Our sales person, Brad, was great to work with. Where the issues started was with pieces being backlogged and delayed. Ashley is hell bent on not delivering an order unless ALL pieces of the furniture are available. I had to call several times and good luck getting anyone from the store you made your purchase. You have to call a generic 800 number, wait on hold, make a few transfers, and then finally get ahold of the store where the purchase originated. In order to completely furnish a new home we had to go to a family run furniture store to get the pieces that Ashley couldn’t deliver and Ashley had a month and half lead time.

This was my first visit to this store and I didn’t know what to expect. Brad and then Luke provided exceptional level of service. They were patient as I took my time to make the selection, gave me space without being intrusive, and then organized the delivery and wrapped up all of the details with courtesy and efficiency. Delivery went without a hitch. This was an excellent experience. Thanks!

Store is amazing and the customer service impeccable.

Staff was very helpful without hovering. Love that they gave us space to look and answered questions when needed. Also appreciated that they followed up with us later, informing us of an upcoming sale. That is when we took the plunge and purchased from the phone as we lived out of town. Looking forward to the delivery in a couple weeks!

This store is terrible. Went on May 2nd to buy a memory foam mattress. Cindy was the salesperson--avoid her if possible. Sadly for us she said she was the only salesperson in the store and spent most of her time answering the phone. The store neefs more staff! I asked about the Ashley mattress warranty. Cindy said it was 10 years. I asked to see a written copy so I could check on limitations and exclusions. Cindy said "the store does not have a written copy, it will be in the box when you open it." When I said I did not want to spend a lot of money without seeing a written copy of the terms and conditions, she walked away, and we left. A waste of our time over a piece of paper she probably could have printed off the sore's computer. Makes me wonder what is in the written terms of the warranty that they didn't want us to see.

Ron, (sales rep), was very helpful, especially considering how shorthanded the store seemed.

I had a wonderful experience with my sales person Ron. He was super professional and very helpful with all the questions that I had. I also enjoyed wonderful food from their in store restaurant “The pub”. They have a wonderful set of people working here and I would recommend any looking for an amazing experience to go here!

Went into the local homestore to have lunch. Husband decided to look at recliners..salesperson, Brad was amazing. He assisted us in picking the best recliner for us. He explained everything. The recliner was delivered today. Team was on time and friendly. Thanks Brad - u r the best.

I knew exactly what I was looking for in a mattress when I went into Ashley . Brad was amazing in helping me find just what I was looking for . I asked him questions about the various brands and he answered them all with complete honesty ! I would not hesitate to go to Ashley in the future when I look for additional pieces for my home and when I do I will be calling ahead to make sure Brad T is working and request him to be my advisor !

Our visit to Ashley Home store was a very pleasant experience. We were greeted as we entered the door. The store was laid out very nicely. We were left alone to discuss our purchase and make our decision. It was a very comfortable, low stress shopping environment.

The loveseat was not the same as what was told. Turns out it was a cloth and not distressed leather in white. Disappointed

The delivery guy, Dave, was real. Not super fake like normal sales type people. Also made recommendations for things d/t an item having to go back. Dave was knowledgeable in the questions I asked.

We always enjoy the service and selection at Ashley. Today, Brad helped us select the right bedroom set and snack bar stools. No pressure at all and left us alone while we compared different items, but he was always available when we had questions. Luke helped make sure that our final order was correct before it was submitted. Both Brad and Luke went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right!

The salesman, Ron was great. On the other hand, the "President"s Day" promo of no interest financing, definitely felt like a bate and switch gimmick as once you go to make the purchase you are then made aware of the fact that you are required to pay 30% down in order to take advantage of the offer (the promo is the only reason why we went there). It may have been mentioned in the fine print of the ad, but in all reality the promo should have been much more transparent. That aside, we were primarily in the market for a big sectional and although they did have a good selection to choose from, the majority of the fabrics were in the white/cream family which really limited the viable options. I personally like the lighter colors; however, having to choose from a majority of white-ish colored sofas was not ideal as most people that are purchasing a sofa of this size have kids, pets, and like to entertain guests... which is not ideal when you would like to actually sit on the furniture. Not sure what planet the designers are from, but apparently nothing ever gets dirty there. With all of that said, the service was very good and ultimately we left with a bunch of new furniture and in positive spirits.

