Here is what you get when you buy Ashley furniture. Extremely poor quality, expensive power reclining sofa made of OSB particle board and staples. Back of the center section of the sofa completely broke off.

Let us know there is a long wait on a purchase before we do all the measuring and commit to getting the furniture. I feel like that is sneaky.

Bought a couch payed in full . Feel we should have gotten a better discount after I looked on line that I could get the same couch for less money and a coupon for cyber sale if we came to the store to purchase by $300.00 . Still have not received my in voice by email. Purchased 11/31/25

I had a good experience with the sales person, Ron Carlson. He was helpful in pointing out what he thought I would be interested in with the specifications I gave him. After placing my order, I did change my mind about the sofa and loveseat, and they were very accommodating. Because of the area I live in, they only deliver once every two weeks. There is a delay on the loveseat, but I’m told I should be ready within a couple weeks. The delivery was efficient. I do have an issue with the legs of my dining room set, and they are having someone come out and adjust things.

We purchased to power recliner ers last December. About 3 months ago, one of them started to literally fall apart. They sent out a technician, and blamed it on us. The hardware that raises the footrest fell apart essentially. And has only gotten worse even though we do t sit on it anymore. They are not honoring the warranty at all. The second one purchased at the same time is now falling g apart as well, except.its the headrest on this one, and the footrest is starting to fail as well. We spent 2000$ on these chairs, literally 10 months ago. I can assure you that we will NEVER purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley. And we will be making sure we let everyone know to stay as far away from this brand as possible. Shoddy materials, shoddy workmanship, absolutely horrible customer service after the sale.

We had a great experience at Ashley furniture in Arcadia with Cindy and Luke. They were very patient with us while we picked out furniture for our living room and family room and were very accommodating to help us any way they could. Our rooms look great!!

Brad was very nice and easy to work with. If Ashley Furniture would have waived the delivery fee I would have bought the bigger chaise which would have cost me $550 more🤷‍♀️ they matched a price with Slumberland on a cheaper chaise but not the delivery fee. I also then decided at that point to go somewhere else for my bed frame and living room set.

Cindy T. approached us as soon as we arrived at Ashley. We found the bed frame right away which matched the bedroom furniture I purchased about a week earlier & got it ordered. Next, I was interested in learning more about hybrid mattresses. Cindy was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between foam, hybrid & innerspring mattresses. Then she brought me to an unbelievable great deal on a BR Black w/a motion restore power base. Not only did I purchase that, Ashley was able to combine my current purchase with my previous purchase to be delivered at the same time. I am beyond satisfied & quite excited with my purchases. Very good experience overall! 😊

My wife & I had an outstanding experience! We just bought a house & needed a variety of items. Our salesperson , Brad did a fantastic job!

We stopped at the Arcadia WI store after doing some online furniture browsing. It was a “spur of the moment” decision, as we happened to be in town for another purpose. We explained to Catherine, the consultant who greeted us, what we had in mind, along with the specific measurements and dimensions required by the layout of our home. She really listened to us and was able to help us find everything we were looking for, (almost every piece in-store), in the dimensions and colors we needed, AND kept it all within our budget. We were leaving on a vacation, so she gave us some time to think and make a decision. When we went back to the store, she took us the rest of the way through the purchase. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, not only in her store and product lines, but in design advice and vision. We are very happy with her and the store, with its vast array of products.

Everything about my experience was great! What a beautiful show room! I found the perfect kitchen stools, with the help of Brad , who was an excellent sales associate. He was patient and made excellent suggestions. I came back today to get a bench and area rug. Great quality and price. I had to delay delivery for my first purchase. This was done very conveniently online. They send great delivery reminders online as well. We love Ashley!

Sales reps were very good. Handling of warranty tech scheduling was disappointing but was resolved. Waiting for the issues to be completed. Quality control needs to be seriously looked at, beginning with production. Scratches, loose veneer and gouges in wood products led to disappointment, but the repair tech was wonderful.

Our sales person, Brad, was great to work with. Where the issues started was with pieces being backlogged and delayed. Ashley is hell bent on not delivering an order unless ALL pieces of the furniture are available. I had to call several times and good luck getting anyone from the store you made your purchase. You have to call a generic 800 number, wait on hold, make a few transfers, and then finally get ahold of the store where the purchase originated. In order to completely furnish a new home we had to go to a family run furniture store to get the pieces that Ashley couldn’t deliver and Ashley had a month and half lead time.

