Retail staff was great in assisting me with finding furniture I would be happy with. Unfortunately that's where my good experience with this company ended. Upon delivery it seemed there was an issue with the seat cushions in the $1800 sectional I bought. Two of the cushions were much softer than the third, which made sitting on the couch very awkward. Wanting to get this issue resolved quickly, I brought the cushions to the retail store to get assistance. Instead of assistance I got told to call a customer service line. So I called the customer service line and they told me to send an email with pictures. I did, but instead of responding by email, their customer service number just called back when I couldn't pick up. At this point, I figured out the issue was that the sofa cushions had two different density foams, which was clearly an issue with the delivery of the product. I tried the customer service number again and they were again unhelpful and said they'd call back again, which they did at an inconvenient time for me to answer again. At this point I've basically given up trying to work out this issue with their customer service after the unsuccessful phone tagging. I haven't been happy with their product, and I've been even less happy with their customer service. I won't be buying furniture from here again until they have a serious corporate restructuring to improve their customer service. Attached photo shows the three sofa cushions with two different densities of foams.

Went in to look at new Mattresses and had a great salesman in Blake Reine. We talked the spectrum of mattresses and he answered my questions in detail. Decided on one and bought it. Would highly recommend talking to Blake for your home furniture and bed needs.

A young man by the name of Blake Reine, he used to deliver the furniture and was a good hard worker and got the job done quickly and proficiently. So when I walked into the store and seen he's a salesman now, I of course went through him and he was just as professional out on the road delivering as he was in the store. I went in to check prices for living room sets compared to Slumberland and Bobs. I wasn’t ready to buy just yet, but Dusty was very helpful, especially when it came to features I never even thought about or knew existed! I ended up buying a life changing pillow though!

I only take surveys for places if they have provided a horrible experience or I am extremely blown away by amazing customer service. I am pleased to say that today it is because of extremely AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE delivered by CINDY RUIZ AT THE ASHLEY OFF WEST BELT-LINE!!! After shopping around at many local competitors and feeling ready to give up…we decided to stop at one more place. This is where we met Cindy who greeted us right away with a warm friendly smile (Other stores we had to look for someone to even be acknowledged). I admit that I did not come into the store having the best attitude because I already felt defeated from all the fails at the other stores. Cindy was extremely patient with me for the entire time offering different product types I was looking For in my living room. Cindy showcased tons of knowledge and expertise but she really earned my trust with her consistency of wanting me to be 100% happy with my purchase. She really heard me and related back things I shared with her about my family and how the furniture will be used. I found something I would have bought but she could tell my reaction wasn’t good enough. She insisted that she wanted me to leave with exactly what I wanted and she had another item she wanted to show me. Basically get to the end of the story… I am so glad she insisted to show me the next because it was “the one”I love chair she found for my family room! I was able to purchase 5 items from Ashley and was able to take advantage of a 0% promotion. I did not expect to make a purchase when I walked into Ashley. I left Ashley apologizing to Cindy and thanking her truly for being her and staying so kind as I recognized I was not the most pleasant customer to be around. Anybody can help a lovely Customer but it takes a true genuine person to be able to stick with the crabby ones and have them leave as happy as I did. Thank you so much Cindy!! Bought new appliances from them because they are contracted with Veridian. Firstly the person who we were talking to ghosted us and I had to figure out how to find out another person to talk to get the order through. Fridge doors have a small dent and the dishwasher did not work and needs to be replaced.
They are very friendly and very attentive to the customer I recommend them 100%

Do not order online. I wanted to return a couch/ futon because it just wasn’t right for me, I did not unpack it right away due to moving. When I called to return it they said that decision had to be made within 7 days of delivery no matter what. Pretty crappy

They don't offer a lot of customization. Many of the things are as seen on the floor only. But they do have some things that can be special ordered. I would recommend checking the website before going in.
Bought a new washer and dryer and the dryer had a dent in in it. We have the warranty and they came and looked at it and ordered the parts well that was over a month ago and now we call to find out when the parts are coming and 1st to call center goes right to voice mail and nobody call us back and 2nd we finally talked to someone can can see our parts our ordered but cant tell us when they are coming! do not waste your money there!

the guy was very nice and helpful, he helped us carry the stuff to the car, and always asked us if we had questions we could ask him. He also stayed around the area we were in so that we didn’t have to go looking for him.
Ashley's delivery damaged all 6 of the chairs from the dining set that we purchased. We were assured upon sale that, were any damage to occur during shipping, Ashley would resolve it. They sent a technician who did graciously fix 3 of the 6 chairs, but for whatever reason, they left before working on the other 3. Ashley refuses to send a technician out to finish the work because we are now outside of the 1-year warranty, despite that we reported the original issue immediately after the set arrived, well within the 1-year warranty. I can't recommend Ashley Furniture given the lack of commitment to customer happiness and I personally do not plan to buy any further furniture there - practically speaking, as we are in the process of buying a new house, we will need furniture and so the cost of the loss of our business is quite a bit greater than sending a technician out to touch up 3 chairs.
The whole process of ordering my adjustable base was smooth thanks to the excellent staff. Isaiah(salesman) was very helpful in explaining all options (low to high) and working with me to schedule an earlier date when a conflict happened. Jon and Eddie (delivery drivers) were professional, quick, and friendly. They had me set up in no time. I would recommend them all.

We visited the Ashley store today to purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress and bed frame, already well-researched and prepared to make a significant investment. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the salesperson, Abu, whose attitude was off-putting. Abu consistently interrupted our questions, often providing irrelevant answers due to not listening to what we were asking. When inquiring about promotions beyond the standard $300 discount listed on their website, his response was dismissive and rude, stating he did not want to "waste his time." This unprofessional behavior was a significant red flag for us, leading to our decision to explore other options. It's disheartening when a major purchase is overshadowed by poor customer service.

While their products are absolutely fantastic and sales staff are wonderful the delivery/repair is horrible. We were to receive our new furniture on Tue which I understand there was the snowstorm BUT the truck was directly in front of our home. It appeared he was stuck and he did shovel around his wheels and then was able to move. I then look out and they are leaving. Never came to door, no one called, and no furniture. I called store and it was claimed they were pulled off service as I understand but they were in front of my home. When they were rescheduled it took 15-20 min here to unload so why wouldn't you just let them unload then leave? Plus why did I have to call to find out what happpened? We were then rescheduled for afternoon Thurs!!!! We have no living room furniture and no dining room furniture in our home and we now have to wait 2 days???????????? Then Thurs afternoon when they did come the gents were very nice and personable BUT after they had set up and left we sat on the recliner couch and a screw falls out on the floor! I then called and they would happily send service NEXT FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!! So you wait a week now not sitting on that end of couch as we don't know how that screw affects any of the set up. When I questioned the person I spoke with if it was safe she said just sit gently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT?????????? I am a nurse and if I gave answers like that I no longer would be employed!!!! There is no urgency for service with this company. As I said sales was fantastic, the product is awesome but beware after you sign on the dotted line that service goes from 5 to a 1.
I recently visited this furniture store due to Slumberland closing early. I needed to purchase a couch and Blake R. Was so helpful and really understood what I wanted and or needed based on my description of the couch I was looking for. I also had been helped by Jessie and he has some great sales skills. Dear Manager, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address a disappointing experience I had at your Ashley Furniture store on March 17, 2024. On Saturday, March 16, 2024, my partner and I visited your store and identified an office desk that I was interested in purchasing. Although we did not make the purchase at that time, I returned to the store alone the following day, March 17, 2024, at 11:30 am, intending to buy the desk. Upon my return, I encountered a tall, white male employee with reddish facial hair who offered assistance. I explained that my husband and I had considered buying the desk the previous day but had opted to wait. I informed the gentleman that I had decided to proceed with the purchase, as per the arrangement made with the manager on Saturday. I was under the impression, based on our conversation on Saturday, that I could purchase the desk at a reduced price of $180 due to minor damages. However, the employee I spoke to on Sunday insisted on selling it at the full price. I respectfully requested that he confirm with his manager about honoring the previously discussed price, but he returned with a negative response. I pointed out that the desk was listed on your website for $319, and it seemed unreasonable to sell a damaged clearance item for the same amount. Despite my attempts to address the discrepancy and request fair treatment as a customer because his tone and attitude changed once I mentioned the word husband, me being a male obviously made him aware I was gay, that's when the employee's demeanor noticeably changed. His attitude became dismissive and uncooperative. I was astounded by the lack of customer service exhibited by this employee. His unwillingness to engage in a constructive dialogue or acknowledge the previous agreement left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I believe that customers deserve respectful treatment and consistency in pricing policies. --- For anyone looking to purchase furniture from Ashley, I highly recommend you avoid this location due to the poor customer service and rude staff. I encounter a much pleasant experience at the Ashley location on the East Side of Madison.

The service we received in the store was great. Unfortunately, when it came to dealing with delivery, I was greatly disappointed. Our delivery date was reschedule with notice via text. They give you the option to propose other dates, but it quickly became clear to me that this was an AI service. I asked repeatedly for a phone call as I had many questions, but never received a response, was never provided contact information, and the one response I did receive was when I finally said "no" in response to the new proposed date but didn't address any of my concerns. Would not recommend.
Parkis was awesome. I went into the store looking for a replacement recliner and, after I told him what I like, he recommended a specific model. I took a look around the whole store after, and I ended up buying the exact chair he pointed me to. He knows his stuff! Super friendly, speedy experience, flexible financing - I’ll definitely be back.

Never buy anything from these crooks. The quality of the merchandise is horrific. I will never, ever purchase anything from this company! I purchased a dining room set and the quality of the table was pure junk!!! I spent extra money thinking that I would get better quality but that does not work when it comes to Ashley!!!! This was our first time in the store, and will definitely be our last time. We walked into the store and were greeted by an extremely rude man. He asked us what we were specifically looking for. We had told me anything, because we were there to look around at the many things you guys carry. He would not let it go that we said anything and continuously was nagging us. He then preceded to say “well you don’t need to see this flyer” and walk away. Later on, when we were walking around in the store the man approached us asking us how we were doing in a super rude tone and also waved at us later. Extremely unprofessional service and will not be back because of him.
Been here Twice in two weeks. Bought new Waher , Drier set that has been installed, working great, and look Super from our 25 yr old set of Kenmore, got my money's worth there. Second visit last Saturday I purchased a NEW Bed with adjustable base . Will be delivered and set up Friday 1-12-2024 . I am looking so forward to getting better quality sleep 😴
I have bought a number of pieces of furniture from this store over the years of various prices. My most recent was a sectional sofa, which I told the sales person I'm giving them a chance to redeem themselves as my experience last time wasn't very good. I was VERY clear with my concerns and needs. I was assured this is the perfect sofa for my family and a week after it was delivered, it started breaking. I've been waiting 3 months for parts and I keep getting the run around saying they've been ordered. Meanwhile, we have a sofa that is half broken and the other half is falling apart and I have to keep filing claims for the new issues instead of the technician (if he EVER gets scheduled) fix everything at one time. I was told extra warranty would cover EVERTHING... NO QUESTIONS asked and I'm finding that isn't the case. So... now I'm sitting here with a very expensive sofa that is more uncomfortable than a concrete floor and getting absolutely NO help to resolve the issues. Needless to say, they have NOT redeemed themselves from the previous purchases. I'm all about giving people another try, but not this time. Once the super nice and helpful salespeople suck you in and get the sale... that's all they want.
Our power recliner has been defective since day one. We have been trying to get it serviced, and the part is taking months to come in. My BF needs this chair for medical reasons, and it's causing him a lot of issues not having it repaired. We asked for a replacement and was told that it was not an option which can't be true. There has to be something they can do to help. He's going to get blood clots in his legs if this isn't fixed soon. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with customer service, and I don't recommend Ashley furniture. Edit for owner: Every time I call for an update, I'm told the same thing. They are waiting for the part to come in. On one occasion, the customer service rep was extremely rude and dismissive. The one year warranty doesn't matter when a part takes 3 months to come in. This is the 3rd time service has been done to fix this issue. What if this part doesnt fix it? We are now past the 1 year warranty. Will we have to pay for attempt number 4? We should have rejected the chair at delivery. Will never make that mistake again. The best resolution here would be to give us a replacement chair.

Bought sofa, loveseat and a chair then was told about the 5 year furniture protection plan so I bought that. 2 years in and I am trying to make a claim and was denied. Ashley not willing to help. They outsourced the cleaning to others so they are not affiliated with Ashley. Not willing to reimburse me about I paid for this.
Be aware of false advertising. I paid for and received a confirmation number for a dining room table online. Later that day they said they had to refund me or I needed to buy something else as the table isn't available - in this state. So it was available but not for me...

I got literally the sexiest couch I have ever laid eyes on at this store. Plus I got the couch insurance on this couch so now I do reckless things like take it to devils lake and stuff. The salesman was nice. I will for sure go back if my couch gets robed or jacked up or something.

This is the worst place in Madison you have to be very careful they ask you to scan a barcode this is going to harm and damage your credit even though they tell you it is not going to harm your credit and now I got an email saying that my credit was affected and if I want to investigate why they apparently steal your information I hope they run out of business and I will go and talk with the manager

Everyone we encounter going when going there is always so kind and helpful. I've purchased from them twice now. Both times, the in store associate is wonderful, and the delivery guys are the best. I purchased a L-shaped couch and an over stuffed chair, both from the sale area in the back.
We were able to find exactly what we were looking for quickly and the shopping experience was pleasant. Our sales associate was very helpful - understood what we were looking for and was able to help us find it.
I cannot recommend this place at all. My first experience was when they first opened years ago. I went in with my father to purchase a recliner that was listed for sale in their ad. When we arrived we were told the recliner was not available and offered to show us a "similar" model that was $200 more. Typical bait and switch technique. Today, I went there with my girlfriend to shop and were not greeted by anybody in the store (mind you we were there for 1/2 hour looking at everything). We had questions and no one would give us the time of day. We went down the road the Steinhafels and were promptly greeted at the door. We ended up giving them $4,600 of our business. It's truly a shame that a business could lose out simply for ignoring potential customers. It wasn't even that busy in there and there were a handful of employees that could have taken the time to engage us but chose not to. I will never return to this store.
Recently bought a swivel rocker from Ashley’s West location and can’t say enough about the quality and excellent help I got during my shopping experience. First of all, a big shout out to Martha who guided me to selecting the perfect fabric to custom cover the chair. She wasn’t pushy and was very knowledgeable about the product. The chair arrived earlier than expected and was packaged with great care. I would not hesitate to shop here again! Highly recommend!!!
Built a new home using Veridian and moved in 9/20/23. I used Ashley Appliance Mart a trade partner with Veridian Homes, huge mistake. From day 1 my GE gas range fan was noisy so I contacted my personal builder and he submitted a work order on 10/02/23 to Ashley for service. On 10/11/23 a Ashley tech came and performed diagnostics and the oven kept blowing his app equipment out. He said he would order a new fan and mother main board. At this time, I had no working oven, just the range top. Ashley came again on 10/25/23, two weeks since last visit. Technician tore half the range apart to replace fan and main board, took 2 hours. All put together and technician tried to set clock and oven went into broil mode! The technician said he needed to order the front panel board. I was told by Ashley that the earliest they could send a technician would be 11/07/23. That would leave me without an oven for 28 days and I told them that's unacceptable! I asked them to overnight the part if needed, no response. I emailed my Veridian team and the President of Veridian asking for a new range as I felt I had a lemon. On 10/27/23 a representative called me from Ashley which is located in Steven's Point and that is where their technicians are dispatched from as well to service Madison and Milwaukee. Now how dumb is that? The Ashley representative started the conversation and said he was good friends with the president of Veridian, who cares? He continued to give excuses and then told me the part was in transit as we speak but could not track it! If so, why until 11/07/23 to repair? Greg the rep reminded me of the salesman I bought my first used car from. I have zero confidence he was truthful. He told me 5 times they won't replace the range and offered a cheap counter top toaster oven, how insulting! I told him that I ordered a new range from Grand Appliance and they are delivering it the next day, now that's service! That same afternoon I received a call from David Simon the president of Veridian. He was very apologetic and felt bad but offered no replacement range only the same cheap toaster countertop oven, again another insult! I told him Ashley is a horrible trade partner and an embarrassment to customer service. When I contracted my home with Veridian I Chose Ashley for appliances because I received an appliance allowance which I doubled my allowance and paid out of pocket for upgraded appliances. In essence it didn't cost Ashley nothing to replace my defective range. Since 10/27/23 I have not heard from Ashley or Veridians president, radio silence. I guess they really don't care if they don't hold to their home owner's warranty. I wasn't asking for much, only a working oven range. I have my new range, another $2,300.00 spent that I would have preferred on handicap equipment to make my life easier. I felt compelled to expose Veridian's and Ashley Appliance Mart to others that Veridian and Ashley do not care about customer service! I recommend new Veridian customers avoid the small appliance allowance and go on their own to a competent appliance vendor. I pray my other appliance package holds together! I will still tell my story on other social platforms to warn others. Mr. David Simon of Veridian and Ashley Appliance Mart I am waiting for my refund. Happy Thanksgiving!
My partner and I purchased a custom couch from Ashley Furniture and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We worked with James earlier this year, and it was great to work with him again! He was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. From finding the couch that would fit in our space, to picking out cool colors and combinations. We are looking forward to going back to this store for furniture in the future!
We purchased a new GE washer and dryer. We worked with Austin Volkert because we purchased appliances from him in the past and were very satisfied. We were equally satisfied this time, both with our purchase and with the delivery and setup. The delivery people came on time. I was impressed that they also carried the washer and dryer in rather than using a dolly over the threshold. The installation went excellently. The installers had to switch the doors to place the washer on the right. They did this efficiently and the appliances are working great. It was nice working with installers with experience and dedication.

