Was very displeased with the customer service. Went in with no real idea with what I was looking for just wanted to see what they had. Sales associate named Todd accused us of lying to him when we planned on walking around the whole store. Wanted to shop in peace without a sales associate breathing down our neck. Was very rude and stated shopping was complicated in their store and "it's not recommended to shop without a guide." Felt super uncomfortable and left immediately. Went to steinhafels across the instead and got help from Cody.

We purchased the point break reclining set and can’t wait to use it for our holiday events we host at our home. I wanted to write a review because Tanner, a sales person was awesome… From the beginning, he was very helpful, asking what we were here to buy and information in different pieces of furniture we would be interested in and the proper price… We remained in the store after finding our livingroom pieces and found other items as well… Tanner was the perfect balance of knowledgeable, helpful and charming!!! We have another piece I took a pic of and showcased below that will be waiting for us when we come back soon… then our livingroom and kitchen will look perfect… A very good experience!!!

Patty is fantastic! My husband purchased furniture from her when he first moved here ten years ago, and she still remembers him the few times we’ve come in to purchase new furniture since. She is so personable and easy to work with, and isn’t pushy like some. Ashley is also able to meet or beat any competitor price quote we’ve come in with, so there isn’t a reason to purchase anywhere else.

The couch purchased was Lyndenboro 5-piece sectional and it’s been a little over a month since delivery. Tanner was welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked into through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to force a sale. All the staff were great to my 2 year old twins who were running out of patience by the end of the sale but one of the staff brought them toys to play with rather than being annoyed that they were starting to get antsy. This was our 3rd purchase from Ashley and we’ll be back when we need furniture again!

After shopping for a new Bedroom set and 5-6 other furniture stores we had 30 minutes to shop Ashley in Appleton. My daughter was not In Love with the set we were going to purchase at another location, so to Ashley we went. Greeted by Sandi - a true Gem! We mentioned we wanted to zip through first on our own and we would find her if we needed her. After all 30 minutes to shop before closing. The last turn in the store and around the bend there it was. The Perfect Bedroom Set. Heart emojis in my daughter eyes I can imagine. Sandi was amazing and helped with answering prices and shipping with no pressure. Take note - pressure is never the answer. If we as a guest love it and I mean love it we want it. Bought and now wait for the pieces to arrive - with White Glove delivery and set up. Yes Please!! Many many Thanks again Sandi. We will always return!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY. I purchased a sectional sofa with the insurance plan, and paid an extra 500$ for pet insurance. One of our cats peed on the couch and I filed a claim. It took them 5 days to send a cleaning tech out and when that didn’t work (obviously, it soaked in for a week) they said they wouldn’t replace it because they Don’t replace things for odors. Only stains. How stupid. The cushion real of urine and mildew. Probably because it took YOU GUYS so long to even do anything about it. So now I’m stuck without a cushion. Whats even the point of your insurance if you don’t follow through with claims? Why did I pay 500 extra dollars when the cushions arnt even that expensive. What a joke. I’ve never been more angry. I want my cushion.

I have been in sales and management for over 30 years and I seriously have to give this store an award for the absolute WORST salesperson I think I have ever run across. We had made it perfectly clear we were looking for a certain material and color, I can’t even explain how poor our experience was. He argued with us and kept questioning why we wanted what we wanted. Not only will we NEVER shop this store in the future, we just spent $12,800 tonight at Steinhafel’s which had one of the best salespeople I have worked with. If anyone wants to question this review, go to Steinhafels and ask for Amanda, she will know exactly which customer we are, can provide proof of purchase and as soon as we told her about our experience, she asked if we had talked to a certain name at Ashley. She was correct. Apparently this person at Ashley has quite a reputation for poor service. At least he makes everyone else in town look amazing! Salesperson and his direct manager should be fired immediately, what a joke

Well in October my wife and I bought matching end tables. Fast forward to the day we picked them up and 1 of the end tables had a major flaw so they ordered us a new one. They told us they would call us the day it was delivered to the store for pick up we never received a call so we called them they said it was delivered to the store 4 days prior. This end table was worse than the 1st one. Had to order another. Once again when it was shipped no call again by this time we are both frustrated and this one to had defects. Ordered another and still no phone call indicating that it was at the store. Now we are returning the one we have and going somewhere else ti buy or tables
Karlie did an excellent job in helping my daughter find a mattress that was right for her and comfortable in our budget. We went to others before and were dissatisfied with the help. At Ashley's with Karlie was great. She asked all the right questions to get the fit and wasn't one that's worried about getting the high dollar sale, but instead wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase. Thank you

Be very careful.... Ashley likes to deliver defective furniture and, once you point it out and ask that your order be refunded since you lost confidence in the brand (7 out of 10 barstools were defective, wobbling so badly you could have easily fallen off of the barstool) they will charge you a restocking fee of over $700 and you will have no furniture, and then when you try to resolve the issue with the store or corporate customer service, you are just ignored and end up having to pay anyway so your credit doesn't get destroyed. ASHLEY = RIPOFF

We were greeted at the door by Karlie. She was helpful but not overbearing. We were free to roam the store, and she was available for questions, but again, not overbearing. When we found something we really liked, she was great in helping us get the best price; she explained details well, and again was very good at answering questions! We didn’t know if we’d find what we wanted, but we did, and I’m happy Karlie was there! We also liked learning about the different mattresses on sale now, as that’s not always something we get to do! All in all, a very nice experience. Can’t wait to get our furniture!

Fantastic customer service and support. We had to replace our dual reclining love seat as one side no longer worked and replacement parts weren’t manufactured anymore. Came here recently to find a mattress and living room furniture. I had been to a few other stores in the area already with my 1 and 11 year old kids where I mostly got the feeling we were more trouble than it was worth with an energetic baby, running around climbing, pulling, and jumping on everything he went past. So those were fairly quick stops before we left. We walked into Ashley and were immediately greeted with smiles and what seemed like genuinely happy people. Ms. Karlie took care of us. I can’t say enough about how her attitude, patience, and playfulness with the kids made it an amazing experience. Not only was she great with the kids but she took the time to make sure I was getting what fit my needs. Even if the furniture was less than great,( it in fact has been great so far), I would still come back to this store for the stellar in store customer service. It makes for an enjoyable stress free shopping experience.I will definitely go back to Karlie with any future furnishing needs.

