Go see Zoe Bryant when you're ready for new furniture! I struggle with purchasing furniture, it's so hard to decide. Zoe was patient and helpful and she made the challenging task much easier for me. It's so nice to have the new pieces in my home and I could not be happier with my purchases. Thank you Zoe, I appreciate everything you did to help me.

My family and I were beyond pleased with this location! Our Salesman Benni was nothing but short than fantastic! The fact that most Salesman run when they see three children ages 5 and under. Benni made quick friends with our son! When our son accidentally broke a vase he was so beyond kind and knew it was a pure accident! He also was so kind and awnserd all the questions we had and you could tell he truly did care about our family!

Update! I talk to Nate in the Green Bay store, sent pictures to him who told me that’s really bad but we can’t do anything for you because you bought the couch on the floor. I’ve talk to Angel in Appleton who ghosted me for weeks and forgot to submit the claim. Then decided that they were going to make me “pay” for the new casings for the couch that is junk. I’ve talked to 4 different people who gave empty promises. I’ll be writing a review on the BBB as well. Nate and Nathan are HORRIBLE managers! Angel does not follow through with her customers and “forgets” about you. I would never ever recommend getting furniture from Ashley. Ashley told me they’ll look into it further but that further was empty promises, lies and being ghosted! Please go to WGNR who actually stand by the product they sell! Nate tonight told me, well, we’re still waiting for the quote for the casing… it’s been three months since I’ve been working on this. I’ve emailed Angel multiple times to give me an answer with not even one response or phone call! The review on the bottom is what I originally posted three months ago and was told by Ashley that they would work with me and didn’t. Lastly, when we bought our second couch for down stairs they delivered it wrong and had to fight for a week just to get the right set. It sat in my basement that we had to bring down ourselves… when they delivered the new one they grabbed the couch from down stairs and left our new couch in the garage, when they were suppose to set it up. We had to call Ashley and have the driver turn around to put the couch back together. That was also incredibly difficult to even get that taken care of then. They do not stand behind warranties or what they sell! Don’t please don’t put yourself in my position of disappointment. We work really hard for our money and was excited to finally get a new house with brand new furniture for it to turn into this horrible nightmare where know one actually cares. I even asked Nate who his manager was, he said I can tell you his name, he said Marcus, but he most likely won’t talk to you. How nice of service is that!! Don’t buy your furniture from Ashley!!!!! Sadly, last week, I talked to a sales guy on the floor that said, we will do this right and get you a new couch, I PROMISE ILL CALL YOU TOMORROW AND GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF… not a single call, I’ve reached out every week for almost 3 months with forgotten promises and lies!!! I bought a couch the week of the 4th of July 2025. It was a couch on the floor, we were not told that it wouldn’t have any warranty because we got it on the floor. The couch is 6 months old only, the couch started to have some bad pilling! I mean, really bad pilling. To the point where the couch looks horrible and ruined. They said that they don’t cover pilling and that they will not do anything about it as this is NORMAL WEAR AN TARE!!!!! THE COUCH IS 6 MONTHS OLD!!!! He said if I wanted to come in and buy a new couch he will give me a good deal!!! I bought this couch for $899.00 6 months ago!!! Then had the solution of me getting something to take the pilling off. I’m telling you, nothing will work to get that off, the couch is junk, with no resolution backsides I can give you a good deal on a new one… I bought over 8,000 in new furniture at the Green Bay location! I will NEVER buy from Ashley again!!!! The manager then proceeded to tell me they have different level fabric and couches! My husband and I would have bought something nicer if we knew that. I thought we bought a nice small couch for our main floor. Really disappointed with Ashley!! I even have the 4 year protection on it and that won’t cover the horrible fabric. He asked me, what can I do to make this better! All I want is new cushions. Even though the entire couch should be replaced. Even the cushions underneath are pilling and we never sat on that side!! BEWARE!!!!

I bought a sofa sleeper couch with a built in air mattress. Ive only had it for a month, slept on it, and it deflates within 10 min. I called your store, a new air mattress was delivered, it still deflates after 10 min. Now, nobody will even call me back, and apparently there sending me a new mattress? This is BS. None of the managers will answer the phone, I would definitely NOT buy from here. Waste of money, horrible customer service.

My husband and I were looking for a sectional similar to one we liked but was sold out. Manny helped us find another one that was a great match! Would’ve given 5 stars if they had ottomans that had some storage in them, there was only 1 and it didn’t match the couch we got. If you stop in, I would go seek out Manny, he was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!