I am an Ashley customer by way of Veridian Homes. My sales rep, Kay Hancock, was good but that's where it ended. Every one of the appliances received has had an installation issue, not a manufacturing issue. The water line to the dishwasher wasn't turned on, the gas range was setup for LP not natural gas, the dryer wobbles, they scratched the floor when the dryer was installed, the refrigerator doors aren't level, the gas range is making black soot, they dented handles on the oven. That's through the first three months. The techs they send are incompetent and honestly just weird. The techs have left trash in our house. Ashley dispatch has sent techs to the wrong address. It's just a mess. I won't use Ashley again outside of the warranty period. Ever. Why Veridian switched from Grand Appliance to Ashley, I'll never know but suffice to say it was not the right choice for customers. Buyer beware. Edit: It's been 2 months and no one called me back like they said they would. Bad customer service. Veridian customers beware.
Please be careful when you need to buy furniture, Ashley is really bad, their salesmen always lie to you, they don't care how much you spend, just cheat, so don't go to Ashley, lose your money and not have anything A little joy in buying new furniture
The sales people are great to work with and helped us with our sofa purchase but certain manager folk need additional people/basic communication training. In future, I will take my business to the east side store.
Took advantage of their Sleep Trial and traded in our Beautyrest Black Queen mattress for a King. Our sales person, Blake Reine, took great care of us and it was hassle free. We added a king bed frame and Blake made sure the options we wanted worked seamlessly. The delivery was quick and their delivery bot Jenny kept us appraised of the schedule. The delivery team led by Tristan were a pleasure to have in our house and their focus on our satisfaction was genuine. This was our 5th purchase from Ashley Furniture and they remain our furniture store of choice.
So I shopped around for a while. Bob's, Slumberland, Steinhafels. I found the sectional I liked best here, and through multiple visits and communications sales rep Alexander (not the manager Alex who I'm sure is fine) was attentive without being pushy, and patient. I feel he was honest in his answers and knowledgeable. He was able to help me get what I felt was the best deal I could. I can't speak to the quality of the furniture yet, and my rating is specific to my experience with Alexander but I would highly recommend seeking him out. East Madison location had same furniture but service was not there, barely registered any attention. If it matters, I went with the Carnaby.
We went into Ashley to check out stoves. Vic came over to help us us. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the brands, their features and benefits. We bought a stove as a result. If we need another appliance we will definitely go there again.

I have been looking for a dining set for a while now and finally found the perfect one for my room. I worked with Blake, who was very professional and helpful. He had ideas and was accommodating and personable, a great addition to your team.
We normally have a very good experience at this store. So I am rating this one just on our experience this past Sunday. I am not going to mention his name because I don’t like doing that but we went in to look at a bedroom set that we have been pricing and have every intention of buying. We were hoping that with the Labor Day sale we will get a better deal on it. This older gentleman that works there walked us back to the bedroom set to give us a price. The price ended up being a full thousand dollars more than when we had looked at it previously. So we told him we would think about it and were being very cordial with him. He proceeded to tell us that this Labor Day sale would be ending soon so this price would not last long. So we told him this price was higher than we’ve ever seen it. Slumberland is also able to order this set for us because we had asked about it there in the past. Then he said that this bedroom set is exclusive to Ashley furniture. And we said well actually we’ve seen it at slumberland . And he rudely said to us well there’s one right up the road from here. Just go get it there then, and turned around and walked away from us. We were absolutely offended by his lack of professionalism. We were not being rude to him in anyway. We went there with the intention of buying this bedroom set and fully intend to buy it, and if he would’ve worked with us we likely would’ve bought it that day. I’m not gonna say I won’t return to that store because I love that store and everyone else there is amazing. But I most definitely will never deal with this child again.

Unbelievably pushy sales staff. Repeatedly told sales rep we wanted to just look around for a while and she would not leave us alone. Finally said, "look, you're coming on too strong. I recently moved from Texas to the Madison area and created an order with a home location prior to moving which caused such a headache and stress to the point I thought I'd never have a bed and would continue sleeping on the floor. However, by sharing story and situation with Alex, he introduced me to Ariya to help me find the exact pieces I wanted and a better mattress option than I originally considered. Alex and Ariya and everyone on the team made my poor experience with my previous location in Texas and 2 weeks worth of customer service nightmares WORTH EVERY MOMENT! If it wasn't for the kindness, attention to detail, and hospitality I received these past 2 days, I would still be on the floor for months to come. Had a great experience. My salesperson Jennifer took time to understand the type of bed I was buying for my Mom who is elderly. She provided a wide variety of options and combinations of mattresses and headboards -- but did not try to push me into price ranges I wouldn't be comfortable with. The sales process wasn't rushed and I felt I came away with a really great solution. Can't say enough about the selection and the whole experience.

Month comes around I get a message a week before my original delivery date stating that my bed frame is going to take a month to come bcuz of it being a special built unit . Got my living room set and bedroom set with my mattress NO BED FRAME so we ended up sleeping on the floor with the mattress. Month comes around my bed frame is finally here after 2 months of waiting . Not even 10 minutes of the delivery team being in my house they manage to put a hole in my wall! Are house is 3 years old. Just bought it back in August . I understand things happen but why am I paying for white glove delivery services so u can put a hole the size of my thumb in are wall?! They start putting the custom bed frame together 20 minutes later and a phone call just to find out that my bed frame with are drawers underneath doesn’t even exist !!! The delivery team ended up, taking the drawers for underneath the bedframe and leaving the bedframe in our Bedroom with my mattress, leaned up against my brand new dresser I just bought from Ashley’s. I got one call from the claims and damage department Monday around 7:30pm. I was occupied with my at the moment. We ended up calling the store Tuesday . We explain the situation we talked to the manager at the store and he told us that the bedframe we ordered does not come with drawers underneath. And he was sorry and that he had something similar That he could trade out . So we went there and we looked at it and it was completely different color than what our bedroom set is. Of course since I spent $10,000 at your store I want all of my furniture to match so any person in their right mind would say well now I want this new bedroom set with this king size bedframe. My fiancé asked if they could throw in two lamps that were less than $300 apiece. I will add when we were in there they had a sale going on so our price got adjusted to about $500. I asked the manager when I left the store how long it was going to take for them to deliver our new bedroom set he told me Monday. I asked the manager what we should do in the meantime with our mattress and bedframe. He told Brandon to go in the back and go find something in the clearance for the time being. The manager stated to me and gave me this weird look and said why can’t you just take the bedframe part and I kind of looked at him thinking in my head I don’t need to take anything apart. I spent $10,000 in your store. I got white glove delivery service with the hole in my wall. If I wanted to put together furniture, I would’ve went somewhere else and bought furniture and put together myself . later on we get a call from Brandon stating that we saved $400 because of the sale that they had going on and they would not be able to throw in these two lamps that were less than $300 apiece. that’s what his manager told him is that they were not willing to work with us . Now, If I would’ve got everything that we ordered on time and it was the right .I wouldn’t be complaining and I wouldn’t have saved any money . They’re trying to make it seem like this is my fault when it all reality it’s Ashley furniture‘s fault .We get confirmation over the weekend stating that the delivery time got changed from Monday to Wednesday. Now, that I’ve already took off two days and now I’m gonna have to takeoff a third day of work. That I’m not getting paid for. So we called and we asked for some compensation, Brandon and the manager after ignoring our voicemail and phone calls twice that day and decided to call us later on that day stated that they weren’t willing to work with us. Also, I have not heard from the claims and damage department since I was in the store Tuesday and the manager stated he would get somebody on it right away and yet I’m the one that’s calling around trying to figure this all out. My next step is getting a hold of the regional manager so he can hear my story.

I went to 7 different stores in one day looking at product and comparing prices/deals. The next day I started out to a couple different stores to negotiate a deal. When I made it back to Ashley Furniture Madison West, I wasnt sold yet. That is when I ran into Ariya Yellow Bird a consultant there. I filled her in on my scenario, my needs, and what I liked. She took all this information and used her product knowledge to ensure I would be satisfied. Her professionalism and interpersonal communication skills made me feel comfortable which kept me shopping at this location for a longer time than anticipated. She was able to show me how and why the custom couch program worked best for me and my home. She bared with my indecisiveness while I chose style, fabrics and colors that was cohesive with my homes theme. Because of Ariya I made a purchase that day for two items. Save your money and go literally ANYWHERE else!! Couch was in stock when purchased, then miraculously backordered for 18 months immediately after. Finally get the couch, feels like it’s made of cardboard, it breaks. Takes forever for warranty tech to come fix it, breaks the very next day. Go to pick up a new half of the couch to replace the piece that broke and they bring it to the wrong location (later they tell me they’ve actually lost it and need to order a replacement). Finally, the replacement piece is ready but wait, THEY GAVE ME PARTS FOR THE WRONG COUCH. Warranty center currently doesn’t have an estimated resolution date so I have no couch, indefinitely. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY EVER, the quality of service and products is UNMATCHED in the worst possible way.

When sectional was delivered there was a tear at the bottom and the brackets for installing the mirror on the dresser was forgotten and when setting up a time for them to come back out to fix these problems they seam to be annoyed with me as if it was my fault that this happen. The selection at this location just looks cheap in comparison to what they have at the other furniture store nearby. The person at the front had no idea what I was looking for even though we showed him a picture. If you are a recently graduated college student, they have some items in the far back that are of great discount, I would come here for those items, but nothing else. They have some great reduced price items are people that are just starting out....not looking for anything perfect for their home, but just something that will do.
We had a really great experience with our sales men Chris Sheridan he introduced himself to us told us about the sales and clearance and open package sales he let us look around on our own answering questions we have been looking around at other places just couldn’t decide on what we really wanted he listen to what we wanted and what we thought we wanted. My shopping experience was good, no high pressure and our sales associate Kay knew her product. The only complaint I have is 3 days prior to purchase the price was $100 less. I had a photo of the original price so Kay honored it. There was an upcoming sale so price was increased to offset the sale price.

The fact they sell rinky dink fake plants for $79 that other stores sell for $5 tells me all I need to know about their price to quality ratio. Poor decision putting those towards the front of the store, makes me think everything else is 10x more expensive than it needs to be.
My wife and I worked with Cameron today and had one of the best retail experiences I can recall. He was very personable and professional. We will continue to work with him going forward so long as he continues to work there. If you get a chance, I recommend giving Cameron and Ashley furniture a chance!
Bought a desk on Jan 2 and picked it up on the 18th. Get it home, missing hardware in the box. Called the store, and the lady on the phone said she'd get it ordered to ship at the end of the day when the invoice closes. Two weeks ago by, nothing. Call the store, they say they can't tell me if it was ordered, can't tell me why they don't know. Call a week later, same response. Call after over 4 weeks of waiting for these parts, and the lady on the phone says it was never ordered. She says she has the order there and will send me both packs of hardware for the desk. 3 more weeks, I get the hardware and it's the incorrect hardware. Now they have said the case is resolved and will not send more, and if I go and buy my own hardware I will violate the warranty on the desk they will no longer let me return. Unbelievable.

I do not recommend anybody buying furniture from this place. The sales woman sold us on how the couch we were looking at was such a high quality that movie theaters use the same products, and how the material although not real leather was better than leather and stronger than leather and more stain, resistant and more resistant to flaking or damage, we also had a five-year warranty and when we talked about the warranty, she said it was going to cover anything besides damage from pets. Well apparently she misinformed me or didn't tell me about the fine print notes that say they will not warranty the material from flaking are cracking We paid a lot of money for this couch, and we are very disappointed, and we will never shop there again for anything.

I was surprised by how long it took for someone to actually approach us. We were helped by Tatjana however as soon as she saw us. She was very attentive, gave us the time we needed, answered the questions we had (which I appreciate being in sales myself) and we bought from her right there. Will be building a new house in a few years and will come back to her with all our furniture needs. If you're looking for someone to really take care of your needs Tatjana is hands down my recommendation!
We purchased a recliner and discovered that the legs were missing from the delivery. I was initially upset to learn that it would take 2-4 weeks for replacement parts to arrive. I went back into the showroom and the floor manager graciously agreed to let me take the wooden legs off the floor model. We are now happily enjoying our new chair and can't say enough about the customer service in the Madison showroom.
I ordered a kitchen table set with a bench. First problem, one of the chairs was missing the brackets entirely that were necessary for installing the cushion. After complaining, they sent me the parts but I have no way of installing them, since I don’t have a drill. They told me if I can’t do it myself, I have to schedule an appointment and drive over there to get them installed. Second problem, my bench was damaged when it arrived. I complained about this too, and they told me they would add it to my support ticket. I didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks, so I reached out again. They said there was no history of a support ticket being made, and they didn’t know what I was talking about. They made a new support ticket, and said they would mail a new part to me. It’s been a few weeks now and I still haven’t heard from them or received it. In general, their support ticket system seems very unorganized. Their quality checking must be pretty bad too, considering I was sent 2 pieces of faulty furniture. If you’re looking for high-quality, undamaged furniture, don’t shop here.
My “brand new” sectional showed up with no wrapping, pillows and cushions just thrown lose in the back of the dirty truck and extremely damaged with a crushed frame. Another part of it was ripped. Horrible service. Driver PJ and his partner were very unprofessional and rude. Out LOTS of money for a product I still don’t have and now have no delivery date for. They are very nice and professional when you’re in the store buying the furniture but once they have your money seems like you’re just screwed. Honestly feel like they’re stealing from me. Unsure if I will ever even receive what I paid for.