Jourdan was incredibly helpful in finding a futon substitute. We came in to find a futon for my friend to sleep on whenever she visits my apartment. We left the store with a comfortable, fully reclining sofa that’s small enough to fit in the apartment for the same price as a futon, and in better quality. He made the process very easy and relaxing!!

If you buy furniture from Ashley, you should expect for it to be damaged or defective and if you try and refund it, they will still charge you the 20% restocking fee, even though the merchandise is defective and damaged. I will never shop here again. The quality of the products is below poor!!……still waiting for an answer from 4 months ago …speaks volumes for their customer service!

DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE. ***UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE. *** Claiming that we are at fault for stipping out the side panel is a great excuse for your garbage install crew. There are 4 other doors on the same entertainment stand, and the other 3 are in perfect condition with just a much usage. This is a clear issue with the install crew and you're trying to make me look like I'm at blame. Not saying they ruined every door on the stand, just the one. Yet, you can't do anything to help us out. Passing the blame is a great way to lose customers. Bought a 4 piece entertainment stand about a year ago. Added on for the white glove installation and while the guys were setting up everything, they damaged the TV stand while putting it together. I reached out to service given we were still within our one year warranty on everything we purchased, and was informed that because it wasn't a "defect" they would not be covering the damages, even though their install team were the ones who caused the damage. We are now stuck with a less than one year old item that is missing a door due to bad installers. Even Ashley knows the quality of their furniture is awful and won't stand behind issues they create. If I could rate someone 0 stars, I would. I would recommend going elsewhere for your furniture needs. Not worth wasting your money on cheap stuff that won't make it through a year of basic use.

I never post a review, but honestly the experience we had with this store has been nothing short of a nightmare. We received our $6,000 sectional back in August, and I have been dealing with trying to get the correct parts ordered since. It's July 2023, and I still have no parts to attach our last recliner to the sectional. I even sent in an email to speak to a manager instead of dealing with the parts team as another attempt, and still nothing. I'm beyond upset and frustrated at this point, and will never return. UPDATE: It's been 16 months now. Another update: 22 months and still do not have parts.
Our salesperson was Patty. She did a great job helping us pick out our fabrics and options for our sectional and tables. We will definitely call her for our next home project.

I purchased an adjustable mattress and frame on June 1, 2023. I paid for "white glove" delivery service and, upon delivery, the footboard was missing its legs and the mattress protector was not included. Receiving a bed frame without legs is like buying a car without tires. Still waiting for customer satisfaction.

Stay away from this store Purchased set of couches and recliner was not working I called and asked for service or replacement they told me would order the parts and send service to fix so first called 01/21/23 again called after 3 weeks still nothing and again and again and today 5/22/23 still nothing and recognizing my phone number and nobody answered my calls Very disappointed and frustrated and I just contacted my attorney to get involved Just wanted to say that spent a lot of money at this store the manager Jay knows well

Went in looking for a bed frame. We ended up discussing the issues we have with our current mattress and our long term goals to be able to swap it out and have an adjustable frame. The sales associate took a lot of time helping us out and listening to our concerns. We ended up purchasing a new mattress that my husband and I can both agree on. We also found an adjustable frame that is so amazing. I thought we’d have to wait at least 10 more years to afford. The prices were so much more reasonable than we expected and there were some great sales we took advantage of. The store manager was also really helpful in explaining adjustable bases. We never felt pressured at all and had such a positive and pleasant experience. 😊

Horrible customer service! I walked past 8 employees of which 0 said hello or asked if I needed help. By far the worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase furniture.
Ordered a headboard, footboard and rails, when we got home it looked like the legs for the headboard were removed on purpose. Still waiting on new legs, it has been about 3 weeks and counting for replacement legs! I don't think I will purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again, it didn't seem like they were in that big of a hurry to fix the problem.

He worked to get the size, type, comfort, and budget to everything we needed! He was honest and made us feel very comfortable about our purchase. We couldn’t have had a better experience!!! We definitely will be back when we are ready to make our furniture purchase!
I never leave reviews on anything but I wanted to regarding our terrible service we had. It was the absolute worst customer service. They only offered a $50 dollar gift certificate to fix a problem they did (ordered us the wrong bedroom set after we told them which one we wanted). We didn’t accept that cause that’s ridiculous - ended up getting our delivery fee refunded so we were initially ok with that. Then when they messed up the second time on the same order they only offered us $50 cause it’s their ‘policy’. I would not recommend getting furniture from them. It took 3 deliveries to get all our correct furniture and we barley got reimbursed. Ridiculous.

Wish there was a less than one rating. Bought a bedroom set in September.Issues were: adjustable base pulled up bed frame: contacted store immediately they had ME call the manufacturer: had to call store sales & general manager to get any action. After 4wks n many visits from service it was decided that the base would never work with the frame and to pick out a new set. 3000.00 more we r still dealing with lost or damaged furniture. called to speak to managers but they NEVER call u back. They have their money but we have no bed frame or side table. We have dealt with multiple levels at Ashley, delivery, sales staff, general managers from 2stores and they all are sorry but we still have this issue Since SEPTEMBER. This has been the most mismanaged sale. I have bought furniture before from here but can't say I would even consider walking in any of their stores again.
So many problems with our last several purchases & follow through. I could list several between the couches, and 2 bedroom sets. Gave benefit of the doubt after the couch nightmare and 1 bed delivered problemd. But THE worst was a custom made solid wood bed set purchased there. First there were several delays 6 mo worth which was beyond frustrating. They arranged a delivery without talking to us to be sure someone was home. The MOMENT it was delivered I immediately called then stating there was a chunk of wood not painted/small chunk missing & the mirror had a noticeable scratch on it. They sent someone who fixed the spot & said he would have the mirror replaced. Fast forward after several calls, texts not only not fixed but he didn't submit for the new mirror as promised or note the account. Throughout over a year I've continually requested they follow through with what that repair man said lost photos sent, resent photos upon request. I kept ALL emails, texts & when I attempted yet again recently to have it cared for they tried lying saying I just sent the request just now and it's been too long since delivery, not covered. Yet I have texts from them recently contacting me telling me i wasn't forgotten, thank you for my patience, still working on it. Non stop lies & dropping the ball. I told them I have all texts and emails & was sent a snarky response refusing to care for it. Should have looked at reviews & listened to family who had trouble there before spending all we did there.
We have had nothing but issues since we placed are order, I keep calling and all I get is we are sorry it will be another 5-7 business days. I'll be calling Monday and returning are more then 7,000.00 dollar order. They have no customer service at all. They don't care about your issues. EDIT: We finally got everything taken care of as of 1/15/2023. It took going to the store and talking with the General Manager Jay. He easily took care of every.

