We walked around the store several times for over 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. Not even the greeter. We had to go to the desk at the back of the store where the lady had to use a walkie talkie to ask someone to come help us.

I will never step foot into an Ashley store again. And certainly won't spend thousands on custom furniture that they won't back. If you have a problem you can't go into the store to get customer service. They send you to a call center in Plover. They wash their hands of you in the store once the sale is made. Sad customer service (coming from someone who works in the field). First chair arrived damaged (thankfully the delivery driver was honest and said deny the delivery). 2nd one arrived and after sitting it in once it made a clicking sound....come to find out the it's an ongoing problem with the manufacturer....and instead of making sure it's fixed when it arrives at Ashley...they just send it out and wait for a service call. 5 months in....the chair is peeling in 3 areas, it's wobbly (like it's falling apart) and it makes a clicking sound when you move your leg. That's all with the leather custom chair. The couch also has issues that I haven't even started to tackle. One headrest is extremely crooked (arrived that way). Service tech #2 is coming out today....fingers crossed. I'd really just prefer they take their pile of garbage back with them and give me my money back.

Worst customer service. Do not buy their warranties. After 7 months our 6,000 custom couch is falling apart. We paid 750$ warranty. the store and the warranty company are refusing to cover any of the written warranty items. I have sent multiple pictures and don’t receive responses. I called back about 10 days later and no one helps you resolve anything. They told me it was my fault because I unzipped the zipper ONCE! Even though is purposely put on a couch and to unzip? It’s cheap products sold at a high cost, unprofessional warranty company, and terrible customer service. Sales man was great when I bought it and then after they have your money they treat you like trash. Spend your money else where. considering our up coming remodel huge loss to them! I’ll give my money to Van Vreede's Appliance, Furniture, best customer service!

I would never again purchase from Ashley Furniture. I ordered a sectional which was delivered broken. They replaced the piece and it was again not right. I had two different service technicians come out and attempt to fix the area that once again appeared broken in a section. The second service tech left the couch completely ruined. Three holes in the fabric and a completely non symmetrical couch. Then attempting to get a phone call back from the furniture care and protection agency that they sold to me was a disaster.
I am so lucky to have walked into the store and have a young man named Daniel assist me. Although we were looking for a recliner for my daughter, I ended up purchasing a couch and recliner set as well as a power recliner. It was fast, easy, and prices were very reasonable as the quality is 5 star. He explained my warranty options clearly and it was delivered within 4 days. The young men who delivered the items were extremely nice and so careful bringing the items in and setting them up. I would highly recommend Ashley here in Green Bay. I will definitely shop there again.

After I got there, I was asked by a Sales Manager how she could help me. I had two items I needed help with. She helped me in a very professional and efficient manner. Disappointed. We bought a large sectional a month or two ago. I went outside to plant some hydrangeas in front of our house. The sectional is against our front windows in our livingroom placed there by the Ashley delivery people and hasn't moved. A small hole in the couch caught my eye. It is in the back right on the top corner. I had not previously seen the couch from this perspective. It is right on the corner with bare wood underneath. It isn't in an area that really gets touched by anyone. I suspect it has been there all along. Thinking the couch had a one year warranty I tried not to get too upset. I called and the customer service representative said the one year warranty for manufacturer defects ( which I think this looks like a textbook case of defect) is only covered for 24 hrs after delivery. So really it isn't a year at all. She said I could attempt to make a claim with the accident coverage we also bought. I guess that is what I will have to do but now I have no faith in that either. It should be covered under their 1 year warranty. In my opinion we overpaid for this couch. It was online for cheaper, with free delivery ( we paid for that too) but got conned by the sales pitch of, "but we are the manufacturer, if anything goes wrong we will make it right. We have a warranty, they don't..." Very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for the rest of our furniture.

This company and furniture is complete trash. Do not purchase protection from them it's not worth it. Management doesn't return calls warranty company is a joke. Purchased couch and table from there 1 year ago and they are both falling apart, I have no kids and I am always gone for work. The wood is similar to walmart wood. Just junk.
Everyone please read this before even thinking of going to Ashley furniture!!! This is not a post about the furniture itself, it is about the warranty and the customer service of the people at the store and the customer service of the warranty company. Never have I ever had to jump through so many hoops just to get no where. My wife and I recently purchased a couch in may and were asked if we wanted a warranty added. We looked at each other and said no, but the sales person really pushed for it.. “well do you guys have any animals? We will cover any they do to it.” We have two dogs and occasionally rehome cats. I specifically asked if a cat urinated on the couch it would be covered because I’ve been around cats a long time and you’re not getting that out of anything. “Oh yeah yeah, we cover it all.” We decided to go with the warranty. Couple weeks after we got the couch one of the kittens we rehomed urinated on the couch. I put in a claim right away. Pretty easy process. Takes them 2 to 2 and a half weeks to send someone out here to clean the couch which is pretty ridiculous if you ask me but whatever. That is their process. Clean and if they can’t clean they replace. After the cleaning and drying process it still smelled like cat urine. I called up the warranty place and it had to go to the next level since it was already cleaned. After over a month of this they finally denied the claim and said they don’t replace the furniture because of odor. They sent someone out and cleaned it and it was cleaned…. Clearly it is not clean because there is still an odor… tried calling the warranty people back to reopen the case or have them relook at this and got nothing. Then called the Green Bay store itself to see if they could make this right and they were absolutely no help. All I got was we will have to talk to the sales team and re go over what the warranty covers. Worst experience we have ever had. We were lied to and they don’t care. Nice furniture but we will never go back to Ashley ever again and suggest no one else does either. Or at the very least do not fall into the trap of buying warranty’s because they don’t cover anything. Sales will try to tell you differently but trust me they are lying

I have had such great experiences at Ashley Furniture, specifically the Ashwaubenon location with Benny, the sales representative. I purchased a beautiful bedroom set back in September 2023 and then returned to see Benny again just a month or so ago when moving into a new apartment where I purchased a new living room set and dining room set. Benny has been more than helpful throughout both processes and I’ve enjoyed working with him the few times! He always has great advice, willing to help, and is very excited about what he does! The product and service have both been wonderful and I will be a forever returning customer! Thanks to Ashley Furniture and Benny!

I wanted to post this to give a huge thanks to Elijah. We had an issue with a rip in a couch that was delivered and a setup issue that resulted in buying the wrong pieces of a sectional. Elijah was incredibly helpful and professional in getting everything straightened out for us and getting us a sectional that fit our house. He was very apologetic even though he had nothing to do with the issues. We really appreciated his customer service.

Overall this was our first purchase from this store but was really a great experience and left the store satisfied and happy with a bigger purchase for ourselves. My daughter also thought that Nate was a “really cool guy”! Thank again for helping on this big purchase and look forward to eating at our new kitchen table as a family and watching our girls grow into their bunk beds!

My 30 year old recliner with heat and massage was at end of life, so the hunt for a replacement was on, not an easy task, like replacing a old pair shoes. After weeks and lots of recliner testing I found the perfect recliner, my 1st choice turned out to be a FLOP, mostly because it was late, I was tired & exhausted, which led to a hasty decision. Worst experience I have ever had either 6 months for an ottoman that was supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks . Second order furniture was delivered damaged I was working out of town sent pictures 5 days later and they said I would have to pay cause it was more then 72 hours . They admitted they delivered it damaged so now the extended warranty I bought won’t cover it either . Worst furniture store I have ever dealt with o could give them zero dates I would . Terrible customer service no accountability just sorry about your luck on to the next sale . I really hope this review saves someone else the head ache and thousands of dollars for something o could have got at thrift store for a hundred bucks
Having the absolute worst experience with the Sheboygan store but Hailey(sorry if the spelling is wrong) who works at the Green Bay store was taking calls for the Sheboygan store and her compassion and empathy towards our situation was amazing. She should be in charge of customer service training. 10/10 for her service today but -10/10 for our Sheboygan Ashley Store.
First off, we were bombarded by sales people when we walked in. Second, we chose what we wanted and upon delivery. I had to send the tables back because they came damaged. Along with the dining set which scratched instantly. So they once again came to get it and we had to go back and pick out other pieces. Had I known the furniture was put together by blind people I wouldn't have bought it. The dining set I have now is literally put together with glue! You can see it all over they didn't even clean up the extra. The couch and ottoman we have is losing the stuffing and is not looking as nice as it did (wrinkling) and it's just me and my husband. The old adage you get what you pay for fits here. Also I paid the extra $$$ for the insurance and lo and behold it doesn't cover the stuffing coming out, or the couch shape. I repeat...DONT buy the Insurance! It's useless and just another way for them to get a few hundred $$$ from you! I won't ever buy from this place again!

My wife and I bought a simple ottoman from Ashley. They advertised as a Christmas sale and to be available before Christmas with the delivery date for Dec. 23. That's the only reason we bought the piece there so we can give it to my son as a gift. Well, Dec 23 came, so did Dec. 28, Jan 6, Jan 12, and now supposedly maybe Jan 18 or 20. I usually don't write reviews but no one in the Ashley organization has enough sense or courage to call and give me updates. I was told by some lady in Pewaukee that I could drive to Stevens Point and pick up the piece myself!! Does management, is there Management??, have enough sense to get problems ironed out??Needless to say we cancelled our order and went to WG&R and had a new ottoman the same day. That's how you do business and keep costumers. Now it's a matter of getting my money back. I will go to the store myself and get that!!! Keep your sanity and don't shop at the Ashley store in Green Bay.
Love Ashley furniture. Good buy for the money, but service is awful. I ordered a bed set in August, a piece was missing for the bed, so it wasn’t able to be put together. I have been waiting for over 4 months. Every time I call, it is 2 to 4 weeks or it will be here by the end of the month. When I call they don’t always call back. I think they are embarrassed to tell me another month. The people are always sympathetic but I just want a bed to sleep in. Update Well the pieces for the bed came in February. Two men came to put it together. They said the pieces were there all along. So I waited and slept on the mattress on the floor for 5 months for nothing. The first guys put it together wrong so thought pieces were missing. But it’s together now and I love it.
Well where do I begin.. First I will give kudos to Amanda Irish and Caleb Richie for assisting me with my purchases. They are very easy to work not pushy and let you make your mind up on your purchases. I will let you know that the NEW phone service they have SUCKS! You cannot get a message to anyone thru it. I left a message the day my brand new couch was delivered custom ordered I may add, and it was damaged by the people who load the trucks..... My brand new love seat had its side dented in because how they pack some much into the trucks and since we were the last stop my furniture was in the back of truck and had all the other items in truck smashed into it causing the damage . this was explained to me by the man who had to come and fix my custom made couch. Next was my new mattress we just purchase. It was Defective from the get go and I could not get thru to anyone on the phone system again. I left a message on the day it was delivered because the delivery persons who brought in the mattress to our home had one worker bee and one not so worker bee. That bee thought he should make a phone call outside my home instead of helping the other bee set things up. My husband who was not suppose to help ended up helping the other bee who was left doing things by himself. Funny it was the same bee who moved my sisters furniture into her apartment in April 2023 and my sister and I helped the man in the kitchen wrestle with trying to stand table up by himself because the worker bee in the bedroom could not put her bedroom set together. We ended up putting together her office chair since it took forever for them put the furniture together. Also on her move the handles that went on her bed drawers and dresser and night stand did not fit so you could not put them on!!!! She also had grease on her ottoman for her couch and it took over two weeks to get so my sister being handy like we were taught by our parents cleaned and fixed her own stuff. She was very disappointed in the service of this company as am I . What is also sad her furniture she bought is starting to wear down after 9 months and she dropped 11,000 for it. It might not sound like a lot to you but a single person it is a lot. My mattress I bought I had to jump thru such fiery hoops to get them to believe me that it was defective and was sleeping on it so terrible that we had to drive into town and go to the store to get anything done. Ashley Ashley Ashley...shame on you for such shoddy business. My deliver was suppose to be in the afternoon mid day and ended up after 5pm for just one mattress and the your worker bees are not anything to write home about!!! I could have done a better job at moving one mattress and frame. And I know I could have moved a lot faster then these men that were your delivery. But your new phone system needs to go. We do not blame the sales staff but it would be nice if when your items start to fall apart or break down that you can get someone to help at store level than having to go thru the red tape and of getting your items fixed or replaced. I speak for myself and my sister who I brought to this store to buy her furniture and no she has items braking down and really is not enjoying her new furniture. As for your delivery and phone get rid of it and get people who want to work and get people trained how to fill trucks correctly so that other peoples items do not get damaged and then get told oh well call the store and you get that lovely phone systems that sends your call to never never land and you end up like me going down to the store to get someone to help me. Their online ordering returns are honestly a scam. Bought a nursery rocker for $330 that leans forward so far that it seems bent. Ashley Furniture's response is that they'll refund us when we cover shipping it back to KS. Not cost effective at all. Why can't we return to nearest store? Because they know people won't want to spend $100+ to ship it back and they'll keep the sale. So frustrating!

