Worked with Carvelle in getting new furniture for our living room. He was polite, related with us and wasn't pushy in any way. He didn't try to sell us outside of our price range which was really refreshing. We'll definitely be back to see him for our next furnishings purchase.

Garrett was our salesmen and it was great. He walked us through the entire process and helped pick out the bed that best suited us. He built rapport, answered and asked questions, just an overall fantastic experience. Was unsure of going to this Ashley as in the past my sales experience has been terrible to be frank but Garrett turned that around.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Beware of Misrepresentation We spent over $35,000 on furniture with Danny at this store. At the time of purchase, Danny was extremely friendly and reassuring, telling us everything we wanted to hear regarding delivery timing and coordination with our move. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. On delivery day, my wife and our two young daughters made a three-hour drive to our new home expecting all furniture to arrive as scheduled. Instead, the delivery team showed up with: A chair ripped in the leather A broken dining room hutch, which the delivery team immediately took back No mattresses at all Because we had no beds, what should have been an exciting first night in our new home turned into checking my family into a nearby hotel just so we could sleep. Danny later claimed he had told us from the beginning that the mattresses would not be delivered that day. However, the only email we received clearly showed that they were scheduled for delivery that day. I asked Danny to forward the original email proving the later delivery date. Instead, he sent a newly created email stating a different date. I again asked him to forward the original email—three weeks later, I still have not received it. During this time, we also received no proactive updates on our missing or broken furniture: The ripped chair (which the delivery drivers themselves documented and photographed at delivery) was suggested to be “repaired” rather than replaced—unacceptable for damaged goods delivered brand new. The dining room hutch is now on backorder. The coffee table Danny said would “hopefully” arrive with the rest of the furniture was listed on their own website as 5–8 weeks out. Danny assured us he had a “more accurate internal system.” Unsurprisingly, the coffee table is now also delayed by several more weeks. Additionally, Danny assured us the dining table we purchased would fit 12 chairs. It does not—it barely fits 10, yet another example of being told what we wanted to hear to close the sale. Throughout the purchasing process, Danny was eager, responsive, and attentive. Once the $35,000 charge went through and issues began, he became nearly unreachable and unresponsive. I don’t fault Ashley Furniture as a company—this experience reflects on the fact that they tolerate this level of service from one of their salespeople. Hopefully this review prompts change. Bottom line: Beware of Danny. He will tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale, then disappear when furniture arrives damaged, missing, or delayed.

I accompanied my sister and BIL furniture shopping and recommended every place except Ashley, and that was a mistake. With the help of Danny we received such professional and courteous service. The most not-pushy salesman I’ve ever met. He answered every question, twice - we left and returned. He ensured my sister and BIL got everything that met their needs. They picked out beautiful quality England furniture and a Tempurpedic mattress (which I highly recommend) - I know they will be happy.

Had a terrible experience. Forcefully trying to set our limit higher than we wanted to get financing. Disrespectful and didn't explain anything. Went to bobs furniture and got what we wanted and the staff at bobs was way more friendly.

Earlier this year, we decided it was time to replace our living room couches. We visited a few furniture stores but didn’t enjoy how pushy some of the sales reps were. Our final stop was Ashley’s, where we were greeted by Alyssa, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! Alyssa took the time to listen to what we were looking for, showed us several great options, and made thoughtful suggestions that perfectly matched our style and space. We purchased our new couch set in June, and it was delivered just before the 4th of July, everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Another disappointment location just like the one in pewaukee. My husband bought alot from them and when one item came damaged. Instead of replacing it like he wanted they said no they wanted to send someone to fix it and send a door to the damaged door of out chest SMH. Never again will he buy from any ashley store they are garbage.

