Bought a sofa and love seat at Kenosha Ashley Store. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Zach Hayes was attentive and well-informed but also gave us enough space feel comfortable. Very professional.

I was absolutely blown away by the customer service of James. He's a phenomenal asset to the company. Super friendly, attentive, and not pushy in the least. Ask for him if you go to this store. Give that man a raise!!!!

Awful experience. Tried buying a bedroom set on-line as store agent couldn't even view that product to order for me. Web page said 5 days. After trying to place the order for 2 weeks, the order finally goes through (tech issue on Ashley side). A week later as I am trying to schedule delivery I am informed only 1/2 the order is available. The other half will be available 4 weeks later. At least that is what they are saying right now. I asked for a credit 5 times the value of my order. Therefore funds were not an issue. For anything a customer needs there is a ticket to be submitted by customer service. The entire process no matter if you are purchasing or canceling is beyond frustrating. Get ready to spend days following-up either in their messaging system, by phone or in person (did it all). My order was under $800. Please keep in mind delivery fee and assembly is $200.00. The sales people are lazy and not professional at the store and online.

On 11/5/25, me and my husband were looking for a dresser with a lot of storage for our bedroom and this Ashley location helped us out. I’ve been meaning to put my review up. The experience at Ashley Furniture that my boyfriend and I had was wonderful. We had been in the past, but the last two times we went, we met the best salesman. James was knowledgeable, outgoing, and very patient as we picked out our couch & dining room table. He was also, most importantly, honest. He genuinely is looking to help & give an honest input, rather than to just make a sale. We ended up leaving happily with a couch & table for delivery thanks to James for all of his help.

I feel like I was swindled. I was mislead so my salesperson could make a sale. I did get a super cute bedroom set that I'm fairly happy with. The delivery was 3/5. The people who delivered and set up did great. The communication was subpar, actually the lady was quite rude. Darren was nice but again, I was swindled.

My husband and I went to Ashley and were greeted by Anita as we walked in. She explained things about the store, then left us to explore on our own, which I loved. Once we were ready she came and found us. We went there for a couch. We ended up with a great couch and mattress. I told her our budget and she waa so amazing to work with. I will definitely refer Ashley to anyone looking for furniture, and I will also recommend they work with Anita.

Spent over $3,100 on a mattress and bed frame, but the sales man didn't mention we needed a box spring, so we get the mattress and frame put it together and no middle supports, call the store and they said you need a box spring, all they had was a cheap box spring in a box, also the quality of the stuff they sell is pretty sad, I remember shopping for furniture and it used to be quality not anymore, they charge a pretty penny for sub par furniture. This will be the last time I spend any money there, and I can't recommend you shop there also unfortunately.

I bought a Couch with a speaker system in it,the sound system was dead on delivery, so they sent a person out to my house to fix it,he couldn't figure why it wouldn't work, so they said they would get someone to fix it, i got a text telling me when they will stop by.The day they were supposed to stop by, I called customer support because no one showed up!Customer support said they made a mistake on the text!I am still waiting for someone to contact me!I was supposed to get another Couch there, but with all this trouble, I will go to some other furniture store, they just lost a customer!

When you come here ask for Jim. One of the most patient person I’ve ever met. He doesn’t try to shove anything down your throat but instead works with you and gets you exactly what you’re looking for!

We received our brand new couches in August of last year, and within 3 mos (Dec '24) noticed half the cushions were not as supportive as the others. Clearly this was a manufacturing flaw/defect, and it appeared they did not have an adequate amount of stuffing. When I reported the manufacturing defect, I was told (5 days later) that it was NOT a defect nor improper manufacturing but to simply “fluff and adjust” the back cushions. It doesn’t take a genius to see that the finish product was not held up to a consistent standard. If more stuffing was needed to remedy this problem, and for “NEW” couches – I might add, then all they had to do was provide it. A simple solution that just cost them new customers.