This was my first visit to this store and I didn’t know what to expect. Brad and then Luke provided exceptional level of service. They were patient as I took my time to make the selection, gave me space without being intrusive, and then organized the delivery and wrapped up all of the details with courtesy and efficiency. Delivery went without a hitch. This was an excellent experience. Thanks!

Staff was very helpful without hovering. Love that they gave us space to look and answered questions when needed. Also appreciated that they followed up with us later, informing us of an upcoming sale. That is when we took the plunge and purchased from the phone as we lived out of town. This store is terrible. Went on May 2nd to buy a memory foam mattress. Cindy was the salesperson--avoid her if possible. Sadly for us she said she was the only salesperson in the store and spent most of her time answering the phone. The store neefs more staff! I asked about the Ashley mattress warranty. Cindy said it was 10 years. I asked to see a written copy so I could check on limitations and exclusions. Cindy said "the store does not have a written copy, it will be in the box when you open it." When I said I did not want to spend a lot of money without seeing a written copy of the terms and conditions, she walked away, and we left. A waste of our time over a piece of paper she probably could have printed off the sore's computer. Makes me wonder what is in the written terms of the warranty that they didn't want us to see.

I knew exactly what I was looking for in a mattress when I went into Ashley . Brad was amazing in helping me find just what I was looking for . I asked him questions about the various brands and he answered them all with complete honesty ! I would not hesitate to go to Ashley in the future when I look for additional pieces for my home and when I do I will be calling ahead to make sure Brad T is working and request him to be my advisor !

Our visit to Ashley Home store was a very pleasant experience. We were greeted as we entered the door. The store was laid out very nicely. We were left alone to discuss our purchase and make our decision. It was a very comfortable, low stress shopping environment.

The loveseat was not the same as what was told. Turns out it was a cloth and not distressed leather in white. Disappointed

The delivery guy, Dave, was real. Not super fake like normal sales type people. Also made recommendations for things d/t an item having to go back. Dave was knowledgeable in the questions I asked.

We always enjoy the service and selection at Ashley. Today, Brad helped us select the right bedroom set and snack bar stools. No pressure at all and left us alone while we compared different items, but he was always available when we had questions. Luke helped make sure that our final order was correct before it was submitted. Both Brad and Luke went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right!

The salesman, Ron was great. On the other hand, the "President"s Day" promo of no interest financing, definitely felt like a bate and switch gimmick as once you go to make the purchase you are then made aware of the fact that you are required to pay 30% down in order to take advantage of the offer (the promo is the only reason why we went there). It may have been mentioned in the fine print of the ad, but in all reality the promo should have been much more transparent. That aside, we were primarily in the market for a big sectional and although they did have a good selection to choose from, the majority of the fabrics were in the white/cream family which really limited the viable options. I personally like the lighter colors; however, having to choose from a majority of white-ish colored sofas was not ideal as most people that are purchasing a sofa of this size have kids, pets, and like to entertain guests... which is not ideal when you would like to actually sit on the furniture. Not sure what planet the designers are from, but apparently nothing ever gets dirty there. With all of that said, the service was very good and ultimately we left with a bunch of new furniture and in positive spirits.

Quality products, at a reasonable price.

Buyer beware of what the sales people tell you! We bought a sectional from the store and was told by sales person that the delivery would be free. But after delivery we were charged over $200 for the delivery! Did call and talk to sales person and all I got was sorry about that!!! I don’t live that far away from Arcadia and own a pickup so I could have just picked it up myself! As far as the sectional we really like it but could have saved myself about $230 if I would have known about the delivery charge!!

Very disappointed with how they schedule delivery and technician as it's by geographic area. Never by what works for the customers. We bought a entertainment center and now again I have to reschedule the appointment due to the time they get here. So disappointed and will not ever buy from them again.

We bought two twin beds that were floor model on clearance we came to pick them up they were all looked in fairly good shape one had a small flaw but it was underneath where nobody would see it we asked if all the screws and everything were with it and we were told yes we did not check it we just took him at his word then we got home and two screws were missing and one had been smashed in one spot so we couldn't screw it in. We went to the hardware store and got three screws that would work but we're not the exact match. Overall our visit to the store was good and we felt the prices were very good and the sales people were nice and did not pressure us. We have purchased many things from Ashley the Arcadia store specifically and we would shop there again.