This review is five stars for Garrett and this location. I stopped in trying to avoid all sales staff (sorry!) with the intention of testing out some couches I was looking at online. Garrett introduced himself, gave me a flyer and said if I carried it around, no one would bug me and they didn't! Then I found some barstools that were not on list for the day. I went to find Garrett and he went way above and beyond to get me an insanely good deal on them. I even called back later to see if I could add one more, and he got me an even better deal on the last one because it was the last one in stock and they were discontinued. I will call to be sure Garrett is there before I go back to take a closer look at couches - it's so refreshing not to have high pressure sales, to talk to someone so knowledgeable, and to have someone really try to bring the cost down (and be able to do it). Huge thanks to Garrett, and to Ashley. Highly recommend this location, I will definitely be back.

I spent a considerable amount of money with Ashley to start furnishing my new condo. My furniture was delivered (white glove service) on Aug 9th, a couple days after my closing date so perfect timing. When the delivery showed up everything was in good order except for my bed. It was missing the slats. My best option was to get the part ordered and schedule a tech to come back to complete the job. Fine. I had to wait several weeks for the part but finally it came in and was supposed to be completed Sept 12th. The tech arrives and tells me I’m missing more pieces and leaves. I call customer “care” about next steps but I was told they hadn’t heard from the tech and would get back to me so nonchalantly and unconcerned. I finally called back, spoke to someone in customer care advising they would have to order the part. I went up to the store to see what I could do to expedite delivery. There is nothing unfortunately, maybe swap out the bed for a comparable one and wait for delivery. As of today, Oct 12th 2025, I am still waiting on the part and for my bed to be put together (white glove service!). No offers of discount for the inconvenience or anything like that. I’m still in the process of furnishing my place but looking for alternatives to Ashley. Unfortunately they’ve acquired Colders….

To begin, I must emphasize the exceptional kindness of the employees at the Greenfield Ashley’s store. However, my review pertains to the furniture care protection they aggressively promote and sell. I incurred a significant expense of $249.99 on insurance that was ostensibly intended to cover accidental damage. Unfortunately, when I attempted to file a claim, I was promptly denied by their manager, “Gabby,” who displayed a remarkably rude demeanor. In essence, it’s fair to say the policy is deceptive and they mislead customers about what the policy can do for customers and claims are unlikely to be successful. Therefore, I strongly advise against purchasing the insurance, regardless of how persuasive it may be. While this review is primarily focused on a third-party service provider, I believe that Ashley’s furniture company is aware of the nature of the individuals they collaborate with and continues to work with them. Having recently acquired a new home, I have made the decision to refrain from purchasing or recommending any family or friends to Ashley’s. Furthermore, I have recorded the call with FCP supervisor Gabby. (If anyone is interested in hearing it, please let me know, and I will send it to you.) This recording will allow you to assess whether my concerns are exaggerated.

One experience can really sour the visit and it did for me. We went in to look for new furniture (when we had none) and got the most aggressive, manipulative, and inauthentic sales approach. We just wanted to see what options we had, and it turned into the sales woman pressuring us to get a couch, one that wasn't even in stock for the foreseeable future, and doing all the typical sales techniques that made me want to leave so bad. Ultimately didn't buy anything, and haven't been back.

Carvelle & Danny were BOTH truly a blessing. They are truly awesome, kind, caring and emphatic. I have been through a huge trauma with storm damage and I came back to finish buying the rest of my furniture and they took such good care of me. I am so grateful 🙏 🥲 God bless them and thank you Ashley.

I was out shopping around for a couch. I have been to three different furniture stores. The last story went to was Ashley‘s. My sales lady was Delaney. She was extremely nice And knowledgeable about the furniture and the structure of the Material and frame Delaney was not pushy at all compared to the other stores I’ve been to. she went above and beyond and got me a little more off the quality of the furniture. Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality Product and Unhelpful Customer Service We purchased a sofa and loveseat set from Ashley Furniture on March 2, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience since then has been incredibly disappointing. The furniture began deteriorating almost immediately — the material started ripping and separating, and the cushions became misshapen and defective. Despite two service visits (April 28 and July 2), the issues have continued. The upholstery technician even confirmed during the second visit that the material is poor quality and the cushions are overstuffed, which is contributing to the tearing. We’ve attempted multiple times to resolve this directly with our salesperson, Danny, and his manager Liz. Despite promises to escalate the issue to the manufacturer and warranty group, we never received follow-ups. Multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered. We even requested to exchange our defective set for a more durable one and offered to pay the price difference, but received no meaningful help. Ashley Furniture sold us a defective product and failed to stand by it when problems arose. We’ve wasted time and energy trying to fix something that should have been addressed responsibly and professionally. At this point, we cannot recommend Ashley Furniture to others and will not be purchasing from them again.

