I’ve had great experiences at Ashley Furniture in Eau Claire. Victor is the store manager there and he knows everything there is to know about furniture. He’s very personable and he gets it done for you! Very knowledgeable on all of the product. Also the customer service reps at the front desk do a great job! 10/10 would recommend this store!

Me and my girlfriend whent to Ashley furniture today to buy a new couch and Jordan approached us when we arrived and helped direct us to what we where looking for and helped us pick out our new couch he was very helpful with all the choices and explaining all our questions to us
Jaren is absolutely fantastic. He allows you to explore without following you around so you're able to do your own thing. I appreciated that since this is my first time buying furniture and sometimes having a salesperson follow you around can feel slightly pressuring/intimidating (at least for me). Jaren was great at explaining the furniture that caught my eye, recommended and explained the protection plan since I was buying an almost white couch, and explained the financing process well. I am moving out of state so there was a slight issue when trying to set up delivery and assembly (as the warehouse does not deliver where I am moving to) but the manager (I did not get his name) and Jaren helped list a couple different options I could do as an alternative which was pick up my furniture directly from the warehouse or order through another Ashley closer to where I am moving. The manager also suggested that we should check the availability of my furniture at the other location (if I wished to go with that option) so I would be able to see if everything would be in stock by the time I move in. I ended up choosing to pick up the furniture since their availability guaranteed everything will be in stock when I need it. Their customer service is fantastic and I am excited for my new furniture.
I was in the store this past week looking for a bookcase. Jordan let me browse then checked back with me and answered all the questions I had. Today I returned and purchased one with his help.
Ordered a couch in February. The girl convinced me to opt for the electric version that was ~$200 more expensive because it was going to arrive earlier, about a months wait. That was not a huge deal at first. So the day before delivery, March 24th I got 2 emails, 2 texts, and an automated call confirming delivery. So I had moved the old couch out of the area. Then the day of delivery they called and rescheduled. Item was on back order it will be another month, April 20th . Okay fine I guess..I’ll go without a couch for another month. Day before delivery, again, another month later. get all the confirmations. So April 20th they wake me up (I work nights) and have the truck outside. Perfect! Getting my couch….NOPE. They had the WRONG couch and then preceded to let me know I wouldn’t be able to have it delivered again until JUNE and if I wanted it earlier I could go to Arcadia and get it myself. I just opted for a complete refund.
Jaren was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best couch ever!! Highly recommended.
