We have been shopping here for over 20 years. This was the first time we had purchased a piece of furniture that was a floor model. We looked it over before buying it. Little did we know that underneath the oversized reclining leather chair was broken. We called the store on a couple occasions to see if the issue could be fixed. The service department declined any rectifying of the issue because there was no warranty and what purchase off their sales floor. Again the chair was broken. Furthermore, it is broken and someone(manufacturer or the store) tried to fix it and put it out on the floor to sell. It should have been thrown away. It's like buying a car from a dealership that is a lemon. Never again will be buy anything from this store. I mean come on, who does that to their customers knowing the wood frame of chair was broke? We shouldn't have had to flip the chair over to make sure the chair was not broken. The store should have made a sign as to why it was being sold as a clearanced item. How disappointing.
Alan and David were fantastic! They were so professional, friendly, and efficient. Within a few hours they had everything set up and ready to go. I would give them 100 stars if I could. The whole experience from the showroom to delivery was seamless. I will seek Lisa out for future furniture purchases. She was so helpful!
I had a really disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was terrible! I purchased a recliner, and it started making a loud popping noise right away. When I contacted them about it, they claimed it was “normal,” which is absolutely not true. It’s clear they don’t stand behind their products. On top of that, the salesperson was incredibly rude. Instead of providing assistance, they actually pressured us into making a purchase with comments like, “So, are we going to do this or what?” It was a very unpleasant experience, and I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Don't go to Ashley. We had bought a washer and dryer from them and it was junk kept snagging our clothes after 4 months of fighting with them and sending two techs out they finally gave us a new one.... Then we thought ok fine they finally did there part and maybe it was a one off... so we bought new furniture from them and the chair came with this popping noise and they refuse to fix it! I've sent videos and called and they said that's a "normal" noise.... If this is normal I'd hate to see bad.... I promise you their customer service is horrendous. Ps the chair in the store doesn't make that noise.

Derek and Marcus quickly assembled our new sofa and loveseat recliners. Gave us suggestions on power options and were out the door quickly.
My husband and I were looking for a few new pieces of furniture to refresh a couple rooms and came to Ashley furniture after going to a few other local places.. Mike greeted us immediately and assisted us in finding exactly what we needed and it was instock so we were able to get it immediately from the distribution center.. he gave them a call ahead of time so they could pull it which saved us some time. The other pieces we wanted we needed to measure just one more time to make sure they would fit.. He was able to take payment over the phone and again was able to get it instock from the distribution center.. I texted Mike again on day 3 .. please note.. he was off that day but STILL responded immediately as we wanted to buy another piece from the same family of furniture styles and that piece was also in!! YAY!! So he got Denise at the store to write up the paperwork and we went back to complete the transaction and Denise called the distribution center to have it pulled as we went to get that one as well. This was honestly a very positive experience. Mike and Denise are all pretty amazing and worked as a team for us to get this furniture.. we absolutely love the new look we have in our rooms and very nice quality .. and we have Mike and Denise to thank at Ashley Furniture in Plover WI. Mike also threw in a free Memory Foam pillow ..we didn’t even know that til we picked up the first piece of furniture.. little did he know my husband needed a new pillow .. lol.. and he likes that too. Highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Plover.. ask for Mike or Denise .. they will take care of you!!
My mom always talked up a storm about how amazing Ashley Homestore was. I needed to purchase my first bed set and my experience was absolutely amazing here. I highly recommend requesting Patti Urban to help with your selection. I have never seen such amazing customer service. I hope all the employees are as great as Patti. This store has instilled generational loyalty and I look forward to my future purchase here.

My lift chair has been down for 5 weeks. I bought the extended warranty. I have been waiting for a part to fix it, they tell me another 4 weeks or more. These are high wear items on chairs that they sell dozens a day. I cannot get a answer that I like or believe. Hell, I am made of 💰 to 🔥 Maybe I should just buy another one but this is my 4th lift chair nightmare. Maybe I should have bought the Chinese one. This USA furniture is trying my patience.

