Found the chairs we wanted but it took over 3 months for them to be delivered. By the time we got them we didn’t care about them anymore. Next set of chairs will be coming from some place else. It’s faster to buy a couch of Amazon and half the price than it cost for the two chairs we got from Ashley and you’ll get it months faster.
My husband and I were looking for a sectional for our Family Room. We searched the floor with the help of an Ashley Associate named Chris Fritz. He was great to work with. He gave us some sectional building blocks to work with and showed us what options we could make in our home that had reclining possibilities. He was friendly, informative and assisted us with a warranty plan. We are grateful for his help. Our sectional arrived on time within one week of the purchase date. We love Ashley Furniture and would recommend working with Chris for your future needs.
So far, everything has gone well. I chose Ashley, because of their better business policies. If a problem would present, I wouldn't be on my own trying to resolve it.

We chose Ashley Furniture because it is locally made. The sales person we had was very helpful answering all of our questions. She showed us many models within our parameter. The chairs arrived on the second day and now we can put them together which was our choice and see how it all goes. So far we are happy.

Jared was great to work with. We weren't there to buy a house full of furniture, just a mattress for a second bedroom. He took the time to show us their inventory and pointed out a few deals that were perfect for our needs.

I initially found that prices were extraordinarily high for the quality. However I was able to find a suitable chair. Sales staff were friend and helpful. The delivery process was horrible. The wrong chair was delivered and the process of getting the correct chair was and remains difficult and convoluted. Call center representatives must be taking terrible notes as one does not know what the other inputs. Getting a replacement chair still has not happened. The process is not easy and there were no proactive steps by staff to make the process easier. I will never buy another Ashley product again, and if it weren’t a medically necessary chair, I would drop it off at their store myself. Finally- service at the store was good, but everything afterwards was unacceptable. I do not recommend Ashley for after service of empathetic assistance. The wrong chair was delivered and the number of missteps that must have been ignored is truly unacceptable. Three days later and there still no plan for return or any customer service assurances.

I had a good experience with the woman who assisted us. The only thing I would say about the experience is how you handle tax exempt is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. The manager said it could take a day or 2 to get our card refunded of the taxes and I have not heard from them and it has been 2 days. It’s a weird way of processing tax exempt status. We showed proof and filled the paper out and that should be enough especially since we are a very well known not for profit organization.

Sales people are garbage and do not disclose important information. I sent email as suggested--had a few messages back however, took them 3-4 days for them to respond to each new message, Sent photos and always responded to them the same day. My last emails remains unanswered. No resolution.

In December, I bought 3 pieces of furniture at Ashley Onalaska and was very satisfied with expedited and courteous experience. I returned today for 2 additional pieces and AGAIN was pleased at the speed, selection (found EXACTLY what was needed to fit a specific spot) … it is quality furniture and also the people there really know what they are doing !! Delivery is in a few days, I’m happy.

The salesman Chris was exceptional. He met my mother that uses a walker at the front door with a wheelchair for easy navigation of the store. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time and did not pressure us into a sale. I am very happy with my shopping experience.
Tara in the Onalaska store worked with me to order a sofa over the phone. She was very helpful and pleasant.
Our in store experience was pretty okay with Dana, until we left the store to drive away over 10 miles to be asked to come back to the store because the paperwork was incorrect for delivery of our rug. We purchased a couch to be picked up in Arcadia & rug to be shipped to our home. So we turned around and went back to the store to redo the paperwork and hear about how it was a glitch. Got everything done and left. The rug was out of stock so I expected it to take a few weeks to arrive. We placed our order in February. April 5th I get a personal text message from Dana saying that for some reason our rug was delivered to their store & asked if we were coming to Lacrosse anytime soon. We live 1 1/2 hours away, and do not go to lacrosse often. The frustrating part is we had turned around the day we ordered this rug because she did the paperwork wrong initially… supposedly it was corrected when we left the second time that day. I reply and say no we are not headed that way anytime soon. I get no response. I sent a follow up text on April 13th and get this response… “ I am trying to figure out a way to get it to you. Unfortunately, it will not fit in my small car. I am also coaching softball and was hoping we had a game near you but it looks like all our games are still 1 1/2hr away. I am still trying to figure it out, I haven’t forgotten about you” Today is May 3rd with no communication in between April 13 and now. We drive to the store and get the rug, she couldn’t get rid of us fast enough with Hardly a sorry for your inconvenience.Ive purchased many items from Ashley over the years and this experience was the worst. No accountability, sincere apology for the mess up! I do not recommend.
Customer Service at the store was fantastic. We decided to upgrade to the premium delivery. There was 0 Customer Service with the delivery team. Bsrely spoke more than 10 words. Acted like I was a pain when I asked them to center the couch in the window. Store 5 stars. Premium delivery was 0 stars.