Bought a couch from Nate today and it was the easiest experience I’ve ever had. He was so helpful from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. There was no pressure, just a great experience!
Worst customer service. They ordered the wrong merchandise which I picked up twice first was damaged so I never saw it they said they had to reorder and when I picked up the I assembled one and drove home 3 hrs only to have it assembled and realized it was the incorrect product they refused to even answer my calls and when they did they were so rude. I will never purchase or recommend any friends or family. From sales to management they were by far the rudest company I have ever dealt with.

When we first entered the store, Elijah introduced himself and asked how he could help us. We were looking for an accent chair. He pointed us in the best direction to start looking and told us about current sales, and then he let us wander through the store on our own. I appreciated the freedom to roam, as I hate having a salesperson follow me around. That said, Elijah did check on us to see how we were doing, but didn't hover or pressure us. After looking at, trying, and comparing several different chairs, I found one I thought seemed right for me. Just then, Elijah appeared again to see how we were doing. When I said I thought I found the one, Elijah helped me pick out a custom fabric that I'm super excited about. The checks process was easy and quick, and I'm looking forward to the chair arriving in about 6 weeks. To be honest, Elijah's service and personality were big factors to my purchase decision. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I'm posting a picture of the showroom chair with my fabric sample on top of it. That fabric is going to be so cozy and comfy for my new reading chair, and I can't wait until it arrives!

We were offered delivery of our mattress to our door for $50 which seemed like a good idea so we scheduled the delivery. We had to wait 5 days for delivery, wait around for the driver only to find out that the box was small enough to fit in the back of our car. If we were told how big the box was in the store when we bought the mattress we would have picked it up there, saved $50 and been sleeping on it for 5 days by now. Instead Ashley decided to take our money, waste our time and make us sleep on an uncomfortable mattress 5 nights longer than we needed to. We haven’t even slept one night on our mattress and we’re already unhappy. Please communicate to your customers how big the boxes will be so they can make an informed decision on delivery. I didn’t know this mattress came in a small box. I was told it came in a box but not that it was a small box that would fit in my car. I’m not the mattress experts - you are.
Nathan was awesome to work with at the Green Bay location. He answered all our questions and was very honest when it came to questions he didn't know, but got an answer from his manager. Nathan made great recommendations of sofas that we were looking into that was within our price range. The process of financing and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Ashley's Furniture and Nathan, specifically, for anyone who plans to purchase any new furniture. I'm glad we got to work with such an awesome store and their employee. I have bought a few thing over the years but just a few months ago bought a beautyrest bed that had probs from the beginning. Beautyrest rest wanted us to jump thru hoops just for the warantee so we went back and talked to our salesman about our porb. We got the manger who delt with probs with the bed we bought. Not only did we take advantage of the sleep guarantee froolm Ashley, he waived the 200 dollar return policy but gave us a gift card of the 600 dollar for the difference of the new mattress we ended up getting in replace of the one we had!! We will definitely be back for our future needs!! Great people to work with! By the way stay away from the beautyrest diamond lux bed. Horrible!
When we walked into the door we were greeted by Ben. We were looking for living room chairs. Ben was just an amazing man. He let us take our time and checked back with us. He had shown us chairs that maybe would fit our needs. He was not a pushing Salesman. During our time there we did find what we were looking for. He is just an awesome and caring person! Nate was very knowledgeable about lift chairs. Had all the answers to my questions and I found the perfect chair for me. Delivery was on time. Ashley keeps you updated on the delivery time via text and I loved that. At about 9am I was the 5th scheduled delivery at approx 10:01. Soon I was the next scheduled delivery at approx 9:56. Beats waiting around, watching out the window for 3 hours!
My husband and I had a very positive experience at the Green Bay store. We had the pleasure of working with Caleb Richie. Caleb took his time with us as we were mattress shopping. We knew what we wanted and Caleb did not try to persuade us to go a different route. He really listened to our needs and answered all our questions. Caleb could not have been any kinder or professional. He told us to call him with any concerns we might have once we receive our new mattress. We appreciate his outgoing personality and he made us feel very comfortable. All retailers should be so lucky to have an employee like Caleb.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I would highly recommend avoiding purchasing anything from here! We attempted to purchase a bedroom set from the Green Bay location almost a year ago and have yet to receive it!!! The truck attempted to deliver the set roughly 6 times! Numerous times it arrived damaged and/or it never got loaded on the truck. Extremely poor customer service. 2 sets were purchased and roughly 10k later - unbelievable - I would look elsewhere!One last thing, don't allow for their sales team to talk you into accepting a partial delivery! Their team will inform you that it cannot be returned.... However, there is a loop around!

I bought a power recliner last week. I needed one quickly and Dave was able to find one in stock at the warehouse. He said that he could have it here by mid-week. Or, if I was willing to drive to the warehouse, I could get the next day. It was about a 75-minute drive and an easy to find warehouse. The warehouse staff was also excellent in pulling the chair from the shelves and helping me load into my vehicle. I'll do business with Ashley again!
Every time I walk into this store with my husband I think “This will be the time we finally find someone to help us”. Nope; today we walked in looking to purchase a head and footboard for our new adjustable bed. We were approached by a sales guy and told him what we were looking for, he asked if we’d been in before and who helped us. We told him we didn't remember (we usually buy online). At this point he said pretty much every bed frame works with an adjustable bed and that he’d let us look around. We walked around for a bit and not one time did he check on us to see if we had questions or if we found something we liked ! I can’t believe how bad the customer service is here. Just because we don’t wear a suit and tie to go shopping, doesn’t mean we can’t afford anything. I bought a $5000 furniture set online because the sales people turn up their noses when we walk in.
We bought a set of 4 chairs and had probably one of the best experiences while buying furniture. The person helping us name was ben and he was great helping finding what we needed to the price of our comfort.

Won’t be shopping here ever again. I never write bad reviews but this place has set a new standard. We purchased over $10k worth of furniture in the past two years. We bought the “amazing” insurance for the furniture as well paying over $600 for coverage. We filed a claim once on multiple spots and it was covered. We then filed a claim for one cushion. It was denied because our kid spilled his Tylenol and his juice on the cushion. Annoying because it was sold as this coverage that covers everything as long as you call within 5 days of the spill, but not the end of the world. We then reached out to Ashley furniture to order a new cushion cover which only costs $30. I asked if Ashley Furniture would cover it as we just spent a bunch of money there. They said they wouldn’t. I then decided to order the $100 cushion so we had better padding instead of the $30 cushion cover. I was told it would be about 2 weeks before it arrived at my home. A month goes by and still not here. I call the store, it’s been shipped to a store 2 hours away from the store I purchased from and they won’t ship it to my house. It’s an in store pick up only item. They’ll ship an entire couch to your house but not a cushion. It has been over 4 months and I still don’t have my couch cushion. I have spent over 5 hours one the phone with the store, a service department, and claims. All of this and they still can’t figure out how to get a couch cushion to me. Each department repeatedly says “that’s not our department” then proceeds to blame the other department.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we needed and took their time with us.

I had ordered furniture and paid the same day. I received a delivery text saying it would be delivered on January 11th with a follow up text confirmation for that day. I received a phone call saying they don't deliver on Wednesday's anymore and that they changed their policy. I told them I took the day off of work already because someone has to be home for them to deliver and all I got was a huge run around. I talked to a manager named angel and she told me she would look into it and call me back. The return phone call never came so I called back 2 days later and I was told she is still working on it and I would receive a phone call the next day which never happened. A week later I finally called angel AGAIN and that's when she started yelling at me on the phone. Angel should never be in the position she is. If your shopping at Ashley furniture in Green Bay on Willard drive please be prepared for terrible customer service by this service manager!

Really hate to have to post on here. But I reached out to our sales person Brenda and the customer service directly twice with no reply. The quality of our furniture is terrible. We’ve had it since March and it’s wearing so bad it looks five years old ! I have also reached out to the warranty company which I still have yet to here back on a resolution and it’s been a month. I will never buy from them again! They obviously don’t care about their customers or the quality of the products they sell. We waited years to buy a couch, spent over $3,000 a simple reply isn’t asking too much!