Martha was a great sales person. She was very helpful in my adventure in finding my new recliner. She was not pushy with getting a sale. I was also very happy with the variety of choices in the store. I will be going back when I get ready for my new table and chairs!
We purchased 2 sofas and a TV media center July of 2021. We were told that there was a 6 week delay, so they threw in 20% off to make it up to us. The 6 week delay ended up longer so, in the mean time we sat in zero gravity outdoor chairs. The sofas arrived October 2, sort of. The salesman entered the order wrong and sent us two love seats. They apologized and immediately ordered two sofas. In the mean time they left us the two love seats and would exchange. The one loveseat reclining mechanisms failed within 2 weeks, and we used the other love seat instead. Finally just before Thanksgiving we received them. By March the mechanism on the sofa began failing the same way it did with the love seat. By early July it failed completely, so we called for repair. Repair was scheduled for November of 2022. The technician showed up November 8th and confirmed that both mechanisms on one couch failed due to shipping upended instead of flat which damaged the alignment. The technician told us the repair was covered and the parts were ordered for shipping to our house. When they arrive we were to contact them to send the technician back up for the 2 hour repair. After waiting almost 2 months without parts or contact with anyone I finally called them and found that the technician never ordered our parts, so we requested they do so immediately. They said they will be in touch. So here we are again waiting for them to fix our issue. We went through our original paperwork and do not see the 5 year extended warranty that our salesman promised us for our inconvenience either. My experience with them has been very slow, difficult, frustrating, and in some ways deceitful. We had discussed coming back for design help, and more furniture, but due to all these inconsistencies we went somewhere else for our kitchen and office furniture purchases.
The driver Luke said he was at my apt remind you they only gave me a 30 minute heads up through a text message no number to call whatsoever. Had the maintenance guy looking out to let them in the truck was never there. The driver lied said they waited over 25 minutes they were never even here. Now they want me to reschedule which could take up to more months then I paid for the people to put together the furniture yet I had to carry a huge package of furniture up two flights of stairs by myself two days ago before any of the other stuff, even arrived the ladies on the customer Care line were very rude and had horrible customer service. I will never refer these people again at this point I just want a refund I don’t even want the furniture all thanks to furniture and appliances drivers Luke.

We knew we liked her vibe and asked for her card. When we came back to buy the couch, she was great. The couch came this week and the delivery drivers drove in the bad snow storm. They quickly got it into the house with no major issues other than wet snow on the couch. Dried and couch looks great. Thank you.
Purchased a sofa one yr ago, with an extended warranty. Due to delivery, having to assemble, I was not given instructions, myself to disassemble to fit through any door. ACCIDENTALLY, put a rip in it, while trying to move and my claim was denied! What good is any "accidental" warranty if it doesn't cover this???! - Also, took 3 weeks to hear back!!

Jacob Druker was fantastic! We’re very particular about what we were looking for, and had been looking for a sectional for our downstairs for months. Jacob greeted me without pressure, but ready to help. I laid out what we were looking for and our budget. Jacob showed 2 good options and then the perfect sectional for us. It was exactly in budget, right color, fabric, size, ability to get it downstairs, and availability in a few weeks! It checked all our boxes and we bought it. It’s been great and actually we had a bit more room so we called and Jacob ordered an extra piece (Modular sectional)! It was also delivered quickly and was perfect! I showed him my style, and he was extremely helpful in showing me what was available and all of the prices in availabilities things I was interested in. Grateful for such a stress free experience!

I wanted an adjustable bed and mattress but there are so many options out there including buying online. Camren James-Omernick helped us navigate the pro and cons of each type. We also got to try out many mattresses there, which one can't easily do online unless you return an order. It was easy to talk to him and he was very helpful. Our new bed should be delivered soon!

Do not waste your time or money. We ordered bedroom furniture in June. A piece for the dresser mirror was cut incorrectly so they could not mount the mirror. They submitted a service request to get a new piece in June. It took numerous follow ups and 4 months to have customer service get us a ETA. The piece will arrive around December due to a "manufacture delay".. 6 months for one piece?! They also mess up constantly with our invoice and the amount to be paid changes constantly. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else.
Helpless staff! Claimed a queen sized is a single. Tried to upsell me at every turn. Really poor staff I walked out.

We purchased an entire house of new furniture. What proceeded over the next year two years was extremely disappointing. Three times furniture that was delivered was defective. Had to wait months for replacements because of supply chain issues. Some managers at the Madison West store unresponsive in helping us resolve our issues, i.e. no return phone calls, emails, etc. Customer service was terrible with again no return phone calls and emails, setting up wrong delivery dates, using the wrong address for delivery and overall general dysfunction. Our original salesperson started out great but the service after the sale was almost nonexistent. Austin in appliances was awesome to work with. The delivery team was great to work with as well! I am glad that after the last piece of furniture was finally taken care our two year journey is over with. I will never go back to them for any other purchase. If other customers are treated this way, it surprises me that they can stay in business. It is too bad. If other people use Ashley. I hope they have a much better experience than we did.

We had very specific needs when shopping. Our salesman went above and beyond working with us. We were quickly dismissed at a couple other stores, because of what we needed. Our salesman went above and beyond to find something that best fit our needs. We even decided to buy the matching couch, largely because our salesman did such a good job.
Recently bought a reclining sofa through Ashley in West Madison, and had the smoothest process. Never needing to step foot in the store, called from the Milwaukee area in preparation for a move and was connected to Parkis Waterbury as sales rep on the phone, answered all my questions regarding the sofa, pricing, delivery window, and any special offers. Within minutes was able to purchase the sofa, with a 4 year protection plan which he happily knocked a bit off the pricing for. Now to eagerly await delivery and hope it's on time and not a 6 month delay

So far so good. The one complaint is the repairs contractors take forever...like a year. No joke. I bought a very nice, very expensive lift chair for my mom. It took a year to get fixed when it started making a noise. A year. Thank goodness it was functioning still. I feel bad for folks that have something that needs immediate attention. The staff is always knowledgeable and professional.
I saw my original review was deleted, I didn’t know they could delete Google reviews. We worked with Mike Terry on the west side. We contemplated between two mattresses. One was $1700, the other $4,000. He pushed us to get the $4,000 mattress and told us, “If for any reason it doesn’t work out, I’ll get you into the other mattress. I’ve worked here a long time and there are ways around it.” He told us that we will end up liking the tempurpedic more anyways, so might as well skip the hassle of returning the other one. Fast forward 3 weeks later. We absolutely hate the mattress. It runs really warm and it’s way too firm. We want the other one. Low and behold we can’t get it. It has to be one of equal or greater value in the same family. He never stood by his word. We were told “we signed the terms and conditions.” They are a bunch of crooks. I didn’t know you can just blatantly lie to customers, and that’s just fine. This was the one and only time I went against my gut. I Will never shop there again. lesson learned, too bad it was a costly lesson. If you’re shopping for a mattress, go somewhere else, run!
Everything I bought from here has fallen apart. The arm of the couch broke in less than 6 months. The lamps sparks up when we plug them to the wall. My toddler almost swallowed one of the screws that fell off the dinning chair. The side stools started peeling too. Really poor quality, of course they scammed us about Warranty!
Lyndsay was fantastic! It didn't take much for us to select our reclining chair, but Lyndsay was very helpful in determining which fabrics were an option, and kindly offered perspectives as I narrowed it down to the final choice. Sales guy may as well be selling used cars. All friendly and helpful until I purchased furniture, then when I called because I didn't like it (quite uncomfortable) ... CRICKETS!! Worse, even after I acquiesced about returning the couches, I called because I wanted to have a conversation. Never returned my call or email. To me, this is the most egregious part. It's not how you treat customers. I will never be back.

This is my experience, readers digest version. We bought our entire household of appliances due to our contractor working with this establishment. Fast forward, when items break down on warranty get ready for crickets when trying to reach someone, called sales, service, delivery, front office over 2 week period trying to get anyone to call back, multiple messages at each, not one call back. They wore me down, which I believe is their strategy, can’t live without a refrigerator so ended up going to a competitor and swallowing the loss. Never again.
The men who delivered my couch are my heroes! It was too long to fit in the elevator so they carried it up three flights of stairs, and they did it a great attitude! I couldn't believe how joyful and kind they were.

I (we) visited Ashley Furniture in Madison WI last Sunday. We were greeted by a very pleasant salesperson (Jennifer) who was helpful in finding what we went looking for and helped us through the purchase process. Our experience was quite good and successful, we enjoyed our experience.
Rude uppity salesperson
This is, without question, the worst business I've ever dealt with. I initially ordered a mattress over a month ago, and was promised delivery about two weeks later. That delivery date has been pushed back several times, to the point where they're now claiming they'll deliver in two weeks, a month after the initially scheduled delivery date. Not only that, but they've actually scheduled delivery multiple times where they will let me know they are planning to deliver on a given day, and that I need to make sure to be home from work to accept the delivery. Then, on the day delivery is supposed to happen, they send me continuous updates that the delivery is coming. At the end of the day, they let me know that the mattress never existed, and delay delivery again. So far this has happened twice. Contacting their customer service line, when they even bother to answer calls, will lead to you sitting on hold for a half hour until you reach someone who will inform you they can't help and then try to hang up as quickly as possible.
3 stars due to the experience receiving our items, not the staff. Everyone we worked with in store or on the phone was great. We ordered a kitchen table and chairs which ultimately took about 6 months to receive. I understand Ashley can't control when they receive items from their distributors, but it was frustating that every time we set a delivery date we'd get a call a few days before with another delay. Pleased with our items but it's not reasonable to wait half a year.
They sold me a bed that wasn’t sealed right and it had bed bugs , I do not recommend, a 1000$ bed went in the trash .
I ordered a mattress, they offered delivery in two weeks. Just before the delivery date, they pushed back the deadline a week. I took the day off work to be ready when the delivery came, and day of they kept pushing back the delivery timeline. At 7:45 pm of the day they'd rescheduled, after reassuring me all day that it'd be delivered, they informed me they'd never actually loaded it onto the truck that morning. Then they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver for another 2.5 weeks. Their customer support number seems to just be a voicemail where humans don't answer calls
We LOVE our new sectional! Shopping experience was great-- staff were friendly and available but didn't follow us or feel pushy. Smooth and easy delivery process, and delivery guys were really nice. The new couch is high quality, very comfy, and just like what we saw in the store!
I had the best and easiest experience shopping at this location! Ariya specifically was especially helpful when it came to making a decision and I always felt she had my best intentions in mind. Even when I made a mistake on my order, she took care of it immediately! Greatly appreciate the service!
I can’t say enough about our experience. We went into the day just “looking” for furniture and walked out of the store with $5,000 worth of pieces for our new home. The sales person was extremely helpful and very non aggressive. She listen to what I was thinking and showed me many options that helped me narrow what I was thinking! My husband who HATES furniture shopping and completely is skeptical of sales people, really appreciated our sales persons help. To top it off, when we said that we needed furniture to accommodate our #1 child, Cooper, a 3 year old Berneboodle, she said to bring him inside ( he was in the car with grandma). Being so accommodating to what I need and understand my needs was Top Notch! Thank you so much!

This low rating is because of the dishonest management personal at this west side location. One of the managers named Alex greeted us at the store and was acting nice and promising to help us out. We really thought that he was honest but it turned out that he was playing us all along. He never replied to our text messages or phone calls. Be aware of this guy and don’t believe what he says.
I purchased washer and dryer on April 30th. My delivery date was pushed back to May 15. On May 14 when I called to confirm my delivery I was told someone canceled my order. When I spoke to Dan he said the delivery guy was sick I’m thinking no way this big brand store don’t have extra delivery people. He assured me he was going to try to squeeze me back in for May 15th or definitely May 16th with late delivery to accommodate my work schedule. Nothing was delivered and all I got was an apology. Still my money have not been returned. This was the most unprofessional shopping experience I’ve ever experienced in my life.
Horrible experience. Jacob and Alex were great and went above and beyond when I was there looking to furnish my full house and was ready to spend alot of money. But since closing the sale the service has been horendous. Do not expect returned calls as they will not get back to you. I originally bought the items on April 16th. I close on our new home on May 16th and was suppose to have the majority of our order delivered on May 17th. I received a call on Tuesday, May 10th saying the base for our master bed would not be available until June 2nd, and was asked if I still wanted the mattress delivered on the 17th. I asked for options on the base but never changed my delivery date for the 17th for anything else. I was told a manager would call me back. I called back on the May 11th because no one called me back, then on the 12th I received a call from Alex (the manager) saying he would find a base and would get back to me that day. I said thanks but please get back to me because I'm closing on the home next week and want to be sure everything is good to go. He said no problem. Then I called back Friday the 13th because no one called me back, then called twice on the 14th because no response again, then called again on Sunday the 15th because no call back once again. On the 15th I was told Alex left early and then I finally spoke to Jacob because I said I needed to just cancel my order since no one seems to be able to help me. Then after he talks to another manager they say they can give me another base for the delivery but that base won't be available to deliver until May 29th. Then I confirm the base isn't until the 29th but the other items will still be delivered on the 17th as originally planned? I'm then told no, nothing will be delivered until the 29th because the delivery date for the 17th was removedbe cause they were going in and out of my order. Then after speaking to a different manager I was told multiple actually weren't going to be available in the 17th anyways and someone should have told me that. So now I will have an empty house for 2 weeks because they screwed up and didn't return my calls to confirm my delivery and details. *Go somewhere else unless you are ok with bad service.

Our salesman, Drew was fantastic! We loved working with him. However, that has been the only pleasant part so far. Our delivery was set for Saturday. A few days prior they texted saying it’s delayed and won’t arrive until Monday. On Monday our table was delivered damaged so they took it back and said someone will call in the next day or two to discuss delivery for a replacement. No one called. After a week I called and asked what was going on. They told me it was to be delivered in 2 weeks but they had openings the following Wednesday they could move it to. That Sunday the delivery was cancelled and rescheduled for over a month away. I called stating this is not acceptable and they told me they could try to expedite it but there’s nothing they can really do. A week goes by and then they say it can be delivered the next week on Wednesday. On Wednesday I get a text saying the driver is 15 min away, I immediately get another text saying they have arrived followed by another stating they have delivered the table. No one ever showed up to my house. I called again and they told me the warehouse forgot to put it on the truck and they don’t know when it will be delivered. Still waiting for an update….
Really liked a dinning room set there, but no one would give us the light of day. Came to buy, left empty handed. Even had a few workers noticeably avoid us and bring out their personal phones.

You don't feel pressure just feel like your in a friendly place with professionals who know what they are doing. Tatiana helped me order a beautiful glaston sofa which was over 40% off! Tatiana is amazing in every way!
2 stars only cause I like the furniture. Everything else about the multiple orders I have placed was terrible. Unprofessional delivery teams, griping and complaining about the problems and shortcomings of the company as well as orders that weren't on the truck after waiting months for delivery. Asking me to pay multiple $100 plus delivery fees cause of there error, which I refused. Additionally, every sales agent besides the very 1st I worked with(who retired) has been ineffective and aloof. Including the most recent one, Nate. Went in for pickup today and was processed by an assistant who asked me to pay my balance when financing had been discussed before. Made me go through a completely different process for financing than what I had done just a few months ago. Didn't disclose the term length til near the end of paperwork. Had to clarify that was not discussed nor what was offered on a recent purchase. The whole time my "sales" agent was feet away on his computer picking out his lunch with his coworker. Near the end he asked the assistant if this was his order she said yes. Never addressed me directly. Could tell i was upset. No attempt to reconcile.e what a terrible experience. I guess it took 3 times, but I'll never go back.

Bought a Bed, an entertainment unit and a recliner in August 2021.. Paid all cash. Everything went fine with recliner. Then came the bed in October but they sent wrong bolts, so it couldn’t be installed. They sent new bolts in December and service guys came to install it last week (first week of feb). So that’s 6 months.. The entertainment unit came in January 2022.. It was broken. So they took it back.. Then they sent a new unit in February 2022.. It was broken but this time they kept it at my place and told me that they’ll replace the console and top which are broken. Now they’re saying that they’ll send me the replacement in July 2022.. So almost a year after buying the furniture is when they want me to actually set it up.. This is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life.
This was the best furniture shopping experience I've had in a long time. My wife and I were shopping for a new bedroom set for our growing family and we were about to give up after seeing set after set of pressed wood garbage at other "high-quality" furniture centers. As soon as we walked in, Nancy took us to look at some different options that were in the same price point as the other stores. The biggest difference, was that these sets were a modern style, and real wood that will last for decades.

