Great Place to find new stuff

There appeared to be only one young salesperson working as when I walked in. There was a young man reclined back talking on his phone the entire time. He "occasionally" greeted people walking in. When I was checking out, I asked the young guy helping me if the other guy worked there, which he did. I said he wasn't working hard and seemed more interested in talking on the phone. I was told "Oh, well. That's what he does." I responded by asking "that's allowed"? The kid just shrugged. Seriously? No words.

Im sharing my experience to help others beware of paying cash and delivery of furniture with missing furniture and Being told that my sofa bed was not on the order. My kitchen table cost over $700 and had dents in the wood that the technician could not repair because it came from their warehouse as second hand furniture it seemed. I haven't recieved the big clock and its been several weeks. The store said its coming from a different place than the furniture. I was told in the store that everything I chose was in stock. The driver said my sofa bed was not on the order. I was also told that all sales are final. I told him that I wasn't told that in the store. My husband and daughter were with me at the store picking out the 8 pieces of furniture costing $6,000 to $7,000. I don't take this experience lightly. I feel like I have been railroaded with a mess and no one is helping me. I have no choice but to take legal action since Ashley is not returning calls or trying to make my purchases made right. No sofa bed, no clock, kitchen table with scrapes on the top of the table that the crayon didn't fix, my love seat has a torn thread that cannot be repaired when it wasn't sewn properly. These people absolutely did not checked out the furniture BEFORE DELIVERY and telling me that All Sales are Final didn't sit right with me or make me a happy customer. They would not even speak to the sales lady, S. Dennis turn over the sales to this lady who seemed to be writing everything down. When paying in full, she charged one of my credit cards twice and said it was denied, which it wasn't. The account was charged $1,000 twice and then she used another card to get the rest of the money. I believe I had a fraud alert on one card but everything we ordered was paid in full! You can have it all back because I have had the worst customer service in my lifetime by these associates.

Two and a half years ago I purchased a Calderwell Power Reclining Sofa faux leather couch I paid Subtotal: $1,199.99 the leather is cracking I gave a call to Ashley furniture and they were no help whatsoever it's just a shame furniture doesn't even last 3 years I have no kids no pets I don't understand

Never saw sales staff the entire time in the store. There was staff sitting at the counter. Sales floor was very empty. I have been to this location before and this experience was not typical of past visits.

I am a college student and needed some furniture for my apartment this year. I went in and found a desk, dresser, and couch I wanted to get. However, I needed the dimensions of the couch and the official price. So, I got an associate and asked her to measure it and then what the price would be, I then told her that “This is perfect, and I will take it”. We go up to the couch, where there are other people by it and she asks them if they are buying it, to which they state yes. She then turns to me and says, “Well you snooze, you lose.” I was so upset because I told her I would buy it and then she said that "you snooze you lose. I just walked out and decided that I would not be buying any of the other items that I wanted/needed and would find a better place to give my money to.

Wonderful people

Mostly just junk. Ends of sectionals that would look really weird in a random living room. Definitely check the Facebook page before you go. We finally got what we were looking for and are very pleased!

The workers cracked me up, because they were all behind the desk on their cell phones. But it was a fun place to walk around and browse. The mattresses seemed the best actual deals.

Not what I thought it would be. I went there with the expectation I'd bring furniture home. That was not the case. The headboard we found would take 10+ weeks to get in, and we'd have to go to the downtown warehouse in Arcadia to pick it up. Not ideal when I could order something online to be delivered to my front door, for the same price, and in much less time (1 week). In my humble opinion, Ashley's outlet store was not worth the drive or effort.

The customer service is top notch here. They're always busy but handle it so well. We've been here multiple times and always leave with our hands full. Great deals when you can get there before the crowd. Go early!

The furniture options are unreal

Check out is mind numbingly slow, so ridiculous I decided to forego my purchases after my daughter was finally checked out. Salesman finalizing our transactions kept walking away, apparently expecting us to follow however we are idiots and could not read his mind.

Not impressed at all. Some of the things for sale are straight up garbage. The store smells like particle board mmm the aroma of quality . . . Was not impressed with the pricing either. Much of the furniture is not put together well and is wobbly.