On July 3, 2025, my wife and I visited Ashley Homestore in Kenosha, WI, with the intention of purchasing a king-size mattress and a matching bed set, which included a tower dresser, wide dresser, bed frame with storage, headboard, two nightstands, and two king-size pillows with pillow covers. James Reynolds served as our salesperson, thoroughly reviewing our selections and confirming our order. On July 19, we received the delivered items: two dressers, two nightstands, the mattress, two standard pillows, and the bed frame planks. However, upon inspection, we found that one nightstand and one dresser were damaged, and we did not receive the correct size pillows or pillow covers as promised. To make matters worse, at 8:00 PM on July 18, we received a text stating, "We have just been informed by our Distribution Center that the B221 BED SET (headboard, footboard, side storages) is unavailable to load." This last-minute notification, just hours before delivery, is utterly unacceptable. It reflects a shocking lack of communication, organization, and professionalism. Despite contacting Customer Service immediately, we were met with no resolution, no apology, and no attempt to rectify the situation. The complete disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond disappointing—it's infuriating. The negligence in communication, the damaged items, and the missing components demonstrate an utter failure in your service standards. As a long-standing and valued customer of Ashley Furniture, I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. This experience has left us not only dissatisfied but also furious. I will be warning others about the blatant incompetence and disregard for customers at the Ashley Furniture store in Kenosha. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect immediate action to address these issues.

We purchased a wood kitchen table from Ashley, and after a year and a half, the finish started to peel and continues to peel. We purchased the accident coverage, but, of course, they take the position that their poorly finished tables are not an accident. I'll take a pass on Ashley in the future and encourage you to do the same. Update: So I called the number below and the person said they had to put me on hold. She doesn't put me on hold as I can hear her typing. She then hangs up on me. I called another number for Ashley, and also got put in a holding queue, which eventually hung up on me. 😆

Purchased a power recliner on a Sat. was told it was in stock and would be delivered the following week. Followed up on Tuesday to find out it would be 2 months. Manager made no effort to rectify, no concern with giving a refund and shows little care of the inconvenience caused. There were other chair that we would have considered given the circumstances but that was never offered. I suggested the refund and we will take our money to another business.

I highly recommend the Kenosha Store and Lisa in particular, online may be practical, but nothing beats excellent direct customer care.

I recently bought a bunk bed from Ashley. It was a white bunk bed, with a storage drawer underneath. Rash was my sales man and did not mention that the storage drawer was an extra 150 dollars on top of the 450 for the bunk bed. I was under the impression that I would get what I saw displayed in the store, a bunk bed with a matching storage drawer underneath. When I received my product, I could tell from the box it did not have the storage drawer. Once again, I was not aware this was extra until going to the store once again and being told. Rash never mentioned it or even gave us an option to buy it. I tried calling the number on the paper and posted online, nothing. I was transferred to Peawaukee and Madison, both trying to get in touch with the Kenosha store. After 30 min of calling, everyone of my transferred calls to Kenosha went to voicemail. I left a detailed voicemail at 11am with no response. When I went to the store, there were plenty of workers and the manager behind the desk. Yet no one could pick up the phone or return my call in 6+ hours? Ridiculous. The customer service was non existent. I finally got ahold of Rash after the manager emailed him. He called me and told me it was “my misunderstanding” that the drawer was optional and an additional cost. Which is ridiculous because I was never told once that what I was buying did not include that. After asking for a discount for the major inconvenience, I was offered a whole 9 dollars off of a 150 dollar drawer. When I asked if he was serious he said “well it is already a cheap item”. Not cheap when I am putting money down the drain because you failed to inform me that I wasn’t buying what was on display. Overall, I will never come here again. As I am reading the reviews, all I see from Ashley is “we are so sorry and will do better as a team”. That is a load of crap. Instead of telling people you will do better, you should actually just do better!!!!! Do not shop here!!

Purchased a new split king Tempur-pedic bed, Darren was wonderful, excellent experience!