ORDERED THE EXACT SAME ITEMS DIRECTLY FROM THE KITCHENAIDS WEB SITE AND RECEIVED THEM IN 3 WEEKS! Save yourself a lot of frustration and GO ELSEWHERE!!! Here's our final email to James from Ashley Furniture: Hi James, Please cancel the remainder of our order. We ordered back in July and the timeframe (continued delays) and complete lack of communication when we reached out on multiple occasions was very frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable. We ordered the same exact products from the manufacturer three weeks ago (just as you said you were doing) and they were delivered today. So the excuses of supply chain issues (the manufacturer not making that fridge very often) and delays on Kitchenaids end were just simply not true. Countless emails and phone calls went unanswered and it appears you simply dropped the ball and never ordered the products in a timely manner despite our continued follow ups. Had we continued with you, we would have a finished kitchen with no fridge and no stove. We chose differently.
Had an amazing experience with James Bregenzer. One of the best salesman I ever worked with. I was greeted when I first walked in, he wasted no time asking about my needs and made sure they were met. He was honest about the shortage and how much time it would take for my sectional to arrive. The arrival time was Feb, but it came a month early. Wish I had checked Yelp before I looked for furniture here. Ordered barstools which came on time. Thought I could use 2more, so looked on line and found identical barstools for 1/2 the sales price Ashley offered. Ok my bad. Also ordered a tableWhich sales rep said would possibly arrive mid Oct. (ordered Sept 15). By late November still no table. Cancelled order. Sales rep saidI could expect refund in 5-7 days 10 days later no refund. Sales rep gave some BS excuse and 16 days later still waiting for refund.Antiquated business model. Should go out of business in near future.

I've been going to Ashley Furniture since 2004 and bought my whole living room there plus my kitchen table and chairs. Everybody there was very helpful and very nice! Just 3 months ago I purchased a sectional and 2 end tables (finally got rid of my couch and chair but they were still in good shape after all of these years. Had no problems with everything I purchased through Ashley Furniture. I love my new couch. Thank you Mike T. for all of your help. You are very helpful patient kind and a GREAT saleperson!!
Over price, poor quality. Anything that had good quality to it was so over priced.
Ordered a couch on Labor Day and was given a delivery date of October 23rd. We had no communication so we decide to call the week of, and the new delivery date is set to 11/13. Upon hearing nothing again and the delivery date less than a week away, we give another call to now hear the date has been pushed back to 12/03. Not only is continually having our order pushed back frustrating enough, but the lack of communication is incredible unprofessional and honestly pathetic.
Ashley Furniture, we will never shop with you again. You talked us into the warranty. You lied about what it would cover. Even the problem that is covered has not been fixed after months and months. Less than 2 years after purchasing our couch, the fabric underneath the cushions started pulling away from the frame. We called. Several months later, they finally sent someone. He said he couldn't fix it. The entire frame would have to be taken apart and put back together or the couch would need to be replaced. We waited for a call about the next step. Nothing. We called. You said the technician never said anything about him not being able to fix the couch. Weeks. Calls that were never returned. We called the technician. He said he definitely told you there was a problem. You denied this. Now you want to send another tech instead of just calling the first one and clearing things up. They can come in January-2 months from now. I'm not optimistic. Terrible customer service. I realize times are hard, but you are intentionally making this more difficult than it needs to be. I just want my couch fixed.

We were shopping for a brother moving into senior living; I called ahead and told Cindy the items we were looking for and what our budget was. We then met Martha, our professional shopper, who took us to specific items, we made our choices, and had great conversation with Martha while checking out. She was wonderful!
May 2021: ordered patio furniture for the summer that was to be delivered in June. Delivery was pushed to July, then August and then September.September 6th 2021: the patio furniture was delivered. The delivery people stated the order was missing screws. We were assured that the screw would arrive in a few days and then the furniture could be put together.October 2021: no screws and no updates. I have spent hours on the phone getting the run around between local Ashley and corporate Ashley. There is no ETA on "missing screws". Messages have been left for managers with no reply. At this point I want the furniture picked up and a complete refund. However the would have to be able to talk to an actual human that can address my issue.I will never use Ashley furniture again and I suggest you don't either.
There were lots of furniture items to view, but the store treats every space like individual showrooms. I walked in looking for dining sets and was told there was no specific dining section and that the tables would be scattered around throughout. I had to weave my way through the entire store to look at all of the tables and never found one I was interested in. It didn't feel like an efficient setup, but I can see how forcing customers to walk the entire store is a good marketing strategy.

Ordered a king bed and bunk bed from Ashley’s almost 2 months ago. Today they came to deliver the items and the bunk bed came with no hardware to put the bed together. The king bed was broken and staples were exposed which cut the arm of the delivery man cause blood to get all over the headboard. I’m very upset with the service of Ashley’s. The delivery men were helpful and apologetic to the situation even though they are not at fault. As of now I might have a new king bed delivery in a week and no word on my kids bunk bed. Since I thought everything was going to be delivered today I throw out there old beds and now they don’t have a bed and no word on when the bunk bed will be delivered and assembled. If I could rate Ashley’s a -10 I would.

Bought a very expensive couch from them, we only owned it 3 years and the pleather materials started to flake off, when we bought it the sales woman told us the material was better than leather and the warranty covered everything except pets, we called and of course they will not do anything except allow us to buy a new recliner. Very disappointed after spending over five thousand on this couch.Don’t waste your money like I did!
Horrid store. If you were promised a Whirlpool refrigerator in the year 2021--forget about it. I was told maybe sometime in 2022. And don't even think about all the stories they tell you. At least "Austin" was very HONEST about it.
We had a great experience. We must have been there for over 4 hours, looking into various furniture. We engaged with Kay for probably half that time, and she was fantastic, with helpful guidance and endless patience as we explored different options. DISCLOSURE: our furniture is on order and hasn't been delivered yet. I hope the rest of the experience is as good as the initial visit!

Expect to pay for overpriced low quality furniture with delivery some time in the next year. Went in the store, bought 4 pieces of furniture, scheduled delivery. Was "arriving today" 7 different days over the span of the next 3 months, never arrived, had to take off work multiple times for this delivery that was cancelled 5 minutes before the end of the window, etc. What a waste of time, don't support this trash business. They also didn't want to refund my money for something that never even was delivered and expected me to pay a $200 restocking fee for something that once again, never got delivered for over 3 months. Ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card to get a refund.
Have been unable to get my broken dryer they sold me fixed. It’s been 3 weeks now and my kids and I are starting to stink!
Very polite and professional. Both sales people were easy and excellent to discuss and talk out our vision on what we thought we would like and needed.

The sales associate helped me find the right comforting mattress. I didn’t feel pressured to make a quick decision nor buy something extra. Personally for me it was the comfort of the Harmony Lux Carbon Pillow top that made the choice easy. I went to Ashley Furniture on W. Beltline Hwy in Madison, WI. The associates were friendly, showed hospitality and shared some laughs. I think too many services experiences lately have lacked the laughter.
As usual, I can't walk into Ashley without finding beautiful furnishings. The sales people are so helpful and knowledgeable.
The staff was genuinely helpful. We found the perfect couch and the price was good They told us to look for deals and they would be price matched. Well I found a better deal on their web page, their own page for a lower price on the same item and I'm going to contact them and see how things go if they're going to match their home price, online price. If they don't then I may lower my stars.
Have always been very pleased with my purchases at Ashley. I am looking to purchase a new sofa however is so bland in tans, greys & blah colors. When will there be a "Pop" of color in furniture again????
Zero stars. Defective delivery (chair fabric was torn) and have been waiting for a month trying to find out when it will be fixed with numerous follow ups on a regular basis. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!!!
We purchased a sofa and ottoman 2yrs ago and purchased a 5yr warranty because the saleswoman said if anything happened with the furniture they would fix or replace the furniture. So I noticed that that the fabric on the sofa and the pillows were pilling ( we have no children and it is barely sat on)and there has always been a strong glue sell inside the ottoman that I have not been able to get rid so of course can not store any blankets inside or they stink like glue. We called Ashley and basically were told not their problem and told to call the warranty company which I did and they said there was nothing they would do. So basically spent close to 3000.00 in total and this furniture will not last 5yrs and we were lied to by the saleswoman. We will never buy anything again from Ashley we will be going to Steinhaffels or Lazy Boy don't waste your money at Ashley they don't care about their customers at all!

06/10/21 About 7:40 pm My wife an I walked the entire store practically and saw 6-10 sales people. Most not with customers, just chatting among themselves. They saw us, but never engaged with us. We sat on about 12 couches and finally found one we both liked. But the lack of interest from any employee made us leave. If they have this little interest in making a sale, the service after the sale will be even worse. One sales person we saw repeatedly in different areas of the store, seemed like possibly a manager the way she was talking to other sales people. Thin Caucasian female with short black hair. BUYER BEWARE!……….Well, don’t buy their 5 year protection plan on any of their furniture that looks like it could be leather, they know it’s it not real leather yet they charge you $89 for a 5 year protection plan! I bought my couches 1 year before the pandemics and they cracked and peeled on several areas of the sofa and chair, my claim was denied because it wasn’t real leather, they should’ve not ask me to get the plan knowing this, what a waste of money on the furniture and their protection plan. The furniture didn’t even last 2 years. !

I went in to Ashley's to just check on prices on a bed. I already had shopped around and knew what I wanted. I didn't expect to run into an awesome salesman, Che, he was very professional, personable and had ZERO pressure to buy. We talked about my wants and needs and picked out things to suit my lifestyle and preferences. Long story short, I ended up getting my bed, frame, mattress protector from Ashley's instead.
Wish I could rate at -5 stars...I do not recommend Ashley FAM, regardless of a pandemic, which the Appliance Manager (Greg) blamed everything on. Our salesperson ordered the wrong color dishwasher, our washer and dryer were delivered and installed, but they damaged our brand new cabinets in the installation process. Our furniture was also delivered and was damaged in transit. Not sure that any of this can be blamed on the pandemic. Save yourself some grief and check out Steinhafels next door and Best Buy for appliances. We regret not doing that in the first place, but the salesman at Ashley guaranteed us with on-time delivery. Never had a problem with Steinhafels. Best Buy was able to deliver our other appliances in a timely manner. Ashley FAM takes weeks to months of waiting, only to get damaged goods.

The DELIVERY was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT as far as the TIME FRAME TO BE DELIVERED IN I am disabled. I have COPD. On oxygen 24/7. Very weak. Have caregivers here M-Fri 8-1 pm and weekends from 9am-12:30pm So what do they do? COMPLETELY IGNORE IT AND SCHEDULED ME FOR 2 PM (9TH STOP) DELIVERY TIME. Do not buy any furniture from Ashley. The quality is absolutely terrible, I'd say it's even worse than wet toilet paper. My couch fell apart in less than a year, fabric is ripped from just sitting, cushions are broken to the floor, and the padding is non-existent and all I can feel is the wooden frame. Do not buy any furniture from Ashley. The floor is a better option for you.
This Ashley HomeStore is like all the others, but the customer service and care that we recieved from Ariya was phenomenal. She gave us a no-pressure tour of the floor, took the time to understand what we want, and she built us a complimentary set of furniture. She was incredibly nice to shop with and we truly believe she gave us the best prices she could offer; we look forward to doing business with her again.
Che greeted me when I came in the door and brought me to the mattresses. He was extremely knowledgeable of the products. He was friendly, patient, helpful, informative and made me comfortable with my decision to purchase.
I had the BEST sales associate helping me. His name is Che, and he was extremely helpful! He was always conscious of both my needs and my budget. He never tried to sell me something I didn’t want or need. He respected my time and wasn’t overbearing at all when it came to checking in on me, and once I said I wanted help, he didn’t argue or try to change my mind on the products I had chosen. Even with COVID, delivery time to the store was quick (like two weeks maybe?), and pickup was efficient.I will definitely be shopping at Ashley for all my future furniture needs!

I would recommend shopping online or at a different location. My mom was looking for a new couch, she ended up buying from them (against my suggestion) even after having a poor experience just because she wanted the exact couch she found. The salesman that we experienced when we entered, automatically was very judgemental. He assumed we had little to no money, by seeming very short with us in the beginning then showing us to all of the inexpensive or sale marked items. My mother is an older woman with health concerns, and he was racing ahead of her and running her all over the store. She asked specifically for sleeper sofas, and he led her to multiple couches across the store that weren't even sleepers. His attitude was very rushed, he honestly was just trying to get a sale out of us and get rid of us. I tried to talk my mother into just leaving but she really didn't want to leave without a couch. I didn't want to give that man a sale from the pure audacity and rude demeanor he carried with us the entire time. The entire experience bothered my mother and I both for about a full day afterwards, it left us feeling very ... uck. We had found other furniture we liked at the location but we are not going to be returning.
I liked that we were not constantly hassled at all while we were there. I'm not a fan of being stalked around the store. We were greeted and asked a couple times if we were finding everything ok, so I appreciated that. Found a perfect recliner for my place.... only downside was that it'll be about 2 months before I get it, but with covid it's understandable there will be delays. The guy who helped us when we returned to buy it was great!
Dreu Opperman helped make our shopping experience a relaxing peaceful one. From the moment we walked in he kindly greeted and asked how he could help. Advised us where things were and said he'd be by to check on us. When shopping I don't like to he bothered much. I didn't feel bothered, rushed or pressured by Dreu. He was courteous and helpful. I do NOT recommend ordering appliances from Furniture and Appliance mart which is a part of Ashley Furniture on Madison's west side. We built a house and our builder recommended utilizing them as they've been able to price match and provide great customer service to our builder in the past. We ordered ALL of our appliances in October, 2020... it's almost April 2021 and we still do not have a fridge, stove or washer. Out of the 3 items we did receive (Microwave, dishwasher, dryer), the dryer and dishwasher were both damaged when they arrived. Extremely disappointing. Apparently the backorder of appliances was due to an LG supplier issue. Not even COVID related. However, we were not given any warning this was an issue with LG when ordering or any notice prior to our move in date that they would be delayed this much. We also were not provided with any loaner appliances. We have heard from many other builder's customers that purchased through Grand Appliance and had similar supplier issues that Grand supplied full size loaners at no cost! I asked and asked for loaners and was ignored and instead just kept receiving the response that they're sorry it's out of their control. We also would have gotten our money back but the reason we went with furniture and appliance mart is because of an LG Rebate offered when purchasing the appliances that qualified as the best price compared to costco. (who we originally wanted to go with) Now the rebate was not even worth it at this point as we sit with no appliances. We should have gone with Costco or a more reputable appliance store like Grand where they get more inventory in then Furniture and appliance mart. I have made comments about having to utilize our slow cooker and mini fridge in the mean time and while there is some empathy there is no action and it's extremely disappointing as a customer who has spent almost $7,000 on appliances to not be taken care of when it's "out of their control". We're hoping by summer we have appliances and in the mean time we are extremely inconvenienced with a family of 4 that includes 2 kids to be trying to feed our family out of a mini fridge and toaster oven. It's not right. Do yourself a favor - shop somewhere else for your appliance needs. ESPECIALLY if you're a new build.

Scammers. Ordered online and the quantity listed was not what I got and they don’t care. Almost impossible to even get a hold of the right person to fix this. We sat on the phone for hours being transferred . We have ordered a whole bunch of stuff from this company In the past and it’s a slap in the face that they really don’t care about their customers.
We were "helped" by a woman named Jane who had zero charisma, she was bossy, condescending and kind of rude. She kept refusing to take price into consideration and did not respect our space considering social distancing. I understand she might be working by commission, but treating us like idiots is not the key. Then a man took over our help, I didnt get his name but he also stood wayyyy too close to us. He did eventually help us finish our sale.
Service was great, prices were fair, selection was the best around, and delivery was early! Also love that the furniture was made right here in Wisconsin!
I spent close to 10K at Ashley furniture and appliance mart. I have bought the extended warranties which covered stains and issues. When I had filed a cliam on 1 of the pieces of furniture, they ordered the wrong parts, reordered and ultimately took 7 months. It was back and forth between Ashley & their claim company. Ashley employs the technician but the claim company has no recourse. It is a huge waste of time & money. I would never buy from them or trust them & DO NOT BUY THE WORTHLESS EXTENDED WARRANTY unless you like wasting money.
This store on the beltline is huge. Not only is there a vast display of home furnishings but also a separate area of appliances. To top it off there's another area full of pool tables! The sales staff has been "well behaved" with us too, not pushy at all. Overall it's a good place to browse and shop.
They have a large selection. With many different options on financing and warraties. Most all are considered custom made with a no return policy. Even if made new just for you. The sales man was great and worked with us. Over all a great deal.