Quality products, at a reasonable price.

Buyer beware of what the sales people tell you! We bought a sectional from the store and was told by sales person that the delivery would be free. But after delivery we were charged over $200 for the delivery! Did call and talk to sales person and all I got was sorry about that!!! I don’t live that far away from Arcadia and own a pickup so I could have just picked it up myself! As far as the sectional we really like it but could have saved myself about $230 if I would have known about the delivery charge!!

Very disappointed with how they schedule delivery and technician as it's by geographic area. Never by what works for the customers. We bought a entertainment center and now again I have to reschedule the appointment due to the time they get here. So disappointed and will not ever buy from them again.

Outstanding service. Listened closely to our needs, made recommendations, but allowed us to also shop on our own. Explained the pricing and options for delivery or self-pick up if we wanted. Ron was the person who took care of us on the floor and Luke took care of our needs at the time of check out. I have no doubt that we will be back in the near future.

We bought two twin beds that were floor model on clearance we came to pick them up they were all looked in fairly good shape one had a small flaw but it was underneath where nobody would see it we asked if all the screws and everything were with it and we were told yes we did not check it we just took him at his word then we got home and two screws were missing and one had been smashed in one spot so we couldn't screw it in. We went to the hardware store and got three screws that would work but we're not the exact match. Overall our visit to the store was good and we felt the prices were very good and the sales people were nice and did not pressure us. We have purchased many things from Ashley the Arcadia store specifically and we would shop there again.

Disappointed that I had to take time off from work for delivery, and then you rescheduled as you didn't have both pieces. Why schedule a delivery when it hasn't arrived? Now, I have to take more time off from work for your 4 hour window to be available for delivery. The delivery department needs a retail! Overall, the salesperson was fantastic! Broken promises…. Regular delivery ok… then they call and say they can deliver early unfortunately I am out of town keep scheduled day. Received call would be delivered day of delivery nothing I call and they tell me oh sorry set up for delivery next week… now it’s next week delivery day, received notice Sunday will be delivered today I call just to make sure and they tell me no delivery it’s set up for next week! Always next week… spoke with Chris at Eau Claire store and there is nothing he can do for me. If I cancel the mattresses then the price of the base goes up if I get different mattresses the price goes up everything I ask the price goes up and up and I am paying for delivery! Looking to cancel the whole thing now. So upset with Ashley’s customer service. Wanted to shop local but I just can’t. Unhappy customer here and they don’t care.

I had purchased a bedroom set and mattress that was eligible for elite rewards. I was told I would receive an email from the 3rd party vendor 6-8 weeks after delivery of my furniture. When I only received a partial credit, I worked with Maya Erickson – Customer Service Leader from Ashley, Arcadia WI. She helped me from start to finish until I had received all of my elite rewards. While my inquiry could have fallen off of the radar or been pushed aside, Maya kept me in the loop and updated, until I my full rewards were sent and I was satisfied. This kind of customer service is a rarity in the fast paced world we live in. I appreciate Maya’s efforts on getting me taken care of and hope she gets the much needed recognition she deserves for her outstanding service! Thanks again, Maya!

Wasted an entire afternoon waiting on a delivery that was supposed to happen today between 12-3. When I finally got to speak to someone around 4:30, after lots of time on hold & numerous attempts-I was told that the driver had cancelled all of his routes today & I would have to reschedule. After calling a second number & finally getting someone different on the phone, I was told that there had been a glitch in their system & that my items wouldn't even be in the Ashley warehouse until Sept 6th. Seriously Ashley Homestore???? I am confident that no one cares-but I will never shop here again.

We went in to the store knowing that I wanted a desk chair with arms. What I thought I wanted and what I bought were two totally different things because our sales consultant was so knowledgeable about the products. By the time we left I purchased a dining room set as well

Worst customer service ever

Went for lunch. Very good food and staff was great!