Absolutely awful – shop anywhere but here. I purchased a new sectional and chair from Ashley in Kenosha, Wisconsin in January. I paid an extra $90 (on top of delivery fee) for “set-up” which included unpackaging and attaching the feet on all the pieces. The “new” chair they delivered had stuffing coming out of it, a large white wire hanging visible on the bottom front of the chair, the underskirt is visible from any angle and is also ripped on the underside. I also noticed the feet are all in different spots. On one chaise, the feet are recessed by about an inch and on the other chaise the feet actually protrude (albeit slightly but enough to cut my foot a few days later) beyond the chaise itself. The misplacement of the feet is visible and obvious. I contacted Ashley within hours of the delivery and informed them of these issues. They asked for photos which I provided and was told they would get back to me. Three days later I followed up asking for status and was again told they would get back to me. A month later, and still no word from Ashley so I again contacted them. They have refused to exchange the defective chair for a new, undamaged one and instead said they would “repair” it. This is unacceptable - I purchased a brand-new piece of furniture, not a defective piece that has been repaired. I also asked for a refund of the $90 I paid for the “set up” fee, due to the issues with the feet, which was also refused. This was my fourth time purchasing thousands of dollars worth of furniture from Ashley and obviously my last. I now get the pleasure of spending time I don’t have dealing with this crap. Learn from my mistake - shop at Colders, Steinha8fels, Penny Mustard, La-Z-Boy - anywhere but Ashley.

I was very pleased with Zach service. He was very attentive and helpful with all the questions I had.

Absolute garbage company and policy. We purchased an expensive and poorly made kitchen table with an extended accidental warranty. The table was delivered damaged and it took weeks of arguing with reps to fix it. Recently there were chips and damage to the table and they denied our claim. We left a review and Ashley responded to reach out to make it right. So I did just for them to say we are SOL. This is ridiculous and I will make sure we don't use them to furnish the remodel of our house. They only responded to the first review because it was public. Let's see what you have to say now Ashley 😏

I purchased the lifetime accidental plan. I tried to get my low quality high priced table repaired/replaced but my claim was not accepted. Shame on Ashley Furniture for selling me this warranty based on lies. I'll build furniture out of 2x4's before I purchase their furniture again.

On 2/5/25 I bought some furniture and had it delivered 2/13/25. From top to bottom a perfect experience! My salesperson was Lisa Schiller. SHE WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL! The delivery people were great too. You should be proud to have such people on staff ! Thank you.. Rick Hansen

If I could give 0 stars I would. The furniture and prices at this store are great with lots of selection but the workers suck. No one wants to work. No one wanted to approach us not once. The same guy worker passed us 3 times and looked at us and still never asked if we needed help. He was too busy on his phone. We were going to buy but shouldn't have to hunt down a worker especially on a quiet Sunday afternoon. There was also a lady worker who looked us down and up and we thought she was going to come help us but instead she just walked past. It seemed like we weren't the only ones without assistance as there were a lot of customers browsing but not one worker working with said customers. After spending an hour and browsing the entire storeroom we gave up and left. Sucks they won't have a sale. We will never buy from here. Save your time and money and go to Total Furniture on highway 50.

Ordered a table and chairs. Delivery was very late on Sunday and by then my help was not available. I opened up the box on Wednesday and found a huge gauge in the corner, called the store right away and was told to send pictures to customer service area. Customer service called me the next day to say there was nothing they could do. It was more than 24hrs after delivery. I even tried the store and was told “oh well” nothing they can do! There’s NO repairing this, now I’m out $700. Very upset! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Mikey in the warehouse saved me hours of time by showing me some tricks to assemble my chairs quickly. I can’t say enough about how great and friendly he is. Richard and Zach were helpful and fun at the front desk as were the ladies who took my order. Jennifer was prompt and low-pressure during the buying experience.

Angelina made my experience so wonderful and easy. This was something I did not want to do. I bought furniture for my moms assisted living apt and I was dreading it. But Angelina made me feel like I was shopping with my best friend. She is amazing and I will forever shop here because of her. Thank you Angelina!!

The selection at the store is very good, and Jennifer Vance our sales person was top notch, but after receiving damaged furniture, the customer service department did the minimum required. They did not seem at all interested in making us a satisfied customer. My suggestion is, avoid the customer service department if at all possible.

Great delivery experience

We received our furniture delivery today from the Ashley delivery team of Michael, Angel, and Feliber out of the Milwaukee office. These guys were awesome! Very professional, and courteous. Their delivery skills were top-notch and were genuinely concerned about satisfaction. Great delivery.

Love the new L-Shape sofa we got from Ashley Furniture. Joel and Erix were amazing careful movers who brought it to the 2nd floor of my condo even with the stairs.

Francisco, John and Michael were awesome during my delivery! They were careful with the table and chairs and went over how to install the leaf.

