sale anything. He just gave us the options and provided the deals, we were never swayed or pushed one way or the other like the typical “salesman”. Tanner could empathize with us because of similar concerns and provided outstanding service and support. Tanner has won a lifetime salesperson award from our family! I spent 1,800 dollars on a whole living room set and when I picked up my first 2 pieces I noticed the vary thin card board that was protecting the sofa was ripped. I said soemthing to the kid that was helping me he said, take it home and call a number if it's damaged. He was man handling it all the way to the back door of the store. Bought a couch and love seat, no complaints there as it was delivered on time. The set also came with 3 tables which would be need to be picked up at a later date. I went to pick up the tables and I was told I can't as they were held under my wife's name despite me paying for it and having all the paper trail such as my bank statement (receipt was left at home), the actual card I used to pay for it with my name on it etc. The salesperson can come identify me or whatever if needed. Nope not happening...I understand it's policy protocol but like are you serious? To this extent is ridiculous especially when I'm probably in the system as the one who actually bought and paid for it.

Delivery guys were great. I know it wasn't their fault it took this long to get the final piece to our order. Sucks that the headrest isn't working on one side, but the delivery guy got it called into service right away. My only big issue is how expensive delivery is from Ashley furniture and how the furniture didn't come all at the same time. More than double of other places on delivery charge.

Amazing customer service

Jack and Quincy delivered my furniture today and were very conscientious about the delivery. They were professional and took pride in the furniture they put together for me showing how the little balancers worked on the legs and helped put the little felt pieces on the counter stools so the floor doesn’t get scratched. I would give them a 10.

We ordered nightstands for our new house (that we don’t currently live in). Both were delivered there on different days, and we got out there as soon as we could to check them out, one was before 72hrs and one was over 72hrs after they were delivered. Discovered that both were damaged. We contacted Ashley within the timeframe for the one (waiting on a reply from them before contacting about the second) finally after not getting a response my husband contacted them. Since it was after the 72hrs they said too bad you are out of luck we can’t do anything. So he explained that he never heard back from them so how is this his fault. Went round and round with them and finally just said take them back and give us our money back to which they replied sorry we can’t do that either. After more going around and around they finally agreed to give us new tops but that wasn’t all that was damaged. We will never buy furniture from them again horrible service! So disappointed since we had gotten several things from them in the past that we still love. If I could have given a zero rating I would have!

Two delivery guys were very accommodating and polite. Thank you for the excellent service. Delivery ended up being almost 2 weeks ahead of time and was delivered before Christmas! Swivel rocker recliner and couch with reversible chaise is perfect for our small livingroom. Bonus was the extra couch cushion in case we wanted to change things up and use the couch without the chaise section and use as separate ottoman. It fits our house perfectly! Thank you!!!

Bought a couch from here this year and have no complaints about the couch itself. However, our salesperson bold-faced lied to us and told us that pet damage would be covered under their extended warranty and that it would include damage from it being chewed up. This extended warranty was the whole reason we purchased the couch; if we didn't have that coverage we wouldn't have risked it with our pets and would have purchased something second hand, not spend $1200+ on a couch that could possibly get chewed up. Now I'm sure some would say "just read the fine print", but we never got any documentation on the extended warranty with our paperwork. All we got was his word of mouth, which typically isn't worth much these days, but you wouldn't expect someone to completely lie to your face about such a thing trying to make a sale, especially because we did our research and this was one of the higher rater furniture stores in the area (for our price range at the time). The couch ended up getting chewed up, the claim we had on the extended warranty was denied (because it only covered pet stains), and this location would not compensate a penny on it. I talked with several managers, all of whom downplayed the issue by calling it a "miscommunication" on their part (they literally broke the law), but that there was nothing they could do. The only possible compensation they offered was to cancel my extended warranty pro-rata, which they can do for anyone and would only save me about 3 months of the warranty. I tried calling their corporate office, but they couldn't access my order information because this location was just a "partner of Ashley Furniture" and they couldn't do anything on the matter either. If you're looking to buy furniture from them, I'd say it's a good purchase, but try to buy it online if possible (after looking at it in-store) and then you can have full access to all of the information without the illegal false advertising or supporting their unethical/unregulated sales tactics.

