IN A WORLD… WHERE SLEEP WAS CRAMPED… Two restless souls dared to dream bigger. Wider. King-sized. Starring my girlfriend, me, and introducing… Ethan: a young mattress consultant with zero sales, one name tag, and a heart full of potential. Alright, lemme tell you about this kid Ethan, alright? So my girlfriend and I walk into this mattress store, right? We’re lookin’ for a king-size bed because we’re sick of sleepin’ like two raccoons in a shoebox. I’m thinkin’ this is gonna be a nightmare. Pushy salespeople. Weird lingo. Too many options. I just want a mattress that doesn’t feel like it’s judging me, ya know? And then—boom—we meet Ethan. This kid? He’s like 12. I’m kiddin’, but seriously, you could tell this was his first day. He’s got that nervous energy, like a golden retriever who just got hired at Best Buy. And I’m thinkin’ “Aw man, here we go.” But you know what? The guy crushed it. He was walkin’ us through all the beds like he’s been doin’ it for years. Memory foam, hybrid, firm, plush—he’s throwin’ around terms like a damn Sleep Scientist. At one point, he goes “This one’s got cooling gel,” and I’m like cooling gel?! What are we, astronauts? But here’s the kicker—it was his first sale ever. OUR mattress. HIS first sale. It was like this beautiful moment where none of us really knew what we were doin’ but we were doin’ it together. And now we’re sleepin’ like royalty. Spread out like lazy bears on vacation. And every time we lay down we think, “Ethan made this happen.” So if you’re in the market for a mattress and wanna support a future legend? Go see Ethan.

Rude and not interested in making a sale must not need to make any money

I ordered a sectional and king bed set totaling over $5000 at the Greenfield Wisconsin location on 3/8/25. I received my delivery back on 3/18/25. The technician Ramon came with damaged storage bed drawers day of delivery. He told me ordered me new ones They sent replacements for that about 4 weeks later. Then my actual bed frame broke and so now my mattress has nothing to support it. I feel as though the set was defective initially as again the storage bed drawers arrived damaged. The day the technician Houa came 4/15 to install the new storage drawers on my bed is the day the bed frame broke. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Becky at the Steven’s point location who has been very unhelpful! It’s very disturbing to say the least! I will include pictures below. I reached out to Becky 4/16 called back and spoke with another lady 4/22 and then again today 4/29 spoke to Allison who stated Becky is her supervisor when I requested someone higher up……and NOTHING. Becky has not even attempted to text me back or call in regard to this but she stated I will get back to you asap on the first contact 4/16/25. I feel ripped off!!!!! Someone needs to reach out to me or I will be taking you guys to court! I have proof of everything I am mentioning and it won’t be great at all. I heard bad stories about Ashley furniture on TikTok and now look at me experiencing this nightmare myself! This review was done 4/29 and here it is 4/30 I’m editing review to add this… I’m trying different phone numbers and spoke to Allison again who says Becky is her only manager and she is away from office in training and that’s probably why she hasn’t gotten back to me. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I reached out to Becky 4/16 not this week! This needs to be resolved for me immediately and I should not be placed on the back burner as I am out of money and left with a defective bed!! How do I contact you directly with a private message? I can’t do that from this Google review! I’m going to need more information because no matter what phone number I call it’s all being routed to the same place and no one is helpful!

We bought a new house from Veridian homes and Ashley store was recommended to us. We bought sofas for the living room , a dining tables and chairs and outdoor set for the patio. We received the Furniture but we were very disappointed- there are defects in almost every thing . 1- tear in the chair and a half, 2- dining table isn’t expanding, 3- two of the dining chairs have stains.. this is what we noticed and the delivery team proposed solutions. Today we were supposed to receive the replacement of the 2 dining chairs - we were shocked to see that they brought back the same chairs with stains. I sent a text message to the sales person ( Garret) who sold us the furniture and tried calling him but he didn’t reply to my message or returned my call. We thought Ashley is a high end furniture store but unfortunately our experience says otherwise

Our salesperson Carvelle was very informative and personable during our search for a power lift recliner. No high pressure sales pitch or tactics to purchase any item. A good selection of chairs at reasonable prices made for an easy purchase. We will definitely make Ashley Furniture our go to furniture store for future purchases.