The store and the sale were all good. The delivery is awful. Not because of how it went but now I have piles and piles and piles of garbage and cardboard from them being packed. This is insane and now I have to get rid of it. They should take it with them and put in the many dumpsters that Ashley furniture has. The sale all went good though but I’ll never get anything from here again for how much of a hassle this is.
We came to the store after we found the furniture online. Kera was very helpful directing us to the set we were looking at. She showed us other color options and other stools. And when we decided on the final one, she was efficient in filling out all the paperwork and expedited their delivery. She did a great job and was friendly and helpful.

Tom was very helpful. All of our questions were answered, he did some more research and discovered that the office chair was a discontinued item. So in the end ,we saved 30 percent. The next time we need furniture we will go back to Ashley Store because of the good service that we received.
We absolutely love our couch. With that being said the process to get is was frustrating and long. After being told it would take 2 weeks for our couch to arrive, they then changed it to a month. In the grand scheme of things that’s not long so we were fine with it. When it came to actually picking up the couch (we didn’t want to pay for delivery), I had to call 4 different times to confirm that our couch was indeed ready for pickup (after they had changed the dates on us twice) Overall, I think they could just use a better ordering and update system.

Was happy with the in-store service. However, the process to get my couch and chair after ordering and paying for my products has been nothing but a headache. At purchase, I was told it would be a few weeks for delivery. The couch took one month instead. When I got it, the recliner portion did not work. I called and reported a claim for a technician to come out and repair it. They said the technician would call and never did. I repeated this process two more times over the span of a week and the technician never called or came to fix it. I ended up fixing it myself. I also ordered the matching chair. It was supposed to come in one month. They called and said it would be two months instead and I still have not received it. Based on the customer service, I would not recommend Ashley anymore.

Pretty much the worst experience you could have. Ordered furniture - waited months for it - the store confirmed the delivery date with us multiple times - then 4pm the day before, AFTER we had donated our old couch, they cancelled with us and let us know our items are still on back order, so now we have no furniture in our living room and they offered us no solutions nor help. Horrible customer service.

The couch I purchased started wearing out fast within a few months. The cushions sink in really bad. Customer service was supposed to send a replacement cushion but never did. We left messages and they never got back to us. I will never buy from Ashley furniture ever again.

I can into the store having an idea of what I wanted. The sales associate brought me directly to my three options and was pleasant, no pushy and speedy. I chose the chaise I wanted, he brought me up to the register, checked me out and scheduled my delivery for next week.

