Derek and Marcus delivered all new appliances to our remodeled house in a very professional manner. They were very careful not to damage either the appliances or the new flooring that was installed recently. They made sure we had instructions on how to start using each appliance and made sure they cleaned up any debris from the installation. Excellent job and thank you for a job well done!

After a two week wait for a frig.ice maker doesn't work and not that cold now told wait 3 weeks for a repairman.I would think they can do better than that.

My husband ended up getting scheduled for rotator cuff surgery in September last minute. We needed a recliner within a few days. I called Mark Sjoman at Furniture & Appliance Mart and explained our situation. We talked through what we needed and within the day, he sent me photos of 3 to choose from and we bought one the same day He knew exactly what we were looking for and our price range as well as how soon we needed it. He listened. Listening is key!!!! Within 3 days we had our recline, it was delivered the day before surgery!!! Mark really came through for us. His.care for his customers needs, wants and limitations are outstanding!

Placing a review for my Grandma. Ashley you get a 1 star for: - Poor customer relationship; she called the sales rep that she bought from and never got a call back. - 4 months after her purchase, her "special order" couch wasn't even what she ordered and it wasn't even the same color as the recliner. Anybody who cared even a little would've seen that (Hey sign me up for a $3k+ mismatch furniture set - said no one) - Because it was "special order", now she has no idea when she will actually receive what she paid for; the lady whom she talked with also has no idea, not even a guestimate. - When you drop the ball this bad and you don't do anything sufficient to make up for it (free shipping doesn't cut it), just goes to show how much you care for your customers. You need to be about your customer and not the sale. - Hopefully this couch shows up sooner rather than later, if it shows up at all at this point. She will definitely not be a returning customer.

My refrigerator died on Friday night while hosting a family gathering. Went to Furniture &Appliance mart on Saturday morning and Jason was super helpful. Was able to purchase a great model and he arranged for delivery on Sunday morning. Wow. Just excellent. The sales process could not have been better. However, the unit had some dents and scratches which the delivery guys pointed out and also said a service ticket had already been created for the fix. Again excellent service. My current concern is the service department is overwhelmed and I have not been able to confirm my situation as they do not return calls. As it happens I also purchased range from same manufacturer as it was on sale and existing range was on schedule for service visit. I tried several times to call to cancel service and get a refund of service deposit. On the day of service the tech did call in advance and I told him the issues. He was very pleasant and said he would take care of it - which he did. Great service! I hope the rest works out.

We went to buy a bedside table. The price on their website was $199. Asked the sales gal to verify the price. She quoted us $228 which included a 5% discount. Needless to say we walked out of the store. Called a different furniture store and got them (needed 2) for $164 each. Go to look, but do yourself a favor and shop around.

I was given special time and attention with my sales associate, Shannon at Marshfield, WI Furniture and ApplianceMart/Ashley Furniture. I needed a frame for my full size bed at least, but was more interested in what they had for twin size beds—the frame and the mattress. I mentioned my needing something that would address my arthritis pain as well as other spine, neck, back pain. She had me try the Purple mattress. Just trying it was amazing—just perfect for what I needed. Shannon was knowledgeable and patient as I thought over my financial situation and if I wanted to go ahead with it. I took advantage of the store’s $0.00 down, $0.00 interest special financing and that was done smoothly and quickly. I was also eligible for the “white glove” delivery option for free. There have been a couple of delays on delivery of my bed and accessories, but it has been that there is a delay on the manufacturers end. I highly recommend my Marshfield Furniture and ApplianceMart as well as my sales associate, Shannon!

Ashley tends to be over priced , and right now limited or out of stock on many things. Worth going in, just need to make sure you pay attention to pricing and inventory so you dont end up dealing with a mess later.

Horrible customer service thirsty to sell a warranty, dryer from here broke down 3 times in 2 years the couch broke which they reimbursed for however a serious inconvenience all a round can find better at a cheaper price through local mom and pop shops

I walked into this store and was immediately greeted by a masked man that I just knew had a smile under that mask and was happy to help me out. I just moved to town and needed a couch. Even though he couldn't help me with an approval to finance my dream couch he recommended a credit union in town that could help. That day I contacted the credit union and long story short I was able to buy my dream couch from Andy at Ashley furniture. He was patient and kind and greeted me each time I walked into this store. My first personal experience with people in this town was amazing. Andy at Ashley furniture and Amy at Simplicity Credit Union went above and beyond to help a new neighbor in town.

The salesmen are so helpful! I bought a floor model table without knowing that the chairs were upholstered in white, not smart on my part at all. Andy helped find something that matched almost perfect!

Very happy with my experience. I called Furniture and Appliance Mart after searching for a refrigerator online for 2 hours. All the refrigerators at other locations were estimated to arrive anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months from now. Of course that is not an option for a home with only one refrigerator. When I called I gave specifics on what I was looking for and asked what was in stock. I was happy to be helped immediately and even given a timeline for receiving a new fridge. I asked the sales clerk to send me pictures and info. I received The information within 5 minutes and purchased the fridge within the hour. I’m also very happy to be given an inexpensive delivery fee and old refrigerator recycling fee option. Overall the service was speedy and gave me a peace of mind. I will definitely buy my next appliance purchase from Furniture and Appliance Mart.

I was greeted right away as I walked in. I was looking for a DURABLE dual reclining leather sofa that was gonna last. The salesman was great and directed me to the most beautiful Flexsteel power reclining sofa which I feel in love with instantly, and it was on sale! He helped me apply for credit and I was able to get interest free financing plus the sale price. I will definitely be coming back again!