Absolutely abysmal on ALL ends!! My grandma bought an extended warranty and now that we need it they denied the claim, stating that “regular wear are tear isn’t covered” when the bar on the table is literally broken and the chairs are falling apart, and even though we were instructed to send pictures of everything that needed repair, the “customer service representative”(I put this in quotes because he literally could not care less about our problem, his tone was one of just wishing we were off his phone, and he didn’t offer a single word of help) stated that it’s for a “single incident” and when asked if we could submit a new claim with only one thing, he told us we aren’t allowed to start a new claim with the same issues. ???? Make it make sense. Trash company, trash customer service, trash quality furniture. You’d be better off getting something from the Goodwill. Buyer beware.
I am very happy with our experience with Ashley Furniture of Plover from the shopping to the delivery. The sales rep, Mike, was great.. he wasn't pushy and he didn't hover over us as we went back and forth between two different couches for probably close to an hour! The couch was delivered 4 days later and the delivery guys were very nice and polite. Once they got the couch in it was realized one of the power boxes was missing to make the couch work. Instead of making us drive to plover to get the missing piece a manager drove his own vehicle here about an hour later to deliver the missing piece and hooked it up himself! Thank you Ashley Furniture of Plover for making this purchase as stress free as it could be.
Waited 8 weeks for a product on backorder, then took off work to meet the crew delivering the product per delivery instructions. They literally dropped it off and ran without signatures or ringing the doorbell. Have French doors that would've literally required five more feet of movement, that I now need to coordinate to get inside my house. Extremely poor service and poor customer experience.
We purchased a high end Kitchen Aid refrigerator 3 years ago. It has been nothing but a problem and Ashley does not stand by their products. We have had it serviced at least 6 times this year. The technician shows up, is unable to fix anything, orders the parts, shows back up with the wrong parts, comes back to fix it and it breaks down the next day. It is an absolute nightmare. They are a HUGE pain to deal with. No one will take responsibility for the problem and the same problems keep happening. They are totally deflecting the fact the refrigerator is a lemon. Don't expect them to go the extra mile for you. Also don't expect anyone at the store to help you either! They will tell you to call a number which will eventually get you to a person who could care less. I HIGHLY suggest you not buy ANY appliances from Ashley. We have had the same problems with our dryer. Go any where else!

We had Mike helping us out to choose the correct mattress. He wasn't pushy at all, gave us plenty of time on our own to check out the mattresses and checked in to make sure we didn't have any questions. We ended up purchasing a more expensive mattress than what we had expected, but by no pressure from Mike. I honestly was dreading it, but it was a great experience! Thank you Mike!

If I could give them a zero star I would. The Furniture and Appliance Mart/Ashley home store in Plover Wisconsin. Horrible! Horrible place. We bought an expensive couch. It was bad from day 1. They will do nothing about. Unresponsive sales person and non-existent customer service. Still dealing with the couch issues 3 months later. Even the service techs don’t know what tod with it.
Went in to Plover location to get a mattress, salesman, Mike, was very friendly and listened to what I needed/ wanted, found 2 that were close and tried them out and selected one, he also told me about an in store coupon that I hadn’t noticed so I saved some money on the purchase, very happy with the experience

We needed to stop in and get a new mattress for our camper on the way to our campsite. We were in and out within 15 minutes and the pickup was ready when we drove over. Every person we worked with was polite, kind and friendly. Will definitely be back again and again.
Horrible protection plan. After 4 years of paying for their protection plan we had a claim to which they denied claiming extensive cat scratches. I don't own a cat and the only pin holes are covered under warranty from when my wife used to smoke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

We came in to look at furniture for our first home. So we were pretty excited to look around. Once we made some decisions the woman I can't remember her name maybe Debbie or pattie ?? She was incredibly rude. I found a price match online to which then she started saying there's bills and electricity and that "kids" ordering online tend to get bad products, scammed, etc. I said to her "ma'am 300 $ is 300$" and that was about the difference of the couch we found for the price Match. We will not ever go back because I was warned about ashley prior to even going in there. As a customer I don't really care about the bills...I understand it but to call us a kid and be belittling is horrible customer service. We went to slumberland and received excellent discounts and everything we would have got here would have been 700 dollars more!!! Maybe not every sales person is like this but I know several people unhappy with the service as well. Won't be coming back.
The delivery service was top notch! The two men that delivered and set up the 12 pieces of home furnishings in my home were so polite and took the time to set the rooms up just the way we wanted. I even fed them lunch before they left! The whole experience was great! It will be shared with all my friends! Thank you
I went in looking for a sectional. I have not had the best experience in the past at F and A/Ashley. I pin my entrance, Alejandro Introduced himself and helped point me in the right direction, based on my requirements. He checked in with me on an acceptable rate, being sure not to push me for a sale or cause any unwanted pressure. Alejandro‘s main goal was to help me make an educated decision. He was informative, helpful, extremely kind, and knew how to interact without causing pressure. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything, informing Alejandro I wanted to measure my space. He was very understanding and wished me a good day without implying I should return to purchase. I came back the next day, went straight to Alejandro, and purchased a sectional. When I am looking to add furniture to my home in the future, Alejandro will be the only salesman I work with.
We drove an hour to go looking at living room furniture. We visited several stores before HOM furniture store. I cannot say enough good things. It was like how service use to be. Mike Buemi was truly interested in what we wanted it for. We told him bad back bulging discs and he took us to several options explaining everything he was so knowledgeable. He took alot of time with us. We purchased the furniture that day. We are totally happy the furniture fits us perfectly. We still talk about how long it’s been to get service like that and such a large selection. We will purchase all our furniture there.
The salespeople are efficient and courteous. But the delivery service is a mess. The time window for delivery is all day. So you have to wait all day for them to show up at any time. When questioned, there is no logical explanation, sympathy or apology.
Adam always does a great job. I respect his suggestions and trust him completely.

