Employees are less than truthful about extended warranties. Spent almost $10k on furniture, purchased the coverage for kids and pets, went over the coverage with the employee, was told all damage was covered. When I read back through the warranty, in the fine print, I noticed that cat claws/dog chewing was not covered. Totally understandable. However, when I filed a claim for the rips/tears on the back of the furniture, it was denied. They said that punctures are covered, but rubbing is not. If there had been a nail on my wall that had gone into the furniture, it would have been covered, but texture on my wall ripping the leather is not covered. Splitting hairs. So basically, screw you. Ashley says they can’t do anything about it because I purchased the coverage, so I have to take it up with them. Just keep passing the buck.

I ordered a product in February 2022 I was told it was on back order. In June I was sent an email saying that Authorization for payment for my order did not go through at the time, I called updated my payment information received two emails that payment was authorized and was verbally told my table would be delivered in August. I called to check the status of my order end of august was told that it was canceled because My payment was denied. I was told I was notified of this and I never responded which was not true! This was after I was already told that everything was set for my order when I updated my payment information. When I called back to look into the situation I was told I would have to re-order the item, I would have to speak to the escalation department fast- tracked and then I would have to speak to customer care to even find out the item number for what I ordered since Ashley send such limited confirmation information to you when you order online. 6 months later with no product and I’ve never dealt with a company where you hear from the representatives they can NOT help you and that YOU need to do take action to rectify the situation instead of the company taking the action to Fix the situation, not impressed, If a Customer service rep would have offered to reorder and ship asap I would’ve still purchased the table. Not only lost this sale but a customer.

Jessica was great and very accommodating but once I ordered they stopped being accommodating and were very rude about scheduling the delivery. Jessica told me I could schedule a day that fit my schedule after I told her when I am available and when I came in to pick the date they were anything but! Extremely rude front desk manager at this location with zero empathy and seemingly no customer service experience. Most people have a work schedule and they only deliver to certain places on certain days and I could not find a day to fit into my schedule after I was assured during purchase they could accommodate my schedule, and I even payed hundreds extra for the premium delivery and furniture care. So now I have to go through the hassle of trying to find a way to have someone available for the delivery on the 1 day they even deliver to my area that isn’t a weekday during work hours. If you work during the week and don’t have every weekend off just go to HOM furniture their staff are way nicer and their delivery is much more flexible to your schedule.

Well we bought a nice 9 drawer dresser, and the sales guy (Jordan) is one of the best sales guy I’ve ever had. Definitely will be coming back in the future for furniture.

Jordan's sale style is the reason he made a sale today. He was incredibly thorough and friendly, knowledgeable on the products we looked at and had helpful suggestions. We weren't initially planning to make a purchase but were very serious about looking and ended up finding exactly what we wanted. It happened to be on a day where a good sale was being offered and we walked away after making our first payment towards a new sectional! I definitely recommend asking for Jordan if you are looking for a nice, new piece of home! :)

Let me start by saying the sales staff at this store is amazing! They are so helpful and willing to do the extra mile. However, the management is horrible. Regan specifically lacks customer service skills and the ability to think outside of the box. She could use more training and really didn't provide any accurate information when it can to an issue with a piece I purchased. I don't recommend taking to her with any issues you have or you will most likely become frustrated very quickly.