This place is more than just lucky to have Carvelle Coleman in their store, he was truly an amazing person, he didn’t feel like a salesman trying to sell you product, he really went in depth to understand what we were looking for when we didn’t even know for ourselves. This was the first time buying furniture as a couple in a new home, so having Carvelle become part of the process we became lucky ourselves too. Carvelle, thank you so much! I took my mother shopping for furniture at the greenfield location entering 15 minutes to close. Carvelle our salesman assured me that it wasn’t a problem, while I volunteered an explanation, and served us as if we came in at the top of the morning. He met all my moms needs and we walked away with an awesome price ( about $500+ less than Bob’s for same style) even before he applied the scratch off coupon which he let her pick before showing us anything. We don't know if they think everyone that walk in the store go there to just walk around but I would never go there again after 20 minutes at this location we have to walk out no one say anything or even try to help us not even say a word to us feel like they profile the people that walk in like a Hispanic we feel like our business did not matter fo them so we left because all the sales reps pass by us and don't even look at us funny they all have a tablet on there hands but not ready to work. Don't go to a place where you have to look around for someone to get there attention. Worse customer service ever. We took our business to steinshafels where they make sure the minute we walk in they make sure we was help. That's what matters to us the service we got all that wee need there. This is my first time leaving a review ever. Which proves a lot.... do NOT purchase anything here. All the sales workers want is commission. They do not care about you and fixing their mistakes. My Dad called Danny, "Sales Manager" (works at this location) to cancel his order as he no longer needed it. Dad talked with Danny for a long time and he kept pushing my Dad to not cancel his order (obviously wants his little commission) and my Dad kept telling him he wants to cancel his order. Danny did whatever he had to do in the system to cancel the order and told my Dad three times the order was cancelled. Well, turns out Danny did not cancel the order. My Dad only found out because his bank called and said he has an overdue bill and has to pay about $11,000. My Dad has called this store to speak with a supposed manager named Liz and she has not called him back. Danny is dodging my Dad's calls and texts because of course, why would Danny own up to his mistake and take accountability? I used to LOVE Ashley Furniture. But after this situation and their poor customer experience, this place is not worth it. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting.

Jack and Donovan were an awesome crew. They had to swap out several large heavy pieces and the did it with care and a smile on their faces. Give these 2 a raise!!

We had the most bizarre and terrible experience. Order our daughters’ bed from there. We were told they will deliver and assemble. The delivery guy right away said that this bed set is of the particular kind that they can’t assemble. Ok, if they knew it beforehand why they lied. It all seemed like they knew all along that wouldn’t be assembling it. Really disappointing and terrible experience.

Jacob was able to direct us to what we were looking for and worked out a great deal.

Garrette gave us the attention and helped selected a couch that both fits my budget and need.

Went and purchased a sectional and loved it. Placed it for delivery because of how good they made it seem since they put it inside for you and everything, scheduled for a day at 2 oclock pm. That being said, we didn’t ask off for the day at work and assumed we would be there on time since our shift ends at . Day of, they text us late saying they ended up cancelling a few deliveries and would be there earlier around noon! And we said we wont be home until 1:20-1:30. They agreed and still arrived at 12:50-1 pm saying if we weren’t there in 15 minutes they were leaving. We tried to get ahold of the number and couldn’t get through, we tried calling ashleys at LEAST 5-6 times and no one would answer until finally they did. Once they did, we explained the situation and they blamed us saying there wasn’t a set time on deliveries and it would always be estimated or random. And also that they can’t deliver our couches until almost two weeks from now. UNBELIEVABLE. Save your money and don’t do husiness with them. Customer service is horrible.

They gave us a $100 gift card as an apology that we can only use there. Will never be back, as I'm sure they knew, so it's a worthless gift card to us. They lied to us repeatedly during the process. Garrett Anderson it was an amazing my fiancé and I have been looking for an upgrade to our bed for years now. In every place we go two thousand three thousand just well, out of our budget, we did some online shopping and found some options, and while we found one that seemed ideal garrett helped walk us through trying out a mattress of that quality, showing us the pros and cons, it ultimately helped us make a decision on a better note, more comfortable mattress, it's still within our budget and helped us. Ensure the 10 year warranty, please. At the point of purchase would recommend anyone. Go back to this location and seek out Garrett. Personally. Further, next furniture purchase or bedding purchase. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I purchased a bedroom set in November of 2024. I used my Ashley Credit Card. The sales person, Jacob, told me that with my card I qualify for 60 months interest free. That was the first screw up as he put me into an interest bearing promo. My delivery was a nightmare. Not only was it 2 hours late, the delivery driver was higher than a kite, and one of the parts of the bed came broken. I had to sleep on the floor for 3 days. I went to the store and finally picked up the new part. While there, the manager Liz, told me she will fix the promo issue and also comp me for the delivery fee. Months later, and it's STILL not resolved. They never comped me nor submitted a fix for the promo code. I have called numerous times & have either been hung up on or ignored. I filed a complaint with BBB & the store had the audacity to respond that everything has been taken care of. My balance & interest bearing promo say otherwise. They will never get my business again!!!