So far terrible. I spent a lot of money (11,000) many pieces came damaged. In stead of sending me new things, they want to send a repair man. I bought new furniture, I don’t expect new repaired furniture. So now that I have made my complaint, I will be contacted within 72 hours to schedule repairs.
My family and I went to Ashley Furniture to purchase a new bed for our son. Our salesperson, Tom L, was top-notch. He listened to our objectives, and it was obvious that he was well-educated on the products available throughout the Ashley store. We learned about several different mattress and bedroom options, and at no point in time did he attempt to over-sell. My husband and I were so impressed with our experience that we asked Tom to show us Living Room furniture. Again, Tom listened to our wish-list, and he showed us several options for living room furniture. We are now the happy owners of a new mattress, sofa, and love seat! Thank you, Tom. We initially came into town intending to purchase a sectional at a local competitor, expecting to spend about $2000. As we were driving we passed by Ashley Furniture and figured we'd stop in just to check it out. We really didn't expect to buy anything, but had some time to waste so we figured it couldn't hurt. Some background - We are music festival people who looked the part that day. Most of the time this gets us pre-judged and salespeople ignore us and don't really take us seriously when we ask questions. Not today - Rachel T. approached us shortly after arrival and immediately connected with us over music. Over the next hour or two, Rachel spent time chatting with us about our needs while also remaining very personable and relating to our passions & hobbies. Due to Rachel's excellent service and ability to connect we ended up purchasing not only a sectional, but also an entire set of 4 new dressers, a cute rug, AND a beautiful lift-away table to match. Everything came out to over double the originally planned budget, but we needed everything anyways and were happy to spend the money with a company that has such awesome employees. To reiterate - We came in expecting to scoff at pricing and leave, but left with a new friend and filled with excitement about all our new furniture. Thank you Rachel!
At first I was pleased with management in getting me a deal and was supposed to get a reward Mastercard of roughly $400 mailed to me in 3 weeks. That is NOT how it works at all. After 9 weeks and 3 calls to Ashley I finally got emails with voucher numbers to redeem and a link to click to redeem them. I say EMAILS because it is not 1 card apparently. I have to redeem 4 $100 cards and 1 $34 card. FUN!!! You'd think clicking the link to redeem the voucher would be it, right? Nope. All redeeming that voucher does is send yet ANOTHER email that says "thanks for redeeming, expect another email in 5 business days." In that email you then have to click to say if you want a card sent or emailed. I assume anyway, that's what the prior email said would need to happen. Not sure though as it has a been 5 business days and I still don't have the email. On top of that the email is supposed to come from an address that starts with "no-reply" which is a great way to get sent to spam so they even advise you whitelist the email address to make sure you get it, which I did right away. This whole process is ridiculous and borderline scammy hoping you don't do some part of it or forget about it months later. Defintiely done with Ashley after spending thousands there this year.

I visited Ashley Furniture because I was frustrated and upset with Steinhafals not getting my furniture in. I was immediately greeted by Bennie and he was amazing. He was understanding of my feelings and situation. Not once did I feel any pressure to purchase. He listened to what I wanted and was able to find me the perfect piece. Plus I have been waiting since March for my couch from Steinhafals and I’m getting the one from Ashley in 4 days!! Highly satisfied and recommend!

Worst furniture shopping experience I have ever had. I’m not one to write a bad review, I never have. I usually shop at a smaller furniture store in greenbay that I absolutely love. But they did not have the bar stools I was looking for in store so I decided to try Ashley’s. Went in with my mom, instantly picked out the chairs I saw online. Chris came over to assist and we pointed out the counter height chairs and said these are the ones I want. Went to the desk, he showed a picture of said chairs and I said yep that style. He said perfect and we got them all paid for and sign paperwork. Partially my fault not noticing paperwork said dining and not counter height but that’s not the reason for the bad review. It’s part of the frustration but not a huge part. In my opinion Chris was unprofessional in the way he carried himself and talked to my mom and I. So Chris told me the next Sunday I’d be able to pick up my chairs in store and would receive a confirmation call Friday. Never received that call so I called myself. No answer. Called again Saturday twice and no answer so I left a voicemail. No call back. So I called again 3 times on Sunday until I got a real person. Said I’d be there around 4. And she said “okay in stevens point” I ordered them in greenbay so they should be in greenbay. So height was entered in wrong and also destination. I then requested free delivery to our house which they agreed to but I wish would have been offered or anything I think should have been offered to resolve the issue and for the inconvenience. I personally felt I was doing all the work to get my chairs. Anyways chairs were delivered Friday April 1st and opening them I realized they were the wrong height, again my fault as well for not noticing. So I called twice and got ahold of a real person then told me Chris would call me personally. Okay well that was 4 1/2 hours later… I understand days are busy but that’s a long time. Long story short, love the chairs, they’ll be delivered along with picking up wrong ones Friday April 8th. But due to all the frustration, I won’t be buying from here again. Chairs are beautiful but not work all the work it’s taken me to get them.

If I could give this less than 1 star, I definitely would. I walked in with clear expectations of what I wanted. I was completely ready to buy, once I found "the piece(s)", as I had already been shopping for several days. Amanda greeted me at the door. She was very warm and welcoming. She made my experience very pleasant, initially. After a quick lap through the store and back, I found "the set" (that turned out to be $2800). We started talking about finances and terms relating to discounts of paying in full immediately - which turned out to be a 15% discount. Through this brief exchange, I mentioned that I just bought a mattress/platform elsewhere the day before and there was a daily spending limit on my debit card so we would have to be creative on paying in full (as I was not interested in their financing). It was then that she wanted to "see if she could match/beat" the deal I got the day before - which was a $4,100 sale. In the end, they offered to beat it by $50 and turn my 15% cash discount into a 20% cash discount on the furniture. I thought on it for a bit as she checked in with other guests and eventually I told her "let's do it". My intent was purchasing just the furniture. Her thought was the bedroom items too. She put me in the system... I went to grab my checkbook and when I returned, she jumped into talking about "the mattress". I stopped her immediately and said that I wasn't doing the mattress. To be fair, neither of us made it clear on what we were doing as we put me in the system. In the end, I lost the additional 5% but that did not even matter to me. Amanda turned extremely cold the moment I removed the bedroom items from the sale. It was rather awkward and I immediately felt completely unappreciated as a customer - simply due to the fact that I did not want to tie up $4100 with her while hoping my first $4100 was returned/refunded by the first store without "restocking or cancelation fees". I was hesitant to even walk in to Ashley based on my experience during prior visits. Amanda immediately changed all that but by the time I walked out, I am now convinced that I will never walk in there again.

I worked with Dave who was extremely helpful with information and sales. I did leave for a bit just to check out other options but returned at the end of the day to make a purchase. He was with a different customer at the time so one of the managers stepped in to assist. She was also very helpful and had a lot of good information on what I could pair my new furniture with. I ended up purchasing a new couch, chair with ottoman, rug, and a kitchen table set for a great price. Very satisfied with my experience :)
Ashley in Green Bay provided us a great experience when shopping for all furniture needs for a new home we are building. Specifically , our sales floor rep Caleb was exceptionally helpful in guiding us through the process, educating us, and being patient while offering multiple options he felt would fit what we were looking for. Caleb was friendly and positive, and importantly, he made sure we walked out of the door with the best deals. We shopped around to other places but the service provided by Caleb is what ultimately led to us choosing Ashley for all our needs.

We bought a couch w 2 end recliners, A dual seater reclining chair and spent a fortune for them. We bought the extended warranty to cover anything that went wrong structural or mechanical! In less than a year they were falling apart, inadequate builds no structural reinforcement and made of OBS plywood intersections stapled w no reinforcement blocks etc. Cushion losing their shape and so on. We called their warranty department and they came and looked promptly and the field man said they'll call and further the assessment. We got the call and that's when our dismay started! Not only was his $90 an hr labor not involved to fix both falling apart products but rhe warranty covered nothing a waste of your time and money! I am a carpenter of 25 years, these products are built with osb a not structural material and is generally used for sheathing on home. Oriental strand board aka osb is inferior and has limited uses due to its lack of structural integrity! Not even a hint of glue was present at the joints just staples! These 2000 or 3000 dollar product from Ashley Furniture are subpar and the warranty is a joke do not buy!
Piers Strom was AMAZING!! My husband and I went in to exchange our mattress because the one we have is too firm. Piers was sooo good with us. He was patient and informative. He let us be for a little bit so we could try a few other mattresses before making a decision. When we finally decided we decided to buy a few other things . He was very quick and through on the paperwork when it was time to buy the items. He is 100% a great salesman. He’s not about u making a quick decision to get your money and get u out the door. He also asked what would work for us for the date of delivery. He grouped them together so we only have 2 deliveries instead of 3. We had gone to Appleton location originally when we bought our mattress but the woman we delt with was very pushy so we ended up with a mattress we hate. That’s why we decided to go to the Green Bay store where we live. If we ever need furniture in the future we will definitely go back t Piers.

We ordered over $10.000 of furniture. We continually get the run around on when it will be here. It's been 9 months. Was told October it would be here. Our bedroom set was. Delivered, but sent wrong pieces. One side table had a large hole in it. Still waiting for a replacement. The customer service, repeatedly said our furniture was on the way. They would call us. They never would, we had to call there and deal with people that have no idea what is going on. Was again told it would be here FOR SURE on the 10th of this month, DECEMBER. The lady we are now working with, is off until Sunday so know one can tell us why it still not here for the 8th time it was suppose to be. We have to wait until tomorrow to here another excuse. I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Moved to the area just over a year ago and bought a couple pieces from here. Dave was the salesman. He is very knowledgeable of their inventory and made great recommendations for my price point. I went just went in again looking for a basement couch that can fit down an abnormally narrow staircase. I'd been to every furniture store in Appleton and Green Bay and he was the first to open up my mind of a new opportunity. And pricing was lower than I expected. When I go back, rest assured I'm asking for Dave.

I purchased an electronic recliner a year and a half ago. I have been having service work like three different times to try and fix it. It gets stuck in the up position or down position. So I have to crawl over the foot Rest to get out of the chair. They said they would replace it after dealing with all the phone and service calls. But I would have to pay $205.00 to get a new warranty as the original warranty would be void for the replacement. I feel that i paid for a 5-year warranty and should get credit for 3 1/2 years i have left or warranty should carry over. No one I talk to cares about making customers happy. Unless, of course, it has to do with money. Basically,I won't go there again. I just wanted nice furniture that would last for years and be comfortable.

Dave is a salesperson that is straight forward and no gimmicks guy. Will tell you your options and you can make an informed decision. Prices were good. Have purchased before at Ashley's. Quality of furniture we are ok with. Had checked out Lazy Boy... didn't think value was there for their pricing of their products. Will go back and see Dave again.

Tanner was horrible to deal with, can't even say I felt with him because he never got back to me after multiple calls email and texts. Took 4 deliveries to get my bed frame because they keeped forgetting parts of it.. then they forgot my slats that comes with the bed and one of the sales lady called me back and said I would have to pay 100 bucks so I ended up going back to the store to get that handled over all bad experience with tanner won't bring my business back just go to a competitor that communicates after the sale just to get commission and definitely won't recommend.
I ordered a mattress at the end of July and my estimated arrival was 8/22. 🙄 Whatever, then they push it back to 8/27. Today I got a message that it’s not going to come in until 9/10! 😠 This is ridiculous if you’re going to sell something have the product! At this rate it will keep getting pushed back! We have jobs and can’t keep requesting dates off just for the item to not even come the day they tell us! Just shop somewhere else who doesn’t give the covid exuse save yourself sometime and stress.
Previously had a poor experience, but new store manager, Ashley, promptly followed up and reached out to make things right. Today we were able to pick out a new sofa set to replace our current defective pieces! It took awhile, but we were very impressed with her and the associate who assisted us today. Thanks again for making things right and re-earning our trust! We will be back.