Over the last few months we have been upgrading furniture and I have went here in search more than a few times. Almost everytime it's almost impossible to get someone to help. I bought a dresser for my son from here so kept trying to go back and getting more because that first experience went well. However since than it has been severely down hill. The time previous from today I was looking for furniture for my daughter and after trying to get someone to help for over an hour I left and went elsewhere and got here bedroom set. Today I was prepared to buy myself a new bedroom set and my mom and I kept trying to find someone to help us, after no luck we walked out and I guess I will go look somewhere else tomorrow. I understand being short staffed and that people are trying but at the very least some acknowledgement would be great. Let me know that someone will get to me when they can but being ignored and feeling like no one wants to bother to help is pretty unacceptable.
We were looking for 2 side chairs to replace the bench which came with our dinning room set. On line the chairs were $49 less than in store but Ashley gave us the on line cost and no shipping charges. They were so friendly. I love dealing with Ashley Furniture 💕
I ordered brand new furniture for $3000, on delivery day I was sent damaged and used furniture. I had the entire order returned. I was told I was given my full refund and the shipping would be a separate refund back to my credit card.....over a month later I am still waiting for the refund. I spoke to Stephanie multiple times regarding this and I was told it was refunded, I will look into this and so on. I placed a new order for the same furniture again, paid shipping again but this time I was given a discount for the issues with my first order and also for me not receiving the 100.00 gift voucher for the inconvenience. Still to this day I have not been refunded but I submitted a claim with the BBB and I was contacted by someone at corporate stated the reason why I was not refunded was because I was given a discount. which is a lie because the new order was placed approximately 2 weeks later and wasn't delivered for over a month later in which I wasn't charged for the order until delivery. They are just trying to cover up the fact that they are out here scamming people and taking peoples money. Not to add with the second delivery one of the legs on the couch was broken and also a hole on the bottom of the sofa in which a claim was put in and I was sent a new leg and the message from them states they will assume I will fix it myself. why would I fix it myself when I paid for the 4yr protection plan for your company to fix it. I'm to the point again to return the entire set again and go somewhere else to purchase and not Ashleys brand.

We bought 2 recliners a sofa and a love seat. After the lying sales person filled out the paperwork and set up delivery we got our furniture, unfortunately it rained that day so we got wet furniture. It was documented and they said sorry. 2 weeks later the foot rest broke on the sofa so we called and they said they would come fix it, scheduled a serviceman to come out in a month and when he got here he looked at it and said they had to get parts. The idiots where told exact what was broken when we called. Now 2 months later I called to find out when it was getting fixed and I was told they had to order parts yet. I will never go in that store again and I will fix my sofa by myself. At least it will be done right then.
Met an online price, gave me a $100 credit which I received from Ashley for signing up for emails. Stefan was friendly and helpful. What more do you want from a furniture store? Great experience.

EDIT: 2 MONTHS AFTER INITIAL REVIEW. I have called and emailed the Ashley care email that was left on my review multiple times and have not gotten ANY reaponses. My dresser has now been exchanged 4 times and each one damaged so I am waiting on #5's delivery. I received an email stating my sectional would be replaced a week ago and they did not show up with a sectional. I responded to that confirmation email twice and left a voicemail with no response. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I opened an Ashley card and have spent around $7000 to get my first bedroom and living room sets. Delivery kept getting extended until EIGHT months after purchase. I said this was unacceptable. They magically got some pieces delivered ASAP. A quarter of what was delivered was damaged and now I'm waiting on replacement and a tech to come to my home and that has been rescheduled for months as well. The quality of the sectional I purchased is complete garbage and that's clear after only having it a couple of months. Nothing lines up or pieces together properly, it already creaks and sounds like it's 100 years old. I will never, ever, shop there again as they haven't even given me a dime back or solved any of the problems to date. Save yourself the headaches and frustrations I've had and shop elsewhere.
Terrible customer service after incomplete delivery. Had my bedroom set delivered 4 weeks ago and they didn't have the fasteners to put the frame together. They said they would send them to me and never did. Had to get them myself. If they deliver something and don't have it complete, don't trust that they will make it good.
Their furniture is mostly garbage that breaks down very fast and their warranty is a scam, but you need the warranty because whatever you buy is probably going to break pretty quick. Lead time on service is several months and they make every effort to make it impossible for you to actually get the service you paid for. Update: To clarify based on the response below. So I have to wait several months for service then get 24 hours to respond to Ashley’s call, and then get to wait another several months for service. Fantastic.
Bought a rocker recliner at a very comfortable price. Tim was very helpful and friendly. Will shop there again.

Bought a bedroom set in Nov. 2021 and it took 5 months to arrive. I realize that there are supply chain issues, so it wasn't unexpected. However, they didn't do anything to help push the delivery along until I requested that they contact the manufacturer to get a status of my order. It arrived in good shape and the two delivery guys were cool. The problem with the delivery was that there were no fasteners to assemble the bed frame. When asked how long to get the screws, they said 4-8 weeks without even contacting the manufacturer. These screws should be on hand at the manufacturer as they are used on all their bedroom sets and will likely have stock at all times. I don't like being blown off with my concerns. Contact the company and let me know the day they will arrive so I can have it put together! They definitely don't go the extra step to answer questions. Likely won't buy from Ashley in the future because of this. Poor first impression.

We came into Ashley to look at a sectional and were greeted so warmly by Bri. She was incredible from beginning to end. She calmly answered all our questions and gave us great decorating tips for changing our living room!! And we left about an hour later owning our beautiful sectional!! Definitely request Bri if you want a great buying experience!! She's a real jewel 😊

Nice place and many options, but wish I would have went to WG&R because they have a lifetime warranty where as Ashley's is only 4 years and that's with protection plan.

