We walked in yesterday looking for a new mattress and box spring. We talked to Jessica, told her our needs and a price range and she showed us the items available. Jessica stayed and discussed the species and prices. She also gave us the estimated cost. I went back today and checked mattress thicknesses and again had a discussion which went very well with Jessica. My wife and I went back today at 5 and purchased the items and we wait for delivery in early March. Our thanks to Jessica for working with us and being a great sales person. It was a good experience and went very well..thanks

Pink hair lady was absolutely weird and stood there watching us without saying hello. Didn't even say goodbye but we Drove to HOM furniture and dropped some cash on new couches. Thanks for being weird and rude 😁😁

BUYER BEWARE!! The store itself was very friendly, nice to work with, so on. I felt there was an odd sales technique going on when they said "You have a to order it to get a delivery date". It's just the way our system works. We like the furniture so we ordered it. I got a call a day later to schedule the delivery. I was driving and needed to ask my wife her thoughts. The manager said to just call the store back and let her know our decision. Here is where everything went sideways. You CANNOT CALL THE STORE. Every time I would call and give my zip code, I got transferred to a call center overseas. Either they couldn't understand or didn't want to get me to the store, not sure which. If you call the local number and tell the automated system "CANCEL ORDER" you will get to the store. This I figured out on the third day of trying to schedule my delivery. However...Guess the store cannot cancel the order anyway. So the store transferred me back to the overseas call center who was able to hear me just fine until I said I want to cancel the order then they acted like they couldn't hear me. So I called the store back again and explained what was going on. I want to be clear the local store was great. He said he would have somebody call me back. I got a call a few hours later and had to explain everything again but I think it has been cancelled. If I could have called the store, I would have scheduled the delivery and would be the proud owner of 2 leather power reclining sofas ($7000) but now I will never buy any Ashley product ever again or ever set foot in that or any Ashley store. ASHLEY - If you want just online sales, close the stores. I bought local, so I had local support. If you can't call the store to get local support, I might as well buy this from a much cheaper online seller.

All of the furniture broke within two years. We bought the warranty and had the repair person come 4x for the same issues, each time nothing improved. Very low quality furniture and it was a hassle to get someone here to do nothing.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! We ordered and paid for our furniture at the end of October and have yet to receive it all. The delivery has been delayed multiple times and customer service doesn’t seem to know anything. We emptied our living room in anticipation for the delivery this last weekend finally and they showed up with one piece! I would like your customer service to be more helpful- the person in the store couldn’t even help me! This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating and I don’t think I will ever order through a company with such extremely poor service ever again. From the chat bot messages to the unhelpful service, this was all the way around awful! I just want my furniture and no one seems to know where it is, care about our empty living room or know how to help. I truly hope there aren’t too many more customers experiencing the same thing.

Knew what we wanted but had difficulty finding a salesperson

Well this is the second time in less than a month that Ashley has changed our delivery without informing us! My husband wrote a review about this and Ashley responded saying they will review it and get back to us! Their response obviously was a lie because we had the remaining items from our initial purchased scheduled for delivery today and to no surprise they didn’t show. My husband called and they say now the delivery is scheduled for 4 days from now. I would definitely stay away from this store they have no problem having you sit around all day waiting for a delivery that they changed to another day. They don’t even have the decency to call and inform you it has been changed. Second time for us and there will not be a third time. We had an excellent experience with slumberland wish we would have just purchased everything from them

They have a great selection of furniture at a decent price. The delivery was excellent! They couldn’t have sent a better crew for the delivery. The only issue we had was with scheduling. We purchased our furniture a few months before our house build was completed. This ensured we could have not have any conflicts with delivery. We were wrong. We got a phone call saying the one dresser was discontinued which is weird because we already paid for it; it was in stock when we paid in full a few months ago. They obviously sold the dresser we paid for. we had delivery scheduled for dec 16 the day before i got a phone call asking to schedule our delivery. When i called i asked what was going on and they said that they moved our delivery back to dec 18th without even letting us know. Not much we could do and everyone i talked with asking to bump it up because we were in the house with only the furniture we purchased through slumberland ( much better experience with slumberland ) they didnt care. I personally would not buy from a company that does whatever they want without talking to the customer. They get your money upfront and then leave you hanging.

Walking into Ashley we were greeted and taken back to where the bar stools were and told that another salesman would come and help us, answer any questions. After 10-15 minutes of no one coming to answer our questions, we left. So happy we did. We came home looked on line and found exactly what we wanted.