We were visiting Steinhoffals looking fo a matching dresser for our sleigh bed, purchased in a different state. We were returning home and saw an Ashley from the freeway We backtracked and stopped. Jim found our exact match, met our price point and now we await its delivery, happily. We like Jim, who was pleasant and informative.

When I bought my table a couple of days ago, I was not told that I would have to pay extra to have the boxes be brought inside my house. I was told it was $50 for delivery and $175 for them to build the furniture for me but was not told that it would still be $175 for them to bring in the boxes inside my house -AND NOT BUILD IT. That's insane. I should have been told and I would not be this angry and disappointed with this service. I never want to buy from you guys again. And when I called to ask why they couldn't bring the boxes in, they told me that it's an extra $115 if I wanted the boxes brought in my house! That information would have been important when I was at the store buying it!! Never again

I bought a couch and a set of pillows smelled awful. Like skunk. I noticed right away and thought it may have been a chemical they used. The other two pillows and couch were fine. I let them air out and used fabreze on them. No luck. Brought them back to the store. They didn't even look at them. I had to call the company on my phone. The gentleman I spoke to said he would look into it. Of course I felt like he didn't believe me. And he never called back. I love the couch and am fine throwing away the extra pillows. However I am concerned how I was treated. I am now Leary of shopping there again.

We worked with Zach from the Kenosha store and he was amazing. If you're looking for furniture make sure you ask for Zach.

Picked a couch that I would have ready in time for an event I had. Delivery truck showed up on scheduled day and said couch won’t fit. They didn’t even attempt to get it in. I called my sales rep Zach and he was upset and said they always overstep. Zach gave me options. I chose to pick up the couch or have them just drop it off, whatever was quicker. Now, they won’t be able to get it to me until the next week after the event. No option to go pick it up from the warehouse myself. They didn’t offer the floor model. I asked Zach to cancel the order. I will never shop at Ashley again. I was told horror stories from Ashley. I should have listened to them. I hope if you read this it helps you make up your mind where to shop for furniture.

Buyer Beware- We normally have had a good experience at Ashley. So this begins when we purchased a swivel rocking recliner in February 2024. From the minute we received it there was something that was not right with it. It did not feel like the chair in the show room and when you would sit in it, the chair would lean forward. After contacting Ashley they offered to send out a technician to try and resolve the issue. 4 technician visits later and the chair is still not fixed and they will not refund the money for this garbage. They dragged this situation out and they will not make the situation right. Offering me a store credit doesn't solve the issue when I don't need any furniture. Don't waste your money here, there is a better place down the street.

Furniture seems to look nice, but home delivery is a disaster. Do not let them in & out of your house without following to document every single incident or issue. If you do not confront them on the spot about every single issue they will do nothing for you…except blame you for the problem. At least Wayfair’s shipper takes responsibility when they create an issue. Avoid them at all costs unless you’re buying & take it with you. Beware short, non-specific reviews you see here as well…

I love Ashley for the quality furniture they make! The store experience was a good one where we didn’t get the high pressure sales vibe, rather they let us look around freely and once we were ready we were helped out. Our salesman was very patient as we seemingly tried every recliner in the store before deciding on the best one after asking many questions about color options/etc for each one. We went in to replace one recliner but ultimately found two that we liked so we got two instead. The chairs were ordered and came in right when they said they would and the pick up process was very easy. Side note: I had a power recliner that I purchased many many years ago from Ashley that had the power reclining component go out several years after purchase. I thought I would need to replace the chair but decided to call Ashley just to see if by chance it was covered by some type of warranty. It was covered somehow and they ended up sending me what was essentially the entire metal frame and power seat component of the chair for free. It came very fast so I only had a “non reclining” chair for a few days. I became an Ashley customer for life that day. I always make sure that I get Ashley chairs as they do sell other chairs in the store, but I have always had great luck with those that Ashley makes themselves. Highly recommended!

We purchased a new sofa, love seat and purple mattress from Rash. He is very knowledgeable about the products and very personable. He also did his best to give us a fair price on the items we purchased. I would recommend that anyone interested in purchasing ant items from Ashley to Rash.