I was told in La Crosse Homestore that delivery would be $100. We opted to pick up our entry way table to avoid extra fee. We were told twice the furniture piece would be assembled before we paid. I was very specific about that, but when we pulled up in Arcadia Ashley pick up they said NO without the fee. EDIT: Don't be fooled by their customer service, they comment on bad reviews and tell you to email someone, and then never respond to the email. Their customer service is an absolute disgrace. ------------ TL:DR - Sarah is the only competent person at this store, if you can't get her, come back another day or go elsewhere. Don't waste your time/money with anyone else. ------------- I ordered a bed and mattress on 10/5. Delivery was supposed to occur on 10/25. I then got a call on 3 separate occasions telling me that the delivery was delayed from the warehouse and pushing the date further back. Eventually, I got confirmation for 11/8 delivery. Delivery on 11/8 occurs, and I am given a twin mattress instead of a queen. The drivers confirmed that the numbers on both matched up, but that the warehouse themselves mixed up what was in the box. So again, my delivery was delayed more. I had a frame, but no mattress to go with. I called customer service (generic, not for this physical store but for the branch) and was told it would be 48-72 hours for them to review what happened and get back to me. And every time I expressed my frustration, I got a run-of-the-mill "I understand your frustration." Never offered to transfer me to the store directly, never offered to speak to a manager, never offered compensation, heck never even said that they would look into their failures and this wouldn't happen again. I then asked to be transferred to the store's manager, Matt. Matt said he would look into it and get back to me. 2 hours later and I had heard nothing, so I called him again and was informed that they were trying to see which mattress that is currently in the warehouse they can use to delegate to me (which, if I'm understanding correctly, meant removing it from someone else's order and delaying that person so that they could appease me). He then said he would let me know within 48 hours what the plan was. A few hours later I had still heard nothing, so I decided to message my salesperson, Sarah, directly. Sarah responded back very quickly that she was out of office when this was occurring, but would be back in a few days and would look into it. The day she was back in the office she messaged me within an hour of her day starting to let me know that a mattress would be delivered to me the next day. At this time I still hadn't heard a word from the manager, Matt. I was also informed that there would not be compensation or refunds done at the store. So basically, writing this review to try and give information to others. Seriously - don't give Ashley your money.
They were a week late in their promise to deliver and never offered a reason or an apology.
Great service, nice staff, and we love their furniture. Chris was extremely helpful and was not pushy at all. He would point us in the right direction and check up on us periodically. We got a good deal on a full King size bedroom set plus a super nice mattress. We ended up paying a lot (thanks to inflation), but it was exactly what we wanted. We like the furniture build quality, and their protection plan comes in handy. They also provide a military discount, anything helps now a days. We are repeat customers and will definitely be going back in the future.
My salesperson Chris was very patient with me. He spent a lot of time for someone whose purchase was not going to be over $500. And he even helped me use your wheelchair to get to the back of the store.

My shopping at the store was good. Sales associate worked hard and did his job. I was able to learn more about the products and gain perspective. I was able to negotiate getting a package deal parallel to another online place that was better than what was currently offered by Ashley. I liked the furniture I picked out and the price it was at. The process to receive my order was/is chaos, awful, and I am still waiting for compensation. I made my purchase over Labor Day. On 9/16 I was called and told they could not deliver on 9/21 as planned and rescheduled to 10/22. On 10/16 I was told they could not deliver on 10/22 and rescheduled to 10/24. On 10/20 I received an email stating that my delivery would occur but needed to confirm my delivery. I opened that email and the link said it was only valid until midnight of 10/20, so I had less than 24 hours to reply to an email sent on a Sunday with no phone call. Then I received a call saying they cannot deliver on 10/24 and would need to reschedule for 11/23. I called customer service and the person was no help and just regurgitated over and over that the order was moved to 11/23. I asked for some kind of rationale, confirmation or guarantee that we would receive our order on that day and stated, as a customer, I have no reason to believe Ashley's word anymore since three times they have cancelled. After sitting on hold for an extended period while the person said they would look into that, she returned to the phone to state exactly what she said a dozen times before: it was rescheduled to 11/23. I had to hang up to avoid blowing up on a person over the phone. I made this purchase over Labor Day and was to receive it just a couple weeks later. It is 11/4 and I have no products I ordered. In theory, though it is hard to believe, I should receive most of the order on 11/7. By the people at the store, I felt like a valued customer. By the extended company, I felt like a piece of trash. They had cashed my check and got what they wanted. Their incentive to work hard to please the customer (me) was over. I would never order furniture from Ashley again that was not currently in inventory (It should be stated that most of the order was in inventory at the time of purchase, but I opted to get it all in one order to make it easier for Ashley). This would only change if I were properly compensated for this poor service. This has been an awful experience.
Loved the furniture at the store .. then took home seen where there was damage. Since was on the floor the said there wasn't any warranty!! Ps customer service in store was amazing
What couch shipped on time, the other coach was shipped a week late.
Had a date scheduled for delivery of living room furniture, Ashley rescheduled delivery a month out without checking on rescheduled date. The day after a national holiday is ridiculous without checking with the client. People travel and thinking it’s ok to disrupt that is unforgivable. The operator was rude and no help at all when calling the return number. Doubt we will choose Ashley Furniture in the future. There are other stores to choose from. Hoping there are no further issues with this delivery.