I never am the one to complain about a place, but I will never recommend Ashley Home Store to anyone. From delivery time to customer service - it has been an all around horrible experience. The sales team DOES not communicate well or return emails. I had to drive to the store twice to see when our couch was being delivered. It took 21 weeks to get our couch in to find out that half of it was ordered wrong and they would need to remake it. The sales staff, Cameron, has not once reached out to us with apology for this mishap. It will almost be a whole year until we get our full couch - will no apologies ever.

Excellent sales experience. Not so excellent customer service. I had my problem solved but not before having to talk to a few people on their customer service line amd call the salesman again. And it was about a factory defect. I would not recommend their "white glove" delivery. As many reviews are pointing, their customers service is disappointing.
Very nice and could be a great place to shop but no staff. I went into purchase, really buy that moment and 10 minutes no one. Asked for help and 3 minutes later a person showed up. He was a manager and could not help me. "We are short staffed". Sorry. The only sales person is with someone else. It looked like 1 or 2 other people waiting. I just had to leave.

As soon as we walked in we were approached by Dreu Opperman. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the area of where to look. He let us take our time looking and when we found what we loved, he had the paper work ready to go. It went very smoothly. When the couch was delivered the people who put it together worked great as a team and had it set up fast and then whisked away our old couch. The only complaint i have is that they didn''t were booties over their show and they were wet because it has just snowed the night before. Initial experience was ok. Nice selection and helpful folks. Once we decided to purchase, the process took excessively long. We were also assured that “all” of our furniture would be delivered and assembled for a fee - which was affordable given the number of pieces we purchased. When the folks came to assemble the furniture we were told they couldn’t assemble some items because they were shipped from a different location. This was not what we were told at time of purchase. When I called to discuss the mix up, I was told there was nothing that they could do and this is what “we told you” (which it wasnt) - not even an offer to rectify the situation. It was a horrible customer experience and even worst customer service. Beware of the red tape. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered living room set the first week of September for delivery the week of Christmas. Checked on order the first week of November. They wanted to move my delivery date up. My house was was not ready. Called the day before delivery they they sold my love seat and mine was now on back order. They never called. Tried to get ahold of my salesperson and she will not return my calls. Go some where else. UPDATE: someone named Mike called from the store and said there was nothing the could do. Merry Christmas to me and my family.

Incompetent at every possible level. They scheduled a delivery for a sofa, which never showed up on the scheduled date. When I called, they hung up on me, and when I called again, they told me "oops, it was canceled." No notice or warning at all; no nothing. So I rescheduled. But surprise, my Ottoman will be 2 months late, now. Next week, I get a notification that they're delivering a different couch. So I call. One person hangs up on me. The next call, they tell me they don't know why they're different couches, but they probably just renamed it. I say, "well I'm sending it back if it's different." Today, it's delivered. It is not my couch. It is a different couch. I call. They redirect me to an old phone number which has been disconnected. They literally can't even get transfer calls right. So I call again. This time they get it right, and after another transfer, I go to a salesman who tells me my sofa has been discontinued, but suggests I get a loveseat, instead. Infuriating. We'll see if I actually ever manage to get that refund or not. I'm sure it won't be painless. Edit to Update: They DID give me a refund without any more prompting from me. They also send me an unasked for, unwanted, meaningless gift card for $100.

We were greeted and asked if we needed any help, and allowed to browse without pressure. When we asked for help, Austin, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I bought a table on Sunday and I went to pick up on Tuesday. I hired a uhaul semi truck and reached their store on the Tuesday afternoon. Their informed me that they do not allow pickup on Tuesday and Wednesday. I pleaded them to help me because I already paid for uhaul but their staff were rude and not helpful.

When you do decide to purchase furniture, you can’t because the sales associate you originally worked with isn’t there and nobody else wants to help. The one time we actually managed to get pricing from a sales associate, it was wrong. When we asked for a quote via email, we got no response from multiple sales associates. Before Covid. We got a scratched piece of furniture. They were hard to communicate with to resolve the issue and not responsive. We won&'t shop here again.
The overall buying experience was to be as expected. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. That said, the delivery was a complete disaster. It began when the staff who delivered my couch did not fully assemble it, and they were about to leave. Upon questioning if I received the right couch ( the sectional seemed small), and then reassuring me I have. It turned out they never fully unloaded the truck and were about to leave with the remainder of my couch. I did not receive all the power cords and still waiting. For the amount of money spent on the couch, I wish I would have gone elsewhere.

Wow. What atrocious service when it comes to getting your furniture repaired. It's been over a month since my couch was picked up for service. Since that time, I've called multiple times (at least 5 at this point) and have received only a single text with a blanket statement. Even management will not get back to me regarding my couch or its where abouts. This place has effectively swindled my money. So shop here at your own risk and for the love of God, don't use their service center to repair what might be under warranty if you ever wish to see your furniture again. As a side note. Debra (sp?) Is a wonderful person who staffs the phones. Update after email: waiting on parts, but unknown of when they will be coming in. I have now been without a couch for over a month. Update: July, 1st 2020. Coming up on two months. Called multiple times with little details, and when asking to speak to a manager. I am left with no one to call me back, and that they are 'unavailable'. So good luck getting them to call you back at any time. Went to store on 7/30 to see about getting my money back. They gave me a phone number that I've already been calling, and stated they can't handle service claims within the store. More run around. Went into the store 8/8 to see about getting a new couch at a sooner time. They were agreeable to trading out the couch I sent of for repairs. Problem is. They have nothing in stock, and the wait would be months for most others. I left without a couch, and went over to a competitor. I bought a new couch from them with a delivery date to my house on Wednesday. It was delivered on time. Sept 8. Replacement couch arrived. Ashley, not even once.

I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed with the services of this store. Unfortunately, it was the worst customer service and delivery service I have ever experienced. I would recommend going anywhere else other than this store! The delivery times were not accurate, and items were not delivered. If you have an issue and need to call, prepare yourself to wait 20-30 minutes to speak with a representative who will most likely not answer your question or address your concerns.

I walked in here with my mom yesterday. We wondered around the store 30 plus minutes. We were never acknowledged or helped by the staff despite looking for help. They snubbed us. Which is too bad because we were going to buy something.
Loveseat we bought got back ordered. No big deal. Then on the date that they rescheduled to, we were told the loveseat would be to our house after noon. We wait, wait, then at 10:45PM we get a message saying our delivery has been delayed by EIGHT DAYS! Extremely frustrating to have to deal with that considering the loveseat was supposedly on a truck for delivery at some point.
We.went to look for a recliner and ended up with 2 recliners and a matching sofa! Great sale going on right now. Dreu was so helpful and not pushy. Love the set! Thank you!

Our family will not be buying from Ashley Homestore in Madison, WI again. Sadly, we have given them two opportunities to win our trust and business back, and they failed. I love my Sales Associate, I only go through Louise, but it’s just not enough to have great customer service when “buying/paying” for something we absolutely loved, it’s actually following through, ordering and following up with customers. I’m so upset that I have waited weeks to finish my bedroom, now again our order didn’t go through, or was already picked up (we didn’t actually pick it up, just what we were told when we called asking when our items would be in). Very confusing, very upsetting and absolutely nothing was done to try and retain great customers.

My wife posted a review which I can only guess was removed because it is nowhere to be found in this page. This is why I am posting this on the @ashleyhomestore page again as well as in a public post in my personal profile. We are so dissatisfied with their service and product. We ordered a Livingroom set and paid the extra $126 for their white glove delivery. During the time the delivery crew was here we had to remind them twice to wear their masks. When we told this to the rep at Ashley who took our call, the concern was dismissed because "they were contractors". WTF?! On top of that, they couldn't manage to put one of the recliners together to the point that they left an extra piece that "they didn't know where it went". The other recliner was not put together correctly as it doesn't recline. The Ashley person who helped us said the best they can do is send someone to check it out in October? They never notified us when the appliances arrived. We found out they were there waiting for us when we called after wondering and wondering when they’d call. Then our table, which was purchased and ordered in November, didn’t arrive for at least 4 months! We were told it would arrive by January. Plus, we never had any notice from them that it was going to take longer. We again had to call and then call and then call. We even drove up a couple times and we live 40 minutes south of Madison so it wasn’t convenient at all. No one seemed to know what was going on and no one seemed to care. It was ridiculous.
We ordered a couch from the west side location. The order was “randomly canceled” and weren’t told until a week before the couch was supposed to be delivered to our new home. We were also told our order was canceled weeks prior and still haven’t received our refund. The (best) they could offer was the same couch or a different couch, but delivery would take 8-12 weeks. Terrible experience. Will never shop with Ashley Furniture in the future, nor will I recommend.
The employees did not offer to help us. They had nothing in stock with a 3 to 4 week order delivery. Most of the furniture was uncomfortable and over priced. Lame store.
I got a great deal on a reclining sofa however, waiting for it to arrive was hell. They constantly kept pushing back my delivery date and after 3 weeks and almost another push back they delivered my couch. I will never shop there again no matter how nice the furniture is. Also the delivery men didn’t seem very strong and had major issues bringing the couch up 1 flight of stairs into my living room.

Great experience buying a couch from Kay, only gripe is I wish they would have enforced their mask policy a little more. Employees were safe, but a lot of other customers were not.
having similar issues as other people in the reviews. they lied about the delivery date. They keep pushing it back. They claim they are short staffed. I could be stopped by every stop light and get to Ashley furniture in 5 minutes. Unacceptable.
If I could give less than 1 star I would, absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced, delivery experience, horrible, the product broken, finally got replacement parts for the table, after waiting several months, now I am told they can’t fix the table for 2 months. I have promise to tell my story about your store to at least two people every day until it’s fixed. As of last count I an up to 85 people in Madison. I should easily hit 200!
Extremely poor customer service! I would always get the run around of people saying, “a manager will call you back” but no one ever did. Cancelled my order without even telling me. I will never order furniture from here ever again!!
I have shopped at this store twice, the first time was horrible and the only reason I went back was because I had a credit for a faulty mattress. The second time was worse than the first. They messed paperwork up so my new bed didn’t get delivered on the day it was supposed to. Missed two days of work and lost a lot of money due to their error. Was only refunded $200 and one salesman said he was going to mail me a $100 in store credit that I still haven’t received (not that I’ll ever go back). The mattress salesman, Camren, straight up lied to me. Told me the base I was getting had a massage feature and it doesn’t. I honestly don’t know how this place is even in business after all of the horror stories I’ve heard. Do your self a favor and shop anywhere else.
Nice selection, but nobody checked in on us until we were literally walking out the door. We were there for about 30 minutes and the store was not busy.
We have had horrible customer service!!! Beware if you purchase the warranty because that means nothing to them! Our fridge was under warranty and could get anyone to come to our house to service it! (because of coronovirus) After 3 weeks of hours on the phone, multiple phone calls and numberouse cancelled appointments(on their end) they agreed to in store credit so we could purchase a new one with the promise of 3 to 5 day delivery. When they logged into the computer they said oh we couldn't get your scheduled deliver for 8 days. Im sure thats not correct Ill see what I can do and give you a call with your scheduled delivery moved to a sooner date! So I gave them a call Wednesday morning (6days after purchase) and left a message to figure out when on that friday (the original day they said they would get moved sooner day 8). No one called me back. So i took the day off work friday. I called again Friday morning to see what time was our delivery scheduled for and there was a glitch in their system and we arent even on their delivery schedule list! So now they are saying Tuesday (12 days after purchase) will be our new delivery date! If you can even believe them! Our family of 5 has gone a month without a fridge that was suppose to be under warranty!!! Plus we have had to spend nearly $500 more for the new one!

But online orders must be handled online. But he gave me great service.And Ashley FINALLY called me back roughly 216 HOURS LATER! Not the 48-96 hours. And they have shipped legs that will arrive in 8-10 days ( or will it? ). NEVER EVER SHOPPING ASHLEY&'s AGAIN!
Lee Smith was outstanding with his knowledge and customer service. The employees there made it fun and easy to shop for furniture. In addition showed me new cool things I didn’t know about and plan to return for! Thanks to this awesome staff!!!
Regarding calling their customer support, I have sat on the line for 40+ minutes across two separate occasions and hung up after giving up. Need to be better with wait times.

I've shopped at Ashley Furniture and have gotten sturdy furniture that has lasted for several years at affordable prices. At this location, Tatjana was helpful and informative when I stopped in for new furniture. She and the rest of the folks involved were also amazing when my apartment move-in date got pushed back, and rescheduled my delivery without any hassle whatsoever. A+ customer service and good furniture for the price.

