Jessica was extremely helpful and thorough with her explanation and knowledge of color, shape, size, price, and warranty. She was very attentive to what I was looking for and went out of her way to get me the best fit in living room furniture. I’ve always had great experiences with Ashley Furniture and this time didn’t disappoint!

Bought a $5,000 set from the Eau Claire store. The delivery service was good. The customer service is definitely no more than a 3 star. We had a defective lamp that was manufactured out of spec; customer service via phone was so terrible, we had to drive to the store to address the issue. We thought the prices were fair at first, but then after owning this set for about 2 years we would have to say the furniture is overpriced due to poor quality in multiple areas. You can feel the sharp edges of the wood pressing against the back of your calves through the foot rest once it is reclined. The padding in the footrest area is way too thin. The fabric tore in the seam of the seat area, so we filed a claim. In about a week we received a sleeve, that in order to put on, you have to fully disassemble the lower section. We ended up sewing and super gluing tear. One of the pegs that connects one section to another was too long (wrong hardware used during assembly), that it put a tear in side of the section we were trying to connect it to. I had to go to the hardware store and find a substitute replacement bolt that was shorter in length. The power button/USB was over tightened during assembly causing plastic to break and the cover to fall off and stay off. If you choose to lay down, which we all like to do from time to time, the buttons used to recline will poke at you. There are staples that hold plastic sleeves on along the base of each piece, which makes it easy to slide, but those staples will either scratch the floor or catch the carpet. One good thing about all of this is I know what to look out for next time when selecting similar furniture. We will sell this set this fall and are going to try a local store with better service and will definitely be looking at quality vs price this time.

Worst experience I have ever had. I would give negative stars if it was an option. I paid extra for white glove delivery and the warranty. I set up delivery for 1/31. The delivery went fairly smoothly except for one drawer from the bed I ordered was broken and unusable. The delivery people said they submitted a claim right away and it would be delivered 2/11. On 2/11 I sent a message saying that I hadn’t heard anything about delivery and was wondering if there was a status update. The rep I talked to said that I could expect delivery that Friday aka 2/13. That day comes and goes with no information. I the talk to another rep on the 18th that says the item should ship on the 20th so I should message back that day to find out more information. I message back on the 20th and am told that the claim wasn't processed until the 6th which I was told it was done the 31st. I was then told that shipping time should be 1-2 weeks and they will give me a 15% discount off of one item for the inconvenience. The next day I get an email saying that the part now isn’t expected until mid April. It is currently the 6th, still haven’t gotten the discount that was supposedly applied and have heard nothing regarding delivery or an update. They also sent me emails that I should reply to however they haven’t answered me for over two weeks. The lack of communication in this company is astounding and frankly a 15% discount is not enough considering I purchased brand new furniture, white glove delivery, and a warranty and haven’t gotten any of this fully fulfilled. I highly suggest ordering from ANYWHERE else.

We are very pleased with the service we received from the sales consultant at Ashley‘s here in Eau Claire. We went into the store, looking too check out an end table cost, and as a result of that visit, we wound up buying several items in the neighborhood of $4500 and we are really happy happy with the product and the experience we had at Ashley‘s Ken Anderson