My recent visit to Ashley Furniture in Kenosha, Wisconsin, ended badly. Despite being long-time customers, the manager at the counter was very rude and unpleasant. After browsing furniture and considering more purchases, Anita Morris, a friendly employee, took us to customer service to deal with a previous (claim) delivery issue. But the manager greeted us with a terrible attitude. She was very rude and seemed unwilling to help us at all. It's disappointing to see someone in a position of authority behave that way. If Ashley Furniture wants to keep customers, they need to make sure their staff is friendly and respectful. In the meantime, we'll take our business elsewhere where we're treated better.

Will never purchase from this store again. Not only is the furniture low quality but the protection plan offered does not cover incidents they claim to. It was advertised as covering stains however the claim was denied because there was more than one stain. Do your research and go elsewhere. For reference see the low quality expensive sectional.

There were great deals when we went as well, ended up buying 2 sofas and delivery is going to be 2 weeks from the date of buying.

We shopped around for weeks before finding Angel in the Kenosha store. She is AMAZING. She was zero pressure, funny, extremely knowledgeable and had us sold on the perfect set in 20 minutes. She gave us tips on proper care of our new furniture and set us up with a great protection plan. I highly recommend Ashley, and especially Angel in kenosha.

Drove 31 miles to purchase a bookcase. Got there and a very kind sales associate by the name of Darin helped me. Price listed online was $239.99. Darin said hed price match, no problem. I wanted to look for ottomans and when I was ready to purchase the bookcase Darin was busy with another customer. I patiently waited for him and because he knew it would take awhile he asked another associate to help me. She was finishing up with her customer so another associate stepped up to help me. However, he refused to match the price I saw online and said Darin didn't have the authority to price match. He offered $20 off but it was the principal. I was told I would get a price match, not $20 off. I walked out and won't be back. There are plenty of other furniture stores.

We went to Ashley to buy a couch, loveseat, and recliner. Angel helped us find the perfect ones. Our recliner had to be custom made to match the rest and she found the right color for us. Great experience!

Thankful for the amazing customer service and care we received while shopping at Ashley Furniture. We were kindly greeted by Richie, and he accompanied us for several hours as we shopped for furniture and a mattress. He was very knowledgeable about mattresses and took the time to identify what mattresses were comfortable and a good fit for us. He was proactive, knowledgeable about all products in the store, and thorough during our entire time with him. We asked so many questions and we were grateful for his patience and expertise as we considered so many different options. It was a five star experience!

6/22/2023 @AshleyHomeStore I patiently waited several weeks for a technician to fix a couch that I purchased from you (fairly new & still under warranty) that's falling apart & he arrived today to fix it with NO PARTS. Now I get to wait several more weeks! Disorganized & horrible service!! 7/21/2023 A month later and there is still no resolution or parts ordered! DO NOT buy from @AshleyHomeStore! They do not stand by their product or honor the extended warranty purchased. They are doing ZERO to make this right! Even met with RENA MOWRY STORE MANAGER and she did not offer a reasonable solution, she just pushed us on to Cody Roberts who has not responded to any communication.

Don't buy couches here. pure junk. Warranty doesn't mean anything to them. Go to steinhafels.

Called the store looking for a lift chair for my mother because she had just gotten out of the hospital and we need a chair fast. We had been to several other stores today and nobody could help us on letting do same day pickup. When we called I spoke to a rep first on the phone. They then transferred me to Richie. He was absolutely amazing. He got us what we needed and made sure my mom was comfortable.

We were able to fairly quickly find a piece we liked, and Zeus (Jesus) was the perfect combination of attentive without being intrusive. Everything was completed quickly, and delivery was hot on the heels of the purchase.

This was my first time shopping at Ashley Home Store, and I was very impressed with the wide variety, the prices, and the sales person who helped me. Having shopped elsewhere before coming to Ashley, I had seen some of the same pieces at significantly higher prices. Even though I was only looking for one small item, my salesperson Richard was very helpful-- he let me look on my own, but he was accessible when I had questions. I found exactly what I needed at an attractive price point! Next time I will go to Ashley first!

Bought a coach from Ashley Furniture of Kenosha 3 weeks ago. The customer service has been awful. Our coach was damaged when it was delivered. Called the customer service and was treated poorly and they gave us a delivery date and time a week later. They showed up 4 hours after the initial time. I called them and asked why we were even told this time to begin with and they just gave us an attitude and said there was no time window. Rude service throughout the whole process. Made buying a coach a bad experience. DO NOT buy anything from them unless you enjoyed being lied too and given a hard time when you call and ask questions.

