After Jason asked a few questions about price point & what type of refrigerator we would like, we narrowed down our search quite quickly. He was so helpful with other questions. We are also impressed that there is service after the sale. We needed a new fridge asap & he helped us out.

Placing a review for my Grandma. Ashley you get a 1 star for: - Poor customer relationship; she called the sales rep that she bought from and never got a call back. - 4 months after her purchase, her "special order" couch wasn't even what she ordered and it wasn't even the same color as the recliner. Anybody who cared even a little would've seen that (Hey sign me up for a $3k+ mismatch furniture set - said no one) - Because it was "special order", now she has no idea when she will actually receive what she paid for; the lady whom she talked with also has no idea, not even a guestimate. - When you drop the ball this bad and you don't do anything sufficient to make up for it (free shipping doesn't cut it), just goes to show how much you care for your customers. You need to be about your customer and not the sale. - Hopefully this couch shows up sooner rather than later, if it shows up at all at this point. She will definitely not be a returning customer.