I had came into Ashley, against my better judgement, to purchase a sectional. My friend used to work here and explained all the horror stories of couches getting ordered and being messed up because of the sales people not entering in the correct information. Plus on top of that someone I worked with ordered furniture from here and it came all messed up as well. However, I was seeing a lot of ads so I came in to check it out. I was greeted by a older man and I told him I wanted more information on a specific sofa. He went to the back, telling me he was getting me more information and after about 15 minutes I started walking around and saw he was helping a totally different couple. I thought that was very rude, and this other younger man started to help another couple that walked in and I was just sitting there waiting for someone to help me. The younger man I think realized the other guy had moved on and quickly looked at the back of the sign and was able to give me a rough estimate of how much the sofa would be. However I felt rushed to get out of the store. I had the money in my purse, and was willing to buy the sectional on the spot but no one could give me the time of day. I won’t be back.

We purchased our bedroom set here one year ago. The prices couldn't be beat, and their customer service has been top notch. We had everything delivered and didn't notice until the next day that our long dresser had a crack splitting the top lengthwise. One quick phone call and they had a brand new replacement delivered a week later at no charge. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Sales staff was great. Waited 3 months for furniture (understandable in today's environment).The delivery and beyond is what was severely disappointing. I was told that delivery would be at 12:00 noon on Sunday. Being told that I was planning on staying up north and being home for 1130. Thankfully I didn't stay the night and got home at 130 am... needless to say I was still in my pjs when they showed up at 1045 with no warning call. After sitting on it after they left I found that the left foot rest did not work and the right recline did not work along with the stuffing on the right foot rear being Mal adjusted making it painful to sit on. I emailed right away, called the next two days, gave it a days ( leaving a voicemail each time without a call back ) and then called again ( this time I could sit on the 15 minute hold as I was off work). I finally got a hold of someone who informed me that a service appointment had been set up on Monday (again I had not reached anyone nor relieved a call or email back yet). I work in the outpatient medical field and cannot just cancel patients at whim (and being an issue from them I should not have to) I am off on Fridays but they did not have any Friday availability nor do they send working out past when I work to do repairs. I finally was able to set up a date for my 30th birthday as that's the only day that would work with me having off. Again i was not informed of acknowledgement of my email/call, was not informed of the appointment and this was a factory issue that should have been found prior to delivery, I should not have to have my patients suffer missed visits due to something that is Ashley's fault and I should not have to spend my 30th birthday waiting for a furniture repair person. I am finally getting to the point in my life I can afford new furniture but will not be going back to Ashley to do so.
Mattress protector had nothing to do with sagging of the mattress and failed springs, nice try though. Like I said bogus, never getting any more business from us, or anyone I share my experience with.....We had submitted a warranty claim for a mattress, heard nothing for 3 months. We had to keep calling to see what was going on with our paperwork, kept getting the runaround. They ended up voiding our warranty over a very lame excuse. Will not be doing business here any longer. I know we are only one customer but we have a lot of money to spend on new furniture, yall aren't going to see a dime.
I came to ashley in Green Bay in February and paid for a living room sectional and end table and they said I would receive items between May and June. Now I received half of my sectional without the wedge and no coffee table. Now they said the wedge and rest of sectional and coffee table will be here October or November. Wow you got to be kidding. Ashley is a joke. When I bought items they promised may or June. That’s just to get the sale and than delivered half of sectional are you kidding

This place is a nightmare! They will promise anything just to get the sale but delivers nothing! 3 times they showed up with damaged products, 4th time they inform us we were sold items that do not work together and refused to put it together! UPDATE: it was a struggle both them and us making it hard BUT they did fix it and it is absolutely beautiful!
We had a great experience purchasing our new furniture. The sales women was great (I wish i remembered her name.) We waited about a month for our stuff to come in and then the morning of our delivery, we had some help lined up to bring it all in. the delivery drivers came and dropped off THE WRONG COUCH. We called right away (this is like 9 AM) and they said they couldn't come back until 7 at night! We wouldn't get our couch and some other family wouldn't get theirs either. The help we lined up wouldnt be able to that late. So ASHLEY offered to put it inside the house for us, as an apology to make it right. We accepted. The delivery men came back and refused to help, wouldn't give us their names, called and asked and still wouldn't help even though we didnt even ask, it was offered to us! For their mistake! The delivery men said it wasnt their fault......well it surely wasnt ours! It was most definitely theirs. Many calls, people not returning our calls, telling us they will call us back. At least make it right like it was your mistake and a company should make it right. Not avoid us until it goes away. We buy a lot of stuff from them.

Went to WG&R for a recliner and found one from Ashley. Went to buy it and they told me it would be ready in September. Called Ashley HomeStore in Greenbay and bought the same Recliner which will be ready May 6th. Awesome job.

Haven’t even recieved our couch yet and already unhappy ,was told it would be delivered April 15th as we ordered early March and after not hearing anything called and was told that the earliest delivery date is may 5th because “all the delivery trucks will be busy until then “.we already got rid of our old couch so stuck with an empty living room for another month because of this.

We went to this store on 3/27 to buy a new dining table. Ours is broken so we currently do not have a table in our dining room. We told the salesman this and made him aware we need a table as soon as possible, and cannot wait 3-6 months or more for a table. He told us which tables would be available in a week. We settled on one we really loved that fit well with the rest of our home. We ordered the table and paid for it. All while being told several times that the table would arrive at the store in a week and we could pick it up anytime the following weekend. We get a call 4 days later from the salesman with a story that someone ordered the table after us, and they got "dibs" on it and we would have to wait another week. I requested to speak to a manager and was promised a call the same day. No call that day or the next. I called back 2 days later. The manager had no idea what was going on and said the table was NOT available in a week and none of their furniture is available within a week. Eventually he ends up telling me the table isn't available until 5/8. It's absolutely beyond me that they have salesmen working on their sales floor giving their customers false promises on pick up dates. We ordered a bed from them last year that never ended up on the delivery truck and their solution was to tell us we could drive to their warehouse a few hours away and pick it up ourselves. I would order furniture off of Wish before going back to Ashley ever again.
Very disappointed with this store. We came here excited to get furniture but left empty handed and upset. So for those that don’t know this is a franchised store. So when they ran us through for financing they ran us for the WI specific financing instead of the Ashley wide corporate financing without telling us or explaining it to us even though we told them we would be moving to another state in less than a month and that we specifically came to Ashley because they have stores nationwide. They were unable to get us any of the furniture we wanted and tried to sell us on things they had in their store. We did not receive any terms and conditions when we were processed for financing but instead had to come back and ask for it two days later. The lady that helped us was nice but very inexperienced which resulted in a lot of misinformation being passed onto us. When we returned to get a copy of our financing terms the lady in financing was not the nicest. In the end we ended up making the drive to Appleton where we had an AMAZING experience. They did not try to force or push us into anything. They were extremely accommodating and did everything they could to help us with our purchases. We did end up putting in a substantial order through them and I would do the extra 45 minute drive again in a heartbeat to get the service we had. In the end I highly recommend going to the Appleton store.
Worst place for customer service. I ordered a coffee table. The sales lady was very pushy when I was trying to read some of the stuff I was signing. it arrived looking like something out of a deep discount scratch and dent sale. I tried calling the store at around noon. The automated calling system informed me the store is closed. Which, I know for a fact it is not! I emailed. They requested pictures of the defects and damages. I texted them AND emailed them but no response from Ashley. I was getting ready to buy all new bedroom furniture let me tell you, it will not be from there. Bad customer service and inferior products.

If you buy furniture from Ashley never buy the coverage plan they offer you. It doesn’t cover anything. The first time I bought it they said the company they used to work with was very difficult and they changed, and now the coverage came from Ashley. I called one time to get my sofas cleaned and they told me to clean them myself, and until I wasn’t able to clean them to give them a call. 2 years later I call and their excuse was that I need to call every time there is a stain or damage, that it can be accumulated. Don’t waste your money buying a coverage plan for your furniture that will not cover anything.
Took us 15 minutes to pick out our couch Then it took almost 2 hours to check out. Not the associates fault because he was new. Manager needs to make sure their employees know how to use the operating system. I was ready to walk out
Tabitha saw my husband and I looking at a mid century modern chair. We discussed how comfortable it was and she gave us her card with the price and sku# - just in case we decided to buy it after thinking it over. She was very easy to talk to and there was no pressure. Just a very positive experience—like talking to a friend. That was on a Saturday and Monday we ordered the chair. Can’t wait to add it to our living room!

Bought our electric rocker recliners there about 2 years ago. We bought the 5 year insurance with them. November my usb on my chair quit working and the chair has a pilling problem. They said they couldn't fix it and we'd have to get a new chair. They'd give us our money back for the chair, but the insurance doesn't carry over to the new chair. We found a new chair. The prices have went up a considerable amount. The new chair sounds like they don't know when it will come in. Seems like a of trouble for a usb.

I would have given 4 stars but my delivery date got pushed back another month even after the selling point was the delivery date. Thats out of my sales persons hands I know. But I kind of feel like I was mislead. That said I'll update once it arrives.
Ashley Furniture was a pleasure to visit. My sales rep Tanner was most professional. He was attentive without being pushy, and was genuinely interested in assisting me in determining my needs. I don’t normally give bad reviews but I’m sorry this place was not worth what I paid! We order my daughters trundle bed and they say it won’t be delivered until Jan and I’m like perfect my daughters birthday is in February! I decided a week later that I wanted the second bed for under neath and when I asked if it could be delivered the same day as the rest of the bed they said sure no problem! Well this was not the case they sent me an email confirming deliver December 2 on the Sunday before so I’m like fine whatever I’ll just take apart the two wood frames in my daughters room- as a single mother working full time! I take it apart and they only deliver a mattress and slats, and the deliver guy said we will deliver the rest in two weeks! So I called to make sure I was getting everything I ordered and they said it would be delivered on the 23 of December and that deliver guys shouldn’t have told me two weeks! I expressed I was not happy because I only accepted the deliver date because I didn’t want to take the chance of not getting it because of the virus! So the 23 comes and I still don’t get everything I was suppose to, I’m missing 3 things in my order so I call again to get it delivered today. I have everything and I wasn’t even going to write a review but the fact that the delivery guys yet again left there trash for me to clean up is the stick that broke the camels back! I wouldn’t use there deliver service of shop there again! The deliver date they gave me at the store wasn’t close to the date they actually delivered, they made 3 trips to get all my stuff here and left trash for me to clean up two of the trips they made!

This place is HORRIBLE! I wanted to buy a couch here and i found a good one that was on sale and it was supposed to be delivered in a few weeks but it turned out to be 4 MONTHS! When i kept on calling no body answered and when they did and I ask them a question they just hung up. Horrible service. Never coming here again. Just not worth it!
We always have good luck at Ashley. The majority of our furniture is from Ashley. The quality is great; we have pieces that are 13-15 years old and still in great condition. I also feel that the prices are fair. The sales staff is always friendly.
I ordered a couch from Ashley furniture and it has been the worst experience and no one has been helpful. I ordered a couch in August. O was aware that because of COVID I wouldn’t be getting it for a couple of months. A week before my couch was to be delivered, I get a call that only one part of my couch is available to be delivered. The other piece would take an entire month extra. When they delivered half my couch the back piece of the couch is missing, we literally just have a piece in my living room to sit on but nothing to lean against. I was told by the delivery man after he called customer service that my piece was available for shipping, and customer service would reach out. NO ONE REACHED OUT and after calling every day this week and being promised call backs finally a “supervisor” calls and says it will be a couple of weeks until the manufacturer gives them a shipping date. My couch is now being delivered in 3 separate shipments and no one in Ashley’s has made this ok. I am NEVER shopping here again. Shame on you guys for delivering poor customer service, shame on you guys for not ever having an answer. I don’t know how you guys are still is business. I will tell everyone about my experience with you guys.

