First time couch buyer and I’m a regular man when it comes to this stuff . I was a bit standoffish but Jodie Boldin brought great comfort and ease when exploring their selection . Very calm , patient and nice . If you’re looking for a hand make sure you get help from Jodie !

I had a great experience today shopping for living room furniture. I've purchased from Ashley stores in the past and was satisfied with my purchase, so I wanted to check here to try things out in person before deciding on a set. I ended up finding just the right living room set as well as a mattress and base that I had been contemplating for a long time but hadn't found the right fit. I'm really looking forward to receiving the items and will update my review later if I find the quality to be lacking long term. My only real criticism of the store is the colors of everything here are so bland, boring, and beige. All of the setups they have kind of look the same. They don't even have any colorful rugs or art displayed. I actually ended up getting a beige set because I liked the comfort and it fit what I was looking for, but I would have preferred more color options. I will just have to make everything else in the room more colorful to make up for the lack of color in the furniture itself. I worked with Jacob V. and he was both patient and helpful while my mind bounced around at all of the different options.
Our salesperson was Rawwan Hawwash. She is a total professional but what we liked most about her was her bubbly personality. You need to increase her salary! She really knows her craft and should be compensated for it.
The sales person Garrett was very pleasant, very helpful. Very satisfied.

First, the store itself -- you notice a fresh fragrance, then notice how absolutely clean the store is. The vignettes are widely spaced, no cramped furniture settings or cramped walkways. The salespeople are pleasant without being pushy. My person, Al, was so patient when I came back three times to finally choose the right fabric!

Absolute garbage customer service and furniture design. We ordered their Lyncott dining table and chair set which was delivered on June 4th. The table had a manufacturing defect and the chairs were extremely top heavy that it almost fell back on my toddler - HAZARD! We contacted them on June 5th within 24 hours of delivery. They replaced the table but started to play ping pong with the chairs. They kept forwarding me to the store but the store won't pick up. After trying for 3 weeks the store told me my case will be handled by the customer service manager, who never reached out to me. I kept calling them but they couldn't get me a solution till date. It's been more than a month since the chairs are in my home; with constant fear that my baby might get hurt. At this point I think filling a lawsuit should be appropriate. Please refrain from buying from Ashleys. Not only their furniture is badly designed, their after sales service is a joke. We bought a new home and many of our friends are too in the area. We know where not to buy furniture from!
Laren went above and beyond to help us find a right couch and mattress. He got us a great deal and was very patient with our requests. Work with him if you can!

Excellent, customer service. Max was attentive and assertiveness. When you’re buying. After OMG It takes more time that I spect the delivery. When it arrives, it is incomplete. The salesman Max offer us a table With 4 barstools and only comes with one and now we have to pay extra for three more, when he was very specific how was the bundle. He is making many excuses(Barbie world only buy a table with one chair). I’m so frustrated. I will make a return, I’m not happy at all.

My elderly father and I recently stopped at the S 27th St location in Milwaukee shopping for a few new pieces of furniture for him. Ashley's was our 3rd stop of the day. We were warmly welcomed at the door by Skylar Kucik. She directed us to the areas of the store we were interested in for us to peruse on our own. Not much later, Skylar caught up with us to answer any questions we had without being at all pushy. Once we decided upon an item, we continued shopping in the area of the second item we were looking for. Again, just at the right time, Skylar followed up to see if we had questions about that item. We were so impressed at the number of customers she was efficiently managing simultaneously, while making us feel as if we were her only customer. Skylar's calm, cheerful demeanor made both my Dad and I feel comfortable about his purchases. I would definitely seek her out again and will recommend her to others shopping for furniture. As the furniture was just delivered and therefore we are unable to comment on the long term quality of it, this 5 star review is primarily in response to our encounter with Skylar.

I walked into this store wanting nothing to do with my wife’s intense spending sprees. As we were “per usually” approached by this annoying salesman, it turned more into him being so indifferent, I wanted to buy the furniture more than he wanted to sell it. I have been in sales and enjoyed seeing someone still incorporating the basic fundamentals and pushing good business forward. We would’ve gotten the order but my wife mid-decision switched to wanting a dog and a rabbit, so today I’m completing her request. Great customer service from Max C. Very helpful in selection. I needed to edit this review to include Liz. I had a difficult situation occurr causing the need to have my purchase delivered sooner. As the item wasn't available yet, Liz and Max C came up with an out of the box solution that I would have never expected. They were able to put a "loaner" package together that we could use until our order arrived and they did this in less than 24 hours. Such great customer service from these two! I highly recommend purchasing from this store!
Best experience ever start to finish! Skylar greeted me and let me browse the store without any pressure. She checked in with me at just the right time and then helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. Skylar is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and fun. Informed me of the delivery process and got by new couch and loveseat scheduled for delivery. Day of delivery, I received a text message informing me the delivery team was on the way. I could track them as they approached. I couldn't have asked for a better team with my delivery! I wish I wrote down their names. Professional, polite and very careful with bringing in my new furniture. Thank you Skylar and the 2 gentlemen that delivered my furniture!

Won’t be returning. Would not recommend. Wrong pieces delivered. Had to take a day off to accept another delivery day because their mistake. Salesman Gio didn’t return my call. Customer service dint care. The cherry on top is the delivery drivers setting off the fire alarm and listen to the siren for and hours until the FD showed. Because we live in a condo all the neighbors units went off as well. Driver said he would call with an update on 30min. Lied…just left for next delivery. I was told he gave me an additional 10% off the order come to find out it was just off the smallest piece which came to a slap in the face 40 dollars. How about to go out of your way to accommodate the customer for the circus you run?!?! The main reason I will never go back or do business is because I heard the sales GIO chuckle as we hung up. Unreal…
Delivery took long. Parts were missing . Took 3 times to come finish a bed assembly due to missing parts.

She listened to my needs and went over the details of each couch I was interested in. Once I narrowed it down to the couch I wanted, she went over the features and the process to get the couch out of the store and to my place. Would definitely recommend working with her if you are looking to purchase a single piece of furniture or redecorating your entire house. We never thought Ashley would be our final stop, but Jodie Boldin and the AlexVale sleeper sofa checked all our boxes! The quality of the furniture and the comfort of the sleeper mattress will keep our kids coming home to stay with us. Jodie showed us the differences and never pressured us to make a quick sale - but the right and BEST decision! Thank you - we are very happy.

Extremely disappointed purchased a large sectional in 2020 and bought the extended warranty, I have 3 cushions that the covers are falling apart in the middle, I put in for the claim with the warranty and they said sorry anything "wear and tear" or poor build quality is not covered..... I also asked a about a seam coming apart and was told that is also not covered because the only reason the couch would rip at a seem was poor build quality.

We bought a recliner set from this store with additional protection plan of $1800. One of the recliners stopped working. I filed a claim to get it fixed and two weeks claim centre lady on the call said that they don’t cover it. She was very rude too. When I asked her, whats the point of paying extra money if you don’t cover it, her response was YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT THIS BEFORE PURCHASING THE PROTECTION PLAN. Never going back to ASHLEYS

This location had so many warm and welcoming salesmen and staff. However, I must say Manny was outstanding! We told him what we were looking for and our concerns, and he found exactly what we needed. He answered all of our questions and made us feel like VIP! Every customer should walk away feeling as heard and valued as Manny made us. He also had the perfect pace (didn't take all day but didn't rush us either). We look forward to doing more business in the future! We were looking for 2 new couch/love seat sets for our living rooms. This location had a nice variety and some pretty high-tech AND comfy couches (perfect home theater vibes). Absolutely best experience I ever had furniture shopping ever, I will make ALL my future purchases from Ashley Greenfield store only!! From the moment I walked in I was taken care of immediately by a wonderful salesman named Geo who took the time to search items to find me something in stock, that was in my budget, specific taste and would deliver immediate as I was moving in my new place that weekend I walked in. He went above and beyond make sure I was had everything taken care of (even the things I forgot to do). The delivery/setup team was on time, quick and amazing putting my new living room together. I found my new nursery rocking chair! I'm 8 months pregnant and I've been to so many furniture stores looking for the perfect chair. Manny was my salesman. He was the best salesman I had in any of the other stores combined. Very knowledgeable and was not obnoxiously pushy like the other sales members were. Look for Manny if you come, he'll make your search a lot less painful and a pleasant experience.

Low standar quality items. Bought some recliner couch that started to mess up from the mechanical parts just months of purchasing. It was an issue getting them to come out to check them . When they finally came to check on the couches I had to wait 3 more months for the parts to get there . After waiting for 3 months without been able to use my sofas now they tell me I have to wait 1 more month to get someone out to fix the problem. When the technician finally arrives a month later he starts putting the pieces on the good couch and as we try to explain to him that that couch is not broken it’s the other one he continues to fix a couch that is WORKING PERFECTLY! When he finally is done working on one of the sides of the good couch we try to tell him and show him the issue of the other couch again at this point he is getting loud with us because he was done with his job. Then he left the other part of the couch thrown all in pieces in the middle of my living room. Leaving me with a broken couch that was never broken😞. I called Ashley back they sensed another technician who was able to assemble what the other technician messed up. Then a month later sure enough my couch starts sparking up fire (again the couch that was in good conditions) now my couch is broken again 😞 I can’t close the feet of it because the technician who worked on it the first time got the cable stuck under the metal mechanical part that he put in. I called again because this is now getting out of hand and this wasn’t the idea to pay for something I couldn’t use. I wait another month just so they can send out the same technician named Jesus who messed up the couch . When he arrives I tell him I would really like someone else to come check the couch. Now I’m stuck with the problem and no one wants to help the customers who keeps paying even tho she can’t use her stuff 😞😞 I’m so disappointed with their services. Never had problems with the beds we purchased and now with this couches they are giving me hell.. 😞

I bough this couch for a significant amount of money and only got half of it at the scheduled pick up, they then told me it would be a month until the other half showed up. I had to then wait the month and when I called to make sure it was there they told me it wouldn’t be here until another week went by. When I ended up picking up the couch it had a significant rip in the corner and I now have to try and fix my brand new couch that I had to wait a month and a half for.
Best experience ever. Lydia helped introduce me to all the mattresses, then helped me narrow down my options based on price. She was kind and helpful, without trying to convince me to go higher on budget. So happy with my mattress and mattress cover. I would go to Ashley again and again and highly recommend Lydia. Also, I was in and out of the store in just over a half hour. Literally couldn’t have asked for an easier experience.

This was my first visit to Ashley‘s I received a very warm and greeting. Dana who is the associate that helped me she listen to everything I said, and we were able to come up with a really nice sectional. Couch I didn’t realize I could actually separated and only by portions of it. She was just so incredibly amazing and very informative. I just can’t say enough about my experience there. I most certainly will be back.

We started the day being scammed on Facebook Marketplace on a couch purchase. Discouraged, we decided to check out a furniture store instead. We walked in to Ashley and were greeted nicely by Manny who gave us info on where to look for couches and left us to look around. (Loved the non-pushy style). Manny was always close by when we had a question and led us all around the store to show us options. He was personable, knowledgeable, funny, and definitely an "above and beyond" type of guy. We found a perfect new couch for our living room! Plus Ashley had an awesome Black Friday in July sale going. Large purchases can be stressful but honestly, Manny made it so easy! We're even heading back soon for a new mattress ☺️

Had 1 good experience.. But my next was my last. Purchased a new bedroom said and it's flimsy and it wobbles. I hate it. They won't cover under warranty and if they made adjustments it will void the warranty I purchased. WORSE ITEM I EVER PURCHASED IN MY LIFE. I will never return. Products a Flimsy. Never buy a metal box spring as well
Ashley Furniture is HORRIBLE ... online customer service is pathetic. The merchandise was missing parts and the phone rep argued with me then finally agreed to sent parts. The next day i get an email that they were mistaken, that the parts are not included!! So they want to offer me a 10% discount to make up for the misinformation, WTF! They want me to spend more money and shop some more. Nothing but insulting. The assembly instructions clearly show all parts needed. It has been a battle trying to get them to do the right thing which they refuse. I emailed the CEO and he will not respond. I told them to pick up their junk but now they want to send a technician to inspect ... again WTF!!! So i just told them not to bother, i am putting it out for bulk trash pick up and will just count my losses. Expensive mistake made shopping with them. Now they have some goon calling my phone leaving a msg that he would like to know what he can do to fix this ... a little too late. I wont do anymore business with them and they can kiss my ***!!! BUYER BEWARE
Amazing shopping experience at Homestore! The selection and pricing unmatched and the pricing. My sales associate Shawna allowed me to shop freely, checking in occasionally, instead of the usual hovering you tend to get at the other furniture places. She explained the pricing, finance and delivery options clearly. If you're in the market for new furniture save yourself some time and energy and make Ashley your first stop!

DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR YOUR FURNITURE. These are the issues I had to deal with: 1. We were partnered with an employee who was so busy that we had to wait over a half an hour to check out after selecting our items. She was also not available to help us navigate the store. We had to grab the manager to check us out. 2. We were told that our furniture would be delivered a week early so we had to rush to move things and ready the house for the movers. When our couch arrived it was damaged (see photos). They also forgot an entire desk. 3. We were told that Ashley's would reach out to us regarding our damaged sofa and missing desk. Did they call? Of course not. We had to reach out. 4. When we asked about a discount for the poor service and product, the sales representative was obviously annoyed. We were told later that we would be given a 50 dollar gift card. Our entire purchase was over 3,000 dollars. 5. They came to replace the couch and to bring the desk. The delivery men informed us that the entire desk was not in the truck; they only had the glass top. Second attempt at desk delivery.... FAILED. After that, we told them we no longer wanted thedesk. I bought a desk for 70% less on Amazon and am very happy with it. Its a shame that Amazon is a more reliable furniture store than Ashley's. 6. Oh I forgot! I also bought a lamp. The lampshade was stained. They STILL have not replaced it. Moral of the story: Ashley's does not value its customers. You are better off shopping on Amazon.

Ashley's furniture the best place to go
Purchased a mechanical recliner couch and paid extra for warranty but after 6 months the couch was stuck in the fully reclined position. Called the Ashley’s warranty company and now going on 4 months and the couch is still not fixed. Called the warranty company last week and they said they won’t have the piece that is broken until late August. Moral of the story don’t buy from Ashley’s because the warranty company the partner with doesn’t provide efficient care!
I purchased a wall shelf Model A8010202. Not the most expensive item. Still, I was looking forward to adding it to my living-room decor. When it arrived, it was literally 25% covered with non-peel labeling. Everything from the UPC code, to a weight limit warning label. Just to be clear, these would NOT just peel off. They were meant to be stuck permanently. This was no displayed in this fashion in the showroom!!! Seriously, absolutely no one would want to hang this thing on their wall unless they wanted a billboard in their living-room. I called the service center (which frankly is worthless) and then chatted with Samantha on-line via their website. I was assured that someone would be contacting me to help resolve this problem. Three weeks now and NOTHING. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. As a result, I will NEVER even bother to enter an Ashley store again. No service! Products stink! Why bother?

Go see Laren at the 27th st location. He was beyond knowledgeable about the products, very helpful and the best part he helped me bundle some items and save nearly $900.00. Best part is he was personable and not pushy. I had planned to go to a competitor store after visiting Ashley’s but Laren helped me find all the items I needed right at Ashley. Best part: free delivery and white glove service.
Overpriced and they follow you around trying to make a sale. The clearance section had some appropriately priced items but most were already sold. Not worth it.