I don't think I'll be buying anything else from Ashley Furniture. $8,500 for a bed and they didn't tell me I have to remove the old one before they'll set up the new one. I'm now screwed til Thursday and extremely pissed off.

They are very unprofessional, first the shipping company tossed the couch off the truck and after I requested a replacement they sent a tech to "fix" it. They refused my replacement even when I reported this not even 10 minutes after they moved the couch in and on top of that I purchased a warranty... Save your money this place is a joke

We had a great experience recently at this Ashley store. The staff we worked with were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful but also just let us wander around looking too. We felt there was always someone available for questions, but no one actually hovering around us or pressuring us to buy something. We found a couch and a coffee table we liked, purchasing was easy, scheduled the delivery, and had it delivered pretty quickly to our house. The furniture looks good. Pleased with the items and the service. We've bought other Ashley furniture in the past and it's held up well for many years. If you're looking for lots of options at this price point, I think it's worth checking out this store.

Something that another company may have tried to hide. I appreciated their upfront, forward and most of all honest approach to the issue. You can always judge a company on how they stand behind their services and products. These three gentleman are the reason I will be back.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Ashley Furniture for years, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. On Mother’s Day Sunday, I went to purchase a $400 sofa for my mother. Despite being told a couple of weeks earlier that they would cut the delivery fee in half, they refused to seek the couch without the $200 delivery fee just because my mother lives in an apartment. This was for a single item, not a whole set, which makes the fee absolutely unreasonable. The inconsistency and the misleading information left me feeling like I was lied to, and I’m still baffled as to why a single $400 couch warrants such a hefty delivery fee. This experience has seriously changed my view of this store, and I won’t be returning. Also I highly recommend others to not go there. Same inventory in other stores with delivery fees $89.00. I thought the sales guy Carvelle was nice until I realized the whole thing was a game. He said the manager would call she never did. Avoid this place.

So my girlfriend and I walk into this mattress store, right? We’re lookin’ for a king-size bed because we’re sick of sleepin’ like two raccoons in a shoebox. I’m thinkin’ this is gonna be a nightmare. Pushy salespeople. Weird lingo. Too many options. I just want a mattress that doesn’t feel like it’s judging me, ya know? And then—boom—we meet Ethan. This kid? He’s like 12. I’m kiddin’, but seriously, you could tell this was his first day. He’s got that nervous energy, like a golden retriever who just got hired at Best Buy. And I’m thinkin’ “Aw man, here we go.” But you know what? The guy crushed it. He was walkin’ us through all the beds like he’s been doin’ it for years. Memory foam, hybrid, firm, plush—he’s throwin’ around terms like a damn Sleep Scientist. At one point, he goes “This one’s got cooling gel,” and I’m like cooling gel?! What are we, astronauts? But here’s the kicker—it was his first sale ever. OUR mattress. HIS first sale. It was like this beautiful moment where none of us really knew what we were doin’ but we were doin’ it together. And now we’re sleepin’ like royalty. Spread out like lazy bears on vacation. And every time we lay down we think, “Ethan made this happen.” So if you’re in the market for a mattress and wanna support a future legend? Go see Ethan.

