I bought a couch pull out bed last November 2023 for $1000 And a warranty for around $358. The frame and other parts broke on the bed. I filed a claim on 11/4 and they told me a couple of days later I have to wait till 12/10. They have to wait for a part and then fix it. This is very unacceptable. My child uses that pull out bed as the only bed. Now my child has to put the mattress on the floor until they get it fixed. I have been told to call the store. I call the store and get transferred to dispatch. I have been told 4 times to call a certain person to get it escalated. I need the bed fixed or replaced this week. I just filed a BBB complaint
I just left out the store. No one approached me. Out of all these sales persons that were there only one person spoke to me with a hello but proceeded to walk past me to go assist someone else
Palmer was very helpful. We were all over the place on what we wanted and he was very patient and kind. We bought a nice recliner sectional. We also bought a coffee table, that he pushed over to our couch from across the room to see how it looked. Up and beyond!

We had purchased a new bed set for our son, upon opening it we noticed the side rail was damaged. After reaching out, we were offered a replacement but would have to bring the entire bed set back instead of just replacing the side rail or a 10$ compensation. Very poor quality and definitely will not purchase from Ashley Furniture again.

My husband and I were in the market for a reclining love seat. Our search took us to Ashley furniture in Pewaukee. We found exactly what we were looking for with the help of Robert Gordon. He made our buying experience a truly enjoyable one with his friendly demeanor and knowledge of the merchandise. He also gave us the space we needed to make our own decisions...which my husband loved! We will definitely go back to this store again and ask for Robert's assistance!
The instore shopping and purchasing process was good - but everything after has been terrible. We purchased 4 different pieces of furniture and delivery. 3 out of the 4 pieces have either a chip, scratches or broken parts. They aggreged to ship us a new part & a $25 refund... that is it. No option to exchange for a new furniture, even though the malfunctions were no fault of our own. Customer service is so hard to get a hold of and when you finally do this is the news we got. We won't be going back to Ashley Furniture.
They do not honor warranties and ignore you relentlessly over weeks hoping you will just give up and get it fixed elsewhere.
I bought a sectional couch from them and within 1 1/2 years the material came apart, and all the cushions are depressed. I was told the 4 year protection plan doesn’t cover that and I could buy new cushions and covers. Get bent I will never purchase from Ashley again if you’re just willing to take peoples hard earned money and laugh at them as they go out the door.
My husband and I were there ready to make a purchase, however no one approached us with any offers or any help. Never go back again!
We had a great experience with our search for a new mattress. Palmer was very knowledgeable of the different brands and attentive to what we were looking for.
Purchased a sofa on Tuesday and delivered on Saturday. Delivery was fairly expensive, and there was no haul away.

I bought a fridge,microwave,fridge,oven and dishwasher from Ashley appliance. All the appliances had problems for which I had to get technicians to help. Ashley team is not helpful once they sell. They do not return any calls
i would have bought a couch today. they had a very nice one i liked. but the only person who remotely resembled a salesperson would not look at me because he was too busy walking around the store speaking on his cellphone. a worker from the back room tried hard to answer my questions about financing and i appreciate that but this store obviously did not want my business.
Update : Heather at Ashley’s reached out and helped solve my concerns. Thank you. Ashley’s use to be my go to store. I have bought mattresses, couches, bed frames and everything else. Recently made a purchase and the sales person is completely ignoring me after making several promises. Terrible experience. Know that once you buy the item Ashley’s will no longer care about helping you anymor

Spent over $17K for appliances and over $1K for installation on a new home. They broke the fridge door on delivery and it took two months to schedule a fix after multiple attempts by phone and text. Hooked up the gas stove top with the wrong part and we had a gas leak in the pipe from day one. Told them what was going on and they still sent an appliance repair team for the stove top! They took it completely apart and said the problem was the gas line. No kidding. Finally got the repair of the fridge scheduled today. In addition, fridge wasn’t level and that required a visit. Lastly, water line for washer was to be split with a feed going to the dryer for steaming. They didn’t do that and the team had to come back. I was initially told on my request for repair that I would have to pay for a connection even though we paid for installation. The repair team fixed it at no charge. Sales person and manager for all this was Krista. Go elsewhere.

We purchased a bedroom set and sofa. Everything was fine with the bedroom set but they deemed the sofa undeliverable and that it wouldn’t fit in elevator or stairs. It was never taken out of the box or attempted. Our salesman Ahmad tried to charge us a 20% return restocking fee unless we bought something else from them. I did not think this was fair as it was never even taken out of the box or attempted to be delivered. We did not want to wait another 2-3 weeks for a sofa delivery so we just wanted the money back on it. On the phone he stated twice if we wanted our money back they were going to charge the restocking fee. I said I will think about this and he said “better yet you can text me.” I texted him requesting to speak to his manager, I was left on read with just silence and zero follow up. After being ignored a few days with zero follow up from Ahmad or his manager I eventually called customer service and they said yes that’s a cancellation and will be refunded in full. Thanks to customer service for resolving my issue otherwise this would’ve been a one star. In the end, we got our money back on the sofa but wow be careful because once they have your money they don’t seem to care.
We purchased appliances for our construction project for well over $2000. I could not get the $200 rebate to go through because I did not have delivery yet to due to the new construction; the exact serial numbers were required and the store could not supply those. When I went into the store to get help to submit before the due date, I had all the forms ready to submit, but there wasn’t any staff in appliances on a Monday at 1pm. A manger helped and called appliance sales and was told that it wasn’t necessary to submit as it was new construction. I even had them sign paperwork to stating that. Now that we are due for delivery, I am told by that salesperson that that is not true and it had to be submitted. I was respectful as a fellow salesman’s yet Krista hung up on me and took no responsibility but said I had to fight it out w management. Very disappointing service!

Palmer was a fantastic room consultant. He took the time to review all of the various bedroom sets and options walking through the entire store multiple times, while providing insight into the options we had from various colors and combinations helping us try to stay within budget and room sizes. He has provided us with the answers we needed. Whenever he was unsure of an answer, he went above and beyond to find the people with the answers. And speaking of going above and beyond, we are writing this review well after hours as he has been patiently working with us for close to 4 hours.
Website says in stock with sale price. When you get to the store it's not in stocks and not on sale. When I pulled up the website I was told it wasn't theirs. I showed them the front of the store with address and was still told it wasn't theirs. I call bull____! Never again.
I had a stellar experience at Ashley Furniture. I shopped at the Pewaukee, WI location. My room consultant Laura Byrne was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking for. She gave great recommendations and was not pushy at all. Laura has a wonderful personality and makes spending money fun!!! Ashley Furniture had every item I was looking for and all pieces will be delivered within 21 days for a truckload delivery price that is very easy in the wallet.

Our couch ($4K) is 7 months old and falling apart - fabric simply deteriorating like it’s made of paper! We bought the extended warranty and - you guessed it - “That’s not covered Sir”. I’ve called the store, corporate and the warranty department so many times I’ve lost count over 4 months - every time they say we’ll have someone reach out to you but I have not received ONE call back. More power to those of you who can persevere and fight these criminals but BE AWARE those of you who are considering buying! If you don’t believe me check out the “I hate Ashley Furniture” Facebook page - lots of very typical stories to read there. This company knows what they do and wait for unsuspecting young buyers on a budget and screw them by selling absolute garbage! You’ve stolen my dollar Ashley! As soon as my family walked in we were greeted by a gentleman who asked what we were there for. We told him we just wanted to look and he was persistent. I told him I wanted a nice looking cabinet for storage for my daughter's toys. He told me they don't have anything like that and I'd be better off at an Ikea. There website showed many cabinets I was interested in looking at in person. Instead, I took my family and walked out. I felt as though I was an unwanted guest.