This place is awesome. First time shopping here on the first day we were just browsing around but as soon as we walk in staff ask if we need any help. Since staff were so friendly we went back on the second day and decided to buy a bed frame set but as soon as we walk in Erik came right over to greet us and help us out. Erik was so nice and helpful that we end up end buying the bed frame and a very nice mattress. Erik also give us the best discount and even free delivery. Thank you Erik. Still need to replace a few sofa will definitely go back and ask for Erik.

I love the variety of furniture they have, but the customer service is terrible! We are building a cottage and purchased ALL of our furniture from Ashley Furniture in Green Bay WI. Spent over $10,000. I also ordered a new kitchen table for our primary home. I was given a delivery date. They never showed. Contacted my sales person, she didn't know what happened. I contacted "Furniture Mart" which is their warehouse, they said it has been back ordered. But no one contacted me! I took the day off work for nothing. Then I finally get a delivery date, and the men who put the table together, screwed the screws right through the top of my table! I never heard from my sales rep, in fact, she doesn't check her emails, I called furniture mart to see what was going on, no one knew. I finally called the store asking for the manager and the lady there checked into it for me. Of course, i have received no updates. All I was told was that it was ordered. So probably another 3 or 4 months i have to sit with a defective table! There is no communication and clearly they don't care about your business! I would love to cancel my entire order and go elsewhere. We've also came across issues using their "warranty". Claims of, "that isn't covered under the plan". I highly recommend going elsewhere for furniture, especially if you have a big order! I truly feel forgotten and unappreciated. Lesson learned.
I don&'t usually leave reviews... but this made me pretty angry. We ordered a bed set from them a month and a half ago. They said our stuff would be delivered today, however multiple pieces were missing. The footboard and the chest. Those won&'t be delivered for another month and half. Nobody bothered to call and tell us this. We had to call them and ask for something to take it&'s place because we currently just have a headboard and a mattress laying on the floor. They said we could drive 2 hours to get a different footboard and set it up ourselves or wait 2 weeks for them to deliver it. Talk about a major inconvenience. When I called again to speak to the manager- they magically said they could get a footboard delivered in 2 days. They are blaming this all on covid. When speaking to our neighbors, the EXACT same thing happened to them. Not impressed with this company at all.

I wish I had the option to give zero stars! Absolutely horrible customer service and inexcusable problems. Long review ahead but worth the read! My husband and I had our new furniture delivered in the middle on June this year (a table, loveseat, sofa and ottoman, about $3,000 on sale) While it was being delivered the employees ripped a hole in the back of the sofa, they took pictures and told us they would send fabric, once we received the fabric we would call customer service and they would set up an appointment for a tech to come out and fix it. Well fast forward to the middle of July, within this month we have found a broken board and hole in the loveseat, a hole in the ottoman, and the cushion in the ottoman was so weak it’s completely crooked. So we called customer service to ask when the fabric would arrive and to tell them about all the new problems since we have an extended warranty, they told us they were never informed of the hole being made upon delivery but they would send a tech because we don’t need fabric he could just sew it, the first appointment is the middle of August, we took that one. The tech comes and tells us he does need fabric and we will have to wait for it to come and then call and make another appointment, and he did make another hole in the sofa while he was here to try and fix it! While he was here he also said the board broke because it was not supported correctly and that was their fault so they would fix it and that the board caused the hole, in the meantime he would order all the parts to fix the rest of the problems. By the time the fabric came and we got another appointment it was scheduled for today September 16th, 3 months after delivery and 3 months for a family of 4 not to have a loveseat to sit on because it’s so dangerous where the board is broken! We were told our tech would be here between 10-12, my toddler goes for his nap at 11:30 but we said we could push it back for the appointment, well at 11:15 I called since no one had showed up yet and after being on hold for 1.5 hours (it’s always this long to hold due to “high call volume” regardless of what time you call, and don’t bother to try the online chat, they just tell you to email and once you email them your complaint they respond once and then you get “delivery status failure” every time you email after that) I was told that my appointment was scheduled but not “on the dispatch list” so they were going to call the tech and see when he was coming and call me back. Another hour later I get a call saying that due to the amount of time it will take to fix all of our problems (which they were aware of because when the tech ordered the parts he said it would take at least 2 hours to fix everything) they were supposed to call us to reschedule because they couldn’t fit us in today, even though we had an appointment scheduled more than a month in advance!! They are now apparently trying to fit us in on Friday but I’m still waiting for yet another call back. So after an extended warranty, collectively over 5 hours of being on hold, and 2 appointments I still have a broken loveseat that is NOT usable, a crooked ottoman with a hole, and a sofa with 2 holes in it. We will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley again and I will forever advise everyone I know to never purchase there either! UPDATE: it’s now Friday 9/18, the day my appointment was rescheduled for, I have not received a call with my time slot nor a confirmation That they are even coming today! Also there are “no available agents” to take my call to find out if someone will be here today. Sticking firm with never buying from Ashley again, absolutely horrible service and extremely overpriced cheap and poorly made furniture!!! UPDATE 2: on the phone call onTuesday (the day of our original appointment) they asked if we could reschedule for Friday, we said yes anytime except 12-1pm, well we received no phone call or confirmation but while we were leaving for the dr appt we had at 12 they tech showed up! So not only does customer service not help you, they don’t listen either!

Terrible customer service, they straight up lie to you on the sales floor. Then when you call in for your delivery or warranty work they tell you oh well someone should have let you know I don't know how this happened. I have spent over $16,000 at this store, the warranty doesn't cover anything except very specific things and only if you report within 3 days and not if the damage was done moving the furniture, and now they want us to wait 6 months for delivery of a couch!!! I'm not one to give a bad review if the service is so so bad days happen but service here is so bad I feel like everybody should be aware.

We bought a couch, and a total of 4 tables. Brenda was very helpful and professional. We were not ever pressured to buy anything even though we spent quite a bit of time looking around. Prices were also very reasonable. Only reason for 4 stars is the tables won't be here for about a month. I guess we can blame that on coronavirus.

FURNITURE IS POORLY MADE - EXTENDED WARRANTY IS A RIP OFF- NO ONE RETURNS YOUR CALLS IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE!!! They don't even deserve 1 star. I spent a lot of money on a sofa, paid for an extended warranty and less than 2 years later the decorative stitching started to come out of the footing of the recliner. The extended warranty I paid for is not covering to have this fixed. No one from Ashley customer service will return my calls. I physically walked into the store and the GM of the store said it is not his problem I need to speak to customer service.
poor customer service. our delivery confirmation was based on a text message and supposedly an email and phone call. unfortunately we were tied up with a funeral and didn't receive any of it. the woman we spoke to said we have 72 hours to confirm then said 24 hours and that's why it was cancelled. after checking for the email today, there's an email that says delivery confirmed.. so what's the issue? we spent over $5000 and already had to wait a month for delivery because some pieces were not in stock. the woman that I spoke to at the store chuckled when I was explaining to her why I was so upset about it. she also refused to let me talk to her manager. 0/10 would not recommend.

Shopping for furniture during COVID 19 is a different experience. It was not unpleasant. As it turns out it was like having a personal shopper with us. We had done most of our looking online before we drove to the store. I had checked availability online and they didn’t have the recliner we wanted. Erik our salesman was happy to show us chairs of similar size so I had a better idea of if it would work for us. After that Erik was happy to go ahead and order the chair we wanted. Only thing with what is going on right now is they could not give us a time line on when it’ll be ready. It was an excellent experience!!!!

So sad that we can’t get any response from customer service/support. Had parts missing from our delivery and we CAN NOT get any results from ANYONE. Email, text, phone calls. Yes we are very understanding about the pandemic, but seriously? One week, numerous calls, emails, texts...very disappointed, I guess “Shop Local” holds true.

I will never shop at Ashley furniture again, they have the worst customer service repair department I've ever dealt with. I called them at least 15 times to have a recliner rocker fixed. They kept passing me off to their so called supervisors. They said that they I didn't pay upfront they have the service man come out to my house, I told them check your records you're supposed to boost at all your calls are recorded. Of course they found it, so they apologized. Had an appointment set for a specific date never got a call In advance, I called back and after another 15 minute wait I asked for a supervisor, he said I didn't pay in advance, I told him check your records, sure as hell they found I had paid. So here we go again waiting for a service tech to call. I told him I wanted a refund on my $76, they said they try and get it done but I still had to pay for parts and the next service call. What a great way to do business! I guarantee you I have a couple of restaurants, and everybody that I see you will be told about my Experience with Ashley furniture in Green Bay!

what a absolute joke this company is!! 2 damaged tables and i can't return one because the ups driver destroyed the box and left it in the rain and they arent willing to do anything about it!!! i have been fighting with them for 2 weeks now and they dont return calls. No Stars! Ordered a tv stand from Ashley Home Store online and paid for it -- they have charged my credit card. Was supposed to arrive May 19. Nowhere in site. Called numerous times to the phone number on my order documentation. Each time, waited over an hour on hold for someone to answer. No one ever picked up. Called store. They claimed it was a Corporate phone number and they had never called it so they could not help me. Called UPS. They said it was damaged and returned it to sender. They said to call the store. Have sent chat messages twice since no one answers the support line. No response. I have no idea where my furniture is. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Recommend that you do not buy from Ashley Furniture online.

Horrible customer service! Service department was to my residence 6x (in 1.5 years) to try to fix my couch. After all that, the parts were discontinued! Something that the first person should have known. Buy anywhere else!!!