Rude and not interested in making a sale must not need to make any money

I ordered a sectional and king bed set totaling over $5000 at the Greenfield Wisconsin location on 3/8/25. I received my delivery back on 3/18/25. The technician Ramon came with damaged storage bed drawers day of delivery. He told me ordered me new ones They sent replacements for that about 4 weeks later. Then my actual bed frame broke and so now my mattress has nothing to support it. I feel as though the set was defective initially as again the storage bed drawers arrived damaged. The day the technician Houa came 4/15 to install the new storage drawers on my bed is the day the bed frame broke. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Becky at the Steven’s point location who has been very unhelpful! It’s very disturbing to say the least! I will include pictures below. I reached out to Becky 4/16 called back and spoke with another lady 4/22 and then again today 4/29 spoke to Allison who stated Becky is her supervisor when I requested someone higher up……and NOTHING. Becky has not even attempted to text me back or call in regard to this but she stated I will get back to you asap on the first contact 4/16/25. I feel ripped off!!!!! Someone needs to reach out to me or I will be taking you guys to court! I have proof of everything I am mentioning and it won’t be great at all. I heard bad stories about Ashley furniture on TikTok and now look at me experiencing this nightmare myself! This review was done 4/29 and here it is 4/30 I’m editing review to add this… I’m trying different phone numbers and spoke to Allison again who says Becky is her only manager and she is away from office in training and that’s probably why she hasn’t gotten back to me. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I reached out to Becky 4/16 not this week! This needs to be resolved for me immediately and I should not be placed on the back burner as I am out of money and left with a defective bed!! How do I contact you directly with a private message? I can’t do that from this Google review! I’m going to need more information because no matter what phone number I call it’s all being routed to the same place and no one is helpful!

We bought a new house from Veridian homes and Ashley store was recommended to us. We bought sofas for the living room , a dining tables and chairs and outdoor set for the patio. We received the Furniture but we were very disappointed- there are defects in almost every thing . 1- tear in the chair and a half, 2- dining table isn’t expanding, 3- two of the dining chairs have stains.. this is what we noticed and the delivery team proposed solutions. Today we were supposed to receive the replacement of the 2 dining chairs - we were shocked to see that they brought back the same chairs with stains. I sent a text message to the sales person ( Garret) who sold us the furniture and tried calling him but he didn’t reply to my message or returned my call. We thought Ashley is a high end furniture store but unfortunately our experience says otherwise

This is my first time leaving a review ever. Which proves a lot.... do NOT purchase anything here. All the sales workers want is commission. They do not care about you and fixing their mistakes. My Dad called Danny, "Sales Manager" (works at this location) to cancel his order as he no longer needed it. Dad talked with Danny for a long time and he kept pushing my Dad to not cancel his order (obviously wants his little commission) and my Dad kept telling him he wants to cancel his order. Danny did whatever he had to do in the system to cancel the order and told my Dad three times the order was cancelled. Well, turns out Danny did not cancel the order. My Dad only found out because his bank called and said he has an overdue bill and has to pay about $11,000. My Dad has called this store to speak with a supposed manager named Liz and she has not called him back. Danny is dodging my Dad's calls and texts because of course, why would Danny own up to his mistake and take accountability? I used to LOVE Ashley Furniture. But after this situation and their poor customer experience, this place is not worth it. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting.

Jack and Donovan were an awesome crew. They had to swap out several large heavy pieces and the did it with care and a smile on their faces. Give these 2 a raise!!

We had the most bizarre and terrible experience. Order our daughters’ bed from there. We were told they will deliver and assemble. The delivery guy right away said that this bed set is of the particular kind that they can’t assemble. Ok, if they knew it beforehand why they lied. It all seemed like they knew all along that wouldn’t be assembling it. Really disappointing and terrible experience.