I love this store!! We went in looking for a recliner. We were greeted by Denise with a smile. Told her what we were looking for, she helped us so much!! We ended up getting a recliner n 2 end tables. Went back a week later to get the couch that matched the recliner. Everyone is so friendly n helpful. They have a great selection of furniture n appliances. The prices are great!! The store is set up just beautifully!! I would recommend it to all my family n friends!!

Our experience at this store was very good, the store itself was clean and organized nicely, it was easy to find the pieces we were looking for. The deals they were having and prices were good. The one thing that I really want to speak on is the children’s area. What a genius idea, it had toys and a movie playing and it kept our kids entertained and really gave us the opportunity to look at the furniture we were purchasing! I am happy with our purchases and can’t wait to have them in our home!

The service/repair team is horrible. My washer, still under warranty, has been broke since October 6th. They lack communication. The excuse I keep getting is they are having a hard time getting parts. I think after waiting 10 weeks they should just replace the washer. DONT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE

We purchased a sofa set and Pat, our salesman, was very nice. He introduced himself to us but left us to shop and didn’t bother us until we waive him over. The process went smoothly and he advised us on the options and did not push anything we may not wanted or didn’t make us have to make decisions on the spot….like the warranty.

Bought a sectional 2 years ago. The seem ripped at the cording, a cushion collapsed and part of the fabric split. After weeks of pictures requested by their protection plan we were denied. Said they only cover pet stains and structure failure. Despite the coverage description clearly covering rips. Had the store look into it and they came back with " Normal wear and tear" so if you buy a sectional expect the quality of Ashley furniture's fabric to split and the cushions to collapse after 2 years of normal wear and tear. Don't invest in the protection plan because they will deem the claim normal wear and tear or whatever story covers their........ responsibility.
They had a thorough knowledge of products and searched for any and all relates.
If you're going to buy from these people I would suggest you think twice. The staff are friendly but when it comes to brass tacks that's not what matters. We ordered a couch and it took forever to arrive which some will argue is supply chain issues, but their warehouse stock suggests otherwise. The part that is earning them this review, however, is that the staff will blatantly lie to you if you buy a piece with one of their wells fargo loans. They'll tell you its a 0% interest loan for the life of the loan, which is a lie because it's actually 0% for 18 months and then it's 20% interest. Whether it is an intentional lie to make sales or an accident, the sales people should be educated on the actual terms of loans before they go roping people into something with the expectations of no interest (like we were told) and getting a far different experience. I would absolutely give you guys zero or even negative stars, but unfortunately google forces me to give you at least one. Educate your staff, and stop lying to people to make a dollar.

When we first came in Denise greeted us and did some back and forth conversation with us as to what we were looking for. We gave the standard answer of "just browsing". She checked on us once while we were there - perfect as we did not want to be hovered over. When we found something we liked we asked to see her. She answered our questions and ran some numbers. We thanked her and asked her to save our information and left as we wanted to check elsewhere. Two days later we came back and asked for Denise. We told her we wanted the items we looked at. She had kept all of the information from our previous visit! Less than half an hour later we had all paperwork finished, and furniture ordered! Wow - talk about a NO STRESS situation! Thank you Denise for being so great!