My experience shopping for a new sleeper sofa for my apartment on 6/4/23 at this store was most excellent! Fantastic customer service by Manny Malespin! Very personable salesman who is also very knowledgeable of both the industry and their products. I happened to catch the tail end of a Memorial Day sale and Manny was able to hold the sleeper sofa I wanted at the sale price for an extra day beyond the end of the sale. I ended up purchasing this item and got a screaming good deal on high-quality sofa with a 4-year protection plan and the delivery fee included for just under $2,000 👍👍. I had also visited IKEA jyst before and the one sleeper sofa that they had of interested significantly paled in comparison to the one I purchased at Ashley. I am extremely happy with this purchase! The good friend I was shopping with is a retired furniture salesman and also highly approved of this store and this purchase! I would definitely return there for any more higher-dollar furniture needs 👌

My husband Mervin and I had a shopping ‘EXPERIENCE’ it was amazing. Our sales representative was Kelly L who greeted us with a genuine smile and pulled us in immediately by given us direction to what we were looking for. Kelly didn’t hover she allowed us the space and privacy to look around and talk. We found what we were looking for and Kelly walked us through the purchasing transition. Brought a whole bed room set as of April 9 2023 only made it 2 years that’s I’ve had the bedroom set. The boards on my bed broke the whole screw came out of the head board. I file a claim because I paid for protection when buying the bed. Took them almost 2 weeks before they reached out to me (after I had to send pics of the items) and only gave me 30 days to call them for delivery for the new pieces which I had to pay for them to deliver. So now I’m stuck with a broken bed with slacks.

Purchased a sectional from Ashley. The buying experience went well. Then the problems started. First, they canceled the delivery on the day it was scheduled. The second problem was that the wedge piece was delivered broken. It took almost 3 weeks for a repair tech to come and look at it. Tech found that the frame was broken and needed to be taken to the shop for repair. 2 1/2 weeks later, they still can't schedule a time to pick up the broken piece and repair it.
Beverly is an amazing person, very easy to work with, and she will make sure you get what you need!

I had been waking up with a sore neck for weeks. After many massages and trips to the chiropractor nothing seemed to be helping. My doctor recommended I get a new pillow. Manny’s warm smile and friendly demeanor quickly assured me that I had nothing to worry about. He advised me to not simply pick a good pillow but to test it out first. I worked with Alphonso today at the location on S 27th St. He was ABSOLUTELY amazing and extremely knowledgeable of the avaliable inventory. Alphonso took the time to get to know what it is that I was looking for, what my vision was for the space I was trying to fill, and my price point. He showed me how I can put various pieces together to create my ideal space. I could tell he was not trying to get me to buy something just to make the sale. He wanted me to find the piece that was right for me. Because of Alphonso I walked out of Ashley's with the piece that was perfect for me and truly enjoyed the process!!

I paid about 10 thousand all I got my bedroom set...my dining room..and a living room set + a fireplace... and they took a long time to bring this thing's to my house and they told me that I have 5 years of warranty and now they are trying to charge me from some mess up slats that there breaking I haven't have my thing's not even a year I think...in couple of months I should have a year that I have bought them... I will not recommend people to buy from Them..

We came looking for a new mattress. Kelly did a great job showing us many options. We chose one we thought would be good for us. After a couple weeks we realized it was not what we wanted. We came back to the store and again Kelly showed us multiple options. We chose another mattress and were able to exchange it with absolutely now hassles. We really love the new mattress. Last Friday just before 11 AM they delivered our new couch and automen. In the process of bringing in the couch, they hit our 55" flat screen breaking it. It is Monday after 5PM and we have NOT even heard ANYTHING from them on reimbursing us for the broken tv. Try going 3 plus days without a tv and young children...
There is a lot to choose from - always someone asking if we need any assistance but no pressure selling at all (which we enjoyed).

I had a wonderful experience at the Ashley location in my area. I was greeted by a young lady named Skyler. She went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking for. I think she is a great asset to your company. She was friendly and very professional with a good sense of humor. If I ever come back to Ashley in the future I would love to have Skyler assist me again. She's a gem which is hard to find in customer service these days.
Low quality furniture
I was offered a 5 year warranty, that they subcontract out; who graciously took 3 months to respond to me, then told me they would not come fix my recliner due to wear and tear and not reporting it within 5 days of it occurring. A competent and reliable furniture store would let their customers know these ridiculous rules when offering them a 5 yr extended warranty, lr rectify the situation. Please soend the extra money and take your business elsewhere to an honest furniture store.

I was looking for a sofa with a Chaise, and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but Lydia walked me through the store and we looked at fabrics and styles of many different products and she really helped me pick out what I ordered. I cannot say enough about the experience, very very good!

My partner and I had a great experience with Ashley HomeStore. We felt no pressure from the associates and got zero interest financing on a living room set we love. We had done plenty of research online and had an idea of what set we wanted. Skylar took us right to the set we were interested in and let us take our time browsing without escorting us or being overbearing. She checked in with us a couple of times and helped us decide between two pieces when we were unsure. When it came time to check out, she was efficient without seeming rushed and managed to get a manager over so we could get free delivery on two separate deliveries so our sofa could arrive within 4 days. We might be back within the next few weeks to get a bedroom set while we have 12 months of zero interest on our line of credit!

Our floor consultant, Jodie, was extremely helpful. We went and saw her 3-4 months ago regarding a couch. Life got in the way and we had to put off purchasing until this past week. I found her card and asked for her, and she remembered us and what couch we were interested in. She then helped pick out a leather recliner to match the couch. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back and working with her in the future.
I stopped at the store 1st to check out prices and second time to try out beds. Both times, I was greeted by a friendly face named Shawna. She was very helpful, gave me space to look around and checked on me throughout the process, and gave me more information about the products. She made the buying process easy and fun with her great personality and knowledge. For all furniture needs, I know exactly who I'll be talking to in the future as she has a customer in me.

When I walked in I wasn't greeted and there were 4 sales reps chilling in the floor furniture .. it looked Iike they were trying to come to a consensus on who would need to get up and attempt to service my inquiry. Sad.. but true story.. it's more to it but if you need more to persuade you to avoid this location then you should probably check it out yourself. Good luck!

A great shopping experience for me and my wife. We came in and were immediately approached by a sales representative that was very exuberant and stature. She asked us what we were looking for and promptly took us to the mattress area. She didn't try to oversell anything, just simply watched as we went upon our way. Rachel at the Ashley Furniture store in Greenfield was absolutely incredible. We had been to a few other stores looking for a mattress and Rachel sealed the deal for us. She was so knowledgeable and professional. The amount of information she knew, especially technically speaking, about the products was truly incredible and impressive. She didn’t give us a typical cheesy sales pitch, she gave us the facts about the different mattress options, did a great job educating us and then let us make our own informed decision. She was so kind and patient and helped us to make a great decision and purchase a mattress we love. From the selection to the financing and purchase, she was awesome and the whole process was seamless. We also asked about a couple other furniture items we are looking to purchase down the road and she knew a ton about those products as well. We had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture in Greenfield WI. We worked directly with the manager Dan and he took really good care of us. He answered questions and helped us to choose a mattress that both of us loved. Dan took the time to walk with us around the store to choose the perfect dining table and couch as well. The customer service is above average for sure at Ashley and we will not take our business to any other furniture store. This is the third time we have made a purchase from Ashley and there is a reason we are repeat customers! I highly recommend Ashley furniture to anyone looking they offer free financing as well making their already affordable prices even more affordable. We came back to purchase a bedroom set and were really excited to get the same sales associate who did a great job of recommending products and giving us the best deal possible.
Not necessarily the store’s fault but with that being said customer service is extremely frustrating. Purchased a sectional which was delivered damaged. The employee took pictures and assured me new fabric would be sent. Received a text message that new fabric will be arriving and to call customer service when it arrives to schedule a service visit. Fabric arrived and called customer service 3 times. Left 3 messages with no return call. Finally decided the store may be able to help me. Went to the store and had one customer service lady attempt to help me with a promise of a call back. No call back. In the meantime decided to wait on hold with customer service myself. They took my information but indicated they couldn’t schedule service due to the length of time required and would call back. It’s been another 6 days with no response. NEVER accept damaged furniture even if they indicate it will be fixed. The company is clearly not in the business of fixing their own mistakes.
I recently purchased a reclining sofa, table and rug from Ashley. I love my furniture. It is well made and sturdy. The rug is well made and beautiful. My salesman, Manny, was fantastic and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He wasn’t pushy. He made my shopping experience at Ashley comfortable and enjoyable. I made multiple changes to my order and changed the delivery date a few times. During all this he was very polite and patient with me. Manny returns messages quickly. If he is not working or unavailable, he will send you a message letting you know when he will be back in the office. He is one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. I think they have a great product however I was jerked around trying to get a job they advertise jobs at one location and try to switch you somewhere else and I'm a professional sales trainer and ran a large sales crew but I guess they want robots

My wife and I recently bought a bedroom furniture set and felt happy about the whole experience. The delivery was timely and accomplished well. A mirror was found to be broken in the initial delivery, but a replacement quickly found and installed just a few days later. All in all, I would recommend Ashley to anyone seeking good quality furniture.

This could have been an overwhelming experience but he made it less stressful. Two thumbs up!! Update: 9/23/22 Ashley Furniture has to do a major overhaul of there delivery service! It was very disappointing to experience delay after delay. All the while being told that a “part” for the three piece table set was broke. We ordered three rooms of furniture only to end up canceling the table set after another 2 weeks being added for delivery date. I ordered the same table set from Amazon and received in 1 business day. After Ashley was taking over a month to resolve. Totally unacceptable. I’m still trying to determine what part was broke on the table set as it only had 18 bolts to put together. UNREAL!!!! We’ve heard nothing but horror stories since from friends. Wish we had known beforehand. Lesson learned.
Okay talk about a roller-coaster for buying a mattress... our sales guy Manny was AWESOME! Asked the right questions, left us to our own when needed, never pushed and even recommended a great restaurant. The delivery however... I was canceled on multiple times, missed work multiple days to be home for the delivery, moved my old bed out of my room multiple times. Well today they assured me they will be here today in the morning stop number one. Hours pass I dont hear anything. They do it again, cancel on me. Now I am FUMING! I call and get forwarded to the managers voice mail. An hour goes by and I get more mad. I text Manny what was going on and he told me how irritated he was about the situation and said give him some time to figure it out. I'm figuring I'll have to take more time off next week just to get canceled again. He called me back very shortly after and said he called a guy in on his day off and are on their way to menards to rent a truck to get it here today. I can not describe how grateful I am for Manny, I was minutes away from pulling the plug on the whole thing and getting a refund. Manny gets 5 big stars. Their delivery company gets 0 stars. Ashley gets the average of 3 stars. Manny is literally the only thing that saved the relationship.
Rachel Haas was super helpful in picking out a new reclining sofa and counsel. The price didn’t break the bank and they allowed us free financing for 12 months. The previous set we had from Ashley lasted over 10 years with 2 dogs and 2 young children.

Horrible customer service! My husband and I walk into the store ready to buy a sectional but no one even said hi or offer any help even when we came face to face with sales personnel. We ended up walking out after about 30 minutes and we will take our money where it's welcome.

Entered the store Sunday. 4 employees standing around and no one greets me. It was like I was invisible. Asked where the recliners were and the guy that answered seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. Spent 15min looking around and not one sales person offered assistance. Definitely will not return and I'm sure they won't lose any sleep over it

Had a good experience here. Went in with a picture of exactly what we wanted and walked out having purchased that exact couch. My only reason for 4 not 5 stars, is that as an introvert I would have liked a little more time to wander and look on our own and without the sales rep with us 90% of the time. Terrible customer service from all ends of the business. I was supposed to have my furniture delivered today and due to issues on their end they were not able to. I try calling the store 3 times, the first time I was transferred to a voicemail, the 2nd and 3rd time the guy that answered hung up on me. This is ridiculous, I understand things happen but, where is the customer service? They got their money the day I ordered the furniture but now they can’t work with a customer? Never been so disappointed with a business before.

This is a response to my review since I can't edit or response to it. I stated I'm waiting on a credit and I got a response saying the refund was explained on my account, but I don't have a credit on my account as the credit card is calling me asking why I haven't paid. So that's another lie from the company and I have call them again and ask why they are not crediting my account. I already got all new furniture bought and delivered way before this was even resolved.
My partner and I visited Ashley HomeStore on Memorial Day looking for a mattress and sofa. We got a late start so we were pleasantly surprised they were open until 8:00pm. We were greeted by Consultant Skylar Kucik who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! She answered all of our questions and explained things in detail very patiently. We were in the store well over an hour and purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress and a sofa that was on sale. Plus we got $300 off for the purchase of the mattress as was advertised. Skylar went out of her way to get us the fastest FREE delivery time available and we’re very excited to get our furniture! I highly recommend Ashley HomeStore! Thank you Skylar!

I had issues with this place 10 years ago. Decided to try again because I thought they would have improved...nope I was wrong. Buy at your own risk, I know I have truly learned my lesson. Sales people won't call you back. Lied about what was going to be late and delivered. Took 6 months to get a answer for a standard couch, then proceeded to push back my delivery date. I finally told them I was done and cancel my order which took more time for that to actually happen. Store managers lied to us, the office manager finally assisted us and got my order canceled. Still waiting on a refund, and geting late fees for a couch I don't even own any more. Buyer beware.

What a joke! Purchased 12k in furniture in January and have only received a 1/4 of it!! I was told that the latest anything would arrive would be may. We’ll it’s may and they pushed everything back till maybe the end of July and early August. I understand that shipping and labor is a problem, I deal with it everyday but come on!! These people lie to your face, tell you one thing and don’t follow up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you you’re ok with paying for something that you may never receive. What a pathetic excuse for a business!

Waited 6 months for delivery of sofa. Totally understand. Sofa delivered February 28th and cushions look like I have sat on this sofa for years. Totally mis-shapen already. Took pictures and sent to sales rep to see what approach I should take. No response. Called sales rep. Was told she would call me back. No response. Very dissatisfied with lack of customer service. I will never purchase from nor recommend Ashley to anyone. UPDATE; Nice person at customer service is helping me but have not heard back yet. In the meantime, have decided my sofa is a piece of junk and am going to get rid of it UPDATE JUNE 14TH - Texted customer service, as I still have not received any satisfaction, no response. Texted again today, June 5th, no response. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE.
They were very accommodating, they negotiated a price that I was happy with, which was way less than was listed and I got an end table I really wanted for half price. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their furniture.
Bought a 3pc set with 2 end table, a coffee table and 2 lamps for a sale price of $1400.... that was 7 years ago. Just sold that 3pc for $250. Still in good condition. Looking for a new set - Definitely going back to Ashley!!!!!
Giving it a two star because of the great experience of July 2021 I had with the previous store Manager Dana. However recent events with another purchase has left great dissatisfaction for this store the recent sales person who disregarded my request to remove items that were a hassle from beginning to get confirmation for delivery and the delivery departments team have left me with great disgust and concern as a consumer. Beds were delivered with poor set up and damaged parts. We are going on a week of no communication from the store I had to reach out to get the status of the items. Now it’s another month out date if delivery for new items. Delivery department stated they sent items to my home I never knew about and thought I’d continue putting one of the beds together they left with a nail sticking out of. The supports for bed were 2 inches off the floor and I was told this is normal…. Not… headboard to my bedroom set arrived damaged and they couldn’t keep my bed frame together it kept coming apart due to the wrong supports being on it but the delivery team wanted to leave the beds poor poor service. I decided not to purchase my mattress sets from this company and went with Colders… I will continue with the competitor. Services were great and fast. I still have the kitchen and rec room to complete for furniture items as well as business locations for my group homes. I will use colders and not this company great dissatisfaction and concern seriously very poor customer service/management experience.