I gave them three stars because the furniture is usually good but if someone helps you at the store that isn’t getting commission. They will walk away from you in the middle of a sentence. They will walk away from you the minute somebody else walks in the door, they will walk away from you when the phone rings and I knew what I wanted and I was ready to pay for it and he just kept attending to other people so I left.

Worst costumer service stopped in looking for a living room set . Yes we was greated by a lady asked what we was looking for I told her she pointed in the direction to go and went and sat back down . I went to her multiple times for help and she basically ignored me . She had know interest in making a sale .Before leaving I asked about there delivery service just to have them drop off at our front door would of been $300 for them to bring it in and set up would of been between $500 - $800 . Definitely wont be getting my business

kathy was great and she was stellar at showing me all different kinds of stuff evening after deciding on one. The associates that are working were helpful and explanatory. While I did decide on a sofa, the backwards rules of 0 returns, or the deliver drivers not waiting before you can make sure you can get furniture in your house is a complete business greedy oversight and should be adressed. There is no reason why if something doesn't work, I shouldn't be able to return it with a few days. The experience of all associates were great, nothing to complain there. Just greedy corporate rules.

I walked in looking for a new bed, and walked out with a bed, frame, couch, recliner, lamp, coffee table, and night stand. I have never had a better shopping experience in my 40 years of furniture expertise. Ethan was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would recommend asking for him if you are ever looking for some new furniture.
This was my 2nd stop at Ashley Furniture. Kathy was amazingly friendly and helpful. I had stopped in a couple months ago and due to the nonexistent customer service had planned to make my furniture purchase elsewhere. (The other place had excellent customer service) Due to Kathy's super helpfulness, I made my purchase at Ashley Furniture. Give that woman a raise! 😆 But seriously, she made the sale with her personality. No pressure, just very helpful. Thank you!

Was a bit taken back by a staff member playing games on their phone. She was the greeter at the front of the store and made no effort to pretend she wasn’t doing that. Staff that checked me out with the furniture I bought had a very dirty shirt, smelled of cigarettes and just was not what I would have expected. Their tablets were not working well, made me walk to the very back of the store to use my credit card. Very disappointed with the customer service. Each time I drive by, only one or two cars in the parking lot. Not surprised I guess.

5 stars just isn’t enough for our experience with Kathy this morning. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with finding a new bed until we upgrade. This is the first time that we have went to a store and felt like we weren’t pushed/swayed to something that we didn't want. We will definitely be going back to the store and to her for any needs we need from the store!

Dana was a great sales lady. She was helpful when we had questions, but didn't follow us around and badger us like other furniture stores. Felt like we left with what we were looking for at a great price.

We went looking for a couch with very specific requests. Dana helped us from start to finish but without hovering or pressuring. Gave us options and suggestions then time alone to discuss. She found exactly what we were looking for thanks to her knowledge of what Ashley has to offer online and in the store. She was able to order a couch but show us the fabric and feel in store. Bonus points that it was also available for delivery when we needed it and not back ordered. If you are shopping for furniture, Dana is the one to help.
Ask for Kathy VanVleet you won’t be disappointed. I can’t comment on furniture yet because it hasnt been delivered but in store experience was top notch.