Only complaint: delivery of 5+ weeks seems quite long for a standard item. The box has not been opened yet.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a bed set in September with a Oct 1st delivery. Still no answers and now tried canceling 3 separate occasions.

We found the selection we were looking for with the Sales associate in store being helpful but disappointed in how the communication of the delivery with backorder and communication mishaps.

The sales and delivery were both great experiences.

Service always sucks here even though there always seems to be 6-8 employees in the building. I am not in the habit of begging people to take my money for their overpriced furniture. Better furniture and better service at The Wood Shed.

On July 27, 2025, we went in the store to Ashley in Eau Claire. We purchased a table and six chairs. The chairs were delivered, and then a week later the table was delivered we then assembled the table and the chairs. Three of the chairs could not be assembled because two of them were missing the letter E and one had a cracked back. We contacted Ashley customer service and we’re given the runaround for weeks. We finally got ordered in the mail the parts however we were still missing aletter E because they sent another wrong part to this day. We are still missing the letter E and one of the chairs cannot be assembled. To make matters worse we are walking around bargain city the other day and saw the exact same SKU number dining room set for 50% cheaper than what we paid, it is quite upsetting, knowing that we went to a store and paid twice as much for the same quality and five weeks later we still aren’t able to enjoy the set that we ordered because a chair is still missing a piece I can guarantee I will never shop at Ashley because they have yet to make it right and they have yet to make me feel better about my experience. I spent over $1000 at the store and I feel like I should’ve just went to Walmart at this point with how I’ve been treated and then to find it cheaper just an insult to injury. Sure, I could be sent the letter E and I finally have my dining room set, but this is not how it should be. It should’ve been right from the beginning. Ashley can make this right by price matching the price at bargain city which is 50% less than what we paid. I uploaded a screenshot from bargain city website of the prices and they’re 50% cheaper.. I also tried to call Ashley store multiple times before the 30 days was up on price match and I kept getting put on hold for 15minutes plus it would just hang up.

The sales consultant was very helpful and when I went back today to order, she helped me and also had another girl help as she was the only one on the floor. Everything went very smoothly and I am happy with my purchase.

Found what we wanted to buy but wouldn't let use pick up at store. Told us to drive 1 hour to pickup. No customer service here, bought it at another store.

My family & I have purchased multiple items from Ashley and have had good experiences. Recently we purchased two bedroom sets & have never had such POOR customer service from them. We have called multiple times regarding an item that wasn’t ready on time (we understand there are delays, that’s totally okay) but each time our calls are either intentionally ignored or we’re told the manager “isn’t in” or will give us a call and then we’re left hanging and having to try and get ahold of the manager again. VERY disappointed at the way that our situation has been handled, it’s inappropriate seeing as we’ve been a loyal customer for years.

Sophie was extremely helpful and nice, ask for Sophie when you go to the store.

Needed some counter height barstools for a new kitchen island and as we had a few restrictions for the size, we wanted to compare stools from different furniture stores. We tried looking at three other stores and as Ashley Store was the last one on our list we trudged our way to the far corner where the stools were lined up on two levels. We needed a swivel seat in gray and were welcomed by Alan at the stores entrance and he proceeded to show us what options the Eau Claire, WI store had available. Although they were slightly higher priced than what we wanted to spend with the sales discount and free shipping we decided to purchase. As we had dealt with Ashley Furniture in the past and knew about their quality and the salesman said they would arrive about 7 days later. The next day, less than 24 hours after our purchase the delivery truck came with our four stools. Waiting to put them together next week after our new flooring is installed. Overall we were very pleased with Alan and the whole sale process.

Loved the bed set we picked out. Was informed of delivery date and then shown a tablet with calendar and told to pick a delivery date. No show for the picked delivery date, when I called I was informed that everything we selected was on backorder! Was never told by sales person they were backordered. We spent a good 2 hours at the store and no one ever said anything about not have stock. Our purchase was time sensitive as I am handicapped and needing it right away. Paid for the products and it will be a month before we receive the items. Will not be buying from Ashley ever again. Also deliver charge was astronomical!!! $400.