Purchased furniture($2500 set) from this store 2 years ago along with the 5 year warranty. I recently had some damage happen to the sofa and went through all the steps of sending in pictures and speaking with representatives just for my claim to be denied. when it clearly states in my warranty that the damage endured is fully covered(DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY) trust me. So then they tell me that they can do the repairs at half price since i did purchase the warranty and it doesn’t cover the damage done(which it clearly states in my warranty that it should be fully covered) Somewhat hopeful, I contact their service team and send them pictures for the second time.. after waiting 2 weeks for someone to get back to me I receive a text inquiring about getting my furniture repaired and have to send them the same pictures i had already sent twice. I text their service department back and forth FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH because it would take them 3 days at a time to get back to me. Finally fed up i decide to drive the 45 min to the store and speak with a lady at the service desk. i take 5 minutes to explain the situation that has been going on for the past month and a half and she hands me a card and tells me to call the number on the card and they will help me. The number she gave me is the same number i’ve been texting back and forth for over a month. Clearly upset, i explain that I’ve been in contact with them for over a month and just simply want my furniture repaired at whatever cost at this point. so finally exactly 56 days later they send me a link that requires me to pay in advance for the material and drive time for them to come out and repair my furniture. This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. hind sight is always 20/20 but save yourself the time and shop else where.
My husband and I have been looking for a comfortable couch. Layan greeted us warmly with her a beautiful smile right when we walked in, and asked if she could help us find what we were looking for. She let us roam and continually checked in, answering questions we had. By the end, we had 4 sets we couldn't choose between. She checked up on all the availability and helped us choose the most cozy couch that would be available in a few weeks. Layan was helpful, made us feel comfortable, and checked us out quickly. Service was solid. Woman named Shawna helped ne find a mattress and was extremely patient. She also messaged me to let me know when shipping changed when she wasn't even working. That is great customer service. Received my mattress a week in advance and so far it is great. If that changes I will update. But as far as service goes, it was phenomenal.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient service today at Ashley home store on 27th st. Al Tools was my salesman and from the start he was friendly and very helpful. I went to a few matress stores within about a mile radius of this Ashley store and all sales people gave me weird looks or snares for wanting to spend less than $300 or even $500 on a matress for my 3 year old son! Also they give a matress to the Boys and Girls club when you buy one!

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Purchased a bed frame from them paid for delivery and set up. I had it delivered on a Saturday, delivery guys open the box and one support is broken. They were willing to set it up broken but I would have to sign a liability waiver. I called customer support to setup repair or replacement and was told that the person who handles replacement isn't working. I had to leave a voicemail leave a voicemail for him and would get back to me sometime next week. Asked to speak to someone else get transferred and the phone hangs up. I call back get told the same thing and get transferred to a voicemail. I call back to speak to a manager and get the managers voicemail. I then called the greenfield store and get told there's nothing they can do to order any parts and that the would email the managers. I call back 4 hours later and no one has responded. In all of my calling I found out that best case they will build the part and it will take one to two weeks or I could return it all and receive a full replacement. It took about 2 months for this bed to be delivered. If you do order anything just hope there are no issues because there customer support is non-existent.
I found it disohnest that ashley's website offers much cheaper prices than its stores....I only give them 1🌟 because i had the opportunity to see the furniture in person....

Went in on a Saturday with my 3 year old daughter to look for a much needed new couch and got Layan. Right away she understood my needs and wants. She showed me 2 awesome models but I was torn between then due to different features. So I went home with some information and measurements and to think about it, as I can be quite indecisive at times. I returned the next day with my answer and ended up adding a dinning room set to my purchase. Layan was very patient, never pushy with myself and Daughter and I thank her so much for that. Although other people we came in contact with and talked to seemed very knowledgeable and nice Layan is now my go to person. She is very knowledgeable, patient and an all around sweet and caring person. She comes across very genuine and made it a good experience. The WORST part of all is waiting months to get the furniture due to shortages. Layan did a wonderful job helping us out.
Excellent service! I went in to the store looking for a new mattress. Layan Elqaq was extremely helpful and patient through the buying process. I spent a significant amount of money, but I knew that I wanted a quality mattress. One that would last for years. I used their 0% financing through Wells Fargo it is a revolving credit line. I’d say just ask as many questions as necessary to ensure that you are making the right purchase. Do your research before by checking prices online. I had a general idea as to what a quality mattress will cost. The best time to buy a mattress is around before Christmas or Presidents Day.

It’s a good place to shop the employees don’t chase you around trying to sell you their products they leave you alone to walk around and see if you find what your looking for they give you information on the product when asked It helps you to make your decision. Went there Tuesday and made my purchase with no hassles just wish they would not had closed my account there for lack of use of my card after all no one buys furniture every year so they can’t really expect you to buy there every year I have made many purchases there in the past my house had many products and if they would not close peoples accounts they would probably have more customers and collect more interest on the purchases. I myself used my visa didn’t want them rechecking my credit to cause them to lower it so I’d preferred to use a visa and save on the extra finances

We were served by Janeryeis,who was beyond pleasant and helpful. I made quite a few selections and then made a quite a few changes. she had no problem adjusting her look board and making time to understand our needs. Totally disappointed in the customer service. I tried to get a replacement remote for a power chair. My 95 year old dad needed it as soon as possible as he cannot get up on his own. After three days I am still waiting for the store manager to call me after talking to customer service. I was told a replacement would be $50.00 and take 2 to 4 weeks to receive. Thanks to Amazon I was able to purchase the same one for $13.00 and had the remote 2 days later. Again, I am still waiting for a phone call back. Knowing how important this way for my dad I will never shop at this store again. Customer service suggested we contact the store manager and ask if we can take one from the store and exchange it with the one we would have purchased for $50.00. Three days later no call back. My boyfriend and I had ordered a sectional sofa April 2021. It was delivered to our apartment June 2021, then a few months later we had a tear in the fabric on our chaise. It took 3 months for a tech to even come out and repair the chaise for it to reopen back up months later. I’ve been trying to reach out to customer service, but have been getting the run around and haven’t gotten a hold of anyone.

Terrible. Up for a 5th delivery and our furniture keeps coming broken. No one remembers what the last conversation was, everyone is pointing the finger at someone else. No phone calls back and can never get ahold of someone bought over a 3000$ bedroom set and been waiting for a good delivery and non broken furniture hopefully 5th time is a charm. Talking hours out of my family’s day all with phone calls and delivery’s failure to be handled in a professional way
They use substandard materials and workmanship. I purchased a sofa 3 years ago that is being replaced today. After it was 3 months old it already looked years old. Cushions were already flat, and support under the cushions was almost gone (they don’t use springs, it’s just fabric stretched between pieces of the frame). The cushions would never stay in place and the foam deteriorated almost immediately. A large sectional sofa should last more than 3 years and the money I spent is wasted. You are better off spending a little more someplace like Steinhafels to get a quality piece that will last far longer.
I ordered two $900 chairs with a warranty that started peeling in odd places after a few months, despite that they were supposed to be leather. I went to the store, and they advised they would be repaired due to the warranty. I initiated this process in June 2021 and have been getting the runaround since. They had me send pictures and a sample of the chair leather so they could make a dye. I was told the dye was done and a repair man was coming to fix it. When the repair man arrived, he took pictures and knew nothing about the dye. It is now over 7 months, and the chairs are not fixed. No one at the store is willing to help, they keep sending me to the care center who also has not helped. When you go into Ashley Furniture, they talk non-stop about how great their warranties are. This is completely false information - they do not back up their products, and the warranty does not do anything but take your money. I would recommend to go anywhere else but here for furniture.
Went to purchase some furniture for our living room the other day and had a very good experience. We weren't pestered walking in the door like most places. We're met a fine young man named Alex who spent a lot of time walking us through all the possible options. He was extremely helpful and courteous and made the overall experience very pleasant. If you find yourself shopping here ask for Alex, he took very good care of us. We had done some other shopping and Ashley had more options and was consistently less expensive. They also don't try and mark everything way up and take 50 or 75% off the price. It's up front and competitive. The only strange thing was that we priced the items we liked out online before walking in the store and that price ended up being quite a bit less than what we were quoted in the store? May be worth checking out before heading in as they honored the online price which was really great. Thanks Alex!

I was greeted right away with a warm hello and the store's offerings. Explained perfectly and was touch backed with by multiple associates and again by the same one that greeted me in the beginning. I was never hounded or felt followed around which was perfect for me. I ended up selecting a piece and even thou the associate who initially helped me was busy with another client she expertly instructed another associate to assist and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this location.

I went into Ashley’s with a idea of what I wanted but pretty still unsure. Our sales associate Allison was AMAZING from beginning to end! We laughed like family and ended up making an amazing purchase. We even received our table 3 weeks early! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! We will definitely be shopping their again!
The quality of furniture is what you would expect for Ashley’s. The costumer service was extremely poor. We did not get asked for assistance once and staff was huddled together chatting. I only saw typical “family” costumers being assisted. Would not recommend coming here if you need assistance or have questions as staff wasn’t interested in helping or talking.

I usually don’t review negatively on anything, but I feel like I want others to be aware of this huge issue. I ordered everything before moving here around March of this year. I made sure to pay for everything as soon as possible to have things ready by the time I moved across the country. I received everything except my bed. I understand that COVID 19 has made things worse, but they have been pushing the dates from Aug to sept to December to now feb of next year. They have not communicated with me at throughout this process. I’ve tried reaching out to them but always seem to hit a wall. When I ask to speak to someone higher up, I never hear back. I don’t want anyone to go through what I am currently going through. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication and inconsistent service I’ve received. I feel like they should have disclosed early on that they cannot deliver certain items. I’ve paid over $2,000 for an item I haven’t received and never gotten a straightforward update. Worse company and experience ever. I highly don’t recommend this particular Ashley branch. Please go somewhere else. I’m not the only one that is experiencing it. Five others I know are going through the same thing.

If you ever go to Ashley’s in Milwaukee on South 27th Street, please request Rocio as your sales representative. She was patient, showed us plenty of options for our needs. She didn’t rush us or pressure us into anything. Rocio made my day, she walked with me, talked with me like we were just two friends looking at furniture! I looked at two other furniture stores but the experience was not good. All I could think about is I have to buy my furniture at Ashley’s and only work with Rocio! Ashley’s is lucky to have such a great person and employee working for them.

I must say Layan was a wonderful and knowledgeable associate to work with and answered all of my concerns and needs. I went there to test out beds to see which one was suitable, and in the process I was bitten 3 times by bedbugs, one on my thigh and 1 on my knee, from laying on my stomach and the other bite was on my buttock, I was shocked and appalled that this happened to me!! When I left the store and got back in my car I noticed that my thigh, knee, and buttock was itching, I told my mom something bit me!! I woke up the next morning to find the bites severely red and inflamed, burning, stinging, itching, and infected. I went to Urgent care, and was prescribed something for the bite. When I woke up the next day the infection had spread and was extremely worse, and the bite site was severely red and hot to the touch, I then went to the hospital to get treatment. People beware when laying on these beds at the store on South 27th St in Milwaukee! Me and my mom went there straight from home, and when we left we only stopped at the drive thru to purchase food and went straight home. I talked with the district manager Liz and asked her when was the exterminator coming to inspect the beds and she said the next day, so I waited on her phone call but she didn't call until the next day, so she told me that they didn't find anything, so I asked her if I could see the report of the exterminators findings and she said she would have to ask whomever her superior is before sharing that information with me. So in my opinion if the exterminator didn't find anything you shouldn't have to ask anyone to show me proof that he didn't to reassure me he didn't right!!! You would think, so she said she's going to get permission and call me back with the store owners answer. So in my opinion if they don't share with me the results they have something to hide!! Hopefully they'll show me the results. I will never lay across another bed in a public place ever!!
The secontional we got turned out to be to big for our living room. So I called Ashley’s to cancel it, the girl on the phone refused to cancel our order and then hung up on me. So thanks to her Ashley’s lost out on our entire $10,000 sale. I was I only going to cancel the sofa, but not anymore. I see you’re great at being nice and friendly when someone’s dropping money, but when it comes to customer care after the fact you really don’t care. After working in retail so long I refuse to work with any company that’s under par when it comes to customer service. The manager said “sorry she’s new”. Girl it doesn’t take years of experience to know how to be nice to someone, not hang up on them, and refuse a refund. If those are the people you’re hiring you need to rethink your hiring process. Not okay.

Worst experience purchasing new sofas from. We bought couches that were supposed to come in three months but when the day arrived we only received half of them. Upon talking to a representative, we were informed that we would have to wait for a bonus 8 months. The most the brain dead manager could do was $150 since they already took our old couches and recycled them. What did they expect us to do with $150, buy foldable chairs for the mean time? Now we won’t have any couches at all until we find new ones. Don’t recommend this company even to my worst enemies.

First and LAST time shopping here, after looking for a dining table we appreciated the few that were shown to my family but this was our first stop we wanted to check one more store but the sales person Rosio was basically hounding us , telling us no don’t go because this deal could go away within an hour and that we didn’t want to miss this or it will go out of stock etc . B.s My mother in law just ended up buying the table and doing a drop off . Little did we know that meant the table would only be wrapped in plastic and a blue cover over it.no instructions or hardware !!! Right away there was scrapes and dents on the corners . Also wasn’t not told about the “ restocking” fee customer service told me , that they take when we wanted to exchange it for a new table . Even though it was their fault it came damaged !! This time within the next week they were able to take the old one and bring us a new one .so we had a table we couldn’t use just against the wall in our living room . That was fun… Then another issue with delivery tracker not updating their time as they go so it kept saying a late afternoon time . We didn’t know exactly when our delivery was coming . Funny though this time it came in a box! Padding! & With instructions! Nothing like before . Place is unbelievable and unprofessional This was a long stressful process I’d rather pay a little more and get my mother in law stuff from colders . Amazing people there , so nice and delivery service very professional in uniform I recommend going there instead and asking for John .
This was my first time shopping for furniture EVER. I walked in and was greeted right away by Layan. She made sure I left the store happy and satisfied. I never felt pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t want to buy. She answered any and all questions I had and was a pleasure to work with to accommodate my needs. I would love to work with her again in the future. 10/10 recommend!
Such a great sales experience. I had a limited need but by asking great questions Layan suggested options I hadn't considered. I spent more than I had planned but I know I got a bigger value in my purchase because of her "consulting" style of customer service.

Lots o furniture...very impressive
This location has the WORST customer service and honestly needs to retrain every employee in the building. I've been to this store a good handful of times and although my visits are greatly spaced out I only go in here as a last resort and have been able to walk around the complete store without any associates acknowledging me a few times. Yesterday I went in to look for a specific item that I had seen on their website just to check if they had anything similar on hand and walked around the entire store saw about 7 different employees on the clock and not one of them greeted me or asked if I needed help. The only one that had an excuse was the first one I had seen which was already helping 2 different groups of customers and ironically one of them had the same compliant as I that he basically figured out what he needed and hadn't been helped at all although he had been in the store for quite sometime. Then I saw two different pairs of associates in different areas who were having personally conversations, yes I was close enough to hear them, and no they still didn't move a muscle to help me. I can only imagine how many sales they miss out on because of their poor customer service because I was in this store for 15 minutes walked all around and throughout the store there is no way I should have been in there that long with not one employee helping me.
We didn't receive our order when expected. The next morning a Supervisor by the name of Luis Pastrawa called to say he was on his way to deliver our furniture. I hadn't complained or anything. I had just rescheduled the delivery. Luis had reviewed the delivery schedule from the previous day and saw what happened. He took the initiative to resolve the problem and personally delivered our furniture first thing. Awesome person and very nice too! He deserves a raise or promotion for going above & beyond. Thank you Luis! You're the BEST!

