Ordered powered couch and chair. The chair was delivered broken. Three months have gone by and they won’t fix or replace the chair. I will never shop Ashley again. The customer service has been a terrible experience.

Bought a rocker recliner there 2 years ago and also their furniture warranty. Seat is coming apart at the seam. I filed a claim and was told seam separation is not covered on warranty. But tears and stains and things I caused would be covered but not a manufacturer defect. Don't waste your money on the warranty or even the poorly made furniture for that part.

This business doesn’t even deserve the one start I had to click to post a review. Absolutely terrible service. I would never recommend this store and would avoid it at any costs. My order was wrong at the fault of the sales agent. I stopped in twice and was told the sales manager could not help me. I spoke with a store manager (Cody) who was supposed to call a rep from the sofa company and call me back. Cody never called me back. When I stopped in at the store to follow up (one of the times the sales manager said she could help me) they took my information down and again neither Cody nor Caleb (managers) called me back. When I stopped the second time and was told I couldn’t be helped and had to contact Caleb I attempted to do so but there was no answer and the voicemail box was full. After calling a general customer service number for assistance I was told the same people who haven’t called me back would call me. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I usually don’t do bad reviews.So I moved into my new place no furniture, so I came into Ashley’s spent 3,000 had a problem afterwards with the order before the purchase on my bed set and sectional, we where having problems with the other half of the sectional being pushed out into mid April, I have nothing at the house so I couldn’t do that so the manger promised I would get half the sectional on my deliver date with everything else, so I continued with the purchase I was gonna back outta it and find another sectional but the store manger Kaleb in Oshkosh was like no worries I got this all set up for Sunday you’ll get everything besides that half of the sectional I was fine with that. Okay so deliver day comes & I’m at work my roommate calls me he says he the sectional isn’t on the truck. Also the bedframe is messed up. So I call on Sunday kaleb isn’t in the other manger answered it was a all day process but he noted for Kaleb to call me back about the sectional on Monday whitch I had to call back Kaleb never calls me back. So I had to throw in my pregnant girlfriend for them to do anything so they sent in a low volume box frame because the other one I had bought was messed up. He notes for Kaleb to call me back. About the sectional Kaleb never calls I had to call in the evening he say everything up for next Sunday he had it fulfillment outta Appleton. He said I’ll be calling you next Monday to talk about everything and go over everything he never calls me back so I called him and he seemed confused on why I was calling. The other manger I was dealing with deserves a promotion or something because he helped me way more and better than the own store manger. I thigggt I was gonna get a little refund on some of this or anything but nope just deal with the bad service. Will not be coming back to this place or my family or my friends ……

Even after a small misunderstanding on price due to working between 2 salesmen, they were able to come up with a solution without us even asking! We will definitely be back for future purchases.

Originally I was working with Amy Degoey at the Appleton store. She was incredibly helpful and very enjoyable to work with. The desk and accent chairs I was interested in were not available at that location, but she found them for me at the Oskosh store. The very next day I went to the Oshkosh location and was greeted by Sarah Arnold. She was a delight to work with. In less than an hour she took me to the desk I wanted and helped me find very comfy and small accent chairs. She also suggested other pieces to accent. No high pressure and totally customer centered. And as if that wasn't enough, she worked her magic to get me the BEST pricing! Thank you Sarah and Amy for making this one of my best shopping experiences ever. I will nit hesitate to return for more things from your Ashley Stores!

Hunter G. was awesome and helpful! We bought 3 barstools (hopefully to stand up to the children) and he got us all set and check out in a matter of minutes. He Even assisted in moving furniture so we could test the new stools! 3/21/24- came in to look for a recliner. Joe was extremely helpful and answered all of the questions I had with a smile on his face. I left the store buying a recliner and feeling confident that Joe helped me make the right choice. Throughout the whole process of picking out the right one to paying for it, he walked me through step by step. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today!