Went to this store because had poor service in prairie du chein ashley store with sales people I walked out. We drove 1hr 30 min to get there to this ashely store. When we got there Kathy a sale person was awsome she showed us everything we asked for. And helped us through the whole process. I will go there from now on its a drive but worth it.

Salesperson was friendly, cannot buy item there you have to get it from Arcadia so either drive there is you own a vehicle big enough to carry item or pay to have it delivered in 3.5 weeks $40. The $40 is only if your okay with them just dropping it off outside, it would be more if you want them to bring it in and set it up!

Kathy provided top tier service when no one else was willing. I walked into the store and was met with a few blank stares from the gentleman sitting in front of the store. I then looked around on my own since no one approached me. I saw Kathy assisting another customer near the back of the store and knew she was the one I wanted to work with. She wrapped up with her customer and approached me instantly. Kathy's positive energy and knowledge on the product she sells led to the most laid back transaction I've ever been a part of.

Oh my. We had such a fun and purposeful trip to the Onalaska Ashley store. Funny enough we were there the day before and came back to buy more stuff. Seriously though, we returned last Sunday with my elderly mother who needed a new couch to replace the 30 year decapitated sofa. Well again the best part about our time was due this sweet sales gal named Kathy. My mother has some dementia things starting so she has trouble with decisions anyway. But Kathy just took her by the arm and talked with her like an old friend as they walked away. Let's just say mom was able to make a big decision independently with Kathy's help. Building a new home and started furniture shopping. Store gave us plenty of options to look at with very reasonable pricing. Kathy was very knowledgeable and pointed us to a couch that fit just what we were looking for. When we purchased furniture a few years ago he was the sales person, now a manager (good choice) and all I wanted was to get one more book shelf that matched the ones I purchased a few years back. I am writing this review to spread the word about the impeccable, customer, service, and professionalism! More specifically, the quality care that I received from a gentleman named Emery. I am new to the area, and I had no idea where to go to furnish a new residence. I walked into Ashley furniture, roughly 6 weeks ago, where I met the salesman, Emery. He was quite knowledgeable and very helpful! I then left, and returned about two months later looking to furnish our new house. We were remembered and emery took his time, showed us around and made everything happen in literally 2 hours- as long as it took me to find and rent a truck. We could not be happier and we will be back! Thanks

Unfortunately after positives experiences in the past with Ashley Furniture, this location has been quite sly in their sales approach. Selling items to my vulnerable grandmother, without disclosing terms, and now she is stuck with items that do not fit her space. They made it extremely difficult to locate her order information, offered rude tone acting as though her situation was an inconvenience, and made no attempt to help her due to this obvious misunderstanding. Do not purchase here if there is any inkling the furniture is not exactly perfect your space or be prepared for the 3 day window she was not aware of.
Ashley furniture in Onalaska is by far the best furniture store in the LaCrosse/Onalaska area. The customer service was 100% better than any store in the area the pricing was great. We went to 3 other well know furniture stores in the area and NOT can compare to Ashley. I would recommend this store 100 times over to anyone looking to buy furniture. In a competitive industry, if you want a store who cares about you, takes the time to answer all your questions and provides the experience, I would go here. I will never go to another furniture store again. Ashley just won a forever customer!