The individual that assisted us in finding our couch was very professional, patient, helpful and did not give us the typical heavy sales pitch! Absolutely unacceptable workmanship and non-existent customer service. We ordered Amish furniture in August, waited 2 months for it to arrive. When it was delivered and set up, further inspection made evident significant quality issues. Pieces dropped and scratched. Score marks in the finished wood. Portions of unfinished/unstained wood. Sawdust in the clearcoat finish. Stain splatter and sloppy dark globs in various locations. Ashley throws a service technician at it to "FIX" the issues...how will a service technician "FIX" subpar workmanship in a 15 minute housecall? Then, we have been continually told that trying to resolve these issues mean having us pushed in multiple third party directions (including being told to contacting Amish directly)- all yielding uninterested attempts at resolutions. It is like trying to buy a Volvo at a Volvo dealership, but told we must contact Germany to solve any problems, all through a text message exchanges only. Unacceptable. It is now the end on January. The same run around and deception from Ashley ensues. Purchase from them at your own risk and full acknowledgement that customer service will be unavailable...perhaps one would have better luck dealing directly with China.

We recently bought a mattress from Ashley's in Appleton. We had a wonderful salesman named Tim. He along with manager Jay were very helpful and fun to work with. We would also like to thank Becky for all her help too! We highly recommend shopping at Ashley's.
We had a great experience with a great salesperson, so we keep coming back and referring others. Everything hasn't always been perfect, we ordered a table that took four weeks to arrive and it was missing parts, but Ashley made it right so we keep coming back. I'm also not a high maintenance customer who treats people like garbage, so maybe that's why I have pleasant experiences.
We recently purchased a new mattress for a young child. The staff was friendly and seemed willing to try to work with me where they could. I ended up purchasing a mattress and they ended up donating a mattress to a child in need through one of their programs. Pretty cool!

Patty was the most helpful sales person we have ever worked with. We had been shopping for a while at several furniture stores for new living room furniture. When we arrived at Ashley Furniture, Patty greeted us warmly as we walked in. She asked if she could help and of course we told her we were just looking. She said "take a look around and I will check in later to see if you have found anything"..... What?! My husband and I sat on several sofas and as it seemed we had settled on this one Patty was right there to check in and help. She didn't just seel us this set though, she asked what we liked and if we had any dislikes. We had asked if it had an option to order stainless steel cup holders but ultimately placed the order. The very next day she emailed us to let us know she had looked at different options. It was so nice to have her follow up. Just wow! We have already had two other couples ask about our furniture. I really enjoyed working with Amy for my purchase of a sofa and loveseat. She was friendly and very accommodating. I had a question about the type of materials that these were made out of and Jay was quite knowledgeable about this. The store has a great atmosphere . Great experience thus far!
Skyler and her manager Jeff took great care of us! My fiancé and I just moved to Appleton from California. We had gift cards from Cali that we didn't know where only good at the California Ashley Homestore. He was wasn't able to give us the full amount on the cards but did approve a substantial discount to make up the difference. Skyler took the time to help guide us to a sofa that we had completely overlooked in the several hours we had be in the store that was exactly what we were looking for and in the color we needed to match other items we were interested in. Overall we highly recommend the team here and encourage anyone reading this to come in and let them help you build a house you'll love.
Made an appointment with Pamela in sales and she found and had everything i was looking for!! Bought a reclining love seat,reclining couch,king sized bed and mattress,a coffee table,night stand,2 end tables,and a tv stand with fireplace insert!! Ordered these items and the only things i have not received was the 2 end tables and TV stand with fireplace insert.They will be delivered in November and not a problem as I received 95% of my order in the first delivery.Pamela,Mary and everyone else i mingled with there at the store that day were professional,friendly and knowledgeable!!! Keep up the great job guys!!!

I like the furniture and the sales people especially patty at the appleton store just unfortunately the delivery service is horrible when it comes to not scratching things up so far 3 attempts to deliver a table and each time the funiture was either damaged or globs of stain left on the table by the manufacturer ***** Update***** Was scheduled for a delivery for 9/26 i confirmed the delivery date and no one showed up and no text or phone call telling me they needed to reschedule yet another wasted day waiting for nothing
Worst shopping experience ever. The person who helped us did not know what he was doing. We had to redo the order 5 times due to his errors. Then we found out delivery to Berlin would be over $200 even though it’s not that far. Once we left the store we got a call saying we needed to come back because he shredded the wrong paperwork. Definitely will be looking at different options to order furniture next time because this was ridiculous.
This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing furniture. Todd helped me out and was so kind and patient. He helped me find a couch that I love. He was so honest and knowledgeable that I didn’t feel pressured to buy something I didn’t love. I will definitely be back to see Todd for my future furniture needs.
I explained what I was looking for and what I wanted in a sofa sales woman knew exactly what to show me! I left there very excited for my new furniture! The price and quality at Ashley furniture is absolutely wonderful!!
Very high pressure sales person. She would NOT leave us alone to browse. Felt like being stalked. Is this the way furniture sales are these days? She was practically sitting on my lap at one point. Got home to a voice mail from her. Sheesh. No thank you. We are grown ups and know what we want and don't want. And we know we don't want this pressure. We'll be looking elsewhere.
If I could give the couch and ottoman we bought a negative star rating I would. The legs are cheap plastic. Don't try to put them on yourself. But wait, just save yourself and don't buy from Ashley. After a few weeks of light use, the material on the cushions of the couch started slipping. The cushions look all saggy and disheveled. The ottoman came with the cushion sewn on crookedly. If it hadn't been for covid, we would have hauled this furniture right back for a refund. Ashley furniture us cheap and does not wear well. DO NOT BUY!!!

We ordered a custom made Bed set in February, paid extra to have it delivered and set up, delivered early June, but didn't have the bolts to connect the footboard. We have called several times, and it is now August 9, and still no bolts. Called a few days ago, and they were going to get right back to us on it. No return call after several days. Last purchase we will make at Ashley.
They had just the perfect chair for my dad, and the lady we had took her time and explained everything very clearly to him. And as a bonus he for the chair within a week instead of the 2 weeks like they originally said.. Way to go Ashley's

Went in to look for a couple mattresses. Waited in the mattress area for a better part of half an hour. No one even acknowledged us! Several employees saw us but, no greeting, no we'll be with you shortly, nothing! Many other stores offer mattresses. We found one elsewhere. Second time this has happened here. Last time it will happen here!