Disappointed that I had to take time off from work for delivery, and then you rescheduled as you didn't have both pieces. Why schedule a delivery when it hasn't arrived? Now, I have to take more time off from work for your 4 hour window to be available for delivery. The delivery department needs a retail! Overall, the salesperson was fantastic! I had purchased a bedroom set and mattress that was eligible for elite rewards. I was told I would receive an email from the 3rd party vendor 6-8 weeks after delivery of my furniture. When I only received a partial credit, I worked with Maya Erickson – Customer Service Leader from Ashley, Arcadia WI. She helped me from start to finish until I had received all of my elite rewards. While my inquiry could have fallen off of the radar or been pushed aside, Maya kept me in the loop and updated, until I my full rewards were sent and I was satisfied. This kind of customer service is a rarity in the fast paced world we live in. I appreciate Maya’s efforts on getting me taken care of and hope she gets the much needed recognition she deserves for her outstanding service! Thanks again, Maya!

Due to cargo containers not being allowed to port, long waits...but attractive furniture.

We worked with Chris, he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the furniture and showed us many options in the style we were looking for. He was up front and honest about wait times and have us options of what ones could be done sooner. We would highly recommend having Chris help you with your furniture needs. We ended up going with something not ready until February, but he put we are ready for it now, so we are hoping sooner but fully understand odds are it will be February like started. We just got the call and delivery is set for December 2nd, the cough was ready way sooner then February, yay! Also there is a pub in the furniture store that serves drinks and food, it's got great food!

We had a most enjoyable experience this morning with Ron. Though relatively new on the job, he was very helpful and encouraging. Great store for furniture and decore

Terrible communication...I sent emails and called the number but nobody will answer the phone at the store...they have plenty of people just standing around doing nothing..I was just there to purchase something and witnessed everyone just standing around.

The worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. When they brought our items one was broken so we returned it with the driver. The replacement was broken as well and they said they would send a technician to fix it. The day after the technician was to arrive I called and they said nothing had been scheduled, a work order was still active, but nothing scheduled. So she scheduled a new appt another month later. No one arrived, we called and were told that nothing had been scheduled but they could still see the active work order. Original purchase was in January it is now June 16 and still nothing from Ashley. They have no customer service that I can tell, the quality of the furniture is comparable to Wal mart and Wal mart has better customer service. Sad that a once great company has gone the way of all the rest, buying everything from China and Vietnam and cashing in on a name built by better people.

For itty bitty ArcadiA it is a huge palace of a story. I like big loveseats, however, they are large as a short o'stuffed sofa. I liked electric control bit opted out as electric will inhibit the speed of getting up.

My husband and I were looking for a motorized recliner and we were so fortunate to get the most amazing sales person. Christopher Fritz was his name and he helped us when we needed it, left us alone when we needed it, answered our questions, gave us all of our options for this expensive purchase and in the end, we did buy it.This man deserves a raise I mean a big raise because he did everything right!

The building is beautiful and very well decorated. That team member responsible for that really does well. I actually had gone to the home store three times having three different sales associates each time answering my questions and the third time I got someone passionate about getting me what I wanted and not just trying to get me to leave with something. It makes a world of difference as I bought all my furniture from them for my apartment as they gave me genuine suggestions of things to go well with the look I wanted and were alright with me saying I thought something was ugly or belonged elsewhere (like a cabin looking rug rather than a home looking rug). I greatly appreciated their patience and willingness to work with me as it can be hard for me to spend the kind of money people need to on new furniture unless I am really sold that it will look how I want. I think my bedroom, dining room, and living room will all have exactly the look I wanted thanks to my stop at the HomeStore. Thanks to everyone in the process who was willing to answer my silly questions as I have never bought new furniture before. I only marked it down one star because the first two people I got were rather pushy and seemed to more have their idea of what I wanted instead of listening to mine. Recommend scoping the place out before getting your furniture or being willing to tell the staff if you don’t like your salesperson to ensure you get someone willing to help and not just sell.

My wife and I took time on a Friday afternoon to visit Ashley Home Store in Arcadia. Had plenty of room and attention from staff. Looked at 8-10 dining room tables and chairs before purchasing one that fit our needs. Assistant was knowledgeable and engaging. Not pushy at all. Gave us time to make our mind up and had answers to all our questions. We had several options in pricing that fit our budget and felt we were treated fairly. Delivery and set up for $119 was a great addition to contract. We will be back for other items in the future.

My husband and I were looking for a new sofa, decided to try Ashley. We've had several pieces of Ashley furniture before, and have always loved their quality. Our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, and just the right amount of "not too pushy". He helped us find the perfect piece for our home, and made it a very pleasant and stress free experience!

