Jessica was very helpful. She introduced herself and then left us alone to browse. She followed up with us after we leisurely looked and asked if we had any questions. I loved that as it gave me time to think about placement, etc. She sold us a dining room table. Thank you Jessica for making our experience a fun and relaxing one. We stopped to look at a table that we'd seen online. Mat greeted us, showed us where to locate the table and allowed time for us to look and shop. He answered our questions and we left with a new dining set! The shopping experience was enjoyable and the set is beautiful!

I’ve ordered mattress and they said it will arrive on September 4 after that i got call they said sorry will be delayed will arrive September 8 After Few days i got call again they said it will arrived on September 11 and today I called again and they surprised me they said it will arrive September 23 !!!! I will cancel this order, I really regretted that I bought from this store so shame.

We battled for months trying to get our sectional. We bought a 6 piece sectional and the end pieces were not correctly made and did not fit properly. We made multiple, MULTIPLE visits to the Eau Claire store to have them correct the issue. Every time we asked for an exchange or fix the issues we would get “it’s up to corporate.” After wasting so many weeks and time asking the store contact corporate, the order was still incorrect. We were eventually told by the EC store to contact corporate ourselves because they can’t do anything about it. And seriously, the Ashley delivery guys and technicians were WAY more helpful at contacting their employer immediately about our issue than the EC customer service reps. After days and hours, we finally got corporate to give us a refund. We discussed our frustration with corporate: our order was incorrect multiple times and the sofa did not align properly. However, days after I get “approved” for return (which I was told by corporate that it would go back into my credit card) the EC store called me saying that the store makes the decision about whether or not I will receive the money back into my credit card or receive a store credit. I’m sorry, but this whole time the EC store has been telling us that they can not make any decisions and everything is up to corporate but now the EC store is saying that the corporate call center can not make those decisions and only the Store can……???? The way this company goes around in circles is ridiculous. The way I see it, they don’t want to do their job. Now I’m back to waiting around for an answer about whether or not I will be receiving my money…… they just give you bad products, bad customer service and take your money. If the order was messed up but customer service was great, I’d come back. But after the bs I went through, never again.

Horrible company, fired my boyfriend because he was expressing to a coworker how sometimes work felt very repetitive, almost like a dream and hr pulled him aside and said he was fired for it and now because of that we can’t pay our rent. He wasn’t even bad mouthing the job!!! He even drove back to work the same day and begged to have his job back. How disgusting is it that you guys fired him and now we might get evicted? People have lives and bills that need to be paid.

If you are going to lie to your customer, make sure everyone is in on the lie. They called us this morning to tell us that the table we were supposed to get delivered was on a truck that broke down and they couldnt deliver it until the 27th. My husband ended up driving out to Arcadia to get the table and the guys tell him that they are short drivers and that's why it didnt get delivered. No truck broke down. Why lie?

I spent over 1,800$ on my couch plus paid for the warranty. I haven’t even had my couch for two years an it’s ripping apart just from normal wear n tear. I called the warranty department three months ago. Was told they’d replace the piece to my couch never happened. I’ve called numerous times. Most times I’m waiting an hour an than get hung up on. I had them clean it an when it dried the whole couch smells like pee. I’ve gone to Ashley furniture three weeks in a row trying to talk to a manager to try n figure something out. There the ones selling the warranty & guaranteeing there furniture I don’t need a manager telling me he doesn’t know how to help me because it’s a third party n they should have gotten back to me & that they’ve emailed them too an don’t know what to do. I’m the customer I don’t know what to do. As a manager they should be reaching out an trying to help more than just an email. Other pieces of my couch are starting to do the same thing. It’s sad I spent a lot of money on this couch. I have five kids an ill wind up having to get rid of it an get something else. After this experience I’ll never shop anything Ashley furniture ever again.

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. The lady that helped us today...if you can call it help was very unpersonable. We left within 10 minutes and went somewhere else. We happily spent $1000 at another store after we left.