Went to a few other stores looking for functionality and comfortable furniture and were ignored cause I’m tattooed and have a family that’s wild and fun! We went to Ashley homestore having doubts about making a purchase cause how we were treated at other stores. Then at Ashley‘s a amazing employee Caily Burdick greeted us with a excellent attitude and was willing to help us thru the purchase experience and helped us with all of are questions and had awesome options and ideas to inspire us thru are custom order! Aweful customer service. I ordered a couch set in the beginning of February that was supposed to be delivered on April 15th, they called and left a msg that it'd be delivered that day but then never called back, nor answered and never showed up. Then I finally got a hold of someone and they told me the end of April, that never happened, now they told me the beginning of May...and now it's mid May and I still haven't got a call or email. I tried to call and cancel some of my order, the women said she'd have a sales person call me back and no one ever returned my call. I'm going on 2 months now in my apartment without any furniture. I don't think I'll order from Ashley Home Store again.
Purchased an expensive bed from Ashley Homestore in Appleton. On the day of delivery we finally got rid of our old bed. My wife was so excited for our new bed she tracked the delivery all day long. Then finally 5pm rolled around and we got an update that our bed had been delivered!! Except it never got delivered, so I called the store to express my concern. They said not to worry we will reschedule a delivery!! I stated we no longer had our old bed and we could not reschedule. They assured us they were doing everything to fix the situation. We are on night 2 of sleeping on the floor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Google makes me give them one star to submit my response, otherwise they would have zero.
Bit of a mess because of the remodeling and a 5 month wait on England brand furniture seemed a bit much but I don't know.
I stopped at the Appleton location on Saturday to check out what they had for beds and mattresses. I returned on Sunday with my family to show them what I had found. Jay helped us make the best decisions. He was very helpful and informative. I will return to Ashley to make additional purchases in the future.

Ordered a chair September 2020 had to pay in advance chair was to be here January 2021 they never called and it never came. They do not contact me they keep changing the date now they say April but only after I called. Horrible customer service they don’t care. Do not buy from them!!!!!!

We stopped at the store to look at mattresses. We were met by Amy who walked us through their huge selection and helped us determine which mattress would work best. She gave us sanitary pillows to use for safety. She was very helpful and answered all our questions without being pushy at all. We settled on a Beautyrest Black hybrid mattress and are looking forward to delivery in a few weeks. Very nice store with great selection and helpful staff. I highly recommend Ashley Home Store.
My mother had hip surgery and needed a new mattress. We placed an order and verified multiple times when it would be delivered with Nick from the Appleton store. The delivery day came and after not receiving a call I called up to check and was told it would not come until next week. I asked what could be done because that was not the agreement. The girl on the phone said (well it's just an estimate there's nothing we can do). We cancelled the order and will be ordering from matress firm who just finished a different delivery for us exactly on time. I made a mistake in choosing ashley because of a few dollars. Don't go with the cheap company, choose quality. You get what you pay for.
They didn’t want to make the price match for the dining room table. They have me excuses but didn’t give me back the money. I do not recommend you shop here for your furniture. Bad company.

Friendly and helpful associates everytime we shop. We've shopped at Ashley's for over 10 years. Prices are fair and delivery service is always timely. During the Covid- 19 pandemic, we purchased a high profile box-spring that we ended up not liking. The associate was very polite and helpful about getting us what we need. We got the new lower profile ordered right away and delivered to us and exchanged easily all within three weeks. This is just one of our several great experiences.

We purchased a living room set from Ashley Furniture a few months ago. We went to the store expecting to be hounded by sales people, however, it was quite a pleasant experience. Our sale representative, Caily, was very attentive and did a terrific job of assisting us without being overbearing. She allowed us to browse and when we had questions she was easily located. Once we made our decision she was very open with the fact deliveries were taking longer than normal due to the current COVID situation. She was extremely knowledgeable on the products we looked at and made purchasing our new furniture a good experience. Caily is a great asset to your team.
I purchased a section in April of this year 2020. I bought the protection plan and the protection plan was never entered into the system. Now surprisingly GBS (The protection plan) company is saying that it'll be 15 days until my claim is even entered. Tried calling the store, tried calling customer service, left multiple voicemails and no response. I will never buy anything from here again. Terrible customer service and they don't stand behind their products. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. And to the store owner who replied, you just proved that you don’t stand behind your products. Your store manager was supposed to call me back or fix the issue and that was over a month ago. Learn customer service skills and teach them to your employees.
We were at another local furniture store 2 times before going to Ashley and we did not receive half of the customer service in both times combined as we did one time in Ashley! We really enjoyed working with Todd. He was very helpful in placing our custom order!! Highly recommend going here.
Went here in search of barstools. I was helped by Brandon he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the selection. They actually have good quality barstools and you can customize them to your personal preference. Brandon was a great help to me. 👍

There are strips of laminate on the top, so when one started bubbling it caused a chain reaction. No big deal, we had the insurance right? Wrong... they denied it saying it was a manufacturers defect. Well surely Ashley would stand behind their product right? Wrong again.... after 9 months of me always having to follow up, they finally called back to tell me there wasn’t anything they could do. They said it was due to water damage, so I guess you aren’t supposed to wipe down a table. I will never step foot in Ashley or Furniture and Appliance Mart ever again.

Ordered furniture and it took two months to receive. When it arrived a piece was broken and when I called to get it fixed the response I got was email a picture in, no apology and no offer to fix the issue immediately.

This Ashley branch knows how to do customer service correctly. Not to pushy, very helpful and very friendly. It is a very welcoming experience that truly makes you feel like they are appreciative of your business. This was from the manager down to the sales staff. They seem to have a great work environment there!
Purchased love seat , sofa and two ottomans. Along with 2 additional pillows. Two of the pillows were extremely lumpy , sewed wrong. They were returned in January for replacement and now in June with several phone called that were never answered and messages not returned , we drove to store to be told they was no order ever placed. Can't imagine what would happen if I returned sofa. Never again

We bought the warranty that we have had to claim over 4 times for cracks, peels etc. They then refunded us the cost of furniture and told us we could pick out new furniture because they could no longer fix it. Once we picked out our new furniture we got a table that was delivered with a chip in it. We then had a new table that was delivered that AGAIN had another chip in it. Is it so much to ask to have a piece of furniture that is decent from this store? We then complained again.... just to receive a phone call from one of their employees saying that it was "over done" and they would give us $75 for the table and that we are stuck with the chip in at. I don't understand this?!?! Our table was over $1000. Why would we want something with a chip in it? Why would we want $75? Why can't we just have our furniture that we paid for without anything wrong with that? Why is it "over done?" Is it so much to ask to have a decent piece of furniture delivered to my house? I definitely will not be shopping here after the last phone call I have received from them and how rude the man was on the phone to me. I just felt like you all needed to know the customer service that Ashley furniture provides to their customers.