Went and purchased a sectional and loved it. Placed it for delivery because of how good they made it seem since they put it inside for you and everything, scheduled for a day at 2 oclock pm. That being said, we didn’t ask off for the day at work and assumed we would be there on time since our shift ends at . Day of, they text us late saying they ended up cancelling a few deliveries and would be there earlier around noon! And we said we wont be home until 1:20-1:30. They agreed and still arrived at 12:50-1 pm saying if we weren’t there in 15 minutes they were leaving. We tried to get ahold of the number and couldn’t get through, we tried calling ashleys at LEAST 5-6 times and no one would answer until finally they did. Once they did, we explained the situation and they blamed us saying there wasn’t a set time on deliveries and it would always be estimated or random. And also that they can’t deliver our couches until almost two weeks from now. UNBELIEVABLE. Save your money and don’t do husiness with them. Customer service is horrible.

Garrett Anderson it was an amazing my fiancé and I have been looking for an upgrade to our bed for years now. In every place we go two thousand three thousand just well, out of our budget, we did some online shopping and found some options, and while we found one that seemed ideal garrett helped walk us through trying out a mattress of that quality, showing us the pros and cons, it ultimately helped us make a decision on a better note, more comfortable mattress, it's still within our budget and helped us. Ensure the 10 year warranty, please. At the point of purchase would recommend anyone. Go back to this location and seek out Garrett. Personally. Further, next furniture purchase or bedding purchase. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I purchased a bedroom set in November of 2024. I used my Ashley Credit Card. The sales person, Jacob, told me that with my card I qualify for 60 months interest free. That was the first screw up as he put me into an interest bearing promo. My delivery was a nightmare. Not only was it 2 hours late, the delivery driver was higher than a kite, and one of the parts of the bed came broken. I had to sleep on the floor for 3 days. I went to the store and finally picked up the new part. While there, the manager Liz, told me she will fix the promo issue and also comp me for the delivery fee. Months later, and it's STILL not resolved. They never comped me nor submitted a fix for the promo code. I have called numerous times & have either been hung up on or ignored. I filed a complaint with BBB & the store had the audacity to respond that everything has been taken care of. My balance & interest bearing promo say otherwise. They will never get my business again!!!

I’m usually pretty pleased with Ashley furniture shopped here for years that’s why I always return. This time around was different although leaving the store things were amazing, the calls and text I begin to receive just but a bad place in my mouth. My start delivery date was 12/30 for an entertainment center my next due date changed to 1/8 than that was changed to 1/16 a day before delivery they claimed it was due to a manufacturing issue but I was told by AL TOOLS that everything was in stock I reached out to the store several times text the manager said he would reach out when he gets in the store never did never responded terrible then said it was out of their control nothing they can do to accommodate the situation I’ve recommend several people in the past they’re service has went down hill.

I worked with Ozzie at the Greenfield store. Could not be more pleased. We just bought a new place and we furnished it completely from this store. He was kind, knowledgeable, and fair. Would HIGHLY recommend him and this store to anyone. His manager Liz went above and beyond as well.

Great sectional couch for the price. Wonderful customer service. I missed my delivery window and they accommodated me by coming back with someone else later and he was very nice and understanding. He was very friendly and did a wonderful job assembling the couch. Shout out to the delivery team customer service for stepping up to keep my delivery same day even though I missed the first window. Shout out to Alex the rock star delivery associate who showed up in the dark to assemble the couch. It looks great in the living room and is super comfy. 10/10 service.

Michael, Feliber, and Angel just delivered our couch, oversized chaise, and ottoman. I can’t say enough about how hard they worked to get these couches into my basement. They did everything in their powers using multiple access points as some pieces would not fit through the main entrance to the English basement. True magicians and so friendly.

We bought our dining room set and living room furniture (loveseats, couch, and armchair with ottoman) from Ashley. Love how they all look! Beautiful furniture, well-made, for a great price. Furniture looked great but I’ve not had it for 3 years and the quality is poor at best. Customer service is awful, they said they would fix it 2 years ago, but went ghost after they agreed to fix it. My headboard arrived with scratches and my dresser will not close, every time I walk into my room 3/8 of my drawers are wide open and if I close them, they fall open. This is not an issue with angle… it’s a production issue. TRASH product and TRASH customer service.