I would love to have rated this store higher. Really! But the service I received on Monday 5/25/20. Just wasn’t the best. My fiancé and I walked in and were asked if we had an appointment. We told them no we didn’t realize we needed to make one. We were told not a big deal. The man talking to us (Drew) asks us what we’re looking for etc. and proceeds to show us around and telling us about the different options (no big deal, very helpful). But he was very monotone and uninterested in the tour. Finally after looking at a few options we think we may have found the couch we like. We ask if we could browse by ourselves just to make sure that was the one. He then tells us due to covid he has to be near us for whatever reason. So we start walking around keeping a distance between ourselves and him while we talk about our decision. Finally after five minutes or maybe less we loop back around to the couch we like. After sitting there and confirming with ourselves about our decision the employee (Drew) is no where to be found. So we take a loop around the store once more to find him, no luck. We circle back around to our choice and wait for 30+ minutes for him or anyone to ask us if we’re ready to purchase. Now I would have gone up to another employee but most of them were with someone or on the phone. I also didn’t want to get lost (it is a pretty big store). Finally we decided to leave and go back to the furniture store down the street. On our way out there still was no sign of Drew and every other employee in the front were all on their phones or chit chatting away.
I assume Appliance Mart is managed by the same individuals at Ashley Furniture. Terrible customer service. We purchased all appliances for a new construction. Missing one appliance upon delivery (delivery date and appliances confirmed by me via text and email). Not a huge deal...well, not so fast. To get the dishwasher they failed to deliver was 5 weeks out, not acceptable for multiple reasons. Then, to make things right, they wanted to give us an opened floor model because they had that on hand. We didn't pay for a floor model, again not acceptable. I called to speak with a manager, I was told a manager would call me back. Six days go by with no call back from a manager. I called them back and was finally able to speak with manager Gregg Shaffer. Greg, too, wanted to give us opened floor models, one being an upgrade, we didn't pay for opened merchandise. A mistake made on their end, and he wants to fix it with opened merchandise. I would never pay what we did for opened merchandise. Greg made no effort to apologize and make things right. Instead, he gave us excuse's and pushing opened merchandise for the same price. We ultimately decided to be refunded for the dishwasher and install kit and will do business elsewhere...buyer beware.
Chuck was AMAZING!!! He was patient and very helpful! We didn't feel pressured at all and were able to make a relaxed decision on our dining room furniture. 💯 satisfied!!! Great people, great quality!!!😊
It is hard to properly express our gratitude during this Covid crisis! Our refrigerator decided to give up right when we were helping a family member and had been gone a few days, so we lost everything in fridge and freezer. Although we hadn’t even bought this from Appliance Mart, I called and explained our situation and Monty called back immediately. He had the service manager call to advise us if we should try and repair but this was the 4th time we had to try and reset, after 2 repairs already. We had recently acquired living room furniture from Ashley and were thoroughly delighted so we stayed loyal and called the adjoining Appliance Mart knowing we would probably need a new refrigerator. The coordinated effort to help us out was amazing and so appreciated. We had a new refrigerator installed within the day! The delivery team was fully masked, wore gloves and was simply amazing during our personal dilemma. Thank you #5StarService! ...
No safety equipment or protocol?! Had an Ashley service technician show up this morning with no mask or gloves, told me he didn't have any safety equipment and then he was frustrated when I told him he can't come in the house. He also seemed like he was very much okay with not having any safety equipment and assured me "it's fine." I called Ashley immediately after he left and am even more disappointed now. The agent on the phone confirmed that Ashley's policy was NOT that their service techs don't have to wear a mask. When I asked him whether they DID have a policy requiring service techs to wear masks I wasn't given an answer and, rather abruptly, was transferred to a manager line where I was asked to leave a message. This is an unacceptable oversight on Ashley's part. Imagine the number of different people/homes/surfaces that man is going to come in contact with today alone. Best case scenario is that I misread his flippancy about safety stuff which might mean he is super vigilant about hand washing/not touching his face, etc. Ashley Furniture needs to take this seriously before they are in the news for COVID-19 outbreaks.
My 73 year old mother has an old sofa and stated that it is now starting to really hurt her back, so I told her we would go out today to look at a new one. I told her we would be very safe and I brought masks, gloves and disinfectant wipes and off we went. We first went to Steinhafels and immediately entering the establishment there was disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer. We were met from a long distance by a hostess wearing a mask and she proceeded to let us know their procedures to keep us safe and all staff and the clientele were ALL wearing masks. We then went to Slumberland and right in the door they had masks and disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer. ALL staff and clientele were in masks. Very accomodating and kind. We then went to Ashley Furniture where there were no accomodations as we walked in the door. We were immediately met by a sales person, no mask, who started to walk up to us and I had to hold my hand up and shoot him a dirty look to let him know to keep his distance, we then noticed that NO STAFF members and the majority of clientele were not wearing masks, we were shocked by this and immediately left the building with my mother stating, &"I would never give this establishment my money&". I would like to note that we did see sanitizing wipes way to the side of the entrance which we did not see until we were leaving the building. So I came home and shared this story with my husband and he stated, &"well what do you expect, the owner is a known walker and trump supporter&" and I stated, &"it shouldn&'t matter what your political affiliation is, it is simple common human decency!&" So Ashley Furniture showed to us today that they have no interest in their patrons safety and well being and I can guarantee that my family and my friends and everyone I meet in the future will hear this story and Ashley Furniture complete lack of decency and concern for their patrons!!!As a side note, in the 3 minutes we were in the store we noticed the prices were the same as the other stores we shopped at today, but the quality of their furniture was cheap looking!Sincerely,Mortified
I have had nothing but exceptional customer service. My salesman, James Bregenzer, was honest and thorough in making sure I got the best reclining sofa for my money. My items arrived in damaged and on time. I have been buying at Ashley for 5 yrs now and have had nothing but positive experiences. I would highly recommend James.
This is a great furniture and appliance store. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I've purchased both appliances and a sectional there, and both experiences with the store and delivery staff were exceptional. They were easy to communicate with, delivery was prompt and professional, and the prices for the brands they carry were very competitive with other stores in town.
I ordered a bedroom for my son. He came all broken I went to the store himself. day. They did not pay me back nor did they take any responsibility. They gave me a phone. So I can figure it out myself very. Racist whit Latinos the worst store to buy.
I got my new bed and I was so excited it took like 2 weeks and when we opened the box a piece of wood was broken.

I don&'t even know where to begin with this review. I would give no stars if that was even possible. Once the sale is made, they cannot be bothered if you encounter issues. They pay lip service to &"Make things right&", but don&'t follow through. I purchased a dining room set, bedroom set, entertainment center, and mattress and box spring back in February. All pieces were to be delivered March 11th. On the day of delivery I took off work and waited. I was notified my delivery would happen sometime between 12 and 4. At 7:15 that evening I was notified that my delivery was canceled. It would have been one thing if that was the extent of the issues I encountered but it was far from it. My delivery was rescheduled to March 17th. When they arrived that day, I was told that they forgot my box spring and one of my chairs was damaged. They would need to have those delivered on a different date. They brought in the other pieces and left. After they left, I noticed they did not actuallassemble the entertainment center, shelves and handles were inside the piece. So I called in to the Madison store and was told they would make things right. I was supposed to hear from the delivery team on a new date and a floor manager would contact me to discuss compensation for all the screw ups. A new delivery date was set for April 2nd but I didn&'t not hear from the floor manager. On April 2nd, the delivery comes but they did not have the box spring . I have to wait, AGAIN, for another delivery date. Finally, the box spring was scheduled to be delivered on April 18th. They placed the box spring against my house and took off. Without any notice, no door bell. nothing. I don&'t even know when it was put out there. When we got it inside and got the plastic off, we found the piece wet. Not just a little wet but fully damp. I called the store and was again told that a floor manager would be contacting me. The box spring is now out in my garage waiting for Ashley to pick it up. This has been the worst furniture buying experience and would not recommend spending your money at this store.
I am so thankful to Mike, Director of Customer Service! He helped me fix an issue from my Pewaukee store remotely from Madison. I greatly appreciate his efforts and a swift resolution during this global crisis.
The worst. We bought a new Bosch refrigerator in NOVEMBER and are still dealing with trying to return it after it came dented and the interior light didn't work. The salespeople have not been helpful nor have they solved the problem. It is now April and I am trying to return it and just be done with this store but it has been a struggle for months. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
We where finally going to get a good set of couches. So I shopped around and kept coming back to Ashley for a certain couch that they carried. I liked the covering and the depth of the seats. However the cushions didn’t last a year:( when you sit on them they tilt you so bad to the center, we have to put plywood under them to keep any support. I bought the warranty with the couches. Come to find out they don’t guarantee the cushion support. If they can’t stand behind their products I don’t need to shop there anymore. I work to hard for my money, to have stuff fall apart.
Not sure why this store does not have a 5 Star review. Iv'e been here at least 4-5 times in the last 3 months buying things for my new home. The staff here has always been extremely friendly. They do a good job making you feel like family. I've worked with James Talbee, which has always gone above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. Even going as far as to bringing my handles for my fridge to me at work. Talk about customer service! Dreu from the furniture side, and the gals back at the customer service desk are polite and quick when it comes to purchasing my dinning set. I will continue to go to these guy's when it comes to furnishing and decorating my home. Regards John & Jenna.
This is not the place to shop at if you are looking for a company that actually cares about their customers, or is in any way competent. They struggle with every part of their business: the salesman did not know the current specials and tried to double charge me for delivery as they were back ordered, my delivery came missing a part and the delivery men told me to get a friend so I could finish assembly myself once my part arrived, and when I called to check on the delivery status of my part (after two weeks of no updates) the service rep hung up on me. Next the repairman sent to install my missing part broke off a leg of the table. Finally, five months after I purchased the table, two repairmen came and replaced the table leg. Five months it took them to provide me a with fully functioning table, which I have been paying for the entire time. You honestly could learn carpentry and build a table yourself faster and easier than you could buy a table at Ashley.
I'm having the worst experience with this place I purchased furniture last month they said they had everything in store and set a date to be delivered but later they said they were waiting for the couch set from the manufacturer they keep on post ponning the delivery date till now we've not gotten our furniture it was my 1st time to shop here n fosho my last if u looking to shop here bad choice

I give this place a 3 star review a little over a year ago because I walked in and was never greeted. Apparently they don't care about the reviews and I rated them to high last time. I am sitting out front right now. I spent a good 45 minutes walking around and not a single person acknowledg'd me. As I walked out was the only time someone asked me "did you find everything you were looking for". Well, too late. Ashley furniture has lost my business
The salespeople are nice enough, but I was told I would receive 2 pairs of an item, got only 1 pair upon delivery, and it took around 8 phone calls to customer service to find out that the salesperson was misinformed, and only 1 pair was correct. However, I had chosen 2 fabric swatches (1 for each pair) and one was arbitrarily chosen for the pair I received - I was never notified of the decision and customer service was entirely unhelpful in making things right. The entire delivery process lacked any reasonable amount of notice, as well. A couch I ordered somehow got sent out without the screws to attach the legs to it, and getting the screws to me took an additional 3 weeks, again with no notification from Ashley about updates. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
They did a great job setting my wife and I up with new furniture as well as very quick and easy delivery! We are super happy with the furniture we have!
the worst customer service i have ever dealt with in my 49 years on this planet. the store manager Marcus is the only reputable person here, he has tried to help me multiple time, although there service and customer care scheduling is not only non caring they cant even read the notes to know their instructions and set times,i have never wrote a review negative to anything or anyone in my life. i wouldn't recommend this place for any sale. I will sleep on concrete before i ever step foot in this store for a purchase again. i can only say i wish i had stayed with Steinhafels or etc furniture. i did save money here and unfortunately i am paying for it now. unprofessional after the sale, the delivery and service is no good.give your hard earned money to etc and or Steinhafels. FYI; i had to select one star to post otherwise it would be zero stars.

Overall it was an awful experience. First we ordered a bed and it got delivered 6 weeks after they promised and assured the "absolute latest" date we would receive it. We tried to get a matching dresser and they ordered the wrong one. When I called to exchange it I talked to Laura who was extremely rude and refused to help or do anything. I called back again and Nora from customer service was very nice and then our sales person Chuck made sure to make things right and helped us finish everything else. Chuck and Nora were great, Laura's customer service was less than ideal.
Bought a New England brand furniture set. the quality of the furniture was on par but there was a nail sticking out of the footrest that scratched my floor. The installers were very unprofessional. They did not take off their shoes and walked all over our new rug. Tried contacting Ashley regarding this. Was told someone would be in contact. It's been over a week and have not been contacted.
The furniture seems to be good quality. The sales lady was kind of aloof. They didn't have the loveseat which I was interested in and she didn't offer any help in seeing one either by having one brought in or at another location. 2 or 3 times I mentioned that I wanted a lazyboy recliner, but after showing me several recliner chairs she told me that they didn't have any. They do deliver local for $100 no matter how many pieces you buy.

Ordered a furniture set over a month ago. Had a delivery date of Monday set up. In short, they cancelled and rescheduled for Thursday. At 6:35 PM they finally call and say they won’t be making it. They said someone would contact me the next day to discuss options. I call today and they say the delivery managers don’t speak to customers. I ask for manager and they say that she was on lunch. Still waiting on call back. Had to call back 3 hours later and still nothing is done. I ended up talking to manager and said nothing could be done and I asked for her name. She wouldn't give it to me. She ended up hanging up on me. They seem to not care to deliver furniture as long as they have the money.
Bought a bedroom set for us and a new bed for my daughter on Nov 30th, 2019. They said the earliest for delivery was Jan 2nd. We received a call at the end of December that the headboard for our bed was delayed and would not be ready until Jan 3rd. So we decided to have it all delivered on the 3rd. Still the headboard was having issues so we had my daughters bed delivered on the 3rd and now our bedroom set for us was pushed to the 14th of January which we were not happy about. So with a definite Jan 14th date all scheduled in the system. Knowing we were getting our new bedroom set we got rid of our old bed and dressers. Bedroom is now clear and ready. We also asked our oldest boy to stay for delivery and arranged for the dog to not be home so she wouldn't bark up a storm. Both me and my wife had to work because delivery was after 12pm.I watched the furnitureappliancemart.com website because they deliver for Ashley and it stated we were number 10 for deliver at 1:10pm. I left for work and expected a call around 1:00 for when the delivery will be arriving. I got a call stating at 1:00 that the delivery guys could not deliver because 1 was sick and the other got hurt??? But they were able to deliver 9 other orders before mine and you call me 10 minutes before my delivery???That is shady as hell. I called and complained to Furnitureappliancemart and Ashley in Janesville and Madison Wisconsin about the issue. I have no bed, no dressers and an empty bedroom!! They stated it was out of their control and the new delivery would be January 16th! If you already have it on your truck and it was next in line deliver the darn thing! I also offered my son to help unload it for you. I find it hard to believe being I was already delayed again. They offered to give back $150 deliver fee which was a step in the right direction. I'll believe it when I look at the Ashley card bill. They also put the risk of damaging the bedroom set moving it again to another truck! Not happy about that. Salesman was good delivery was a joke. Now when they delivered on the 16th we had no bunkie board or the two lamps that we ordered that should have been delivered as well. Luckily the store had the lamps but now I need to go on a wild goose chase about my bunkie board which you need under the matress. Only reason we went to Ashley was because it was a new store in Janesville we received 0 percent financing and we already had some Ashley furniture in our house already. Next time I'll go to Sikers.
I have never had so much fun picking out furniture! Sales dude Tom really took the time to help us pick the furniture set that was right for us. There was no pressure and he worked to get us the best deal he could.
I have been to this location and purchased multiple pieces of furniture in the past, and never experienced the terrible service that I experienced today. I came in to purchase a bed (headboard, footboard, the whole lot) with a pretty clear idea of exactly what I was looking for. I wandered around for about 30 minutes with basically every employee in the store walking right past me without offering any help. Eventually, I found almost exactly what I was looking for, but not in the color I wanted. I approached an employee to ask if there was a possibility of getting the same bed in a different color, or if I could get some help finding something similar in the color I like. Instead of putting any effort into helping me find what I was looking for, the employee told me "what you see is what you get" and to go wander around the store some more and try to figure it out on my own. I don't know if this woman didn't believe I actually had enough money to be worth her time helping or what, but I felt incredibly disrespected to be dismissed that way. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Absolutey, the WORST experience I have ever had trying to receive product. When purchasing our home furniture in the Madison West store, we dealt with Dreu, who was very helpful, polite, not pushy! He was great. When it comes to delivery - timeliness, communication, what was delivered, etc. TERRIBLE!!! Our order was supposed to be delivered on Dec 3rd. We got a call Thanksgiving weekend saying the delivery got pushed back to Dec 20th. Frustrated...but, it was what it was. THEN, we get a call a few days before saying that only part of our order was getting delivered, the table set was being pushed out until the 28th. Okay. Come Friday the 20th, my husband sits home all day, had to take off of work, come 5pm...guess what never shows?! No phone call, update, nothing!! So he calls, welp, the delivery guys ran out of time. We spend a couple hours dealing with several people in customer service. Finally, the 21st we get an answer. Delivery will be Mon the 23rd. Husband sits home again, delivery comes - ONLY PART OF IT. We got half, they "lost" the other half from Friday. Call customer service again - get no one. Call again on dec 26th - stools are at madison store for customer pick up...UM..we paid a $200 delivery fee, No thanks! I call our sales guy at this point because Im furious. He offers to hand deliver the stools to us as he lives near by, GREAT! However, our table set is now pushed back until Jan 13th. We also got customer service to refund our delivery fee for all of our trouble - GREAT. Well, he calls us Sat, 28th- there again was something wrong, the stools werent there! So he was able to get us 3 out of 4 because thats all they had. He will bring us the 4th one Monday. Doesnt stop here folks...open the box, missing one set of hardware, and one of the stools was a display model and its missing 2 of the foot pads. SERIOUSLY, is this a joke?! We have contacted our sales guy to let him know as I refuse to deal with customer service anymore. OH...and we are STILL not getting our table set until Jan 13th, thats if it isnt pushed back again. I feel we deserve WAY more compensation for our troubles and frustrations. We will NEVER order from here again unless something is made right.
We bought a tv stand. The store was beautiful and our sales lady was great. Then it went down hill. I picked the stand up and got it home to unpack it. The front piece of trim was cracked. It happens. I get it. Two other pieces of trim had fallen off in the box. All three shelves were broken from mishandling in the warehouse. I called immediately after unpacking it and talked to someone in service who took my information and said he would call me back shortly. Never heard back. I called the next day and explained again and was told I would be called to schedule a tech to come out. It’s now been a week since I picked it up and still no call. I’m amazed at the extremely poor customer service in such a beautiful store.
Hunted around for an L-shaped couch WITHOUT the gimmicky ottoman protruding forth from one end. You would think that would not be that difficult to find, but the attached ottoman was unfortunately all the rage among davenport manufacturers in 2019. We finally alighted on Ashley Furniture and were almost immediately gratified with a simple L-shaped sofa with ample stuffing and stout wooden feet- ON SALE! Huzzah! They were able to modify the long/short configuration after a two month wait and one false start. (The first delivery was sent back with heartfelt apologies from our salesperson at his clerical error.) It was well worth waiting for however. We had found a durable fabric in a subtle shade and comfortable as all get-out.