My wife and I were shopping for a mattress, we went to 2 stores and we have tried out 16 beds. Both stores were good, but Chris at Ashley Home Store was a great. He help direct us to make our decision with ease. It does really come down to what you like, no matter the cost. I planned on buying a more expensive bed until I tried out a Ashley Hybird 12inch Gruve, I fell in love with the mattress. Yes, I would buy from Ashley again.
Emery was very attentive and helped point me in the direction of what mattresses came in the size I needed (twin) and explained delivery and set up options clearly.
Buying process was fine, no complaint there, however the delivery was horrible. Had a 3 piece living room set delivered and paid for the "white glove service". All the furniture was unwrapped outside and set on the driveway to include the plastic, which we were told would not happen. Couch was then ripped and nothing was said until we caught it. Delivery drivers called Ashley to discuss options, a new couch ended up taking almost another month to be delivered. Once again couch was unwrapped outside and upon bringing it into the house was rubbed in something outside and stained the top of the couch. No one from Ashley answered when we called and are now waiting to call Monday when someone hopefully answers. Will never pay for their delivery and would not recommend the "white glove" delivery to anyone. Gave this place one more chance and yet again they deliver a tv stand with a giant crack in the bottom and they won't do anything about it. Was told to delivery people and they just told us to note everything. Ashley won't do anything. Multiple defects. Stay away from this place!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley - Onalaska. We were shopping for a sectional for our basement and Kathy helped us find the perfect one for our needs. We decided to wait a couple of weeks to make the purchase due to travel plans we had for the following week. We came back in and told the staff we were working with Kathy and wanted to purchase the Greaves sectional. They were able to make it such a breeze and set up delivery for us very quickly. All around great experience.

Purchased several pieces of furniture for living room, wasn’t quite a year and our couch is sinking! Table was damaged when delivered which took a year to get a replacement! Customer service hangs up on me 95% of the time! They ordered new cushions for couch and tore open the bottom of it to replace it! Still sinks and even worse now! Tried emailing and calling, again hung up on!! Emailing is being ignored as well!! It’s all so sad since I really liked the store and service initially!!

Frustrated. The customer service after the sale is bottom of the barrel. They delayed my order by a month and then delivered the wrong item. I call them only to sit on hold for a very long time and then get an excuse that we have to wait on the warehouse. It's been days without a reply. Now I have to answer every number that calls my phone just in case it's them. I work for a very large company that's spread throughout the country and we always call from the same number so people can screen their calls. Get it together Ashley. This has been miserable. #AshleyNeverAgain

Went into the store regarding a recent delivery of bedroom furniture where the box springs were left off of the order. I spoke with the store manager, Martin, and was well taken care of and accommodated for this oversight on the employee's behalf. Martin's approach and customer service far exceeded my expectations which will keep me coming back as a return customer. In today's world, this kind of customer service is unmatched. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for home goods and decor.

This place is horrible. The manager is horrible. Ordered a $6,000 bedroom set only to get it delivered without the rails, footboard, and rail system that holds the mattress. They never ordered it and I waited weeks for it to get delivered. When I went to the store the manager said I could take the items missing from the floor model and pick it up that day. I come back to pick the items up and I was told they will have it ready in 48 hours. Just a horrible place, wanted to smash everything they had.
Though we have to wait close to a month before we can get our new sofa, such excellent sales staff and products! Will go back when we need something else!

Ashley did not meet their posted delivery times (2x as long), did not contact us related to the issues, and did not attempt to make the issue right when we called them wondering where our mattress was. We understand the supply chain issues industries are facing, but lack of concern for the customer is 100% in their control. NOT HAPPY.