Beware! Nonexistent communication, nothing is told to you cancelation of deliveries, continous back orders, horrible customer service after your purchase. Everyone passes the buck and blames someone else, sales people "can't recall that conversation", missing items, and incorrect orders and being told it was ordered as I wanted. I am now out 4+ months for items with no guarantee it will come.

Awful place to go to. Thought we were getting a deal, turns out we were getting garbage. Leo who no longer works there, was a smug guy who only cared about making a sale. He lied on the paperwork about when we were requesting the couch, told us the couch came apart in ways that aren’t possible, so ultimately we are left couchless and have no choice but to return to Ashley’s since they already ran our credit. Lesson learned.
My wife and I ordered a bed and the entire bedroom set on 4-17-2021. Our bed was delivered in May. The rest of our bedroom set was supposed to have been delivered back in June. However, my wife received a voicemail message saying our bedroom set will be postponed until 8-11-2021. Last week my wife got a call AGAIN, with another message saying our bedroom set won’t arrive until in November the 12th. This is AFTER I paid with an agreement, that the rest of our bedroom set will arrive in June.
My experience was absolutely wonderful! I was serviced by Danny, the store manager. He took very great care of me. Very informative, communication was great, couldn’t ask for a better experience. Best furniture shopping experience. Furniture is priced well. Customer service is top notch. I worked with Stacie office manager professional kind and very helpful. I was also helped by Laren. Laren took the time to help me with all my needs. I'm very picky this consultant spent a good hour with me answering all my questions showing me options to meet my needs. I never felt rushed. Worst place and i do mean the worst place to ever do business with. Im just about done paying for my bedroom set and i haven't properly been able to use it because we have been waiting almost 4 months for part to completely assemble it. All we have been getting is the run around and the scripted oh im so sorry that this is happening. Can i take your information and call you back when i resolve the problem. Never a call back. Screw this place.
Ashley has always been a reliable, quality, and consistent shopping experience. They have a good variety to consider, and lots of different fabrics options. We didn't pursue an options so I can't add to the greater sales, customer service, or purchase quality experience. Only complaint- doors were not handicap accessible.
We went to Ashley to get some new furniture. We worked with Jodie she was awesome she didnt try to sell us furniture that was to pricey. She actually listened to what we were looking for. We will be going back and seeing Jodi. We were shopping at the store on 27th and Layton in Greenfield Wisconsin .
Ashley and In specific Adnan, he was very helpful and easy to communicate with while looking around for furniture for our new house. Adnan recommended lots of furniture that we ended up buying at the end. I liked how he knew exactly what me and my wife were looking for and that saved us a lot of time.

Great customer experience. We recently were shopping at the Greenfield Ashley Furniture Store for a leather living room set. Our sales person was the store manager Danny. We had a fantastic experience with him and he was very knowledgeable on the products, super helpful and professional. Being the store manager he was being pulled in multiple directions while we decided on the product, but he continually checked in with us and answered all of our questions. Great job!

Dana Lehman was so amazing. She was very patience with me and the dynamics for my furniture selections. She actively listened to my needs and desire to stay in a certain price range and made it all happen. She even encouraged only once to finance and gave me the benefits of doing so. The Ashley furniture team was amazing as a whole. I had my toddler with me ( don't ask why... I really thought I would be in and out... But COVID is still effecting certain processes for retailers) and after 2 hours of looking for furniture he became restless and did what toddlers do (cry, run around, and just entertain all that caught his eye) the Ashley's team could see I was becoming frustrated with his behavior and jumped in and offering assistance while Dana and I wrapped up the sale. A super thanks to Laren Stadler! He had little buddy engaged for like an hour while we wrapped it up at customer service. My son didn't want to leave. I felt like a village had surrounded us in that small time. I've always chosen Ashley furniture since they came to Wisconsin! And I'll definitely continue to choose and refer them after that recent experience!

We just moved into Milwaukee and had no furniture in our apartment. We were looking for a sectional to go in our living room. We were aware that there was a relatively low stock of furniture across the country because of the pandemic causing supply chain issues. It seems like this store also had similar issues and a lot of the couches that we were interested in were not available for the next couple months. Our sales person was very very helpful and we’re glad that they were able to tell us what our options were due to the shortage.
A bunch of thief’s and low profesional, miscommunication type of company, when it comes down to buying online, making the payment for merchandise and they keep moving it month after month. I purchased 2 twin beds on abril and they moved the shipping down to august. They never called me or emailed me for that info. Until I called to verify what’s going on. Very very low professional, they wouldn’t even try to help out with the situation..
I will never shop with Ashley again!! I recently purchased a home and started to redo my house. I started off with my bedroom set which was a Realyn Sleigh Bed off white color. I worked with Rocio who was my sales representative, she seemed to come off rude and very demanding. I declined a $1800 mattress she proceeded to show me more mattresses that I did not want! My main reason for coming was for the bedroom set so I said to Rocio can we just look at the bedroom set. We proceeded to look at the set I didn't have to think twice as I've been eyeing this set for months and finally caught it on sale. I placed my order with Rocio we went over everything, everything was correct I decided to do financing as it was offered my Rocio I then asked will this be a hard inquiry on my credit? I was informed no it would not be. That was a lie! It was definitely a hard inquiry on my credit. so we set up delivery time frame etc.. My order arrives to my home the two delivery guys come one by the name of Steven who was really nice and helpful, forgot the other guy name but he was beyond rude. So they set my bed up I was told by the delivery guy, Ma’am we're finished with your bed. I go check it was the wrong bed completely wrong!!!!!! So I tell them like hey this is not what I ordered. So they call their manager like order is wrong and the customer wants the bedroom set removed from her house. The manager proceeded to say does she want the set or not? I could hear her on the phone I said no this is not what I wanted it is a completely different order. So the manager tells them they have to take it down one of the delivery guys flipped he stood outside my home arguing with his manager. The bed set was still at my house for a whole week! I called customer service, and held for hours only to still get no help. I called the local store I purchased my bed from spoke with Rocio who was very combative even tho I didn't blame her at all. Rocio speaks with a manager who didn't want to get on the phone for me. I was told to wait 24hrs they would call me back no one absolutely no one called me back at all. A week later I receive my correct bed after waiting on the weekend for delivery twice which was an inconvenience to me. I am absolutely upset at the customer service I received like this is not the Ashley I grew up on going forward I will spend my hard earned money with companies who care about their customers. Still to this day I have yet to receive a phone call from management with an apology for their poor customer service, this was not a cheap order at all. Being a customer service workers I do know good customer service goes unrecognized so I would like to thank the delivery guys who apologized and were very helpful so thanks to Michael, Daniel, and Steven I hope you guys find better jobs you guys deserve so much more...
Thank you Dana and friend for your patience. Lady manager not friendly for $30 she almost lost a good sale- There are items online that have free delivery she still wanted to charge me $30- crazy! I can get same items from Amazon free delivery- better price too.
The store experience was great, our sales assistant was friendly and extremely helpful. He, Leo, could not have been better truthfully. He even helped carry furniture around the store to ensure we got the couch we wanted. But the delivery of this has been an awful experience. We spent over $5,000 at Ashley back in Mid-April to ensure we would get the couch, bed and stools before our move on June 1st. We were told by numerous reps that our delivery date would be met. Then on May 28th they leave a voicemail saying "due to a mistake made by their staff they need to push to June 4th". Ok fine, mistakes happen we can live with that. Then June 3rd comes and we confirm at 11am that everything is good for tomorrow, we will receive the couch, bed and stools. Then at 5pm receive another voicemail stating delivery is being pushed to the 8th and they will offer us $75. That is nothing and doesn't help us what so ever. We then find out also they had the wrong address set up for delivery...how does that even happen? Every time we called the customer service we had to wait 30+ minutes on hold each time. and Every time the customer service staff promised us we were good to go and clearly that wasnt the case. So on the 7th again we confirmed that we will receive all our items on the 8th, they said yes we are good to go with all 3 items and will be there between 8-12pm and have the correct address updated. Then this morning another voicemail saying it will now only be the couch due to them over booking the truck. We called the customer service back for delivery to ask all 3 items were not being delivered and got HUNG UP ON. Now that is a Ashley Furniture problem and I have to continuously wait for our furniture that we spent A LOT of money on because you guys keep making mistakes? and you are going to offer $75 for inconvenience??? wow how helpful. They now have delivered the couch and its missing a piece. And when called for an update on the bed and stools their response "we have the stools and bed box spring, but didn't deliver we have no idea why but your order is all messed up" ????? This is ridiculous. So now no ETA for our other stuff and they messed up the order. Customer service blames the store and the store blames logistics. Would not recommend Very poor experience and will not be shopping at Ashley again due to their customer service.

Very first time at Ashley Store, seem like there were using car salesman techniques, but as they gained momentum, midway to final sale; they were very hospitable and generous. Especially honor the military, thumbs way up for location and staffers.
Being called and told my furniture was ready for pickup, then I called an additional time to confirm and told everything was ready for pickup, they told me nothing was ready when I went to get my stuff. Very disappointing. Customer service was nice but nobody talks to anyone else.
I HATE furniture shopping!!. However, our sales expert today was awesome. Can't remember his name (a former Marine from S.C.) helped us Immensely!. He was low key, but very informative. No "high pressure" sales tactics. A very painless experience. Will definitely recommend Ashley home furnishings to others.

Really a review for Laren Stadler, one of the sales associates. Placed an order that wasn’t set to be delivered until august, and ultimately called to cancel. He was working with me for a couple hours afterwards to find something similar as my biggest issue was timeframe and the style of couch I was looking for. Still kept the price about the same and was able to get it set for a timeframe I needed. If you need anything from Ashley, ask for Laren and I promise you he’ll get you taken care of one way or another. Dude said he was brand new like it was a bad thing. He’s been great throughout my whole experience with Ashley and he’ll be getting my business going forward, hopefully he’ll get yours too if you read this.

I had a great experience buying furniture on Saturday, May 8th! Mr Stadler was a huge help to me and my husband! Very pleasant young man! We went to 3 stores, and was ready to call it quits for the day, until we entered Ashley's and found exactly what we were looking for with the price range we wanted! We were told the delivery could take 4 to 8 weeks, but Mr Stadler said, he would let us know exact day this week for sure. I'm hoping the rest of our buying experience, including delivery we go very smoothly. We will be back, and would definitely ask for Mr Stadlers help. Overall very bad experience. The sales rep was great, but everything after was not. Our sectional was delivered damaged, we were offered a repair and denied it because we expected a replacement. The couch is now out of stock (hence why we cannot get a replacement) so we decided to return it. I got the run around from the store and customer service for days. Finally we are scheduled a day to have the couch picked up for return, and the drivers then damaged our wall and left a huge scuff and dent in it. So not only was our brand new couch damaged, but our home was too. Absolutely never buying from Ashley again.

Very bed costumer service!!!! I got my sofa from here. I love the sofa but I very disappointed with the service. As I understand, a salesman will get a commission when sold an item. I was told my salesman will give me a call when my sofa is ready to deliver, but never see his call instead I received a text message saying I need to follow the instructions to confirm my delivery (after been waiting for about a month). I need to put lots of information including phone number and address. I was afraid this may be a scam, so I called the store and again they told me someone will call me tomorrow, but I never get a call too. I ended up calling them again to schedule my delivery and of course have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes each time before getting to talk to them. The delivery is expensive when compared to other stores in the same distance/area. I paid $179 for delivery for only 1 sofa.
They were incredibly nice and helped my wife and I find exactly what we were looking for in the price range we wanted to spend. Very good selection and good delivery times even with everything going on.
I would’ve given Ashley Home Store (located on S.27th St., in Milwaukee, WI.) a 5 star rating if it weren’t for the fact that I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in the door and had to ask for someone to help me. I felt completely ignored. After receiving help, the person I worked with was very professional and easy to work with.
I’ve been waiting for our future for over 90 days the they broke our railing and still have not fixed it the bed they brought us is completely busted up from the seem. They don’t answer the phone and give customers the run around. This is the worst place to do business with and I have a $10k card with them I’m so glad I only used $2k of the credit card amount. The furniture came in a couple weeks past due, no one call, notified or updated me. When the delivery was scheduled they send an email that says your delivery is coming with date and time great!! If you read further down there is a confirmation process that needs to be followed would be nice if that was shown on the top of the message.... so they didn't come when I was expecting, took a half day off work waiting for them. When I contacted them they truly couldn't give two s#$@s!! So for the next week we will sit on the hardwood floor waiting for Ashley's to fulfill broken promises. Many of my friends had bad experiences but I went back due to previous good experiences, that will not happen again.

Kiondre helped my husband and I buy a new mattress and he impressed us with his knowledge and advice without being pushy. He was patient with us while we hemmed and hawed over our firmness level and presented many options for mattresses and adjustable bases. The mattress hasn’t been delivered yet (approx. two weeks out) but we are excited for it. Overall really nice experience.

Kiondre was very patient while I looked for tables and chairs. He moved chairs to different tables, he removed table extensions and replaced them. I probably spent three hours there and ended up leaving very satisfied. I would definitely request him again if I had to buy something else. Even though I live in Racine and was closer to the Kenosha store I drove to Greenfield for the service.

I ordered an electric fireplace tv stand from Ashley HomeStore over a year and they still do not have this in stock. They should take this product off their website since they seem to have no intention of stocking.
If we could zero stars or negative stars we would. DO NOT go here. In August we purchased furniture, about $5,000 worth. The sales rep Rocio, told us it would be 12 weeks max, MAX. We asked her numerous times for clarification on this point. She guaranteed us this timeline. (which was already a bit of a stretch for us, but we were willing to wait since we really loved this set) Otherwise we would NOT have purchased this set and kept looking. No big deal. Now we understand there have been issues with shipments due to covid, which is why she said 12 weeks instead of the usual 6-8. From the get go this lady was not upfront with us. Well 12 weeks comes and goes, nothing, no communication. I reach out, talk to a store manager Stacey, she said she will look into it and call me back within 3 days. Guess what. No call. I wait 2 weeks, call her again. She apologizes and says at this point it will be January 7th. Should be no more issues but nothing can be done on their end. Well now I get a robot text and its says possibly April 5. I call today as I was told by the cooperate office to do and I was told no manger could come to the phone. Bottom line DO NOT TRUST them, they have no integrity, are not honest with their customers and do not care. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

I wish I could give zero stars.This place has gone worst now. I don’t know if the management changed or what. Initially the sales rep lied about the price and care kit. Then we were told the delivery will take 6 to 7 weeks I didn’t like it but we agreed to it because of the holidays. We got one of the two order it was defective so I called them and they said the earliest servicing available is in two months so you have to wait two months. Then I got an email about my second sectional I ordered that it is delayed and it will be delivered after four months of the planned delivery. So effectively they want me to wait five months after a day of ordering for a sectional. Please do not buy from this location you can get better service at the same price from any place else. No one is picking up the call I am leaving voicemail and not getting reply back.