I’m usually pretty pleased with Ashley furniture shopped here for years that’s why I always return. This time around was different although leaving the store things were amazing, the calls and text I begin to receive just but a bad place in my mouth. My start delivery date was 12/30 for an entertainment center my next due date changed to 1/8 than that was changed to 1/16 a day before delivery they claimed it was due to a manufacturing issue but I was told by AL TOOLS that everything was in stock I reached out to the store several times text the manager said he would reach out when he gets in the store never did never responded terrible then said it was out of their control nothing they can do to accommodate the situation I’ve recommend several people in the past they’re service has went down hill.

Great sectional couch for the price. Wonderful customer service. I missed my delivery window and they accommodated me by coming back with someone else later and he was very nice and understanding. We bought our dining room set and living room furniture (loveseats, couch, and armchair with ottoman) from Ashley. Love how they all look! Beautiful furniture, well-made, for a great price. Furniture looked great but I’ve not had it for 3 years and the quality is poor at best. Customer service is awful, they said they would fix it 2 years ago, but went ghost after they agreed to fix it. My headboard arrived with scratches and my dresser will not close, every time I walk into my room 3/8 of my drawers are wide open and if I close them, they fall open. This is not an issue with angle… it’s a production issue. TRASH product and TRASH customer service.

All I have to say is, if you’re going to buy a furniture from Ashley’s, don’t waste your money on the warranty. They just stealing your money. Because of an “accidental damage” to my furniture, they weren’t able to fix it. So if the furniture is stained, that’s not an accident? I had minor seams coming out from the stitching before my child got a hold of it. And that wasn’t counted in for the warranty with the manufacturer. Which I still don’t understand. Didn’t make sense to me. I spoke to 4 different ppl who gave out the wrong information. Now they won’t refund me the full refund of the warranty but only going to give me half of it back. They’re try to take more money by saying they could fix the damage but I will have to pay for the service and it is more than the warranty. When I didn’t even use the warranty yet. Never buying a furniture from here again. First time customer and last one too. Ridiculous.

I had a great experience today shopping for living room furniture. I've purchased from Ashley stores in the past and was satisfied with my purchase, so I wanted to check here to try things out in person before deciding on a set. I ended up finding just the right living room set as well as a mattress and base that I had been contemplating for a long time but hadn't found the right fit. I'm really looking forward to receiving the items and will update my review later if I find the quality to be lacking long term. My only real criticism of the store is the colors of everything here are so bland, boring, and beige. All of the setups they have kind of look the same. They don't even have any colorful rugs or art displayed. I actually ended up getting a beige set because I liked the comfort and it fit what I was looking for, but I would have preferred more color options. I will just have to make everything else in the room more colorful to make up for the lack of color in the furniture itself. I worked with Jacob V. and he was both patient and helpful while my mind bounced around at all of the different options.

Our salesperson was Rawwan Hawwash. She is a total professional but what we liked most about her was her bubbly personality. You need to increase her salary! She really knows her craft and should be compensated for it.

Absolute garbage customer service and furniture design. We ordered their Lyncott dining table and chair set which was delivered on June 4th. The table had a manufacturing defect and the chairs were extremely top heavy that it almost fell back on my toddler - HAZARD! We contacted them on June 5th within 24 hours of delivery. They replaced the table but started to play ping pong with the chairs. They kept forwarding me to the store but the store won't pick up. After trying for 3 weeks the store told me my case will be handled by the customer service manager, who never reached out to me. I kept calling them but they couldn't get me a solution till date. It's been more than a month since the chairs are in my home; with constant fear that my baby might get hurt. At this point I think filling a lawsuit should be appropriate. Please refrain from buying from Ashleys. Not only their furniture is badly designed, their after sales service is a joke. We bought a new home and many of our friends are too in the area. We know where not to buy furniture from!

Laren went above and beyond to help us find a right couch and mattress. He got us a great deal and was very patient with our requests. Work with him if you can!