I was greeted at the door very professionally. The staff was very warm and inviting without being intrusive. However, there was a person available to help you with any questions. I had Andrew Gross he was amazing. He helped me find a perfect recliner for my needs as I have some pain issues. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was to my satisfaction! I had a bad experience with Ashley. We bought furniture with them and they delivered defective piece, took long time to replace it. We bought furniture protection plan which they sold by saying if we don't use it we will get the credit. Now, after 5 years when I inquired about it, they say that it has expired and we did not claim in time. Also, they say that it is customer responsibility to follow up. We were not told about this when we bought the plan originally. If we were told, I would have set a reminder to follow up. We bought furniture at Steinhafels at the same time who mailed the credit to our address. Isn't Ashley's courtesy to do that. This is a scam, they sell these protection plans and keep the money if we don't use the service. 500$ rip off. I will not buy or recommend this store to anyone.

My experience today was great. I originally came into the store looking for a cheap mattress in a box, but Ariya, the expert at Ashley Store in Pewaukee suggested I try different mattresses to find a suitable one. I came out of the store purchasing a firm Tempur-Pedic mattress I believe will provide me peaceful sleep that I've been lacking for years. Sleeping well is important for both mental and physical health.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY. Ashley is a bad company and will scam you out of your money and won’t honor their warranty, but will happily sell you an expensive warranty. We bought a couch less than 2 years ago with 4 year accident warranty added on. We tried to put in a claim and were told that it was not covered by their 3rd party warranty company despite being sold the warranty under those exact conditions. Store level claims there is nothing they can do, service claims there is nothing they can do and the warranty company refuses to actually service what they promise. Feeling frustrated and upset with the lack of customer care and willingness to lie to get a sale.

A complete and utter scam. I purchased a light colored sectional from Ashley’s Furniture in Wisconsin. The sales person assured us that Furniture Care Protection was a reputable company who would provide cleaning in the event of stain or damage. We have children and would not have bought a sofa in a lighter shade for fear of stains. But the warranty sold us. Huge mistake!!! I put in a claim. More than three weeks later I was told my claim was denied by a supervisor named Monica. I asked to speak someone regarding this matter and a week later I have no response. We paid $250 paid for what? Don’t purchase this!!!! They just take your money and provide NO service. And honestly after reading all of these reviews that state that this is seemingly always the case, I won’t purchase from Ashley anymore either since they lead me to purchase this scam service. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding this terrible scam and this furniture store working with them to scam their customers out of their hard earned money. Also a copy paste response from Ashley telling me to work with the company who is clearly fraudulent and is not helpful and insulting. Clearly y’all are in this fraud together. You would have done better to not reply at all than to reply with that empty lip service answer. Stay away from Ashley Furniture in Waukesha and the nonsense warranty they push.

Sales rep were okay with furniture, but sales person in appliance was good-showed me a variety of refrigerators and gave warranty information on the spot. Since it was a 12 mile drive for me-won’t be back. I think I’ll call various locations to see what they have in stock first.

A week later, he calls my husband to tell him about another style that we might be interested in. We went to look at it, and we purchased it. It was just what we were looking for!!! We special ordered a sectional couch and within a week it started pilling terribly. Call the help line and we were asked to send them pictures. Their response was that is characteristic of the fabric and told us that we should buy a shaver for pilling and shave the couch. I purchased the warranty but they refused to do anything. I did try and "shave the cushions" and it took over one hours per cushion and I was told to repeat the process. Now who would ever buy at couch that was expense knowing that the fabric would pill within a few weeks of sitting on it. I brought in one of the cushions since the pictures did not do it justice on how terrible it looked. I showed it to my salesman (who was unaware the fabric would do this) and the manager and was told that after taking to the manufacturer that they could do nothing for me. $4800.00 dollars and it looks 15 years old. I would never ever purchase anything from this store. Too bad I didn't read the reviews on how terrible their customer service was.

Had a mechanical issue on a new couch, but after some chatting it is getting resolved. I appreciate the customer service for getting this corrected in a timely matter. UPDATE!!! Well, I was too fast to edit this the first time. They were replacing the couch that was not functioning properly. They showed up on the new delivery date (left work to meet them) and they had the wrong item. I was understanding it was mistake (loaded a loveseat not a sofa, error on the entry side). It was rescheduled for today. Well, just got a text that due to unforeseen circumstances, it needs to be rescheduled. This is now the 4th time I have to leave work/be on alert (first delivery, second mistake, third cancelled, now will the 4th time actually happen tomorrow?). I asked for them to refund delivery fees. I think that is a reasonable request. They are non-refundable. Well, that's not going to work. This is beyond frustrating and not OK.

Was told by sales that delivery people wouldn't haul away but could take apart an existing bed as they put together the new one. "If you give them a little extra they may take your old bed with them."Find out that they wouldn't even help me move my old bed unless I paid the company extra. No communication and they want me to move it in 15mins otherwise they leave the massive boxes in my house until we reschedule delivery. No calls stating any of this and when I called customer care they said it's on the back of the receipt I'm fine print. Do yourself a favor and don't pay for the "white-glove" delivery. Or be even smarter and go to Steinhafels who has the same stuff with far better service
I was in need of furniture and appliances. Tomasz in the furniture department has and is such a huge help. He was very conscious of my budget. Also, very truthful in helping me. This is the second time he has helped me in purchasing furnature and my mattress. Krista in the Appliance Mart section, was extremely helpful. She again made my experience beyond compare to another place I looked. And she was extremely helpful with my budget. Going to Ashley has been one of the best experiences in furnature and appliances shopping that I've ever had in many years. It's like going to family to help with these major purchases. I highly suggest going to Ashley and Appliance Mart in Ashley for your in home purchases.

Furniture has been delivered broken 3 times in a row over the last 7 weeks. Every time i just keep getting a response of "that happens sometimes". Sick of wasting my days waiting on delivery guys and poor customer service.
Worst customer service dont believe their guarantee program. My couch start to peel after 15 days and they told the gurantee do not cover fabric failures. Shaddy business

Only had 1 delay in delivery, which was ok because I hadn't gotten rid of old furniture at that time.The guys who delivered were super nice. One issue is that a handle on coffee table was broke. Will be getting a new handle in a couple weeks. . It goes on a fake drawer so I'm not too worried if it takes longet

Got sold a defective mattress, my claim got denied because I didn’t purchase a protection plan. When they came to swap the mattress (had to take off work for this), they didn’t have the mattress. No contact from the “care” team. Awful communication between the stevens point store, pewaukee store and the care team.
This store was amazing, we had Ashley, she was absolutely amazing! We were able to joke around and have some good conversations, and in the end she got us a great deal and was very honest which I appreciate.

Words can almost not express at how disappointing my experience has been with this location. I was suppose to receive 4 appliances (washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator). The first attempt at delivery was cancelled for all 4 because "the truck broke down" and they pushed it back a week. The next week they come only with the stove and refrigerator and for some reason "the washer and dryer was not found in the warehouse so I was told it would be delivered separately later that week. The refrigerator also was not turning on so they would have to send someone out to service it which was going to take another week. A week later the guy comes out and informs me that they would need to order a part for the fridge that is back ordered 2-4 weeks. I go into the store and they agree to exchange the fridge. The next day I call and they decided they can now fix it but it will take another week to send the repair man out. A week later the same man comes and tells me the exact same thing he did a week prior. At this point I once again go into the store to speak to the manager on why they sent him out and I am now 4 weeks out from my original delivery without a working fridge. I was assured I will not get an exchange and they set up another delivery for the next Sunday. Sunday roles around and we have an estimated delivery time for 10:30. We then get a notification that the delivery guys "missed us" After multiple calls and once again little to no communication on there end I am informed that the fridge never made it on the truck for some reason. I now sit here 4 weeks later without a working fridge and no solutions. Management continues to make empty promises and is doing little to nothing to make it right aside from put me back in line for the next failed delivery. There is a severe lack of communication from this store and the customer service in down right abysmal. I would highly recommend going anywhere else

Good place to buy your house hold furniture needs
We purchased a non-custom dining set in October. We were originally told we would get it in early January (which they admitted was already a later ship date that they would normally have). The delivery has now been rescheduled 4 times with the current estimated delivery April 8th. This is entirely unacceptable. I understand the supply chain is completely messed up right now but do not sell items and tie up nearly $2000 for 6 months when you honestly have no idea when the item will be delivered. Horrible business practice. Not to mention our salesperson has been avoiding our calls so I haven't been getting straight answers. I will never be purchasing from Ashley again.
I ordered a $2000 bed frame and paid for assembly…..the delivery/setup crew did an amazing job, but not all the hardware was included with the frame, so the frame could not be completely assembled. After calling Ashley and asking a time frame of getting the missing hardware and finishing assembly I was told “ we’ll look into the matter and get back to you”. They did not even discuss a refund on my $130 assembly fee, not to mention my troubles of not having a bed to sleep in for the unforeseen future. Not cool Ashley.
Ordered a bed frame from the in March 2021. They forgot the hardware during the delivery and took them 10 months for them to send them new ones (shipped the wrong ones twice before they got it right). Needless to say I went to my local hardware store and bought my own before they resolved it. Never buy from here. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
update: 2/1/22long story short, after dealing with Ashley since August of 2021 we finally have the correct pieces for our living room set. Still zero stars if I could...... don't go here.