We ordered a new couch, loveseat, and recliner online and the whole process was actually fine, paid for the furniture and delivery and we were given an estimated delivery date. Smooth and ok! Delivery was scheduled for approx a month later. Again no problem because we knew going in and where aware on the website. About 2 weeks before delivery we get a form letter from a VP or the CEO saying that essentially “Your Ofer MAY be delayed”. Well we hadn’t heard anything else from Ashley so we tried to contact customer service for some information and was on hold for hours without speaking to anyone! Tried the online chat because that can be done remotely and can be helping multiple people at once, and no dice! So we had NEVER spoken to any one from Ashley from the moment we purchased the furniture to the actual delivery. 3 days before delivery, we FINALLY get a time confirmation! Despite the complete LACK OF COMMUNICATION from Ashley we were just happy to get our furniture! Furniture truck shows up and the driver comes to the door (Alan) and says “I can leave it in the garage or right here in the driveway where you want it?” I said in the living room, right where we paid to have it delivered. And he said “I can only deliver to the garage or leave it here”. I said we paid for the 1 threshold delivery. He said yes but we’re not going to do that, you can pay us cash and we’ll do that! Wanted him off our property and was. afraid that he’d damage our furniture he left. Was the worst customer service EVER! (Did NOT get the name of the other delivery person but he didn’t speak to us and actually have no complaints with him.) We were never asked to sign anything and was not given any paperwork, so doesn’t that mean technically nothing was delivered? Called Ashely to complain and was transferred to Furniture Mart or something like that...not Ashley. I was told that “That’s a new delivery that we just started offering and that there’s nothing that they can do!” So not only is Ashley overpriced for cheap furniture, their contracted delivery drivers are rude and have horrible customer service. Terrible service on all aspects!
Bought mattress 2yrs ago. Pillow top. Pillow top broke loose now big roll in matress top. Can not get to straighten out.
HORRIBLE!! do not buy anything from this place! I ordered a couch over two months ago and it was delivered last weekend only for it to be the wrong color. The guy who sold it to me NEVER changed the color to the gray I wanted. I paid over $600 and waited over 2 months for this couch. I am extremely upset and I have tried to contact someone for days now, I’ve been hung up on TWICE, and left voicemails. I will never ever be buying furniture from this place again and definitely will never recommend this place to anyone.
Entire order did not get delivered and I was never told that would happen. Sales person didnt offer any solutions to the problem. Had to pick up the rest of the order myself instead of having it delivered to me.

On my recent visit to Ashley HomeStore I found the staff very helpful. I worked with a very knowledgeable room consultant named Brenda who spent well over an hour helping me select different living room furniture for my remodel. I purchased several pieces of furniture that I thought was pretty nice quality and reasonable selling prices. Would recommend checking out this location in Green Bay.

TOO EXPENSIVE-!
Garbage.... Attempted to purchase a bedroom set for my boy, and nothing but issues. They cancelled the original delivery/setup date because the salesman entered all wrong contact information so we never got the notification. It took hours to reach someone on the phone to try and figure out why they no-showed, only to get someone to answer but set the phone down. All I could hear on the phone was about how amazing her boyfriend was in bed on Valentine’s Day. Called back and she finally transferred me to a manager who assured me we would get refunded immediately the delivery fee and the bed set would be delivered the following Monday. Monday, nothing. Tuesday, nothing. Called customer care center both days, sat on hold and left the voicemail for call back. Nothing. Finally Wednesday they show up, but with the wrong furniture and they forgot half the hardware at the warehouse. Now I have a half assembled bed set that wasn’t what we ordered and it will take them a week to come pick it up and get it corrected. Cancelled the order, still have to wait for a week for them to come pick up their crap. Terrible customer service.... but it sounds like the one delivery manager had a good Valentine’s Day.... 🙄
bought a bedroom set and a kitchen table from them. when the guys delivered the bed set they put together the bed. STRIPPED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE PIECES OF WOOD on it and didnt even put on OR leave tracks for FOUR of the drawers on the bed, so we are unable to use them at all. as far as the table, it's a very nice table, however the top is wood and HAS ZERO kind of protectant or sealant on it. after only a few months of having it, the wood/paint started chipping off. it is also SO ROUGH on the top you can NOT sit down and do homework or write/color on it, as everything is basically illegible bc of it being such a rough top. we called and they were SUPPOSE TO send us a new table top, that was over a year ago and STILL NO TABLE TOP!!! I will never spend another dime here or ever tell anyone to buy from here.

Store was amazing.. Unfortunately the staff was not all that helpful. Several staff people just walking around on there phones browsing who knows what.. Girl who was suppose to help us disappeared and new girl seemed to know know how to answer any of our questions.

Bought a $3000 love seat! Great service till after the button got stuck! Service department doesn’t return phone calls! Estimated repair time over a month! Longer than it took to custom make the love seat!! Under warranty I offered to bring in the remote to just simply replace it! No response! And it makes Main captain chair! Stuck fully reclined! To say I’m displeased is an understatement!!! I’m gonna not recommend this place ever!!!

I purchased a couple of end tables and lamps here. I was pleased with the transactions and the delivery. They look great where I put them in my home. I don't plan to have them forever, but Ashley is a good store for people like me to get nice pieces on a budget.

So now Ashley furniture has successfully delivered the wrong couch 3 times. Not once, not twice but yup you guessed it.....3 times. The wrong couch was delivered 3 times. We called to cancel the order to get our money back and guess what there was nobody available at the time we could speak with about this cuz apparently nobody that works there is available to assist you with getting money back. So we have to wait for someone to magically call us and return our money. This is absolutely the worst furniture store I&'ve ever had to deal with. There furniture is overpriced and they can&'t figure out how to even deliver the furniture that was ordered. I will never again step foot in an Ashley furniture store unless it&'s to get my money back. What a RIP off and a joke this place is. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else or try and construct your own furniture from wood and fabric because you will get tour correct furniture on time.

Ordered a sectional couch at the store. Told the sales person that we wanted the couch the same exact way it was displayed on the floor. Well the person was too incompetent to figure out how to order the couch correctly because we received it backwards. Sent the couch back. Wait another month. Called to even verify that they are sending the right couch this time. They swore they ordered the correct pieces. Well guess what happened when they delivered the couch. We got the same exact couch we got the first time. It was backwards. Even after we called to verify that they had the right pieces. Paperwork second time around had the correct couch that we originally ordered yet they send us the same exact wrong freaking couch. They are incompetent. They are sweet and nice till they get your money then they screw you over until the end of time. 2 months now waiting on a couch and now have to wait again so they can "reorder" the correct couch. It will be next summer before I get the correct furniture. This place is a joke. Furniture is overpriced and they screw you every step of the way. Will never even consider stepping foot into another Ashley furniture store again and neither should any of you. And if you think customer service or calling the store is going to do you any good. I'll save you the trouble now. It wont. Don't bother. Go somewhere else.
Orders have arrived late, damaged, poor quality, broken and misaligned. Not able to return broken merchandise —will only provide in store credit toward buying other poor items. The delivery time on a bedroom set took from 8/18 to 11/3. The dresser drawers are misaligned and it will take another 5 weeks to send out a service tech. From 8/18 to 12/3 is unreal And unacceptable. Will not buy again and do not recommend.

I was hoping to make a same day purchase, however had found that this location is only a showroom and the nearest warehouse was out of state. It appeared to have nice furniture and staff was helpful, however they were not able to meet my need as mentioned above.

I bought about $6,000 worth of furniture in 2017. And a 3,000 bed in 2018. I am so disappointed in the quality of the couch I bought. I am also not happy with the quality of the dining room chairs. One of the chairs just fell apart, hardly used. My lift table had a top that got scratched and stained almost immediately and you cannot clean it because it has a weird finish. I repainted it and it better. When I called to tell the corporate manager about my couch he said he couldn’t do anything for me because it was out of warranty. I did try to call and send photos and emails right at the time the warranty was wearing out. They ignored me and didn’t call me back. he continues to ignore my calls. Ashley will never get my business again. Please be aware that Ashley furniture for the most part has a lot of junk!
No stars!!! The poorest I have EVER been treated by retail store in my 50+ years! Paid and ordered my office furniture Dec 2018. It was not delivered until end of April 2019. I had called at least 10x in this time period and was put off a few more weeks. The last call was I want my money back and all of the sudden the furniture could be delivered. It came damaged...ALL 3 PIECES. I called again and again. They delivered the floor model with over spray all over one of the pieces because they attempted to cover up the blemishes according to the man they sent to fix the other pieces. NO FIX. They had to order new parts (shelves/doors). They were delivered and I called...months went by. No reply. I called the salesperson (the only one who was returning my calls throughout but had no control over service or delivery). She had service call me. They left a voicemail stating they would be at my home on a date I could NOT do and no time as they come "when they can on that day." I called back and requested a different day. They said they don't come on Mondays. I said never mind and hung up. On 10/8/19 I called the store and asked for a manager. The sales person who answered was kind but kept asking what I wanted. I asked her that I not have to repeat the story for 18th time. I began to cry out of frustration. she GUARANTEED I would get a return call the next day. Today is 10/10/19. No call as of yet. I called again and asked for the store manager...I'm waiting!! I am sooooo frustrated and feel I have been more patient than anyone else would be in this situation. These are facts that I have documented! They have NOT stood by their product in any way. Laura
Horrible experience so far. I have stayed home and missed work two separate days now and still - no furniture. This is ridiculous. Update: we cancelled what we could. Would not buy here again. Hopefully they get the master bedroom set right. Update again: we received the master bedroom set. However, it is cheaply made. If you stub I your toe on the bed base, it leaves a mark. Would not do business with Ashley again. Stop sending me coupons.
Katie helped us with our mattress and couch by not just showing us but explaining all the details and giving us the pros and cons of the items and trying to find something to match what we were looking for. She helped with not just one thing but from the color of the items to the texture and the feel of the items. Made us feel comfortable with our experience and was very kind as it was our first time there and first time shopping for furnitures. Definitely recommend! 👍🏻
Received broken sofa on 9/17 and now it sits upside down until service can come 10/10. I wait 15 minutes each call for service representative and the store manager does not call back. Never again will we take our business here
Absolutely terrible attitude towards younger buyers. The customer service was definitely not as one would expect from any halfway decent establishment. Regardless of age or gender, it is not acceptable for anyone to speak in a severely obvious condescending tone. In addition, even having to put up with the rudeness of the employees, they proved either unhelpful or unwilling to help. I'd recommend people to look elsewhere if they value quality customer service.

My wife and I had ordered our complete living room set at Ashley furniture. We were happy with the financing and the set and delivery so we decided to order a second set to furnish another room. This was not the same case. With a baby on the way we needed to move my home office so we ordered a desk, bookshelf, and two chairs for our den. The desk and bookshelf were not delivered on the date they were supposed to be due to a “billing issue” when we had already had financing through them that was still active and we were making payments. At that point we rescheduled delivery for a week later between 12-4. I took a half day of work so I could be there that afternoon. They call us at 730 AM while we are both at work and tell us that they loaded us last so we are the first stop and they are at our house. So we had to reschedule again. When they finally delivered the desk had damage and we received half of our order. Now we were told that the chairs would be later and it would be mid August when they were in. Tomorrow is September and we still have not heard anything from them. I just tried to call and sat on hold for 8 minutes and then got an automated message from the service center that covers Madison and the valley that no one can get to my call. Why have a service center? Probably won’t be moving forward with them for the rest of our home.
Sales person Tyler was fantastic. However the quality of the furniture is rather poor. Both coffee tables were damaged right out of the box with cracks, chips and one of the table tops was barely holding on from the screws being stripped out. Also never received the pillows that were supposed to come with sectional sofa. Contacted Tyler right away about this and it took customer service 2 weeks to finally call. I sent pictures of damaged furniture as requested. We are now over 1 week that I sent pictures with no response. I feel bad for a great salesman that has no customer service to back him up.
Love the furniture form this store, however, not satisfied with customer service. Recently purchased a table, and I love it, staff was kind and not too pushy, however, one of the pieces arrived broken. After trying to contact customer service for 3 days and being hung up on every time, my boyfriend and I went back into the store to show them the piece that was broken and that we needed replaced. The employees then told us a new piece would be sent to our home. After two weeks, this is what was sent to us...