Was given scratched furniture. They set an appointment with me to come give it a look for 3 months out after being delivered. They never showed up. Give false information and constantly misscommunicate with their customers. I've also been hung up on over the phone in the middle of a conversation while given attitude.

Really impressed with the quality of customer service I received at this location, and with the process overall. There aren't a bunch of brick and morter furniture stores left, but it's hard to buy these things online without testing comfort and durability in person, so after moving, I made the trip out to the Kenosha location just to get a feel for general prices and get an idea what I was looking for. Wasn't planning to buy anything at that time, just looking. The sale associate was great (Angel) - answered our questions, wasn't pushy, & was super personable, even after we were clear that we weren't making a purchase at that time. We took pics, wrote down prices, tested everything out, and went home to continue shopping online. Ended up coming back to the store a few weeks later and buying 4 things. They had no issue price matching other local stores, or their own products found online. Delivery was a bit of a wait, but it was during the start of the holidays, so understandable. It's flat rate shipping, so waiting for all items to be available to ship takes time, but the communication and updates were great! Delivery was a breeze, delivery guys were A+, and the store checked back with me to make sure everything was great as well. I definitely recommend shopping here! Pick out what you think you want, shop around to find he best prices, and go back and get buy from here. Prices are average to what I found everywhere else, but you can get a good deal if you're patient and do your homework! Quality is definitely above average too. Oh! Make sure whatever sale associate you start with, you know when they are working when you make your actual perchance so they get the commission for their initial time with you.

I purchased a sofa and table from Ashley and was so excited to have new furniture to show off during the holidays. I'm now completely disappointed. Both were delivered damaged. At the time they promised to correct the issues quickly, but I've been trying for two weeks and they still don't have an ETA as to when it will be done. I spent way to much money for all this inconvenience. Each time I call I feel like they are just stringing me along until I give up on it. Now all I have is damaged furniture I had to pay full price for and a horrible story to tell guests for the holidays. Update 12/27/2022 Still trying to get service for damaged furniture for over a month. No remorse given by the representative just a possible open date for service in another month. It will cost me a full day work to be available for the am/pm window. Then they just hung up on me. No credit for my trouble. They've made me feel like garbage. Never go here!

Ashley furniture is a complete joke. They delivered damaged furniture to some of my friends and they give you way more credit than what you need or ask for then turn around and close your account if you cant find anything worth quality to spend the line of credit on!! They don't stand behind their product, the corporate office is a joke when you call and they bamboozle you delivering incomplete sets only to start the interest free countdown! My friends ordered a loving room set, table and chairs and a bed. Each piece came months apart but they still started the interest free clock!! Bunch of scam artists!!!!

We also went to another store in town and was pretty much ignored. So because of the great service we purchased a living room set and a dining room set. Delivery people were awesome as well.

As newlyweds and new homeowners, my wife and I went to Ashley furniture to furnish our home. We had the privilege of working with Richie as our sales associate. My saleswoman Mary Parker was absolutely amazing. She recognized that no one had helped my son and I while we were browsing and came right over to assist. She walked me through multiple dining room table sets that I liked and helped me to find the perfect set at a prove that worked for us. Supply chain issues are very real right now and she even put a rush on it to see if that would help me get my set earlier! And it did. I would give them a zero if I could. we spent thousands of dollars here. They had to split one of the deliveries up between two homes & only provided the delivery service WE PAID FOR, for one of the homes. We have bought precious furniture here too. NEVER AGAIN. Still waiting for a manager call back.

Purchased 2 bedroom sets and mattresses. Angel was awesome with helping me pick everything out.

Darren gave us all the details and information we needed when we first arrived then left us alone to look around. He checked in with us after a bit, answered a few more questions, and we were able to choose the perfect set for our family. It was a great and quick experience; now we can't wait for our couches to arrive!

I ordered a closet system online and paid for installation services from "Handy". After FIVE rescheduled install dates, I finally asked for a refund. I will NEVER use the installation services from Ashley's service provider ever again. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Two thumbs WAAAAYYYY DOWN.