We have visited many furniture stores over the past few months. Robert Gordon was a breath of fresh air. He was an efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous salesman. Robert greeted us at the door, listened to our interests, and directed us to appropriate areas of the store. He let us walk through the store without feeling hounded but was always there when we had questions. He moved pieces of furniture to the display setting we were looking at so that we could see the pieces side by side. He quickly provided pricing including discounts and all costs. We appreciated his willingness to bring in his manager to help us with the delivery costs. She was very friendly, too. He was very thorough going through the sales documentation. We’d highly recommend working with him.
Hubbie and I have been shopping for a new mattress. Checked out 5 stores including Steinhafels, Mattress Firm and others. Finally settled on the best mattress for us. It was a great buying experience from our sales guy Ryan at Ashley Furniture in Pewaukee, a Wisconsin based company. Happy to find out that a portion of the mattress is made from recycled plastics from the ocean. Also, Ashley donates 400 mattresses a year to families in need. Let's go Ashley!

Worst store ever. Managers were rude, associates were nice but it doesn’t look like they have anything to do! I came in with my wife to purchase a SOFA CHAISE and not only did they tell me I wouldn’t be approved for financing (I make well over $200,00 a year) But they also gave me the wrong price! VERY MISLEADING. Also delivery times are out of whack. Will be purchasing from Steinhafels next time.

Extremely dissatisfied. Purchased a couch well over a month ago that was quoted as being ready within 4-8 weeks, and was even “put in for ASAP” by the salesman - which the receipt says - called to see the status as I hadn’t heard anything since and have come to find out it was somehow swapped for a MARCH delivery date and this was never communicated. With the delays in shipments there “is now nothing that can be done” so instead of having a couch in 4-8 weeks, the couch will be ready 6 months after it was ordered. Save your time and go to Colder’s or Steinhafel’s - that’s where I’ll be going to get a couch before March.

Place: this place is huge! Plan to spend a long time in there because there is so many options. Salesman review: Issac was a really nice salesman to my fiance and I. He had a positive attitude the entire time as well as great customer service skills. He would check on us time to time (not overly checking on us that a lot of places do). He helped us pick our selection and gave us a realistic time frame on when our couch would arrive.

Waited 2 months for furniture. Got loveseat first and it was manual, not powdered and had to send that back and get correct one reordered. Wasn't ordered correctly by Doug originally. Sofa finally came 2 months later. Correct loveseat came finally which we had to wait another month for, since it was incorrectly ordered in the first place. Loveseat came and whole side was smashed in. Did not accept of course. After this we were done. Joke from the get go.
I’ll start with positive. I love my furniture! That’s it… Now I ordered my furniture 4-5 weeks in advance. I knew I would be having two different deliveries. But it has turned into 4. They had to replace my headboard because it was broken. They delivered a mirror no dresser. I ordered a u shaped sectional. Im still waiting on two parts of it. As well as my dresser. When I called to speak to the manager they had to call me back. When I let them know my frustration they only offered me a $200 gift card. I spent over $4,000 Im paying for furniture I’m still waiting on. I do not recommend this location at all. Not organized Amad the sales person is only looking for a buck. Because I reached out to him several times no help didn’t respond. He also ordered the wrong piece to my couch which delayed things more. I do not recommend this location. My experience has been terrible!

After being on hold for about an hour, Ashley was trying to help me with problem I encountered. The payment didn't even go through and they never called me back. The worst is that they stole my credit card information because that same night there were multiple purchases made online that I did not make and my credit card company had to alert me of the fraud
*** UPDATE *** Changed my 5 stars to 2 due to the service I received after my purchase. My order got pushed back another month and Nobody bothered to call and let me know this giving me options on if I wanted to waited another month. Mind you I paid in May!! So if you don’t mind waiting over a week to get you money back then all means… Took seconds to take my money but a damn week to get the return process going…

If I could give this place a zero I would! I spent a lot of money here a couple years ago on furniture so I decided to come back when we needed a mattress! It was supposed to be Ready for pick up on February 25th nobody called so I called and they said it wasn’t gonna be ready until March 11th( Which no one bothered to even call) the person told me they would put an expedite on it and try to get it as quick as possible and will get back to me the following Monday , nobody ever did! It was now Wednesday and I finally called and talk to a manager who all she said was I apologize I will have a refund sent to you!!!! You would think as a manager you would value customers and their business especially after coming a couple times but they were so quick to just throw out a refund and say peace out!!! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

He explained everything in detail and wasn't trying to sell us more than we were interested. He price matched a lower price we saw on the website without hesitation. We walked out happy with our purchase and the quick and friendly service.
If had my end tables four 2 years kitchen table for 1year,both are junk!tops are lifting chairs are falling apart,now my power recliner that I've had for 3 years the motor is failing,l bought the x warranty for 5 years,i called the warranty company SAW ,joke co.took 2 hours to get a rep had to call back the next day to get a rep again that only took 15 min so he told me SAW will be calling me,they did scheduled and appt. for Feb 11 they called me back to cancel on Feb 10th,then called me the next day to reschedule,the earliest they could get me in is march 19,lol now that's customer no service! Never buy an extended warranty! 150 bucks to get a run around,sure hope they show up on the 19 of march!

I have had the displeasure of buying furniture from Ashley's recently. Delivery Service is a joke, you try and call them back within the time frame given and they put you on hold for 20 minutes so your delivery time conveniently passes...
I keep getting emails from them in error with all of someone else's personal information. I've sent multiple emails and called to let them know and they said they would take care of it. Not only am I still getting these emails but now also for a second person! I'm wondering now if this is some sort of scam..
Side tables did not have price tags. Sales staff did not offer assistance.
Decent bed and dresser but the installers never finished the set up and now we have a half built bed. It has been like that for a month now and no timetable on when it will be finished. Very disappointed

He kept me updated often via phone as our furniture was going to be delivered to us a few months after we ordered it (we were made aware of the timeframe upon purchase). I am very impressed with the quality and we are so happy with our purchase and for Johns's help.

I was very disappointed in my experience today to say the least. First off, I was very excited to come shopping and buy all new furniture. Not only was I not greeted when I walked in but I wasn't greeted AT ALL while shopping today. I probably walked past 6 employees....3 were just standing around talking to each other and another one was sitting in a chair on his phone and the other two just walked past me and never said a thing. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I do not know if they thought because I was in my 20's that I wasn't worth their time or I wouldn't spend money but either way they were mistaken. They missed out on a HUGE sale. I hope the next time a person my age comes in they think twice about ignoring them or walking in the opposite direction. It really was a shame because I really liked their furniture.
To keep this short....Called the store after receiving a call that they now didn't have everything they told me they did for my order. When I got in touch with the extremely condescending woman and asked her why I was lied to her exact answer word for word was "It's our of our control if we have it or not" in the middle of me explaining to her what the problem about lying to the customer was she then interrupted and said "Is there something else I can help you with" at that point I realized that I was dealing with a person unfit to do the job she was there to do. Unfortunately I was very happy with the service received or thought I would receive...the problem is everything I was promised about our delivery was a lie. Even the agreed upon date for delivery was wrong... They just don't care. Don't give people your business that don't care there are plenty of furniture stores that carry the exact same stuff.
3 pieces of furniture arrived and all 3 had issues. The night stand drawer wouldn't open / close properly, the chest of drawers base legs wouldn't screw in, the bed arrived without rails, slats and hardware..A week later, the bed pieces showed up and the delivery team was confused as what to do because they didn't have any hardware..Ashley said that it would be until Dec.30th before they could resolve the problem..Well I made two decisions. One was to fix everything myself by going out and buying all the hardware with my own money and the second thing was to not buy anymore furniture from Ashley..The furniture is made in Vietnam and it's boxed up when it's delivered..They don't have a clue as to what problems that they might have until they unbox it at the customers residence.

