I went shopping for a new furniture set @ Ashley madison east. I was greeted kindly by Edgar who took me right to what I described! He sat with me and talked over pricing, set up options, the fabric/cushion details and the service option for continued care of my investment. He also made delivery notes and went over everything with me twice to make sure I was getting what I wanted and there were no questions. 7 days later I was searching for my dining set and I sent him a message asking if he could find me an "out of stock" option. Within 20 minutes he found it for me and was able to put it with my previous sale for payment and delivery with ease! Super thankful for him! I would like to give a shout out to Darin, the manager as well for his help along the way.
Don’t trust that 72 month credit no interest. We have it on the paperwork and they still charging interest and the gm don’t return calls your salesman won’t. The service is definitely not what it use to be it’s kinda sad. I would never leave a bad review but it’s beeen to many discrepancies and they don’t care once it’s paid for
We came to the store looking for a new mattress because I was having back problems, Edgar greeted us upon entering not to mention he is bilingual which made us feel like home, he helped my husband and I select the best mattress for us without being pushy like other salesmen. We are so happy with our purchase and can’t wait to sleep in our new mattress!! Thank you Edgar

Awful quality and issues with calling to speak to a manager and never returning your call. I had 3 tables, 1st table started pealing a month after recieving it and was told it was normal. They replaced it with a different style people came to set new one up and instead of unscrewing the shipping block they went right through my table top and didn't say a word until I saw it later. Then they replaced it and turns out the chairs loose cushion after 2 months and screws come loose, they replaced several parts on these chairs and clearly a design flaw but they are willing to do NOTHING for me.
I have spoke to multiple people, have had issues from the start with multiple tables from the table top chipping a month after having it, to a table being delivered and them taking the shipping block out and instead drilled the screw through the top of the table. Now have had AWFUL quality on the johnelle chairs from them replacing basically every part of the chairs because they split and the seat cushion dips in within 2 months. I reached out to the care center , the store and I'm being told nothing they can do. I suggested them putting notes in to have them redesign the chairs because even the tech that came and fixed my chairs said these are junk.🤦♀️ thanks ashley for awful customer care team. I will not be purchasing from you anymore along with making sure friends and family members dont as well.
This review is written for my wife and my experience with Ashley Outlet in Madison, Wisconsin on Monday, February 12, 2024. We were immediately greeted by James B. Customer Representative in a personal and professional manner addressing our interests in various pieces of furniture for our family room. James demonstrated a friendly and enthusiastic attitude and attention to our needs. He demonstrated a vast knowledge of furniture selection, style, livability, and matchabilty, of various pieces of furniture. In addition, he demonstrated a creative design of fabric colors and textures that flowed from piece to piece. James was not high pressuring or over bearing. His personal and enthusiastic approach with us met and exceeded our expectations. Well done James B!
Sales people here are pushy and condescending. Three sales people bee-lined for us when we enteredWhen we got to the other side of the store had to tell a fourth sales person "just browsing today, thank you" FIVE times, he just continued to ask questions and follow us around until we just walked away quickly and left the store as he was not taking the hint that we wanted to be left alone. In a past visit a sales person acted like we were stupid when we asked if they had a metal mattress frame in stock, he laughed and said "no we don't just keep them around". He also smelled very badly of body odor. It is bizarrely unpleasant to shop here