I was waiting for months for desks ordered from others without success. Went to Ashley and found what I needed one in stock to take with me and another being delivered in less than a week. Going to be going back for living room furniture VERY soon.
The first salesperson who approached us in the store unfortunately I don't remember her name was a bit too much. She was actually a whole lot. When we told her that we were just looking she continuously sought us out six different times throughout our experience to where we actually had to hide from her. The salesperson who we purchased through I will make sure I was very nice very low-key and not pushy like the first person who approached us. Upon being told that delivery would take three weeks we reluctantly agreed I had taken off work today for my delivery. My delivery arrived within the time frame however I was asked to help bring sofa cushions upstairs and I was told that my dining chairs for my table we're not on the truck. Upon one of the delivery driver saying let me check again all four of my dining table chairs were on the truck and brought upstairs. My problem is when I sat on my sofa and reclined the end it makes a very loud popping noise the foot part of the recliner is uneven and upon calling Ashley I was transferred to someone's voicemail twice the third time I called I got a hold of somebody who done said after they got my information that the call was breaking up they would start a service order and call back and disconnected the call. Upon calling back and again after a very long wait to speak to somebody I was transferred to the service department again another very long wait and this person said she would have a technician call me as soon as we disconnected this call. I didn't order a clearance item sofa I didn't order a discontinued brand I paid top dollar for the item and what I received was a broken down piece of junk. Now I'm still waiting for this technician to call me and my call was disconnected over 45 minutes ago and I really don't want to have to go in this store today to speak to somebody about getting me a new sofa ASAP as I have taken off work and refuse to do it again when the items that I paid for should have been brand new and in working condition.

Sales staff is wonderful, but trying to get anything delivered is an absolute nightmare. We bought a piece of furniture 9/13/20. Today is 11/25/20, guess what, we still don’t have it and we already paid for it. First delivery was supposed to be 10/30/20, they called and said it would be a couple weeks longer. Then they call to schedule a delivery during the day and called my husband’s cell phone, but he doesn’t have his phone on him at work, so since he was unable to reach anyone by 1630, even though he left messages, because you can’t get anyone in a timely fashion, they of course can’t deliver it on a day we have off work, so of course they schedule it on a Sunday when my both my husband and I work. Worst place ever if you want to get something.

Not only did he show me the set I was looking for, but he also showed me other sets so that I was able to make a good decision. I placed an order last month and have had nothing but issues with delivery and mis information from sales associates and customer service. I talked to my sales person, another sales associate and 3 customer service representatives. After calling the delivery department 3 times today and being placed on hold for more than 15 minutes each time to be hung up on, I decided to call the office department to try and talk with someone. Dana from the 27th st location was the person who answered. She listened to my concerns, was empathetic, kind and so helpful. She provided me with more information and clarification than I have re am so thankful I spoke with the office associate Dana from the 27th location. She was so helpful, understanding and provided me with more information and clarification in the 20 minutes we spoke than I have received this whole month - she ensured all delivery dates were the best available and made sure I knew what was getting delivered when. Overall I still am salty about the terrible customer service and misleading information I had previously received. But Dana was so helpful, provided amazing customer service and gave me all of the information I wanted and needed originality. So instead of name drop the terrible employees I want to highlight the best - Dana I hope her bosses know that she is amazing and deserves recognition.

We went to Ashley looking for living room furniture. I was very impressed with. the selection. Our sales person was Sandy and she was terrific. We gave her a run for the money, and she was helpful and pleasant. We were there for hours, with a repeat visit. We found what we were looking for and with her help purchased our beautiful furniture. I must say again Sandy was wonderful !! Ask for her if u go in.
Had a wonderful salesman named Leo. He was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. I ended up buying a beautiful entertainment center with a fireplace. I will definitely go back to Ashley for any future furniture needs.

He made the experience so wonderful and was the best salesman I have had to work with. Normally I feel major &"buyers remorse&" after big purchases but he made me feel so comfortable and helped answer all my questions.
We had purchased a king size box spring and mattress in a Ashley HOME STORE in Milwaukee. We had explained to the sales staff that we were moving. They had a store in the general area. The order was set there. They made it happen. They had delivered the box spring and mattress on the set time. The delivery men were very polite. We have ordered from ASHLEY HOME STORE before and as you can see we went back. I LOVE my new mattress. ASHLEY'S is alright by me.

Do not waste your time or money unless you like bad customer service and getting the run around. Store tells to call corporate, Corporate tells me to call GBS the company for the protection plan, and GBS tells me to call the store. When I ask for a direct email or phone number for a district Manager or anyone that can help they never want to give me that info. MOD are busy when I have called and I have been promised to be call back yet that doesn’t happen. With so many bad reviews and a very low BB score take you time and money to a company that will treat you better at every stage of the sale.
Paid for delivery AND haul away of old couch aaaaaaaand the delivery guys said that since I was one of their 1st stops there's no room on their truck to haul away my old couch. So now I'm sitting here with my (old) couch in my kitchen. Customer service informs me the nearest time they could pick it up is FIVE days from now. Are you kidding me ? Pass on Ashley. Junk customer service.
Customer service is terrible. Never an answer to e-mail. Wait time on the delivery line is well over an hour, always. Inadequate or no response to voicemail. Was told furniture would be delivered today. Received only half the order without previous notification. Will never deal with Ashley again. Adding to this. Was cold transferred to the store because the chair is not what we ordered, only to receive a full voicemail box. This will be a better business bureau complaint.
We were greeted at the front door and salesperson was intuitive to what we were looking for. I feel they went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. We will be back.

I bought a bed from here and it has been the worst sales experience in my life. The bed was 100% what I wanted after a 6 month search but everything about the sales experience was awful! The sales person did not listen to me on multiple occasions about what I wanted. I wanted a storage bed and she ordered me a bed without storage. I wanted a weekend delivery, altogether and she told me she made a note of that. Spoiler alert: she didn't. I had to reschedule my delivery 4 times. Once because only the matress was ready (what happened to the note about delivering once?), once because it was a weekday (note about weekends? ha.), once for a delivery emergency, and a fourth time because the bed was wrong and broken. After talking to a manager I thought it was going to be right and I even paid extra for my storage even though at this point I feel like it should have been on Ashley to get it right. It showed up with no slats at all. Go somewhere else even if they have exactly what you want. It'll save you a headache.

Ordering from Ashleys has been the worst experience. They are unorganized and dishonest. I have been waiting since May to get all of the parts to the bed I ordered and no one will take responsibility. Their products are beautiful but its not worth dealing with their horrible costumer service. Do not waste your time ordering from this terrible company.

8-29-2020 Update!!!! Received my furniture on 8-28-2020 finally. However both of my bed sets came with damage straight out the box. Smh!! Pictures have already been submitted for those damages as well. I have a repair date in September for my bunk bed that was damaged when it was put together back on July 11th. Waiting to see what's going to happen with that. 8-27-2020 Update!!!! Filed a complaint with the BBB and Ashley responded to say my delivery will be made on 8-27-20. WELL GUESS WHAT!!! The head manager over customer service in Milwaukee called to say they won't be coming out today. Over 3 months we've been waiting on our items to be delivered!! Mind you my husband had just talked to CODY also a supervisor in the delivery area who stated we were all set for delivery today not even 30 minutes before this lady called to say they weren't coming. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT SHOP WITH ASHLEY!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY!!! Sales rep was AMAZING. His manager was awesome. Can't say the same for there delivery department. We purchased 3 bed sets on May 25, 20. We've had over 6 different delivery dates set up. Multiple dates for which they never showed up. We had 1 delivery on 7-11-20 and they messed up that bed during assembly so now we have to wait for someone to come out at the end of September to look at it!! RIDICULOUS!!!! They have our complete full bed set and are missing the ladder for my loft bed set. Majority of the parts they have to put these beds up fully. Well for the last 2 weeks we've been stood up for our delivery. Yesterday I spoke with Amanda in the delivery department asking if my delivery was coming yesterday 8-23-20. She called and spoke with Mr. Kelly the delivery manager who stated to her that the crew would get all there deliveries done yesterday. Well that NEVER HAPPENED!! Received a message at almost 9:30pm stating they were rescheduling our delivery for another week out. This is ridiculous! We should be PRIORITY when constantly being pushed out. The manager Cody we spoke with on 8-16-20 because a driver "SO CALLED GOT SICK" who stated delivery was rescheduled to 8-22-20. Cody also stated he'd put us on an empowerment list which would give us an earlier delivery date if someone canceled. Well instead of an earlier date they pushed it off again to 8-23-20 and DIDN'T SHOW UP!! We also asked if we could get the earliest delivery timeframe. Cody said he'd note the account but there was no guarantee we would get that. WHY IS IT NOT A GUARANTEE??? We've DONE OUR PART WHICH WAS PAY. YOU NEED TO DO YOUR PART NOW!! This is horrible customer service and nightmare that hasn't ended. I understand there is a lot going on but this company has held our products hostage for the last 2 weeks going on 3 instead of doing the job they've been paid to do which is DELIVER AND SET UP!! The store experience was GREAT but this delivery department is a complete JOKE!

Wish I could give negative stars. Ordered my couch 2 months ago and it still isn’t here.. they keep pushing the dates back. They don’t even tell you that they are changing the date ahead of time either. I wish I would have known this before ordering something here... otherwise I would have chosen another store to shop at. Very disappointed. Another update: we were “ supposed” to get our furniture delivered today before noon. It is now 6pm and still nothing is here. Called the greenfield store that We ordered it from and the response was “yeah I don’t know what’s going on” and that’s it. Great customer service... it is super frustrating and very unprofessional how this store handles their business. I forgot to mention they have been charging us for our couch and chair is not even in our home yet!!

They made a delivery to me and I had two problems, one of the goods the employers did not assemble a dining table and forgot the screws, two employees have come, the first one noticed that the screws were not there and told me that if he could not find them in the store that would come the next day in the morning but never came. Two days later, two employees arrived to assemble the table but they were unaware that the screws were missing because the first one never reported that they were missing. At the moment my table is not assembled because it does not have screws. Eleven days have passed and I have called multiple times and the Customer Care phones have never been answered. The second drawback is that I bought a coffee table and it does not look like the one they showed me in the store, apparently they change it but I still have no answers.

My husband and I are very frustrated! a month ago we made a purchase and the delivery arrived a week ago. They did not assemble the dining room table They did not leave the screws and they do not appear, we have sent emails and visited the store and nobody solves the situation for us. We also bought a living room coffee table and a very different color arrived to the ordered one and the appearance of the table is used and repaired. totally disappointing. I do not recommend the store. I have evidence of everything mentioned.

It may have been the salesmen but they promise a date to pick up and then when I called they said oh no not for two weeks, then they shortened it a week and then added a day. Just wasn't a pleasant experience. We had shopped at other Ashley's and had a good experience but the showroom in Kenosha is not the way to go.

Went couch shopping a couple of weeks ago, the sales person, Rocio, was very helpful and informative. However, she failed to mentioned that with the pandemic it will take 7 to 8 weeks for delivery. She told us that it would be 4 to 5 weeks. Knowing this, we wouldn't have renovated my parents living room so soon. In addition, my voice-mail she left me, she gave me two different dates in August. I called to confirm and the sales representative told me that the sales person misinformed me about the estimated delivery date and she will call back tomorrow to place in for an early delivery if possible. Still haven't heard anything from Ashley's furniture if it was completed or not. I gave it a three due to poor communication. Going to be couch-less for 2 months.
Love the selection
I've ordered furniture in the past from Ashley's and received what I paid for. Average furniture for an average price. This time we decided to spend more to get higher quality items. The following is a time line of our disaster:1) Living room set ordered 5/27/20, with delivery set for 6/29/20 2) Two weeks later received call stating only love seat could be delivered and sofa was on backorder until 7/27/20 3) I tracked the truck the day of love seatDelivery which had an estimated time of around 4pm. At 7pm, I was no longer able to track delivery and item had yet to arrive. I called the corporate office store as the retail store already closed and was told that the truck broke down and I would have to wait until 7/5/20. At this time they offered a delivery upgrade to include setup. 4) Received call on 7/4 stating new delivery date was now 7/10 as my loveseat was accidentally shipped back to the distribution center 90 minutes away. No explanation given as to why my item wasn't on the next days delivery list. At this time I politely asked for the 5yr warranty to be included due to the inconvenience and was told I could either receive a $50 in-store credit or $25 off my complete order. I instead canceled the entire order and decided to shop elsewhere. 5) Received a call on 7/5 from the original salesperson stating my furniture set was now set to be delivered on 8/10. This AFTER I ALREADY CANCELLED THE DAY PRIOR. She informed me that there were no notes of the cancellation. She stated she would cancel the order and email me a cancellation receipt. It has now been 6 hours and I have to receive this. I instead shopped at Colders, got nearly the same set for the same price and was able to get the loveseat SAME DAY and the sofa within the next two weeks. My next yelp review will be for their AWESOME customer service and accommodation.
The staff was really nice and helpful. The lady I worked with the first day I was in there was very nice and was extremely helpful! The only thing is she was suppose to email me the quote for total cost and delivery options but I never received the email. After a little online research I was able to run the numbers myself and returned 4 days later. The man that helped me with my purchase was also extremely nice, and helpful. I walked out the store feeling reallly good and EXCITED about my new purchase!

The delivery was not on time. The guys were very disrespectful not bringing the order up to door and left at the main entrance of apartment. And did not call ahead of time. Very disappointed.
Bought a dresser for a young girl who never had one on the 4 day sale. The dresser had slight damage on the left side of top and $148.00.however they loaded into my truck and we went to deliver to hdr as she was so excited. Never would I have expected to see the bottom front loosr and every drawer on the bottom damaged. What a terrible moment for this child. Iin the store I was not aware I would need to lay on the floor to ensure it was ok. Had I seen that I never would've bought it. I have purchased many items at other stores on similar sales and never ended up with junk How awful they knew and never said a word. Then to charge such a high price for damaged goods. I have alreafy alerted friends and family and will continue to let people know not to trust their sales. We have purchased a sofa and table there previously in the syire buf never again.

I have been calling customers service for about a week now!!! I have talked to one very helpful associate, the rest tell you they will transfer you to someone who can help you or a manger and then send you to a voicemail!!! This is after you have been calling for HOURS!!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! In the mean time we have a front door that the delivery drivers broke! We have small children and we’re told it would be taken care of immediately.....it’s been a week and nothing! No one is even trying to help! We just keep getting pushed around! How is this ok?!

My plan was to visit 3 major furniture stores on Memorial Day weekend, compare apples-to-apples as well as it was possible, then purchase a new master bedroom set with mattress and kitchen set. I faithfully did my due diligence and was honest with each sales person in an attempt to reassure them they were not wasting their time when working with me. I met Kiondre Graham (here at Greenfield’s Ashley Furniture) and as it turned out he was not only the kindest sales person I met this weekend, he was the most knowledgeable concerning mattresses. I ordered 2 Ralene Counter Height Bar Stools online what a mistake, one of the bar stools was damaged so I called customer service for 3 days just to be put on hold. I did leave a message for them still nothing. Then I called Ashley furniture store they said because it’s their distributor & I ordered on line they couldn’t help me but would give information to customer service. It’s not like people have money to throw away especially with the covid-19. All I wanted to do was return the damaged bar stool for a new one & can’t get no help. I heard stories from other people about Ashley furniture but thought I would give them a try anyway what a mistake. Please really think about shopping or doing business online with Ashley furniture.

We had an excellent experience at Ashley Hone Store on South 27th Street in Greenfield WI. Our sales rep, Danny was so patient and helpful as we browsed the store looking for new furniture. His knowledge and expertise helped to guide us in making a final decision on some quality furnishings for our home. I am moving and ordered my furniture over a month ago, and was assured at that time it was in stock and could be delivered on the day I move, 5/16. I get a call today, 5/12, 4 DAYS before I move, saying 2 of them items I bought are on back order, and could not be delivered for another 2 weeks. I am now without that furniture for 2 weeks. They gave the excuse that it was due to COVID-19. Well if that was the case, why was I told it was in stock when I ordered them? It is clear they are delivering their furniture based on deliver date, not order date, which is awful customer service.