My husband and I are very pleased with our salesperson Raja Khan. Made sure we knew of all the different options we had to choose from. This man is the mattress king! Very thankful for him helping us out on our first Ashley Furniture purchase. He’s got a great attitude and will highly recommend him to friends and family!
Bought a couch and loveseat, when they arrived the loveseat recliner frame was bent and didn't work I've been trying to call to get this fix now for a week with no answer on there phones and no response to my emails Looks like I'll need to go in to resolve this, this place is a joke go elsewhere

Sold me a bed where the headboard was from a different set than the footboard. They attempted 2 times to give me correct headboard but failed. They gave up and made me choose between the headboard I liked or footboard. Beware of this place.

He put the recliner we were looking to buy onto a cart and wheeled it around the showroom so that we could see how it looked with different sofas. Wow! I stopped at the Ashley store in Greenfield looking for a new dining set and was told that everything is back ordered by 8-10 weeks. No one bothered looking anything up. I was referred to Raja by a mutual friend at the Pewaukee store and contacted him. He looked at a couple different table sets for me and he was able to get the exact one I wanted within a week and a half. I’d highly recommend working with Raja if you want great customer service.

Today my family and I went to Ashleys in Pewaukee for a new mattress. We got there loaded up our 6th month old boy and strolled in. As we entered we were greeted by a very nice gentleman Raja Khan (Room Consultant). We told him what we are interested in and he showed us to the back of the store where the mattresses were. He gave us a great experience picking out a bed that we like, walking us through several options all along the way just talking to us and keeping our boy entertained. We ended up making a purchase and we are very happy with our choice. He did not make us feel pressured and would very much like to work with him again in future purchases. After we made our purchase he walked us out and we went on our way. He is a very nice person, great to work with and thank him very much for all he helped us with today. Thank you Raja. We have made purchases at that location before and he by far was the best consultant we have worked with.

Never have I dealt with such incompetence in dealing with such a company. From multiple delivered pieces of furniture that were broken including a dishwasher , to trying to schedule replacements of those pieces, to hours of my time wasted waiting for customer service to respond and set up new deliveries....only to have these rescheduled deliveries cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled via text message after I’ve re-arranged my work schedule. Ashley Furniture Home Store/Appliance Mart has completely disappointed in every aspect. Save yourself piece of mind and time and forget this company and buy your stuff elsewhere.
The staff inside didn’t make an effort to make us feel like they wanted our business and they have no clue what good customer service is. Every question I asked was promptly answered with “no, we can’t do that”. That’s literally the opposite of customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and I wasn’t even able to do that. And on top of that our furniture was delivered 4 hours late. I took an entire day off work so that I could be there for the delivery but that’s what happens when you do business with these snakes.

I had a good shopping experience but when it came to fixing something they didn&'t want to fix it because it was to much issue when the insurance said it covered it is didn&'t and they just hung up and didn&'t replace anything they pretty much stole my money
My wife and I order a bedset on April 28 it was supposed to arrived on May 31 only to be disappointed that the order was cancel due to covid 19. That understandable, Then they give us a new date June 17th we agreed with it which it wasnt that bad. And only to be disappointed again to have the date change to June 28. After that we had talked to a manager she reward us with $75 of credit which we still didnt receive and still waiting. Because the furniture that we was waiting for she quoted us for delivery date for August 28. She came off very inconsiderate of our needs she mention due to the fact of covid 19 we have to wait. Then now the new date is October 10 2020. I am started to believe that I am getting the run around. My family and I are disappointed from the staff on down to the manager. Now we dont have a bedset.

I had a bed frame delivered today. It was damaged due to a manufacturing issue. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get someone to send out a replacement piece, a replacement bed, or to just cancel the order. Not one person that I've spoken to has been able to do any one of those. They have my $ and I don't have a bed to sleep on tonight.
Absolutely the fastest time ever to get a piece of furniture in my life, awesome experience. They introduce themselves as we walked in, they let us shop, we picked out what we wanted, sales guy wrote the order up, we ordered & got our pizza, signed paperwork and we were on the way home, all in less than 40 minutes. I have never experienced such a horrible, unethical customer service. They were unwilling to resolve an issue with the sofa we purchased that was damaged during delivery and apparently discontinued within a week of purchasing. We will never be purchasing from them again!!!

Zero.... pushed my furniture delivery back 9 times without informing me. Had old furniture removed 8 months pregnant with no furniture this is the third month since ordering ! No refunds offer for high inconvenience no communication or care/empathy for customers . If you don’t call constantly you’ll never know what is going on.
Zero.... pushed my furniture back delivery 9 times without informing me. Had old furniture removed 8 months pregnant with no furniture this is the third month since ordering ! No refunds offer for high inconvenience no communication or care/empathy for customers . If you don&'t call constantly you&'ll never know what is going on.
Two Words: Customer. Service. That's how Ashley HomeStore could improve. It is as simple as that! I opened the first pieces I have ever ordered from Ashley on 06/25/20. I was disappointed to learn that some of the screws were missing and other pieces were "stuck" together. I immediately called the store and spoke to "W" who assured me she would work with a manager, issue a gift card (I spent over $10 on parts at a local hardware store), and call me back that day. Well, she never called back that day or the next or the next. I finally called and the person I spoke to said he would send an email to W and the manager and someone would call me back the next day. That did not happen. Not that next day or the next or the next. One week later, I called again and was assured a manager would call me back. That did not happen, but that evening I received a TEXT from the Customer Care center indicating they would send the parts (hmmm.... I already bought those a week earlier)! So, I actually drove to the store and walked in and the manager was too busy to talk to me. The next day I received a call from a "manager" who - apparently - was not empowered to resolve a customer service complaint. He promised me that another manager would call me on Monday, July 6th. Well, today came and went and - shocker - no call from a manager! I will be cancelling my order tomorrow! The pieces I ordered are also offered at Steinhafels and Colders. I am in a new home and am furnishing nearly every room. A store that offers customer service will be getting my business.
It was quite a delightful experience dealing with Raja Khan at Ashley, Pewaukee WI. He is knowledgeable about the products, he offered us all possible variations and combinations and helped us reach an informed decision. Raja gave us the space that we needed, was not pushy at all. He explained the pricing, delivery process and the protection plan in detail.
Good luck getting the furniture you pay for! Mine has been rescheduled the DAY of 4 times now due to “staffing issues” apparently they hope and pray someone shows up to work every day to make the scheduled deliveries. 4/4 times now that hasn’t happened for me. So let’s see what the 5th time brings! It’s a running joke in my family now that they won’t end up coming and they never do. We bet on it. Today they called 2 hours before my scheduled delivery time to say they aren’t coming lol Please do not shop here for furniture.
The salesman was very helpful and made shopping for our recliners enjoyable. We picked up the two recliners and that's where the issues started. On one of the recliners, there was a piece floating around in the box. Note to others: DO NOT accept the piece of furniture, insist on waiting until a new piece is ordered for you. The man working the dock insisted he's worked there for years and never has seen that piece before and that it wasn't from the recliner. We got them home and the one with the floating piece, unsurprisingly, is faulty. The recliner that has the issue is uncomfortable, leans forward, clunks, and feels off kilter. The other recliner is great. I've been dealing with the repair team for 5 months and have still not gotten a tech to actually come to my home to repair it. This is unacceptable in my opinion and the recliner was garbage when we brought it through the door. Repair department has cancelled my appointment on me twice claiming they never got my reply and I have text proof that shows otherwise. I'm waiting for them to push me off so long that the warranty runs out and they will no longer help me. I'm very certain that's the game here. We were happy with the sales and would have been happy to continue to shop there, but I'm over it at this point and it will take a lot of amazing customer service from this moment on to win back my business. Not sure that is something they can accomplish.