I was looking for a outdoor adjustable chaise lounge. I went to Ashley's website and started to look, the descriptions did not tell me exactly how far back they reclined or sat up so I wanted to see them in person. Their website said the closest one was in my hometown, however unfortunately the store only had one sofa set. I found their website very misleading. While there I did ask for a pen and paper and then I was able to look up the different styles of chaise lounge that were available on their big touch screen monitor. However, unfortunately their descriptions were still lacking. I wanted to know how many notches were available on each chair as they do vary on each model. I decided on one and searched for a lower price on-line. To my surprise they price matched. I saved over $100 by simply asking. To me that was a big WIN. My lounge chair will arrive in 3 days, but apparently I only have three days to check for missing screws, flat cushions, if the chair is even on the floor, etc. I feel rushed as it is still 38 degrees. I'm hoping to find the time once it arrives as I don't want to miss out on fixing it right away if there are issues, I was informed that it comes with a 1 year warranty as well. I was greeted right as I entered, but no one sold me the item as I knew going in what I was sorta looking for, but the gal who checked me out was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I am anxious for summer to arrive to enjoy my adjustable chaise lounge.

Great Customer Service.

The lady that helped us pick out our tv stand was very helpful and quick at getting us help and checked out. But the delivery wasn’t so smooth, first they brought the wrong one at 9am and it had a couple huge gashes out of it…(I didn’t notice because it was almost identical and I was very tired lol) and they came back around noon and my bf let them in while I was passed out. He told me what happened and I was shocked and happy that this one didn’t have huge gashes in it.

Sophia was a huge help and helped me and my girlfriend find exactly what we were looking for! We will definitely be back again to work with her!!

Jory greeted us initially and gave us some beneficial information and direction but no pressure. She allowed us to look around and shop at our own pace but was available if we had questions. When we were ready to order our furniture Jory was assisting another customer so Sarah assisted us with ordering our items and setting up a convenient delivery date that worked for us. She also did a great job of explaining the extended warranties and protection plans. We left feeling very happy with our purchases and really appreciative about the family discount we were able to apply. Great overall experience. Excited to get our new furniture.

The sales person was just fantastic 👏 the only disappointment was the rails for the bed we ordered will be 8 to ten weeks! So we will be sleeping on the floor in our new apartment at 69 years old 😴

Ordered 2 Recliners on Dec 27, they changed the delivery date 3 times, after 3 weeks canceled the order, we paid cash, now their making us wait 1-2 weeks for a refund, in the meantime we ordered 2 Recliners from Economy Furniture in CF, it took 1 day to get delivered, we're still waiting for our check back, buyer beware 😢Update still have not received check of 700.12, it's been 4 weeks, do not order from Ashley go to Economy Furnature Chippewa Falls

Ordered 2 Reycliner chairs, Dec 27 they changed the delivery date 3 times, we finally canceled the order, we paid cash they are making us wait 1-2 weeks for our refund, we have not received a refund as yet, bought from Economy Furniture they delivered in 1 day, buyer beware 🙄

When buying through Ashley, all things at the store went smoothly. The associate at the store told us an estimated arrival date. We understand this is an “estimated date” but our furniture did not arrive for 2 MONTHS after the date. They would reach out and schedule a delivery date… (that someone has to be available and home for) and then call and reschedule over and over again. I found this process very annoying since I was arranging my schedule to be home for the delivery. Ashley called and rescheduled my delivery about 5-7 times and then when my furniture arrived, it STILL wasn’t all there. Keep in mind we ordered a standard table & 6 chairs. That’s all. Overall a frustrating process with a lot of back and forth.

Unreliable delivery! Poor effort to deliver orders on time. Staff at the store and store managers are nice but after postponing two times delivery I had to cancel the order.

My dad and I visited Ashley Furniture over the weekend as he needed to purchase some furniture for a new home and I needed a dresser and mirror. We were helped by two girls, Jessica was great! She was very friendly and attentive. When I buy more furniture, I will definitely make sure that she is available. I can’t remember the other girls name, she kept disappearing and was not much help. The furniture options are great at Ashley, Jessica was fantastic, there was also a really friendly Asian guy in the front….sorry, I didn’t catch his name but I would also buy from him in a heartbeat.

The prices were fantastic! Also, the individual (Jory) helping me was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the furniture, furniture lines, delivery, protection plan, and all the random questions I had. I really felt that that Jory understood my wants/needs and helped me find the items that worked for me!

I really am disappointed with Ashley related to a dining room table. purchase. We were promised by store manager that it would be delivered July 31. We had to wait a month from purchase because of delivery to a small town 45 min away. Day of delivery nothing but excuses. Now we have to wait until 090424. for delivery. No calls that it was not coming. Sad really not even a call back after I complained. Serious lack of management. We sold are table now have to wait . Not willing to even address issue

The majority of our furniture is from Ashley. If you get the right person when you walk in the door they can be really helpful. This time we went in and got just that. Jessica was a great help and was able to price match the same piece we were looking at at another furniture store. Can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive!

Products are good quality!