I purchased my sofa online in August 2021. The day it arrived, I was out of town. The very next day, the Caldor Fire broke out & I was evacuated for 18-days. When I returned, I sat on the couch & the reclining mechanism didn't work. I called Ashley & asked them to replace it with a new couch. Nope, they're sending a guy out to fix it. 2 months later, maybe? Can't remember exactly. Repairman comes out & confirms it's broken. He needs to order a part. 3-4 months go by. No part. I call (and Good God, don't even try to call - you'll be hold for ages) - the part was not ordered. Ashley orders it, it comes in, and here I am waiting for a repairman another month. He comes in, fixes it, I also show him that by now the UBS port doesn't work either. Also, the mechanics for the recliner push up into the sofa making it extraordinarily uncomfortable. I tell the repair guy this. He grabs packing materials from the box the part came in & shoved it into the seat - you cannot make this stuff up. Several weeks go by, the couch breaks again. Ashley is ordering me a replacement of the same couch. It is now May. They have rescheduled the delivery & are now delivering on the very day I am moving to a new house. I do not want this couch - so much so, that I'll be loading it up & dropping it on the doorstep of Ashley in Folsom. I literally do not care what they do with it. I am self-employed. My last day off was in August. I worked very hard to save that $1200 for a new couch and I'm out $1200 over this debacle. You know what? It's been 10-months since I started this process & I am fresh out of fucks to give. Keep my money. Ashley is like a bad boyfriend - cut him loose & don't look back. I am also filing complaints with the BBB, reviewing on Google & filing a suit in Small Claims. This company is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. Worse than Verizon, Comcast & a car dealership. It's literally that bad.

ONLY CALL CENTERS!!! they do well to stay hidden. I have been waiting for a repair for weeks. twice a no show and NEVER heard from upper management. only call centers passing me around and to call their 800

The staff here are always friendly and knowledgeable. I always am greeted when I walk in the door, which makes me feel welcomed from the moment I walk in. I enjoy that the staff here do not ever “push” me into buying furniture; especially, when I really am just browsing the store to get ideas.

We worked with Chris, he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the furniture and showed us many options in the style we were looking for. He was up front and honest about wait times and have us options of what ones could be done sooner. We would highly recommend having Chris help you with your furniture needs. We ended up going with something not ready until February, but he put we are ready for it now, so we are hoping sooner but fully understand odds are it will be February like started. We just got the call and delivery is set for December 2nd, the cough was ready way sooner then February, yay! Also there is a pub in the furniture store that serves drinks and food, it's got great food!

Terrible communication...I sent emails and called the number but nobody will answer the phone at the store...they have plenty of people just standing around doing nothing..I was just there to purchase something and witnessed everyone just standing around.

The worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. When they brought our items one was broken so we returned it with the driver. The replacement was broken as well and they said they would send a technician to fix it. The day after the technician was to arrive I called and they said nothing had been scheduled, a work order was still active, but nothing scheduled. So she scheduled a new appt another month later. No one arrived, we called and were told that nothing had been scheduled but they could still see the active work order. Original purchase was in January it is now June 16 and still nothing from Ashley. They have no customer service that I can tell, the quality of the furniture is comparable to Wal mart and Wal mart has better customer service. Sad that a once great company has gone the way of all the rest, buying everything from China and Vietnam and cashing in on a name built by better people.

For itty bitty ArcadiA it is a huge palace of a story. I like big loveseats, however, they are large as a short o'stuffed sofa. I liked electric control bit opted out as electric will inhibit the speed of getting up.

My husband and I were looking for a motorized recliner and we were so fortunate to get the most amazing sales person. Christopher Fritz was his name and he helped us when we needed it, left us alone when we needed it, answered our questions, gave us all of our options for this expensive purchase and in the end, we did buy it.This man deserves a raise I mean a big raise because he did everything right!

The building is beautiful and very well decorated. That team member responsible for that really does well. I actually had gone to the home store three times having three different sales associates each time answering my questions and the third time I got someone passionate about getting me what I wanted and not just trying to get me to leave with something. It makes a world of difference as I bought all my furniture from them for my apartment as they gave me genuine suggestions of things to go well with the look I wanted and were alright with me saying I thought something was ugly or belonged elsewhere (like a cabin looking rug rather than a home looking rug). I greatly appreciated their patience and willingness to work with me as it can be hard for me to spend the kind of money people need to on new furniture unless I am really sold that it will look how I want. I think my bedroom, dining room, and living room will all have exactly the look I wanted thanks to my stop at the HomeStore. Thanks to everyone in the process who was willing to answer my silly questions as I have never bought new furniture before. I only marked it down one star because the first two people I got were rather pushy and seemed to more have their idea of what I wanted instead of listening to mine. Recommend scoping the place out before getting your furniture or being willing to tell the staff if you don’t like your salesperson to ensure you get someone willing to help and not just sell.