I placed an order for 4 appliances over 3 weeks ago. They fully charged my credit card and just before delivery told me 2 items are not available. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting to hear when the other items will be delivered. When I suggest canceling the order and issuing a refund they seem to be delaying a resolution

Had a good experience at the store, but Shipping on the other hand was not good! Got the wrong color recliner shipped to our house, they never gave us an estimate on when the new recliner would be arriving. We also ordered a sectional couch and the delivery date got changed 3 times. On top of that they told us that half of it was not in stock and wouldn’t even be available until another additional week. Who knows how long the additional shipping will be after that also. Wish we would have known it wasn’t in stock when we ordered it... very hesitant on buying any other items from this store.
Jamie Willfahrt was amazing! He was extremely helpful with picking out our furniture. He was patient when I had my 4 year old daughter with me, and had a me great recommendations regarding quality etc considering we have two dogs. Thank you!!!

Dan greeted us right away as we entered the store. He asked what brings us in. I told him a sectional, our budget and some specs. He showed only what was in our budget. He gave us time to talk, gave us fruit snacks and was overall very helpful. It was a smooth buying process. I’d definitely come back to purchase more.

The service team is impossible to get ahold of if you try to call them. When my brand new washer is having issues and is 1 month old it took hours on hold to get assistance. After giving up on the phone line I decided to go into the store for help right away. The staff was not helpful in getting someone to my house to look at the washer. Will absolutely not be spending money with them again.

Tomasi was incredibly helpful and patient while my boyfriend and I went through the purchasing process. He answered all of our questions and helped us get our furniture delivered earlier than we anticipated!! He was so friendly and remembered us each time we came in, we will definitely be going back to him for any further furniture needs!!!
My only complaint is I did not get my $300 discount. Now I have to go back to the store so I show them my invoice and they will have to redo my invoice and contact the finance company and redo my loan.

There were 3 delivery guys. 2 of which kept their shoes on in carpeted area in brand new home. There was mud footprints tracking the entire way from the bedroom door to the bed where they dropped the mattress off. The other delivery guy even told his 2 coworkers to take their shoes off when he saw what was happening and they still didn't take their shoes off. I tried calling customer service, left a call back number and have yet to hear from them.
ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased my bedroom set 3 weeks ago for a delivery date on 12/20 between 10:15-2:15 pm. I did my part by making sure I was at the property and confirming my delivery appointment all week long, via multiple phone calls and texts. On the day of 12/20 I reach out to them directly to check the status of my delivery, as it was already 1 pm with no phone call stating they are on the way. After an hour wait to speak with someone I get a representative named Katrina, who kept putting me on hold and sounded like she didn&'t know what she was doing. She returns on the line to advise me that the warehouse called me the night before to let me know my delivery was cancelled and needs to be rescheduled for the next day 12/21, with no set time frame, due to truck issues. First off I never received this supposed phone call, no voicemail, email or text. So I miss a whole day of work on Friday, and now have to wait around all day Saturday? Fine, I accept the next availability for 12/21, and Rep. Katrina says she will be following up with me the next morning at 9 am to confirm my new delivery time frame. Saturday 12/21 is here, and no call whatsoever from anyone. So I call in again, after another 1 hour wait time to speak with someone, and get another rep (did not get her name), who advises with an attitude that I am not scheduled for a delivery and that the previous rep must have read the notes wrong. UNACCEPTABLE!!! So another day wasted waiting around for no reason. At this point I am not confident in any of the reps service and request to speak with a supervisor. Another 30 minute wait, and I was finally connected to a supervisor named Sharon. Sharon advised there was not much they can do since the warehouse was already closed for the day, however she would have her agent follow up with me Sunday morning 12/22 with an update on the next delivery availability for ASAP. I let Sharon know due to the horrible customer service I&'ve experienced, I requested that my $99 delivery fee be refunded. Sharon accepted my request, and stated she would process it immediately.Sunday 12/22 approaches and no follow up call, again. So once again I call in, another 1 hour wait time to speak with someone, and the new rep. advised the next available delivery date is for Friday 12/27. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? So you expect me to take ANOTHER Friday off of work in the middle of the holidays? At this point it&'s very clear this company doesn&'t care AT ALL about their customers. I let the rep. know I expect my delivery to be sooner than Friday, as I cannot take another day off from work. The rep promises she will call me back before the end of the business day with a possible sooner ETA. Surprisingly, she actually does call me a couple hours later to let me know they will be able to deliver today (Tuesday 12/24), however she does not have the time frame yet, but will make sure to follow up again as soon as she receives that information. The following morning, Monday 12/23, the rep calls me early morning to let me know the delivery has been confirmed for Tuesday 12/24 between 3-6 pm. Great! Seemed like we were finally making progress. Later on yesterday evening a rep from the warehouse called to re-confirm the delivery, again we confirmed it would be for today, 12/24 between 3-6 pm.I also received a call mid afternoon from Katrina, the first rep, letting me know a refund of $50 will be processed towards my delivery fee. $50????? No. Supervisor Sharon NEVER said anything about $50, and I had already been told I would be refunded the whole delivery fee of $99. She let me know she would have it further reviewed and would continue to follow up. I am still waiting on her call back.Since the service has been nothing but horrible, I decided to call in today 12/24, just to re-confirm the delivery. I speak with a rep in the warehouse, who advises I am not on the schedule for delivery today, and also my items are now on back order. I AM LIVID!!!! My items were supposed to be delivered days ago and now after this runaround and many days passed, now my items are on back order??? And of course they have no idea when they will be back in stock. Wow. Just in complete wow. I ask the rep was I ever going to be contacted regarding my order??? Or is my job to keep following up and doing their job for them. The rep advises they called me the night before a left a message. LIE!!! No calls, no voicemails, no texts or emails.I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Poor customer service across the board and very long wait times to even speak with someone. It almost feels like this company is a scam.

I bought a living room set here and it was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. The prices were good, the sales guy was awesome, and the delivery was a breeze and well worth the charge. I highly recommend this particular store.
Doug was fantastic about helping us and although we didn't make a purchase today he helped us decide that when we are ready to purchase it will be at Ashley.

After 29 years of the same living room furniture, we were a bit 'fussy' over what we wanted & what price we'd pay, to replace it. GOD BLESS Barb!! She listened to our needs & concerns, each time during our several visits to the store, and to what we were willing to pay; she helped us figure it all out, with kindness, a tireless ear, & infinite patience :) Barb kept us updated, by telephone, on any changes to our order, as one of our new sofas (we ordered furniture for TWO rooms) was out of stock. Barb didn't just sell us furniture, she also sold us happiness. We LOVE our new furniture--Thank you, Barb!!! & Thank you, Ashley Furniture!!
Ryan was very helpful answering my questions regarding the furnishings I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the product's construction, demonstrating the items' functionality, explaining the warranty & getting me checked out and scheduled for delivery very quickly. Considering I stopped in after work, during their Black Friday preview sale& had a finite amount of time before having to pick up my kid from daycare, it was the best "fast" service I could've hoped for. When we got there we were greeted by Doug and he asked if we needed any help to which we stated we were just browsing for a table and wanted to look around. Doug then approached us two more times, attempting to sell us on custom fabric couches when we had already stated we were just looking for dining tables. He also made a comment on how my boyfriend should be proud that I "admitted" I was with him when he offered us both his business card. The entire time we were there we felt like we had to hide from him to avoid being confronted again. The whole situation made my boyfriend and I very uncomfortable to the point where we left instead of purchasing a table we really liked. Probably would not return to this location.