Chris helped us and was so patient! He kept in touch for 2 months while we waited for our closing date! He always asked if it was okay to speak with us and never pressured us. First time buying new from Ashley hasn't gone well. Originally the sales rep told me that delivery would be on March 5th. Here I am on March 5th with no confirmation emails or phone calls, so I call the store and the gal who answers tells me the set isn't scheduled to be delivered to the STORE until March 30th, and then I would be able to schedule delivery to me... I moved up from Kansas on February 21st and decided to get rid of my old furniture based on the March 5th timeline.....Two weeks without wasn't an issue as I was still moving my stuff up, but 1.5 months without furniture is just FANTASTIC.....my future sectional is comfy though. Update- My wife was told that the sales reps arent supposed to tell customers delivery dates. Frankly I don't care how it's supposed to work, clearly that wasn't what went through his head when he was pushing for a sale. As of today 21March, the "guaranteed" delivery date is 28April and allegedly delivery fees will be waived. 2.5 months without furniture is....wonderful. Update 2- I received an email at 1am 22March stating that there was an issue with the delivery date. According to the online scheduling, the earliest my furniture can be delivered is 5May. Waiting for the store to open, so I can speak with someone... The Regional Operations Manager call me at 10am 22March and confirmed that as of this moment, my delivery date will should be 28April, unless there are any unforseen circumstances. She also confirmed that the delivery fee would be taken out of my financed amount. This is the first call that has been for the most part initiated by Ashley. The only other call that has been received was by my wife, regarding the first update to this review.

Ordered 2 items a chair and hallway bench. One was promised to ship feb 20 the other scheduled for feb 14. I called the store when the first item failed to show up and I got the runaround on the phone. I went to the store 4 days later and was told that one was now delayed until March and the other May. Covid was the excuse and I asked why have I paid for a item 4 months before delivery and why did they not tell me this when I ordered. No explanation given by sales manager. I recommend Do Not Buy from Ashley unless you want disappointment
Just wanted to give a shout out to Chris at Ashley Furniture in Onalaska, WI. It was quite evident that he knew your product and he knew it well. We walked in and he greeted us and gave us a good overview of where we needed to look. After checking on us, we told him exactly what we were looking for. He pointed us to the Ashlor sectional. We were able to "custom" build a sectional that will fit into the space we are looking for. His assistance was above and beyond. .Thanks again Chris, we will certainly be back in the future to purchase complementary pieces for our living space. Lastly thanks to Ben and Martin for making my daughters day.
We bought 2 additional dining table chairs, and they can't even assemble them. For the price we paid, they should at least assemble the furniture. Otherwise, they are no different than Walmart. As far as prices....Slumberland and Hom are less expensive.

I highly suggest that you make sure what you receive is what you paid for and ordered! products In our case we did not get the mattress we paid for! We left multiple messages to speak with customer service still waiting for a return call. Delivery times are horrible! Please find somewhere else to spend your hard earned dollars.

Not impressed with the saleswoman's attitude once I told her we didn't want the expensive bed frame. The headboard was nothing more than laminated pressed board. She was condescending and shuffled us off to a young man to finish our purchase.

Don't buy the warranty. Can't stress this enough, it is a rip-off and they won't actually replace anything that goes wrong with your stuff. Considering the furniture is sub par that means a lot of stuff goes bad fast....
I hate to give any kind of negative review at all but need to mention here that it seemed kind of like I was in a car dealership of furniture stores, I'm not talking about product quality. I am talking about staff. However they will bend over backwards to try and get you a deal as well. There was someone at the desk in front when we entered ready to help us find what we wanted.
Delivery is a real issue with this store. Not the Managers fault. He has been awesome... I don't think I will every shop Ashley Furniture again. Three months to get furniture. Just not an impressive place...

Walked in the door and was greated by a salesman. Was looking for something I could use for storage in my bathroom. Was told persistently that they "probably" didn't have anything I was looking for without letting me more than 10 feet in the door. Left without making it any further into the building.
Great customer service from a young man called Micah. I didn't feel pressured in any way. He was super helpful and knowledgeable for a being a newer employee. I actually left the store yesterday mpty handed and returned with my husband today when we decided on our purchase. Love that Ashley offers military discount too!