We made several visits over the course of a couple months. Jori made sure we were completely happy with our selections and kept our personal pick list updated with each visit. There was no pressure to buy, and she was always patient and ready to review our list and inform us of any promotions or discounts that may apply. Today we finalized our selections and purchased our furniture for the home we're building. The process was easy and the staff also made it fun! I highly recommend checking out Ashley in Eau Claire if you're in the market for new furniture or just wanting to explore some options.

My 80-year-old mother ordered a couch from these people exact same one I ordered last year they charged $100 for delivery which was fine. My mother later called me and said they could not get it in. I went home, picked up my couch and brought it to her place Install my couch in her apartment Ashley would not refund her her money for delivery even though I showed him that I installed the exact same one so we told them they could refund the couch money, and I will shop somewhere else. I stopped in looking for a new couch and chair. As soon as I walked in Jessica greeted me at the door with a smile and was very friendly and helpful. She helped me along the way and was not pushy. She gave me space to look around and answered all my questions. She made my buying experience very easy.

The representative in the front of the store recommended where to look for floor lamps with dimming features. Within 15 minutes, we'd made our selection. She checked us out within 10 minutes and saved us $40 off the price listed on the floor. Excellent customer service and our lamp arrived 3 days before the estimated delivery date.

I bought two purple pillows on 02/02, to be told it would arrive in a few days, seems they just want to sell the Product with out true facts , I called a week later to cancel order , to be told, it would be canceled , the following week I received the delivery of the pillows , not once did anyone update me on any delays or any follow through with the purchase , now to go back to Ashley store in Eau Claire to have issues with the return of one of the pillows as it was the wrong size I wanted , I have a hard time believing I will get my return on the one pillow I left at the store , to be told there is a process , now Let’s see if I get a call on the return as I requested!! Get it together, care from beginning of the purchase to the end.

I came in and was just going to order a chair and an ottoman and was told that I would get a 10% discount. So at that time he decided to also order the matching couch. I had bought a small one off of a website that was just too tiny in my apartment and so I decided to get the set so that everything matched.

On 11/16 at 10:05 I came to Ashley’s to look for & hopefully purchase some living room lamps. The young man seated near the front door entrance on a couch looked up at me but never verbally acknowledged my entrance, instead he immediately looked away and remained concentrated on his phone. As I walked through the store I came upon a young lady who briefly looked at me as she walked past. She also remained totally silent. Neither employee bothered to ask if if I was looking for anything in particular, if they could be of any assistance or offered a greeting or a simple smile. Obviously I went elsewhere to make my purchases.

I purchased a couch with the help of Jason Larew, salesman at Ashley on Commonwealth Dr eau Claire. I told Jason exactly what I needed and wanted. He had the insite to find the couch I was looking for in the store. I couldn't believe how he listened and found what I needed with absolutely NO pushing or trying to change my mind. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. They discontinued the bedroom set I wanted. So, now I am stuck with half a bedroom set. I had to find a different one that doesn't match, and they wouldn't work with me when it came to the delivery so I planned around that ONLY for them to show up ahead of schedule anyways. I ordered it on July 8th and I won't get it until August 12th. Ridiculous.

In store was fine and we found what we wanted. We had to wait 2 weeks because of 1 of the 3 items which was fine. Delivery showed up and loveseat was damaged (not the peice we originally waited for). Was told they couldn't deliver it so they said I'd be contacted to set up a future delivery date. That never happened so I contacted them and they had a date and time picked out 3 weeks in the future. Which that's cool but why wouldn't you contact the costumer? Maybe that day doesn't work for me. Either way big hassle... family of 6 nowhere to sit. *Did that. Now what?

Awkward to be questioned immediately after walking in.

Don't buy any bedframes from them. I spent 1k on a bed frame just to have it break in 6 months. They sent half of the replacement parts and when I called to get the rest they said they will send the rest out. I called back and said that nothing was ordered to be sent out. Beyond disappointment with this company.

Very poor quality couch. Thought if we spent more on a couch and warranty that the quality would be better apparently not. The warranty doesn't even cover a tear in seam and noises the motor makes when reclining. Why even get the warranty. So disappointed

I purchased a mattress with a Comfort Guarantee. The salesman and manager told me that my purchase completed the qualifying requirements needed to receive the 90 day at home mattress test. After about 40 some days, I took the Mattress back to the store to exchange it for a different one. The manage at the store told me to take it home and they will pick it up and drop off the exchange Mattress. I went back to the store to pick out the exchange mattress and was told by a different manager, the 3rd one I have talked with, that I did not qualify for the exchange. He sent my request to the corporate office to let them know that I was unhappy. He stated that corporate would contact me within 72 hours to discuss the problem. They never did. I went back to the store and they would not help at all. I went to the Eau Claire court house and started a small claims action against Ashley Furniture and the managers. This is now after the 90 days. 4 days be for the court date the manager calls and now they can exchange the mattress. I said no thank you. I went to court and received all my money refunded, court cost refunded and some for my troubles. This may be the only way how to handle a transaction when they lie to you to make a sale.