I fell for a coffee table, and end tables. They are very cheap quality, even though they were not cheap!! This is not the first time I have gotten poor quality products from here!! I will be shopping elsewhere from now on!!

The store is very well laid out and I found what I was looking for at great prices. My only issue is that I never got greeted not approached by an employee. I had to go to the counter to get any attention or assistance. I don't know if it was because of how I looked (was wearing really casual clothes) or not, but as I wandered the store every othe person who walked in got greeted...while I was ignored. I don't mind being left to my own devices, but at least greet a girl! I don't know, it just really rubbed me the wrong way. The gentleman who finally did help me was great and super helpful, but I don't know what was up with the rest of the staff. If I could rate an individual employee he would be at a five, but the rest of the people out on the floor would be at a one for not even greeting. I have worked in customer service on and off for a long time and acknowledging a person is the first step in customer care. I had questions that would not have been answered without my approaching the desk. Apparently this bugged me a lot more than I thought it did.
Went to Asley furniture in Green Bay, Wi. on July 17th. It was my 3rd furniture store stop that morning. I was greeted enthusiastically by Travis. Told him I was looking for a sofa table or something similar for my foyer. He treated me like my possible purchase was going to be his biggest sale of the day. Super service from a super salesman. Ashley you should be proud. My cabinet I ordered will be in soon. Thank you Travis.

We had a kitchen table and 6 chairs delivered to our house. 3 of the chairs wobbled, a lot. They were assembled poorly. The delivery guy said it was our floor and would not do anything about it. I called Ashley and they said that happens all the time and it was an easy fix. They said they would send somebody out in 3 weeks to make the adjustments. Now I have to leave work and wait for them with a 4 hour window of arrival. Why didn't they just assemble them correctly in the first place? Any savings I had thru the sale was lost due to my missing work.
We purchased a custom made sofa and loveseat from Ashley in Green Bay a little over a year ago. The trim was not even, but I was able to smooth it out a little. In hindsight I shouldn't have accepted it from the beginning. As time went on, the cushions have started breaking down and the entire set looks very poorly made. I called Ashley and someone said that since it had been over a year, there was nothing they could do. I stopped in to show pictures and they found I had purchased a 5 year warranty. I contacted the Furniture care protection regarding the warranty and they said it was normal wear and tear, so it wasn't covered. I would strongly suggest never purchasing from Ashley. Low quality and no satisfaction for it!!

The warranty department is no good. I bought my parents a lift chair in 2017. The chair stopped going up and down. So I call them on Monday 6-17-2019 . I called customer service they told me I needed to call a the warranty department. So I did. They said they would get back to me by Friday. It is now Tuesday the next week. The chair does not work good. We are having a hard time getting my dad out of chair. I payed extra for warranty and this is the service we get. Still waiting for them to call my parents.
I went to 7 other store and Ashley was the only store to have what I wanted. I love my new recliner. I it is soft and comfy and at a decent price too.
Honestly this is by far the WORST store I have ever had to deal with! You get what you pay for in so many ways!!!! I have been going back and forth with Ashley for 3 months now! My first set of furniture (Living room set included Couch, loveseat, oversized chair, ottoman and TV stand) arrived and every item had a defect or damage. I currently have all 7 boxes of replacement parts with no repair date set. I purchased a coffee table and two end tables back in March (same day of living room furniture which was $5,000 after discounts) and it’s mid June and this is now the 3rd time they were supposed to deliver these and now they aren’t coming again. 1st time was scheduled for May because they were on back order which I completely understand. Well they never showed and I went in to the store after multiple times of leaving voicemails that are not returned. The store said FedEx will be loading them June 6th. Ok, frustrating but things happen. I was more upset that no one calls to update you or returns your calls. Well June 10th comes and still no table set. So I call and the girl can’t even find my order. So she calls back hours later to say that FedEx couldn’t deliver them (although I’ve had 7 boxes delivered from Ashley using FedEx on my repair parts) and I Live in the city of Green Bay. So then she says they can refund me. I don’t want my money back I want my tables! So they bump me to top of list and set a delivery with their truck for Mid June! Yay! Great my tables are coming today. Well a block away the delivery truck decided to turn down the one road that trucks can’t go on and get pulled over. So rather then turning around and coming one of the 4 other ways they just decided not to come. So I call Ashley as I saw them on the gps on this side road and then I check and they are on the other side of town and the customer care guy says “So they aren’t being delivered” but he said “the manager is going to deliver them tomorrow with a truck” but I have moved all my plans around and tomorrow doesn’t work for me. So now we are working on a 4th time of a delivery. For the repairs they are coming to repair my bar stools which I ordered along with a 9 piece dining set! But no schedule on the living room set! Also I had to find out by calling that this was set for repairs as nobody called me to confirm day of repairs. I am pregnant and have a 2 year old and my husband is Iraq. I am absolutely discussed with this company to say the least. ***** added that the girls in the store are kind and are just as lost and confused to all the problems. They have been helpful. I don’t want the people at the store to have a bad rep! **** As we expressed to the manager, they should have known what roads aren’t allowed to be used due to weight limits and having alternate routes if needed from their GPS. He is going to be driving in our area to memo what roads (one road that has limits as I did this already) for future to help from this from happening again. Also we expressed how this was laziness on his drivers part as a block up they could have taken to the main road that goes to our home. The drivers didn’t even bother to check for an alternate route in which to my correction there are 5 other ways to my road within a mile. My husband is doing the calling from Iraq because I am fed up and having a hard time being polite at this point.

I am sorry to say that Ashley has lost our business we love our furniture but when we ordered it our sofa and loveseat was delivered on time the rug and tables were to get delivered at a later date problem is they called and said we had to come pick up the rug which is a 30 minute drive our tables were to be delivered on may 31st got a call that night from delivery said they had the wrong address but would bring it on Monday Monday came and went called Ashley and they said the tables will be ready for pick up on Friday really??? Very unacceptable very disappointed should've got compensated for the inconvenience

I waited until they were done and didn't hear anything about like "we're willing to do this for you for." So then I asked for a discount or something and as a courtesy and they offered me $50 of in-store credit. I can see that with a small item but with two items and spending as much as we did, I thought that this was a joke and actually it felt almost disrespectful. Seeing my wife breakdown and cry on our first day in our new home because of their screw-up was not what we expected, I guess our negative experience equals $50. Others that I've talked to have received lamps or way more in credit. Why would I buy or spend anymore money there just to use $50? I will not spend any more money at the store and will call to see if I can return the coffee table. I can buy the same one online for for $150 less anyway. Beware of buying from Ashley Home Store. I purchased 3 pieces of furniture from them. The delivery person dropped my brand new leather power recliner sofa from the ramp of the truck, down onto the street. It fell so hard, we could hear it in our house. The leather was damaged and who knows what else was damaged from the jolt of hitting the street. Ashley Home Store’s resolve is, to send a technician to my house (now I have to miss the entire day of work, since they cannot schedule a time for me) to inspect the sofa to determine, whether I paid for a damaged/repaired sofa or will they do the right thing and take the damaged sofa away, and bring me a new sofa... since I paid for a new sofa No one should ever have to pay full price for a damaged piece of furniture. I am a very unhappy customer right now and depending on the outcome, I may never buy from Ashley again. I will keep you posted on the outcome.
We love our furniture, but getting it was an absolute nightmare from day 1. We really loved our sales guy (at first) so that played big into our decision to purchase from Ashley. We had two delivery dates set for our OVER $5,000 in furniture....our first round of furniture came and we were less than impressed with delivery. Multiple damaged walls and they DAMAGED our BRAND NEW furniture. We immediately called before they were barely out of our driveway and were given the classic runaround for weeks until we were issued a whopping $100 check for damages. Almost 6 months later and we are still waiting for a resolution on the furniture that their delivery team damaged! The 2nd round of furniture came a few weeks later, DAMAGED walls AGAIN!!!!!! We decided to go back to the store because we were getting absolutely no where with their &"customer service&" department. We spoke with our original salesperson and he assured us he would look into a refund or replacement on our damaged furniture.....3 months later and still no call from him. HIGHLY disappointed to say the least, we love our furniture but Ashley isn&'t the only furniture company.....will never buy from them again.

Bad experience with kitchen table- any moisture caused massive bubbles all over table. We bought 6 chairs. They would only replace table once and not chairs so we&'re stuck with same quality table since didn&'t want mismatching items. Tables are poor quality. Never had a table do that in my life! I did also buy a bed for my daughter and we love that. I&'m just not impressed with customer service and not being able to exchange or get a refund on a poor product we had 6 months. Even with protection plan..

I have went to Ashley furniture in greenbay for new end tables , coffee table and lamps . My experience there has been great! I love the selection of furniture and ideas u get by going there.
We&'ve been shopping at Ashley in Green Bay for a few years now, and when our daughter & son-in -law moved out to Kewaunee, we brought them to Ashley, too!Between the four of us, we bought a whole houseful of furniture, and loved it all...until we started having problems with our loveseat recliner and lift-top coffee table. BUT WAIT!! This review has a happy ending!!We had to have their service tech (Steve) come out 3 times to change parts on the table & loveseat. (Steve has been wonderful throughout all of this, by the way.)That was aggravating enough, but the final straw was when the 3rd set of brackets were damaged in the box!!!We called the store manager (Nate) who said our best bet would be to speak with Mike Amick (Regional Mgr), as he would be the one to authorize getting our money back. After some discussion with Mike he agreed to let us change out our living room furniture, and if we couldn&'t find anything, he would refund our money.We went back to the store, and since our original salesperson was no longer there, she recommended Renee Harrell. Renee took her time with us and after asking exactly what we were looking for, worked with us over a couple weeks to find the perfect set for us! She advised us since there was one piece that wasn&'t available in the warehouse, that it will be 6-8 weeks before we get the whole set. She arranged for the pick-up & delivery when everything comes in, as well as the credit for the damaged furniture.Yes...it was a bit aggravating, but we understand sometimes you can get a &"lemon&" in anything...cars, appliances, electronics, and yes...even furniture! We recommend Ashley Furniture, and especially Renee Harrell, who turned a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. She advised us since there was one piece that wasn't available in the warehouse, that it will be 6-8 weeks before we get the whole set. She arranged for the pick-up & delivery when everything comes in, as well as the credit for the damaged furniture.Yes...it was a bit aggravating, but we understand sometimes you can get a "lemon" in anything...cars, appliances, electronics, and yes...even furniture! We recommend Ashley Furniture, and especially Renee Harrell, who turned a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. I do not recommend this place at all. The staff were very unhelpful and very inconsiderate. I went to return the lamps. There was no one available or willing to help me haul in the two lamps much less help me haul the new ones out to the car. They were "too busy" to open up the doors for me. The lamps weren't that heavy and I was parked close enough. They kept saying one of their maintenance guys was going to help, but obviously they dont care. Ill never buy another item from that place again.

Sales people straight lied to us about guarantee on our bed purchase. Nightmare having mechanical bed stuck in funky angles for 5 days after only having it for 2 nights. Ended up having to get the parts myself and learn bed repair. I recommend this place to no one. Real money grab operation they got going on.