Great experience. Kylee and Hunter were helpful, fun and engaged. Furniture options met our needs. Was able to turn it into almost a one-stop shop for everything we were looking for, for our new house.
It was busy when I arrived, but once I entered the store every employee that was noticeable made the effort to say a friendly hello and never attacked me like every other furniture store. I did not feel pressured what so ever and the layout of the store was perfect everything I was interested in or looking for was in one area, I didn't have to walk from one side of the store to the other. I would rate this place a 10 Star if I could. Absolutely recommend Ashley Homestore for everyone. The prices weren't over the top expensive, the product itself was amazing and the employees are fun, happy and helpful when needed. In the process of looking for a bed, a kitchen table and a couch I was told that if the products on the floor were not exactly what I was looking for, they could find one out of store that was exactly what I was looking for. They have delivery, pick up and if small enough you can take it home that same day. I loved the overall experience and will be stopping back in plenty of times in the future!!

Friendly sales staff without being overbearing. One heads up is that the online prices DO NOT match the in-store price - and the online prices have mandatory, crazy expensive, delivery charges. So don't expect to get the exact same sale price as online - but the sales associate will work with you to find an acceptable, relatively comparable price.

I will never again purchase anything from Ashley Homestore. On August 25, we ordered a range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We were told it would be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. On September 13th we received a call telling us that the microwave and range would be delivered on the 18. On the 16th we received an email telling us that all four products would be delivered on the 18th. We moved our appliances into the garage so there would be room for the products to be delivered. When the driver came he said he only had two products, the microwave and the range. When they unpacked the range it was damaged so we did not accept it. I talked to the sales person to find out why all of the products were not delivered when she sent the email saying they would be. She said that she always does that just in case the products came into the ware house and they could deliver them. Why would anyone do anything so stupid. We would not have moved our appliances to the garage if we would have known that they were not coming. We are 77 years old and it is not easy to move anything especially when you have to go down a flight of stairs. Now we will be without these appliances. We talked to customer service and asked when the new range would be delivered and they said at least 2 more weeks. They said the dishwasher and the refrigerator would be delivered on October 20. That is a little over a month away. I think their customer service really stinks. Please keep this in mind if you ever want to order anything from their store.

I have been to this store before and I feel like the service is the same every time. I feel like they don't really want to work with you unless you are looking at the "nicer" furniture. Also they never have the cheaper pieces of furniture on display. Another fact, you can get the furniture online and the delivery is cheaper and you don't have to deal with the pushy salesperson
The sales staff are incredibly kind and helpful and the furniture is very beautiful and well crafted. However, the customer service was lacking. I ordered a couch in mid June and told it would arrive in 5 weeks. That was fine. The date of the expected delivery came and I never received an update of any kind. No phone call or email. I called the store to find out what the status of the order was and they told me it was back-ordered for another two weeks. This cycle happened 3 more times; date of the delivery they told me came and went, no contact from Ashley, had to call and track my order and was told it would be on the next week's truck for delivery. I finally cancelled my order, bought a couch somewhere else and had it within a week. I was willing to wait for this beautiful couch, but after making plans through work to be available for the delivery date week after week and having to chase down the order, I didn't know how much longer this would go on for. I've had family members who've had great experiences at Ashley, so maybe I just got unlucky.
Went there on 8/11 and purchased a couch and selected delivery date of 8/19. Got a call a few days before that delivery would be after 12 pm. Disposed of couch we had day before delivery. Took day off work to be there (I have job that can&'t take partial days off). At 9 am got a call from delivery company that it was sent to wrong location and now out of stock and would not be delivered until 9/4. Unacceptable. I left a message for manager to call me back. Never received a call back. Called sales person. He took info and said he&'d find out what happened and what could be done and he&'d call us back. He didn&'t. 2 more calls/messages were unreturned. The 3rd call back I got &"lucky&" and he answered phone ... said he had a list of people to call back and he was &"probably going to call you.&" Probably?? On phone for 30 minutes with him, most of it on hold, only for him to tell me that &"these things happen&" because the furniture is so popular. No, I don&'t care how popular it is, when I pay for a couch and select a delivery date that couch should be reserved for me and me alone. If it got sent to the wrong location, get it back. Simple. He offered no compromise, discount. Personally had I not disposed of my couch in anticipation of delivery (which I had been called the day before and had an email asking me to confirm I&'d be home for delivery) and wasted a day off of work, it wouldn&'t have been so bad, but now I don&'t have a couch for over 2 weeks?? 4 weeks from my original purchase? I told him to cancel the order. A google search found this same couch at various other stores. We purchased it elsewhere with free delivery (Ashley&'s charges $115) and saved $282. I&'ve had Ashley&'s furniture before but they don&'t have a clue how to treat customers so I will never go back.
I will never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again.. bought a new king size bed frame and it was delivered on time as scheduled, however the delivery team assembled the bed like they were in preschool. Loose nuts, stripped bolts and they managed to crack the side rail to boot. Called the store to straighten it out and was rudely told “I’ll just send you to the managers phone” only to get a voicemail. Called back and spoke to another lady whom told me their system was down and they would send an email to management to contact me. Never got a call from management but got a call from the customer warehouse in stevens point let me know they could order me a new side rail but it would be 2 weeks... like wtf.. worst customer service, worst delivery team. Guess I need to reach out to corporate to file a complaint. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
Customer service? I bought a new Serta Blue 300 king mattress from Ashley furniture in Pewaukee. The problem is that I bought it in the closeout/clearance center. 2 weeks of sleeping on this thing, and I come to find that it is literally the most uncomfortable mattress that I've ever slept on. I hurt in the morning from this thing. Ready to go back to my 22 year old Verlo. It is better. Called Serta to see if there was some type of consideration for an exchange, and was told that there is nothing that they will do. Ashley said the same. Over 1000 dollars for garbage!! Was not looking for any money back, just a fair trade in value. I will not be a customer of either place in the future.
Nonexistent customer service. In store for nearly 45 minutes, never greeted, couldn’t find anybody anywhere to help, took some photos of stuff I liked to look and see if I can buy online. Went to steins after where they had plenty of help.

Wow, the level of disappointment. I am not one to write negative reviews but I am just so baffled right now. We purchased a rather large order of new furniture for our new home to be delivered this week. We paid for this order four weeks ago. 3 days before our furniture is set to be delivered, we are contacted and told that half of our items were pushed back another WHOLE month. I called the customer service line and the store and no one was of any assistance. I couldn’t even get a manager on the phone to speak with me. If we didn’t need the other furniture in the order, I would cancel the whole order out of principle. Unacceptable and sad. I gave two stars only because our in store shopping experience was a positive one with Renee.
Horrible, horrible, horrible . We bought a pretty pricey couch a few weeks ago that was suppose to be delivered last Monday. Per policy I would be contacted 3 days prior to delivery and the day before delivery. On Friday I received a text message asking me to confirm delivery. On Sunday I never received a message or phone call. I called the store and the person I spoke with said it would be between 8 and 12. Imagine my surprise when at 1030 I still could not get the tracking to work . I called the store and was told they would call me back as soon as they knew something. At 1130 I received a call back stating the tracking should be working. Again, imagine my surprise when it stated delivery between 115 and 145. That time frame kept changing and changing and I became more upset because I now wasted my entire day waiting for this couch that was promised before 1200. I called the Pewaukee store and asked to speak with a manager, explained how disappointed I was with this purchase so far and wanted to know the steps in cancelling the order. He did not care one bit that I was upset and he was about to loose a customer. He said I will call you right back I will see where the truck is. By now it is after 2pm. The manager calls back and says they are just leaving their stop in Watertown. I said OK but on our previous phone call I asked you what the cancellation policy was and you never answered me. So he goes through the steps and I said OK. He said OK and hung up on me. I was dumbfounded not only at how rude he was, the lack of customer service and the fact that he hung up on me. I immediately call the 800 number to find out what is going on and they tell me my order was cancelled. I told her I did not authorize that and this is not acceptable. She said there is nothing I can do because its already cancelled unless you want me to see if they can still deliver later today. I told her no that I was not going to sit here for hours again waiting. She said she could have it delivered on Friday otherwise there was going to be a 15% restocking fee. I responded with so matter what I chose I am the one getting punished for the way your douche bag manager chooses to deal with a customer. She kept saying lets move on from that and get your furniture delivered. I told her no that I would need to speak with my husband. We ended up cancelling the order and based on this experience will NEVER buy anything from Ashley again. I hope you are happy , Pewaukee store, that not only have you lost us as customers but everyone we know as well because we are going to do our best to make sure our friends and family know what a bunch of slime balls you are that care zero about your customers and make sure none of them make the same mistake we did.
I had a great experience here! The selection and quality is impressive! We went to another (difficult to spell, if ya catch mah drift) furniture store but was unimpressed with their price and selection. I went to Ashley and was amazed by all of the different options. I went in with the plan to buy two sofas and walked out with a convenient delivery date for those two sofas, and also an area rug and two lamps that I got an AMAZING deal on. The associates are super friendly and great at what they do. I would recommend Ashley to everyone, and already have!