Well we bought a nice 9 drawer dresser, and the sales guy (Jordan) is one of the best sales guy I’ve ever had. Definitely will be coming back in the future for furniture.

Jordan's sale style is the reason he made a sale today. He was incredibly thorough and friendly, knowledgeable on the products we looked at and had helpful suggestions. We weren't initially planning to make a purchase but were very serious about looking and ended up finding exactly what we wanted. It happened to be on a day where a good sale was being offered and we walked away after making our first payment towards a new sectional! I definitely recommend asking for Jordan if you are looking for a nice, new piece of home! :)

We walked into Ashley knowing exactly what we wanted. Jordan greeted us and was incredibly friendly. We asked a question and took a lap, by the time we got back he had the answer we needed. We bought a kitchen table in a matter of thirty minutes. Jordan is a true sales man, but in an incredibly kind and respectful way. It was a great experience!

Was having a good experience, until our delivery of a couch and chair only consisted of a couch. Wasn't told of any delay, and was treated poorly when returning to the store. Very disappointing experience.

My girlfriend and I were helped by a real nice guy named Jonathan and found exactly what we were looking for right away. He helped us find over $2,000 worth of furniture. He told us to expect a call within a week and that we would have our furniture delivered within 2-3 weeks. We were ecstatic. After 2 weeks of no call, we called them and they tell us we won't get our stuff until August or September. Talk about doing whatever for a sale. Absolutely classless and no I do don't recommend this place. Sad too because it seemed perfect. On to the next store.

Jaren is absolutely fantastic. He allows you to explore without following you around so you're able to do your own thing. I appreciated that since this is my first time buying furniture and sometimes having a salesperson follow you around can feel slightly pressuring/intimidating (at least for me). Jaren was great at explaining the furniture that caught my eye, recommended and explained the protection plan since I was buying an almost white couch, and explained the financing process well. I am moving out of state so there was a slight issue when trying to set up delivery and assembly (as the warehouse does not deliver where I am moving to) but the manager (I did not get his name) and Jaren helped list a couple different options I could do as an alternative which was pick up my furniture directly from the warehouse or order through another Ashley closer to where I am moving. The manager also suggested that we should check the availability of my furniture at the other location (if I wished to go with that option) so I would be able to see if everything would be in stock by the time I move in. I ended up choosing to pick up the furniture since their availability guaranteed everything will be in stock when I need it. Their customer service is fantastic and I am excited for my new furniture.

I was in the store this past week looking for a bookcase. Jordan let me browse then checked back with me and answered all the questions I had. Today I returned and purchased one with his help.

Ordered a couch in February. The girl convinced me to opt for the electric version that was ~$200 more expensive because it was going to arrive earlier, about a months wait. That was not a huge deal at first. So the day before delivery, March 24th I got 2 emails, 2 texts, and an automated call confirming delivery. So I had moved the old couch out of the area. Then the day of delivery they called and rescheduled. Item was on back order it will be another month, April 20th . Okay fine I guess..I’ll go without a couch for another month. Day before delivery, again, another month later. get all the confirmations. So April 20th they wake me up (I work nights) and have the truck outside. Perfect! Getting my couch….NOPE. They had the WRONG couch and then preceded to let me know I wouldn’t be able to have it delivered again until JUNE and if I wanted it earlier I could go to Arcadia and get it myself. I just opted for a complete refund.

The stitching came apart on my loveseat. My couch material on the back of my couch fell apart. My end table tops are like paper and peel off. This was a $4800 set , sold 18 months ago. Buyer beware...your set won't last 2 years.

Jaren Paulson was our salesman when purchasing our son’s new bed and mattress. He was so very helpful with all of the knowledge and options he provided to us. He was able to get the best deal possible, and choose an option that will be good for many years to come.

Ashley’s Eau Claire store is the most helpful furniture store. I am moving 5 hours north of Milwaukee and used Eau Claire to process my order. In Milwaukee I was able to sit on the couch that I wanted and called Eau Claire to get them to order it for me since they are so much closer to my new home than Milwaukee. They are so nice and kind. They facilitated the purchase over the phone with such care.