The last turn in the store and around the bend there it was. The Perfect Bedroom Set. Heart emojis in my daughter eyes I can imagine. Sandi was amazing and helped with answering prices and shipping with no pressure. Take note - pressure is never the answer. If we as a guest love it and I mean love it we want it. Bought and now wait for the pieces to arrive - with White Glove delivery and set up. Yes Please!! Many many Thanks again Sandi. We will always return!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY. I purchased a sectional sofa with the insurance plan, and paid an extra 500$ for pet insurance. One of our cats peed on the couch and I filed a claim. It took them 5 days to send a cleaning tech out and when that didn’t work (obviously, it soaked in for a week) they said they wouldn’t replace it because they Don’t replace things for odors. Only stains. How stupid. The cushion real of urine and mildew. Probably because it took YOU GUYS so long to even do anything about it. So now I’m stuck without a cushion. Whats even the point of your insurance if you don’t follow through with claims? Why did I pay 500 extra dollars when the cushions arnt even that expensive. What a joke. I’ve never been more angry. I want my cushion.

I have been in sales and management for over 30 years and I seriously have to give this store an award for the absolute WORST salesperson I think I have ever run across. We had made it perfectly clear we were looking for a certain material and color, I can’t even explain how poor our experience was. He argued with us and kept questioning why we wanted what we wanted. Not only will we NEVER shop this store in the future, we just spent $12,800 tonight at Steinhafel’s which had one of the best salespeople I have worked with. If anyone wants to question this review, go to Steinhafels and ask for Amanda, she will know exactly which customer we are, can provide proof of purchase and as soon as we told her about our experience, she asked if we had talked to a certain name at Ashley. She was correct. Apparently this person at Ashley has quite a reputation for poor service. At least he makes everyone else in town look amazing! Salesperson and his direct manager should be fired immediately, what a joke

Well in October my wife and I bought matching end tables. Fast forward to the day we picked them up and 1 of the end tables had a major flaw so they ordered us a new one. They told us they would call us the day it was delivered to the store for pick up we never received a call so we called them they said it was delivered to the store 4 days prior. This end table was worse than the 1st one. Had to order another. Once again when it was shipped no call again by this time we are both frustrated and this one to had defects. Ordered another and still no phone call indicating that it was at the store. Now we are returning the one we have and going somewhere else ti buy or tables

Karlie did an excellent job in helping my daughter find a mattress that was right for her and comfortable in our budget. We went to others before and were dissatisfied with the help. At Ashley's with Karlie was great. She asked all the right questions to get the fit and wasn't one that's worried about getting the high dollar sale, but instead wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase. Thank you

Be very careful.... Ashley likes to deliver defective furniture and, once you point it out and ask that your order be refunded since you lost confidence in the brand (7 out of 10 barstools were defective, wobbling so badly you could have easily fallen off of the barstool) they will charge you a restocking fee of over $700 and you will have no furniture, and then when you try to resolve the issue with the store or corporate customer service, you are just ignored and end up having to pay anyway so your credit doesn't get destroyed. ASHLEY = RIPOFF

We were greeted at the door by Karlie. She was helpful but not overbearing. We were free to roam the store, and she was available for questions, but again, not overbearing. When we found something we really liked, she was great in helping us get the best price; she explained details well, and again was very good at answering questions! We didn’t know if we’d find what we wanted, but we did, and I’m happy Karlie was there! We also liked learning about the different mattresses on sale now, as that’s not always something we get to do! All in all, a very nice experience. Can’t wait to get our furniture!

Came here recently to find a mattress and living room furniture. I had been to a few other stores in the area already with my 1 and 11 year old kids where I mostly got the feeling we were more trouble than it was worth with an energetic baby, running around climbing, pulling, and jumping on everything he went past. So those were fairly quick stops before we left. We walked into Ashley and were immediately greeted with smiles and what seemed like genuinely happy people. Ms. Karlie took care of us. I can’t say enough about how her attitude, patience, and playfulness with the kids made it an amazing experience. Not only was she great with the kids but she took the time to make sure I was getting what fit my needs. Even if the furniture was less than great,( it in fact has been great so far), I would still come back to this store for the stellar in store customer service. It makes for an enjoyable stress free shopping experience.I will definitely go back to Karlie with any future furnishing needs.