Working with Abbey on picking out a number of items was great! Abbey is knowledgeable, personable, and of course has good taste! She made the process seamless and quick. Ashley HomeStore has much to choose from in each department and delivery is quick. I would happily shop there again - and of course with Abbey!

Looking for a new freezer for my own store. I couldn't have found a better place to go. The sales consultant Carole Thomason was super great on finding us what we needed and very friendly. They had a great verity to pick from at great prices. Went back a second time for furniture for a personal home and had a great experience again. The sales people did not harass us they greeted us when we walked in and told us what specials they had where everything was and then let us walk around.
Borderline scammy. Found the couch we wanted online, went in and their 'sale' price was nearly $200 more than the website and delivery when purchased in store was double. Sales person wasn't listening to us either, told her we wanted a small chaise in the $600 range... She proceeded to take us to about 5 couches in the $2000-$5000 range and tell us we could finance. The whole store is misleading, its not officially affiliated with Ashley other than their sign on the front.
I worked with Martha for a few things recently. she is wonderful to work with and spends time to talk with me about my project. I am re decorating my home room by room and never really know what I want when I walk into the store. it takes me time to look at things and work out what exactly I want. She has never had a problem taking the time with me and making sure I get exactly what I want. And she is never pushy about trying to sell something. Even on the times I did not actually purchase something. I will be working with her on purchases for the rest of my home. Thank you Martha for the wonderful assistance!!
We were looking for a reclining sofa, and Ashley had a much larger selection than did the other furniture store we looked at. We ended up buying a clearance model at a good price, sofa seems really solid. I have to give compliments to the delivery team. They were friendly and professional. We were 8th on the delivery list, and I can only imagine how exhausted they must've been at the end of the day. What really tipped the scales in Ashley's favor though was that they were willing to pick up the old sofa for a small fee and dispose of it. When you don't have the means to dispose of furniture, that means a lot. The other furniture store we visited told us we had to make our own arrangements to dispose of the old sofa, and that all of the other furniture stores in town operated the same way. Yeah, we could've called a couple of junk haulers, but that would have been an extra step and cost for us.
We bought a washing machine. At first they told us it would only take a couple of days to deliver. But since they can't tell you what time of day - afternoon or morning - it will arrive, we needed to schedule for a Saturday, nine days out. Then they canceled the delivery for some reason. So it' will be 16 days to get the machine delivered. Even after canceling our delivery, they couldn't reschedule for morning or afternoon - they can't do it, they can only tell you the day.
I had a terrible experience (yet again) and this is the last straw with shopping at any Ashley HomeStore.We bought a dining and bedroom set a few years ago and had a number of issues with delivery. The store manager promised us a discount and when I contacted the store to use it, I was told the manager had left and there would be no discount. Nice.I bought appliances this time around. Was told they could be installed without issue and picked a day for delivery. Had to confirm delivery via email, text, and phone at various points leading up to delivery day. I called once more the night before to be sure and confirmed that everything was a go. Sold my old appliances the morning of the delivery and here is where the problems really get going.Microwave and dishwasher arrived with installer. Unfortunately, no way to install microwave (my fault and I have plans to install it on my own this weekend) and no way to install dishwasher. I had explained my dishwasher setup to the salesperson and had received confirmation twice that there would be no issues. I was able to request a refund for the installation fee, but now have to hire a plumber and electrician to get the dishwasher installed. I would have been fine with this, but it would have been nice to know this in advance.At the very end of my delivery window (for the fridge and stove), I get a call saying the delivery truck and its backup had broken down. No delivery until Tuesday through Friday next week. I am at a conference Monday through Wednesday, so had to pick Thursday. I asked why the next two days would not work, but was told since the trucks were loaded in advance, they would not be able to help. That is ridiculous. Rent a different truck and make things right for the customer. I have no appliances! I have called and left messages for managers twice and did not receive a response until I called Ashley Corporate. And even then, I just received a message saying they were working on it.The last issue, I found the appliances for a slightly cheaper price (this was before delivery). I wasn&'t going to worry about it, but now I am more frustrated because I could have avoided the delivery issues and paid less if I had looked elsewhere.I filed a BBB complaint this morning and will be sending the BBB store review later today.Avoid this store - they don&'t care to help customers when they mess up.11.15.19 - called again today and left a message. No response. No idea when or if we will receive our appliances. Also, dishwasher is missing a part.
We went to Ashley furniture last night in search of two recliners for our new apartment. Upon entering and walking through the sales floor, we encountered (at least) 10 associates, none of which even acknowledged us. We found this odd considering most furniture store employees are more than willing to greet you, inquire about your visit, and thank you for your consideration - none of which we got in the 15 minutes we spent there. Even though we found a recliner we liked, we decided to look elsewhere following our poor customer service experience.

My wife and I recently had a very good experience buying a dining room set at the Madison, WI Ashley Homestore. Our Sales Professional, James, was knowledgeable, kind and listened to our needs. He was never pushy and helped us make a very good decision with this major purchase.
It's a nice store but we haven't ever found what we are looking for here. It's just a different style than we seem to gravitate towards.
We have used the AshleyHome Store twice to make furniture purchases for our home. One time we spent well into the ‘four figures’, the next we spent just over $100. Both times the staff were attentive, answered our questions, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping us. We are very happy with the quality of furniture we received.
Grayson was SUPER helpful, told him exactly what we wanted (after sitting on every couch lol) and he helped us created a custom couch! Was very knowledgeable about options and financing.
We recently bought a high-end smart oven from the ApplianceMart. Salesperson gave us good price-matching and we were ready to buy. Then he says if we email him next week he can get us an additional $300 off due to an upcoming promotion. He mentioned this several times, so we go ahead and email him and received no reply. Sent a second email a week later and left him a voicemail, but never heard back. This shady sales technique was not necessary (as we were already going to buy the oven) and has really turned us off of this place. We were frequent customers of Ashley's and ApplianceMart, but will be going elsewhere now. The actual delivery went smoothly and the crew was friendly and competent. However, their tracking app didn't work and we had to call in to get a time estimate. We were told sometime after 12pm and they delivered around 6pm that night.
The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have warranty’s on everything bought from there but if there is an issue it is very difficult. I have experienced nothing but frustration, hard time getting ahold of the same person after being hung up on, They hired out a different company that left without actually fixing my fridge compressor that was covered under warranty, then they never followed up, took a lot of phone calls and attempts to get someone out there, they never paid for my food spoiled from a 3 year old high end fridge, it look 3 weeks to get my fridge fixed.... no one was helpful at customer service during any of this

Terrible experience. My husband and I made a purchase in June and have had issues upon issues with "the manufacturers" as well as having two of our pieces get lost in the warehouse. As of today (10/12) we have still not received any of our six pieces we ordered in June. A delivery was scheduled for last week and then no one ever showed up. We were not informed that no one would be delivering our furniture. Nor have we received any money back or discounts regardless of the unacceptable behavior we have received. The customer service and return on investment have been absolutely atrocious. We will 100% NEVER make another purchase from Ashley, and I have been telling everyone I know not to ever purchase anything from there either. We should have stuck with steinhafels-- at least they know how to do business.
Was mattress shopping in Madison. Stopped at a couple mattress stores and they wouldn't deliver to my area. On a whim, stopped at Ashley's. Not only was Kay friendly, very helpful and made the experience rather pleasant, but they could deliver to my area. 10/10 I will visit again as long as I get Kay.
I would never, ever, ever recommend this store to anyone. First, they showed up nearly four hours after their &"10 minute&" arrival notification call. Drive didn&'t knock on the door and walked in unannounced with a plain V-neck tee shirt on smelling of marijuana.After the initial frustration of his entry without knocking and lack of professionalism I&'m informed the chaise was delivered in the wrong color and that they wouldn&'t be bringing that into the house. Understandable, he claimed I couldn&'t turn away the whole order (three piece sofa) because it was a custom order and I&'d need to &"figure it out&" with my salesperson.Seems rather fishy and a BS line. Called my salesperson, Jenny who was helpful and said a customer service rep would call me shortly. Rep calls and informs me that my chaise was delivered to another house FIVE days ago. I let him the lack of honesty and professionalism is unmatched and that I need this unsafe, unassembled furniture picked up or it&'s going to left on the side of my house for trash pickup. Assistant Manager, Brian calls me about an hour later stating their mistake is mine and that custom, hazardous , unassembled furniture i paid $3000 and is a safety concern for my two young children (it has metal connectors exposed that could easily catch a child&'s toe or finger) isn&'t refundable. He said tough luck, I threatened to call my bank to open a complain for return. While on the phone with my bank they stated this branch has had multiple similar complaints and started to document my issues and they would proceed accordingly. Assistant Manager, Brian called while I was on with my bank and stated he would have a crew pick it up but didn&'t state when I would see my refund or paper work for it.
I walked through the whole store, and not a single sales person offered to help me. I will take my business else where.
We ordered a sofa sleeper two weeks prior to my parents visit. Delivery was scheduled for days prior to their arrival. We were told by Marcus, a manager, the drivers will move the old couch and put the new one wherever it needs to go based on your space available. We didn&'t know if it would fit in the bedroom or living room. When the drivers arrived, they were rude and unprofessional. Shoved the couch into the doorway and rubbed it all over the walls, transferring white paint from the couch onto the couch, ruining it in multiple places. Before they even got the couch into the house one of the drivers said &"It&'s all messed up. Do you still want it?!&" Ordinarily I would have said no, but with my parents coming in two days what choice did I have. I told them no I need this and they said they&'d indicate that they damaged it on their delivery notes. Then they left the couch in the middle of the house and didn&'t put it where we wanted or more the old one. We called to report it and sent pictures. Nobody contacted us about what was going to be done or apologized about the service. Then a few weeks later we got a notification that a replacement was headed our way and would be delivered on some random day. We picked our original date because one of us would be home, now we are at their mercy. We made arrangements for the delivery and the truck broke down. To which they say &"It&'s at the store, come pick it up when you can.&" We do not have a vehicle big enough to transport it AND we paid $100+ for the delivery. I called customer support again and the woman gave me a $50 gift card. Nice of her and it wasn&'t her fault, but where is the management team to handle these situations?! If we were to buy this damaged piece in the showroom it would be $200+ reduced. Is that asking for too much when it comes to now a third attempted delivery? I just got off the phone with the delivery service minutes ago and they had a pickup scheduled for the couch, but weren&'t going to deliver the replacement! UNBELIEVABLE. Talk about poor service. They do NOT live up to the customer service provided in the showroom. We will NEVER return.
Terrible. Still have not recieved my washer/dryer after five days. I took off work both days. Dont waste your time. Ive had nothing but bad experiences.

I was elated with the service I received from Tatjana. I initially came to the store to pick up ca new couch and kitchen island (ordered from the Eastside store) and ended up adding a wonderful powered recliner from the clearance section. When I entered the store, I was dressed for moving (Grateful Dead cut off and athletic shorts). Unlike some of the other sales associates, Tatjana did not judge me based on my appearance. She simply assumed the sale and did an absolutely stellar job getting me exactly what I needed. I will return simply to buy from her again. My best advice, skip the other sales associates and simply ask for Tatjana off the bat.
Kris was amazing! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and available without being overbearing in the slightest. She made finding a sofa stress-free and I can't thank her enough for that. Regarding the store itself, it has a wonderful selection at exceptional prices. I've already recommended it to my sister and would definitely go there again for any future furniture needs.
Bought a couch from Ashley and it did not fit through my door (my fault entirely). Decided to return to Ashley and exchange for a new couch that was around the same price. Found one and the sales consultant verified over and over that the new couch would be ready for pickup on Tuesday 9/17 and that I would be getting a $31 refund check for the leftover money I did not spend on the new couch. Have not received a refund. Instead, called customer service and the lady on the phone insisted that I have a balance due for the new couch and would not tell me when the new one was coming in to be picked up. I explained to the lady that I do not have a balance due and was promised it would be ready for pickup on Tuesday. After telling her I would not be paying for the new couch as it was a resell, she informs me that the couch will now be ready for pick up on 9/19. Needless to say I will not be buying from Ashley again or recommending them to anyone.
Carmen knew his stuff and was very helpful. He took us right to what we needed to see. I don’t feel comfortable about whether we paid too much or not. It would be helpful if there was an objective guide to estimating value of furniture.
Abbey Fuller is an amazing saleswoman. She listened to our needs, and followed up on ALL of our wants on the new furniture set we were about to purchase. She was so easy to work with, we almost furnished the whole house through her on our first contact. She is the only person I will purchase furniture through from now on. Abbey, keep up the good work!
Found the right chair at the right price
If you’d like your delivery delayed and a lot of combative back talk from the people that took thousands of your dollars, shop here. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option. My shipment was delayed and the first person I spoke with told me that perhaps a hurricane was responsible for the delay. After calling during dinner to tell me of the delay, they rescheduled my Saturday delivery for a Tuesday. It turns out it would be in the warehouse over a week before they were scheduling the new delivery date. Given it is late, they could have scheduled the late delivery on a weekend, but they just didn’t, because they don’t care. Do not purchase from this store. Tell your friends not to buy anything from here. It’s a worthless company, not worth a moment of your time.
My husband and I purchased a mattress on 8/25/19. That day we were first told about the free delivery option. Once we selected a mattress and didn't purchase the additional products we were then told since we did not spend enough money we would have to pay 119. 95 for delivery or pick up the mattress with in the next three days. We were unable to self pick up and chose to have it delivered. We were then told about the specific parameters for deliver and if we were not on top of the delivery parameters our mattress would not be delivered. We met all the expectation and made several modification in our schedule like: half day off work, arranged a 3rd party to be at our home. That morning the delivery driver called and said it could not be delivered. My husband felt he was given the run around by the driver and sale associate. We would never received any compensation for our time and inconvenience and still have yet to receive our mattress- that we payed for on 8/28. If their was an option to not even give it any starts I would have.
We had a really great experience buying a mattress here. We had gone to a number of other places before we went here and didn't get the same level of expertise and guidance. Lindsey Tennessen did a fantastic job guiding us through the decision. I love my new mattress!

We bought furniture from Ashley's Furniture on 5/17/2019. We bought a table with 6 chairs and a bedroom set that included a bedframe, 2 nightstands, and a dresser with a mirror attached. They delivered the table and chairs like they should. The problem we have had is with the bedset. When we purchased on a Friday we were told that we would have a delivery set up within a week. Never heard from them, I had to call them and ask about it a week and a half later to get the delivery scheduled. They have changed the delivery date on us 5!!! times since we had originally ordered over 3 months ago. They always say they can have it in by so and so date but a few days before the scheduled delivery date they always call and say it won't be in on time. We have been extremely frustrated and we are currently paying for furniture we have not received yet because we did their "48 month special financing" deal. I will never step foot in an Ashley Furniture store again and I hope you don't either. Update: I sent an email to the below information and got a phone call from someone at Ashley. They left a voicemail (at 7:30)the same night I sent the email which they had said probably 3 or 4 times that the purchasing director from the store would for sure be calling me tomorrow (that was almost 3 weeks ago) and still haven't received a call from anyone. They finally did bring the bedroom set and didn't change the delivery date, but one piece of the furniture (the headboard that was supposed to connect to our bed frame) was completely broken so we had to reschedule another delivery. They brought the bedframe but didn't set it up, it has just been sitting in our spare bedroom in the box for the last week but we had to schedule a time to get the headboard delivered. Keep in mind this is the 3rd time I have had to take days off of work to get the furniture that I bought. We got the date scheduled for the (hopefully) final delivery, but I needed to make sure it was going to be delivered by a certain point because I have other obligations I need to get to. I got the confirmation email and tried to confirm that they would be there by a certain time, but no one ever got back to me. I called multiple times (waited on hold for between 15 and 30 minutes, or left a voicemail after 10 minutes of waiting). Now I'm being told that they can't deliver my furniture because I didn't confirm the delivery date, which I tried to do multiple times but was never called back after I left my voicemail. I called again, sat on hold for 24 minutes finally got connected and then somehow the call was dropped. I was not called back (I gave them my phone number for the order number) so I had to call back and wait on hold AGAIN. After finally talking to someone, they said I was taken off of the delivery list because I didn't confirm the delivery by the appropriate time, even though I called and called multiple times to try to make sure it was coming by the correct time. So now they are making me reschedule the delivery AGAIN, even though it was their fault that the furniture came broken and it was their fault I was never called back to answer my question about delivery time. Again this has honestly been one of the worst experiences of my life that I have ever had with anything I have ever purchased.
The appliance sales was ... So sales driven. Sad because I was there to buy but because I wanted to do 10 minutes of research before my purchase he became not someone I would purchase from. Sales is important but once you lose the customer service aspect .... You've lost the trust about after sale. So we went to Best Buy for our appliances.