Although my shopping experience was wonderful with Bradley Thomas from Arcadia, WI, I've had nothing but trouble since. One of the mattresses I purchased came damaged, (after delivery was delayed a week and about a month after I order them). After I filed a claim and sent in photos, I was promised I'd be contacted in 48 hours, but after a week i had to contact them again. Now I've been told that the mattresses have been discontinued and I have to get a different one. That would be fine except now I'll have 2 different mattresses (purchased a split king). I'm extremely frustrated that I spent over $3000 for a mismatched bed set. If I wanted them mismatched I could have bought them from the clearance department. At this point, I don't see myself ordering from Ashley Furniture again.

My wife and I took time on a Friday afternoon to visit Ashley Home Store in Arcadia. Had plenty of room and attention from staff. Looked at 8-10 dining room tables and chairs before purchasing one that fit our needs. Assistant was knowledgeable and engaging. Not pushy at all. Gave us time to make our mind up and had answers to all our questions. We had several options in pricing that fit our budget and felt we were treated fairly. Delivery and set up for $119 was a great addition to contract. We will be back for other items in the future.

I got my bed frame and mattress on new year eve but my bed frame came without screws. The delivery guy said he'll put in a order for them screws to get delivery straight to my place within 7 to 10 days. Knowing that their main base and warehouse is 45 mins away. It's been 3 weeks and it still haven't arrived yet. Very disappointing and inconvenient bc my mattress is still on the floor and unfinished bed frame.

Their furniture is actually decent quality. Their salespeople are great. But their customer service after the sale is absolutely horrendous. They hang up on you. They ignore you.I bought a decent amount of furniture, got home same day, looked at the receipt, and realized they overcharged me. Not much but $250. The manager told me he would credit it to my card. That was about 3 months ago, still not received the credit. I called talked to rude representatives at corporate. They promised me they would fix it. Still not credit. I called back talked to a manager at corporate, same promise, she even promised to call me back, literally nothing happened. I've now spent hours on hold waiting to talk to rude employees, months waiting for my credit. Me paying interest on the money they borrowed from me. Absolutely pathetic.After waiting about 90-days for them to credit me what they told me they would, I finally just disputed it through my credit card. Now my remote control breaks on the fireplace I bought from them. I reach out to see if I could buy a new one, they literally just told me in the chat they couldn't help me. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT do business with them. It's one thing to have a bad employee or two but literally no one would help me at corporate. It's clearly a training issue and not worth the headache of trying to get them to do what's right.

Bought a new love seat and couch set on February 8th , had to wait 4 weeks for delivery. When they were delivered love seat had boards broken in the back, had to wait 4 extra weeks for a replacement. The couch had a hole in the bottom fabric, they mailed me a replacement fabric for the bottom and said a tech would come and replace it. Today is October 17 and still isn't fixed. I have called customer service 4 times and emailed 3 times and nobody will respond. Over a 3 hour round trip to the home store we bought it from.

Actually no stars. I was born and lived in Sparta and Bangor Wisconsin, about 40 miles from Arcadia, WI. Ashley moved from Chicago to Arcadia 2001. We in West central Wisconsin that anything coming out of Chicago was bad. Ashley proves that image as true. We bought furniture from factory then starting 2002. Not the best quality but we were trying to support a local company. I am surprised at a 4.5 reviews at this store because live in Florida now and the Ashley products are junk, NO customer service and Ashley Industries does not even cover their one year warranty for bad products. The customer is totally ignored after they get your money. If you want to read some interesting reviews, go to Ashley Store in Sarasota, FL and read. Must be that furniture, I presume is still made in Arcadia so the home store gets the best furniture???? I would suggest shopping another name brand furniture and not Ashley. Actual rating of Ashley is 0, ZERO. NADA. Parts come from China so that is the long delays of receiving items purchased. Assembled in Arcadia but no longer built there. PLEASE do not buy from them anyplace. They also produce Bacon furniture. Question is, where is that made. Ashley not a small caring company from Wisconsin anymore. Gary S. Jones Englewood FL

Great customer service

Was greeted promptly. Ask what we were interested in seeing. Did not have the accent chair we had found on line. He did show us a few option in which we chose one style and purchased two. The end tables were the ones we were interested in from our visit to on line. The bench was an additional purchase from walking into the store and seeing a display. In our visit he lead us to a kiosk for the use to assist in decision making. He provided ample time for decision making. He was prompt to answer questions and on explaining details about the purchase and shipping.