Ordered $2,000 worth of furniture first week in April. Was not notified about a deli every date until AFTER I PAID. My delivery date was set for May 8th. Now with Covid-19, I figured it’s gonna take a month because of how slow everything is moving. Well I get a call May 1st, telling me my order is backed up until May 27th due to it being out of stock. WHAT WERE THEY DOING THIS WHOLE MONTH THEY’VE HAD MY MONEY?!?!? So I call, they lady is of course rude. Hung up on me. So I called to get a refund. I was told the store couldn’t do it, because I placed my order online. When I called the service center, I was on hold for 45min, for them to just take my name & number and someone would CALL BACK IN 24-48hrs.. Fast Forward a week later, STILL NO CALL BACK. So I call back, I’m on hold for 35min for them to pick up the call & immediately hang it up. NOW IM ON HOLD FOR A THIRD TIME, THIS TIME ITS 20min so far as I write this review. AT THIS POINT, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
My couch was supposed to arrive today. I tracked the delivery and saw that around 1pm the couch was marked as delivered. I called to inquire and they let me know that my couch was never put on the truck and they were going to speak to management and follow up with me. After an hour, I called back again just to be told that my couch cannot be delivered until next weekend. I’m mostly upset about the miscommunication and that I had to reach out to them instead of them calling to let me know. I also feel that I should be accommodated and delivered to ASAP instead of having to wait! I feel that my business there is not valued. Very disappointing.

He went above and beyond for me by ordering my recliner and having it available for customer pickup at the kenosha location after a customer service rep out of the kenosha location told me there are no pickups and I could only have it delivered. We came in to look at mattresses and we're greeted by a woman named Sandra. We let her know what we were looking for as well as wanted to keep it under $1k right away. 1st mattress - felt okay...BUT IT WAS $3800 2nd mattress - she told us it was a little more in our price range...$2800! 3rd mattress - we liked it....$2500 What did this lady not understand about a $1000 budget?! Next mattress....still around $2k Finally she took us to the clearance center....this mattress was the furthest thing from what we were looking for 🤦🏼♀️ we were able to find a great mattress and frame IN our budget over at Mattress Firm and Verlo.....stay away from Ashley. They clearly don't understand what a budget means and are extremely over priced.

They have a liquidation sale this weekend and it was canceled due to permit issues. I completely understand that but they need to update their Facebook and event on the issue. A LOT of people showed up expecting the sale just to be told it was canceled.
I just picked up my bed frame I order. Took the bedroom part and everything out of the boxes only to then see there is missing hardware! When I called to get those parts they said it could take a few days to a week to receive those parts. I have my room in pieces now having to wait with know acknowledgment when I will receive those parts. They should have access or back ups in these types of situations. Definitely not happy with the service.

Do not buy anything from this company. Garbage customer service. They will not call you back They left us with a broken bed. We called for 2 days constantly and we could not get a supervisor or manager to call us.

I lost all of my living room furniture due to a fire. I ordered two couches from Ashley and set up delivery for the Monday after I was scheduled to move back into my restored house. Just got a phone call that my couches were backordered and won't be delivered for another 3 weeks after my original delivery date. I ordered the couches a couple months ago. They were in stock then. I already paid in full for them. How can you sell something not in stock and ethically take full payment? Thats bad customer service and just bad business. I canceled my order and requested a refund. I don't recommend going to Ashley unless you don't mind being just another sale on the books.
I made a claim about 6 months ago to have 1 cushion on my sectional replaced due to my newborn urinating on it, which the store said they would not replace due to an attempt to fix. My cats have recently began to pea on and around the original area soiled by my son, so I attempted to file a new claim to now have multiple cushions replaced. Both times I attempted to replace the damaged cushions they were denied even though pet and human bodily fluids are covered under the warranty. The store now claims that the damage is too great to cover but I feel if the first original claim was fulfilled the incident with the cats would have never occurred. Either way I paid a lot of money to have my couch put under warranty and the company refuses to help me in any way shape or form. I wish I had never gone through this company.

Terrible experience. We ordered a couch and sectional. The couch and half of the sectional were delivered. We got a call after the delivery guys left and they stated that the other part showed up after the truck left in the morning. Not sure why the truck couldn't have stopped and picked up the other part, or why we couldn't have been told ahead of the delivery that there was an issue. Shouldn't have been hard for someone to call us as the delivery didn't show up until 3pm. Now we are being told that the next available delivery time is two weeks out. Makes me think the other part isn't even in yet. You would think Ashley would want to make this right by finding a way for an earlier delivery.
I purchased a sofa on 1/1/20, the purchase experience with Nicole was great. I scheduled the delivery for 2/3/20 in the EVENING, specifically, so I wouldn't have to miss a lot of work waiting for a delivery. I got a confirmation text and email 3 days before the delivery, but nowhere was the time or time of day confirmed, but at this point, I didn't think anything of it. On the morning of the expected delivery, I went to work as usual. I got an automated call at 8:35am stating that the delivery crew was on it's way to my house and would be there in about 20 minutes. At this point, I start calling the customer service number to try to find out why my sofa is being delivered in the morning when I scheduled it for the evening. I can't get a hold of anyone so I leave a voicemail. The delivery guy calls me to tell me he's at my house and I explain that I am not home and was expecting it in the evening, but he can't do anything about it. At around 10:30am I called customer service again and finally got a hold of someone. The woman said that she would try getting in contact with the delivery crew to see if they could still make it back to my house and said she would call me back. At this point I was back home for other reasons so I told her I could accept the delivery at any point - I just need it to be delivered on the day it was scheduled to be delivered. I didn't hear anything for a few hours so I called again at about 1:30pm. I spoke with another woman who wanted to talk to the first woman I talked to, but woman #1 was on another call so woman #2 said she would call me back. Ok fine. Still no word by about 3:30pm so I called again. This time talked with a gentleman and by the end of the call he was able to tell me that the delivery crew was on their way to their last delivery of the day and would be able to deliver my sofa after that. Excellent! So I wait a few more hours for delivery and nothing, so once again I call in shortly after 7pm to find out when to expect the delivery. Woman #3 informs me that the delivery truck was not, in fact, able to make it to my house that evening and the soonest they would be able to reschedule my delivery is 2/11. First of all, why hasn't anyone called me ALL DAY to communicate ANYTHING with me after leaving voicemails and speaking with many customer service reps?? Second of all, I didn't mess up the delivery, Ashely never included an estimated time on any of their confirmations, so why would I plan other than what I scheduled in the store, which was in the evening? So now I'm supposed to wait an extra 8 days to get my sofa? I called again multiple times yesterday trying to speak with a manager because this is completely unacceptable. The last gentleman I spoke with on 2/4 said that my delivery would be on 2/8, which is better than 2/11 I guess, but I want money back and getting in contact with a manager has been impossible.

This happened to be this particular store.I walked in with a picture of the bed I received 2 days ago and asked if they have a matching dresser. I also mentioned that I am from Chicago and want to make sure they deliver to me. Amanda, the room consultant, was great. She welcomed me and started looking for a set for me. Unfortunately, it wasn&'t as easy as we hoped. First of all, no one knew what this bed was that I purchased. Amanda called over her supervisor Liz to take a look. She also asked Jessi if he can help us find it. After a few minutes Liz located it on the computer. The set I was looking for happened to be discontinued. The service at the store is fine. Sales staff is helpful and professional. However, the experience with warranty and service is not great. It seems that the customer service and warranty issues are outsourced. Here's our story. We bought sofa sleeper $600-700. The framing broke quickly so we called it in under the 1 year warranty. It took my wife multiple phone calls and even some emails to get a response. Finally we got them to come and ge to fix it. This was over a week and a half ago. We haven't recieved any word. No update. We have called three times and each time someone says they will call us back. At this point we entirely regret making this purchase. Empty promises and flaky warranties are all that we have seen. I hope that they will remedy this situation asap or we will never spend money at an Ashley store again. I would rather deal with a smaller company that stands behind their products and doesn't outsource the customer support- which btw has been terrible. One customer service rep gave my wife attitude and was rude. Overally 1 star experience. Think long term when you buy from Ashley. Otherwise you will be blinded by the sales and friendly sales staff as we were.

Absolutely do not shop at Ashley. Their customer service is abysmal at best. They postponed and rescheduled my deliveries multiple times. When I called to cancel an order, it required two separate phone calls and it still wasn&'t done properly. The refund was put on the wrong card. When I had items delivered recently, I had a ding in a drawer and a TV stand wasn&'t fully completely installed. I called for a tech to come in and fix this and instead they started delivering me the items ... I called to verify and they said it would be another MONTH for a service tech to fix these items. So these items are just sitting around waiting to be fixed for another month. Don&'t bother trying to communicate via phone with anybody. They&'re all incompetent and apologize, but never actually fix anything. I&'ve written corporate and that&'s also useless. Take your business elsewhere. This company is an absolute nightmare to work with. I spent close to $8k at this company and I&'ve been treated like absolute garbage. I don&'t know who else I need to talk to or email to get my point across.
Bought a couch and love seat through Ashley furniture. Waited more than a month to have it delivered. Three months after delivery, the inside of our love seat cushions (cushions are sewn into the couch) started to come undone at the seam and stuffing started to come out. Called up Ashley about this in *September*. There were multiple unreturned phone calls and promises of sending a new cushion sleeve that didn&'t happen (apparently we can&'t schedule someone to fix our couch until we order a replacement cushion sent to our home). Now that the cushion finally arrived, we have called and scheduled someone to fix our couch for *Feb 7*. What I&'ve learned so far about Ashley:* When calling, you will be asked to leave a message on their voice mail. Don&'t. They will NOT return your call (even when they say they will)* If you talk to someone, ask for their name - otherwise they may not do anything they say they will do. Twice this happened to us.* If they give you a faulty product, you have to do most of the work. (Make the call, order the parts, call back) In my opinion, we - the customer - should not have had to order the replacement cushion sleeve. This should be the technician&'s job.* Hoping that someone knowledgeable actually shows up on February 7.* My first time buying from Ashley will be my last time. I have dealt with many furniture places. This one has been ridiculously incompetent.

I would give 5 stars to my buying experience it’s Ahmad Salim, he was a huge help. I furnished my whole house for a great price and he helped me find exactly what I wanted. HOWEVER, I have had the worst delivery services. All of my furniture is much later than the original delivery date. My mattress was supposed to come on December 8th and didn’t come for another week. Everything else I ordered was supposed to come on December 23rd and it has been now pushed back until January 6th. Only to find out during my confirmation today that one of the pieces is not coming now until the 13th. After calling yesterday and someone telling me it would all be there the 6th. TERRIBLE experience and I should have canceled my order.

Very professional and I like that I didnt have to walk around looking for someone to assist me. There was always an associate willing to help. I think they can do better at explaining the financing. I walked out not really clear about my monthly payments and the fact that I would need to make an initial payment. However they were apologetic and took time to go over the specifics when I brought it to their attention. This made my experience much better.
This place is a joke! They can't get anything right on your order. The delivery guys have no experience and will lie telling you there's nothing wrong with your appliance when there is clear and obvious damage a defects. They will not call you when they cancel you're scheduled delivery that you been waiting all day for. They will not call you back when they say they will and customer service will lie to you on the phone. My delivery date has either been canceled several times, brought the wrong appliances or brought broken products. I have NEVER in all my years buying furniture and appliances have ever dealt with such incompetence! I guess that's what happens when it's employee owned, they don't care about their customers. The $2,500 king mattress sinks in the middle and I have terrible back pain every morning. They won't do anything about that. The dresser came scratched up. I'VE CALLED EVERYDAY FOR A WEEK LEAVING MESSAGES AND NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK AFTER SPENDING $5,000 in their store. Just an awful and frustrating experience. Once they make the sale, they don't care about you at all. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
NEVER BUY FROM HERE!! YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A SALE TO THEM. THEY OUTSOURCE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The sales staff is great, but that is the only good thing about this place. My parents bought the most expensive fridge, stove and dishwasher here spending more than $7,000. We have a lot of family that travels to our home during the holidays and we were honestly very happy with our purchase. Soon after our purchase, the problems began. The people that came to install the refrigerator did such a terrible job (pics below.) They power screwed the left door on crooked to the point that there was no tread left to fix, the right door was uneven, and the bottom drawer had gaps of space between them. The delivery people said they had a 12 hour shift and that it was too late for them to fix it so they would come back the next day. They never showed up. When I called the store, immediately I was told to call the "customer service number" so I did. The line never answered. I called back the store and asked for a manager, the receptionist told me that a manager "could not help me" and that the best thing to do would be to call the customer line. I explained that I had just called and not received an answer. She told me that she was going to tell one of the managers (Brian, Lucy? and Kaya?) to give me a call tomorrow. Either she didn't tell them or they didn't care to call because I never got a call. I called back on Saturday and was told by a manager to send an email of the damage to the SAME EMAIL THAT IS GOING TO AUTO GENERATE AT THE END OF THIS REVIEW, and guess what-surprise surprise-NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME. My mother got in touch with someone on Saturday and they told her someone would come Sunday to redo the installation-NO ONE CAME. The delivery manager called and said we were not going to get our refrigerator fixed because again, we were the last route from their day and it was too late to come. So from Thursday-Monday we had no refrigerator. 1-store never helped 2- customer service email and phone number, did not work 3-delivery manager told me to TEXT him the picture of the fridge because he had no idea what I was talking about. They eventually came and fixed it that Monday. To my second scenario. Literally two days after Thanksgiving, my mother sets the oven to "clean setting," and as you can see from the pictures below, the stove is faulty. We had not even had the stove for a week. My father had to call the fire department because the oven was actually burning and smoking up the house. When the fire department came, the first thing they did was to check the installation, to which they concluded was not the cause. We called again THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THAT WILL AUTO GENERATE AT THE END OF THIS REVIEW AND GOT NO ONE. So we went to the store, and what did they say?? Call the customer service number. We did. We spoke to customer service and they told us that they can have someone come out and "fix" the stove. I mean the thing is not even a week old and we need to fix it? Its obviously a manufacturer issue. Not only that, my parents are stuck with the fire dept bill. The same person told my parents that they should file a homeowners claim because the installation is what caused the fire......even though the fire department said it wasn't faulty. The service rep said they will talk to a manager and my parents were just transferred to a general voicemail. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Believe me, my parents shopped around and there is no doubt that they found the best price here. But unless you feel like spending $7,000+ and having nothing to show for, I believe a little more in price will go a long way with being treated fairly and with respect. So now we are here, 5 days later without an oven after being 5 days without a fridge. Buy at your own risk.
I had a fantastic experience shopping here! Kiondre took care of us he was relaxed, professional and helpful I was impressed by that alone since we had our toddler with us and she wasn’t exactly cooperating. He was patience, knowledgeable and with his help we now have a bed we both find extremely comfortable and I also have a beautiful new dresser that everyone compliments! Terrible customer service. I had to wait a month and a 1/2 for my furniture and when it comes 3 chairs were broke, an entertainment center was broke and the remote to my bed was missing. I have called several times to get this fixed and everyone keeps telling me they will call me back and nobody does. I am sitting with furniture I can't use and no date in mind of fixing or replacing. There was so much more stuff I wanted from Ashley's, now I won't give them another penny of my hard earned money. I furnished a whole house and this is the service I get. Beware before you buy. I have something new to add to this review. Ashley's tried to make it right and gave me a $250 give card to their store. Went and bought a storage bench with the money, even paid for assembly. Called and told me it was ready for pick up. Scheduled a date to pick it up, hired someone with a truck to come help me and I get their and it wasn't assembled. I asked to talk to the manager and she was rude and not very helpful. I'm so disgusted with Ashley's at this point. I will be contacting the BBB!!