UPDATE: Following the issues with our delivery date and consulting with the Onalaska store directly, we did receive our furniture and the customer service and sales department in the store were wonderful. The delivery team also did a great job and even spent time showing us how the leaf worked in our table. They were very good about ensuring we were informed about our delivery window and even let us know when they were 30 minutes out. This portion of our experience, unfortunately, was shadowed by the terrible customer service from FL. This is something they should consider changing ASAP! Originally 1 star: Absolutely terrible customer service from corporate (down in FL). Purchased a kitchen table on June 22nd, expecting a later delivery date (Aug. 11th) . I was surprised to receive an email about scheduling an earlier date. I went through the process of moving my delivery date up (7/27). I received a confirmation email about this and went on with my business. 3 days later, I received a similar email and clicked the link thinking there was an even earlier date. Imagine my surprise when the date I was scheduled for delivery was now (8/6) before even scheduling a new date. For a company that requires you to be home for delivery to change your delivery date without promoting (then charge you for the service) it is shameful that they would do this. I spoke with a woman named Gail using their customer service line. Gail refused to take any responsibility for this, offer any solutions, and was extremely rude. I’m not sure how a company finds this to be acceptable from their employees.

Best place to buy furniture and what ever you need for decorations
If I could give no stars I would but I can't. Salesman Emery kept wondering off to hang out with his co-workers instead of helping my son with his purchase which was placed on 3-13. We were told at check out by them he would have the bed by April 15th. That day came and no bed. Several calls to Ashley even a conversation with Emery who just bold faced lies on the phone. Will never do business with this store again. Went Arcadia and had a totally different experience they should take some lessons from them. Run as far away from this store as you can.

She was patient and I felt like she cared that we were happy with our choice instead of simply making a sale. I’ll always refer my friends and family to her!
We were told our order will be 4-6 weeks out. I then got an email saying that we can receive our order before the original delivery date, which was 4/29. We did not move up our order date and kept it at the 4/29 date because that is the date that worked best for us. However, the date keeps changing now and as of now we won’t get it until 6/3. Very clear to me that they gave our couch to someone else since we didn’t elect for an early delivery date. They claim that the original date was just an estimate which makes no sense since they gave us the option to get it earlier. Very frustrating, shop somewhere else. Update: Took 4 tries and 8 months for the right sectional to arrive at our location.
Great selection and some what reasonable prices. The delivery time is a little bit long, but due to the pandemic I understand
Beautiful layout of furniture, accessories are a great touch. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, knew when to be there for questions and when to let us figure out which group we wanted.
It's an overwhelming place it has a big floor with display. you will run across a lot of furniture you would like to buy. The people there are very helpful and on top of things. We did buy our furniture set from there. Want to say thank you to the employees at Ashley home store in Onalaska Wisconsin.
I bought a new loveseat and sofa from Hannah Caulum. She did a wonderful job helping me pick out the right set for me. I loved it so much that I went back and got a accent chair from her too. Great place with great people!
Hannah Caulum was an excellent salesperson. She was very helpful and professional. We went in to buy a dresser and ended up buying a whole bedroom set. She answered all our questions and was able to save us as much money as she could. I just hope the quality of furniture is good. My favorite part was when she proved a fast point by standing on a drawer to prove the sturdiness. All together a good sale. :)

It's a nice space with a large selection of mid-grade furniture. Don't take this the wrong way, it just is what it is. It looks nice on the outside and made as cheaply as possible on the inside. Nobody can argue with this statement because it is fact. I really don't have anything against Ashly. They seem like a good local company that gives back a fair share to the community. Service was lackluster at best.
Staff wasn't very knowledgeable on what was in the store room. We asked about a certain brand and was informed it wasn't there...on our way out we located it. Otherwise staff was friendly, had trouble locating me in their system even though I've been an active costumer for 2 years. Overall I think with a little more training it could be a perfect experience.

The new Onalaska store is a welcome addition to the area. We visited the store the first week it opened just to have a look. The team was so friendly and the showroom was well laid out. We ended up purchasing 3 stools, artwork and some accessories. Thanks!
Great atmosphere, nice staff. Most of the items were seemingly a plastic material with some being sturdy. I will definitely go back to purchase some furniture once I find something that is more heavy duty material.