I definitely will not be shopping here after the last phone call I have received from them and how rude the man was on the phone to me. I just felt like you all needed to know the customer service that Ashley furniture provides to their customers.
just wanted to share my experience with Ashley furniture since they seem not care about the quality of our furniture. It all started with some very expensive leather furniture that we bought from them. We bought the warranty that we have had to claim over 4 times for cracks, peels etc. They then refunded us the cost of furniture and told us we could pick out new furniture because they could no longer fix it. Once we picked out our new furniture we got a table that was delivered with a chip in it. We then had a new table that was delivered that AGAIN had another chip in it. Is it so much to ask to have a piece of furniture that is decent from this store? We then complained again.... just to receive a phone call from one of their employees saying that it was "over done" and they would give us $75 for the table and that we are stuck with the chip in at. I don't understand this?!?! Our table was over $1000. Why would we want something with a chip in it? Why would we want $75? Why can't we just have our furniture that we paid for without anything wrong with that? Why is it "over done?" Is it so much to ask to have a decent piece of furniture delivered to my house? I definitely will not be shopping here after the last phone call I have received from them and how rude the man was on the phone to me. I just felt like you all needed to know the customer service that Ashley furniture provides to their customers.

05/28/20: I wanted to provide an update. About a month or so ago when the replacement table came, the serviceman said I would be getting a new chair due to the damage on the existing chair. That has yet to happen. It also looks like Ashley overcharged me for my total order back on 03/27. I called and asked to talk to someone about the overcharge several weeks back and was told I would get a call back. As of now, I have not received a cal back. I called again today and after being on hold for a while I left a voicemail. Let’s see if I get a call back this time. Overall- the entire experience has been awful. 04/14/2020: I purchased a dining room table and a rug on 03/27/20. I received the rug in about a week. I love the rug but it smelled musty so I had to air it out. I would expect a $100 rug to not smell musty, so slightly disappointing but I can live with it. My table came in just over a week. As my husband started to unwrap one corner he noticed the wood was split and a part of the wood was broken off. After spending a good 3 hours on and off on hold waiting to talk to somebody, I was directed to the company in which I purchased the table. Turns out when you order online through Ashely Furntirw your not necessarily buying from Ashley. So this company had me send pictures of the damage. STIILL no word if this company is sending me a replacement or if I have to wait for some type of approval. This is as of 04/14/20. I will never purchase from Ashley again. I should be sitting at my new table by now giving glowing reviews, but sadly I am not. At this point I’m just hoping to get a replacement table that is not broken for my money.
They are a little more expensive than I can afford
We spent Sunday afternoon at the store with Brandon shopping for a new mattress and a reclining sofa. This young man is so thoughtful, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He didn't rush us or try to pressure us to make a decision. Brandon made this a very pleasant experience. We will always shop here and wish Brandon nothing but the best. Brandon has obviously spent time doing his research and can answer any questions you have to make an informed choice.
I've had a difficult time finding furniture that I can afford and getting credit that wouldn't break the bank for me. Then I went to Ashley Furniture on my daughters recommendation. She loves her new furniture and her entire experience with Ashley Furniture. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt in good hands with Caily Burdick. She listened to me and went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted with financing that I can actually afford. Now I have furniture that I love at a price that I can afford and all of my furniture related stress is gone thanks to the whole team! I would like to thank Kimberley and Jay for their help with the process as well.

Yes purchase furniture from here and never well again they scratched my new florus the furniture was banged up dented scratched and now I have to deal with the insurance company and having people come to fix the furniture with a piece of wood they pop off in pop back on it is very cheap for what you pay for

Friendly people and met us at the door.....but did not have what we were looking for.....they think bigger is better...but that is not always true!! We were looking for a fireplace tv console 55 inches long.....They only had 60 inches or longer because that is what sells the most....what about people with limited space ??

bought A couch and sofa and chair from here. I believe we worked with Tim, he was awesome. My son played with every pillow and played with all the electric recliners and he didn’t care. He fixed the pillows and recliners and walked the store twice. Found what we wanted and he even stayed after hours so we could buy that day. He went above and beyond.
This review is long overdue since we've been in our new house, but hopefully it will be helpful. We built a new house and ordered ALL of our furniture from Ashley. We ordered AND paid for it up front more than a month and a half ahead to guarantee that it would be delivered the day we moved in. Low and behold move-in day came and my daughter's bed wasn't on the truck. . . . backordered. How did it get backordered if everything we bought was in-stock and paid for???? That was several phone calls and a reimbursement as the sales lady with whom we dealt with was all of the sudden hard to get a hold of. She got her commission, not her problem. We took our business elsewhere for the bed. I wish we had went somewhere else to begin with because the furniture quality is HORRIBLE!! The finish on our dining room table started peeling off only after a month. The coffee and end tables are doing the same thing. The chairs are wobbly and our bed fram is cracking. This was all within a month of purchase. I would not recommend this store to anyone. You would have better luck with lawn furniture!!