I’ve ordered mattress and they said it will arrive on September 4 after that i got call they said sorry will be delayed will arrive September 8 After Few days i got call again they said it will arrived on September 11 and today I called again and they surprised me they said it will arrive September 23 !!!! I will cancel this order, I really regretted that I bought from this store so shame.

We battled for months trying to get our sectional. We bought a 6 piece sectional and the end pieces were not correctly made and did not fit properly. We made multiple, MULTIPLE visits to the Eau Claire store to have them correct the issue. Every time we asked for an exchange or fix the issues we would get “it’s up to corporate.” After wasting so many weeks and time asking the store contact corporate, the order was still incorrect. We were eventually told by the EC store to contact corporate ourselves because they can’t do anything about it. And seriously, the Ashley delivery guys and technicians were WAY more helpful at contacting their employer immediately about our issue than the EC customer service reps. After days and hours, we finally got corporate to give us a refund. We discussed our frustration with corporate: our order was incorrect multiple times and the sofa did not align properly. However, days after I get “approved” for return (which I was told by corporate that it would go back into my credit card) the EC store called me saying that the store makes the decision about whether or not I will receive the money back into my credit card or receive a store credit. I’m sorry, but this whole time the EC store has been telling us that they can not make any decisions and everything is up to corporate but now the EC store is saying that the corporate call center can not make those decisions and only the Store can……???? The way this company goes around in circles is ridiculous. The way I see it, they don’t want to do their job. Now I’m back to waiting around for an answer about whether or not I will be receiving my money…… they just give you bad products, bad customer service and take your money. If the order was messed up but customer service was great, I’d come back. But after the bs I went through, never again.

If you are going to lie to your customer, make sure everyone is in on the lie. They called us this morning to tell us that the table we were supposed to get delivered was on a truck that broke down and they couldnt deliver it until the 27th. My husband ended up driving out to Arcadia to get the table and the guys tell him that they are short drivers and that's why it didnt get delivered. No truck broke down. Why lie?

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. The lady that helped us today...if you can call it help was very unpersonable. We left within 10 minutes and went somewhere else. We happily spent $1000 at another store after we left.

Ordered 2 rooms of furniture in October 2020 one was delayed and not delivered until February 2021. The furniture does not look right in our living room, we really do not like it. We were not told that once it is delivered they will not take it back. We have to resell it to get something we like. We even offered to take it back with our time and our funds. We also offered to pay a restocking fee and they will not take the pieces back. Horrible and awful experience. Do not recommend buying from them.

I went to Ashley Furniture in Eau Claire yesterday to look at couches and love seats. KAYLIN JOHNSON approached us and asked if we needed any assistance. I had a lot of questions and she was readily available to answer them. I asked for her card because I wanted to bring my husband back to look at the ones I picked out. I planned on going back the following Friday but saw that Kaylin was off that day, so we went today. First person to see us was Kaylin and again she was ready to help. I bought 3 couches and want to thank Kaylin for her help and professionalism. I would also like to thank Victor for his assistance.

We received two text messages and an automated phone call to confirm delivery. In the messages Ashley demands you reply each time or else they will cancel your delivery. This is complete nonsense! What if I didn't see the message? Or listen to the automated phone call until the end and push the required button? Not only do I find this as them trying to back out of delivery for some reason, but the furniture is very low quality wood and we even bought the high end stuff. It damages super easily. I will never go back there again.

Update: still no dresser. New date is November 6. What a joke. Not even an apology from anyone. Buyer beware! Ordered a dresser around Aug 4, 2020. Was told it was backordered for two weeks. No problem. But then it was another week, than another. Just got a call today, and yep, a month and a half later it's going to be "another week". Ridiculous. Two months for a dresser!! Get your stuff together Ashley. This will be my LAST purchase from you guys.

It's ok, people was right there to help

The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. All the furniture they had there all seemed to be of good high quality bad a fairly decent price.

The sales staff was friendly, but we were promised that our entire bedroom set would be delivered, and they brought us only nightstands, 1 dresser, and the mattress, even though we told them not to come until it was all ready. We had to sleep on the floor for a month before the rest was delivered. They put the bed together, and there is a broken railing and a flaw in another part. We were told they would contact us to make it right, but that was 2 weeks ago. All of these problems, and they only waived the delivery fee. I will never spend money there again.

Had some issues with fulfillment of an order at corporate level. Mat and Kayla at the Eau Claire store were excellent. They acknowledged the issue and did everything they could to resolve our issue. Thanks to them for customer service as it should be.