I ordered a fireplace insert for my large tv stand that I had gotten from here years ago. They got it in earlier than expected and called me to let me know. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one for what I wanted. Can’t thank Ryan and the rest of the team for everything. And when I picked up the fireplace insert, the were efficient to getting in helping with the process. They also loved seeing my puppies visiting them!!!! Thank you so much for all your help and hard work!!!!

The selection at Ashley Outlet Store in Oshkosh was outstanding, and with Joe Priewe’s help, we found the exact sofa we’d been looking for. There was no over pressure from him to make a sale. Problems from start to finish on this order working with Sarah. She initially wrote the wrong color for the bed set I bought; so when I called to confirm she had to rewrite the order and she put the wrong size bed set. So I was delivered a king mattress with a queen set. They took the set back but then told me I wouldn't have my correct size bed set for several days; so I slept on a mattress on the floor for 4 nights waiting for this error to be corrected. I had emailed Sarah back and forth several times to ensure she kept to her promise of not charging me the difference between Queen and King since it was her mistake that causes this issue. She confirmed and confirmed and one last time confirmed the pricing that I would be charged. One week later I check my financing and I was charged an additional fee that was again due to Sarah making a mistake and writing the order wrong so I had to spend another half hour in the store waiting for this error to be corrected. Sarah is a very good salesperson; who gave me a good deal and provided good service my only piece of advice to her is to SLOW DOWN to avoid making so many mistakes.

My husband and I came in. Showed the guy working our photo we took as a screenshot for one of the couches we wanted to look at, he took us there immediately and had us out of there within 20 minutes, purchasing our new sectional. We were told it would take a little less than 2 weeks to have it delivered to our house. The delivery text told me I was the first house and that they would arrive at 7:42. I didn’t leave my house to drop my kids off at school because I was not going to be back in time to be home to let them in my house. Anyways, 7:42 rolls around, not there. Wasn’t a big deal. It wasn’t until 8:17 when they pulled into my driveway. So to say they were gonna be at my house in a half an hour from the time the text was sent to me, giving me a time of 7:42 annoyed me because I COULD have been back home from dropping my kids off.. Lastly, the two men that delivered my couch banged my front door hard into my drywall that there’s a massive indent, more pronounced than before, from them trying to bring the pieces in. So that was super frustrating. Otherwise, the men were friendly and fairly quick with bringing my pieces down to my basement for my family room. Would consider buying from here again in the future.

HORRIBLE after the sale. Leather furniture damaged when it arrived. They will not take it back. Have to deal with a call center and then have it repaired in your home. Told me flat out they would not accept my new furniture back & would not refund my $. We paid in cash. Do yourself a favor go to WG&R furniture! ASHLEY IS HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!

I bought a bed in June from this store the sales person was very kind and helpful but when we picked up the bed and set it up it was missing parts and had broken parts. I called asking for the parts and was told they would be sent to me. I have called multiple times since and they said they have the parts but haven’t shipped them out and I would get them within a certain amount of time. I waited that amount of time each time they told me to wait and when I called yet again they STILL haven’t been shipped out. I said I’m sick of the run around and the person in customer service gave me an attitude and acted if I was unreasonable for being irritated that we have had a bed for almost two months we can’t use. I asked if we could return it and get one that’s not broken or missing parts and they said absolutely not so here I sit with a bed we can’t use and no solution other than to sit and wait until they decide to send me the parts that they HAVE IN STOCK but won’t send out.

If you do any financing through ashley furniture make sure you get it in writing if your told there is no monthly interest charged. I was told there would be no interest as long as I make monthly payments then I find out that is not true.There is interest charged monthly!!

***Update*** Unfortunately, the delivery service wasn’t so great. Really disappointing they don’t stick to their word on your delivery window, even after confirming because the window will only work if they’re on time… and even worse when they’re already running an hour late then stop for an hour lunch when they’re ten minutes from your house. So glad we spent over $5k somewhere and paid for white glove delivery service for it to end like this. Mark helped us figure out exactly what we needed and how quickly we would be able to get the pieces delivered. Everyone we encountered in the store was extremely helpful and friendly. Furniture is not holding up well. After 1 year, it feels like we had better longevity out of $500 furniture….