I do not recommend. I called to set up a delivery date and was told it would be delayed. When I purchased the furniture I was very unsure about waiting 6-8 weeks but the sales person that helped me kept assuring me that it would be here in 6-8 weeks. I was NEVER notified that it was going to be delayed longer. If I knew it would take longer than 8 weeks I would have went with a different company. The lady said it was my fault because I customized the fabric never once apologized for not receiving a call back or anything.?I asked to speak to a manager who wasn’t available so I left a voicemail and NEVER got a call back. Then I called back spoke to a Manager but couldn’t do anything about it. So I asked to speak to his boss. His boss was not in so I left a voicemail. It has been 5 days and still have not received a called back. For someone that just spent about $3,000 from you and paid all in full you would think they would treat customers better so that they would come back. I would recommend going to another furniture store before going to Ashleys.
We ordered a couch over Labor Day weekend. A four piece Sectional to be exact. The end of the sectional was not the correct piece on the first delivery. It took them THREE different delivery times to finally send us the correct piece. For their many mistakes they told us that part of the sectional would be completely taken off our invoice. We thought that was pretty fair, so when the first bill came it was a lot cheaper than we expected which we were pretty impressed with. THE SECOND STATEMENT CAME IN THE MAIL AND WE WERE BEING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING WE TOLD WE WOULD BE REFUNDED FOR. On top of it. When the rest of the sectional arrived, the small metal clasps that holds it all together, don’t even line up so the addition piece doesn’t even latch to the rest of the couch. Any time I address an issue with the sales lady we purchased from she tells me to call other people that don’t respond or have no answers to the issue. it’s been a month a month since we purchased the couch and the quality is so bad it’s already ruining the material where did we sit the most. Lastly, the metal clasps I was talking about that needs to be repaired, well we were told a service tech would get ahold of us so come out and fix the issue so the pieces all fit together. Well guess what. WE HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL YET! The worst customer service. EVER
NOW! I can finally write my review about my experience because today 10/30/2019 my couches were finally fixed! I purchased my couches, table, rug, and tables back in May.The deliver guys were GREAT set everything up really fast and was really polite. I was was only able to get my couches that day I had to pick up my table, rug, and lamps at the store.When they were done setting up my couches I noticed two tears in both of my couches they said the one tear was probably from them when they took it out and slid it on the ground. The guy said, "no problem we'll get you NEW couches" Long story short I wasn't able to get NEW couches after I was promised. The company wanted to send repair guy to come look at them. I live in Oshkosh and the repair man only comes to Oshkosh on Wednesday and Thursdays.. DURING WORKING HOURS.It was nearly impossible for me to take off work so my boyfriend had to stay behind and wait for him got show up. I was under the impression my couches would be fixed THAT DAY since they've had pictures of my couches. NOPE. More pictures were taken and the fabric was just ordered that day and then we had to make ANOTHER appointment for him to come back again and actually fix it. Which again is during working hours and I'm not taking off for something that isn't my fault.During all of this the customer service team was terrible keept promising me the repair man would be there after a certain time because that's when I could get off work.On top of my couches being torn and taking almost 5 months for them to just fix it.. my tables I got were in bad shape as well when I picked them up at the store. when I put them together the table screws weren't tapped in correctly. If you get something from Ashley you better hope nothing is wrong with your furniture because it takes forever from them to fix it and it's on THEIR TIME. Even though it was their mistake they make you work around their schedule.This was my first purchase ever buying new furniture and I was beyond excited to just be let down. I'll never but anything from here again.
Do not purchase from this store! I bought a sectional patio set for a 3 seasons room. After 2 weeks the center cushion insert fatigued causing excess upholstery wrinkling. Numerous calls were made to the customer care dept. before a new cushion was set up for delivery more than 6 weeks after the first call. When notified of the delivery date I requested that a service rep accompany the delivery to evaluate additional cushion sagging as well as the upholstery material showing signs of matting. The time frame for Ashley’s arrival was anytime after noon. Unfortunately they came at 9:00 a.m. resulting in a “no one home” situation. Another service request was made with a noon or later time frame. Once again Ashley showed up at 9:00 a.m. when no one was home. Yet another call to customer care at which time I requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor I spoke with was unbelievably rude & argued with me regarding the appointment time. Given enough of this reps lack of customer care I requested to speak with the next level of supervision. All of this resulted in another mid morning appointment for a day when someone would be home. On the scheduled day the service rep greeted my wife with “you’re finally home”! After less than 5 minutes reviewing the issues his assessment was simply “that’s the type of foam Ashley uses. If firmer material is desired, go to a business that sells foam and have Ashley’s replaced”. As to the upholstery matting: “it’s no different than a sweater matting after time”! Wait! The furniture, which cost $1700, was delivered in mid July! I understand wear over years of use but 2 months is hardly reasonable for a product with this price point to show signs of wear. This experience is a warning sign for anyone considering Ashley HomeStore for their furniture. They do not stand behind their product and most importantly their Customer Care department is anything but “caring for the customer”.
The customer service was awesome, I didn't feel pressured to get in and out with all 5 of my lil ones, they have a play area to keep ur kids busy while u can shop with a peace of mind.
After a 5K purchase, I’d expect high quality customer service. We ordered a bedroom set in June and paid for delivery and set up only to have said bedroom set delivered just this past week. 4 months later! The first delivery was incomplete which meant the bed still could not be set up. Instead of Ashely solving the problem and letting me know about when their error would be corrected, I sat on the phone a number of times waiting to connect with someone who could resolve this issue. This was then corrected over 2 weeks later. 0 accommodations or credits were given to me. I have had incomplete messages out to the store and customer service with no follow up. The local store refers me to customer service and customer service tells me they will get back to me. Still waiting. A bed set that was supposed to be delivered in 8 weeks “almost always sooner” took 4 months. Terrible communication and customer service and no credit to us for the extra time, inconvenience and incomplete delivery the first time. We will not be back and would not recommend Ashley.
We had a wonderful experience with Ashley furniture! From the second we walked in and Nick kindly greeted us to the excellent customer service the entire time. Our table had a delay and Nick went above and beyond to help us and did an amazing job! He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I really purchased an end table at the Ashley HomeStore in Appleton, WI. The end table is very good quality at a reasonable price. Nick Elko, the assistant store manager, went the extra mile and put the end table together at no extra charge.

I purchased furniture from them last year. Had nothing but problems with the miss communication amongst staff members, Delivery was a mess. I was told that my coffee tables would arrive at a certain time, recieved the call that they were at the store be picked up. drove 20 miles 1 way, and they were not there. Was told to come back a different day, the main coffee table does not look good. I purchased 2 lamps, 1 dosent work properly, store said they would replace it. They never called that it was in. The overall experience was horrible. Not happy with Ashleys.
Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. Unwilling to cover anything with an extended warranty purchased. No help at all from customer service representatives. Unable to stand behind products, workmanship, or customer. This is customer service at its absolute worst. I will never shop there again and warn all future customers if what waits for them after the sale is made. Unbelievablely shameful.
Terrible customer service terrible quality. Ashley refuses to stand behind an extended warranty which we purchased but was able to able find loopholes for every single piece of damage and why it isn't covered under the extended warranty. I filed the complaint with the Better Business Bureau and recommend that everyone else who has this experience file one also. I will never go back to this store ever again.
Only slight disappointment is furniture delivery is costly. Other furniture stores in the area deliver for free.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Don't buy into the protection plan. Took 2.5 months for them to tell me the damage wasn't covered. I was also told they couldn't order replacement parts so we feel like we got scammed into the protection plan. Now I'm trying to get a hold of a manager to get a refund for the protection plan. Called a few days ago asking for manager, I was told she was busy and has to call me back within 24hrs. Never called me back. Called again today and manager was busy again. Still no call back...non stop being told I would get a call back and never once got a call back.