This is our second mattress purchase from Furniture and ApplianceMart. Both times we were taken great care of by Mike Sopa. He gave us all the information we needed to make the right selection for each purchase, the first for our guest room and the second as we transitioned our daughter from her toddler bed to a “big girl” bed. We went in looking for a couch. Mike gave us the sales and deals going on and he let us walk around and look and try and figure out what we were looking for. He checked in on us a couple times. And we found the one we wanted he gave us info about the one we liked the best and then told us about the protection. Mike was absolutely great he was friendly and knowledgeable! We got our couch ordered with him. Can't wait for it to arrive.
I changed billing address after I ordered online since I’m a new resident of a state. They said the shipment needs to reschedule because it need to made some correction on the order, but until I made phone call today they never sent any email or phone call to mention this, website didn’t show this as well, in addition, the person on the phone not only in bad attitude but also want to make it looks like my mistake, “you need to/should informed/let us know about address changed……” kind of that. I don’t need to you to educate me okay. When I changed my billing address, I only need to/should inform my bank, sometimes usps as well, not YOU okay? I don’t have responsibility to inform you or it looks like I’m working for your company. I canceled the order at the end. You are a big company, yes you are. But not the only big company sell furnitures. Notice your attitude and tongue while speaking with your customer, the customer never ask a company agree/follow everything customer said. But you should at least be polite.

We have always had very positive experiences with Ashley furniture. We shopped around and compared prices and quality before making our finally decision on a recliner and Ashley was the best. They had the best selection and price for what we wanted.

I got my washer dryer set by chatting with a salesman online and then driving the 55 miles to pick it up. Only issue was that I was told he'd include all the necessary hoses and power cord which I was charged for and paid When we were installing them we found we should've gotten 3 hoses and he only sold us 2. Took a star off for the inconvenience of having to wait until after the weekend and go to the local small town hardware store and hope they have a hose.
Chris was absolutely AMAZING when we stopped in. He wasn’t like most people in sales and do the whole shark attack as soon as a person walks in. He was very thorough and extremely kind and helpful! If you go there ask for Chris, he’s the best ever. We told his boss he needs a raise for sure!!! Easiest furniture buy ever!!

Bought a king mattress and frame. They delayed our order 6 times and by 3 months! Then we get the "white glove" delivery we paid for and two of the dirtiest guys show up stinking of smoke only to find out they don't have what they need to put it together. Then we get a call saying they wont put it together they are going to ship us the extra hardware forcing us to put it together after sleeping on the floor for 2 more weeks like teenagers. Then the package does not even have all the bolts so we still can not put it together. So 3,000$ and 4 months later and still no put together bed frame. Never shop here they are totally fraudulent and will not do what they should.

Denise shared all the differences between mattresses and motion frames with us. She put together great quotes on bedroom furniture for us. We certainly appreciated her expertise. Chris helped us with family room accent tables and figure out metal bed frame color matching with furniture we picked out. He helped us finalize our purchase. The sales team works together when another is out. They apologized that no one helped us our first time through and had to ask for help when we found something but we rathered enjoyed the time alone to really look things over as we were new shoppers to the area. 😊 All in all a very professional experience. I’ve read the reviews and at this time can only Hope our delivery come in time expected -October. I’ll be back to let you know.
Right away purchasing a living room ensemble, we were helped to our satisfaction. For the bedding we needed but had no clue on how to pick, the salesperson took extra time to explain all aspects and help us come to a decision where both my husband and myself would have the most comfort for our bodies and our personal sleeping position. Very fine experience, would recommend to others!!

Lisa was a good sales associate. Problem is, after paying in full for a Flexsteel couch, loveseat and chair on October 31 2020 we have not received our furniture. It is now May 1st 2021, our furniture has been promised 4 times. We have now been notified that instead of May 10th delivery, it is now June 6. Meanwhile they have our money, which we could have earned interest on, and we have no idea if our furniture will ever be delivered. We are very upset. The store manager has returned the delivery fee and a small stipend for waiting. Has anyone else experienced this? It is extremely frustrating. Flexsteel should not be taking orders if they can’t produce the furniture. Anyone else out there having the same issues?