You failed to deliver my mattress on saturday, I have called and left messages for management every day for the past 5 days and no one has called me back, this is the worst service I've ever had.
I paid nearly $1000 for a mattress and box spring on Sunday 10/27 and had a delivery scheduled for Saturday 11/2. The drivers were 3 hours late on their 30 minute delivery window, and they forgot my mattress. I was told someone would reach out to me that night or the next morning to reschedule. No one did. I called Sunday morning and was told I would hear from a manager before the store closed that day. I called back in 5 hours later to check in. No update but was promised a manager would call me before the end of the day, which no one did. I call back the next day and leave more messages and am told by customer service that it was rescheduled for Thursday, but seeing as how I'm sleeping on a box spring they would try to move it up. Never heard back. The next day I decided to call the sales associate Mark who sold me the mattress. He looked into the file and told be about the Thursday delivery again and called the warehouse to see if they could move it up. I finally heard from the warehouse the next day saying the order was already scheduled, therefor couldn't be moved up. STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE IN MANAGEMENT AND HAVE LEFT VOICEMAILS EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST 5 DAYS. I am telling every single person I can talk to never to shop at Ashley. If I still don't hear back by tomorrow I'm coming down to the store and demanding to speak to a manager since you don't care about your customers enough to call.
If you would like to be ignored by over a dozen employees sitting on the furniture and playing with their phones.... THIS is the place. Not even a hello. Too busy for customers.
The in store experience was good. However two days ago I get a text confirm that my order is complete and ready to be delivered as scheduled. Yesterday I received a phone call saying some pieces are missing and will have to set up second delivery. The purchase was in September?? Never again Ashley
Furniture nice but my furniture came broke, took a week to get fixed, wouldn't replace, only fix. And the moving guys broke my ceiling fan. This has been a terrible experience for me. Not to mention I spent over $7,000 and wasn't treated right. I probably wouldn't buy from Ashley's again, problem is, they have nice furniture. The people that work there just don't care. I think the repair man was the only one that cared about the job he did. Now I have to buy a new ceiling fan and find some to install it. This whole process caused me a lot of stress.

We bought a dryer and the sales men said 2 weeks fine ok. So I called the store and the sales man gave his own delivery date instead of calling us. I told her I need my dryer sooner the girl was very nice set up the delivery date. We were told by the sales man John that they could hook up everything they have all the parts. Well they get here they don&'t have the parts I call the store ask for John you guessed it wasn&'t there. So my husband went to menards to see if he could find the part. You guessed it they meaning ashley gave us the wrong parts. Now my husband is mad drives over there to Ashley&'s gets the right parts goes to menards again now it&'s 3 hours since they delivered it and my husband worked that day also. Get it together people we spent 10000 dollars on a dryer and this is the customer service we get we won&'t be back.

The furniture in the store is not what you get delivered to your home,I bought 2 couches and 1 recliner, then 6 months later one of my couches middle seat just collapsed on the inside and the seat is sub merging, so I called the department care asking for a replacement and they denied it so its been 3 months and they still haven't replaced it or fixed it. So be aware if you are planning to buy any furniture at Ashley's store. At first you will get furniture made in china that get broke easily and the warranty will make you call them so many times just to make a claim and they will pretend ordering you a new replacement but you will be waiting for nothing.
I had a great experience at Greenfield location I ordered a sofa and they told me about 3 weeks for deliver I was a little disappointed I still ordered it and 2 days later I decided I wanted the love seat instead so they changed it with no problem and told me in about 5 days it will arrive I was happy well 2 days later I got a call my love seat was there I was even more happier soon I will be going back for the sofa and maybe more furniture in the future great service!

Ordered my furniture in July, didn’t get everything in stock and deliverable until mid September, furniture arrived and headboard is loose, lights aren't even and they sent the wrong dresser. I will NEVER shop here again!

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. Purchased a Tempurpedic mattress, adjustable base, mattress protector, extra warranty over Labor Day weekend. All said and done roughly $5,000. Was told 2 weeks for delivery which was supposed to be today. Not thrilled, but ok with the 2 weeks. I check the delivery tracker today and it said between 4:00 - 4:30. Cool, perfect timing, well as the day progressed the time getting pushed out further and further. Got to the point where it said between 7:15 - 7:45. Ok kinda PO’d but whatever at least I’ll get it today. Then I get a call at about 6:30 saying that the delivery driver was injured and they had to cancel my delivery and reschedule for the next available day. Not happy about this, but hey stuff happens. It turns out that the next available day is next Friday 9/20. Completely unacceptable to make me wait an additional week! The customer care folks were worthless so I went to the Greenfield store where I made the purchase. They at least seemed somewhat sympathetic, but were equally worthless. The problem is that I have the room completely cleared out for the new bed and now I don’t have one! So I’ll be sleeping on the couch or the floor. Thankfully, I was able to go to STEINHAFELS tonight and order the same mattress and base and it will be delivered tomorrow! Amazing how STEINHAFELS can get the same order delivered in less than 24hrs, but takes Ashley 3 weeks. Cancelled my Ashley order and gave my $5,000 to STEINHAFELS. Never going to Ashley again....We’ll see how long it takes for my refund. I suggest taking your business elsewhere (anywhere). Based on other reviews it appears Ashley has some serious logistics/delivery problems that need to be fixed. You have been warned
My partner and I went for their Labor Day sale. We were interested in buying a three seater couch. The salesman insisted that it would be cheaper to buy the couch in store. He gave us 5% off plus the 30% that was already included for the Labor Day sale. We asked about delivery price and he said it would be $119.95 in store compared to $140+ online price. My partner and I tried to pull up the couch online to see if it would be cheaper but were unable to get a connection w/ both of our phones. We asked the salesman if he could pull up the online price of the couch w/ the delivery charge but he insisted that the wifi was not working and said it would be more expensive online. We bought the couch at the store, however, I found that the online cost plus delivery was $50+ dollar cheaper. I called the store and they refunded me over $120.00 dollars. I was told that the delivery time would be between 12pm-4pm and so I left work early. It was past 4 o’clock. I spoke with three different people from Ashley’s delivery department and no one could tell when the truck would stop delivering nor could I get a straight answer about what happens when items are not delivered on time. All three kept insisting that the truck is planning to deliver. My partner and I stayed up until 10pm and their tracking system kept saying they were coming to our house but no one showed up. No notice or anything saying that they were not coming until the next day. I was finally able to have the couch delivered the next day but this experience made me very uncomfortable.
My family's experience there was quite surprising. We arrived later in the day with a sleeping toddler and an already bored 6 year old, and we were greeted by Brandon. We never felt rushed though we ourselves were in a bit of a hurry. We weren't pressured into anything. Most importantly we got exactly what we came for exactly as advertised online. Brandon was very knowledgeable, kind, and fun to work with. The rest of the staff there are also very kind. They got us in and out with the financing we wanted. I would STRONGLY recommend this store to anyone looking to furnish their home.
Had a few minutes to look by myself. When I was approached by a sales person he led me to exactly what I had in mind. Financing was well explained and easy to follow. Will go back.

Nice store. Everyone was friendly. Furniture was pretty reasonable. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. He helped us purchase a bed. We were in and out pretty quick.
The furniture you see in the store is not what you get in your home.The sofa It came in 3 pieces the middle piece had collapsed cushion and the fabric was faded .They came out to replace the cushion and fabric the cushion is still collapsed.I ordered a sofa, bed set a coffee table and end table.They were supposed to be delivered at the same time.The order was scattered over 4 months.The end table and coffee table after 4 months they said still couldn't be delivered at the same time so I canceled the 2 items.The delivery service set up the delivery days they cancelled the delivery on two separate occasions on the same day of delivery.One canceled and one no show and no call.I have took off 6 days of work so far to have a sofa and a bed set delivered.Two times for delivery 2 times no shows 2 times fixing my sofa.It still isn't fixed.I am very disappointed

Unbelievably bad The furniture you see in the store is not what you will get in your home. I purchased a sofa the list price was about $1600 It came in 3 pices the cushions were lumpy and inconsistent the middle cushion was clapsed middle fabric was faded They came and replaced the cushions and the fabric in the middle piece The middle Cushion was still collapsed They said they would come out again and take a look at it.All my items were supposed be Delivered at the same time my order was scattered for 4 months They scheduled the appointments two times they were a no show they cancel the appointments. I took off 6 days of work for a bed set and a sofa they were supposed to deliver a coffee table and and end table but after 4 months they still didn't have it so I cancel those 2 items do not order from Ashley's you will be sorry I am. And it's not over yet they still have to look at the cushions again so I have to take off of work at least one more day.
They are totally incompetent from the inside out. Incompetent sales people, website, customer service, delivery, finance department...I have had serious problems with every single interaction. And their prices are totally unreasonable. If you think you see something you like, write down the model number and order it from someone else.

They guaranteed delivery on august 6th. 3 days before the delivery date we were called and told they would now being delivered the 14th. AFTER a house party we had planned for after delivery. So we had no furniture for our party. The customer service rep said we would get a refund on part of the order (the end tables out of our set) and then we get a call a day before the delivery telling us the end tables are canceled. The rep told us it was our fault and had a terrible attitude with us (her name was crystal). We managed to get our tables reordered and they are coming at a different time now. We told the delivery people please wait until after 10am today for delivery since we both work and thats when one of us get home. They come at 9am, call us, and say they were running early. Then tell us tough luck and to call customer service. Not impressed. We called customer service. They were rude, and told us it wont be able to be delivered until next week. We finally had to talk to the instore manager who told us they would get it to us by the end of the day Saturday. Low and behold no furniture. Never shopping here again.
I called to get help with my power reclining couch that had frozen in place.(Not a good thing when you have 3 little ones running around the house!) When I called I kept getting told that my purchase wasn't in the system and that I needed a account #. My purchase was several years ago and I wasn't able to find that information. I was told to call the store where I purchased the couch. When I called them, same story. Long and short they finally found my info. It took 3 weeks to get a technician to come out and look the couch that was frozen open. He told me that he recommended a new motor and that he would request that. I got 2 different confirmations at 2 different times that a service request has been made on 6-17-19 and 6-11-19. I just got an e-mail that told me that the parts request was approved and the parts will be in in 6-8 weeks and to call when I received the parts to schedule an appointment. The last e-mail I received states that they haven't heard from me and I have to call within the next 30 days. Not sure what that's all about, but all told, it will be over 5 months to get a repair done. Very disappointing.
The staff at this store were extremely responsive and helpful when working with us during this large furniture purchase, especially Heather Jansen who deserves a special shout out for for her guidance on the accessory selections, billing, delivery and set-up that made this process very easy! Dealing with ringing ears after they blasted my eardrums with there unprofetional used car sales man style ad. Compleate garbage. if a company wont even check to see weather or not there commertials are okay for headphone users , they FOR SURE wont put any attention in to finding good quality goods. Get out of the 90's you boomers and hire a real ad company that knows how to mix audio
Brandon took great care of me he is the Manager and has the brightest smile in the place you can't miss him. I love how patient he was cause I can be nerve wracking when shopping cause rather it's clothes, hairweave, or food it takes me time, so thanks Brandon and your friendly staff. One more thing I got an awesome deal on my furniture power reclining as well my payments for 60months 55 bucks!!!!!!!! A run of credit does apply I know Im going on and but I always only purchase @ tax time thanks Ashley furniture because I bought a set not even 4 years ago at another well advertised store and I know its not real leather but its peeling badly and I thought I would have to deal with it until tax time but Ashley made it possible for me to get another set with leather electric reclining that won't peel and I even got a great protection package I am super Happy and for a small fee will recycle my bad peeling furniture Thanks again Ashley, Brandon and your wonderful staff bye....🤗🙂😊☺

We have not purchased any major furniture sine American closed. That was always our go to. We had never considered Ashley in the past and decided to check it out because we desperately needed new living room furniture. Dana was our sales person and she was awesome! She is as very casual and didn't push us, but was very helpful and put us at ease. It was a great experience and we are eager to get our furniture hoping the quality is just as good. We will definitely go back.

Selling the stuff was great. Delivering stuff not much. I was supposed to get my furniture today 7/24 after 12 noon. I get a call at 5:30 that the truck had broke down and the furniture wouldn't be delivered until August 6th now. That doesn't even make any sense in m y head right now. I told them if they cant get here any sooner i can get my furniture any where by August 6th! 2 more weeks! Garbage. I cancelled.
Will NOT be using this store or recommending it to anyone ever. Atrocious customer service, we’ve been lied to numerous times now about the delivery of our furniture, I’ve had to take off TWICE from work just to wait all day and not have our furniture delivered, and we still don’t have it. Sure quick to take a large amount of money out of our account, but going on a month and we STILL DONT HAVE OUR FURNITURE. Shop somewhere else, this place is a joke.
Deana was absolutely fabulous and patient with my flip flops of dicisiosion .No pressure sales what so ever.Nothng worse then funiture or car shopping then swarming vulture sales people.I highly recommend Ashley's funiture and for a specific sales person if shopping s.27th in greenfeild,Ask for Deanna
Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service Beware. Beware. Beware I placed my order for a bedroom set, a couch, and a sofa in May. They provided me with a delivery date, that date was later changed. They brought the bedroom set with items broken and the couch and sofa were both dirty and had stain on them on June 9th. They offered me the choice to request a refund or to ask for the defective and stained items to be replaced. They could not replace them until July 2nd. I called them 6 days ahead of July 2nd to request the items to be delivered after 4pm since I will be at work during the day, but they couldn’t accommodate it. I went to store on Sunday 06/30 to try again and requested the item to be delivered after 4pm on the 2nd or cancel the order. They promised to call me to let me know if it will be possible or not.I am still waiting for that call. I went to the store on 07/01 and actually spoke to the manager, she promised she would see if they could deliver the items on any other day this week after 4 pm and give me a call within 24H. It's July 2nd, 30 hours have passed, I am still waiting for the call. This morning I called and I was told that they are still working on it. This afternoon I called again and they told me they definitively can not deliver today after 4 pm but they are working on finding another day. It's been more than a month that I moved to my new home and I have not been able to sleep on the bed or sit on couch and sofa for that matter due to the delay in their process and their delivery issues. Worse, now that I am asking for a refund if they can't deliver after 4 pm, they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee + delivery fees which is insane. Why is it a problem to schedule a delivery after hours when people actually have to work during business hours in orders pay for furniture you sell? Why not inform customers that delivery hours are only set for certain hours and they don't change and that you will not accommodate any time request? The restocking fee is in play because they can't deliver on their obligations. Though, I am still willing to receive the items but they can't tell if they can and when they can deliver them and I can't wait while hoping that ”someday” they will delivery them at a time that is convenient for me. Secondly, I was already charged for the delivery fees for the items I paid for and I think it is dishonest to charge me for a delivery/pick up fees on items left at my house because the other items where broken and stained in the first place. I will request a full refund of the money that I paid. Also, I will use all them means possible to recover any additional fees they will dare to charge me. Lastly but not least I will keep posting these messages across all social media and spread the word to prevent prospective customer from falling in their trap I will educate people ahead of the time so they are fully aware of the business they will be dealing with. It's unfortunate the sales staff (Deanna) is not trained adequately to execute the order placement equal to what is verbalized. I recently order two loveseats and I was told the manager could override the delivery commitment. When placing the order, the salesperson never entered the override and product was not committed to my order. Therefore, I'm now hosting an event at my home without furniture. I'll bring in the lawn furniture as a novelty in a pinch, but may still cancel the order entirely. Within minutes of my call and discovering the error and my writing the above review, I heard from Kim who sincerely attempted to rectify the situation. She did an excellent job, given the systems and inventory she has to work with. I appreciated her effort and raised my rating from 1 to 4 stars solely on her efforts and the efforts of the team members executing the sale itself.