I ordered the Marsilona bed and dresser, and a few days later it went on sale for the deal of the day. I asked if I could get the sale price, and was told that I could cancel the order, and reorder it. Because the refund wouldn't be there before the deal of the day ended, I would need to call with an order number to request the sale price. Well, evidently that information on was incorrect, because now I am being told that once the deal of the day has ended the computer system cannot bring up the sale price again to match it. I am also giving Ashley Furniture only one star because the first time I ordered this, I had a coupon code for 10 percent off. The receipt stated the discount had been applied, but the total seemed high, so I double-checked it, and , sure enough, the discount had not been deducted from the total. Makes me wonder how many people Ashley Furniture has cheated. I would definitely check the math if you order from them.

I went to a number of furniture stores shopping for a new sectional couch set. A few (Bush's and HOM) were claiming massive discount, but final prices were still high. Economy was good value and floor sales very helpful, but our favorite pieces were Ashley anyway. Ashley experience was lovely. Tony was our sales help, and was great. Very friendly, not pushy at all, and provided print outs and details of options we considered. Good guy. We decided on options and Rob got everything ordered. Again, super friendly and informative. I was initially given a delivery date later than hoped, but Rob said he'd try to move up. Ashley followed up diligently (not putting the effort on me) and another great service manager got me a great updated delivery date. Guys all killed it on Customer Service. Thank you!!

I hope this review helps anyone to avoid using Ashley furniture. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is such poorly made furniture. My sofas frame broke in half less than a year after buying it and I don’t have any kids or pets. I also travel for work so this thing broke while barely being used. Also the salesmen pitch extended warranties to you and tell you how they will replace it no questions asked but that is so far from the truth. At this point I feel I would have been better off buying a sofa off of Craig’s list. I will never purchase anything from an Ashley store again I would advise anyone else to not waste their money at this place and go anywhere else to get quality furniture.

Awesome place to shop home stuff.

Sat down in a chair and when I leaned back to recline the chair it came apart and I ended up on the floor. Come to find out the person who puts the furniture together was taking this chair to the back and left it out in the store by getting sidetracked with a different task. I am a disabled Veteran and this was not my idea of trying out a new recliner. Wrenched my back and they treated me like I did something wrong. Didn't even have any concerns about the chair breaking apart and leaving me on the floor with one hell of a wrenched back.

They were great. The gentleman that help us was great and when he didnt have an answer to my millions of questions he got someone that did know. It was a great experience!!

Kelly was phenomenal from the moment we walked in the door. She was not pushy, very gently asked what we were looking for and decided to take a positive outlook on how to approach us and handle our specific needs. So she was new, and was not afraid to let us know that and ask for help when necessary for questions that we had which she could not answer directly. It was great to have and see a support system for her in the store. It truly made the experience that much better. Another special shout out to Victor and Rob whom both acted as Kelly’s support system!

We just bought a gorgeous sofa here. Very pleased with the location, prices and variations. But let's talk about a service. We had to find a helper, who happened to be James. Thank you so much! Very intelligent and nice person and a very good worker. But, guys, there were like 10 assistants, using 2 feet, and No one was interested to help us. Lucky we, heard like James was helping another couple and we literally grabed him after. In another furniture stored assistants help you without asking. But not in this store. But anyway, we are happy, that finally found a great sofa.

Let me start by saying the sales staff at this store is amazing! They are so helpful and willing to do the extra mile. However, the management is horrible. Regan specifically lacks customer service skills and the ability to think outside of the box. She could use more training and really didn't provide any accurate information when it came to an issue with a piece I purchased. I don't recommend talking to her with any issues you have or you will most likely become frustrated very quickly and she will probably hang up the phone on you. Very unprofessional.

Big displays..good for ideas of furniture.

