Actually no stars. I was born and lived in Sparta and Bangor Wisconsin, about 40 miles from Arcadia, WI. Ashley moved from Chicago to Arcadia 2001. We in West central Wisconsin that anything coming out of Chicago was bad. Ashley proves that image as true. We bought furniture from factory then starting 2002. Not the best quality but we were trying to support a local company. I am surprised at a 4.5 reviews at this store because live in Florida now and the Ashley products are junk, NO customer service and Ashley Industries does not even cover their one year warranty for bad products. The customer is totally ignored after they get your money. If you want to read some interesting reviews, go to Ashley Store in Sarasota, FL and read. Must be that furniture, I presume is still made in Arcadia so the home store gets the best furniture???? I would suggest shopping another name brand furniture and not Ashley. Actual rating of Ashley is 0, ZERO. NADA. Parts come from China so that is the long delays of receiving items purchased. Assembled in Arcadia but no longer built there. PLEASE do not buy from them anyplace. They also produce Bacon furniture. Question is, where is that made. Ashley not a small caring company from Wisconsin anymore. Gary S. Jones Englewood FL

Great customer service
Ordered a sofa and loveseat in mid May that was to be delivered Memorial Day weekend. They called me two days before the scheduled delivery date and told me that what I had purchased was on back order and wouldn’t be available until July 3. I had just moved into my own place and was busy moving so they left this on voicemail. I was bummed about the furniture because I literally had no living room furniture at the time but I understood because of Covid and all. I ended up finding a similar set online that was delivered within two weeks with a company with amazing customer service.What I can’t understand and why I’m so upset is that I have called the Ashley customer care line over 20 times and have NEVER gotten through to a person to cancel my order. I’ve went into their home store and was told they couldn’t help me at all because I ordered online. When I told them I couldn’t get through to anyone to cancel they just told me to keep calling. I’ve tried canceling online and they said they would cancel it but it’s June 30 and it’s still not canceled. I call and leave voicemails and they say someone will get back to me within 24-48 hours yet not one call. I am so disappointed with their customer service or shall I say lack there of. So for anyone thinking of ordering furniture online from Ashley furniture DON’T. I can’t speak to their in store ordering maybe that is easier but this truly has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Was greeted promptly. Ask what we were interested in seeing. Did not have the accent chair we had found on line. He did show us a few option in which we chose one style and purchased two. The end tables were the ones we were interested in from our visit to on line. The bench was an additional purchase from walking into the store and seeing a display. In our visit he lead us to a kiosk for the use to assist in decision making. He provided ample time for decision making. He was prompt to answer questions and on explaining details about the purchase and shipping.
Chris did a nice job of balancing of being there to answer questions and giving us time to process and look around. Prices were decent and we found 3 rooms of furniture.
This is long but trust me, it's worth the read. Buckle up for this ride... It's a good one. Let me start off by saying we paid for delivery and in home set up. With that being said, everything I am about to write came from the installation technician's mouth. One of the brackets that came with the frame had a burr in it from welding. That was a fault right out of production. As your technicians were attempting to screw in the mattress frame, the screws were stripping because of that burr. Now our mattress frame constantly and loudly clanks from the stripped screws when we move on it or get out of bed because the frame is not secured due to stripped screws. One of the screws won't even go all the way in because of that burr. It just sticks up and our box spring has to sit on it causing the mattress to be not level. This isn't even the best part! Ashley Furniture sent us a bracket and a screw in the mail and Ashley expects us to fix this manufacturers defect, on our own! Ashley Furniture also never contacted us on our original delivery date (April 1st) to set up a time frame. So it was bad enough that we had to wait over a month from our purchase date to receive our furniture, they folks also gave faulty furniture and expect your customers to fix it. That is completely unacceptable. I also commented on a Facebook ad for the company and one of their reps asked me to reach out to them in private message to get this resolved. That rep said we would receive a call from their warehouse to get this straightened out (see attached screen shots). IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK WITH NO WORD FROM THEM. This is the 3rd time we've been "promised" a call from the warehouse to straighten everything out. I probably would have let all of this go but given the situation with terrible customer service, empty promises, faulty furniture and paying EXTRA for in home set up only to have to fix it ourselves is ludicrous. This company is a joke and my husband and I should have listened to everyone when they told us NOT to buy from Ashley. Instead, we thought we'd give them the benefit of a doubt and now we look like complete idiots. We learned our lesson. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
Online order. Agent kept popping up and not wanted. Placed order I hope cause it didn't really say, just had agent pop-up again. Don't get my order by 21st guess I'll know the order wasn't completed.