All I have to say is, if you’re going to buy a furniture from Ashley’s, don’t waste your money on the warranty. They just stealing your money. Because of an “accidental damage” to my furniture, they weren’t able to fix it. So if the furniture is stained, that’s not an accident? I had minor seams coming out from the stitching before my child got a hold of it. And that wasn’t counted in for the warranty with the manufacturer. Which I still don’t understand. Didn’t make sense to me. I spoke to 4 different ppl who gave out the wrong information. Now they won’t refund me the full refund of the warranty but only going to give me half of it back. They’re try to take more money by saying they could fix the damage but I will have to pay for the service and it is more than the warranty. When I didn’t even use the warranty yet. Never buying a furniture from here again. First time customer and last one too. Ridiculous.

First time couch buyer and I’m a regular man when it comes to this stuff . I was a bit standoffish but Jodie Boldin brought great comfort and ease when exploring their selection . Very calm , patient and nice . If you’re looking for a hand make sure you get help from Jodie !

I had a great experience today shopping for living room furniture. I've purchased from Ashley stores in the past and was satisfied with my purchase, so I wanted to check here to try things out in person before deciding on a set. I ended up finding just the right living room set as well as a mattress and base that I had been contemplating for a long time but hadn't found the right fit. I'm really looking forward to receiving the items and will update my review later if I find the quality to be lacking long term. My only real criticism of the store is the colors of everything here are so bland, boring, and beige. All of the setups they have kind of look the same. They don't even have any colorful rugs or art displayed. I actually ended up getting a beige set because I liked the comfort and it fit what I was looking for, but I would have preferred more color options. I will just have to make everything else in the room more colorful to make up for the lack of color in the furniture itself. I worked with Jacob V. and he was both patient and helpful while my mind bounced around at all of the different options.

Our salesperson was Rawwan Hawwash. She is a total professional but what we liked most about her was her bubbly personality. You need to increase her salary! She really knows her craft and should be compensated for it.

Absolute garbage customer service and furniture design. We ordered their Lyncott dining table and chair set which was delivered on June 4th. The table had a manufacturing defect and the chairs were extremely top heavy that it almost fell back on my toddler - HAZARD! We contacted them on June 5th within 24 hours of delivery. They replaced the table but started to play ping pong with the chairs. They kept forwarding me to the store but the store won't pick up. After trying for 3 weeks the store told me my case will be handled by the customer service manager, who never reached out to me. I kept calling them but they couldn't get me a solution till date. It's been more than a month since the chairs are in my home; with constant fear that my baby might get hurt. At this point I think filling a lawsuit should be appropriate. Please refrain from buying from Ashleys. Not only their furniture is badly designed, their after sales service is a joke. We bought a new home and many of our friends are too in the area. We know where not to buy furniture from!

Laren went above and beyond to help us find a right couch and mattress. He got us a great deal and was very patient with our requests. Work with him if you can!

We were warmly welcomed at the door by Skylar Kucik. She directed us to the areas of the store we were interested in for us to peruse on our own. Not much later, Skylar caught up with us to answer any questions we had without being at all pushy. Once we decided upon an item, we continued shopping in the area of the second item we were looking for. Again, just at the right time, Skylar followed up to see if we had questions about that item. We were so impressed at the number of customers she was efficiently managing simultaneously, while making us feel as if we were her only customer. Skylar's calm, cheerful demeanor made both my Dad and I feel comfortable about his purchases. I would definitely seek her out again and will recommend her to others shopping for furniture. As the furniture was just delivered and therefore we are unable to comment on the long term quality of it, this 5 star review is primarily in response to our encounter with Skylar.

Fast delivery with no issues. Couch is super comfy. The sales rep was knowledgeable and didn’t take pressure us. Just wish he didn’t follow us around the store. One year update: I would not recommend this couch. The cushions have degraded significantly and you cannot remove the cushion covers to clean them easier. The cushions also tend to slide off the couch so I had to buy industrial velcro strips to make the cushions not slide off. Finally, had to file a warranty claim for the chaise part since the frame collapsed. I won’t be purchasing a couch from Ashley again.