If I could give them a zero I would. We bought a couch about two years ago with a five year warranty. We have issues with it the first year and tried to call the warranty company and they did nothing. So waited one more year and finally go sick of the couch and went into the store to see if we could get the couch fixed. Jenifer the manager was going to help us which she is not a good customer service person at all. She said to send pictures of the couch and would see what she could do about it. Sent her the pictures she never got them. That's what she told us a week after we called her from not hearing anything. So she finally got the pictures and she said she would send a tech out to look at it. He came a month later and looked the the couch. We went back roughly two months later to ask if they had heard anything and Jenifer said she didn't even know he was out there. So they looked up his notes and said because it was taken apart and put back together from when we moved that it was assembled wrong. All it take to put the two sides together is six bolts and nuts and two metal pieces to bolt the two sides together. Not hard especially when your a mechanic. So they said that WE would have to pay for the couch to be fixed. I love to support local companies in Wisconsin but I'll never buy furniture from Ashley furniture again. I'll buy something from China before I buy something from them again. Jennifer was a horrible manager and the communication with the customer is bad very bad. I hope someone at corporate gets this and makes some changes with there products and there customers service. Would sit on the floor before I sit on an Ashley product ever again. Might just go home and burn my couch tonight in the back yard and go to IKEA and buy a new one.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a sofa at the end of July. I was told the earliest delivery was August 22. They told me I could take home two throw pillows of my choice that were included in the price. Two days before the expected delivery they called to say the sofa was unavailable and wouldn't be available until Sept 5th. I asked if it was a guarantee that it would be delivered on September 5th. They said "no we can't guarentee that it will be available then. We won't know until closer to the date." I canceled the sale and asked for a refund. They said they could refund me for the couch but the pillows were not returnable. They charged me $30 for these pillows that I can't use but have to keep! What a SCAM!! BEWARE AND DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

I ordered a sectional at the Eau Claire store on July 25th and had a delivery date set to Wednesday, Aug. 8. I received a call on Sunday, Aug. 5th that I would not receive my sectional which I was a bit upset because Tony actually wanted to schedule us Aug. 3rd making it seem like we would receive our sectional quick. But my boyfriend and I both work weekends that is why we chose Aug. 8. We rescheduled to Wed. Aug. 22nd because the only dates available were Sat., 18th and Wed., 22nd. Again, my boyfriend and I work weekends. On Saturday 18th, my boyfriend received a confirmation text. And Monday, 20th I received a confirmation text. Today I received a call that I will not be receiving all my parts for my sectional tomorrow, some will be delivered but the rest will have to be rescheduled for another date. The delivery service is horrible. There are very few delivery dates available and it will be a month for me to receive my sectional. I do not understand the reason for having to pay delivery fees if my item is not going to be delivered on time and having to reschedule multiple times. I also talked to my coworker about Ashley and she mentioned that the same experience happened to her because someone delayed her couch. Compared to a competitor I bought furniture from, my dining set came in one week and my mattress was delayed but only took two weeks and I did not have to pay for delivery.

We had been searching online for about 6 months for a bedroom set for our daughter. We fell in love with the Kaslyn set and decided to go to the store to take a look. On arrival to the store we were greeted and given a saleswoman to work with. The store was very well set up and beautiful.

The store tried to help us out but the store credit they got use from their corporate office was not enough to replace the bad love seat they sold use in the frist place then the credit only lasted for three months. How many pieces of furniture can you have at one time? I am giving the store a three 🌟 for trying. But the prices and quilty of stuff I most likely will not go back do to a bad corporate that does not care about guest service.

Update 10/17: Sadly I need to retract some of my review. About 2 months later the frame of our very expensive bed is leaking fluid on the floor. We asked several times during purchase how Ashley handled their warranty and who fixed faulty parts (we had issues in the past). We were assured multiple times that Ashley does all that for us. NOT TRUE. We found out today that Ashley not only can't help us but they will take our information, schedule a tech to come out and then simply cancel the service without telling us. When we called back we were informed that we needed to chase down the vendor to "figure it out" and we were given a number to call where we were put on hold for 10 minutes then were told there was nothing they could do and hung up on. After calling Ashley back again we were given another number which thankfully lead to someone who in the end could help us however they were unable to tell us when a tech could be even scheduled to come out and fix it. It will be at least a few weeks. This is certainly NOT what we were sold. I'm not sure if I'm more upset that the product is apparently badly made and broke within a few months or that the road to fix it was so badly handled and that we were lied to on the sale. Either way very disappointed. Christopher does a great job. Very knowledgeable, gives all the options, doesn't waste your time with things that aren't what you want, not too salesmen pushy and works hard to get the best deal. Very excited for our new furniture!!!

We went to Ashley in Eau Claire to find new living room furniture and bedroom furniture. I didn't do a lot of research before we went. While searching for new living room furniture and after several stores, I decided to try Ashley. While browsing from area to area, I found a set that I was going to purchase. I still wanted to browse the store to check out other items they carried and when I came back to the original item, the salespeople had changed the pricing which put it out of the range I was willing to spend. I opted for another set, had it delivered and within a week, one of the pieces broke during normal use. Very disappointed in the quality, which I was told that these items were near the best they had, for the price I paid. Having a tech come to see if chair can be repaired, they didn't call until after 4:30 the day prior not taking into any consideration for people who work and may possibly need to make arrangements. Hopefully repair or replacement will be smoother.