Mark was awesome yesterday! However a couple months ago we were told our sofa was under warranty and they would replace the cushions for free. They replaced the cushions and then we received a bill for labor and mileage. I was ticked because I thought I should have been told about these fees when they said they would fix it for free. I may have preferred to put that money towards a new piece of furniture? So if they say it under warranty be sure to ask about fees that might not be FREE.

Good store but delivery is terrible! The delivery crew didnt even try to find the house even tho gps takes you to the front door. And they didnt even look for a person standing on the front porch waving for them. Never again.

We were looking for an oven, Mark helped us. We visited several.differrnt places and came back to Ashley. Mark knew his stuff. Answered all our questions. And was able set up delivery for us to get our stove a bit earlier. He went beyond with his help. I recommend them.

Awesome furniture and great sales staff

This is going to be long but it has been so long since I've been pampered like this. I have back and hip pain, partly from genetics partly from not getting chiropractic care even after a doctor referral post natal. This past month it has been so bad... affecting my neck terribly and also my legs and feet (probably due to slight weight gain). I'm too logical to spend money on a chiropractor just to get any progress undone in a night by my 2 year old cheap [ch-EE-puh!] spring nightmare at home. So it's been weeks and I finally come accross Ashley Homestore online that advertised a sale on PLUSH memory foam mattress. And mind you this is after hundreds of online reviews on other retailers and brands, especially off Amazon, with terrible reviews about bed bugs, smells, mold, incomplete inflation, etc. The list is never ending so I was generally pretty scared buying any memory foam product, especially for the first time, but the pain is pretty bad so I don't have a choice. Anyway the website said they were sold out so I called the warehouse and I got transferred to sales and talked to Pat (the guy) and he was so helpful and nice, he even gave me his personal cell number and quoted me right away. It was so easy and he was so nice I hoped it wasn't a scam. I ordered the queen and twin Chime 12" plush memory foam mattress, the waterproof protectors for both and the warranty. With tax and everything the total end balance came out to $930. Which is a great deal in my opinion considering all the options I looked into. A couple days later I called the warehouse/distribution center in Stevens point to let them know I was picking up, we're in the process of moving so I don't want it delivered. EVERYONE WAS SO NICE! Even tho I pulled up in a loud cankety beater they treated me like a terminally ill person and my make a wish was these beds. Like so nice and helpful I can't get over the fact every single person I dealt with was just awesome. Brought the bed home (since they were "sold out" I'm waiting on the queen to be shipped up from somewhere else and have to wait on that one yet) and opened it up easily. No weird smell, the actual bed has a removable cover which I inspected and no signs of bed bugs. The wrapping and plastic was so tight I can't imagine bed bugs or mold would even be able to get in the bed or survive 24 hours if it had been contaminated. It inflated to all 12" in less than 5 minutes. Saying it is the most comfortable thing I've laid on in my life is an understatement. I just laid there not even sleeping for an hour. It was the first time my back and body conplecomp relaxed in years and the first since before I had my now 7 month old that I laid on anything pain free. Pain free! Ohmygawd nevershoppinganywhereelse. Pat, thank you, I hope corperate sees this and gives you a raise. Desk and warehouse people, you are great and helped make me feel special. Best furniture buying experience of my life .

Absolutely terrible with shipping dates been told three separate dates now on a couch we should of got dec 23. They always blame it on the warehouse and don’t take responsibility for the lack of disconnect on there end with numbers. Plus not offering any thing to make up for the reason of having such bad dates or making the customer wait past the delivery date. Plus have called the store and had them pick up the phone and hang it up right away with out answering my question of when the next date that they have is. This is by far the worse store. I’ve had friends order stuff shipped to Italy faster then it takes to get it in the marshfield store.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever had!! I bought my couch set there less than a year ago and it started falling apart immedietly. I've been trying to contact them for 4 months, and no one has helped me!! I leave messages, no one calls back, I send emails with pictures of the damage, no one gets back to me, I go to the store, and they tell me they will have someone call within a week. No one calls. I have already informed many family and friends about the aweful cheaply made products they sell and their horrible customer services, and none of them will be giving this place business. Not to mention I keep getting late feels on the credit card because I don't get the bill until 2 weeks after it was alreadt supposedly due. I've contacted so many people about this, and nothing has been done. This place is just aweful!! Now I have to repair my furniture myself and sell it so I can pay off their card and never have buisness with them again. I will be posting reviews like this on every site possible, because no.one should have to deal with this aweful service!

Rick was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. He used personal experiences to explain things which made it much easier in deciding which bed I wanted to get as I had no clue really which bed to buy. The delivery crew was great, very polite and right on time. They were very efficient getting this new big bed up narrow stairs. One of the crew came in and looked at the stairs and said that is a very narrow stairway but we will figure it out and that they did in a short time period! Thanks to all of them for a great experience as I will be needing new furniture in the future.

Not happy being on hold for 10 minutes and then being dumped to voice mail. You need to make your customers a bit more of a priority.

Initially, I was very happy with the service we received while purchasing our new washer and dryer. Less than thrilled with the service received when I needed to use the extended warranty we purchased. Unreal. They never came back to replace the parts they said I needed and were ordering, for a dryer that was merely a year old.

My wife and I recently purchased a great massage chair (life changing!), a sofa, bedroom set, and a mattress at the Marshfield store. Everyone at the store was helpful, including our excellent sales professional, Tom Uthmeier. From helping us select the right products, to making sure our chair was set up properly, to delivery as promised, the team excelled in every way.