Customer service was excellent, Lindsey was very helpful and attentive the numerous times I was in deciding on which pieces I wanted. My problem, I spent over $2,000 on different pieces. Upon delivery, I only got 1/2 of my sectional, then was told it was going to take 10 more days to get the rest of my couch!! 10 days? So, I had to go with half of a living room for 10 days!! For my inconvenience, I was offered $50, which was an insult, but better than nothing.... which I might add, here I am 3 weeks later, and still haven't recieved it! What a crock!! Don't waste your time or your money here!!
The sales process wasn&'t bad. In fact, the sales person was very nice and informative. But after we paid for our sectional sofa and the order was placed, that&'s when the awful experience began. We were told our sofa would be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks, and when we didnt receive a call after 5 weeks, i figured i would call and check in. Over the phone, we were able to set the delivery date at the very end of our 6 week waiting period.The day before our sofa was to be delivered, we received a call that our order was back ordered and we had to wait two more weeks for the delivery. Literally 24 hours before our scheduled delivery. We got rid of our previous couch to make room. So now we dont have seating for two weeks.The day arrived (2 months after we ordered) when we got our sofa delivered. But it arrived damaged. So we had to send it back and wait another 3 weeks for the new sofa to be delivered. Again, we didnt have seating after assuming we would already have the sofa by now. Now that it has been about one year of owning it, the springs have broke and the cushions fall through, the arm rests broke, and the terrible quality is really showing. We regret buying from Ashley and wont be back anytime soon.
We just moved and needed a couch. We worked with Kay, she's great, I would recommend her to a friend. She was responsive, she was helpful, if I was only rating Kay here I would be giving a 5 star rating. We received a couch and the couch is awesome. Works great in the living room, feels great, awesome couch. I gave this store 4 stars because when my couch was ordered, they required 100% payment, sight unseen. No down payment, no installment system, just a non-refundable deposit right away. If the final product is not what I wanted, or not what I ordered, I could refuse delivery, but otherwise I was basically this business's bank between my purchase in mid-July and my delivery in late August.
*Update - thank you customer care for your generic, copy and pasted response. But no thanks, I'm good. Buyer beware. Purchased a couch and loveseat, and seams on the loveseat were open in three different areas. Contacted Ashley furniture immediately the same day and sent photos as requested. We wanted to exchange the couch as opposed to getting it fixed. They contacted us weeks later and said our request was denied because we didn't notify them within 48 hours. Proved that I contacted them the day of the delivery and suddenly the request was denied because they wouldn't replace a sofa that needed minor repairs. Asked if I could return it, they said yes with paying a restocking fee. Spoke to a manager and he said he'd have to take it up to corporate. Entire process has been a joke. After reading the fine print on the receipt, and take the advice since they don't give you the information at the store, examine the furniture prior to the delivery team leaving, if damaged, have them return it. Fine print also states you should sign a document acknowledging inspection, make sure you ask for it because we never signed a thing. Can't believe we paid and waited over a month for such trash. Customer service even worse. Would not recommend. *Should add they offered a $50 gift card for the confusion. Would bet $50 I never see it!
It took the staff 1hr to figure out what was missing on the order I was picking up. I started doing the checklist myself to make sure everything was there.

Joe the store manager laughed and said "mistakes happen sometimes". I guess that's Ashley furniture's motto. Seriously stay away from this place, your furniture won't arrive and the customer service is the worst.

Excellent customer service while shopping in the store. They delivered everything on the promised delivery date. They have an excellent delivery tracker updating you of your estimated arrival time. It tells you what stop they are on and what stop you are. Really awesome so you are not wasting your whole day waiting at home! The gentlemen who assembled my furniture were super nice and respectful of my home. Would definitely order from them again!

Do not waste your time and money here. They did not communicate anything to me, lied to me, and were unapologetic. I ended up cancelling my order and shopping elsewhere. I will never shop there again despite needing a lot more furniture. I purchased a coffee table and scheduled the delivery for Saturday the 6th, because I work on weekdays. Keep in mind the delivery fee is about $150, so already overpriced. Also the 6th was 2 weeks after I purchased the coffee table, so it was already a very long time to wait. They are supposed to email you with a delivery confirmation 72 hours ahead of the scheduled date. I never received such confirmation, so on the 5th I called them to see why I hadn't received that notification. The first person I spoke with said my delivery was scheduled for the 8th. I was never informed of this and the 8th did not work for me because it was a weekday, so the person I spoke with said he would call me back after he checked with a manager to see if they could still "squeeze me in" on the 6th, the date I was supposed to receive it in the first place. I never received a call back. Several hours later I called again, and the person I spoke with this time said my delivery was scheduled for the 11th (ANOTHER weekday). WTF?? I told them I had been informed it would be delivered on the 8th only a few hours earlier, and that was after I was expecting it on the 6th! She told me the coffee table had been on schedule to be delivered on the 6th (the first time someone acknowledged that this was the date I had originally agreed on!) but was damaged in transit, which had caused the delay. She said they would not receive the new one until the 10th, which was why the delivery was scheduled for the 11th. So why did someone tell me the 8th earlier that same day? I still have no explanation. Why did no one inform me that my delivery was delayed? That's the worst part, they claimed they left me a voicemail with that information - they absolutely did not. I had no voicemails or missed calls at all on the day they claimed they left the voicemail. I asked for a refund on the delivery fee because of the whole mess. The person I spoke with said she would check and get back to me. No surprise here - I never received a call back. The next day I called again just to make sure I'm getting the delivery fee refund I deserve. They said they couldn't give me the refund, but had the nerve to offer me a $50 gift card. LOL like that's of any use to me at this point. I told them the situation again and that I deserved that refund. After waiting on hold again for awhile while they checked with the manager, they said again they couldn't give me the refund, but offered me a $75 giftcard. LOLOLOLOL. They both refused to refund the delivery fee after putting me through all this and were "unable" to schedule the delivery on a day I would actually be available. So I just cancelled my whole order, got a refund for both the coffee table and the stupid delivery fee. No one even seemed to care throughout the entire process. Guess what Ashley? Not the cheapest furniture in the world but good quality and looks good. The in-store experience was super quick and easy, and Martha who helped me was very proficient and professional!
Better prices than steinhafels. Very questionable pricing guides. Salesmen confused on true prices. Left with a good deal but very frustrated with some of the dealings.
We searched for a new king size bedroom set for a few weeks before we found Furniture and ApplianceMart. We were very pleased with our salesman, Grayson. He was able to help us choose the right set at the best deal possible. Our furniture was ordered and before we knew it, the entire bedroom set was delivered and set up for us! It took approximately two weeks for our new furniture to arrive after placing our order with Grayson. We could have had it sooner but we chose a specific headboard that was not in stock. Either way, two weeks felt more than reasonable and their top notch customer service will certainly bring us back! The team that delivered our bedroom set was very quick, efficient and they cleaned up their mess after they set everything up. Overall, we had a great experience and are very grateful for Furniture and ApplianceMart and we highly recommend!

Great experience! Went in to buy a couch, sales person was very helpful, no pressure. I was able to pick out what I wanted, pay for it and set up delivery all in less than an hour.
I had a great experience in store and got the lowest pricing I could which was great. The soonest delivery time for all of my items was a few weeks which was kind of frustrating. I was told I would get a call 3 days ahead of time, to confirm delivery time etc. All I got was an automated call (and an email) to confirm my delivery date then it hung up. Still no timing info. The day before delivery date, I called to check an estimated time. They gave me ANY TIME between 730am and noon. Which does not help me at all. Especially when I SPECIFICALLY requested afternoon delivery the day I bought everything in store. I was also told I would get a call 30 minutes before the delivery people came. Since I would have to leave work to go home for this. I got an automated call that morning saying they would be there in 10 MINUTES. Then an actual delivery person called a few minutes later, saying they were 5 MINUTES away from my house. This is beyond unprofessional and irresponsible and I was told all of the wrong information. I told the guy I needed more notice than this and I will be there ASAP. They said they can wait a little bit or said they could go to the next delivery then come back to mine, which wouldn’t help me at all? So they waited as I speed all the way home. No one apologized at all. My setup went fine and correct but they were very annoyed to be there and part of my bed was set up crooked. This was a major inconvenience and was extremely upsetting. I called the next morning to reach my sales person, who wasn’t there of course. So I told a customer service lady what happened, she apologized and said she’ll relay the message and he’ll call me tomorrow. He never called me. There is extreme miscommunication between all parties and they expect people to drop everything they’re doing to be on their schedule. Which is completely unrealistic and rude. I like my products but am not happy with the services.
TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a desk which came completely destroyed. Top of the desk was split in two as well as lots of scratches and scuffs. Contacted them and was told to call corporate. Contacted corporate and they said it has to go through the store. Contacted the store again and was told they could do it but they can’t cancel the rest of my order (desk chair and file cabinet) until I send them picture of the damaged desk. Sent the pictures and they tell me they cant cancel the chair and cabinet and can return the desk but only if I bring it into the store. WTF? So I need to rent a truck to return it? This is just the icing on the cake after dealing with a dresser that was shipped damaged 3 times and a mattress that they “forgot” during another delivery. I was stupid for trying to order something from here again but will never make that mistake again. Save yourself the headache. Go to Steinhafels, Dons, or online. I realized later I could have ordered this exact same desk set on Amazon and would have been protected by amazons return policy.
I bought a couch from Ashley because it had removable cushions (we have a pet problem and need to be able to wash...) The couch that was delivered had a new type of filler that is not easily removable. Ashley says, “no problem, we’ll swap your new cushions for the ones from our floor model...they’re just a little over 18 months old”. We decided to return the couch, and they won’t do it without a $300+ restocking fee/delivery charge. Needless to say, we are not happy customers.
We window shopped with Martha at the West Towne location and she was a hoot. We ended up going back to the store the next day and purchased a living room set. Martha seemed to be a straight shooter and I'm hoping our furniture last a long time especially with the protection plan.

Helpful is great yes, please feel free to show me where things are, ask what i'm looking for, and explain your price cards, check in while i'm shopping. Cool. Jaime was TOO much. My legs were legit getting tired from standing there so long. I did NOT appreciate her asking what we did for a living which I did not give an answer to, WHERE we worked, WHERE we lived and even asking for a specific road!!! Seriously this is a furniture store, back off. I'm not telling some rando where I work & live. Are you trying to see if I need financing? Must have thought so, because she really went into it then. WORST SERVICE EVER. And I work in sales. First off the sales rep lied to me and said the sale was ending on Sunday. Not true. Nice enough guy though and very pleasant. Made the purchase on 5/5/2019 from the store due to misinformation. On 5/6/2019 had a change in circumstances and had to cancel the order. I was told by their in-store, customer service rep that a Manager named Josh would have to process the return and give approval. He would call me back shortly. NO ONE CALLED. I had to call back again today. I talked to another CSR, and expressed my frustration. She said she would get someone to assist. 5 min later "Joan" gets on the line and has the worst attitude. She was rude, she cut me off when I was talking, and did not address the reason why I called. Just told me "we're working on it, and it takes 3-5 days for the return to process". That's totally understandable, however it DOES NOT address the issue as to why NO ONE CALLED ME. How am I supposed to know you are processing the return when NO ONE COMMUNICATES that to me!? I've learned my lesson. I'll pay more and go to Slumberland, Steinhafels, or anywhere but Ashley Homestore. This is ridiculous and very poor customer service, and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

My mom and I worked with Chuck Reich and he lead us through the choices and buying process so smoothly it made the whole decision making process easy for me and successful in choosing the right thing! I love my new bed (mattress and frame)!! And for once didn’t have a bunch of stress in the buying process. The guys who came on the truck to deliver my stuff were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly! Thanks Chuck and the delivery staff for making this process so smooth and happy!

Our sales person was helpful to us getting our kitchen appliances package for our rental property. We used the furnishings store no finance options to help with pricing and they have massage chairs that you got to try out too!
They sell overpriced junk and with service to match. Avoid this place i have had nothing but issues with the furniture and have to jump through a million hoops for services

My experience has been great! Phenomenal service in the store (Thanks to Jesse Hughes!). Delivery was smooth and professional. One item was damaged in transport, so they ordered a replacement and will be delivering soon. All in all I'm one happy customer.

Disappointed with the customer service I&'ve experienced. Twice they&'ve committed to a delivery date and ended up needing to reschedule on short notice (one delivery they rescheduled twice). It can take a lot to reorganize work/life schedules to be available - and they showed little appreciation for the inconvenience that resulted from their failure to meet their commitments. It&'s disheartening since i did my part - I paid on time, I was flexible with my schedule. But when I asked if they could more flexible with delivery procedures, they refused. When I offered suggestions to mitigate similar issues, they were reluctant to change.Their lack of empathy is disappointing. It&'s happened to me twice.
Prices are reasonable, we came in to look at a couch and found one. We will be back go buy simply because of the customer service.

The assistance I received from Abu Mohamed during the selection process made it very easy for me - he was knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions. Staff was friendly and helpful (shout out to Rebecca!!), and gave us all the info we needed to pick out appliances while being upfront and truthful about brands, features, and lead times. We never felt pressured, and never felt like they lost patience even when we had to go home to take measurements.
Austin Volkert is the salesperson that we always deal with for appliances. We purchased a new Samsung washer today. He always gives great recommendations and we have never been disappointed by any appliance we have purchased with Austin's assistance. He really knows his appliances, and he really cares about his customers.
Not a pleasant experience. We walked in and our sales person was nice and very helpful. After some comparison shopping we came back to support a local store. They sold us a four piece kitchen set and an extended warranty. This is where the service stopped. Three of the four appliances were delivered after we found out one of the items was discontinued. Instead of fixing the issue and replacing with a comparable model, they charged us extra and told us it may take a few months. Meanwhile I confirmed with another local store I could get the same item within a few days. I also asked for a refund of the warranty because the trust is gone and was told that it wasn’t possible. Will not shop here again.
02-17-2021 Starting to have some serious in store warranty issues with a Kitchenaid dual fuel stove , interior enamel is starting to flake off and lands in food as it is baking. ... Purchased... the 5 year extended plan from the store... they are starting to backtrack on their responsibility to fix.... more to follow...

Latest Review: Always feel welcome and taken care of here. I've gotten several pieces of furniture and three major appliances. The staff is helpful, friendly and willing to work hard to get your stuff to you as soon as possible. I was going to order my sofa online but the lead time was 8-14 weeks. They got the exact one I wanted within 4 days. Delivery was professional, fast and efficient. I appreciated the staff and delivery crew wearing masks to keep us safe during these trying times. Previous Review: I really enjoyed being able to wander and browse without being immediately pounced upon by aggressive sales staff like other furniture stores in the area. The staff was available but unobtrusive and very friendly. There was quite a selection to choose from, and I found what I wanted at the budget I expected. Great experience.