Dave M was great. I was looking around and he approached me asking what I was looking for. I told and asked a few questions and showed me a few items that met the description. We talked it out, pros and cons, he listened while I talked. We narrowed it down to 2, but still indecisive. He told me the price of both and only $10 difference if that. I explained I saw online free shipping on most items if I put it together. He said he would check and to recheck the 2 items I was looking at and to look around store if he might&'ve missed something or I found something else. About 10 mins later I made my way back to the item I was going with and was greeted by him with great news on the shipping plus the financing option. Checkout was flawless. Told me based on the stock, I should have it by Wed and I did. Bought Sunday delivered Wednesday. While I have to put it together and seems easy as well. He told me to check everything over when I got it to ensure it was perfect and it was. If it wasn&'t, to call ASAP for him to fix it. I inspected every piece for scratches, marks, missing stain, anything and it was perfect. I was in and out in less than an hour. Again, Dave M made it great and that&'s why he&'s been working there for over 13 years.
My fiancé recently slipped a disc and as a result we bought a brand new mattress. We then shopped around at Ashley and found a bed frame that we liked; our sales rep was Brenda T. We purchased the bed frame on 2/15/19 and picked it up on 2/28/19. As we went to put the frame together we found three damaged pieces. These items were clearly dropped from off a fork lift in the warehouse. On 3/3/19 I emailed the photos to Brenda, explained our disappointment, and said I would be calling her to see how the situation can be resolved. I called same day and left a voicemail. The following day, 3/4/19, instead of returning my phone call and discussing with me what Ashley could do for us, Brenda emailed me saying that she forwarded my concerns to customer care, who would be reaching out to me in 24 hours - so I waited. Customer care never called me, instead I received another email from Brenda on 3/4/19 saying an exchange was put in. There was no discussion as to what an exchange meant, there was also no ETA provided, and there certainly wasn't any discussion of compensating my fiancé and I for our lost time and for our dissatisfaction with how our product was received. Discussion of what pieces were damaged and needed replacing ensued over email, which truly bothered me, so I called Brenda. I asked her what was meant by an exchange, because an exchange sounds like the damaged goods need to be "exchanged" - Brenda said they did not, they would simply be delivered. I expressed to her that I was asking because my fiancé and I wanted to get the bed together so he could sleep on the mattress that was bought to help with his slipped disc and we wouldn't do so if the damaged pieces would need to be exchanged, she assured us that the damaged goods did not need to be exchanged. I further asked if the new parts to the frame could be delivered to our house - she said she would look into it, I never did receive confirmation of this. On 3/5/19 I asked if Brenda had an ETA, she said she would check with Kristal in the distribution center, I never heard back. On 3/7/19 I asked again if there was an ETA, on 3/8/19 I received a reply of "I was off yesterday, but I will check this morning," I never heard back. On 3/9/19 I again asked Brenda if there was an ETA, she replied on 3/10/19 saying "I sent a message to service, let me see if they have an answer," again I never heard back. My fiancé and I proceeded to put the bed together because at this rate we were both very upset and just wanted to sleep on our new mattress on the bed frame. On 3/15/19 Furniture Mart left my fiancé a voicemail to confirm the "exchange." I called Furniture Mart on 3/16/19 to confirm the "exchange" and confirm that we weren't going to be paying for the delivery - they said no. Today, 3/19/19, Ashley Furniture shows up with our new bed frame pieces. I asked them to set the boxes in the garage and thanked them. They looked at me puzzled and said, "This is an exchange, right?" I explained to them what was communicated to me, which was that the new pieces would simply be delivered. They proceeded to call their supervisor who said that I was informed wrongly. I again expressed to them that that was not what was communicated to me - they said it had to come apart and the "exchange" had to be followed through with. My fiancé was not home, so I had to welcome two strangers into my home; this made me incredibly uncomfortable. I also own a German Shepherd who this entire time now had to be kept in my spare bedroom meanwhile strangers were in the room next to him; this caused him a lot of stress and it caused me a lot of stress. If this exchange would have been communicated to me properly when I asked for clarification, I would have made sure both myself and my fiancé were home. This is was an incredibly uncomfortable experience for me and I am now even more disappointed in Ashley HomeStore. I will never again be doing business with Ashley and that falls entirely on the poor customer service, the damaged goods I can forgive.
I went to Ashley’s to find a bedroom set (dressers, nightstands, the bed) I found one I liked and was told great lets go get everything set up for you to purchase it, only to find out it was discontinued. I ended up buying of off the floor. I spent 2 and a half hours there. Dealing with the employees trying to figure out how they can sell it to me off the floor. Then also had to figure out how to get the chest dresser delivered from another store because the one on the floor was cracked, etc. I then purchased my bedroom set and waited the next day to find out the delivery date, it was set up to be delivered that next weekend. I got a call the day before delivery that my bed rails would not be delivered with everything else because they had a mix up. I now do not have a bed to sleep in until my rails come in. First and defiantly last experience with Ashley’s furniture in Green Bay. I spend a LOT of money and expected a lot more out of the store. I will never buy from Ashley’s again. Awful experience

had a great sales person Brenda she was such a great person to work with if you go there ask for her she will take the time and listen to what you want and the price range that you wanna be at keep up the great work i will go back to her again when buying something from there ..... on the other side there was a other person that worked there that was not that great and needs to have a dress code and stop trying to blow smoke up to make a sale but like i said if u buy anything ask for Brenda
All around terrible experience. This place only cares about their customers until they get you to swipe your credit card. It's all down hill from there. Waited a month for our furniture. It finally arrived at 7pm on the delivery date after taking off work for no reason because it was supposed to arrive in the afternoon. The delivery drivers noticed a piece of our sectional sofa was damaged and took it back with them. We were informed we would have to wait another month to receive the replacement. Immediately after the drivers left, we noticed one of our tables was damaged as well. For some reason they cannot replace both at the same time. So now we wait again... this will be 3 times one of us will have to take off work. I'm hopeful we wont be left waiting all day while they keep changing the delivery times constantly, but after our experience with them so far I'll say it's likely to happen again. We are regretful of our decision to purchase furniture here. Get it together Ashley! I'd sit on the floor before I buy anything from here again. There's nothing like entertaining guests with half of a sofa and a broken coffee table. Our replacement furniture isn't even here yet, so I'll be sure to come back to update this with all the new hassles they put us through. To be continued...

Absolutely horrible customer service and warranty. Buyer: be aware that Ashley does not stand behind their products or their warranties, they will continue to send out a technician who will intentionally not fix the problem after several service calls on the same problem, just so they don't have to replace it. I will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture or its affiliations again and be sure to share my negative experience with others!
In November we ordered 9 pieces of furniture from Ashley that cost almost $4,000.00. We waited two months for delivery as the couch we ordered was back dated. The day before our order was to be delivered I received a phone call that 2 pieces would not be delivered because they were damaged and these pieces were not even what was back ordered. The remaining 7 pieces of furniture were delivered and only 2 of those pieces were in keepable condition. The sofa we ordered was missing the feet for half of it so we couldn’t use it or risk damaging the cushion. The tables we received were scratched and had chunks in the finish, the frame of the recliner was shattered, and the fireplace insert was dented in several spots. There was constantly miss communication on the furniture that was either damaged or to be delivered. The chair that we ordered has now since been discontinued and the sales people and managers have tried over and over and over to push the floor model on us and I have advised them every single time that we do not want the floor model. I’ve lost count of the time I’ve spent on the phone and the number of phone calls I’ve had to make with all of the problems we have had. The customer service at the store was absolutely horrible. I would be promised a phone call back to get resolution and would never receive phone calls back, I was talked down to, was told they made phone calls and spoke with me when they never did. I have spoken with the sales rep and 2 different “managers”. There have been so many more issues with our order I won’t take the time to list. I’ve been very patient and I have finally lost my patience with Ashley Furniture.
If you want your furniture inside of 2 months, I would recommend going elsewhere, I assume they only have 1 truck, 1 day of weather gets you bumped at least a week. Customer service is horrible as well!
Ordered furniture in November of 2018. After a partial delivery, three other unmet delivery promises, we still do not have our furniture in February of 2019. We have asked to speak with a manager and we never get that call . SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!

Beautiful store, great people. I've worked with Alex before and he's been wonderful to work with. The beds we purchased for the resort are perfect. Rustic looking and solid. The mattresses and mattress protectors are so much better than anything we've had in the past. As always, from sale to delivery, working with Ashley Furniture is a pleasure.
**** 2 Times they did NOT SHOW UP on their delivery date *** Both times my wife and I were not notified. We used paid time off both days and couldn't even receive a courtesy call to say hey "WE AREN'T COMING". Its ironic they have a customer care department, I couldn't tell you if its staffed.
The store had attentive staff as they greeted my family the second we walked in. The first impression was fantastic. The stores layout was easy to browse, the setups were clean and really got your imagination going. The kids enjoyed dreaming about future upgrades, even though this was just a visit to see what it's like. Overall great experience, great staff and great store. We didn't purchase anything so I can't rate them from that aspect.
Awesome living room furniture selection- ask for Tabitha to help you out. She is more than happy to show you different options, doesn’t pressure you to purchase anything, is patient, and tries to get you the best possible price/deal. First time in the store and we found everything we wanted!
I am not sure why I keep going to this store. Wenz and WGNR are soooo much better. The sales people are nice when you are spending money but the after that your screwed! I purchased a bed, the driver didn’t have all the part and they wanted me to reschedule. On 12/22 I purchased 2 sofas a chair, 2 ottoman a sofa table and some decorations. The first sofa was delivered without confirmation and they wanted to charge me to deliver it again. Although I showed them the only received 1 email thanking for my purchase. They told me I was lying and would event consider the possibility of their team making a mistake; so I cancelled that sofa. The other items could not be delivered until Jan 16th. Mind you, they have a 15% restocking for returns....so that means they would not be delivering the rest of the items well after that. So I assumed that 10 days started after I received the pieces not at purchasing. So on the 16th delivery people came and did even attempt to put in the office, it didn’t go right in so they suggested I get a loveseat or a 3 piece sectional; didn’t try to remove the door or anything. When I challenged the restocking fee they told me 10 days after purchase is enough time to check the dimensions....but what if I didn’t like it or it didn’t fit the decor. They again told me it was my fault. So the next day I go to Wenz purchase a beautiful sofa and they delivered it THE SAME DAY!! Save yourself the trouble and go to WGNR (they price match) or Wenz (they deliver for FREE). They will never see me again; but I’m sure they really don’t care! Poor customer service!
Shocked at the charge to deliver. The sales women then disappeared. Couldn’t have cared less about us. Prices were comparable to others that deliver free.
We purchased Beautyrest Black L-Class King Medium Pillowtop Mattress in November 2020 . The quality of this mattress sucks. There are definite holes or divots from where we sleep. you actually roll into that hole and can't get out while you are sleeping . You'd think for spending $3900 you would think this would be like the Taj Mahal of mattresses. I will never purchase another mattress from you again!!!