Fraudulent charges on my account from this location and no one will take care of it. I live in Baltimore Maryland. Next is BBB complaint

I got my bed frame and mattress on new year eve but my bed frame came without screws. The delivery guy said he'll put in a order for them screws to get delivery straight to my place within 7 to 10 days. Knowing that their main base and warehouse is 45 mins away. It's been 3 weeks and it still haven't arrived yet. Very disappointing and inconvenient bc my mattress is still on the floor and unfinished bed frame.

Fantastic place to shop!

Bought a new love seat and couch set on February 8th , had to wait 4 weeks for delivery. When they were delivered love seat had boards broken in the back, had to wait 4 extra weeks for a replacement. The couch had a hole in the bottom fabric, they mailed me a replacement fabric for the bottom and said a tech would come and replace it. Today is October 17 and still isn't fixed. I have called customer service 4 times and emailed 3 times and nobody will respond. Over a 3 hour round trip to the home store we bought it from.

Actually no stars. I was born and lived in Sparta and Bangor Wisconsin, about 40 miles from Arcadia, WI. Ashley moved from Chicago to Arcadia 2001. We in West central Wisconsin that anything coming out of Chicago was bad. Ashley proves that image as true. We bought furniture from factory then starting 2002. Not the best quality but we were trying to support a local company. I am surprised at a 4.5 reviews at this store because live in Florida now and the Ashley products are junk, NO customer service and Ashley Industries does not even cover their one year warranty for bad products. The customer is totally ignored after they get your money. If you want to read some interesting reviews, go to Ashley Store in Sarasota, FL and read. Must be that furniture, I presume is still made in Arcadia so the home store gets the best furniture???? I would suggest shopping another name brand furniture and not Ashley. Actual rating of Ashley is 0, ZERO. NADA. Parts come from China so that is the long delays of receiving items purchased. Assembled in Arcadia but no longer built there. PLEASE do not buy from them anyplace. They also produce Bacon furniture. Question is, where is that made. Ashley not a small caring company from Wisconsin anymore. Gary S. Jones Englewood FL

Was greeted promptly. Ask what we were interested in seeing. Did not have the accent chair we had found on line. He did show us a few option in which we chose one style and purchased two. The end tables were the ones we were interested in from our visit to on line. The bench was an additional purchase from walking into the store and seeing a display. In our visit he lead us to a kiosk for the use to assist in decision making. He provided ample time for decision making. He was prompt to answer questions and on explaining details about the purchase and shipping.

Chris did a nice job of balancing of being there to answer questions and giving us time to process and look around. Prices were decent and we found 3 rooms of furniture.

Online order. Agent kept popping up and not wanted. Placed order I hope cause it didn't really say, just had agent pop-up again. Don't get my order by 21st guess I'll know the order wasn't completed.

Almost a year ago bought my first new table and chairs. Thanksgiving had a table cloth on. Found water had spilled. Cleaning it up had found it damaged the top. Bubbled the top. Not under warranty. The bubbles didn't go away. Ashley can't help me. Never saw anything like this on anything I have owned. They don't deserve a star.

Very helpful staff! It was a pretty quick visit since I knew pretty much what I wanted. Whittled down the options on the website to just 5 things I wanted to look at. They actually had 3 of them, and gave me a very good idea of what I actually wanted vs what looked good in the pictures online.

It was somewhat nice, the restaurant is AMAZING, the service was alright, and the furniture was pretty high quality.

Go to the store, take a photo of the signage for your desired pieces, sit on them, shake them, poke them, ask sales people questions. Then, go home and Google it. We were able to find a piece that was "on sale" for $3824.99 (regular price $4499.99) for $2079. The cheaper price was NOT a sale price. They told us, in store, that this was a "brand new model" but websites listed it as a discontinued line. It was found on several sites for within 3-5% of that lower price, in some cases with more variety available in the store THAT IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE FACTORY. They offered less fabric/leather choices, charged more and offered less amenities. Long story short - use them, abuse them, but don't pay them. The store is right next to the factory and charges you more than ordering from across the country from someone who ships it to your house and sets it up for you. That same person ordered the furniture and had it delivered in a truck that drive past this very store most of the time. Because, again, THIS STORE IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE FACTORY. They should be the cheapest option, they are not. They will charge you 184% more than anywhere else that sells the same piece while smiling and pretending to do you a favor.

