I asked him questions about the various brands and he answered them all with complete honesty ! Very disappointed with how they schedule delivery and technician as it's by geographic area. Never by what works for the customers. We bought a entertainment center and now again I have to reschedule the appointment due to the time they get here. So disappointed and will not ever buy from them again.