Unfortunately the worst experience ever- purchased floor sample, couch lost on delivery day after taking a day off of work to receive, truck pulled up- no couch, went round and round w/ all, Asst Mgr tried to resolve- all blamed girl who took order, still do not have my couch, promised call from corporate- never received. I never had such a run around and no one wanted to take responsibility or make me whole on this purchase- and I still don't have the couch that I paid for- I was warned not to go this route- brick and mortar- no more- please deliver my couch asap...
Be sure to check your invoice to make sure you get what they say you're getting. I purchased a living room set which was supposed to be a sectional couch and ottoman. After waiting a month to get my furniture, no ottoman. I call and am told the ottoman was not included. So they think a living room "set" is the couch and only the couch. How that is considered a living room "set" is beyond me. My salesman was Al Tools and he uses deceptive sales practices. BUYER BEWARE!

They have me waiting for my boys bunkbeds for over month and when they finally deliver they dont have any hardware! Gave them a call and they still making me wait another couple days to have someone over to install the beds. NOT GOOD AT ALL! 😡

We ordered a gas stove on 5/27/19 from Ashley Homestore/Appliance Mart in Greenfield. Originally, the stove was set to be delivered on 6/1/19. After further discussion, we were informed that the was not in stock at their location but was promised that he (sales associate) would be able to get us the stove. And with this, it was decided that the delivery date would be pushed to today, 6/15/19. About week after making the purchase, we had not heard anything from the sales associate, and I decided to call to confirm the delivery date. According to the sales associate, which was the same person that we purchased the stove from, stated that he would ask the buyer because they were there and that he would email me. What I received in the email was the owner's manual for specifications for installation. I never asked for that and just wanted to confirm the delivery date because we needed to have a gas valve installed prior to delivery. On 6/12/19, I received an email from Appliance Mart confirming the delivery date for 6/15/19. Within this email, there was a link to confirm the delivery, which I had done. There is also a link for tracking your delivery order. According to this link, we were first stop for delivery, but after a few hours and no delivery, we checked this link again and it stated that the delivery guys were at their second stop and the status for ours said on the way. After about an hour later, we checked it once more and it had showed they were on their 3rd stop, but this time our status read "unable to start". At this point, my husband called the 800 and was awaiting a call back. With no call back after an hour or so, I contacted the store for further information. After a few phone calls to the manager and customer service with no call back, I contacted another location and was transferred to customer care and spoke with a care manager and was informed that I would be receiving a call from the purchasing manager on Monday. Several hours later, the sales associate that sold us the stove contacted us back. The solution was either 1)take $75 off the purchase and wait 4 more weeks for the stove or 2)exchange that stove for a smaller and cheaper stove. To me this was a slap in the face and I was still mad that no one, including the managers, at this location had called me back with an explanation of how this had happened. A few hours later, the same sales associate called back and stated that he was given 2 other options for us. 1)take $100 off and wait 4 weeks or 2)buy the cheaper, smaller stove and get a $200 gift card for a future use. Really... Why would I want to make another purchase there if I can't even get the first purchase. The so-called manager, which he claimed to be the area manager for Appliance Mart still could not give me an explanation, but he did make sure that to state, "you're not happy and this reason why this is happening". Now it's my fault that his sales associate didn't email me back to confirm the delivery date, the delivery system sent us an email, and that there WAS NOT ANY COMMUNICATION from that store for our purchase. Once again, I had to contact another location to retrieve information on who to contact regard this so-called area manager. Waiting for a call back. Honestly, if we would have never called inquiring about the delivery... they would probably not have called us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I recently moved and left a lot of my old/worn furniture behind. I went to a few other stores. They were nice but it wasn&'t really 100% what I wanted for the price I was paying. I know furniture is expensive so I wanted to love the set I was getting. Woah. The salesman (Al) spent about 2 hours with me making sure I was getting what I wanted and what I needed. He was polite and personable and patient. I kept changing my mind, because I wanted everything. Literally two hours of excellent service. Given I got an entire house full of furniture. But I didn&'t plan on spending money that day. I was &"just browsing&". I spent money because of him. He knew what he was talking about- via cost and quality. I am ahh-mazed. Thank you Al!

CHANGE THEIR DELIVERY COMPANY/SERVICE RETURN PHONE CALLS
Delivery from this place has been an absolute nightmare. They took the money and were supposed to have the couch delivered last Monday. Well last Monday turned into hopefully before last Saturday. Unable to get it to us Saturday has turned into it’ll be here by Monday (today) still haven’t received any information about when my furniture will arrive and they STILL have all the money I used to pay for it. This place is a nightmare.
I stopped in to research items I had looked up online and to browse. A lovely & extremely professional young man named Fabricio assisted me and spent time typing up a quote for the bedroom set I wanted. I returned a little more than a month & a 1/2 later to see him and had the most wonderful purchasing experience. He gave me options and I was so satisfied that I added an ottoman & end tables for my living room as well. I wanted a second look at the end tables but knowing that I had just had rotator cuff surgery, he carried one over right to where I was sitting for me! Gentlemen like Fabricio are few and far between! My next purchase (if needed) will be from him and Ashley! A most excellent customer service and sales experience. Thank you. Can’t wait for the delivery next weekend!
I bought two sofas and have had them for a little over two months. The back board in one of the sofas is now completely broken. A repair person is coming end of next week for the first one, but as of yesterday, now the second sofa has also broken. I thought it was a manufacturing issue on the one, but now two? I have the extended warranty but now I am concerned these sofas are going to continue to fall apart. I cannot use my living room because now there is no place to sit. I have bought from Ashley repeatedly over the past ten years and have never had an issue (beside poor delivery.) But this? This is a whole new level of unacceptable. Side note - the legs were not delivered with the sofa, which they did fix; however, the five pillows that came with each? One sofa didn’t come with any. I reached out and ever heard back.

Upon completing the transaction I was told that the order was pushed back to May 15th but the representative told me she would put me on an "ASAP list" to try to get the order bumped up and would be in contact with me shortly. Two weeks passed without hearing anything. I called back to see if it had gotten pushed up where they informed me that my order was now pushed back to May 29th but again said they would put me on this so called "ASAP list" and would call me back within the hour. You guessed it, never a call back. So finally today I went in to the store to get some answers where they informed me my order was now pushed back to June 14th but they would put me on "the ASAP list" if there is such a thing. That was the final chance I gave them to try to make things right but they blew it like they did every time before so I cancelled the order (which I should have done weeks ago) and ordered a similar couch from Bob's and it is coming on Tuesday :)

On 5/11/2019, the Sales Lady, Patrice at the Greenfield Ashley Furniture store was absolutely amazing. I just purchased a home and my funds are low and I didn't want my credit checked to finance furniture. Well, Patrice went above and beyond with helping me get the furniture that I wanted. There was a sale going on that I didn't know about and there was an additional percentage off too. Talk about HAPPY! Patrice spoke with her Manager and the both of them were fantastic helping me.
Only have one star because I had to. This store in Greenfield and especially there warehouse in Steven Point act like they are on a different planet then us. Communication is absolutely horrible with the customer. When they speak they aren’t sure if anything they say. Don’t get me started on the dining table I bought and they broke at delivery. And now the disaster I’m dealing with getting a 4 month old table fixed. They’re so bad they gave me a $100 gift card for their incompetence, no purchase necessary, but I wouldn’t step foot in that parking lot. I brought a living room set and 6 bedroom sets Paid about 14,000 for everything in Cash November 2018 I was suppose to have everything delivered to my house before Christmas December 22 is the date they gave me it never happened was getting pieces here and there up until March and when I did get some of Beds and Dresser they were all damaged in some way never got an apology or a phone call it’s May I still haven’t received my daughter dresser that they damaged no one still hasn’t called me no one still haven’t given me a date when I’ll receive it i call all time The Manger or Supervisor won’t return my calls not One time have I spoke to them the service has been terrible the manager name is suppose to be Kayy and Supervisor is Amanda Customer care said This location on south 27th were I purchase my stuff is private own so there was no need to call Corporate so today I’m giving Fox 6 news a call maybe they can get answers about my stuff I paid for

Worked with Juan at Appliance Mart and Art at the Ashley Store to successfully make a purchase on many items. They were respectful and very helpful furnishing my first home. Art even stayed after hours to make sure my purchase was complete. We had a small issue with the delivery of our appliances but Juan was on it.

Friendly sales, but horrible delivery and customer service. The deliverymen walked into my apartment and said the couch wouldn't fit and I'd have to buy something else. They didn't try or even measure anything. I didn't find anything else I liked that would likely fit, so I requested a refund. I had to call them 2 days after I had to refuse delivery because nobody contacted me. Because I paid cash, they told me they had to mail a check, and it would take 7-10 business days. It took a week after my request before they even mailed the check. 2 weeks from then and still no check. I called and they said they could cancel the check and send a new one to the store for me to pick up. That would take another 7-10 business days. So, here I am, almost a month at my new apartment with no furniture because I can't get my money back. I will never purchase from them again.

READ BEFORE BUYING! Bought couch, chair and ottoman 2 years ago and bought the warranty also because the sectional I bought the year prior broke a week after I bought it. Long story short is the middle of the couch can’t be sat on unless you want to sink to the floor. Called warranty only for them to tell me it must be the springs and they are not covered. 4 months later and two repair men visits later and still nothing done. Warranty has gone through two different companies and nobody seems to have a clue. Spent $2000 two years ago and it looks like I will be buying furniture AGAIN. DEFINITELY NOT FROM ASHLEY. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced...

Our Room Consultant, Christen, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choice of furniture. She answered every question we had, returned phone calls and emails promptly. I highly recommend Ashley HomeStore and Christen!

It was a very uncomfortable experience. The greeter's never greeted although That's what they're paid to do. Noone asked if me and my spouse needed help or if we had any questions! I would not recommend this location for anyone!! ☹️☹️☹️
Yesterday was the first and last time we will go to an Ashley Furniture Store. My husband and I stopped in to look for a new kitchen table and living room set and after the complete lack of service we received its more than clear we wont be giving you our business. 30 minutes we spent in the store, no one greeted or spoke one word to us. 3 sales staff walked right past us acting like we weren&'t there. We basically felt like we were seen as a couple of kids messing around on the furniture while waiting for our parents. We did see plenty of middle age white couples recieving plenty of help though. &"Are you folks finding everything ok?&" &"We can get that ordered for you!&" . What a joke.
I had an amazing experience at the Ashley location in Greenfield, WI. I recently purchased a new condo and the furniture that I already had was not going to work with the dimensions of my new place. I was greeted by Christen Lewis and I described to her what I needed to accomplish. I spent better than an hour in the store and Christen patiently walked me through several items until I finally decided on a sofa, recliner and TV stand. I was extremely pleased with her overall knowledge and customer service skills. During the process of ringing up the transaction, I showed Christen photographs of my new place and advised her that I was concerned with the paint colors and wanted to change them to match the new furniture. Christen advised me that she went to school for interior fashion design and volunteered to put together a collage that would show the pieces of furniture with different paint color schemes that would match. I have shopped at Ashley for years and have never had anyone offer to do that. Within a few days she emailed me three different schemes and I am pleased to say that I have settled on one. As you know, the process of buying a home can be fun but stressful. Christen made the experience memorable and I cannot wait to move into my new place. She is an asset to her organization and I believe that her talents need to be utilized beyond selling furniture. I wonder how many other guests would benefit from her knowledge of fashion design. I consider this to be among the best experiences I've had with any purchase and I can't thank her enough.

The one star I give to the store is to much. The worst experience speaking about furniture store. Edgar the sales guy He is really good doing his part but I don't recommend the store to nobody because the experience I got with the store isn't so good. I pay a living room in cash and is almost a month since the day I pay the living room and they don't even have a date for the delivery😡
Juan who helped us was amazing and they were very knowledgeable and very nice about everything. We were in a spot where we updated our kitchen and our stove ended up breaking in the process. So we were not expecting to have to replace it at this time. They worked with us to get our best deal.

Finally received my sectional after 2 months of waiting. Purchased during Black Friday and was told delivery would be January 2nd. Sectional arrived defective so, I refused the sections that was broken and loose. Then I called customer care to expressed my dissatisfaction because of the month wait, only to receive defected items. The individual I spoke with only apologize and gave me three options: pay for the pick up fee and restocking fee for the sofa I accepted (the delivery guys left as I was making the call to customer care, they could have driven back), get a store credit, or wait another month. I did not want to wait another month, I had important visitors in two weeks so I wanted a refund. Not really possible, they would waive the pick-up fee but not the restocking fee (about $100) and I wanted them to waive that fee too because the delivery guys barely left. Was told that I would get a call back while she talked to her supervisor. Received a call 6 hours later and there is nothing they can do. So, I decided to accept a another delivery for the chase and loveseat and was told delivery would be January 15th. I thought that was great, made my day a little better. Three days before delivery, no text, no call, no email. Day of delivery, nothing. I called back the person I spoke with knew nothing of a delivery for my address. No call to apologize or an update me, they just flat out lied about the delivery date to get me off the phone. Three days off work waiting for my stuff and they're only a 10 min drive from my place. Customer do not matter after they've paid. Looks great but quality not so great. Flimsy corners and there is a big gap in the sofa that leads to the insides. I have kids and I'm sure it will be a problem. The pictures displays 0.5 inch gap where the love seat and chase connects compare to the gap between the sofa and love seat. The other pictures is a gap where the arm rest is located on the sofa compare to no gap on the arm rest on the chase. 2 star awarded because the salesperson was very welcoming and customer service picked up quickly. -3 stars because of quality, delivery issues, dishonesty, and lack of communication. Nobody reached out to me and I could have received the same type of quality from American Freight down the road, and they probably would have delivered my items A LOT faster.

I attempted to get a tv stand from Ashley and needed to send the first one back due to it being warped, broken, and missing several pieces. I got a replacement tv stand that was in worse condition than the first one. Every piece was damaged and several pieces were missing. There were nails sticking out which I sliced my hand on when I was unpacking it. The funny thing is when I attempted to write a review on the product (the budmore 50 inch tv stand), Ashley told me that I couldn’t because it would “direct business away” which makes me wonder how many other people had a problem with it but couldn’t post a review which made me believe the product was better quality than it was because it only showed positive reviews. It then took 3 weeks and 4 calls to customer service and finally calling my credit card company for them to refund my money! Ashley Furniture has severely screwed up business practices and I would highly recommend avoiding the company at all costs.

Great experience in store but when it comes to delivery, not so great. Be ready to plan the time and for last minute changes. Communication with the delivery service is little to none.
Absolutely horrible. Long story short: they sent me the wrong color furniture, when I called it took them 2 days to get a hold of a manager (I had to keep calling them, they never called me), manager told me theres not much they can do but they'll talk to the other manager and call me back. I went in today (5 days after I was supposed to get a call from a manager) and I was told they're not able to do much to help me out even after this big inconvenience. Buying new furniture can be expensive and I feel if your going to spend a lot of money it should be spent somewhere with good customer service and I will never recommend anybody shop here. I never really complain, but this was terrible.
Very nice and stylish furniture, you just need t be sure what you are getting is your final choice, because once you get the stuff delivered it is hard to return it and or exchange it, but it is possible.
The staff was kind and very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.