We purchased a mattress, mattress protector and adjustable frame on March 13th. After we swiped the card, we were told that the earliest delivery date was April 13th... although we were a little frustrated with waiting a month, we set up the delivery information. Now, a week prior to when we are suppose to receive our set, we get a delivery delay notice stating they will not be delivering our purchase until May 5th... if you have any sort of intention of getting your purchase in less than 60 days of buying it, I strongly suggest going somewhere else. Their “remedy” for our troubles was a $50 refund... what a joke

The in store employees are absolutely wonderful! They're more than helpful in assisting with questions and scheduling for furniture delivery, and not pushy whatsoever. However, I had spent $1,500 in bedroom furniture in August, and told an expected delivery in November. No biggie. Eventually the delivery date was pushed a month. Okay, things happen. Finally December 27th delivery and things are broken! Had things sent back twice and something came back broken each time. After 3 times we gave up. We spent $1,500 on a bed set to end up with a broken bed leg in the end. We will figure it out this time, but won't be going to Ashley for my first choice in the future because of the delivery problems.
The shopping experience at this Ashley Store was fine--our sales associate was very friendly and helpful, but also not too pushy. The problem came when we needed to cancel our order. Our order was not going to arrive until April (we ordered in December), so it should not have been a problem cancelling it. We had trouble even getting in touch with the store, Customer Care through the website would always refer us back to the store, which was not helpful, and our sales associate/customer service rep at the store would assure us they were going to cancel it, and then just not cancel it. After our sales associate told me on the phone she would cancel it, she contacted my husband to talk about financing options instead of actually cancelling the order. It took weeks for the order to be cancelled and for us to get a refund. They were going to charge us a 15% restocking fee, but we asked why they would do that when the order wasn't even going to ship until April, and they decided not to charge us that fee. It was just a very frustrating experience made way harder than it needed to be.
Very pushy sales lady. Can't get any of their furniture for months out (understandably with Covid), but when she told me the sale items are in the back and are marked with a yellow tag, "but you don't want any of that stuff" so don't bother going back there. We mingled around the store a few minutes and walked out and went to a competitor and bought our furniture that we can pick up next week. The salesman there was super helpful but not pushy at all.

I bought a $265 dresser from the clearance room. It had a few scratches on it and one back leg had been replaced. The sales person noted one drawer was "stiff" but that some soap on the pulls would help. I get it home, only to realize the stiff moving drawer was because the plastic track piece was cracked. I screwed in a small screw to hold the piece in place. Two weeks later, I noticed two more drawers were broken at the similar place and just overall incredibly poorly built. This was a $700 dresser originally. Horrible quality! I knew Ashley Furniture had a poor reputation but never expected this bad of quality!
The absolutely worst delivery service! On the day of delivery I get a call stating my order will not be delivered due to an injured worker. Ok, I get it, but then they say half my order could be delivered. Well if half could why not all? 2 weeks later I finally get my furniture. Fast forward...I need to make a return. I confirm delivery through my sales associate and via text message. My product never gets delivered because I didn't confirm via text message on time. What?! Absolutely ridiculous. I took off work both days for this. Unbelievably unsatisfied! I will never again use the Plover, WI location for any future purchases.

So clean and I love the set up. My son asked me if we could buy the kitchen lol I went for an fridge and Adam was super helpful and informative. I got a floor model that was under 1000. What a deal!!! I'll be going back soon.

I went to Ashley Furniture in Steven's Point, WI. The staff was great. They introduced themselves and then left me do make my choice. The furniture was beautiful, and had some great prices. I left with new living room set.
We had a great experience ordering from Ashley HomeStore! However, our bed set came with a piece that was broken so we had to order a new piece. The soonest we were able to get it is April 23rd. Three months from when they first came to set up the bed set. Originally it was not a big deal, we called and asked that they come set up the bed in the mean time, seeing as it is still able to be slept in. They assured us that someone would call us back in one to two days to set up a time. We never heard anything. I then called TWO MORE TIMES and they told us the same thing and WE STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A THING. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service.
I would give this ZERO stars if I could!! First experience with Ashley Home store and will be my last! Incredibly disappointed with their customer service they basically tell you they don’t care and will NOT be helping you..ever! We received our couch BROKEN and NEVER received a response from any manager after calling 5 times and leaving 3 messages and apparently we were supposed to get a call from the highest manager and also never did. Ashley Home Store dose NOT care about their customers AT ALL and I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to shop there. For the price you pay you get junk. Very dissatisfied with the experience we have had. Zero stars from me.

