I have been waiting two months for an exchange on Dining room chairs. We bought a dining room set for over $2000 back in November 2025. One of the chairs broke only a month later. Then shortly there after all of the chairs started to break in the same exact spot. I followed. The customer service request requested. They asked by sending photos and information a few few times. I worked with the sales representatives from the store we purchased this from. And I even called customer service several times. Two months later, I am still being told that they will deliver in another day or two because of various reasons. They continued to contact my mother‘s phone who has been deceased since January. I have told them over and over she is deceased and does not answer her phone anymore so stop calling it. They continued to email her although I provided my contact information and email several times and they assured me it was in the system that way now. And that my mother‘s information had been removed. I have taken several days off of work. I think now today counts five days that I have attempted to receive This “exchange “. Only to be told several times by different people various reasons why it was not delivered yet again. One was that they could not reach me to confirm the order. Then they said on the fourth attempt that there was a delivery charge that was preventing the delivery. Then they said that there was a back order, which is why they did not deliver, but they didn’t tell me the day before that there was a backorder. So I waited and I had taken time off from work again and nothing. No phone call nothing. I have been on the phone often on the last two days trying to get this resolved. And yet again I was told they will call me back when they get a hold of the distribution center escalation department. That was five hours ago. So they have not called back and I called them. Now they are giving me the runaround telling me it will be delivered this Saturday. I have no idea what the hell they are thinking. But this is getting pathetic. I will not do business with this company ever Again. But I will get these chairs exchanged or there will be a full refund of the product that I have purchased. This is ridiculous and even when you call their corporate office that says they are open 24 hours. You get an automated message that says we are so sorry the representatives are not available to help you. Please call back during our regular hours. This is pathetic. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen or received from any business.

Terrible warranty package. They give you the runaround because they don’t want to fix it. It’s been over 2 months trying to get my couch fix. Now I’m trying to get refunded for the warranty and they want to prorate my refund. They don’t want to fix but will still try to take your money. Will never shop at Ashley’s again. Spent thousands there already.

Purchased a sectional from Ashley with a protection plan, including pet coverage. I filed a claim for a small tear on the back of the couch. Ashley approved a full couch cleaning (saying they didn’t have to, since the warranty only covers spot cleaning), but refused to repair the tear. After the cleaning, the armrests were left white and blotchy. They also refused to send anyone back to fix it, stating it “looks better than before.” Very disappointed. The tear was never addressed, and the cleaning left parts of the couch looking worse. The protection plan I paid for was not honored.

First, I would like to say I see that the Corporate Office only responds to the 5-star rating and that tells me a lot about your company. You should be responding to the lowest rating and following up with a solution. I brought my bedroom set in October 2025, about six months ago. The handles on the dresser have already started to fall off. Looking at some of your other reviews I won't bother going through the frustration of contacting your warranty department. It appears it's all a scam. I will not be getting my blood pressure up because it seems that you don't care about your customers once that sale is final. Just know that this is my second and last time buying from Ashley Furniture!

We purchased a couch and loveseat from Ashley Furniture in Janesville on 2/27, and the experience since then has been incredibly frustrating. Our first delivery on 3/8 revealed the loveseat was defective — the footrest motor didn’t work and there were missing holes needed for assembly. The delivery team took the damaged unit and left us with only the couch. A replacement was scheduled for 3/17, but unbelievably, the delivery team showed up with the SAME damaged loveseat again. It was taken back a second time. I went into the store to resolve this and spoke with someone named Isiah, who said he was a manager (though his business card didn’t reflect that). I was then told the loveseat is now out of stock, and they cannot return the couch or allow me to select something else. I asked to be contacted by a regional manager — no one has called me to date, and no credit or meaningful resolution has been offered. Isiah suggested $200 compensation for all of this trouble, which is frankly unacceptable. I’m still waiting on both a resolution and my loveseat. This is not how you treat customers, especially when the issue was entirely on your end. Very dissatisfied Customer!

I purchased a Queen matress in a box. They did not call and let me know they delivered it even though I was home all day. They did not even give me a good FedEx number. Because I kept checking it and checking it. It said there was no such number. Their third party delivery service left it out in the lobby of an apartment building, and how am I supposed to get that mattress to my third floor apartment? Just how am I supposed to do that without even a phone call? I was sitting right here sitting right here. I wanted a phone call from Ashley or an email saying a timeframe It was to be delivered, but no nay nay nay.

had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture and would not recommend them to anyone. The quality of the furniture is extremely disappointing — what looks good in the store quickly turns into cheap, poorly made pieces at home. Within a short time, I started noticing issues like wear, instability, and overall lack of durability. The customer service is even worse. Trying to get help feels like going in circles — long wait times, no clear answers, and zero accountability. When problems come up, they make it incredibly difficult to get a replacement, refund, or even basic support. Many customers report the same frustration with warranty claims being denied or ignored.  Delivery was also a nightmare. Items arrived late, damaged, or not as ordered, and fixing those issues took way too much time and effort.  Overall, Ashley Furniture focuses more on sales than standing behind their products. For the price you pay, the quality and service are nowhere near acceptable. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else.

After my husband and I each visited the Ashley store in Warminster we returned together to purchase the exact loveseat and sofa we were looking for. We were told by the sales person they offer a price match guarantee. The sales person said they looked up online and we were entitled to $200 per piece discount as a result. We looked up online and found the exact SKU and color for significantly less from an authorized Ashley reseller, FurniturePick. The Warminster store would NOT honor the price match or even offer us an alternative discount. Instead, they told us that non-Ashley stores received the products that didn’t pass the Ashley quality controls and were inferior. (If I were the authorized reseller I’d be outraged!) Looking online at the Corporate Ashley price match policy it clearly says it will honor Ashley reseller prices. However, it also says that the stores are Franchise owned and they can set their own price match terms. The Warminster store policy is that they will only price match against other Ashley owned stores! If you only price match against yourself that is not a price match at all!!!! We are ordering from the dealer we found online and saving $1600 for the set. They offer white glove delivery, set up, financing and warranty as well.

I have one on the line and order a couple. Items to later on file in doubt that they overcharge me online. But then the online people sent into Ashley furniture a different price. Also I think the online orders at the corporate is very unprofessional, not able to handle any situation where you deliver me a defective item or whatever you're constantly having somebody call the Salem store instead of handling the fraudulent incorrect way of how you handle things. I used to have furniture from Ashley until now. I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated with the online orders very unprofessional. To the point where I am seeking an attorney because I believe that I have been Charged different prices online is a different price.And then you turn around and send in to the store a different price which I have to print out.I think this company is very unprofessional, and you should be ashamed of yourself on how you treat people, and then for me, to calm the corporate talk to people who don't even speak english is very horrible