Once we decided upon an item, we continued shopping in the area of the second item we were looking for. Again, just at the right time, Skylar followed up to see if we had questions about that item. We were so impressed at the number of customers she was efficiently managing simultaneously, while making us feel as if we were her only customer. Skylar's calm, cheerful demeanor made both my Dad and I feel comfortable about his purchases. I would definitely seek her out again and will recommend her to others shopping for furniture. As the furniture was just delivered and therefore we are unable to comment on the long term quality of it, this 5 star review is primarily in response to our encounter with Skylar.

Great customer service from Max C. Very helpful in selection. I needed to edit this review to include Liz. I had a difficult situation occurr causing the need to have my purchase delivered sooner. As the item wasn't available yet, Liz and Max C came up with an out of the box solution that I would have never expected. They were able to put a "loaner" package together that we could use until our order arrived and they did this in less than 24 hours. Such great customer service from these two! I highly recommend purchasing from this store!

Best experience ever start to finish! Skylar greeted me and let me browse the store without any pressure. She checked in with me at just the right time and then helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. Skylar is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and fun. Informed me of the delivery process and got by new couch and loveseat scheduled for delivery. Day of delivery, I received a text message informing me the delivery team was on the way. I could track them as they approached. I couldn't have asked for a better team with my delivery! I wish I wrote down their names. Won’t be returning. Would not recommend. Wrong pieces delivered. Had to take a day off to accept another delivery day because their mistake. Salesman Gio didn’t return my call. Customer service dint care. The cherry on top is the delivery drivers setting off the fire alarm and listen to the siren for and hours until the FD showed. Because we live in a condo all the neighbors units went off as well. Driver said he would call with an update on 30min. Lied…just left for next delivery. I was told he gave me an additional 10% off the order come to find out it was just off the smallest piece which came to a slap in the face 40 dollars. How about to go out of your way to accommodate the customer for the circus you run?!?! The main reason I will never go back or do business is because I heard the sales GIO chuckle as we hung up. Unreal…

Delivery took long. Parts were missing . Took 3 times to come finish a bed assembly due to missing parts.

Went to Ashley to look for a couch for my new apartment. Wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but Jodie took all of the stress and guess work out of the process. Jodie is fantastic. She listened to my needs and went over the details of each couch I was interested in. Once I narrowed it down to the couch I wanted, she went over the features and the process to get the couch out of the store and to my place. Would definitely recommend working with her if you are looking to purchase a single piece of furniture or redecorating your entire house. Will be looking for a living room chair in the near future and will definitely be back to work with Jodie. Thank you Jodie!

We never thought Ashley would be our final stop, but Jodie Boldin and the AlexVale sleeper sofa checked all our boxes! The quality of the furniture and the comfort of the sleeper mattress will keep our kids coming home to stay with us. Extremely disappointed purchased a large sectional in 2020 and bought the extended warranty, I have 3 cushions that the covers are falling apart in the middle, I put in for the claim with the warranty and they said sorry anything "wear and tear" or poor build quality is not covered..... I also asked a about a seam coming apart and was told that is also not covered because the only reason the couch would rip at a seem was poor build quality.

We bought a recliner set from this store with additional protection plan of $1800. One of the recliners stopped working. I filed a claim to get it fixed and two weeks claim centre lady on the call said that they don’t cover it. She was very rude too. When I asked her, whats the point of paying extra money if you don’t cover it, her response was YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT THIS BEFORE PURCHASING THE PROTECTION PLAN. Never going back to ASHLEYS

I found my new nursery rocking chair! I'm 8 months pregnant and I've been to so many furniture stores looking for the perfect chair. Manny was my salesman. He was the best salesman I had in any of the other stores combined. Very knowledgeable and was not obnoxiously pushy like the other sales members were. Look for Manny if you come, he'll make your search a lot less painful and a pleasant experience.

