Couldn’t have been happy with my service today!!! The staff went above and beyond to help me and my family, accommodated to my 2 year and helped entertain him and allowed to buy off the floor after 5 other store wouldn’t let me! So grateful for this store and their staff!

As in, I have personally spent a combined 8+ hours, probably over 10 hours, between phone calls and in store visits. Not including the time my wife has spent dealing with it. Over a $300 rug lol. There's not much left to be said here. ------------- Original Review ------ 6+ months to get an area rug. One problem after another. 10/10 would never recommend this store or this company again. We have spent more time in hours than what this rug is worth at this point. The wife went in today and spent an hour dealing with this situation (mistake after mistake on their part), and we will now patiently wait another 6 weeks for the expected delivery date. Maybe expedite the order for the inconvenience and retain a customer. I guess it's not important unless you're making a fat commission, like when we bought a mattress and bedroom set, dining room set, and sectional couch. Time to find somewhere else to shop after this experience.

From the beginning to the end Ezequiel provided me with exceptional service! He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted as well as making sure I got the best deal he could offer. Ashley furniture is lucky to have him. I definitely appreciate the service I received!!

I wouldn't give them one star if I could. We bought a chair. It has been used for 6 months and it has a very large gap in the back. Large enough to lose a pillow in. They want to charge me for a tech to come out, then won't gauntlet that they will fiz the problem. I have a chair i bought from another furniture store and it is 8 years old and has NO gap in the back . This is sad sad. Please don't buy from Ashley, they don't stand behind there furniture..

Phenomenal service! Mary Kate hands down was the BEST! After we changed our minds multiple times, she was so patient with us. We decided to go with the king split Purple mattress and a new leather sofa set. Chris was also very friendly and helpful. But honestly everyone was extremely friendly.

My front door is very narrow and they managed to safely and efficiently complete my delivery and assembly. I am very pleased.

The best part of this is that he just wanted to please us and he didn't push to make a sale. If only they were all like him! What I really liked is how polished he was in his appearance. We went into the Ashley Store to look and compare but furniture, and right way we met David who was incredibly helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the perfect pieces that fit everything. We chose to have the furniture delivered and set up and Devon, Doug, and Bo delivered the furniture and were amazingly professional, efficient, and answered all our questions. They took great care not to bump walls or doors and make sure the furniture was set up exactly how and where we wanted it. Fast delivery and setup

We had 2 deliveries this past week. All of our delivery people were fantastic both deliveries. Took extra care in placing the furniture items in our home, helped us with a return of a stained piece of furniture and the delivery team who brought the replacement piece of furniture helped me check it before they placed it in our home.

They went the extra mile to be sure I could load this baby and get her home while I had childcare to make it happen. Ultimately, we returned to Ashley to make our purchase. Zach was professional, down-to-earth, incredibly patient, and truly understanding of our needs. We’ve been shopping for months, and Ashley stood out for having the best prices and exceptional service. I typically avoid big-box stores, but the price match and personalized assistance made it worth it. We purchased two sofas, a loveseat, and a mattress—both the loveseat and mattress weren’t even on our original list, but the deals were too good to pass up. Delivery is scheduled within a week, and we’re already planning to return for a bedroom set soon! Highly recommend this location for both the value and outstanding customer service.

Updated my review: while the sales person was helpful, updates to my contact info that were noted on the paperwork were never entered into the system. Instead of getting delivery 12/5, I now have to wait until at least the 10th. I moved out my existing furniture already to make room for the new pieces. To say the least I am not happy about this. Only found out when I called to see when I might expect delivery. Since my info was not updated, I never got calls/email/text to confirm my delivery date. Zach was super helpful and friendly. Zach was able to explain all of the options for financing and delivery options as well as the protection program for furniture. Always lots of great options at Ashley. Truly appreciate the service.

I will never shop Ashley Furniture again! My couch arrived after 2 months (I was accommodating with to their shipping and busy schedule), then it arrived with a tear. Had to schedule a repair appointment. Then the zippers on cushions broke within the first 2-3 months. I was able to fix one of them. The tv stand started to ‘bow’ after 2-3 months with absolutely NO weight limits listed. Made several phone calls and was transferred to SEVERAL departments a hundred times! Lots of mixed answers and absolutely nothing resolved! Very, very disappointing, especially for a single mom on a single income and finally being able to afford new furniture after more than 15 years! Quality and customer service is horrible!

We went in just to look at the couches wasn’t really looking to buy but Chris Sheridan came and spoke with us asked us questions joked with our kids made them feel at home. Now we walked out with a new couch and can’t wait for it to come in. Never pushed us just listened to what we wanted and showed us everything we asked. The kids even had loads of fun with helping! Will say this was the best experience we have ever had at a furniture store!

Saturday May 25, 2024 my sister and I walked in and were met by a salesperson at the front desk who asked if I was looking for anything specifically and I explained that I was just there to look at some sofas as I was killing time before an appointment. His expression turned into annoyance immediately as he disappointedly said let us know if you need help. A few minutes later his voice enters the room we’re in to say “these are all custom room sets.” His tone was very diminutive and he then followed us a bit more almost as if we were behaving suspiciously. We left immediately after, and I’ll never set foot in this store again. I felt judged, and profiled by a perfect stranger. Never again

We just recently purchased a 3 piece sectional. The price was amazing for the size and quality of the couch. I was most impressed however with the help of the employees and management as well as the delivery team.
