Recently I visited Ashley Furniture in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Customer Service is premier to me. I “hit the jackpot” with the sales rep, Tyler P. He was patient with me, competent, and knowledgeable of their products. When I asked for specifics, he was “on it.” We looked in several sections of the store. Since many of their products are interchangeable, he eve n carried dining room chairs to different tables (where the options I wanted were available to mix and match). It was amazing–and quite honestly–the first time a sales rep has ever put that much effort into supporting my needs. I never felt like Tyler was “tired of my questions” nor “tired of helping me.” We were able to order what I wanted. When the furniture came, I was thrilled. I cannot recommend Tyler highly enough.
I highly recommend Zach Hayes at Ashley Furniture. He was extremely patient with my 84 year old mother asking many questions and assured her satisfaction of her furniture purchases. He vas very thorough and knowledgeable. (5 Star customer service)