Low standar quality items. Bought some recliner couch that started to mess up from the mechanical parts just months of purchasing. It was an issue getting them to come out to check them . When they finally came to check on the couches I had to wait 3 more months for the parts to get there . After waiting for 3 months without been able to use my sofas now they tell me I have to wait 1 more month to get someone out to fix the problem. When the technician finally arrives a month later he starts putting the pieces on the good couch and as we try to explain to him that that couch is not broken it’s the other one he continues to fix a couch that is WORKING PERFECTLY! When he finally is done working on one of the sides of the good couch we try to tell him and show him the issue of the other couch again at this point he is getting loud with us because he was done with his job. Then he left the other part of the couch thrown all in pieces in the middle of my living room. Leaving me with a broken couch that was never broken😞. I called Ashley back they sensed another technician who was able to assemble what the other technician messed up. Then a month later sure enough my couch starts sparking up fire (again the couch that was in good conditions) now my couch is broken again 😞 I can’t close the feet of it because the technician who worked on it the first time got the cable stuck under the metal mechanical part that he put in. I called again because this is now getting out of hand and this wasn’t the idea to pay for something I couldn’t use. I wait another month just so they can send out the same technician named Jesus who messed up the couch . When he arrives I tell him I would really like someone else to come check the couch. Now I’m stuck with the problem and no one wants to help the customers who keeps paying even tho she can’t use her stuff 😞😞 I’m so disappointed with their services. Never had problems with the beds we purchased and now with this couches they are giving me hell.. 😞

I bough this couch for a significant amount of money and only got half of it at the scheduled pick up, they then told me it would be a month until the other half showed up. I had to then wait the month and when I called to make sure it was there they told me it wouldn’t be here until another week went by. When I ended up picking up the couch it had a significant rip in the corner and I now have to try and fix my brand new couch that I had to wait a month and a half for.

Best experience ever. Lydia helped introduce me to all the mattresses, then helped me narrow down my options based on price. She was kind and helpful, without trying to convince me to go higher on budget. So happy with my mattress and mattress cover. I would go to Ashley again and again and highly recommend Lydia. Also, I was in and out of the store in just over a half hour. Literally couldn’t have asked for an easier experience.

This was my first visit to Ashley‘s I received a very warm and greeting. We started the day being scammed on Facebook Marketplace on a couch purchase. Discouraged, we decided to check out a furniture store instead. We walked in to Ashley and were greeted nicely by Manny who gave us info on where to look for couches and left us to look around. (Loved the non-pushy style). Manny was always close by when we had a question and led us all around the store to show us options. He was personable, knowledgeable, funny, and definitely an "above and beyond" type of guy. We found a perfect new couch for our living room! Plus Ashley had an awesome Black Friday in July sale going. Large purchases can be stressful but honestly, Manny made it so easy! We're even heading back soon for a new mattress ☺️

Manny Malespin worked with my daughter and me and helped us find a great living room set that was both comfortable and within my price range. He was extremely personable and had a great sense of humor! Above all, he was so kind and patient with us, and I appreciated it! It was a rainy day and he made it super worthwhile! Thanks Manny!!

Amazing shopping experience at Homestore! The selection and pricing unmatched and the pricing. My sales associate Shawna allowed me to shop freely, checking in occasionally, instead of the usual hovering you tend to get at the other furniture places. She explained the pricing, finance and delivery options clearly. If you're in the market for new furniture save yourself some time and energy and make Ashley your first stop!

Manny went out of his way to help with all our questions and needs. Top notch and very professional. Ashley is lucky to have him!! Highly recommend.

DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR YOUR FURNITURE. These are the issues I had to deal with: 1. We were partnered with an employee who was so busy that we had to wait over a half an hour to check out after selecting our items. She was also not available to help us navigate the store. We had to grab the manager to check us out. 2. We were told that our furniture would be delivered a week early so we had to rush to move things and ready the house for the movers. When our couch arrived it was damaged (see photos). They also forgot an entire desk. 3. We were told that Ashley's would reach out to us regarding our damaged sofa and missing desk. Did they call? Of course not. We had to reach out. 4. When we asked about a discount for the poor service and product, the sales representative was obviously annoyed. We were told later that we would be given a 50 dollar gift card. Our entire purchase was over 3,000 dollars. 5. They came to replace the couch and to bring the desk. The delivery men informed us that the entire desk was not in the truck; they only had the glass top. Second attempt at desk delivery.... FAILED. After that, we told them we no longer wanted thedesk. I bought a desk for 70% less on Amazon and am very happy with it. Its a shame that Amazon is a more reliable furniture store than Ashley's. 6. Oh I forgot! I also bought a lamp. The lampshade was stained. They STILL have not replaced it. Moral of the story: Ashley's does not value its customers. You are better off shopping on Amazon.

Ashley's furniture the best place to go

Purchased a mechanical recliner couch and paid extra for warranty but after 6 months the couch was stuck in the fully reclined position. Called the Ashley’s warranty company and now going on 4 months and the couch is still not fixed. Called the warranty company last week and they said they won’t have the piece that is broken until late August. Moral of the story don’t buy from Ashley’s because the warranty company the partner with doesn’t provide efficient care!

