Worked with Carvelle in getting new furniture for our living room. He was polite, related with us and wasn't pushy in any way. He didn't try to sell us outside of our price range which was really refreshing. We'll definitely be back to see him for our next furnishings purchase.

Garrett was our salesmen and it was great. He walked us through the entire process and helped pick out the bed that best suited us. He built rapport, answered and asked questions, just an overall fantastic experience. Was unsure of going to this Ashley as in the past my sales experience has been terrible to be frank but Garrett turned that around.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Beware of Misrepresentation We spent over $35,000 on furniture with Danny at this store. At the time of purchase, Danny was extremely friendly and reassuring, telling us everything we wanted to hear regarding delivery timing and coordination with our move. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. On delivery day, my wife and our two young daughters made a three-hour drive to our new home expecting all furniture to arrive as scheduled. Instead, the delivery team showed up with: A chair ripped in the leather A broken dining room hutch, which the delivery team immediately took back No mattresses at all Because we had no beds, what should have been an exciting first night in our new home turned into checking my family into a nearby hotel just so we could sleep. Danny later claimed he had told us from the beginning that the mattresses would not be delivered that day. However, the only email we received clearly showed that they were scheduled for delivery that day. I asked Danny to forward the original email proving the later delivery date. Instead, he sent a newly created email stating a different date. I again asked him to forward the original email—three weeks later, I still have not received it. During this time, we also received no proactive updates on our missing or broken furniture: The ripped chair (which the delivery drivers themselves documented and photographed at delivery) was suggested to be “repaired” rather than replaced—unacceptable for damaged goods delivered brand new. The dining room hutch is now on backorder. The coffee table Danny said would “hopefully” arrive with the rest of the furniture was listed on their own website as 5–8 weeks out. Danny assured us he had a “more accurate internal system.” Unsurprisingly, the coffee table is now also delayed by several more weeks. Additionally, Danny assured us the dining table we purchased would fit 12 chairs. It does not—it barely fits 10, yet another example of being told what we wanted to hear to close the sale. Throughout the purchasing process, Danny was eager, responsive, and attentive. Once the $35,000 charge went through and issues began, he became nearly unreachable and unresponsive. I don’t fault Ashley Furniture as a company—this experience reflects on the fact that they tolerate this level of service from one of their salespeople. Hopefully this review prompts change. Bottom line: Beware of Danny. He will tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale, then disappear when furniture arrives damaged, missing, or delayed.