Chris did a nice job of balancing of being there to answer questions and giving us time to process and look around. Prices were decent and we found 3 rooms of furniture.

This is long but trust me, it's worth the read. Buckle up for this ride... It's a good one. Let me start off by saying we paid for delivery and in home set up. With that being said, everything I am about to write came from the installation technician's mouth. One of the brackets that came with the frame had a burr in it from welding. That was a fault right out of production. As your technicians were attempting to screw in the mattress frame, the screws were stripping because of that burr. Now our mattress frame constantly and loudly clanks from the stripped screws when we move on it or get out of bed because the frame is not secured due to stripped screws. One of the screws won't even go all the way in because of that burr. It just sticks up and our box spring has to sit on it causing the mattress to be not level. This isn't even the best part! Ashley Furniture sent us a bracket and a screw in the mail and Ashley expects us to fix this manufacturers defect, on our own! Ashley Furniture also never contacted us on our original delivery date (April 1st) to set up a time frame. So it was bad enough that we had to wait over a month from our purchase date to receive our furniture, they folks also gave faulty furniture and expect your customers to fix it. That is completely unacceptable. I also commented on a Facebook ad for the company and one of their reps asked me to reach out to them in private message to get this resolved. That rep said we would receive a call from their warehouse to get this straightened out (see attached screen shots). IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK WITH NO WORD FROM THEM. This is the 3rd time we've been "promised" a call from the warehouse to straighten everything out. I probably would have let all of this go but given the situation with terrible customer service, empty promises, faulty furniture and paying EXTRA for in home set up only to have to fix it ourselves is ludicrous. This company is a joke and my husband and I should have listened to everyone when they told us NOT to buy from Ashley. Instead, we thought we'd give them the benefit of a doubt and now we look like complete idiots. We learned our lesson. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Online order. Agent kept popping up and not wanted. Placed order I hope cause it didn't really say, just had agent pop-up again. Don't get my order by 21st guess I'll know the order wasn't completed.

More expensive then we thought, but the the furniture is nice..the staff seemed nice as well, but could have been a little more knowledgeable..no wiggle room at all with price either..& we had an employee discount but weren't able to use it due to the collection already being "on sale" ..

Almost a year ago bought my first new table and chairs. Thanksgiving had a table cloth on. Found water had spilled. Cleaning it up had found it damaged the top. Bubbled the top. Not under warranty. The bubbles didn't go away. Ashley can't help me. Never saw anything like this on anything I have owned. They don't deserve a star.

Very helpful staff! It was a pretty quick visit since I knew pretty much what I wanted. Whittled down the options on the website to just 5 things I wanted to look at. They actually had 3 of them, and gave me a very good idea of what I actually wanted vs what looked good in the pictures online.

Always has treated us amazing

I don't think we have ever been to Ashley HomeStore and not found something we like. The sales pressure was present, but not overwhelming. Our salesperson, Cindy, was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thanks Cindy, and thanks again Ashley HomeStore for making this trip another good one!

It was somewhat nice, the restaurant is AMAZING, the service was alright, and the furniture was pretty high quality.

Go to the store, take a photo of the signage for your desired pieces, sit on them, shake them, poke them, ask sales people questions. Then, go home and Google it. We were able to find a piece that was "on sale" for $3824.99 (regular price $4499.99) for $2079. The cheaper price was NOT a sale price. They told us, in store, that this was a "brand new model" but websites listed it as a discontinued line. It was found on several sites for within 3-5% of that lower price, in some cases with more variety available in the store THAT IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE FACTORY. They offered less fabric/leather choices, charged more and offered less amenities. Long story short - use them, abuse them, but don't pay them. The store is right next to the factory and charges you more than ordering from across the country from someone who ships it to your house and sets it up for you. That same person ordered the furniture and had it delivered in a truck that drive past this very store most of the time. Because, again, THIS STORE IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE FACTORY. They should be the cheapest option, they are not. They will charge you 184% more than anywhere else that sells the same piece while smiling and pretending to do you a favor.