Writing this for this specific store. 1- I wasn’t greeted when I walked in like normal. 2- I managed to walk the entire store without ANYONE asking to help me. 3- I’ve been sitting on the couch I WANTED to buy for 15 mins and still no one came up to me. 4- Im writing this standing here waiting and yet no one has stopped to help but there four older employees talking. Nice costumer service y’all, Keep up the good work.
The sales person Scott was so helpful. I had planned to go to other stores to compare but because of Scott I changed my mind and bought from Ashley. He is a definite asset to the Pewaukee store.I may go back if I find that I need something else.

How can Ashley improve? Deliver items undamaged and on the day promised. Been waiting over a month for a refrigerator, which was scheduled to be delivered 5 times and was not delivered 5 times. On the one day it was delivered, it was damaged/dented so had to go back on the delivery truck. A new, undamaged refrigerator was supposed to be delivered today and we were just informed that it's not on the delivery truck, so no refrigerator YET AGAIN. Very poor customer service. Would never recommend this company and will never shop there again.
I bought a living room set april 14th Sofa & Loveseat and I waited almost 3 months to get my furniture set to delivered to my Condo and I only received my sofa after 3 months not my loveseat I was very very disappointed and the worst part is My Sofa also needs a repair because lower portion wasn't staple correctly from the manufacturer When I call Ashley about my issues they were very helpful but as a first time Ashley customer I had a really bad experience overall.

I actually didn’t have a problem with the associate she was very helpful. The delivery process was awful. Delivery people RUDE customer service rep for delivery RUDE. I returned my furniture and I will never ever buy furniture from here again. I’ve bought my furniture from here the last 10 years and I have never been treated this way before. They lost a customer for life.
Very happy with the assistance from Stacey in buying our new mattress and power bed frame. No rush or pressure and very helpful in providing information that helped us make our selection. The two young men who made the delivery were very respectful and hard working getting those heavy items into our bedroom. Very happy with Ashley Homestore in Pewaukee.

I am completely disgusted at Ashley Home store Pewaukee,WI. I recently bought bunk beds for my nephews to be delivered to my sisters new apartment and assembled. My sister is a single mother who is completely starting fresh. I only wanted to provide my nephews brand new beds. They have been through so much it's the least they deserve. I had clearly told the store the situation and they knew to contact my sister for delivery. They called me at 410am Hawaiian time telling me they were on there way. I told them they need to contact my sister, they apologized said they would be back at 415pm to deliver. My sister left work early, which she does not have a lot of paid time off. 545pm comes around and she calls they assure her they are coming they have two more stops. 730pm I call to be informed the delivery crew went home hours ago and lied to my sister... she waiting all evening, took off of work, and my nephews do not have their beds. They tell me they now cannot deliver until next week. I called the awesome sales lady I purchased them from and she quit yesterday due to how costumers are being treated. I was refunded and now need to figure out how to get my nephews bunk beds delivered and assembled. I can assure you I will never buy anything else from Ashley and will be contacting corporate. My sister also lost wages, and my nephews do not have beds.
There was a lot of varied furniture to choose from. The staff was patient and the price was right!

Just moved to the area and needed a dining set and a couch/sleeper for a medium sized apartment. Went to Ashley furniture and found both. Have filled a previous house with Ashley Furniture and knew what to expect. Good, decent quality furniture at reasonable prices. The sales person at this store (Barb) was very helpful and not pushy. I ended up picking up a dining set from the floor display and went out of my comfort zone and bought a sleeper chaise that was an internet only purchase.Normally I wouldn&'t go that route because I&'m picky about comfort but the dimensions of the couch/ chaise was perfect for an apartment and I liked the clever design of the sleeper function at a bargain price. The material and design were clean an attractive upon arrival. The couch is firm but not uncomfortable and the chaise portion is shorter than most, but I accepted that compromise because a full size would have overwhelmed the room. Also, most sleepers are very heavy and normally uncomfortable. This one has a unique folding mechanism that I really like and the firmness of the cushions makes it a great bed that fits a 6 footer comfortably .The delivery guys were fast, friendly and did a good job setting up with issues.Very good experience, highly recommend this store.
Do not buy Ashley Furniture period from any store! Orders are not delivered on time. Broken merchandise is not replaced. Repairs are their policy even though you have paid for new furniture! If you are so unlucky as to purchase an Ashley product, meticulously inspect it. Other stores carry Ashley furniture. Their customer service sucks! Cheap furniture-most not real wood. Don&'t be fooled

Weary and tired of not only sleeping on a terrible matress, but of the trouble of finding a replacement, we stumbled at last into Ashley. I knew this place would be different when we entered and saw Connie dancing at the entrance podium to a song playing overhead. She asked what brought us in and said we were in need of a new matress. I think the pain of the 5 previous stores and the hours of reading online reviews was evident on our faces as she whisked us away to help us find rest. She asked all the pertinent questions but the amazing part was she let us rest gave us quiet time to really find a good bed feel yet was always there if we had questions. Her attitude and humor made the situation fly by and soon enough we had found not only a matress but a beautiful adjustable base. Alas our plight was not over yet as when we finally had our ducks in a row we find out our beautiful adjustable base was discontinued! We were heartbroken but Connie was not deterred! She made some phone calls and found us one so we would not be without. Overall our experience was more fun and relaxing than any other store or online sight. We found a fantastic bed at a reasonable price with great financing options. We were not hassled or pressured while still being guided and informed. We will definitely be back!
I purchased two love seats at Ashley in Pewaukee. My sales person, Barb was great to work with. She showed us options, but also left us time to shop on our own, helped with the delivery logistics and I received the love seats as scheduled with a very good delivery experience. They look great in my home.

Please save yourself a lot of stress and don't buy here! Awful. I was warned and tried anyway and wish i would of listened. They changed my delivery date 2xs. You must have your furniture out for them to bring new furniture in. Was scheduled on the 7th. Took off work and they rescheduled. Told me they needed another 2 weeks! Tried to talk to management and they will pass you around like hot potatoe. No one in customer service cares. I was sent to the assistant manager in the pewaukee store who wouldn't let me finish explaining they rescheduled twice and was super hot and rude and started to tell me to read my paperwork that nothing is guaranteed. WOW! How she is in customer relations is beyond me. They don't care if you get your furniture out and are sitting home while taking off work if they are going to come or not. For the money i was going to spend there I didn't deserve to be treated like that. Will never walk in there again. Ill spend my $5500.00 elsewhere.

Bought a dinning room table through Ashley. Our salesperson sold us on the protection plan and informed us that they would fix anything on the table without any issues. A little over month ago our table chair got knocked over and the back of it broke off. We called to have our warranty fix it and at the same time decided to mention that there was a few scratches on the table that we would like to have fixed as well. The warranty company finally called back today, after 30 days, and stated they will not cover either of the damages because we called them in at the same time. We stated that we would just like the chair fixed and was told they will not do that. The warranty is a scam and the salespeople should be trained properly to sell the products that they offer. I understand that it is a sales position but you need to train your people to ethically offer your products. Ashley speaks about the quality products and services they offer but our table from Walmart prior to this one held up better and cost a 1/6 of the price. Never again will we purchase furniture from your company and we recommend that if others choose so, to not purchase the useless warranty products they offer. Edit: So wanted to put this here that they ask for you to email about the concern. I sent an email and still have not heard anything back. Unprofessional and has no concern for the customer experience. Seems they only comment on the reviews to try and save face but have no follow through.