More than one dissatisfaction. Mgr of the store was researching if an allowance against unused warranty applied to my prior purchase, absolutely NO RESPONSE. Product arrived with fabric flaw, dirty fabric, and, missing bracket. Tech service was informed of required service. **Tech advised part arrived at our home a month later (it did not), they would call me back, they did not. **Tech advised part arrived in Appleton, scheduled service out 2weeks, NO SHOW (they claim I did not confirm). **Tech now scheduled out 2 more weeks. It’s been 2 months since delivery. VERY UNHAPPY customer. Definitely my last Ashley Furniture purchase!!

Our experience shopping for furniture was awesome . From looking at estimated delivery and when furniture would be in stock if it wasn't. I also realized the furniture set I purchased was on sale for less at the home store and they were able to price match for us . The white glove delivery was well worth the money . the delivery guys were very kind and helpful.

You get what you pay for here. Make sure you check every nook and cranny before buying. I was about to buy a dresser, but last minute I saw a defect that affected my purchase due to the question of future stability. There were plenty of other defects but these we were okay with.

I've Boughton other furniture from them, & they help you feel at home there.

We bought a furniture from this store and paid everything at the store . First they said that they would deliver and put it together at the house but changed the language during the drop of. They guys said they were only supposed to drop at home and that is it. We called the store to confirm and they said the notes were on the receipt. We felt betrayed but decided to move on. We started unwrapping the furniture and to our surprise one piece was broken. We decided to call the customer service and we were told to take photos and send them to the initial sales person. We took the photos and sent them as requested. We called that sales person to confirm she received the photos but it all went to voicemail. No response at all. Called again and we were told she received the photos and we should expect to hear from customer care soon. Literally worst service from such a highly recognized store. We believe the guys that wrapped the item wrapped it broken and didn’t care. This was our first and last shopping from this store. Totally disappointed by their service.

Then in Oshkosh, after being told to go around back as they would tell them we were coming. We knocked on the door, and beeped our horn for 15-20 minutes to no avail. We then entered the employee only door and pounded on the garage door to finally get their attention. The whse. employee finally came and was not the least bit friendly. He asked us what we wanted and we told him we were there for a recliner pick up. He looked at our paperwork and turned around and proceded to find our chair. Seemed odd that if he was told we were coming that he could at least watched or listened for us to arrive. Finally we loaded our chair and without a thank you we left. Not the friendly service one would expect after spending $3,000.00...

Good deal on discount furniture, but try not to have unrealistic expectations as far as selection goes.

Prices are relatively low and customer service is excellent initially. Bought an in stock item at Oshkosh store approximately 1 mile from my home. We waited 10 days for delivery. Unfortunately, they realized on day 10 that an error was made accidentally forgetting to schedule the delivery. Waited another 10 days for that delivery. Then they rescheduled again "due to unforseen circumstances". Waited for a few more days and decided to make arrangements to pick it up myself as per their suggestion on 2nd reschedule for delivery. Made all arrangements only to be notified that the couch was no longer in Oshkosh but was shipped to Stevens Point. We did finally receive the item the following day unexpectedly. Very relieved to see them pull up. Some notification would be suggested the for future. Luckily I was home at the time to receive the sofa. Otherwise I would assume it would have to be rescheduled again. Overall it was a highly frustrating and disorganized experience for us. In the future if I were to purchase from them again, I will only buy in stock, on site and take it with me right away.

I bougth a tv stand as is it was not boken and when they brouth i the driver said the loader had damaged it know they dont want to fix it or take it back

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worse customer service ever. Was supposed to get a replacement according to customer cares, one was issued. Never received it. Was only given the run around by the manager at the Oshkosh location. Do not buy from them the quality is awful and they do not stand behind the products. Since Aaron left the place is a joke. And the management stinks.