Absolutely horrendous Customer Service in the parts department. I ordered a replacement cushion over a month ago and still have not received a shipment date. I called to find out that the order has not even been placed even though I was charged already. It has been another week after the call back and still no shipment date or delivery confirmation....I live within 20 minutes of where the item was located and they would not allow me to pick it up and instead offered they have a specialist come out to show me how to put a cushion on a couch at an hourly rate....unbelievable.
Disappointed in the purchase time to delivery options . Takes Way too long and pricing is fair if on sale , but otherwise, not . Staff are friendly, but not the place if you want furniture quickly.
It was a very good shopping experience. We drove 40 minutes to get to the store and feel it was worth our time to do so. Our sales associate, Denise, was very friendly, helpful and patient as we walked all over the store looking for the best kitchen table for our needs. Denise listened to us as we described what we were looking to buy. She showed us the various price and quality ranges they offered without pressure to buy anything. After quite a bit of time, we found a table and chair set. She explained our options for paying for it, again without any pressure. Again, it was a very good shopping experience. We would recommend the store and especially Denise if you are looking for furniture or appliances.
I went in the store and bought a new power recliner, when it was delivered I immediately noticed some damage, the delivery person Sean took pictures and immediately notified the store, within a few hours I received a call and the process for an exchange was started, within a week there were more problems with the loveseat , these were manufacturing issues. I went back to the store with my receipt explained the issues to Denise the manager, she made a phone call and within minutes told me we could a complete exchange, she then had Mike take me around the store to find a new power loveseat, he took his time and made sure he showed me all the available options, I found the perfect loveseat and it’s getting delivered on Saturday . We have shopped at this store for years and will continue to ! Thank you Denise and Mike for taking the time to get everything taken care of !

Do not buy from here! We bought a sectional, and the extended warranty! Our sectional started peeling before a year and the cushion is gone and it's a hazard to my kids, we paid way to much for a couch. They have not responded to our many calls and emails about fixing it. Although one employee did admit it was a defect in the fabric used and that they should replace it regardless of the warranty. No response no help furniture falls apart

My wife and I have bought all sorts of appliances and furnature at Furnature and Apliance Mart. ( too many to list ) I always start and end up with a positive outcome. They have extended warranty programs that are a great value and if you don’t use them you get in store credit on the next product you buy. Any service I have needed done in the last 17 years has always been great. The most recent purchase was for a new mattress and power base. We did a regular top Simmons Beauty Rest Black mattress. After a being on a pillow top mattress for the last 10 yrs we quickly realized we needed that again. We called our sales person up Sheri and it was quickly exchanged for the pillow top version and we love it... can’t be without the pillow top I guess. But all through the years we have always been very , very satisfied and continue to come back for the reason of the sales, delivery, and service if needed. Very large store, their prices on sale are more than every day prices at other furniture stores. Sale every week, never worth those high prices. Don't take anything back for repairs either. You'll get charged more that they quoted.

Ordered a bed (9 week wait) and they ordered wrong bed. Didn't act like it was a big deal and said "you won't be charged for the new order". I wish there where more furniture stores around.

Worked with chris henfer in plover and it was a great experiance. Bought dinning set, sofa and two recliners and got the best prices in town. Chris was very helpfull and it was nice that we could call or text him with any questions and he kept us updated with any new deals and what they had in stock. We were advised the day before when to expect delivery, and also received a call on delivery day from the delivery persons as to the exact time of delivery. When our furniture was delivered, the deliverers were conscientious and laid down mats on our carpet to prevent staining. They did all the work and just asked us where we wanted them to put things. The guys were very polite and engaged in conversation, which made us feel relaxed. Good job guys!!!!
Really great customer service! Store rep Ann was very helpful and not pushy about making a purchase. She helped me price out the things I was looking at and gave me time to consider my options. I even received a Thank You card from her thanking me for my business. Delivery guys Scott, Andy and Dan were very quick and courteous. Even received a phone call to know when they would be coming to deliver my items. I appreciate that they were to able to deliver after 5pm.
Got a set of dinning room table and chairs few years ago. first week we had it home we noticed some chips in the table top. called Ashley they said call guardsman for your warranty. they came to the house with a set of crayons and colored the spots and put some furniture polish on and said there u go. ARE U KIDDING ME! i called and talked with some one, they said thats all we can do for u. The table continues to have more and more chips in the Finnish. i have called numerous time and emailed Ashley with no call back or response, would just like to know what i can do to fix it myself. we payed $1,200 for this set, and looks like complete crap! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BUY ASHLEY!