My hubby and I I've been looking for appliances and furniture and had been disappointed with most of the stores around our area. we decided to stop in to Ashley because it's not far from us but we didn't have any hopes because we thought everything would be too expensive. We are the kind of people that for the most part dread the sales people thatseem to be drawn to you like a magnet and follow you around so we're usually pretty clear when we walk in to let anyone who approaches us know that we are just browsing. And we walk away quickly. That absolutely did not happen at Ashley on that day. We were greeted formally by the person who happened to be near the front door and that person allowed us to just wander. We stopped in appliances and met Krista. She gave us a warm welcome and her body language seemed clear that she was just welcoming us and that when we were ready we could come to her, but she did have a couple of things to tell us about specials going on. We chatted with her a bit and she was extremely informative and helpful. She answered questions we didn't know we needed answered. She really knows her products and had great suggestions for our needs. She knew that we were unable to make any purchases because we were a week away from closing on our home and could not make any large purchases. I stopped in a day or two later and met Jon on the furniture side. We became fast friends even though I made him laugh the store five times looking for a sofa that I couldn't remember. (Side note. We passed it five times). 😂 I brought my hubby back the next day and he identified the sofa that we wanted....Which of course Jon had shown me several times the day before... Jon helped us find exactly what we needed and gave us some good suggestions for designing our small space. During the week between first meeting Krista and Jon and the day we actually purchased the furniture and appliances they both put up with phone calls and texts and return visits with me and my tape measure and notebook. Linda in appliances was very helpful when Krista was not there and several of the folks on the furniture site interacted with me and were very kind and helpful. I believe Alex was one of them and I'm sorry I don't remember some of the other people's names. We will absolutely be returning to Ashley first whenever we need something new for our home. Thank you for making our experience so easy and pleasant. ***Just a side note. The second day that I stopped in without my hubby (the day I met Jon), there was another sales rep named Dave in the appliance department. He was nice but I must admit that if he had been the person that my husband and I first encountered we would not have returned to Ashley for any of our purchases. he made me feel extremely uncomfortable because he followed me around the entire time I was in the appliance department. He was very close behind me and I had made it clear I was working with someone else and just wanted to double-check a couple of things. I urge you to encourage your sales reps to avoid this kind of behavior. It was such a turn-off.

Bought a sofa sectional and purchased the furniture protection plan they offer as the sales woman we worked with told us they fix everything and if they can't fix it they replace it. So the cushion came apart from the back of the sofa portion and we got in contact with the furniture protection plan people. First we waited 6 weeks to get a response after being told we'd hear back the next day. Called and told again we should hear tomorrow. Called 4 times. We finally received a voicemail from a representative and were told to call back. We called and no one could help us except that one person and it took 3 more days to get in touch with her. Basically she said we don't cover seams. I'm like we were told that the plan covers all aspects, "covers everything" we were told and she said again we don't cover seams and hung up. So 1, I'm not happy with the quality of the furniture Ashley sold us. Keep in mind it's just my husband and I so there were no jumping kids or abuse of the sofa in any way and 2 if you do decide to purchase from Ashley don't waste your money on the furniture protection plan. So very disappointed as we like the sofa sectional. We most definitely won't be purchasing anything from Ashley again.
This store is so spacious and clean! I loved looking through all the furniture. The prices are extraodinaraly fair and hard to beat. The salesman was also extremely friendly and made the entire process easy. I also loved that I wasn't swarmed walking in.
Be careful to check online pricing the recliner we bought was onsale cheaper online than listed in store, though we were able to get ot reduced after purchase

I'm very excited that Ashley has reopened in Pewaukee, after a long absence. The store is fresh & new with updated furniture styles. Special orders of higher end furniture (England, Flexsteel) are available also. Salesperson John Dix has been with Ashley for a number of years & has a great eye for putting a room together. Good stuff.

Was told the couch would be delivered today. I got the confirmation call a few days prior and confirmed. I got called day of delivery to tell me that they do not have enough drivers today and that I need to reschedule for next week Friday. Forget that I took a day from work so I could be home to get the delivery...
My daughter's and I were in the store for about 30 minutes before anyone talked to us(usually sales people are jumping down your throat there-new approach ?). We did flag down a Salesman Ryan who was very helpful, answered our questions and made known a promotion that could potentially save my daughter some money! We were on our way out, Ryan may have saved this location a sale.
I totally agree with a previous reviewer, this store makes me feel like they do not appreciate the business or care about their customers. My experience was with the manager, she is beyond rude has no customer service and “I don’t work in warehouse” is the statement she made when she was asked why bring out smaller items to be loaded when you should bring out the bigger items to go on the bottom. ( Being a manger you should know ALL positions within your store) A different customer was even helped before us when we had been waiting 20mins prior in the cold, before they even arrived. There is no reason for a customer to wait 20mins outside when they received a call 1 hour before arrival told what time we would arrive and then the 20mins and 3 phone calls for them to come open the door. The back of the store is even a mess as well including customer owned items waiting for repair being mistreated. I have photos of that too.
No one offered us any assistance, we were there for an hour. The sale people don't not aknowledge us, so we left.
Furniture does not last. Poor customer service. Delivery team is awful. That’s me being nice. My family was afraid to have them in the house. After a failed delivery of my fridge I was going to cancel my orders. The manager at pewaukee told me he would refund the delivery on my furniture yet to come and refund 500 to my Ashley card. This has not happened. Then the furniture was delivered with damage. I immediately contacted the store and talked to Karla. I sent her pictures and she told me she would have the stores repair man fix it for me. So far nothing. So poor quality furniture , very horrible delivery. I was also told the delivery people were employees. But find out they also use sub contractors. That was the first question I asked before I purchased and was lied to there when I was told they were all employees. No customer service. Once they have your money you don’t matter to them.
I had to cancel an order (bedroom set for my daughter and bunk bed for my boys) after it was delayed 5 times. I called this Pewaukee franchise where I bought it from and the guy who answered didn’t seem to care much or try to rectify the situation. I guess this location has enough sales already and my measley $1500 order was not enough for them to care. Sucks cause I bought a few couches from here previously and was planning on going back to purchase a new bedroom set in the near future. Word of advice...check Amazon/online as you shop right there in store. Many things you will be able to find considerably cheaper and get shipped to you way quicker. I like to support local brick and mortar stores when possible, even if it means spending a little more, but this Pewaukee location just lost themselves a repeat customer. Also, do not pay in cash cause they’ll have to submit paperwork to corporate and that apparently takes two week. Thanks a lot for everything!
Multiple issues with delivery of furniture resulting in lost vacation days for my wife and I. First delivery date was a Thursday between 1-7. They canceled delivery after 5pm that day. Second delivery was missing furniture. Third delivery date which was supposed to be today was canceled this morning just after 10am. Fourth delivery date is tomorrow. I do not work at home. I offered to rent a trailer and pick up the furniture myself. I don’t have enough vacation days to shop at Ashley anymore. I still have around $2,000 of furniture sitting on a truck somewhere. I wish my wife and I could have our vacation days back.

They were not sure why some of our furniture wasn't on the truck and didn't know where it could be. Today was the third scheduled delivery date. Canceled again. New excuse each time. Our fourth scheduled delivery date is for tomorrow. I do not work from home, so this is an issue. The salesman, Tom at the Pewaukee location, was great. He was extremely helpful. Many, many issues after we paid for the delivery of the furniture. I just read a previous review from several months ago and it sounds like the same story. I still have around $2,000 worth of furniture that is supposedly sitting on a truck somewhere. I don't have enough vacation days to shop at Ashley anymore.