Unfortunately I didn't have the positive experiences as others. I wasn't greeted and walked through the store unnoticed. Maybe I'll do better with purchasing online. Oh well it happens.

I walked into this store wanting nothing to do with my wife’s intense spending sprees. As we were “per usually” approached by this annoying salesman, it turned more into him being so indifferent, I wanted to buy the furniture more than he wanted to sell it. I have been in sales and enjoyed seeing someone still incorporating the basic fundamentals and pushing good business forward. We would’ve gotten the order but my wife mid-decision switched to wanting a dog and a rabbit, so today I’m completing her request. Jeovanny, if you ever see this thank you for being a great salesman and reminding me that not all salespeople are money hounds!!

Geo was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. We bought mattress and rocker chair and he really helped us with addressing all our concerns! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm, friendly and honest experience then he is you guy. We had to come in multiple times and he provided a consistent experience each time! Thank you! The rest of the store was friendly at the door as well!

Great customer service from Max C. Very helpful in selection. I needed to edit this review to include Liz. I had a difficult situation occurr causing the need to have my purchase delivered sooner. As the item wasn't available yet, Liz and Max C came up with an out of the box solution that I would have never expected. They were able to put a "loaner" package together that we could use until our order arrived and they did this in less than 24 hours. Such great customer service from these two! I highly recommend purchasing from this store!

Best experience ever start to finish! Skylar greeted me and let me browse the store without any pressure. She checked in with me at just the right time and then helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. Skylar is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and fun. Informed me of the delivery process and got by new couch and loveseat scheduled for delivery. Day of delivery, I received a text message informing me the delivery team was on the way. I could track them as they approached. I couldn't have asked for a better team with my delivery! I wish I wrote down their names. Professional, polite and very careful with bringing in my new furniture. Thank you Skylar and the 2 gentlemen that delivered my furniture!

Won’t be returning. Would not recommend. Wrong pieces delivered. Had to take a day off to accept another delivery day because their mistake. Salesman Gio didn’t return my call. Customer service dint care. The cherry on top is the delivery drivers setting off the fire alarm and listen to the siren for and hours until the FD showed. Because we live in a condo all the neighbors units went off as well. Driver said he would call with an update on 30min. Lied…just left for next delivery. I was told he gave me an additional 10% off the order come to find out it was just off the smallest piece which came to a slap in the face 40 dollars. How about to go out of your way to accommodate the customer for the circus you run?!?! The main reason I will never go back or do business is because I heard the sales GIO chuckle as we hung up. Unreal…

Delivery took long. Parts were missing . Took 3 times to come finish a bed assembly due to missing parts.

Went to Ashley to look for a couch for my new apartment. Wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but Jodie took all of the stress and guess work out of the process. Jodie is fantastic. She listened to my needs and went over the details of each couch I was interested in. Once I narrowed it down to the couch I wanted, she went over the features and the process to get the couch out of the store and to my place. Would definitely recommend working with her if you are looking to purchase a single piece of furniture or redecorating your entire house. Will be looking for a living room chair in the near future and will definitely be back to work with Jodie. Thank you Jodie!

We never thought Ashley would be our final stop, but Jodie Boldin and the AlexVale sleeper sofa checked all our boxes! The quality of the furniture and the comfort of the sleeper mattress will keep our kids coming home to stay with us. Jodie showed us the differences and never pressured us to make a quick sale - but the right and BEST decision! Thank you - we are very happy.

Extremely disappointed purchased a large sectional in 2020 and bought the extended warranty, I have 3 cushions that the covers are falling apart in the middle, I put in for the claim with the warranty and they said sorry anything "wear and tear" or poor build quality is not covered..... I also asked a about a seam coming apart and was told that is also not covered because the only reason the couch would rip at a seem was poor build quality.