I should have given just --ve 5 stars . Beware their sales and delivery are completely different. The sales guys sells something and the delivers something . I have been suffering for many months now . They send unfinished bed and now when i want to return the bed they dont want to do because they want to keep the money. They somehow trap you in . Beware people . With a custom made furniture they deliver wrong design have no idea why is that . after complaining they say its another 6 months. How come a custom order delivered different. This is worst store to buy furniture from . Its a trap and they want to clear their old stock asap.

I ended up getting a new TV stand from here. The staff was helpful and the delivery service was amazing. Everyone was so professional and kind. I would definitely go back.

Purchased a sectional couch on 08/05/2022. Excited to hear the couch was at the warehouse and would be delivered the following weekend. Upon delivery, the delivery team dropped the corner wedge out of the truck which deemed the piece broken. Fine they ordered us a new one. Was told it would be delivered the next Sunday. Received a message saying it’s delayed and we would be contacted with a new date. Was told they could do the next Wednesday. That’s fine. We told them we work until 5pm and that it would have to be after that time. They would not give us a confirmation time until the day before and the time was 7am to 12pm. Obviously not waiting at home that long. My girlfriend was late to work for this delivery. On top of that, the delivery staff that delivered the wedge had made some inappropriate comments to her that made her feel very uncomfortable. We contacted management and was told a supervisor would be contacting us (08/24/2022). It is now 08/31/2022 and we have not been contacted. On top of that, the wedge piece did not come with legs which would be fine but there is a power cord that runs under the piece. They said they would send some out asap. Alright fine. Glad to hear it. Get the legs to find they only shipped 5 (the piece needs 6 to keep it from wobbling) and sent no hardware. Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere as this entire experience has been nothing but problems and headaches. Oh and found out the website price was about $400 cheaper than purchasing in the store. We are told we are going to get a refund for the difference but we’ll see how that goes.

Went in for a New Mattress and Mary P. At the Kenosha, Wi. Location knew exactly what I needed! Got a great deal and the customer service was outstanding!! I will defiantly return for the rest of my home’s furnishings!! Thank you Mary!!

We called ahead to verify that a specific dining room chair was at their location before coming to the store. The sales man (I won’t say his name out of respect) assured us over the phone that they had the chair at this location. We drove 30 minutes in the pouring rain to the store (and packed up our baby) and when we get there he says “we don’t have the one you’re looking for but we have one that’s a different color that’s similar”. We were so disappointed for being lied to. It felt like we were tricked into coming there so that we would be more likely to buy something. We explained that we drove out there to see the chair with intentions of buying eight of them. He didn’t apologize, just told us that it’s at the Stevens Point location. We left feeling very frustrated and we will never come back to Ashley furniture.

I recently went with my husband to get a new bed. MaryAnn helped us find the perfect bed for me and my husband. We both have really bad neck and back issues and MaryAnn did a fit test to find our perfect bed. She was so nice and friendly and she she showed us beds that would work for us. She helped us find the perfect bed for our budget. You leave there with a smile.

So many beautiful collections to choose from. We absolutely love our sectional and bed. Mary Parker made sure we got what we exactly wanted for our home. She was very helpful and helped guide us through a fit test to see what mattress worked best for us. She went above and beyond and kept up with our order. Made sure to inform us of the status of our furniture and of any changes to the delivery date. We will definitely be coming back!!

Best place to buy a mattress. Mary Ann asked me if I would like to be fitted for my mattress. At the end I found a mattress and a adjustable base that truly helped me sleep better. I have lots of issues with my lungs and breathing, but having the adjustable base has helped a lot

Such a great experience! Rena recommended we speak with Lisa Schiller and she was so accommodating and beyond helpful. We are moving soon and had so many questions, it took quite some time for us to figure things out… she was there for all of it. We’ll be back in the future.

We went in and after finding a bedframe with storage on all sides that me and my boyfriend both loved we ordered. They had the wrong phone number on the order, okay mistakes happen. My boyfriend calls to check on the delivery and they pushed it back so he could confirm. Then it comes and the bedframe we got only had drawers at the end of the bed, the wrong rails so it can't even be assembled and no slats even though it was supposed to come with slats. When we tried calling they didn't answer their phone. So frustrated. Regardless this is the last time we are shopping here.

Good selection, prices are ok. Prefer shopping online and just checking it out quick in the store if I need to before buying.. Otherwise the constant barrage from the sales people is obnoxious.