During the tv stand being put into my vehicle the worker dropped one of the drawers that broke. To fix the problem, he went and took the drawer off the floor model and gave it to me. When I got it home it was not the same drawer, so the next day I called the store and they apologized and said they would order me a new drawer and the worker told me it would be one week to get the drawer in. Since I heard nothing in a week and a half, I called and no one knew anything about the drawer. I proceeded to call each week asking about the drawer and was told it was ordered then the next worker told me there were no notes discussing a drawer being ordered. I waited a month to get one single drawer ordered with no reimbursement from the company or apology. Instead workers tended to be rude and unhelpful to me after making a large purchase at their store. Additionally, when the drawer was finally delivered there was no hardware in the box such as the handles and screws to use in the drawer. It was evident these employees do not care about the customers, and I will not be purchasing more furniture from such an awful company.

They have quality products and extremely helpful people willing to work with you to find the perfect product.
Usually I like to look on my own but Nick Elko greeted me when I arrived and he was so helpful. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and directed me to some awesome choices. He then gave me other suggestions that were great, which told me that he really knows his stuff. I bought a dresser and am going back to buy a couch and wall hanging. I highly recommend this store for their selection and customer service.
The sales person was friendly and very eager to help even at the end of the day on a Friday. (plus two stars) We found some bar stools that would work for what we wanted even if the color was not the best. They took a month to arrive. (minus one star) Assembly was easy, the quality is average. About the same as you can get at Target or Walmart, or maybe a little better. (Plus three stars) Our metal bar stools lasted 15 years. I give these five years. Of the two stools, one of the swivel is very hard to turn and the foot rest on both is cut at such a harsh angle that it is painful to rest a foot on w/o a some kind of footwear to protect you. (minus one star) The overall concept engineering is good, (Plus one) but the quality is average (minus one). It is nice that they come in a 24" height option, (plus one) but they need better color options. (minus one) Most homes/apts. do not have dark wood or grey trim. Most homes/apts. have honey oak or white trim and cabinets. When the sales person called after the stools were delivered she spoke so fast that it was not until I heard the words bar stool that I was able to piece together she was calling from Ashley to find out if I liked the bar stools. I said they were O.K. just to get off the phone.(Plus one for the follow up/ minus one for quality of the call).
Over priced
We can not express how pleased we are with the service, products and delivery service. Our salesman (Brandon Perrin) listened to what we needed and steered us in a direction that we would never have thought of. We would highly recommend Brandon to everyone. Our delivery team truck T 8, Lucas and Justin were very professional. They did an excellent job. As for our furniture we love it. We bought a power lift recliner and a power recliner sofa. We are both heavy set people and they work great.

We were thrilled with the entire process of our recent couch and loveseat purchase at Ashley. The selection was vast and diverse in styles and price range. The sales associate was informative, helpful, and knowledgeable. And the delivery professionals were respectful and incredibly helpful. On top of that, I received a phone call the day after the delivery and pick up of our old furniture that, in looking through the old couch that they took away, they found my Master's Degree ring that I had lost years before! The ring meant so much to me and it was always a mystery where it could be. Mystery solved! I was thrilled to pick up the ring and almost cried tears of joy. My wife and I recently purchased a new couch and loveseat. We absolutely loved the entire process, but it was the delivery and take away of our old furniture that makes me want to write this review. The delivery men were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took away our old, and brought in the new and it looks great. The day after the delivery of the furniture I received a phone call from one of the delivery men that said that, in the process of looking through the couch they found my Master's class ring that I had lost years prior! The ring had always meant so much to me, and I wondered where I could have lost it. Turns out I lost it in the couch! I picked up the ring the following day. I am thrilled to say that we love the furniture, and I love having my ring back!
Manager guaranteed print on chair would be centered, when it came it wasn't. She claimed never to have made that statement. (I was very clear about that) 2 years later lounge chair linkage fell apart. Poor service to get fixed. I would not recommend

HORRIBLE! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service!!! I bought a king size bed and this bed was delivered with the wrong rails and sat with the mattress literally 5ft off the floor. The damage to the foot board was so bad that they took a Sharpie of all things and colored it in to try to hide the damaged spots! Not only that but when setting it up they banged the headboard into my dresser damaging both my dresser and the headboard!!! After a couple weeks of me having to deal with this ridiculous bed I finally got a new footboard and rails but once again upon delivery the headboard was broke. 5 times now they have attempted to order/deliver this headboard and every time I get a phone call an hour before hand cancelling delivery because it's "too damaged to deliver" . I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls and get promised calls back by supervisors and NO ONE ever calls! It has been a month and a half and as of today... I am once again waiting for a supervisor to find time to call me back. Issue STILL not resolved!!!

This place has spectacular deals. I've been searching for a leather reclining sectional sofa. I've looked locally and online. So far, no place can beat their deals. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. They give you a quick tour but then they don't hover around. I hate it when sales people follow you around, not allowing you to think for yourself.
I went in to the store so get a new sectional and worked with an extremely irritating man. He didn&'t seem to know how to place the order and then promised that we would have it in less than a week. The first sectional we looked at we wouldn&'t have for about 5 weeks so we passed on it and picked out a different one that we also really liked and he told us we would have it in about 2 weeks. Well we get to the computer to set it up for delivery and while he was doing that pushed so hard for us to get the protection plan and all these cleaning things we kept saying we didn&'t want. After another hour of waiting we where told now that we wouldn&'t get it for about 4 weeks March 28th this time we caved frustrated and said fine. I got a call a few days later saying it wouldn&'t be able to be delivered until April 6th again now pissed said fine. I then get a call on March 29th telling me Now April 14th!!!! Nope done I told him if we didn&'t get it by April 6th or sooner I would cancel my order and demand a refund. They then called me back saying they could now deliver April 2nd or 3rd so why did they try to change my date all the way to the 14th.Unless you want to get the run around just stay away not worth it they lie and can&'t keep anything straight.

This place is a rip off and they will find every reason not to price match. They won't even price match their OWN online prices, which are cheaper than in-store. The furniture is sold at WALMART and the price difference is so significant you would still pay less by using a personal credit card and incurring the interest. Do your research before you buy from this place and read the fine print!!!