Bought a sectional for 2600 including the best warranty they had to offer. I've spent 6 months trying to get a handle replaced on a recliner and getting nothing but a run around. They finally sent the handle but at this point the recliner is starting to bind up and the padding at the feet of the recliner is pulled 6 inches up (cheap build quality on on the best sectional they were selling) so there's nothing to support the feet except a layer of fabric and the cheap wood under it. Still waiting for their warranty people (because even though they build the furniture they pawn off repairs to another company) to schedule someone to come out and replace the handle. Great service in the store upon purchase making sure to tell me everything will be handled and the several hundred dollar warranty would cover everything but that's anything but the case. Reporting this to the BBB.

I bought a mattress foundation from this company but before I purchased, I specifically asked the salesperson would I get a refund if the baseboard would not fit up my narrow stairway in the new townhome I bought. He said yes. So delivery crew tried to get it up the stairway and it wouldn’t fit and not only that damaged hardwood floors so I never signed for it and had it shipped back. Now they won’t give me a refund. They have lost a paying customer because I bought other furniture sets from them in past but I cannot believe they have a no refund policy even when it wasn’t taken out of box and the salesperson lied to me.

Pickup was a problem. Called the day before to make sure our order was ready. Was told 1 of 2 pieces was not available. I had someone with a truck coming from out of town 2 1/2 hours away to help us. So told him not to come. Then the next morning got a call from your store, that both pieces were available for pickup. Too late! Had to plan another time for pickup. I am not a happy customer. I should have gotten a call to tell me both pieces were not available before I checked myself.

All furniture, from any manufacturer, you generally either like it or you don't. We've always liked the selection at Ashley, but more importantly, at the HomeStore, you're buying direct from the factory. Great prices, and we love our new sectional. Delivery brought it in and fully set it up for us.

I spent a couple hours in the store, purchased a couch and love seat, I was told a price for delivery and a day that it could be delivered. I wanted it sooner so I said I would see if I could get it picked up if not I would call and they could deliver it. I later called to have them deliver it the price went up 20 dollars I asked to talk to the manager and the price went up an additional 30 dollars. So I cancelled my order. I am sure I can find a place that sells furniture for what they first tell a customer. Also, the amount of waiting time while the salesman is talking with the manager to give me a "great deal" was very very long and several times. Oh the great deal was $8 lower than advertised. Yes it was a sale price to begin with but $8 was not worth the over hour of sitting around so he could give me a great deal! Not a great experience.

They suck cant get furniture paid for delivered it's been over six weeks and still not delivered and no urgency to do so. Rescheduled 3rd time. Terrible customer service no wonder they are dissolving company. I hope I get what i paid for prior to doors closing. Never again obviously son cannot pick up daddy's ball and continue running business. Boycott this business. They deserve no stars for no furniture.

I am actually rating "the Pub" inside this Ashley Furniture Store. I thought my friend was putting me on about eating at a furniture store. I was not prepared for a really good meal at a great price. Service was excellent!

Very friendly staff and quality products even though when it arrived it was very dirty. After cleaning it up it was perfect.

The staff at the Ashley Home Store were very friendly and not pushy. The delivery was in a couple of days with two very helpful gentlemen putting everything in the proper place and checking that all was set up correctly. Our living room furniture looks excellent and we are very pleased with it.

The sales associate, Brad and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to help us get the right furniture. I would recommend them again and again.

This was our first time at the Ashley Furniture HomeStore in Arcadia. Great selection of furniture. Carmen, our sales person was friendly and very informative. We were able to get what we wanted for less than we had budgeted for because of the specials that were going on. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. We would also shop there again for furniture.

Where else can you go to buy furniture and actually have a burger and a beer in a bar within the store? (I want to shake the hands of the person who came up with that idea!) Also, the Odds and Ends store is probably the best kept secret in western Wisconsin. It's hit or miss, but I have come away with some pretty awesome deals! I am curious as to the reviewer who gave one star because he found the "sales practices extremely deceptive." The sales staff at Ashley are actually curiously forthcoming about information that normally I would consider contrary to traditional sales practices. And no, this is not a fake review. I live and work in La Crosse, WI for a company with no ties to Ashley furniture!

I called Ashley Furniture of Arcadia and talked with salesman named Brad. He said they were having a "biggest ever" sale on the recliner/sofa I was interested in. Ordered it (mid December 2014) and picked it up in the middle of January at the warehouse. We saved big doing it this way and overall it was a great experience. So far we love the recliner sofa (and the recliner chair). Very comfortable to fall asleep on.

We've bought furniture at this store for over a decade, & have always enjoyed it! We don't come away with something every time--sometimes we don't need anything; but it's always a great experience. We HAVE bought sofas, beds, end tables, lamps, artwork, office furniture, mirrors ... just to name a few. And we're waiting for their tent sale that's coming soon!