I purchased a wall shelf Model A8010202. Not the most expensive item. Still, I was looking forward to adding it to my living-room decor. When it arrived, it was literally 25% covered with non-peel labeling. Everything from the UPC code, to a weight limit warning label. Just to be clear, these would NOT just peel off. They were meant to be stuck permanently. This was no displayed in this fashion in the showroom!!! Seriously, absolutely no one would want to hang this thing on their wall unless they wanted a billboard in their living-room. I called the service center (which frankly is worthless) and then chatted with Samantha on-line via their website. I was assured that someone would be contacting me to help resolve this problem. Three weeks now and NOTHING. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. As a result, I will NEVER even bother to enter an Ashley store again. No service! Products stink! Why bother?

Great Service from Danny!

Go see Laren at the 27th st location. He was beyond knowledgeable about the products, very helpful and the best part he helped me bundle some items and save nearly $900.00. Best part is he was personable and not pushy. I had planned to go to a competitor store after visiting Ashley’s but Laren helped me find all the items I needed right at Ashley. Best part: free delivery and white glove service.

Overpriced and they follow you around trying to make a sale. The clearance section had some appropriately priced items but most were already sold. Not worth it.

I really enjoyed my experience at Ashley my first time there and I like a lot of their living room sets The room consultant Jeo Murillo from Greenfield location so awesome he very helpful and I found everything I was looking for and more Good

My experience shopping for a new sleeper sofa for my apartment on 6/4/23 at this store was most excellent! Fantastic customer service by Manny Malespin! Very personable salesman who is also very knowledgeable of both the industry and their products. I happened to catch the tail end of a Memorial Day sale and Manny was able to hold the sleeper sofa I wanted at the sale price for an extra day beyond the end of the sale. I ended up purchasing this item and got a screaming good deal on high-quality sofa with a 4-year protection plan and the delivery fee included for just under $2,000 👍👍. I had also visited IKEA jyst before and the one sleeper sofa that they had of interested significantly paled in comparison to the one I purchased at Ashley. I am extremely happy with this purchase! The good friend I was shopping with is a retired furniture salesman and also highly approved of this store and this purchase! I would definitely return there for any more higher-dollar furniture needs 👌

Good customer service treated me way well her name was Lydia, helped me and treated me very good and offered me other option as well for other furniture she was very nice and good on her job I will definitely come back to buy more and will refer other people to come here everybody in there was nice but Lydia was above and beyond.

it took over a month for us to receive our furniture once we ordered and paid for our furniture. we first received our couch and then it was another month or more before we received our love seat. both of these were ordered and paid for at the same time. additionally, we found out that it's poor quality. We paid to have the warranty. we have had to utilize it twice now. we are so unpleased with Ashley and their warranty process. One of our reclining chairs on the loveseat is broke, for a second time! We started the process for a warranty repair over two months ago now and are still waiting on this company to replace or fix the backing. I'm pretty sure if they fixed it right the first time we wouldn't have had needed a second repair. The reoccurring broken piece is made of plywood (a weak wood). maybe if they used better wood it wouldn't have broken again. So we continue to live with this ghetto looking love seat in our living room. It is so embarrassing when people come in our house.

My husband Mervin and I had a shopping ‘EXPERIENCE’ it was amazing. Our sales representative was Kelly L who greeted us with a genuine smile and pulled us in immediately by given us direction to what we were looking for. Kelly didn’t hover she allowed us the space and privacy to look around and talk. We found what we were looking for and Kelly walked us through the purchasing transition. Overall our experience was the best ever. That’s what we needed making a large purchase. Thank you.

Brought a whole bed room set as of April 9 2023 only made it 2 years that’s I’ve had the bedroom set. The boards on my bed broke the whole screw came out of the head board. I file a claim because I paid for protection when buying the bed. Took them almost 2 weeks before they reached out to me (after I had to send pics of the items) and only gave me 30 days to call them for delivery for the new pieces which I had to pay for them to deliver. So now I’m stuck with a broken bed with slacks.

Purchased a sectional from Ashley. The buying experience went well. Then the problems started. First, they canceled the delivery on the day it was scheduled. The second problem was that the wedge piece was delivered broken. It took almost 3 weeks for a repair tech to come and look at it. Tech found that the frame was broken and needed to be taken to the shop for repair. 2 1/2 weeks later, they still can't schedule a time to pick up the broken piece and repair it.

Beverly is an amazing person, very easy to work with, and she will make sure you get what you need!