My couch was delivered on time with 2 very polite young men. However, my hubby's loves seat has not been delivered........two weeks later!!!!! He has been on the phone with them 3 times already & they just can't seem to figure it out!!!!!! They are clueless!!!!! I told my husband to cancel the order!!!!

Bought a very nice loveseat and sofa. But the loveseat charging outlets didn’t work. So when I call for a repair person he came in about a week. Ordered the wrong parts then the second repair person showed up he had to order again. So calling service they kept canceling the repairs, because I argued with crystal the supervisor? They have changed my repair date 5 times. They said it was because of the virus yet they set another time during the stay home mandate from May 4 to May 20th still in the time frame. Now who’s lying. Thanks again crystal?? Good sales service not so much.

Nearly all of the new furniture that I've purchased has come from this store, they have great prices and an awesome consignment area as well. They won't pressure a sale and will leave you to browse if that's what you wish to do, or will help show you around if you're looking for something specific. Staff is friendly and professional.

This place is awesome!

I was looking for chest freezers with no luck. Some of the sofas and recliners look ok with decent prices. Mattresses in the back of the store were a little offputting how there stacked against the wall, falling over.

We had a great experience with the sales person (especially compared to other stores we had gone to). However, we were told we could pick up part of our order at this store, and placed another order that was to be picked up at the Wisconsin Rapids location. When we went to pick up our stuff at the Oshkosh location we were then told we needed to pick it all up, that we couldn't pick up from the Wisconsin Rapids location. This was a huge inconvenience, and they should have called to tell us this beforehand and maybe offered discounted delivery for their mistake. I did give the feedback in a survey I was sent and I received an apology email. The apology email doesn't make up for the fact that I now have more trips to make to move this furniture. Had we known beforehand, we could have maybe figured out a different plan.

We bought 2 beautiful shelving units and a brand new specifically ordered brand new dining table and 4 chairs 6 weeks before we were to close in our house. Good thing the shelving units were put together so we could inspect them. We hadn’t heard from them on the table, so we called and I am thinking it wasn’t even ordered because of some line they gave us. The week of our house closing we went to pick the table up. We got it home and opened the box and the table top looked as if it had dropped in a corner. It was totally smashed and no damage to the box even. We called and they ordered a new one. We got the call the new one was in. We got there, and after dealing with a disgruntled employee who was thrashing the new table top around, we discovered the “new” table top was also damaged. So not inconvenienced once, but twice. We drove 45 minutes ONE WAY. And we have been in our new house for 2 weeks and are eating off TV trays. So they AGAIN were ordering a new top and would have it delivered this time. I was hesitant because the day they said they would deliver it is the day of my dad’s 70th bday party. The guy working said the way they deliver, we would more then likely be the morning deliveries. Well, here we are. No delivery and we have an hour drive to the party and it’s a half hour til the party starts. Will never buy from them again and will tell EVERYONE I know to not as well!!!!!!!!!

Had an absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend anyone buying their furniture from here. We were told our couch would be here on a Thursday and they messed up the order and it wouldn’t be here until that Monday. We had sold all of our old furniture and sat for 4 days without furniture because of their mistake. They never once apologized or went out of their way to accommodate us. The front desk representative was very unhelpful, unknowledgeable and rude. Very poor customer service all around. Very disappointed and will not be back.

I bought new living room furniture (couch, love seat, coffee table, end tables, and lamps) three years ago. The furniture is still in perfect condition. I have not had any issues with the quality!! The salesmen were great! Not pushy at all. Since then, I have also purchased a washer and dryer set and chest freezer. Again, I have had no problems with any of the purchases!! I will definitely be going back!

Too good to be true. Good prices and charasmatic salesmen, but over all a terrible experience. They delivered the wrong bedroom set and it was all scratched up. When my girlfriend noticed she called the delivery guys. They tried to cover it up by saying "Yeah, we know. We were going to replace it once your real set came in." Seriously!? What awful service and professionalism. Very shady. . . I will not be going back. . . no matter what the commercials say.
